From YouTube: Mentorship Team Meeting
Description
A
B
B
B
And
we
have
one
more
person
in
our
group:
Conor
Holloman
is
the
final
person
that
you
know
is
in
our
group
we're
actively
looking
for
team
members,
individuals
who
want
to
help
in
in
the
the
set
up
process.
We've
begun
the
initial
surveys
for
mentors
and
mentees,
and
you
know
you
know
if
we
look
at
all
the
the
various
things
that
need
to
be
done.
You
know
that
is
a
separate
process
and
I'm
excited
to
you
know
to
participate
in
the
capacity
of
both
the
mentor
and
mentee
in
that.
B
A
B
You
were
live
on,
YouTube
and
I
was
just
going
through
and
sharing
a
little
bit
about
the
the
other
context
of
what
we're
trying
to
achieve
in
the
mentorship
team
meetings
and
kind
of
bring
the
internet
public
up
to
to
speed
and
requesting
more
participants
more
participants
to
help
in
that
process
to
you
know,
facilitate
the
mentors
and
mentees
and
make
sure
everyone's
having
a
great
experience.
You
know
the
mentorship
is
a
very
people,
intensive
person,
the
process,
and
you
know
I.
B
My
expectation
in
this
is
that
you
know
the
administrative
side
of
that
is
also
going
to
be.
You
know
fairly
labor
people
intensive,
so
the
more
individuals
we
can
have
to
support
that
and
help
manage
the
administrative
side
of
things.
The
more
our
mentors
and
mentees
can
focus
on.
You
know
that
their
goals
and
you'll
have
a
great
experience.
Maybe.
B
B
B
B
You
know
we
started.
We
started
out
the
discussion
today.
You
know
around
the
the
tooling
to
be
able
to
put
a
put
the
meeting
set
up
and
cadence,
and
you
know
Google
Doc
preparation
on
autopilot,
so
the
occupied
may
be.
You
know
just
just
for
everybody's
context.
You
could
share
where
you're
at
with
that
and
how
far
you
you,
you
were
able
to
take
it.
C
It's
on
the
agenda
so
we'll
talk
about
it
also
I
wanted
to
setting
up
the
meetings
and
Google
Docs
and
the
issue
and
I
started
looking
at
it
yesterday.
Actually
I
got
some
time,
but
I
didn't
actually
understand
we're
sure
like
I
understood
what
to
do,
but
I
didn't
stand
files
because
it's
not
clarified
and
I
looked
in
the
node
repo
I
didn't
find
anything
but
turns
out.
I
have
to
submit
a
pull
requests
to
the.
B
Right
cool,
and
did
you
have
any
for
the
not
that
tooling,
because
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
capture
the
action
item
that
I
took.
C
B
C
A
A
C
B
Great,
so
on
the
create
node
meeting,
artifacts
tooling,
that
Michael
Dawson
has
prepared,
for
you
know,
working
group
and
various
no
just
project
team
leads
I
will
take
the
action
of
going
and
setting
up
a
PR
to
the
admin
refill
to
you
know,
begin
to
sort
of
you
know,
create
a
space
to
to
you
know,
point
folks
to
you
know,
help
resources
and
everything.
You
know
we're
kind
of
at
zero
and
it
begins
his
sort
of
create
a
focal
point.
There.
B
Then,
in
addition
to
that,
so
I've
been
going
and
getting
the
the
resources
set
up
for
being
able
to
to
be.
You
know
kind
of
the
foundation
liaison
to
run
zoom
meeting.
Do
the
the
YouTube
posting
and
make
sure
that
we
have
our
calendar
entry
up-to-date,
so
calendar
I
created
an
issue,
not
a
PR
to
request
the
the
calendar
invites
so
I
was
corrected
at
the
latest.
B
Calm,
calm
meeting
that
cool
you
know
it
saw
the
issue.
What's
missing,
is
adding
myself
to
the
list
of
of
calendar
maintainer
z--
to
be
able
to
sort
of
go
through
the
rest
of
that
process.
So
after
yesterday's
comic-con
meeting,
I
I
fixed
that
so
I
got
that
taken
care
of,
unfortunately,
we're
working
with
zippy
I
haven't
been
able
to
unblock
you
know
getting
my
my
gmail
account
set
up
with
YouTube.
B
You
know
I'm,
not
sure
what
the
issues
there
or
quite
how
to
unblock
it.
You
know
one
run
in
circles
a
few
times
with
zippy
and
a
couple
other
folks
from
the
Linux
Foundation
couldn't
get
to
a
resolution
so
absent.
You
know
going
and
physically.
Do
it
myself
I'm
not
sure
to
do
with
it
journey?
You
had
some
challenges,
you
know
getting
that
set
up
yourself.
Do
you
remember
what
unlocked
it
with.
A
B
You
know
because
I
can
set
up
a
meeting
and
you
know
post
that,
but
I
can't
actually
do
you
know
the
sort
of
transparency
process
that
we
have
to.
You
know
share
our
public
meetings
on
YouTube
with
everybody.
So
you
know
that
you
know
it's
not
not
done
yet.
Okay,
so
you
know
that's
just
gonna.
You
know
take
time
and
in
poking
maybe
some
screen
share
airing
or
what
you
know.
I
know
that
that
YouTube's
permissioning
model
can
be
cumbersome
and
complicated
when
I've
set
it
up
in
the
past.
B
It
was
not
straightforward,
but
yeah
I've
I've,
yet
to
get
any
sort
of
notice
that
you
know
my
my
account
was
added
or
anything
like
that.
But
I
also
have
you
know
a
bazillion
accounts,
so
there
are
plenty
of
ways
that
you
know
that
could
potentially
go
go
sideways.
You
know
with
some
old
account
of
mine.
If
there's
not,
you
know
sort
of
clear
indication
that
that
that
is,
you
know:
D
shawty,
shawty,
hashtag,
meaning,
oh
so.
B
That's
that's
the
you
know
that
the
the
state
of
the
universe-
and
you
know
with
that-
you
know
we
should
probably
move
over
to
you-
know
going
from
you're
transitioning
from
where
word
sort
of
getting
everybody
together
and
how
this
team
is
going
to
go
and
sort
of
set
up.
The
the
first
group
of
mentors
right
and
you
know
the
way
I
would
propose
we
go
about
that.
Is
you
know
in
our
regular
two-week
cadence?
You
know.
C
To
like
tell
them
exactly
like
they
have
to
read
the
documents
and
stuff
break
also
like
they
need
some
guidance
like
some
resources
for
them
to
be
able
to
like
most
of
them
or
I.
Guess,
like
they're
gonna,
be
new
to
the
process,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
find
out
some
good
sources
to
guide
them
through
how
to
like
the
mentality
of
like
they
don't
need
to
know
everything
they
have
to
like
be
like
a
link
to
the
resources
they
don't
have
to
like
it's
okay,
to
not
know
something.
C
Like
first
three,
we're
gonna
have
to
do
this,
maybe
I'm
thinking
like
if
we
set
up
the
slack
thing.
We
can
talk
from
on
slack
before
actually
starting
the
mentorship
program
like
that
or
the
kickoff
meetings.
We
can
have
like
some
talks
with
them
or
invite
them
to
this
meeting,
to
talk
with
them
and
get
them
set
up
and
answer
their
questions
and
you'll
have
a
better
idea
like
what
what
is
missing
to
start.
B
D
It
comes
to
onboarding
of
Mentor,
specifically
right
right,
so
we
actually
never
used
the
deck
for
that.
Okay
way
that
we
went
about
it
is,
we
would
have
like
whoever
was
the
senior
who
was
kind
of.
We
would
have
one
of
the
more
senior
mentors
basically
pair
up
with
one
of
the
new
folks
who
are
coming
in,
and
there
was
an
implicit
kind
of
cultural
responsibility
to
make
sure
that
they
were
having
that
conversation.
There's
a
couple
of
ways
that
this
can
be
made
easier
by
automation.
D
The
first
way
that
comes
to
mind
is,
if
you
bring
in,
let's
say,
you're,
using
slack
as
a
platform
just
for
argument.
This
can
be
done.
Platform
agnostic
me,
I'm,
just
gonna
use
it
as
a
metaphor
here,
but
you
would
have
like
anybody
knew
who
was
invited
to
the
mentors
channel
would
get
a
greeting.
Basically,
that's
like
hey
welcome
to
the
mentors
channel.
It
would
send
over
like
a
forum
that
would
be
like
these
are
our.
Does
our
code
of
conduct
make
it
they
signed
off
on
like
okay?
D
B
Got
it
not
slick
yeah
I'm
in
the
operation
code
black?
So
you
know
I've
seen
some
of
that
the
machinery
working
and
it's
a
it's
amazing
to
see
that's
great
okay,
so
you
know
bootstrapping
begin
by
beginning,
and
you
know
we
don't
have
any
senior
mentors,
but
we
do
have
a
couple.
You
know
senior
mentors
here
with
we
konradin
myself
and.
D
B
B
You
know
program
that
you're
stepping
into
so.
If
you're,
you
know,
excited
about
getting
started
with
this
program,
and
we
would
like
to
work
with
the
mentorship
team
to
you
know
we
refined
the
process
and
provide
feedback.
You
know
now
it's
a
great
time
to
to
engage.
Otherwise
you
know
we
can,
if
you
don't,
have
the
cycles
to
participate
at
that
level
in
in
the
first
cohort
we
can
you
hold
your
name
yeah,
as
we
you'll
get
a
little
more
process
under
us
and
you
could
get
to
next
stage.
C
B
C
A
C
A
B
You
know
at
least
at
least
three
is
you
know
what
I
would
look
for
in
you
know,
defining
those
you
know
those
folks
anytime,
were
you
know
taking
on
individuals
who
have
existing
strong
responsibilities
in
the
across
the
project?
You
know
I
always
will
sort
of
lower
my
expectations
that
that
person
is
gonna
be
available.
B
So
you
know
you
see
a
couple
books
in
this
list
that
you
know
are
already
heavily
committed
to
various
activities
in
the
project,
and
you
know
I
I
want
them
to
how
to
respond
and
to
self-assess
that
that
question
that
I
was
asking
earlier.
If
they
have
time
to
sort
of,
you
know
help
bootstrap,
but
you
know
in
general
my
expectation
would
be
lowered
if
they're
there
already,
you
know
heavily
tasks
and
participating
elsewhere.
C
A
D
B
I
actually
recommend
not
not
using
that
terminology.
I
don't
expect
to
you
know
cohort
assumes
that
you're
managing
things
as
groups
moving
forward
and
I,
don't
expect
them
to.
You
know
to
be
managed
as
groups
going
forward.
Okay
sounds
good,
yeah,
broader,
less
specific,
and
if
we
were
talking
about
you
know
the
operation
code
process,
so
I
love
words
that
terminology
yeah
but
I.
Don't.
B
C
D
Say
like
the
one-to-many
model,
in
terms
of
like
you're,
already
seeing
that
you
have
a
far
different
ratio
of
mentors
and
mentees,
and
you
might
to
kick-start
this
thing.
I
see
this
similar
like
say,
like
a
social
media
site
like
Reddit,
where
they
seeded
the
content
to
like
just
get
people
going
for.
D
Up
this
is
kind
of
a
same
situation
where,
unless
you
have
like
a
couple
of
senior
mentors
who
are
just
willing
to
have
that
one-to-many
relationship,
it's
gonna
be
hard
to
start
like
you,
you
will
have.
You
will
need
to
have
some
folks
who
are
willing
to
take
more
than
their
share
of
the
load,
and
a
one-to-one
ratio
is
hard
to
maintain
it'll
be
challenging.
So
just
know
that
that's
not
an
issue,
that's
gonna,
go
away,
but
it'll
become
easier.
B
Right
and
you
know
justjust
in
full
awareness
of
folks
here-
that
is
my
expectation
coming
in
you
know
in
my
personal
participation,
and
you
know,
individual
desire
to
you'll
see
the
the
mentorship
program
get
off
the
ground.
You
know
my
expectation
is
that
my
individual
involvement
will,
you
know,
be
outsized
at
the
beginning.
Just
you
know
help
that
get
off
the
ground.
C
C
A
D
That's
good,
so
this
is
under
the.
So
if
this
is
under
the
node
foundation
in
terms
of
how
it's
being
managed,
there
are
a
lot
of
resources
that
you
have
now
as
a
nonprofit
that
can
help
support
this,
like
like
with
SendGrid
or
MailChimp
or
like
an
email
platform.
They
like
to
track
a
lot
of
this
stuff
I.
A
D
A
D
A
D
C
A
A
B
B
D
Recommendation
would
be
like
if
there's
like
a
quick
description
of
like
this
is
what
expected
of
a
mentor.
This
was
exciting.
The
mentee
like
that
could
be
the
seed
of
your
guidebook
and,
as
you
bring
in
mentors,
they
can
start
iterating
on
that
guide
book
with
their
best
practices,
their
lessons,
learn
and
then,
as
part
of
the
signup
process.
Then
you
can
integrate
that
and
say
the
Google
form
and
that
will
help
give
people
a
sense
of
expectations
as
to
what
they're
expected
to
do.
D
You
want
to
make
sure
like
I
mean
you're
gonna
need
to
get
a
certain
number
of
people
just
take
critical
mass,
but
also
quality
of
interest,
counts
and
wanna
really
make
sure
the
expectations
for
what
mentors
supposed
to
do
are
well
understood.
Otherwise,
it's
gonna
be
like.
Oh,
is
this
just
a
30
minute
wasp
session,
where
it's
like?
Oh
right,
we're
sitting
in
and
forgiving
and
I.
Don't
talk
this
person
again
you're
talking
about
a
long-term
relationship,
because
if
that
expectation
isn't
said
early,
then
they're
mismatched
expectations
and
they'll
be
disappointed.
Yeah,
yeah,
yeah.
B
So
you
know
if
I
were
preparing
for
that
and
doing
that,
and
you
know
finding
the
least
possible
effort.
I'd,
probably
just
go
through
the
you
know
the
mentorship
readme,
it's
great,
you
know,
I
could
spend
a
lot
of
time
and
curating
that
and
setting
that
up.
So
you
know
it's,
you
know
pointing
to
the
expectations.
B
C
You
can
like
about
expectations
I,
something
like
like
I
set
the
expectations,
because
I
really
like
you,
have
to
be
specific
talk
about
the
mentality.
What
to
expect?
What
are
the
goals
and
like
it's
really
like
small
points
about
the
expectations
that
the
mentors
should
expect
and
mentees,
and
some
general
details.
It's
in
the
repo.
B
B
You
know
what's
written
down
and
you
know:
listen,
listen
for
what
the
NiO
screen
basically
screen
test.
It
listen
for
what
the
the
Mentors
you
know
have
feedback
on,
and
you
know
test
for
things
like
hey.
You
know
we
were
setting
the
expectations
very
crisply
that
you
know
you're
dedicating
a
one
hour
every
month
for
six
months.
You
know.
Are
you
still
in.
B
C
B
I
will
set
up
the
calendar,
invite
right
so
I'll
invite
everyone
to
the
calendar,
invite,
but
then,
if
you
could,
if
you
could
set
up
the
the
issue
where
everyone
can
sort
of
drive
to
like
you
know
and
and
get
the
context,
so
what
are
we
talking
about?
And
you
have
have
a
place
to
check
in
on?
You
know:
I
live
in
the
calendar
and
you
know
if
it's
not
on.
If
I
don't
have
anything
in
the
calendar,
it
doesn't
exist.
C
A
I'm
about
to
submit
an
issue
like
a
call
from
interstate
thing:
I
would
really
love
it.
If
y'all
could
review
it
and
like
make
edits,
don't
like
I
I'm,
giving
you
permission
to
edit
it
and
make
changes
if
you
want
to
or
add
things
or
comment,
what
do
whatever
you
want,
but
I
would
really
like
to
make
sure
that
this
is
something
that
we
kind
of
point
you
as
hey.
Please
come
help
so
yeah
I'm
gonna
submit
that
now,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
y'all
know
and
know
it's
on
your
radar.
Thank.
