From YouTube: Node.js Mentorship Meeting
Description
B
Hello,
everyone
happy
new
year
so
today
we're
gonna
talk
about
like
what
we've,
what
you're
gonna
do
again
and
for
the
next
cohort
and
see
if
anyone
did
fallout
during
those
past
three
weeks.
So
in
the
last
meeting
we
agreed
to
create
a
list
for
possible
mentors
to
contact
them
and
reach
out
to
them.
Sophia
also
offered
her
help
in
that
to
reach
out
to
them
via
email,
correct.
A
B
B
Who
is
it
again?
Mike
Anderson
doesn't.
A
A
A
B
A
B
A
A
B
C
B
A
A
C
The
only
the
only
other
started
to
I
would
think
of,
as
maybe
just
approaching
a
bunch
of
like
I
guess.
This
shows
a
little
bit
of
my
ignorance,
but
is
there
just
somebody
from
each
committee
who
we
could
approach
and
then
have
them
like
bring
it
to
the
other
members
of
those
committees
to
see
who's
who's
interested
sort
of
like
him
more
of
like
a
hierarchical
right,
Rea
first.
A
A
A
A
Interesting
you
know,
mix
with
with
with
folks
like
rich
enjoyi.
They
already
do
so
much
to
sort
of
do
that.
Broad
study,
mentoring
when
I
go
and
I'm
on
and
and
sort
of
bug
them
about.
You
know
bolting
into
this
process.
They
both
both
have
been
like.
Oh,
it
sounds
cool
but
I'm
like
already
maxed
out,
but
yes,
I,
guess.
C
A
C
A
Just
you
know
knocking
down
one
of
the
big
barriers.
Do
we
want
to
sort
of
build
together?
A
quick
invite.
You
know
quick
paragraph
and
I'll.
Send
it
you
know
to
Dawson,
will
just
get.
Do
you
take
care
of
this
big
action?
I,
don't
know
kind
of
blocking
action
item
but
I've
been
pushing
it
off
this
meaning.
You
know,
let's
get
the
the
invite
to
our
mentors
crafted
now
and
you
know
line
on
that
and
then
we
can
distribute
it
out
as
a
takeaway
for
dick.
B
B
A
Think
we
should
not
limit
the
scope
of
our
request
because
you
might
get
you
know.
Someone
like
you
know
someone
who's
plugged
in,
but
not
not,
maybe
working
in
their
day
to
day
be
in
Korea
and
they're
like
yeah,
like
I,
want
to
do.
I've
been
spending
a
little
bit
time
in
security
and
like
that's,
where
I
want
to
do
my
mentoring,
so
I
wouldn't
impose
a
scope
on
our
mentors.
A
B
A
A
A
Allowing
us
to
do
the
matching
took
a
lot
of
time
right.
We,
the
the
feedback
from
our
mentors
that
was
I'll,
do
anything
actually
was
very
helpful
in
our
triage
process.
That's
why
I'm
trying
to
sort
of
move
this
forward,
but
you
know
maybe
it's
it's
just
you
know
solving
our
problem,
not
not
solving
the
need
of
the
individuals
that
were
you're
trying
to
engage
here.
C
C
On
the
other
hand,
I'm
trying
to
think
of
of
sidestepping
that
matching
issue
like
a
different
way,
which
is
basically
the
you
know
and
I
think
I've
said
this
before,
like
the
most
important
thing
to
our
throughput
is
getting
mentors
and
pushing
like
I
agree
like
we
want
it
specific
upfront,
but
also
like
any
kind
of
additional
friction
like
oh,
hey
choose
a
scope,
got
it
like
could
just
be
I,
don't
know
it's
like
almost
like
this
I
don't
want
to
mention.
I
just
want
to
be
like
hey.
C
C
C
A
B
C
C
C
A
B
C
And
then
sort
of
more
or
less
the
reason
I
have
my
like
last
bullet
point
as
I.
Don't
feel
like
at
this
stage.
You
don't
want
them
to
like
feel
like
they
have
to
commit
without
being
able
to
ask
follow-up
questions
and
I
think
if
they
have
to
ask
those
follow-up
questions
in
an
email,
they're,
more
likely
to
just
I
know
to
protect
their
time.
C
C
That's
the
that's
the
downside
unless,
unless
there's
a
general
attribute
that
everybody
on
the
list
has
like,
if
everybody
we're
gonna
cut
like
contact
in
this
round
is
like
a
hub,
you
know
like
a
like
a
connector
within
the
node
community
and
we
can
say
the
same
thing
about
all
of
them.
Then
we
wouldn't
have
to
tailor
it
but
yeah.
I
agree
I
mean
in
a
perfect
world
and
we
had
unlimited
time
and
resources,
but
it
would
tailor
this
individually
to
each
person.
C
D
No
I
think
a
little
bit
generic
and
the
sense
that
we
give
them
the
opportunity
to
like
stitch
what
they
want
to
do
and
respond
with
an
email.
More
like
our
strange
I
sent
you
I,
sent
message
to
you
need
copies,
Alpha,
Team
and
sent
to
the
group.
So
if
the
misses
a
little
bit
generic
asking
them
what's
working
group
of
possible
hours,
Holly
wants
it's
be
like
make
it
a
little
bit
less.
D
So,
okay
in
the
charts,
if
you
go
to
the
church,
I
I
have
a
message
there
them
states
in
the
scope
you
want
to
work.
Weeds
in
what's
working
group
was
a
possible.
Ours
was
a
possible
day.
That's
that's!
We
give
them
the
leverage
of
doing
it's
on
your
own
time
frame
rather
than
saying.
Okay,
we
are
picking
a
particular
day
for
you.
The
mentees
cannot
easily
adjust
than
the
mentor
I
just
seen,
Simon
Says
timeframe,
I,
don't
even
that
makes
sense.
D
A
D
A
B
D
So
like
we
can
work
with
the
rest,
one
male
would
get
from
them
since
the
I
think
this
mill
can
go
directly
to
no
J's
contributors
or
collaborators
assistant
ones
stating
the
she
sayin
is
cook
they
want
tomato.
In
now
we
have
a
list
of
scope
that
is
more
generic
and
say.
Okay,
we
have
Susan
about
mentors
interested
in
taking
website
redesign.
We
also
snowmakers
interested
in
taking
community
activities.
They
know
we
can
scale
up
from
there,
knowing
what's
number
with
like
a
matrix,
something
we
can
work
with
rather
than
waiting.
B
B
A
B
A
You
know
folks
sort
of
out
there
lingering
and
you
know
I
know
you
know
the
next
month.
I'm
not
gonna
have
a
lot
of
time
to
search
chase
people
down.
You
know
I'm,
basically
going
to
have
a
few
cycles
to
go
ping
folks
and
I
kind
of
want
that
to
be
able
to
come
back
into
what
we're
doing
somehow
in
some
capacity-
and
you
know
hopefully
be
able
to
do.
B
B
B
A
A
B
So
I
can
reach
out
to
them.
I
believe
I
have
a
trustee
to
send
the
emails
and
I
believe
it's
a
better
idea
to
just
for
this
firm
to
not
have
the
forum
for
the
motors
and
just
ask
them
to
reply
on
the
email
or
talk
to
me
on
slack
or
anyone
in
the
mentorship
team
and
I'll
be
able
to
collect
list
of
interests.
B
A
B
B
A
B
A
A
A
A
A
E
C
A
A
C
A
C
A
A
No,
we
haven't
so
you
know
we
can
take
care
of
that
through
you
know,
collaborate
or
onboarding,
and
you
know
bring
you
to
in
particular,
into
the
mentorship
working
group
which
which
would
bring
you
in
as
a
collaborator
into
now
Jess.
You
know
that
that's
it
appreciate
your
collaboration,
no
expectation
that
you're
going
to
go
and
allocate
additional
time.
A
C
I
mean
I
would
be
open
to
like
the
actual
mentorship.
I
would
be
open
to,
however,
because
I
don't
know,
depending
on
what
we're
trying
to
get
the
mentees
to
do
like.
Let's
say
it's
like
a
core
contribution
or
something
like
that,
I
haven't
done
it
so
I'm,
obviously
not
the
best
person
so
mentor
there
right,
yeah.
A
In
this
case
I,
you
know
mentored
Achmed,
on
on
the
committee
committee,
mm-hmm
working
through
some
of
that
process.
So
and-
and
that
was
you
know,
based
on
my
experience-
you
know
in
previous
years,
so
that
makes
sense
cool
but
yeah
in
terms
of
action
items.
Let's
absolutely
you
know
if
you're
interested
in
joining
us
in
continue
to
join
us
further
yeah,
let's,
let's
go
through
that
process
and
you're
on
board.
As
the
two
member
great
vessel.
C
A
A
B
A
A
B
C
C
A
B
A
You
all
next
time,
but
things
like
thank
you
like.
