A
A
Alright,
so
welcome
to
the
mentorship
team
meeting
this
week,
we're
your
continuing
our
collaboration
and
our
winding
journey
towards
our
second
cohort
of
mentors.
We
have
Adam
Miller,
the
not
just
community
committee
chair
joining
us
today.
You
know
at
yesterday,
at
the
comic-con
meeting
erased
the
male
raise
my
hand
to
see
if
you
know
anyone
else
in
the
community
committee
and
anyone
else,
yeah
just
project,
you
had
some
hype
cycles
to
help
out.
You
know:
I
just
started
a
new
job.
A
A
So
you
know
right
now
and
preparing
for
our
second
quart
of
note
just
mentorship.
We,
you
know
I
suppose
for
some
for
most
need
to
go
in,
and
you
know
get
that
the
list
of
our
potential
mentor
right
yeah.
We
really
can
pair
anybody
unless
we
know
who's
available,
and
you
know
in
order
to
do
that.
I
think
we
will
also
need
to
make
a
decision
around
how
long
we're
gonna
run
this
cohort
right.
If
we're
gonna,
ask
folks
to
you,
know
commit
their
time.
A
You
know
with
the
your
mentorship
program
as
designed
is
a
six-month
cycle.
In
our
first
cohort
we
decided
that
you
know
we
just
didn't.
Have
enough
experience
to
be
able
to
to
really
you
know
run.
You
know
fur
for
a
full
six
months
and
decided
to
go,
for
you
know
a
shorter
time
period.
You
know
we
selected
a
month.
It's
now
been
a
little
bit
more
than
that
that
most
folks
have
run,
and
we
originally
looked
at
cohort
two
as
all
right.
A
We're
gonna
do
one
month
in
cohort
one
three
months
in
cohort
two
and
then
in
our
third
cohort
you'll,
potentially
get
all
the
way
to
just
to
do
that.
Six
months
timeframe
and
you
know
I
I,
wonder
if
we
you
know
we
need
to
reset
that
expectation.
You
know
either
you
know
higher
or
lower.
You
know.
Do
you
all
have
any
thoughts
on
you
know
one
month
versus
three
months
versus
six
months?
Maybe
what
are
you
all
doing
in
LA?
How
long
do
you'll
run
so
I
left
that.
B
B
The
there
are
a
few
people
who
you
know,
maintain
it,
but
I
think
at
a
much
less
like
a
longer
interval,
because
we
do
pretty
much.
What
we
we
suggested
was
video
chat
once
every
other
week
for
an
hour,
it's
kind
of
like
a
one-on-one,
so
the
the
the
third
round
we
do
say
six
months,
just
we
figured
it'd
be
better
to
give
people
kind
of
an
idea
of
like
what
the
target
was,
because
we
do
it
every
other
week.
B
B
C
A
C
B
A
Build
you
know
they
may
have
actually
ended
up
meeting
once
a
week
because
they
they
were
really
productive.
They
get
they
got.
You
know
the
the
mentee.
You
know
really
to
a
point
of
understanding,
so
either
it's
more
time.
You
know
we
need
session
or
weekly,
but
you
know
I
I
feel
like
you
know
they
may
have
actually
ramped
it
up.
That's
a
good
point.
You
know
if
it.
If
it
is,
you
know
officially
bi-weekly,
that's
two
sessions
and
that's
nothing.
B
B
A
B
B
B
B
Whether
whether
or
not
it's
enough
that's
right
at
LinkedIn,
we
have
a
mentorship
program
that
most
most
folks
higher
up
in
the
order
to
take
on
a
couple
mentees
I
and
it's
recommended
to
be
every
other
week,
because
I
actually
had
a
weekly
meeting
with
with
a
mentee
and
turned
out
on
not
happened.
You
know
we.
C
B
A
So
two
months,
54
right
three
months
is,
you
know,
seems
like
fairly
short
and
that
another
exciting
things
that
the
we're
going
to
be
coming
up
against
is
you
know
the
holidays.
So
as
we
kick
this
off,
we
were
going
to
be
kicking
this
off
in
the
midst
of
the
holiday,
so
we
may
want
to
put
in
the
it
was
a
little
bit
of
buffer
time
in
there
for
a
lot
of
folks
to
do
that,
though,
you
know
folks
may
have
a
little
bit
more
free
time
to
do
open
source.
There's.
A
B
A
C
A
Got
much
traction
but
right,
I
think
it's
worth
noting
that
the
the
cohort
concept
is
something
that
you
know.
Probably
only
I
am
really
at
I
doing
and
and
I
think
both
aqua
and
AJ.
You
know
push
back
in
general
on.
You
know
for
me
that
the
concept
of
cohorts
is
is
largely.
You
know
how
do
we?
How
do
we
keep
it
all
in
our
heads
right
and
when
we
you
know,
we
have
a
relatively
small
team
and
a
large
group
that
we're
serving
so
you
know
I'm
happy.
A
B
A
B
Was
gonna
say
for
us:
it's
because
I
wanted
to
limit
it
to
a
effectively
like
a
trial
or
an
alpha
and
not
feel
like
I
was
promising
too
much,
especially
for
the
first
time.
I
didn't
know
how
it
was
gonna
go,
and
so
then
it
was
you
know
round
1
or
the
Alpha
round.
2
is
the
beta,
and
then
this
one
is
like.
Okay,
we've
done
this
twice
before.
B
We
know
what
to
expect,
and
it's
interesting
that
you
brought
that
up,
because
this
time
we've
had
way
more
mentees
and
mentors
for
the
first
time,
I'm
not
quite
sure
what
changed.
But
now
it's
it's
over
three
to
one
and
so
I
think
I
haven't
really
talked
to
the
guys
about
this,
but
I
think
we're
gonna
move
to
rolling
I
think
once
we
get
this
set
up.
B
We're
now
gonna
have
this
pool
of
mentees
who
didn't
get
Couture
as
mentors
join,
although
I
don't
really
know
how
to
do
the
rolling
like,
maybe
we'll
have
to
do
some
sort
of
gating
I
mean
I,
want
certain
mentees
to
be
sitting
in
the
pool
too
long.
I
don't
know
there
was
some
some
interesting
I
guess
characteristics
or
dynamics
that
need
to
be
figured
out
if
we
were
to
move
to
rolling
that
I've
only
just
now
started
to
think
about,
but
yeah
set
up
a
mentee,
fifo
queue
and.
A
Ritzer,
oh
yeah,
David,
just
sharing
some
of
the
you
know
our
expectations
that
we
actually
invalidated,
as,
as
we
were
finishing
that
first
cohort,
you
know,
I
realized
that
I
was
establishing
an
expectation
that
I
needed
to
free
up
our
mentors
for
our
next
cohort.
And
you
know
that's
not
cool
right.
You
know,
folks
are
volunteering.
If
folks
are
you
know
really
feeling
productive
in
their
men
Dementor,
you
know
working
to
collaborating
together,
that's
great
right
and
it's
not.
A
We
have
no
right
to
say
that
you
know
they
need
to
do
any
follow
up
or
you
know
that
they
volunteered,
for
you
know
to
mentor
once
they're,
not
our
employees,
they're,
not
a
resource,
and
you
know
it's
kind
of
up
to
us
to
to
basically
invite
them
back
and
make
make
sure
that
we
have.
You
know,
help
them.
You
know
see.
This
is
the
good
good
good
use
at
their
time,
and
our
are
sort
of
you
know
there
for
them.
C
I'm
not
even
entirely
sure
how
many
are
still
active.
We've
had
trouble,
keeping
up
with.
What's
going
on
ready
to
the
aforementioned
issues
of
how
many
people
got
on
I
think
it
our
job
but
I
think
it's
somewhere
between
six.
Well,
maybe
around
six
kickoff
meetings.
So
we
started
like
six
ish
pairs
of
mentor-mentee,
but
I.
Don't
know
how
many
I
know
at
least
one
of
those
is
no
longer
happening
there,
maybe
more
so
yeah.
What
was
your
other
question?
I?
Did
we
get
feedback?
Oh.
B
C
B
A
I,
like
that,
so
Adam,
you
know
I'd
love
to
hear
a
bit
more
about.
You
know
kind
of
the
you
yes
you're
right
that
we
we
can't.
We
don't
have
the
resources
right,
we
really
yeah.
That's
that's
the
reality
of
a
large-scale
business-led
mentorship
program
is,
you
know,
you're
investing
time
and
you
know
potentially
headcounts
into
organizing
that
and
yeah.
That's
great.
You
get
to
prioritize
that
you
know
we
are
volunteer
driven
up
and
down.
A
Our
biggest
challenge
is
actually
here
in
this
team,
because
you
know,
unless
we
are,
you
know
able
to
do
the
kickoff
unless
we're
door
gonna
organize
these
meetings,
then
you
know
none
of
those
subsequent
follow-up
things
and
none
of
the
outcomes
that
we
you
know
want
to
achieve
can
happen.
Could
we
possibly.
B
A
B
A
She
just
it
was,
was
a
way
for
getting
married
and
on
Hagen,
so
she's
back
and
I'm
happy
to
take
an
action
item
to
invite
her
and
her
team.
You
know
Tracy,
and
you
know
the
hold
this
top
team
absolutely
killed
it
at
no
Jess,
interactive,
organizing
the
you
know,
community
corner
there
and
the
collaborator
summit.
That
was
that
was
great,
and
you
know
that
that
team
really
really
excels
in
you
know
sort
of
you
know
ongoing
keeping
all
the
plates
in
the
air
things
so
that
that
be
good
and
yeah.
A
C
C
But
then
we
should
probably
check
back
on
Nick
our
ei
see,
if
he's
still
around
it,
he's
still
doing
a
stuff
rhythm.
A
A
So
yeah
I'll
take
the
action
to
invite
Tracy
to
the
next
meeting.
Now
I,
don't
want
to
pave
over
you're
doing
feedback
I
guess
we
could
probably
do
both
at
the
same
time,
but
all
of
my
Tracy
and
see
if
you
know
someone
from
from
her
team
or
if
not
her,
could
could
join
us.
And
you
know
what
do
you?
What
do
you
think
AJ
you
know?
Shall
we
you
know,
try
it
once
again
to
get
that
wrap-up
meeting
done
for
babies.
C
Think
about
doing
a
like
a
separate
like
private,
I
guess
meeting
with
the
ticket
feedback,
like
maybe
just
the
team
members
and
the
mentors
have
a
separately
scheduled,
maybe
on
the
weekend
kind
of
meeting
to
do
that.
I'm.
C
A
A
weekday
yeah,
yeah,
I'm
game.
You
know
I'm
game
for
all
the
above.
You
know,
especially
to
accommodate
our
our
mentors.
I
recoil
a
bit.
It's
like
okay,
you
know:
do
we
have
to
do
five
of
those
now,
like
that's
a
like
I,
don't
think
I
can
fit
that
in,
but
I'm
not
wedded
to
to
this
time
and
should
be
able
to
do
an
evening
or
a
weekend
and
join
their
the.
C
C
C
A
Great
well
I
think
that's
the
the
bulk
of
our
sort
of
public
discussion.
We
can
either
you
know
unless
there
are
other
topics
that
anyone
want
to
get
into.
We
could
either
you
wrap
up
or
we
could,
you
know,
spend
some
time
doing
some
triage.
You
know,
since
we
have
this
allocated
time,
doing
some
triage
and
reviewing
you
know
our
our
our
spreadsheet
together.
A
Works
for
me
cool.
Well,
you
know
what
why
don't
we
go
ahead
and
wrap
up
the
the
stream
thanks
everyone
for
joining.
There
were
some
comments
on
the
YouTube
stream,
but
no
Oh
question
I'll
actually
answered
both
the
questions
there,
thanks
for
joining
everybody
and
we'll
be
back
in
two
weeks
at
this
time,.
