A
Sweet
we
are
live
on,
YouTube,
awesome,
hi,
everybody
and
welcome
to
another
edition
of
community
committee.
Sweet
cheering
on
silent
videos
are
muted,
funny
cool.
We
got
a
pretty
straightforward
agenda
today,
but
we'll
start
with
initiative
updates
and
first
of
all,
welcome
back
from
the
conference
with
an
awesome
comp.
So
as
we
do
initiative
updates,
if
there
are
any
updates
also
from
stuff
that
happened
in
the
conference,
let's
get
dozen
active,
we
will
just
go
down
the
list,
I
suppose
in
reverse
order.
Here
we
had
a
good
session
for
website.
A
Redesign
I
gave
an
awesome
community
corner
talk
about
the
history
website.
Redesign
got
a
couple
folks.
He
just
didn't
help
him
out
and
got
a
some
good
feedback
from
the
group
there
and
then,
during
collaborators
summit
we
cancelled
the
main
website
redesign,
meaning
that
day
because
they're
all
in
person
for
the
most
part
and
then
at
the
collaborator
summit.
We
started
talking
about
technical
implementation,
a
little
bit
mostly
technical
requirements
for
what
we
want
to
be
doing.
A
A
Yeah
and
we,
we
also
got
news
from
official
news
from
a
developer
online
named
Flavio
he's
over
in
Italy.
He
published
this
amazing
amazing
thing:
I,
don't
remember
if
I
made
it
last
time,
it's
the
definitive
nodejs
guide
or
no
jeaious
handbook,
and
he
has
offered
you
just.
Are
this
garlic
juice
on
getting
started
with
nodejs
into
the
website
reads?
Then
we
go
so
we're
gonna
be
getting
a
huge
data.
Dump
I
need
to
loop
back
with
him
and
see
how
it's
going.
He
was
working
on
the
PR.
A
B
We
haven't
had
a
meeting
since
the
last
update,
so
I
don't
know
that
there's
anything
to
update
other
than
you
know.
There
was
the
session
at
the
summit
itself,
where
Dan
gave
a
bit
of
an
overview
I'm
trying
to
think
nothing
stands
out
in
my
mind
in
terms
of
the
discussion
that
took
place
there,
but
I'm,
probably
forgetting
so.
A
A
I'm
happy
to
if
nobody
else
to
speak
up
yeah
so
around
individual
membership.
We
had
some
more
discussions
specifically
in
the
governance
session
and
that
turned
into
an
all-day
brainstorm
session
for
new
joint
foundation
stuff.
But
specific
things
then
came
to
the
merge
subcommittee
meeting
yesterday
to
kind
of
give
a
presentation
on
the
state
of
individual
membership
and
the
proposal
it
was
received.
Well,
this
kind
of
flexible
pays.
You
go
model
with
tiered
tiered
benefits
and
people
received
the
representation
board
representation
seat
proposal.
A
Well
we're
at
a
certain
point:
the
board
seat,
activates,
the
top
level
committees
nominate
the
the
fields
of
folks
and
then
the
the
public
votes
on
who
they
actually
want
as
their
representation.
So
all
those
funds
are
received
well,
I
think
we're
gonna
see
a
move
ahead
for
more
detailed
patient
specifics
and
yeah.
C
Yeah,
there's
not
a
huge
update
at
the
moment
or
anything,
but
I
think
something
we
really
need
to
tom
is
getting
the
word
out
and
gathering
translators
for
our
top
languages.
I
think
if
we
start
doing
that
and
it
sort
of
regroup
and
reorganize,
you
know
I
think
we'll
start
to
see
a
lot
more
progress.
We've
seen
some.
You
know
some
translations,
trickling
in
and
requests
for,
new
languages
and
things
like
that,
but
I
think
to
gain
the
gravity
that
we
want.
A
Awesome,
let's
make
it
happen,
so
we
have
where's
the
agenda
there.
It
is
I
gonna
go
through
the
we're
gonna
talk
about
the
the
Charter
changes,
those
be
ours
first
cuz
I
think
they're,
mostly
just
here
for
awareness,
so
we'll
we'll
go
through
those
first
then
we'll
move
on
to
community
chapters
and
travel
fund.
A
These
are
assistance,
so
we
have
a
issue
number
385
and
384.
These
are
the
Charter
changes.
I
believe
we've
reached
consensus
on
384
we're
just
waiting
which
Tracy
we're
in
I'm
here
I
think
we're
just
waiting
on
word
from
the
official
vote
before
we
can
merge
this
in.
Although
I
don't
see
why
that
would
be
a
problem.
A
A
E
E
E
A
I
I'd,
like
to
at
least
early
on
right,
now
push
us
to
keep
it
in
the
community
committee
space.
We
can
spin
it
out
into
its
own
thing
if
it
once
it
gets
momentum,
but
I've
noticed
that
when
we
spin
up
new
repositories
they
have
they
have
the
tendency
to
get
lost
occasional,
oh
yeah,
and
so
I
think
it'll
it'll
build
a
bit
more
momentum.
If
we
keep
them
in
our
NICU
news
document,
I
think.
A
A
Some
issues
about
requirements
around
that
so,
while
they
do,
you
think
we
could
get
a
separate
meeting
on
the
book
where
we
maybe
just
iterate
on
those
requirements
a
bit
with
Tracy
or
not
Tracy,
I'm.
Sorry,
yeah,
no
Tracy,
yeah!
That's
right!
It's
early
yeah,
because
so
by
my
understanding
of
action
items
here,
where
we
need
to
flush
out
the
apartment,
communities
requirements
talk
a
little
before
I
and
then
maybe
work
with
I.
A
E
A
E
C
A
E
E
Comment
in
the
events
and
in
the
workshops
which
norm
Aziz,
if
can
help
reduce
the
communication
gap
between
the
audience
and
the
public
for
present
containers,
they
can
just
raise
their
concerns
at
feedback.
It
can
help
us
in
the
mentorship
initiative.
It
can
also
use
the
feedback,
initiatives
and
all
other
things.
So
just.
F
A
A
D
D
E
E
E
A
Yeah
we
only
one
more
thing
left
on
the
agenda,
so
I
think
that's
certainly
something
we
can
do.
I
was
kind
of
my
hope
in
the
update
section
as
well.
So
that's,
let's
get
through
this
last
item
because
we
can
probably
iterate
for
a
while
on
how
awesome
collab
section
once
I
and
then
Lola
I
yeah,
then
we'll
move
on
to
rehashing
what
you
know
all
the
cool
stuff
that
went
down:
yeah,
Ben's,
happy
cool,
so
last
item
on
the
agenda
number
239.
A
This
is
wondering,
as
so
note
that
tyranny
opened
up.
This
is
wondering
if
there's
a
way
that
we
can
better
support,
travel
fund
recipients
who
need
to
apply
for
visas.
So
there
is
a
number
a
number
of
folks
who
could
not
attend
the
collaborator
summit
or
the
conference
because
of
because
of
visa
issues,
and
we
actually
have
a
number
of
people
on
this
call
and
in
the
compound
who
just
barely
made
it
in
and
got
their
visa
approved
just
in
time.
A
So
it's
a
pretty
long
and
mediate
thread
about
about
help
here.
I
and
we
gotta
figure
out
a
way
to
move
folder
breath.
I
think
we
need
a
fire
exactly
we.
What
that
list
of
changes
we
can
make
is,
and
it
might
involve
documentation
updates.
It
might
involve
actual
policy
updates
our
process
updates
on
the
foundation
side.
Although
I'm
talking
with
books
there,
it
sounds
like
when
working
with
other
governments
there's
only
so
much
you
can
do
so
yeah
waleed,
it
sounds
like
you
also
have
a
lot
of
context
here
since
yeah.
E
E
E
Of
three
or
four
people
who
recently
like
mostly
have
some
insights,
who
can
help
with
the
easier
process
of
that
of
the
country
where
the
event
is
happening
and
that
team
can
help
everyone
who
is
applying
for
the
visa
became.
You
can
have
a
meeting
with
those
person
and
we
can
guide
documentation
some
extra
things
they
can
do
to
ease
the
status.
So,
therefore,
we
are
not
helpful.
Wally.
G
E
G
That
could
also
be
really
good,
so
you
know
about
a
meeting.
It
might
be
good
to
kind
of
compile
what
the
challenges
were
and
things
that
I
think
might
help
with
that.
So
they
can
kind
of
look
to
improve
that
not
just
with
the
interactive
events,
but
also
potentially
with
some
other
events
at
the
Linux
Foundation.
A
Someone
expressed
interest
in
the
ticket
of
murmuring
correctly
on
kind
of
champing,
this
this
mini
initiative,
because
we,
you
know
I,
think
the
deliverable
here
is
a
list
of
recommendations
for
either
process
changes
or
documentation,
updates
or
communication
updates,
yeah.
So
I'd
love
to
see
somebody
with
more
knowledge
than
me.
A
E
E
H
E
H
E
There's
what
I
know
it
should
be
like
three
or
four
people
who
can
you
communicate
directly
on
a
call
in
a
meeting
then
just
reading
the
documents,
because
a
lot
of
things
you
cannot
just
write
about
it.
It's
it's
good.
If
you
have,
if
you
can
arrange
a
meeting
with
the
person
who
had
the
same
experience
or
applied
to
a
visa
process
before
yeah.
A
E
A
Did
we
could
we
actually
set
up
a
new?
It
would
be
nice
if
it
wasn't
individuals
people's
names
on
there
hey,
we
can
kind
of
keep
on
call,
but
I
give
people
a
people
need
an
immediate
question
answered
for
visas.
Should
we
set
up
a
separate
communication
channel
like
visas
at
nodejs,
not
org
or
zippy?
Is
there
another
place
that
we
should
be
pointing
them
to
that's
already
established
per.
G
Visa
stuff,
yeah
I,
would
say
yeah
I
sent
it,
so
what
I
would
recommend
is
one
feel
free
to
send
any
kind
of
questions
or
any
meetings
that
are
coming
up
to
peer
at
no
gestured
org
and
then
I
can
just
funnel
it
to
the
correct
people
and
also
in
the
github
repo,
be
sure
to
tag
Tracy,
Lee
and
me,
and
we
can
add
in
the
colleagues
our
colleagues
when
appropriate,
I
think
leras
she's
kind
of
our
head
of
events
at
the
Linux
Foundation.
So
she
could
be
a
really
good
source
and
kind
of
answering.
G
Maybe
some
of
these
questions
that
are
coming
up
for
thesis
just
because
again
they
run
a
lot
of
events.
So
they
know
you
know
what
might
be
a
rat
hole
that
folks
are
going
down
and
what
might
be
a
solution
to
some
of
these
problems,
because
I
just
want
to
make
sure
they're
on
beep
on
these
calls
and
in
these
conversations,
given
that
they
have
a
lot
of
experience
with
theses
and
getting
people
to
events
all
over,
it
might
be
just
conducive
to
have
them
join.
These
calls
join
github,
threads
and
stuff,
like
that.
E
E
G
F
E
D
A
D
F
Perspective
I
want
I,
want
and
I'm
reiterating
it
and
like
it's,
it's
the
fourth
time
that
there
was
a
club
summit
during
my
tenure.
Calab
summit
is
an
exclusive
event.
It
requires
time,
money
and
international
politics
things
that
some
members
of
the
community
in
this
case
me
cannot
overcome
in
order
to
join
the
summit.
F
Please
all
of
you
who
did
keep
that
in
mind,
for
instance,
taking
notes
streaming
sessions,
making
sure
that
no
decision
is
being
finalized
without
you
know,
taking
the
proper
channels
of
when
you
get
up
for
consensus
in
terms
of
facilitating
there,
things
such
as
tell
president.
You
know
it
sounds
stupid,
but
it's
a
thing,
a
robot.
That
is
a
proxy
of
you
that
can
join
the
conference.
Also,
the
node
foundation
has
decided
explicitly
to
boycott
the
United.
States
is
a
place
of
holding
conferences.
F
D
Know
on
the
subject
of
telepresence
I
think
that
something
we
we
should
focus
on
that
helped
enough
for
change
it
to
that,
with
with
the
discussion
about
expanding
the
travel
fund
and
with
the
discussion
around
how
more
people
could
benefit
from
it,
part
of
that
should
really
be
expanding,
like
any
investment
we
put
into
telepresence
and
by
investment
I.
Do
effort
around
processes
to
make
that
actually
viable.
D
We
just
might
try
to
you
know
just
get
stuff
done
following
those
would
actually
help
to
more
people
and
I
think
that
it
should
just
be
normal
to
start
following
some
sort
of
processor
and
having
things
so
maybe
the
facilitators
guides
to
make
it
not
just
something
we
refer
to
during
the
pull
ups
on
that
we
should
start
using
that
as
something
we
should
turn
into
something
we
can
use
for
every
meal
and
that
way
we'd
go
to
it.
Every
time
we
handle
a
meeting,
there
are
just
some
parts
of
it
that
are
like
collapse.
D
A
So
this
is
a
it's
something
we
have
done
pretty
well
for
our
async
conversations
like
these
meetings,
because
we
can
all
learn
from
our
laptops.
We
haven't
quite
figured
out
the
process
yet
for
in-person
meetings.
Zivia.
Is
this
something
that
the
events
folks
can
can
help
out
with?
Like
honestly,
we
need
it's
an
equipment
issue,
often
yeah.
A
G
G
Thinking
about
like
okay,
what
were
some
of
the
positives
of
collab
and
then
this
seems
like
one
of
the
things
that
we
want
to
bond.
So
when
we're
organizing,
we
can
say
we
really
want
to
be
streaming
this
event
and
the
events
team
can
figure
out
how
much
that
would
cost
and
just
ensure
that
that's
factored
into
the
budget.
I.
E
F
A
D
So
actually
that
would
be
a
great
segue,
because
we're
talking
to
this
I'm
out
and
there
they
can
actually
give
updates.
We
know
how
that
went
kind
of
like
a
post-mortem,
but
there's
already
one
happening.
So
what
we
did
try
to
do
this
here
and
this
only
started
in
the
weeks
before
that
is
we
tried
to
have
a
process
that
we
would
be
able
to
give
people
some
I'm,
like
winking
of
it
there
at
this
summit,
how
many.
D
Was
supposed
to
be
a
process
that
would
give
people
somewhere
to
quickly
access
the
resources
that
they
need
like?
Oh,
oh,
you
need
to
start
doing
only
to
start
hangouts
like
something
just
so
they
can.
They
don't
have
to
remember
things
on
the
go,
because
it's
a
lot
to
ask
facilitators
to
already
prepare
content
and.
D
Now,
on
top
of
that,
if
you
have
to
tear
tear
process
which
is
very
necessary
to
be
able
to
include
everyone
and
make
sure
that
things
like
we
have
the
right
outcomes
that
there
are
action
items
at
the
end
of
it,
it's
still
attached.
So
we
thought
we'd,
shonduras
process
and
so
in
the
leading
up
to
the
summit
at
the
organizing
team,
like
we
tried
quite
hard
to
balance
out
being
able
to
move
sessions
around,
but.
D
Half
of
a
schedule,
because
for
the
past
two
like
we
were
using
lessons
learned
for
previous
summits
and
before
like,
for
example,
at
Berlin,
it
was
a
little
bit
too
chaotic.
It
was
less
structured
the
time
before
that
there
was
less
of
that.
It
was
more
structure
but
the
same
time
there
wasn't
as
much
flexibility.
I
think
that
we
wanted.
So
this
was
supposed
to
be
done.
Stand
on
the
holiness
seemed
to
turn
that
okay,
so
we
don't
want
to
box
people
in
too
much.
D
But
what
we're
saying
is
if
we
were
to
use
a
guide
that
would
make
things
easier.
Now
we
realize
that
almost
I,
don't
think
people
use
the
guide
or
if
there
was
like
I,
don't
see
it.
I
I
didn't
go
to
all
the
sessions.
Obviously
I
went
to
just
with
you,
but
we
didn't
use
the
guide
in
our
sessions
and
I
feel
like
when
it
comes
to
processes.
We
need
to
build
a
habit
of
using
them,
so
we
don't
have
a
habit
to
go
there
and
if,
once
or
twice
a
year,
we
just
decide
to.
D
Oh,
oh
by
the
way,
there's
a
session
facilitator
guide.
We're
that's
probably
not
going
to
happen
so
I'm
thinking
this
should
move,
be
moved
out
of
summit
and
they
should
be
moved
to
something
like
admin
where
we
start
following
this
at
every
meeting
and
we
build
it
out
so
that
it's
generalized
enough
that
any
person
running
a
meeting
or
anywhere
user
running
a
meeting
can
use
it.
But
at
the
same
time
there
is
a
process
that
we
know
to
go
through.
Just
I,
don't
know
some
sort
of
flow.
D
We
might
think
it's
optional,
so
I
kind
of
just
propose
we
we
we
do
something
about
moving
this
to
admin
and
socializing
this
around
and
making
sure
people
know
exist
and
start
following
it,
so
that
next
time
collapse
some
it
comes
around.
It's
just
a
matter
of
process
that
we're
using
I'll
sweep.
We.
A
Got
a
plus
one
in
the
in
the
chat
as
well.
So
that's
awesome,
I.
It's
also
I
think
we
also
need
to
make
it
foolproof
for
organizers,
so
it
should
necessarily
be
on
them
to
think
about
how
they're
gonna
be
doing
telepresence
and
we
we
know.
We
know
the
rooms
are
gonna,
be
using
before
collapse
on
it.
A
So
every
single
room
should
be
set
up
to
be
live-streaming
all
the
time
or
anybody
can
walk
in
and
now
just
like
how
you
can
walk
in
the
room
itself
come
in
and
out
of
the
livestream
for
that
room
different
times.
So
that's
and
that's
certainly
something
that
that
events
can
help
with.
But
you
know
at
that
point
it
becomes
a
tool
that
can
amplify
the
amplify.
The
reach
of
the
folks
actually
running
these
sessions,
instead
of
forcing
them
to
do
more
work.
A
H
Wanted
to
say,
like
one
quick
note
about
I,
like
the
idea
of
maybe
moving
this
to
admit,
I,
like
the
idea
of
sharing
the
processes
and
like
lifting
everybody
up
around
those
processes,
I'm
a
little
bit,
hesitant
on
the
side
of
like
making
a
rule
like
yes
to
proposing
good
guidelines,
but
no
to
like
saying
you
have
to
have
a
specific,
rigid
checklist
that
every
meeting
needs,
but
we
don't
have
a
checklist
yet
or
nothing
beyond
that
document.
Yet
anyway,
so
I'm,
not
I'm,
arguing
semantics
here,
I
shouldn't
I
shouldn't
be.
D
Sorry
with
that,
I
am
a
firm
believer
that
we
don't
have
to
mandate
things
like
processes,
don't
if
they
have
to
be
mandated
they're,
not
that
processes
I,
think
if
we
build
them
outright,
people
will
start
adopting
them
and
they
will
share
with
other
people
and
say
hey.
This
is
working
for
us.
You
should
really
give
this
a
go
so
so
I'm
for
I'm
for
working
on
this
first
and
adopting
it
ourselves
and
honing
it
and
then
hopefully
it
takes
hold
and
we
work
on
it
until
it
does
yep.
A
D
I
think
some
pretty
awesome
stuff
happening
was
that
there
there
was
some
real
investment
from
people
to
hash
things
out
a
lot
of
sessions.
Several
sessions
moved
around
on
the
fly
and
people
really
jumped
in
were
like
I'm
gonna
go
to
this
and
they
stuck
around
for
the
entire
time,
even
through
lunch,
just
running
out
and
dropping
something
coming
back
and
I.
Think
I
think
some
people
just
didn't
even
get
lunch.
I
really
love
that
yep
yeah.
A
A
D
Went
to
moderation,
it's
it's
been
something
that
I've
been
reluctant
to
get
involved
with,
just
because
of
the
level
of
commitment
it
seemed
they
wanted,
and
the
emotional
gave
her
that
I
didn't
feel
like
I
had
the
training
part
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
to
see
that
the
people
who
are
went
there
also
had
similar
concerns
and
the
moderate
existing
moderation,
team,
I
think
Michael
rich
trot
facing
knives
and
tyranny
and
one
more
person
one
more
person,
someone
telepresence,
am
I
someone
confidence
and
I
can't
remember
a
theme,
a
theme
forget
the
name.
D
I
know
there
had
a
oth
wife
yeah,
so
they
tell
presence
in
that.
We
talked
about,
we
talked
about,
they
talked
about
what
the
experiences
were
and
they
talked
about
the
training
that
was
going
to
be
provided
to
people
who
were
down
to
give
that
a
shot,
and
there
were
two
new
people
down:
chaga
onboarding
to
moderation,
so
that
George,
whose
last
name
I
don't
know,
but
it
seems
like
there
is
a
need
for
that
and
the
the
time
commitment
is
low
is
just
that
we
move
depending
part
in
the
willing
to
provide
it.
D
I
think
it's
a
really
good
opportunity
for
people
who
want
to
learn
actually
guilt
around
conflict
resolution
which
I
feel
like
I
would
I
would
come
very
useful,
especially
in
built
into
space
and
behavior
link
space,
and
just
you
know,
if
you're
in
the
team
at
all,
if
you
work
not
in
isolation,
those
to
be
super
useful
skills
to
have,
and
can
we
really
like
country
it
back
to
the
part
of
so
if
you're
down
to
join
I,
think
the
training
will
happen
in
early
spring.
D
A
You
know
level
setting
for
everybody
in
the
room
we
I
hate.
It
was
supposed
to
be
an
hour
and
a
half
session
just
after
lunch.
It
then
got
pushed
back
to
about
when
it
start
like
10:30
11:00
at
10:30
and
ended
up
continuing
the
entire
day,
which
was
needed
and
and
very
appreciated.
So
we
we,
we
brought
the
group
through
a
number
of
ideation
exercises.
We
who
spent
like
45
minutes
at
the
beginning,
this
talk
and
level
setting
for
what
are
we
doing
here
with
the
process?
That's
happened
already
we're
we're.
A
A
So
from
that
conversation
we
started,
we
kind
of
you
know,
identified
the
the
goals
for
I
want
to
get
to,
which
is
gonna,
be
working
towards
a
merged
foundation.
Whatever
that
looks
like
we
get
to
control
a
lot
of
that
process,
I,
if
not
the
grand
majority
of
it,
which
is
kind
of
cool
the
goal
the
goal
is,
is
hopefully
for
end
of
q1
for
a
functional
new
foundation
which
gives
us
a
lot
of
runway.
A
There's
it's
used
for
this
on
github
right
now,
but
we
know
the
hope
is
that
we
can
deliver
that
the
the
board
folks,
so
they
can
get
unblocked
from
everything
else.
They
need
to
do
to
hit
that
q1
goal
for
end
of
end
of
October
or
early
November.
So
there's
a
there's,
a
goal
to
deliver.
Just
those
few
major
bullet
points
that
need
to
be
text
in
bylaws.
Everything
else
should
be
pretty
minimal.
A
We
then
went
on
and
I
started,
doing
some
jump
on
like
high
concept
ideation
around
what
our
new
foundation
values,
but
what
should
be
the
core
chance
of
this
foundation?
What
would
we
like
to
see
in
major
programs
I,
you
know
what
what
should
the
CPC
and
and
that
top-level
Hong
Kong
group?
What
should
they
really
be
providing
and
what
services
should
they
be
be
running?
And
then
we
started
grouping
grouping
those
programs
under
we've
started
asking
like
how
does
this
actually
map
to
a
core
value
and
and
figure
out
like?
Are
we
doing?
A
Oh,
do
we
have
enough
enough
ideas
here
to
actually
support
core
values
for
the
foundation,
start
identifying
big
major
questions
and
started
talking
about
process
for
the
next
six
months?
How
does
that
look?
So
all
this
we
got
it
synthesized
in
a
brand
new
repo
called
no
no
js'
/
bootstrap.
This
is
a
temporary
repo.
A
This
is
going
away
as
soon
as
we
figure
it
all
out,
but
this
is
where
we'll
be
collaborating
along
with
JSF
folks,
buddy
who's
interested
engaged
to
kind
of
figure
out
what
this
new
structure
looks
like
so
takeaways
from
an
immense
number
of
sticky
notes
that
were
just
plaster
all
over
the
wall
are
in
issue
number
11
right
now.
The
bootstrap
repo
is
fairly
empty
right
now,
but
the
kind
of
most
fleshed-out
version
of
first
stab
at
process
is
PR
and
PR
number
seven.
A
A
The
a
degree
that
we
we
know
and
love
gets
will
get
discussed
in
that
the
like
active
running
governance
talks.
So
there's
a
lot
of
activity
going
on
in
here,
there's
which
I
love
to
see
it's
a
whole
new
fire
hose
to
drink
from
the
github
side
of
things.
So
it's
gonna
be
fun
to
to
keep
track
of
that,
and
it
looks
like
one
other
little
point
of
next
steps.
A
Process
from
from
the
meeting
miles
opened
up
issue
number
fourteen
in
bootstrap,
which
is
for
a
first
in-person
meeting
where
we
can
well
in
person
over
BC
meeting
I
believe
he
has
it
for
Monday,
but
these
will
happen
frequently
I'm
sure
and
was
still
figuring
out
exactly
who's
gonna
run
run
all
this,
but
it
would
be
awesome
for
people
who
who
care
to
call
in
and
and
start
consider
to
continue
the
discussion
over
there.
But
overall
in
the
actual
session,
I
was
I
love
the
tone
of
it.
A
I
love
the
engagement
of
it
and
I
I,
really
liked
how
constructive
the
entire
process
felt
between
vision,
everybody
in
the
room,
the
JSF
folks,
all
the
all
the
node
folk,
all
the
all
the
foundation
poker
in
the
room
like
it
was.
It
was
a
cool
cool
thing
to
witness
I,
even
though
it
went
on
for
a
good,
four
or
five
hours
longer
than
I
thought
it
would
be.
But
it
was
a
blast.
That's.
A
D
E
We
did
so
the
whole
of
their
session,
one
very
good.
It
wasn't
like
we
are
like
making
decisions
and
things
like
that.
It's
just
like
everyone's
shading.
That's
what
thoughts,
what
they
think
about
or
should
be.
What
oh,
can
we
improve
it
and
then
just
put
it
in
the
in
a
document
where
the
people
who
cannot.
F
A
Yeah
I
know
certainly
whenever
I
tried
and
hosted
especially
in-person
sessions,
I
try
and
make
the
the
takeaway
to
be
I
just
more
more
material
to
bring
to
the
async
sessions
where
decision
actually
are
made
yeah.
So
there
were,
there
were
no
no
decisions
made,
at
least
in
governance.
That's
for
sure,
but
just
more
content
to
spark
discussion
should
I
in
the
repo
and
my
gosh.
Do
we
have
a
lot
of
content.
