The
create
processes
and
guidelines
for
handling
undesirable
events
during
the
program,
I
think
is
I,
don't
think,
there's
anything
else
to
go
over
right
now.
With
that
same
with
me,
move
future
BIOS
tires,
etc.
Defiles,
instead
of
issues
I
was
going
to
do
that
towards
the
end
of
this
covert
mentorship
program,
administrative
test.
That
was
just
kind
of
a
like
to
do
thing-
that's
not
expressing
notify
attendee
about
successful
registration.
A
The
context
of
what
happened
to
collaborate,
summit
and
banker
that
know
just
interactive
so
first
and
foremost
Morgan
so
Morgan,
is
one
of
the
individuals
that
came
and
actually
joined
most
of
the
mentorship
sessions
that
we
had.
So
we
had
community
corner
during
the
events
and
got
some
really
great
questions.
Sorry,
then,
put
you
back
in
listen,
really
great
questions
and
feedback.
The
largest,
you
know
repeating
question
was
basically
how
can
I,
as
an
individual
kind
of
assert
to
my
boss,
that
I'm
doing
an
official,
no
jest
thing,
and
you
know.
A
Okay,
so
maybe
you
know,
I
got
I
got
that
from
three
four
or
five
folks.
You
know
Morgan
is
working
at
a
an
accelerator
boot
camp
and
has
spare
cycles
in
the
afternoon.
So
her
schedule
is
is
teaching
in
the
morning
and
then
the
afternoon
has
just
some
free
time
and
time
that
you
know
it's
hurt.
The
company
there
you
know
would
like
effort
being
put
into
you,
know
getting
gaining
more
visibility
in
open
source
projects
so
actually
coming
in
participating.
A
Helping
do
some
of
the
yak
shave
helped
me
do
some
of
the
coordination
is,
you
know,
you
know
her
availability
and
interests,
so
yeah
I'm
really
excited
about
figuring
out
how
we,
how
we
facilitate
that
you
know
in
terms
of
you
know,
the
mentorship
team
need
I
see.
That
was
one
of
our
biggest
immediate
needs.
A
A
To
plug
into
the
node.js
project
and
then
is
in
a
role
that
that
helps
others
potentially
engage
right.
So
the
central
you
know,
systems
role,
and
you
know
from
there
other
folks
inside
of
that
company,
you
know,
could
potentially
you
know
through
that
the
work
of
that
individual
be
brought
in
and
you
have
that
that
similar
allocation
of
time
requesting
for
permission
so
I,
took
that
at
oh.
C
A
A
C
A
A
You
know
I
took
that
feedback
of
I
want
this
permission
to
to
be
able
to
go
work
on
the
node.js
project
and
you
know
be
able
to
say
to
my
boss.
Basically
hey
I'm
carving
out
you
know
an
hour
or
two
of
my
week
and
I'm
doing
this
in
you
know
kind
of
a
semi-official
capacity
with
note
you
know
a
recognized
capacity
in
note,
and
you
know
the
you
know
that
that
corporate
promotion
is
a
little
bit
on
the
edge
and.
A
C
A
C
Okay,
so
where
does
that
put
us
with
the
meaning
time,
I
think
we
can
with
that.
So
where
would
that
put
us
with
the
meeting
times,
because
I
think
that
was
the
gist
of
that
issue?
Was
it
that
she
wasn't
able
to
attend
because
of
the
times
we
hope
the
meetings
right?
Oh
right,
right,
sorry
that,
like
I,
got
a
rift
off
that
yeah,
the
the.
If.
D
C
A
Morgan,
unfortunately,
can
this
is
that's
that's
when
instruction
starts
so
nine
am,
is,
you
know,
start
up
in
struck
nine
to
noon
on.
Fridays
is
instruction
time,
so
she
literally
can't
free
up
at
nine
to
be
able
to
attend
these
meetings,
but
you
know
I.
My
comment
to
that
is
you
know
my.
My
job
situation
is
about
to
change
at
the
end
of
the
month.
You
know
you're
managing
your
time.
A
A
A
B
D
Gonna
say
so
kind
of
following
on
from
that
I.
It
feels
like
what
we
want
is
a
value
proposition
up
somewhere.
That
basically
says
here's
why
your
boss
should
want
to
give
you
time
off
to
do
this
and
here,
and
maybe
it's
both
for
a
mentor
and
mentees
because
I
you
know
we
really
want
mentees
to
be
able
to.
We
want
mentors
to
be
able
to
take
two
hours
out
of
their
day
and
help
someone
out
to
and
kind
of
communicating
how
that's
an
advantage
as
well
would
be
good.
D
A
A
A
B
C
C
Well,
I
was
gonna,
say
we
could
ask
you
Dan
to
kind
of
go
over
what
happened?
It
note
interactive,
but
I
guess
that
would
be
maybe
not
the
best
idea
since
you're
cutting
out
so
much
right
now,
I
yeah.
D
B
B
B
I
mean
it's
it's
totally
within
the
community
right.
So
it's
it's
all
JSL
a
people
and
it's
you
know
it's
not
exactly
rigid.
You
know
it's
just.
If
you
go
to
jst
la
/
mentorship,
you
can
see
what
we
wrote
about
it
pretty
much
you
you
fill
out
the
form
and
then
we
just
help
the
mentors
find
mentees
that
are
appropriate
and
and
then
just
go
for
there.
It's
trucked
around
one-on-one
meetings.
You
know
an
hour
every
other
week.
A
A
A
So
the
more
we
can,
you
know,
be
supportive
of
mentors,
and
you
know
partner
with
with
folks
that
are
going
to
engage
and
be
active,
the
better
we
can
help
there.
And
you
know
beyond
that.
In
the
calm,
calm,
we've
kicked
off
some
partner
communities.
You
know
so
note.
Slackers
is
now
an
officially
recognized
partner
community
where.
A
You
know
moderate
presence
and-
and
you
know
we're
you
know
connecting
and
making
that
semi
official,
so
I
also
wanted
to
see
if
you
know
as
David
in
the
JSL
a
folks,
you
know
grow
that
program
internally.
If
there
was
any
interest
or
sort
of
affinity
that
we
would
you
know
we
could
have
between
the
two
groups.
B
I'll
just
drop
the
link
in
yeah,
so
the
way
that
I've
kind
of
the
way
that
I
pitch
it
is
that
if
you
are
like,
if
you're
a
junior
and
then
like
a
mid-level
developer,
obviously
it's
JavaScript
focus
because
we
are
a
J
SLA
and
that's
kind
of
the.
You
know
the
the
thread
that
you
know
everybody
is
together,
but
you
know
more
broadly,
it's
just
if
you're
a
junior
developer,
it's
useful
to
talk
to
a
to
a
mid-level,
developer,
who's
gone
through
job
interviews.
B
You
know
networking
the
transition
from
maybe
like
a
bootcamp
to
working
on
a
team
from
the
first
time.
All
of
those
things
are
are
useful.
Inning.
You
know
that
you
can
talk
to
someone
about
if
you're
a
mid-level,
you
might
be
starting
to
be
interested
in
like
okay.
What
does
it
mean
to
be
a
senior
engineer
or
a
lead
engineer,
or
something
like
that
and
so
being
able
to
talk
to
somebody
who
has
like
a
senior
title
or
as
been
working
for
for
a
longer
period
of
time?
And
then?
B
Similarly,
if
you're
a
senior
engineer,
maybe
you're
looking
to
go
into
management?
Maybe
you
want
to
switch
things
up,
go
into
academia
start
your
own
company
and
then
we
have
a
bunch
of
people
in
the
community
who
have
done
that
as
well.
So
to
answer
your
question:
yeah,
it's
more
broadly
JavaScript
than
just
node
and
then
I
think
even
more
broadly
than
JavaScript,
it's
probably
general
career
type
of
stuff
as
well.
Nice.
A
A
You
know
we
add
a
little
bit
more
of
you
know
anything.
You
know
Bigley
related
to
node,
as
you
know,
kind
of
the
other
founding
premise
and
have
focused
our
efforts
over
time
to
specifically
being
helping
folks
get
engaged
with
the
node.js
project.
So
you
know
that
that's
that's
a
that's
a
delta
from
where
we
are
currently,
though
you
know
in
all
of
that,
we're
still
you
know
in
my
mentorship
cohort
of
working
with
Achmed
and
helping
him
be
successful,
and
you
know
working
with
the
initiatives
and
working
groups
inside
no
Jess
there's.
Definitely
some.
A
Our
focus
with
this
program-
you
have
just
just
to
to
really
you
know,
move
through
our
pipeline
has
had
to
be.
You
know,
sort
of
clear,
close
the
aperture
to
to
be
about
node,
specifically
and
even
more
specifically,
not
just
node.
You
know
from
an
end
user
perspective,
but
the
no
just
project-
and
you
know
being
this-
you
know,
facilitation,
helping
folks
engage
with
with
nodejs
the
project
and
you
know
become
collaborators.
C
D
D
C
D
C
Great
great
all
right
so
I
think
that
was
pretty
much.
It
I
agreed
to
write
the
meeting
notes.
I
did
well
for
the
last
meeting
and
me
before
that
I
wrote
last
meetings,
notes
I
haven't
gotten
around
to
the
the
one
I'd
missed
before
that.
Yet
and
then
the
final
one
was
the
team
agreed
to
review
and
prepare
slides
for
interactive,
like
he
said,
that's
over
else,
so
that'll
be
in
a
no
so
yeah
that
exhausts
the
action
items
that
I
see.
If
you
want
real.
B
A
Something
that
I
was
hoping
that
my
phone
was
gonna
prompt
me
to
dial
in,
but
yeah
I
found
that
you
know
the
dialing
thing
I'm
trying
to
dial
in
now
and
will
ultimately
be
using
the
same
account
and
hopefully
by
I,
see
two
of
you
in
the
call
now
right
right.
But
the
second
one
is
actually,
you
know
just
just
over
the
same
internet
connection.
So
if
anything.
B
D
A
couple
new
action
items
so
I've
been
going
to
mentor
at
this
thing
called
hack,
Ellen
oi
at
the
University
of
Champaign
Urbana.
This
will
be
my
third
year
now
they
just
invited
me
back.
I
was
wondering
if
we
might
want
to
have
a
presence
there
or
I
have
one
person
from
the
node
project
or
from
the
mentorship
team
program,
even
because
it's
seems
to
dovetail
really
nicely
there.
D
C
C
D
C
Right
so
yeah
that
sounds
cool.
The
only
concern
I
have
is
that
it's
being
that
it's
like
a
specific
mentor
ship
like
directly
about
how
the
node
project
works,
they
would
essentially
end
up
being
kind
of
separate
anyway.
If
it
were
mentoring,
guess
lint,
there
I,
don't
know
anything
about
their
project,
but
it
might
be
completely
different
entering
but
space
there.
C
B
A
Wondering
that
you
know
is
useful
context.
I
think
in
that
merged,
merge
foundation
world
is
that
there
will
likely
be
a
enlarged
community,
so
yeah
I
think
we
can.
We
can
choose
to
go
one
way
or
another.
We
can
choose
to
have
the
mentorship
to
be
only
about
node
and
you
know
propose
it
to
the
broader
community
committee.
You
know
it's
something
that
that
group
wants
to
take
on
them
or
we
can
decide
to
take
on
that.
A
A
A
But
no
high
level,
you
know,
yeah
I,
think
that's
fantastic
and
I
would
love
to
see
that
this
sort
of
mentorship,
be.
You
know,
engaged
me
the
entire
ecosystem
and
something
positive
folks,
they're
included
projects.
We
really
need
some
guidance
and,
just
you
know,
a
sanity
check.
I
went
through
it.
You
know
when
I
was
doing
in
the
community.
You
know
I
know
you
AJ,
as
you
were,
joining
the
oberst
project.
You've
you've
had
folks
to
lean
on
and
that's
a
mouthful.
A
A
A
Definitely
could
see
the
value
in
that
to
in
to
go
into
the
individual
I
think
that
the
members
like
really
need
someone
to
ask
questions
and
sort
of
get
to
a
greater
sense
of
like
a
lot
of
safety
and
engaging
with
a
very
large
project
like
Odin
or
any
any
project
is
an
open
source
8
years.
You
know
a
bit
scary,
so
putting
the
friends
to
be
able
to
ask
questions,
need
it.
You're
done
good.
A
I
think
I
was
finally
getting
my
phone
dial
and
work
demonstrating
the
hacking
laws.
I
think
something
like
that
would
also
be
applicable
to
you
know
after
Illinois,
you
know,
rather
than
having
a
full
court
based
thing
seems
like
an
opportunity
to
have.
You
know
just
somebody
that
years
raising
their
hand,
volunteering
for
a
shorter
term,
engagement,
making
themselves
available
to
help
other
folks
in
the
lighted
exactly.
C
D
A
C
A
C
C
A
C
D
C
D
A
Right
you
ready
from
you
know:
I
get
feedback
soon,
implores
in
round
one.
Well,
you
pick
a
focus
area
right,
yeah,
not
just
I.
Think
I
can
do
anything
if
you
can
do
multiple
things
like
state.
The
multiple
pages
that
you're
interested
in
but
yeah,
it
was
hardest
for
us
to
pay
our
folks
away.
The
folks
that
were
just
like
bill
and
like
I'd,
be
happy
to
do
liver,
yeah.
That
actually
doesn't
help
us
and,
as
you
know,
the
team
in
noir
triage,
really
trails
well,.
A
A
We
got
you
know,
people
Express
background,
but
you
know
I'm
ting,
no
assertion,
yeah,
I'd
love
to
learn
more
about
the
leaper
single-player,
so
I
think
both
of
those
are
interesting
and
probably
next
centrally
require
different,
different
pairings
to
satisfy
both
those
needs.
But
you
know
for
us,
as
the
team
and
really
going
through
all
the
folks
in
this
movie
easier
to
have
just
some
level
of
specificity
to
align
folks
interests,
yeah.
B
I'll
say
for
the
for
the
previous
versions
of
the
jeaious
Lane
mentorship
program.
We
did
it
a
little
bit
differently
where
in
the
application,
the
mentees-
and
there
are
some
issues
with
this,
but
the
mentees
were
explicit
about
what
their
goals
were.
And
then
we
gave
those
applications
to
the
mentors
to
kind
of
have
the
mentors
request
mentees
that
they
felt
they
would
be
able
to
help.
D
D
B
I
mean
the
one
thing
that
I
will
say
and
also
I
do
have
to
point
out
that
I
think
my
mentorship
program
is
two
orders
of
magnitude
smaller
than
yours.
So
there's
gonna
be
some
pretty
serious
differences,
but
one
of
the
things
is
this
is
the
assumption
that
a
mentee
is
a
good
judge
of
what
they
want
like,
while
filling
out
an
application.
C
I
think
we
could
benefit
from
more
specific
this
in
the
art
like
form
or
application
process
like,
rather
than
just
tell
us
about
yourself
like
be
better.
If
we
had
like
radio
or
not
radio,
the
play
checkbox
is
like
check
the
things
that
interest
you
like
something
more
like
that
or
like
in
that
direction.
C
Because
it's
that's
hard
to
automate
the
tell
us
about
yourself,
then
we
end
up
having
to
do
like.
We
didn't
just
read
one's
about
me
and
try
to
guess
at
what
they
might
be
interested
in
based
off
that.
A
A
You
know,
direct
access
to
the
individuals,
and
we
may
be
you
know,
bringing
together
two
books
from
the
internet,
where
no
one
really
has
no
direct
experience
of
perspective
of
the
individuals
that
were
bringing
together
so
with
that
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
that
we
were
a
safe
environment
for
everybody,
okay,
that
they
had
something
they
can
do
talk
to
you.
There
are
any
issues
we,
the
mentorship
team
exclusively
serves
talking
in
and
providing
the
mentee
and
mentors
someone
to
reach
out
to
anyone.
Tell
me
the
curtain
support.
C
On
the
subject
of
the
kickoff
meetings
that
ended
up
being
a
lot
of
effort
involved
in
that
more
than
I
would
have
expected
so
I,
don't
know
how
well
that's
would
scale
in
the
format
we
did
it
in
the
first
cohort.
C
So
based
on
what
you
just
said,
I
wonder
if
there's
other
ways
to
achieve
that,
like
like
a
good
kickoff
meeting
like
just
or
like
a
recurring
kickoff
meeting
like
once
a
week,
you
know
at
different,
maybe
a
different
time
each
week
to
facilitate
different
schedules
and
say
just
you
know,
attend
the
first
kickoff
meeting
you
can
with
your
your
mentee
and
talk
you
through
the
program,
along
with
whoever
else
attends
at
that
time.
I
need.
D
A
You
know
maybe,
as
you're
preparing
minutes.
You
know
I'd
love
to
follow
up
on
that
a
few
months
away.
But
if
we
want
to
get
anyone
who's
going
to
go
and
volunteer
in
the
project,
then
yeah
I
think
we
need
a
little
bit
of
new
time.
You
know
and
having
you
having
something
that
captures
that
request.
A
David,
you
know
I,
guess,
there's
a
very
sort
of
explicit
request.
You
know
is
this
program,
something
that
you
think
would
be
a
good
use
of
your
time.
You
know,
in
terms
of
you
know,
checking
out
and
engaging
with
no
decimal.
Just
you
know,
first
and
foremost,
and
then
would
you
like
to
continue
this
dialogue
of
you
know
how
we
can
collaborate
amongst
the
roots,
yeah.
B
I
mean
totally
extremely
interested
in
in
collaborating
and
getting
more
involved.
I
have,
to
be
honest,
I
think
my
only
experience
is
this
one
meeting
and
though
I
think
that's
pretty
much
it
and
maybe
a
little
bit
that
I
read
on
the
github.
So
yes,
I
mean
I.
Think
the
answer
is
yes
totally
interested.
Just
with
the
caveat
that
I
don't
know
exactly
what
I'm
agreeing
to
but
yeah
well.
