Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
B
Okay
and
just
a
reminder
to
commissioners,
if
you
could
please
turn
on
your
mics
when
you're
speaking,
so
I
can
make
sure
I
hear
you
to
mark
you
here.
Thank
you,
commissioners,
cavall
here,
charles
present,
gerschensen
gingel
hoffman,
here
jackson,
juliette
here
kokenderfer
here
kowal
here.
A
Quorum's
been
established,
I'd
like
to
now
call
on
the
honorable
commissioner,
angela
powell,
to
lead
us
through
the
invocation
followed
by
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
If
everyone
could
please
rise.
B
I
went
I
was
on
social
media
and
came
across
a
prayer
post
by
a
classmate,
jesse
lawton,
and
I
wanted
to
share
this
with
everyone
today,
heavenly
father,
I
hope
and
pray
everyone
is
having
a
blessed
day.
Despite
what
you're
going
through,
we
are
living
in
times
we
must
stay,
prayed
up
protected
and
take
nothing
personal,
I'm
sending
a
special
prayer
asking
god
to
give
joy
for
those
who
are
sad
peace
for
those
who
may
be
overwhelmed
direction
for
those
who
may
be
who
may
feel
lost
and
love
for
those
that
feel
alone.
B
A
B
B
D
E
A
E
Mr
chair,
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
amend
the
agenda
to
include
my
motion
discharge,
my
resolution
addressing
mask
that
was
postponed
at
this.
A
Meeting
you
gave
notice
at
the
last
meeting
to
postpone.
F
A
We
can
take
it
up
under
older
order
of
business.
Will.
A
To
the
agenda,
you
have
a
motion:
do
you
want
to
add
it
to
the
agenda?
You're
moving
I'll
make
well
you're.
You.
A
Are
you
like
moving
to
or
you're
moving
ads,
okay
motion
added
to
the
agenda
by
commissioner
kochendorfer
seconded
by
commissioner
kowal?
Can
we
prom?
Can
we
prompt
the
vote.
E
A
We'll
take
the
resolution
around
michigan
association
counties
up
under
new
and
miscellaneous
business,
so
this
is,
I
mean
approval.
This
is
the
amendment.
To
I
mean,
add
the
item,
I'm
going
to
be
voting.
No,
we
can
deal
with
the
discharge
motion
under
of
a
special
order
of
business.
I
don't
think
it's
necessary
to
be
amended
to
the
agenda.
G
Just
a
quick
question,
I
think
mr
kochendorffer
commissioner
corkendorf's
motion
is
just
a
friendly
amendment
from
a
contextual
standpoint,
because
at
the
last
meeting
he
moved
to
postpone
it
was
granted
to
mood
to
postpone
it.
It
would
normally
show
up
on
the
agenda.
A
G
Okay,
so
all
he
was,
I
think,
he's
just
saying
to
have
it
added
as
an
official
item
that
it's
showing
up
on
the
agenda,
because
it's
not
on
mine
either
and
I
don't
know
if
there
were
updated
agendas
or
not,
but
the
one
I
have
does
not
have
his
motion
to
discharge
on
here.
Of
any
record,
I
think,
is
his
eyes.
A
I
mean
I
I
mean
I
assume
that's
what
the
motion
I
mean.
The
motion
is:
if,
as
we
remember,
that
there
was
notice
to
discharge
it
wasn't
the
motion
to
discharge
didn't
did
not
happen
at
the
previous
meeting,
and
so,
if
it's
going
to
happen
again
today
the
motion
of
discharge
comes
forward,
then
we
can
bring
it
forth
on
the
agenda.
A
So
on
the
motion
to
amend,
I
mean
again,
I'm
going
to
I
mean
recommend
we
don't
vote
to
amend
the
amend
to
amend
the
agenda
at
this
point.
However,
if
the
motion
to
discharge
happens
at
the
appropriate
time,
because
notice
was
given,
we
I
mean
it
can
be
placed
on
the
agenda
at
that
time.
Commissioner
cocander.
E
E
A
Enough,
so
all
right,
let's
any
further
discussion,
see
none.
Please
prompt
the
vote
on
amending
the
agenda.
A
G
A
B
I
E
A
A
B
G
E
B
F
G
A
A
A
sufficient
number
of
voting
affirmative
the
agenda
is
approved.
This
will
bring
us
to
communications.
We
have
two
public
hearings
and
so
the
first
public
hearing
we're
going
to
call
open
at
6
50..
This
is
the
economic
development
at
202,
202,
yeah,
2292
sleith
road
in
the
charter
township
of
commerce.
A
A
This
is
this
is
specifically
to
the
economic
development,
sleeth
road
charter,
township
rig
we'll
get
to
public
comment,
so
we'll
declare
the
public
hearing.
For
that
project
closed.
We
will
open
up
at
6
51
the
public
hearing
on
the
the
brownfield
project
in
west
bloomfield,
the
7020
orchard
lake
brownfield
project.
Is
there
anyone
here
to
speak
to
this
particular
project?
A
C?
None
the
the
public
hearing
is
closed.
Now
we
will
come
to.
We
have
two
presentations
and
then
we
will.
Let
me
move
on
to
receiving
other
written
communications.
A
The
first
we
have
is
the
senior
advisory
council,
and
so
I'd
like
to
call
on
martha
schlesinger
of
the
senior
advisory
council,
the
secretary
of
the
senior
advisory
council,
to
come
forward,
and
I
believe,
if
we
can
put
the
presentation
behind
us
to
talk
about
all
the
great
work
the
senior
advisory
council
has
done
and
to
share
with
the
public.
What
your
your
charge,
your
purpose
and
accomplishments
have
been
welcome.
Marco.
J
Let's
take
a
look
at
the
demographics
in
which
the
council
operates
by
2050,
which,
once
upon
a
time
time
sound
a
long
way
away
getting
closer
every
day.
It
is
estimated
that
the
number
of
people
over
65
in
this
country
will
have
doubled
as
county
commissioners
are
probably
very
well
aware.
Adults,
60
and
older
are
estimated
to
make
up
currently
more
than
20
percent
of
the
population
of
oakland
county
and
in
a
population
of
1.27
million
that
is
growing
by
7
a
year.
The
numbers
get
to
be
pretty
staggering.
J
The
recent
establishment
of
your
own
ad
hoc
committee
on
healthy
aging
is
testimony
to
the
commission's
awareness
of
the
growth
and
importance
of
the
senior
population,
and
the
blueprint
that
you
are
going
to
be
preparing
for
healthy
aging
in
the
county
is
coming.
I
think
not
a
moment
too
soon
in
the
u.s
by
2035
2035.
J
J
J
J
J
J
Our
structure
is
pretty
fundamental.
We
have
regular
all
board
meetings,
seven
eight
times
a
year
that
has
clearly
been
a
little
bit
amended
in
the
years
of
covet
officer
meetings,
meet
officers
meet
before
each
board
meeting
and
as
needed
in
between,
and
we
appoint
our
own
active
subcommittees
that
do
work
on
specifically
targeted
subjects.
Two
of
the
most
recent
being
the
roles
and
responsibilities
of
both
officers
and
members
and
the
wonderfully
developed
senior
advisory
council
website.
J
So
the
question
you
might
be
asking
other
than
the
population
numbers
that
should
wake
all
the
commissioners
up
is.
Why
is
this
important
to
you
as
commissioners
and
the
answer?
Is
you
play
a
very
important
role?
Each
of
you
has
the
power.
I
would
say
indeed
the
responsibility
for
nominating
someone
from
your
specific
district
to
be
your
district
representative
on
the
senior
advisory
council.
J
Remember,
there's
only
one
official
representative
per
district,
in
addition
to
the
four
at
large
after
a
nomination
process
which
is
outlined
in
the
slide
behind
me.
If
it's
a
district
membership,
then
it
is
vetted
by
health
and
human
services
and
processed.
If
it
is
an
at
large
membership,
the
applications
for
membership
can
come
directly
to
the
senior
advisory
coordinator,
pat
zuwatsky
and
our
individual.
Those
individuals
are
interviewed
in
advance
by
the
sac
officers.
It
used
to
be
a
very
quiet
time.
We
are
now
having
more
and
more
and
more
people
contacting
us
and
saying
hey.
J
That
has
drastically
changed,
but
we
did
not
stop
working.
We
have
been
meeting
remotely
and
at
both
the
officers
and
the
entire
sac
group.
We've
had
a
couple
of
in-person
meetings
when
the
weather
permitted
it
in
one
of
our
wonderful
parks
facilities.
Now
that
it's
getting
colder
again,
we
may
be
going
back
to
remote.
J
J
J
The
second
is
to
provide
training
and
education
for
seniors
with
various
partner
organizations,
and
they
are
wide
and
varied
small
meetings,
large
meetings,
entire
conferences,
entire
one-day
fairs,
the
possibilities
are
endless
and
they
have
had
a
huge
impact
on
both
the
awareness
and
the
ability
of
our
sac
members
to
address
and
be
aware
of
the
needs
of
senior
advisory
senior
needs.
The
third
is
improve
public
awareness
of
senior
advisory
council
itself.
This
is
one
step.
J
There
are
many
other
steps,
both
at
the
district
level
and
at
the
county
level,
and
I
would
say
to
you
that
one
of
the
things
that
we
are
currently
doing
is
determining
the
specific
strategies
and
actions
for
each
one
of
those
goals.
Trust
me.
We
only
had
about
10
minutes
to
talk
to
you
tonight
that
in
and
of
itself
could
be
an
entire
evening.
You
can
find
all
of
this
information
on
the
county's
website
under
senior
advisory
council,
which
now
blessedly
is
up
and
running
and
is
a
terrific
source
of
information.
A
Answers
you
thank
you,
martha.
Is
there
any
commission,
I
mean.
I
think
commissioner
gershon
had
a
question.
B
I've
been
working
and
been
involved
in
this
group
for
many
many
years
and
you
just
are
a
dynamic
group
of
seniors.
I
wanted
to
point
out
to
the
commissioners:
there
are
three
vacancies
and
how
important
it
is
for
us
to
reach
out
into
our
communities
and
fill
them.
So,
thanks
for
all
the
help
and
advice
and.
A
I
mean
I
marathon-
I
just
thank
you
for
coming
here.
I
think
this
I
mean
you're
absolutely
right
and
have
more
presentations
and
the
progress.
I
can
speak
roya
contacts
me
regularly.
I
want
to
highlight
also
all
the
incredible
work
you
guys
did
during
the
u.s
census
of
making
sure
information
got
out
to
people
and
particularly
chasing
after
the
snowbirds,
to
make
sure
they
got
it
counted
here
and
not
down
in
another
warmer
climate.
So
it
is
thank
you
for
all
that
you're
doing,
commissioner
nelson.
A
A
Next
up,
are
we
ready
do
we
need
to
switch
the
presentation,
but
next
up
we
have
a
presentation
from
oakland
community
college,
the
largest
community
college
in
all
the
land,
one
of
the
largest
in
the
country
with
chancellor
pete
provozano.
Chancellor
welk,
thank
you
for
joining
us
tonight.
I
know
I
mean
I
think,
I'm
gonna,
let
you
introduce
all
the
other
occ
guests
that
are
here
and
talk
about
all
the
great
things.
A
We've
got
a
long-standing
partnership
and
a
working
relationship
with
occ
and
looking
forward
to
the
update
and
the
great
things
that
are
on
the
horizon.
H
We
do
you're
correct.
I
love
the
occ's,
the
largest
college
in
the
land.
I
think
we're
going
to
use
that
in
the
future.
That's
fantastic!
I
love
that
introduction.
We
do
have
a
wonderful
partnership
and
really
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
come
before
the
the
board
of
commissioners
once
again
and
give
you
an
update
on
the
things
that
are
happening
at
oakland
community
college,
because,
despite
the
pandemic,
it
has
been
full
steam
ahead.
Believe
me-
and
I
do
have
a
number
of
of
our
team
members
here
and
I'll-
introduce
them
throughout
the
presentation
for
you.
H
You
know
our
our
our
excellence
in
all.
We
do
that
continues
to
be
part
of
our
mission,
as
well
as
our
promise
to
the
community.
H
We
empower
our
students
to
bring
out
the
innate
potential
and
help
advance
the
and
advance
the
community,
and
one
way
that
we're
doing
that
is
a
strong
partnership
with
oakland
county
and
a
a
small
initiative
called
oakland
80
by
30.,
I'm
sure
you're,
all
very
familiar
with
it,
and
it's
actually
on
our
end
being
led
by
dr
steve
simpson,
who's
a
member
of
our
team
and
is
joining
us
tonight
and
we're
working
closely
with
oakland,
county
and
occ.
H
I'm
really
proud
of
this,
because
occ
is
really
at
the
center
of
oakland
80
by
30,
because
of
the
wide
variety
of
pathways
that
we
offer
that
lead
to
a
credential.
We
have,
as
you
can
see
here
in
that
graph
associate
degree,
certificate,
short-term
training,
third-party
credentials,
apprenticeships
and
pre-apprenticeships,
which
are
becoming
extremely
popular
as
well
as
transfer
pathways
to
other
colleges,
and
this
is
all
making
us
the
college
of
choice.
In
fact,
once
again,
occ
is
the
top
destination
of
all
colleges
in
the
land
here
in
oakland
county.
What
does
that
mean?
H
We
we
there
are
more
high
school
graduates
in
oakland
county
that
choose
occ
than
any
other
higher
ed
institution
in
oakland
county.
So
that's
something
we're
really
very
proud
of.
In
fact,
when
you
take
a
look
at
this
map,
we
have
graduates
on
a
consistent
basis
that
come
to
occ
from
every
single
school
district
in
oakland
county
and
our
students
are
coming
to
us
because
they
they
love
what
we
provide.
They
love
the
nearly
100
degree
and
certificate
programs
that
we
offer
the
career
and
and
transfer
opportunities
that
I
mentioned
earlier.
H
H
In
fact,
I
often
tell
students
that
occ
is
like
a
private
college
without
the
private
college
price
and
that's
something
that
we
are
are
very
proud
of
and
grateful
to
the
residents
of
oakland
county
for
making
that
possible
and
students
also
appreciate
our
commitment
to
a
seamless
continuum
from
high
school
to
occ,
as
well
as
from
high
school
to
a
job
or
a
university.
H
No
big,
surprise
number
one
transfer
destination
is
oakland
university
because
of
the
proximity,
but
closely
followed
by
wayne.
State
michigan
state
university
is
third
beating
out
central
michigan
and
sorry
to
the.
U
of
m
fans.
We
do
have
quite
a
few
students
that
transfer
to?
U
of
m,
but
they're
they've
at
least
made
it
into
the
top
top
five
for
us,
and
students
also
appreciate
our
efforts
to
create
a
sense
of
belonging,
we're
working
very
hard
to
be
safe
and
welcoming
to
all
we
take
a
look
at
these
graphs
here.
H
You
can
see
that
occ
closely
reflects
our
student
body
closely
reflects
the
diversity
of
oakland
county
a
couple
interesting
facts:
over
three
quarters
of
our
students
are
part-time.
Most
of
them
are
working
full-time,
85
percent
of
our
students
reside
in
the
county.
33
percent
are
over
the
age
of
24,
and
so,
with
these
demographics,
it's
so
important
that
we
provide
flexible
and
convenient
classes
and
class
times
as
well
as
services,
and
that
has
been
a
real
silver
lining
of
the
pandemic.
H
Students
also
love
the
the
fact
that,
after
coming
to
occ,
you
can
find
a
job
and
it
sounds
so
simplistic,
but
that
is
the
real
reason
that
our
students
are
coming.
When
you
take
a
look
at
two
of
our
more
popular
programs
nursing
most
recently,
our
our
nurses
had
a
hundred
percent
pass
rate
on
their
nclex
exam.
A
hundred
percent
employment
in
the
nursing
field
was
the
last
graduation,
something
we're
really
proud
of.
Dental
hygiene,
100
percent,
pass
rate.
H
H
It's
actually
becoming
a
bit
of
a
challenge
for
us
because
of
the
program
quality
we're
having
a
hard
time
keeping
students
in
the
class
we're
having
a
hard
time
keeping
students
in
the
program
so
that
they
can
graduate
because
employers
are
tapping
them
on
the
shoulders
and
essentially
saying
close
enough
come
with
us
you're
going
to
work
full
time.
I'll
teach
you
the
rest
right,
so
we're
trying
to
encourage
companies
to
just
wait
a
little
bit
allow
the
students
to
graduate.
H
Sometimes
it's
just
a
matter
of
a
couple
months
and
one
of
the
things
I
mentioned
the
growing
interest
in
apprenticeships
and
pre-apprenticeship
programs.
We're
really
doubling
down
on
this
we're
expanding
our
ability
to
offer
that
to
companies,
it's
so
popular
right
now
it
really
gives
students
the
ability
to
earn
while
they
learn.
In
fact,
we
have
a
program
on
november
17th
if
you're
interested
to
learn
more
about
the
the
pre-apprenticeship
programs
that
are
available
to
help
spread.
H
The
word,
if
you
call
9-1-1
odds,
are
that
the
dispatcher,
the
police
officer,
the
ems
firefighter
who
responds,
was
trained
at
oakland
community
college,
and
it
was
probably
right
down
the
road
at
our
auburn
hills,
crest
facility,
which
I
don't
know
if
you've
had
an
opportunity
to
see
it.
It
is
like
a
city
within
a
city
where
we
do
all
the
simulation
training
and
we're
really
proud
of
that
as
well.
H
Since
last
time
we
met
the
state
of
michigan,
came
forward
with
a
program
called
michigan
reconnect.
What
this
does
is.
It
provides
free
community
college
tuition
for
adult
working
residents,
age,
25
and
older
free
community
college
tuition
and
fees
as
long
as
they
do
not
have
a
degree
or
credential.
This
is
a
tremendous
program.
You'll
you'll
hear
us
talking
about
it
all
the
time.
H
What
a
wonderful
opportunity,
as
I
said,
to
to
get
us
closer
to
that
oakland
80
by
30,
where
we
can
increase
the
number
of
of
residents
with
a
degree
or
credential
so
important,
because
that's
where
the
jobs
I
mean
companies
move
to
where
the
talent
is,
and
so
we're
really
really
excited
about
this
program.
And
since
the
state
of
michigan
has
offered
this
program,
we've
actually
seen
an
uptick
in
enrollment
and
our
adult
population.
So
we're
very
excited.
H
I
think
I
think
that
is
a
really
good
thing
for
the
the
county
under
the
leadership
of
dan,
genuine
and
eunice
jeffries
who's.
Here
as
well.
In
the
audience,
we
are
working
hard
to
be
the
partner
of
choice,
we're
out
there
in
the
community.
We
like
to
think
of
ourselves
as
the
communities
college
you'll
see
us
at
various
chamber
events.
We
have
a
strong
partnership
with
the
county
and
oakland
county's
michigan
works.
H
We
participate
in
my
career
quest,
which
is
just
an
awesome
way
to
introduce
students
to
all
of
the
different
careers
that
are
available
in
oakland
county,
strong
partnership
with
the
dia
we
participate
in
the
dia
inside
out
program,
but
they've
also
done
quite
a
bit
of
programming
for
the
children
at
our
royal
oak
campus
in
the
theater
there,
and
that
is
just
absolutely
wonderful.
H
We've
been
at
milford
memories
this
year,
it's
so
nice,
just
to
kind
of
get
back
to
arts
beats
and
eats,
and
all
of
the
things
that
we've
had
to
kind
of
take
a
break
from
during
the
pandemic.
So
we
are
in
the
community
and
we
will
continue
to
be
in
the
community
and
we
are
so
fortunate
to
have
an
awesome,
a
very
awesome
board
of
trustees,
and
we
have
two
of
the
members
of
the
trustees
that
are
here
tonight.
H
H
We
couldn't
do
without
their
support;
they
represent
the
community.
They
are
always
out
there
in
the
community
talking
to
us
about
what
the
community
needs
so
that
it's
reflected
in
our
academic
programming,
and
we
really
appreciate,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
the
partnership
with
the
county.
You,
too
are
the
advocates.
You
too
represent
oakland
county,
and
we
appreciate
the
continued
advocacy
for
education,
informing
us
of
opportunities
that
are
out
there.
H
In
fact,
most
recently
we
were
approached
not
only
by
the
county
executive's
office,
but
by
the
board
of
commissioners
to
explore
ways
that
occ
can
help
with
early
child
care
and
child
the
child
care
challenges
that
we
have
in
oakland
county
and
looking
at
ways
that
we
can
train
more
child
care
workers,
and
that's
really
been
that
discussion
has
been
led
by
our
provost
dr
jennifer
byrne,
who's
also
with
us
this
evening.
H
B
H
B
It's
it's
a
you
can
respond
so
quickly
to
the
needs
of
the
community
faster
than
many
other
educational
facilities.
B
But
personally
I
chaired
the
100th
anniversary
of
a
women's
right
to
vote
and
I
noticed
you
have
a
hundred
percent
women
board,
which
is
a
a
great
sign
and
when
I
needed
a
place
to
host
the
great
granddaughter
of
ida
b
wells,
one
of
the
best
known
suffragettes
occ
was
there
and
then
as
we're
trying
to
decide
how
to
spend
this
arpa
money
oakland
community
college.
Is
there
I'm
looking
so
forward
to
working
to
proceed
with
this
idea
of
how
to
put
more
child
care
workers
in
the
system?
So
thank
you.
A
H
A
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Gingel.
G
Thank
you,
mr
chair
peter.
I
just
want
to
say
thanks
for
coming
out,
you're
bored
and
everyone
else
clearly
you're
doing
a
great
job
and
I'll
just
urge
you
to
keep
pushing
on
the
education
skill
trades
apprenticeships.
Without
labor.
We
won't
have
businesses
without
businesses.
We
won't
have
an
economy
that
actually
funds
things
like
taxes
that
allows
us
to
do
other
things.
So
you
know
you're
a
staple
in
that
and
keep
up
the
good
work.
C
K
H
I
A
H
A
A
Okay.
That
concludes
the
presentations
for
this
evening.
I'll
recognize
the
clerk
for
a
couple
other
communications
tonight.
B
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
This
evening.
We
sorry
we
have
received
the
2021
mental
health
and
well-being
non-profit
grant
report.
I
believe
each
commissioner
got
a
copy
of
that
and
we
also
have
a
communication
dating
dated
today
november
10
2021.
B
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
please
accept
this
letter
as
notification
of
the
creation
of
the
tax
increment
finance
authority,
tifa
and
brownfield
policy
study
group.
The
study
group
will
be
organized
under
the
provisions
of
the
board
rules
and
we
and
will
be
charged
to
do
the
following
conduct.
Analysis
of
existing
county
policy
study,
best
practices
used
by
other
local
communities,
counties
and
states,
evaluate
and
propose
new
policies
for
the
board
of
commissioners
to
consider
members
will
be
appointed
by
the
chairman
sincerely
david
t,
wood
or
chairman
oakland
county
board
of
commissioners.
A
B
On
receiving
the
communications
commissioners,
gingel
hoffman,
yes,
jackson,
joliet,
yes,
kokenderfer,
yes,
kowal;
yes,
long!
Yes,
lubes!
Yes,
markham!
Yes,
miguel
frey,
yes,
moss!
Yes,
nelson
powell,
yes,
spizz,
yes,
white,
bert,
yes,
woodward.
G
A
A
sufficient
number
of
voting
the
affirmative,
the
communications
are
received.
This
will
bring
us
to
the
first
public
comment
of
tonight's
meeting.
This
is
the
opportunity
for
the
public
to
come
and
address
any
items
on
the
consent
or
regular
agenda.
We
will
have
a
second
public
comment
to
speak
on
any
topic
beyond
that.
At
the
end
of
the
meeting,
I
will
start
with
the
folks
who
signed
up
here.
If
you
didn't
sign
up
I'll,
recognize
you
afterwards
again.
This
is
the
opportunity
to
speak
on
items
on
the
consent
and
regular
agenda.
A
If
you
please
keep
your
comments
limited
to
three
minutes.
We
have
a
little
clock
up
here
to
help
you
keep
track
of
time
and
we
have
to
be
courteous
to
everybody
to
ensure
that
everyone's
afforded
the
opportunity
to
speak
in
this
welcoming
space.
So
I'll
start
with
akim
dakonik.
D
D
D
D
D
D
L
You're
late,
you,
the
way
you
treated
the
commissioners
last
night
and
this
morning
the
vote
the
or
not
this
morning
yesterday
last
evening
and
this
evening,
even
the
vote,
I
don't
understand
how
you
can
change
the
rules.
All
of
a
sudden,
you
said
it
has
to
be
11
for
it's,
it's
not
11.,
it's
a
majority.
L
L
M
Okay,
this
gets
down
to
some
of
the
reapportionment
of
the
appropriations
of
the
money
that
you
were
discussing
in
the
caucus
so
hang
on.
I
may
have
alienated
commissioners
in
previous
comments,
but
I
am
not
your
enemy.
I
am
fighting
sandra
carla
and
novi
against
unpopular,
but
politically
correct
policies
you
knowingly
or
unwittingly,
approved
in
resolutions
for
months
now,
against
the
almost
unanimous
outcry
of
your
constituents.
M
M
Yes,
could
you
stop
my
time
if
he's
going
to
interrupt
me,
neither
can
you
prove
that
it
wasn't
the
catalyst
or
the
cause
of
the
death.
A
lot
of
people
understand
this.
You
raised
the
price
a
couple
few
months
ago
of
an
autopsy
in
oakland
county
appropriating,
even
a
small
portion
of
the
200..
Will
you
please.
M
A
M
A
A
M
A
A
N
Mr
group,
mr
woodward
bobby
roode
from
oxford,
I
think,
I'm
speaking
under
the
unfinished
business
portion
in
regard
to
the
kochendorfer
or
durfer.
Sorry
never
get
it
right
his
resolution.
It
should
have
been
on
the
agenda,
sir.
It's
not.
A
A
N
Okay,
no,
that's
why
I
I
respect
you
and
I'm
just
trying
to
understand,
because
I
did
I
was
here
at
the
last
meeting.
A
lot
of
us
were
and
we're
just
caught
off
guard
because
it
was
pushed
off
and
I'm
not
trying
to
to
argue.
I
am
trying
to
understand
this,
so
it
was
supposed
to
be
on
the
agenda
last
time
it
was
voted.
Actually
you
approved
it
to
be
moved
off
and
pushed
forward
to
this
meeting.
So
I
think
that's
the
confusion,
that's
I
guess!
N
And
sir
I'm
not
trying
to
argue
I'm
trying
to
understand
that.
So
am
I
able
to
speak.
I've
got
a
minute
and
a
half.
A
A
Thank
you,
catherine
cunningham
and
I'll
put
you
right
after
sandra
catherine
kennedy.
A
O
Well,
good
evening,
commissioners,
this
is
catherine
kennedy
from
lake
orion
I'll
try
to
stick
to
something
on
the
agenda.
I
actually
have
a
real
issue
with
the
communication
item
of
the
oakland
together
mental
health
and
well-being
grant
the
fact
that
62
applications
were
received
solely
by
united
way.
Their
three
to
four
people
did
all
the
bid
reviewing
made
all
the
determinations
which
ones
to
approve
which
ones
not
to
prove,
and
the
only
thing
in
here
is
a
simple
paragraph
about
each
group
and
how
much
they're
going
to
get
this
is
not
okay.
O
This
is
not
accountability.
This
is
a
joke,
but
it's
already
been
approved.
It
was
done
in
the
ad
hoc
committee
meeting,
which
I
did
not
realize
until
the
other
day.
Apparently,
you
don't
think
it's
important
enough
to
actually
record
for
the
citizens.
None
of
the
ad
hoc
committees
are
being
recorded.
O
None
of
the
dem
caucus,
but
the
most
shocking
was
none
of
the
reapportionment
map
meetings
were
recorded
either
I
attended
friday.
I
attended
monday
from
9
30
a.m
to
7
45
p.m.
Tuesday.
I
came
in
because
that
revision
3
got
kicked
to
that
meeting,
but
none
of
those
meetings-
none
of
them-
had
a
packet
connected
to
the
agenda.
O
O
The
fact
that
the
united
way
gets
300
000
to
divvy
up
all
the
mental
health
money
was
11
million,
682
000
in
requests,
42
of
the
grants
were
recommended,
20
were
rejected,
but
there's
no
data
even
have
any
idea
what
it
is.
They're
actually
going
to
do
with
all
that
11
million
dollars,
and
the
only
thing
they
have
to
do
is
provide
a
quarterly
and
a
final
report
to
the
county,
summarizing
their
expense,
expenditures,
program,
progress
and
performance
measure,
progress.
O
O
I
don't
understand
how
you
can
sleep
at
night,
honestly,
mr
woodward,
but
the
fact
that
all
these
things
are
done
so
irresponsibly
without
the
consideration
of
your
citizens
and
with
total
disrespect
to
the
people
that
are
taking
the
time
out
of
their
time,
also
because
they
have
genuine
concerns
and
to
come
here
and
to
be
so
totally
disrespected
and
dismissed
is
really
a
sad
thing.
So
we
pray
for
you.
Actually,
we
really
do
because
we
like
in
a
united
county,
like
it
used
to
be.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
A
A
So
I'll
put
you
third
on
the
next
public
agenda,
I
mean
the
next
public
comment
portion.
A
P
Okay,
well,
that's
the
current
agenda.
You
keep
changing
them
anyway.
I
would
like
to
talk
about
the
mental
health
issues.
The
mental
health
issues
that
you
and
health
department
are
creating
for
our
children
and
I'd
like
to
know
what
your
plan
is
to
handle
this
coming
forward
into
the
next
few
years,
as
a
special
education
advocate.
P
P
I
have
another
parent
calling
you
with
two
children
have
such
bad
anxiety
because
of
what
goes
on
at
school
with
this
masking
and
not
seeing
a
face,
not
seeing
a
teacher's
expression
not
being
able
to
learn
being
worried
about
the
germs,
the
child's
the
children
cry
at
night
and
don't
want
to
go
to
school
as
a
parent.
How
do
you
handle
that?
P
Oh?
Well,
let
me
just
homeschool
you
well,
some
of
us
can't
do
that.
I'm
a
single
parent
with
a
special
needs
child.
I
can't
homeschool
my
child.
If
that's
my
situation,
this
is
the
problem.
You're.
Creating
mental
health
is
a
huge
part
of
the
disabilities
that
our
children
in
public
schools
have
and
they
get
iep
and
special
services
for
these
things
they
get
social
work
time
they
get
one-on-one,
they
get
group
time
and
and
with
a
social
worker.
P
I
think
it's
disgusting
that
you
allow
it
to
go
on
and
you
perpetuate
this
masking
and
this
I'm
just
done
with
it,
and
I
will
always
advocate
for
the
children
in
our
community.
All
children,
especially
those
that
are
special
needs
who
cannot
advocate
for
themselves,
and
I
will
advocate
for
their
parents
every
single
time.
A
Q
Hello,
my
name
is
heather
smiley
from
likeorian,
okay
on
the
agenda.
Yes,
as
well
as
with
the
mental
health
and
well-being
non-profit
grant,
I
did
see
that
there
was
approximately
499
000,
that's
being
allocated
for
progressive
whatever,
that
might
be
mental
health
needs.
I
also
see
that
it
does
not
state
for
citizens,
it
is
residents
and
there
are
a
lot
of
illegal
programs
that
are
gained
geared
specifically
towards
english
and
free
assistance
for
people
who
come
in
that
are
not
actually
citizens
of
our
county,
let
alone
of
our
country.
Q
So
that
definitely
is
a
bothersome
thing
and
I
do
want
to
know
in
this
mental
health.
Where
is
the
additional
funding
for
such
problems
that
are
incurring
for
these
children
who
are
under
the
mass
may
mandate,
four,
possibly
deaths
of
kids
from
five
to
11
or
even
older,
that
are
being
forced
to
possibly
take
this
injection
like?
Where
are
the
allocated
funds
to
actually
take
care
of
the
problem
that
you're
causing
this
county?
I
know
in
the
meeting.
You've
got
a
bucket
with
nothing
in
it,
but
do
you
have
that
much?
Q
Do
we,
as
tax
taxpayers,
have
that
much
money
to
foresee
the
possible
penalties
that
you're
putting
on
all
of
us
with
your
mandates,
which
I
don't
follow,
anyways?
Obviously,
so
you
know,
I
just
want
you
to
know
that
we're
listening.
We
are
definitely
taking
everything
into
accord,
and
I
know
that
this
is
just
a
history
lesson,
but
in
the
1880s
1880s,
sir
francis
galton
was
actually
an
anthropologist
sociologist
and
psychologist.
Q
Q
They
believe
that
people
who
should
be
subjected
to
compulsory
sterilizations
there
is,
you
could
get
like
I
said,
sterilizations
for
being
an
idiot
as
they
call
you
for
having
any
kind
of
mental
instabilities,
so
whether
it
is
depression
infidelity
inebriated
guilty.
So
you
know
a
lot
of
things
that
we
can
see
that
the
government
has
done
wrong
or
try
to
do
wrong
is
really
only
a
hurt
to
the
people.
Q
So
you
guys
really
need
to
open
your
books,
see
where
you
fall
in
a
place
into
our
history
books,
if
you're
going
to
be
on
the
side
of
these
crazy
people
or
if
you're
going
to
be
on
the
side
of
people
who
actually
care
about
the
citizens
and
listen
to
what
we
are
telling
you
as
a
collective
whole.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
A
Thank
you.
Anybody
else
to
speak
on
any
topic
on
the
consent
or
regular
agenda,
see
none.
I
will
close
up
the
first
public
comment
and
this
will
bring
us
to
reports
of
standing
committees
and
the
first
item
up
is
the
consent
agenda.
There.
A
motion
to
adopt
the
consent
agenda
moved
by
commissioner
long
seconded
by
commissioner
nelson
any
discussion
on
items
on
the
consent
agenda.
A
Okay,
so
hey!
Please
prompt
the
vote.
It
should
be
on
your
devices.
This
is
a
voting
on
the
consent
agenda.
A
A
Sufficient
number
voting
affirmative
the
consent
agenda
is
adopted.
This
will
move
us
to
the
regular
agenda
under
economic
development
and
infrastructure.
There
is
no
business.
I
will
call
on
commissioner
markham
of
the
finance
committee.
B
A
A
There
are
two
amendments
that
commissioner,
as
is,
is
considering
offering
tonight.
So,
if
you
refresh
at
the
top
mr
chair,
yes.
B
A
A
A
A
Thank
you,
madam
clerk.
Okay,
so
if
commissioners
will
just
refresh
their
screen
the
the
amendments,
if
you
click
on
it,
the
attached
amendment
should
be
in
there.
So
I
will
recognize
commissioner
spizz
again
to
address
amendment
number
one.
A
A
G
G
A
Okay,
any
further
discussion
seems
very
reasonable.
I
will
be
supporting
one
second,
okay,
please
prompt
the
vote
on
the
spizz
amendment
number.
One.
A
B
A
A
Comes
back
to
amendment
number
two,
commissioner:
spitz
moves
amendment
number
two
seconded
by
commissioner
gingel,
commissioner
spizz,
to
speak
to
amendment
number
two.
G
Thank
you,
mr
chair,
yet
again,
another
slight
adjustment,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
to
help
get
a
better
control
over
any
future
potential
potential
cost
overruns
on
implementation
of
this
new
tool.
A
tool
that
we
all
approved
a
few
years
ago
to
get
moving
forward
is
very
important
for
the
county
itself.
G
But
what
I'd
like
to
do
with
this,
be
it
further
resolved,
is
put
in
place
that
they
are
not
allowed
to
spend
another
dollar
not
allowed
to
take
another
step
not
allowed
to
do
any
additional
work
after
the
monies
approved
in
this
resolution
are
completed.
So
if
the
work
is
not
done
after
we
approve
this
resolution,
they
need
to
come
back
to
this
board
for
approval
before
they
do
any
additional
work.
A
All
right
see
no
further
discussion.
Please
prompt
the
vote.
C
A
A
Sufficient
vote
a
number
voting
affirmative.
The
resolution
is
adopted
as
amended.
This
will
move
us.
I
believe
that
was
the
commissioner
markham.
A
A
The
move
by
commissioner
nelson
second
about
commissioner
mcgilvery
any
discussion
on
this
appointment,
commissioner
spizz.
G
A
G
A
B
T
Peeping
on
praise
to
chris,
he
in
the
short
time
I've
been
here,
he's
been
a
mentor
and
a
great
help
in
helping
me
understand
how
things
work
and
I
just
think
he'll
do
real
well
at
the
parks
department.
I
appreciate
what
the
parks
committee.
A
Thank
you
any
further
comments,
commissioner.
Charles.
L
L
P
A
Thank
you
is
there
any
other
comments
about
this
appointment,
confirming
this
appointment
I'll
just
say
that
I
want
to
commend
the
parks
and
recreation
commission,
particularly
commissioners,
long
commissioner
mcgilvery
the
chair
and
commissioner
charles
who
serves
in
park
plus
all
the
other
members
that
serves
on
park,
that
I
agree
that
I
think
you
landed
on
a
very
great
candidate.
I
know
a
lot
of
things.
A
A
lot
of
implementations,
a
lot
of
investments
in
the
parks
have
been
put
on
hold
to
find
the
new
leader
of
the
parks
and
rec
system,
and
I
know
it's
a
lot
of
hard
work
and
looking
forward
to
seeing
all
the
great
things
that
are
going
to
happen.
So
congratulations
to
all
of
you
and
congratulations
to
mr
ward.
I,
which
I
have
no
doubt,
is
going
to
do
an
amazing
job
and
take
our
parks
to
the
next
level.
A
See
no
further
discussion.
Madam
clerk,
please
prompt
the
vote
on
the
confirmation
of
mr
ward
as
the
next
parks
director.
A
A
Unanimous
support
unanimous
support
now
get
to
work.
A
A
Thank
you
very
much
and
I
don't
believe,
there's
any
items
under
the
public
health
and
safety
committee.
Those
items
were
taken
up
under
the
consent
agenda
correct
this
brings
to
reports
of
special
committees.
There
is
none
special
order
of
business.
A
Well,
first,
commissioner,
kokonder
for
moves
to
discharge.
What
miscellaneous
resolution
21-357
seconded
by
commissioner
gingel
and
mr
mr
commissioner,
kochendurfer
speaking
to
the
discharge
motion.
E
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
You
know
I've
been
in
public
office
for
for
10
years
now,
and
this
has
probably
been
the
most
frustrating
topic
I
have
come
across
because
it's
just
so
hard
to
communicate.
With
this
divide
we
saw
at
the
beginning
of
this
meeting.
We
can't
even
adopt
an
agenda
that
even
mentions
this
item.
This
is
this
has
become
some
crazy,
rorsch
test
for
political
affiliation.
You
look
at
the
blob
and,
if
you're
a
republican,
you
see
one
thing.
If
you're
democrat
you
see
the
other
a
great
example
of
this.
E
E
If
you
look
at
the
data
that
they
cite
that's
a
true
statement,
if
you
keep
reading
later
on
that
article,
here's
the
data
that
the
free
press
mentions
without
a
mask
mandate,
there
is
a
infection
rate
of
0.073
percent
with
a
masked
mandate.
It
was
.045
now,
technically,
that's
a
62
jump.
That's
right,
and
it's
fine.
If
you
want
to
look
at
that
data
and
say
you
know
what
I
think
we
should
still
have
masks.
That's
fine!
You
can
do
that.
E
A
E
Statute
says
the
order
has
to
be
necessary
to
quote
ensure
continuation
of
public
health
services
and
enforcement
of
health
laws.
End
quote
we're
talking
about
a
difference
of
0.028
percent
in
rave
infection
that
isn't
necessary
to
ensure
the
continuation
of
public
health
services.
We
can
look
at
other
counties
who
don't
have
mass
mandates
in
schools
they're,
not
shutting
down
the
hospitals
in
any
other
setting.
This
would
barely
be
a
conversation.
E
We'd
see
the
data
doesn't
match
up
with
the
statute
and
we'd
move
on
to
discuss
real
solutions,
but
political
theater
won't
allow
us
to
do
that.
We've
got
to
keep
reliving
groundhog
day
and
keep
pretending.
We
have
the
authority
that
we
don't
and
there's
real
consequences.
I
want
to
be
clear:
this
isn't
some
academic
legal
conversation
that
we're
having
every
time
government
acts
where
it
doesn't
have
authority.
It
becomes
that
much
more
difficult
to
act
when
government
actually
does
have
the
authority.
E
That's
how
government
loses
legitimacy,
and
let
me
put
this
another
way
if
you
really
like
government
mandates,
you
should
be
against
what
the
county
did
with
this
masked
mandate,
because
it
will
be
that
much
more
difficult
for
government
to
act
when
it
actually
has
the
authority.
In
some
other
scenario,
and
just
in
closing,
if
the
county
is
going
to
insist
on
this
unlawful
mandate,
at
the
very
least,
let's
go
back
to
the
original
order
of
our
health
department
experts
we
found
out
under
a
four
request.
E
The
original
order
proposed
by
the
health
department
was
very
different
from
what
they
gave
to
the
count
from
what
the
coulter
administration
did
to
this
thing.
If
you
look
at
their
original
order,
this
mass
mandate
would
end
60
days
after
a
vaccine
was
available
for
children
that
changed
after
it
went
to
the
administration.
E
A
T
A
The
insufficient
number
voted
in
the
affirmative.
The
motion
discharge
fails.
A
Moving
on
there's
no
further
there's:
no,
there
is
no
further
special
order
of
business.
We
moved
to
unfinished
business,
there
is
none.
Now
we
moved
to
new
and
miscellaneous.
We
moved
to
new
and
miscellaneous
business.
A
Thank
you
under
new
missile
business.
I
recognize
commissioner,
kowal.
C
C
It
is
an
effort
by
the
michigan
association
of
counties
to
work
with
the
state,
as
we
are
also
asked
to
do
with
our
locals
to
to
leverage
these
funds
and
to
use
them
the
most
effectively
as
as
we
can
so
it
is
timely.
I
mean
things
are
starting
to
happen.
So
that's
why
I'm
asking
for
suspension
of
the
rules
for
consideration
tonight.
Thank
you.
A
Excellent,
so
yeah,
commissioner,
kowal
moves
to
suspend
the
rules
to
take
up
this
item
seconded
by
commissioner
nelson,
all
in
favor
of
suspending
the
rules
to
take
up
this
resolution
tonight
say
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
the
request
to
suspend
the
rules
has
been
adopted
unanimously
and
commissioner
kowal
moves
second
by
commissioner
charles
to
move
the
resolution.
I
think
commissioner,
kowal
spoke
to
the
content
and
purpose.
Is
there
any
further
discussion
on
the
resolution?
A
A
E
D
A
Much
and
I
believe,
there's
another
resolution
to
be
introduced.
Commissioner
jackson.
M
I
want
to
refer.
O
B
A
G
A
A
A
I'd
also
want
to
remind
commissioners
that
on
friday
will
be
the
tri-county
summit.
I
will
be
talking
about
infrastructure.
The
new
bipartisan
infrastructure
deal
that
was
passed
through
congress
will
be
a
central
part,
particularly
how
we
as
a
region,
work
together
to
leverage
those
resources
to
invest
in
our
communities.
Everything
from
roads,
sewers,
mobility,
broadband
and,
more
so
encourage
folks
to
come.
Join
a
lot
of
staff
has
put
a
tremendous
amount
of
time
into
it.
I
believe
it
will
prob
it.
We
promise
to
be
an
incredible
event.
Any
further
announcements,
commissioner
cavell.
B
T
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
it
was
a
great
time
at
bob's
farm
last
weekend.
Everyone.
A
Commissioner
hoffman's
farms
always
a
destination.
A
Thank
you,
okay,
nope,
seeing
no
further
announcements.
This
will
move
us
to
the
second
public
comment
of
the
evening
and
I'm
gonna.
And
since
I
already
said
I
mean
mentioned
to
a
few
folks,
I
will
recognize
the
ones
that.
L
I
feel
like
I've
been
spending
a
lot
of
time
with
you
guys
lately,
so
my
name
is
tasha
from
clarkson.
I
want
to
fir.
I
want
to
first
state
that
I'm
very
concerned
about
how
our
districts
in
oakland
county
are
being
drawn
by
the
commissioners
and
not
by
independent
third
party
companies,
like
most
other
counties
in
michigan,
it's
already
clear
that
you've
been
blatantly
ignoring
and
refusing
to
hear
our
voice
of
your
constituents,
those
whom
you
swore
to
serve
and
represent
when
you
took
your
seat.
L
I
find
commissioner
woodward's
proposal
to
be
insulting
the
fact
that
his
plans
change
the
number
of
commissioners
from
21
to
19
is
dangerous.
Although
you're,
all
right,
you
are
all
representing
the
people.
The
smaller
number
of
commissioners
means
the
greater
control
you
have
to
make
decisions
you
want
to,
while
disregarding
what
your
constituents
actually
want.
L
It's
clear
that
part
of
this
reason
why
he
wants
to
redistrict
is
so
he
can
pit
the
current
republican
commissioners
against
one
another
hoffman
long,
cowell
in
district
12
and
gingel
and
spitz
in
district
six.
So
why
are
you
trying
to
pit
the
republicans
against
one
another
in
this
redistricting
plot?
It
seems
like
you
want
to
ensure
that
those
commissioners
who
are
actually
the
closest
to
the
residents
of
our
county
get
voted
out.
So
you
have
supreme
power
to
carry
out
whatever
tyrannical
agendas
you
so
desire.
L
L
L
We've
been
taking
notes
of
your
behavior
and
this
the
decisions
and
we're
starting
to
protest.
The
ludicrous
decisions
that
you're
making
I
mentioned.
Last
week,
we
had
a
protest
on
woodward.
Hundreds
of
people
came
out
we're
coming
for
your
seat,
commissioner,
woodward
your
days
of
being
in
the
shadows
and
making
radical
policy
without
people
being
aware
are
over.
Although
you
said
we're
moving
on
we're,
not
moving
on
we're
going
to
make
your
reflect
re-elections
very
difficult.
A
A
few
okay
bobby
roop
bobby.
N
Hello
gwen.
Thank
you
bobby
roop,
oxford
yeah,
I
mean
I,
I
don't
have
a
whole
lot
more
to
say
about
the
mask
thing
as
I've
gotten
more
involved
in
this
I'm
starting
to
understand
more
on
how
everything
works
and
and
kind
of
how
limited
in
power
you
guys
really
are
here.
Something,
though,
that's
been
said.
N
A
few
different
times,
though,
is
that
how
we
are
kind
of
being
disrespectful
to
you
guys
and-
and
I
do
see
some
of
that-
you
know-
there's
a
lot
of
shouting
out
and
a
lot
of
craziness
that
I'm
not
an
advocate
for
myself,
but
you
do
need
to
understand
that
people
are
frustrated,
they're
hurting.
They
may
not
think
the
same
way
that
you
guys
do,
but
there
are
people
that
are
hurting
and
frustrating
I'm
not
here.
N
On
a
wednesday
night,
I
forgot
what
day
it
was
wednesday
night
missing
time
with
my
children,
my
family,
just
for
fun.
I'll
tell
you
that
much,
and
I
know
that
you
guys
aren't
either
you're
you're
serving.
But
the
comment
was
made
that
you
know
that
you
guys
are
trying
to
conduct
business
here
and
that
we're
interrupting
your
meetings
and
your
business.
N
I
just
want
to
remind
you
that
this
is
our
business.
This
is
our
meeting
too,
and
so
it
doesn't
need
applause,
but
I
just
want
you
guys
to
know
that
I
mean
this
is
our
business
we
care
about
it.
That's
why
we're
here
you
know
every
other
week.
Some
of
these,
ladies,
are
here
more
often
than
that,
and
just
keep
that
in
mind,
you
guys
we
care,
that's
it
and-
and
I
understand
the
frustration,
the
hurt
and
the
chaos,
but
you
guys
this
has
been
mostly
peaceful.
N
If,
if
you
know
that
term,
mostly
peaceful
we've
been
mostly
peaceful,
and
you
should
appreciate
that-
I
mean
we
could
be
crazy
and
mob,
and
I'm
not
an
advocate
for
that.
I've
been
trying
to
encourage
the
people
that
I
can
encourage
to
stay
peaceful
to
stay,
respectful
to
stay
civil
and
so,
sir.
I
hope-
and
I
know
I'm
speaking
to
you.
N
I
hope
the
other
people
hear
that
as
well,
that
I
hope
this
is
the
message
that
you
guys
go
home
and
think
about
is
that
we
are
peaceful,
we're
respectful,
we're
hurting
we're
frustrated,
we
get
emotional,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
because
we
care
we're
not
here,
because
we're
we're
trying
to
have
fun,
there's
other
things.
My
kids
miss
me
this
week
because
last
week,
last
night
I
was
a
school
board
meeting
till
midnight
tonight,
I'm
here
I'm
going
to
see
him
tomorrow.
I
hope
so,
sir.
N
I
just
hope
that
you
hear
that.
I
hope
that
you
all
hear
this.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
I
appreciate
it.
Thank
you,
mr
roof.
A
I
will
go,
I
will
go
to
ryan
johnson.
N
Hello,
so
we
have
a
little
bit
less
time
than
I
thought
to
talk
about
two
different
issues,
so
I
will
only
briefly
talk
about
the
mask
issue.
It
was
illegal
from
day
one.
It's
illegal
today,
it'll
be
illegal
tomorrow,
it's
illegal
for
you
guys
to
pass
the
authority
to
schools
to
decide
because
schools
can't
decide
because
it's
illegal
so
stop
the
charades
and
drop
the
damn
thing.
It's
illegal,
mr
woodward,
I
understand
you
don't
like
being
called
a
child
abuser.
N
I
have
a
very
simple
solution
for
you:
stop
abusing
our
child's
okay,
so
you
guys
just
gerrymandered
gerrymandered
the
districts
to
all
end
trying
to
limit
republican
representation
in
this
county.
You
know
I,
I
guess
maybe
you're
worried
that
we're
going
to
unseat
you
all,
because
we
will
be
filing
the
bond
complaints
and
making
it.
So
you
can't
be
bonded
and
you
won't
hold
these
positions.
So
I
guess
this
is
a
desperate
attempt
to
make
sure
your
replacements
will
have
the
wield
authority
that
you
had
fired.
Fc
unceating!
N
N
Looking
at
the
way
you
drew
that
sir,
it's
not
going
to
pass
lawsuits
against
the
county.
There's
one
party,
not
myself,
yet
there's
one
party
who
has
a
lawsuit
ongoing
against
the
county
right
now.
You
know
what
the
county's
defense
was
against
the
illegal
mass
mandate,
oh,
that
they
didn't
mandate.
It
they're
trying
to
tell
them
in
court
that
there
is
no
mandate.
It's
only
up
to
the
schools
to
decide.
N
N
Okay,
talking
about
lawsuits,
I
hope
you
guys
understand
that,
since
you've
been
violating
the
law,
any
concept
that
you
can
stand
behind
qualified
immunity
is
gone.
So
that
means
when
we
sue
the
county,
we're
gonna
be
suing
each
of
you
in
your
own
name
too.
You'll
have
to
defend
yourself
in
your
own
name
and
any
findings
against.
You
will
be
in
your
own
name.
N
K
Thank
you.
My
name
is
michael
kennedy:
I'm
the
vice
president
of
sales
and
marketing
for
ic
solutions.
We
are
the
current
communications
provider
for
the
oakland
county
jail
for
the
inmate
side,
just
since
the
pandemic
has
occurred
with
our
partnership
through
the
the
jail
we've
given
away,
621
000
free
months
of
calling
21
000
free
video
visitation
sessions
and
essentially
340
000
worth
of
value
that
we've
provided
for
free
to
the
oakland
county
jail
for
the
inmates,
because
during
the
pandemic
we
recognize
that
communication
channels
need
to
be
open.
K
Visitation
was
closed,
so
we
provided
for
free
at
our
own
expense,
the
ability
for
the
ability
for
the
inmates
to
still
communicate
with
their
families.
So
on
excuse
me,
on
august
10th
of
this
year,
we
filed
a
protest
to
an
rfp
award
to
a
competitor.
K
We
provide
1.5
million
dollars
more
than
the
awarded
competitor
over
at
the
same
cost
of
the
family.
So
it
wasn't
like
we
are
spending
more
money
and
we're
giving
giving
you
guys
more
money,
same
exact
value,
two
in
two
instances
in
the
response,
the
competitor
offered
services,
where
they
don't
have
the
legal
michigan
business
license
to
be
able
to
transfer.
K
What's
called
a
money
transfer
license,
they
don't
even
have
one,
and
on
the
last
there
was
a
section
in
the
amendment
of
the
rfp
that
they
failed
to
answer
or
so
which
essentially
makes
their
bid
non-responsive.
K
We
just
would
wish
you
guys
would
just
take
a
look
at
our
our
protest
request,
our
letters
if
we
can
see
some
action
on
it,
we'd
be
glad
to
come
and
talk
to
you
guys
face
to
face
here.
You
know
hear
the
case,
but
anyway,
that's
that's
what
I'm
here
for.
Thank
you
so
much.
A
Thank
you,
sir
mo
from
troy.
I
Good
evening
all
I
had
come
here
hoping
to
deliver
a
five-minute
dissertation
in
three
minutes,
but
I
would
have
to
speak
with
the
speed
of
a
auctioneer
and
probably
those
words
wouldn't
come
out
too
well,
so
I'm
going
to
have
to
digress
a
little
bit
and
deliver
just
the
most
salient
point
in
all
of
this.
The
long
story
is
that
there's
a
whole
lot
of
fraud
going
on
in
the
media
and
at
the
highest
echelons
of
those
who
would
presume
to
lord
over
us.
I
I
I
could
quote
you
all
types
of
data
from
authorities
with
accolades
upon
accolades,
but
I'll
save
it
for
another
time.
I
do
have
one
question,
though,
for
future
reference:
how
can
I
possibly
get
a
couple
of
extra
minutes
so
that
I
can
lay
out
the
map
of
what
this
entails
much
clearly
and
give
you
a
better
vision
of
how
all
the
different
pieces
come
together,
because
I
can't
possibly
do
it
in
three
minutes.
A
I
I'm
I'm
not
staying
with
you
here.
How
do
I
get
five
minutes
instead
of
three.
A
I
I
A
Please
email
me:
please
email
me,
we
can
talk
about
it
all
right,
but
thank
you.
We're
next
up
is
leanne
and
then
francesca.
C
Thank
you,
I'm
from
farmington
hills,
I'm
in
leann
begos.
I
grew
up
in
a
religious
family.
I
went
to
church
as
a
kid.
I
did
nothing
bad,
no
swearing,
no
stealing
listen
to
my
parents
and
teachers,
so
the
good
outweighed
the
bad.
As
far
as
I
was
concerned,
I
went
off
to
college
and
I
put
god
on
a
shelf.
C
C
That
day
a
college
singing
group
was
performing
and
I
could
see
a
stark
difference
between
those
students
and
the
ones
I
was
hanging
out
with
hope
versus
hopelessness,
joy
versus
empty
and
meaning
versus
wandering.
I
sang
in
high
school
and
in
the
church
choir,
so
I
tried
out
and
I
joined
the
group.
I
was
confused
at
first.
I
was
a
good
kid,
so
why
did
I
need
jesus?
C
C
Sin
is
everywhere,
no
matter
how
good
I
was.
I
still
sinned.
I
say
the
wrong
things.
I
think
the
wrong
things.
I
do
the
wrong
things.
So
how
does
the
holy
god
handle
my
sin?
God
handled
my
sin
by
sending
his
son
jesus
to
die
on
the
cross.
For
me
me
personally,
you
personally,
this
is
love.
He
loved
us
long
before
he
loved
me.
It
was
his
love,
not
ours.
He
proved
it
by
sending
his
son
to
die
on
the
cross
to
take
our
sins.
C
I
finally
understood
what
I
was
missing
and
what
I
needed
was
a
personal
relationship,
so
I
accepted
jesus
as
my
personal
savior.
I
am
his,
god
was
off
the
shelf
and
in
my
heart
I
started
to
know
him
serve
him
and
my
perfect.
No,
but
jesus
washed
me
white
as
snow.
My
identity
is
in
christ,
not
as
a
democrat,
not
as
republican
the
masked
mandate.
Won't
save
you,
the
vaccine
mandate,
won't
save
you
being
more
good,
then
bad
will
not
save
you.
Having
power
will
not
save
you
only
jesus
can.
C
A
Gi:
okay,
william
hamilton,
no
william
hamilton
and
then
georgia,
dixon.
K
Good
evening
recently,
the
governor
signed
the
budget
for
the
next
fiscal
year.
It
started
october
1st,
and
I
would
like
to
point
out
on
its
public
act.
87
section
250
on
page
180,
section
250
states
that
the
director
or
local
health
officer
shall
not
issue
or
enforce
any
orders
or
directives
that
require
an
individual
in
the
state
who
is
under
the
age
of
18
to
wear
a
face
mask
or
face
covering
this
county
is
currently
in
violation
of
the
law.
K
According
to
the
oakland
county
health
order,
2021-01
signed
by
the
oakland
county
health
officer
back
in
august
on
the
24th
by
continuing
to
enforce
this
mandate,
you're
in
violation
of
the
law,
and
I
wouldn't
require
encourage
citizens
to
start
filing
police
complaints
because
it's
against
the
law.
What
they're
doing
I'd,
also
like
to
to
you
know
thank
the
county
for
being
so
responsive
to
foia
requests.
K
K
The
law
also
says
that
you
guys
have
five
days
to
respond
to
these
still
waiting
almost
a
month
later.
No
response,
another
law
you
guys
are
in
violation
of
when
does
this
stop?
When
are
you
guys
going
to
start
following
the
law
and
actually
listening
to
the
citizens?
Enough
is
enough.
You're
in
violation
of
the
law,
people
need
to
start
filing
police
reports.
Thank
you.
F
Hello,
I'm
georgia
dixon
from
bloomfield
hills,
michigan,
and
I
I
guess
you
know
my
position
with
you,
mr
woodward.
You
have
bad
judgment
in
my
opinion.
I
have
echoed
this
many
times.
In
fact,
I
sent
an
email
to
you
in
october
asking
for
your
resignation
and
in
fact
I
have
a
copy
of
this
email
that
I
would
like
to
submit
again
to
this
group
so
that
it's
in
writing
how
you
conduct
these
meetings
and
evidence
of
your
bad
judgment.
F
I'm
against
masking
children,
I'm
against
the
masks.
I
object,
I
think
again
it's
more
bad
judgment
and
I
have
brought
for
the
board
to
review
or
to
look
at
if
they
would
like
a
picture
from
scene
magazine,
which
is
the
november
2021
issue,
and
the
top
picture
here
shows
david
coulter
and
gary
peters
and
gilchrist
and
other
leaders
at
a
a
party,
an
event
with
no
masks.
F
F
I
believe
that
you
support
the
masking
and
suffocating
of
young
children
in
oakland
county
and
unlike
florida
and
closer
to
home
at
approximately
a
15-minute
drive
to
macomb
county
michigan.
Macomb
county
has
no
mask
mandates
for
their
children.
Why
are
the
children
in
macomb
county
going
to
school
and
not
dropping
like
flies?
F
F
A
A
Thank
you,
georgia
next
up
is
maria
and
then
mercy
maria
for
a
second
time.
P
I've
come
to
many
conclusions
in
the
past
few
months
watching
these
heinous
meetings.
First,
there's
nothing
about
community
and
anything
that
goes
on
here.
You've
already
successfully
divided
this
community
with
your
mask
mandate
and
with
your
push
for
the
poison
death
shot
for
all.
Now,
you
have
physically
divided
the
community
with
your
destructive
maps.
What
I
find
interesting
about
this
is
that
you
only
remove
republican
commissioners
with
your
plan.
You
don't
even
try
to
hide
your
vile
agenda
anymore,
it's
right
out
there.
The
other
thing
I
find
interesting
about
this
is
how
illogical
it
is.
P
How
can
any
community
be
managed
by
several
commissional
commissioners
and
have
anyone
fully
understand
what
is
needed
in
that
community?
I
guess
it
works
for
you,
because
you
really
have
no
intention
of
doing
anything
to
make
these
communities
better.
It's
all
part
of
your
personal
plan,
mr
woodward.
You
spend
money
on
outrageous
things,
and
then
you
tell
us
by
removing
two
republican
commissioners
that
you're
saving
the
county
money.
Oh,
we
should
be
happy
about
that.
That's
laughable!
P
P
There
is
also
nothing
bipartisan
about
this
committee,
it's
purely
democratic,
with
no
room
for
compromise
negotiation,
working
together
or
considering
all
views.
The
only
focus
is
to
push
through
david
woodward's,
radical
socialist
plan
and
further
divide
the
people
of
oakland
county.
Mr
woodward,
you
act
like
a
tyrant
and
you
run
this
entire
county.
Like
a
dictator,
you
display
no
qualities
of
a
good
leader
in
any
way,
and
you
are
an
embarrassment
really
to
all
of
us
and
this
county.
P
Do
you
have
any
self-awareness
at
all
about
how
many
citizens
citizens
to
test
your
actions?
How
often
do
people
come
to
these
meetings
and
praise
you
for
you,
your
efforts?
They
don't
in
case
you
don't
understand
that
and
they
never
will.
That's
the
other
part
in
any
job.
With
reviews
like
this,
you
would
be
fired
immediately
and
you
should
be
so
we're
going
to
make
it
our
mission
to
make
sure
that
you
are
removed
from
this
commission
and
you
are
never
back.
Let's
talk
about
laws.
How
many
more
do
you
plan
to
break
mr
woodward?
P
We
voted
on
in
2018
not
to
have
evil
destructive
people
like
you
draw
up
our
community
maps
for
a
reason.
Yet
here
we
are
the
health
department
with
support
from
you.
You
disregarded
section
senate
bill,
82,
section
250
by
masking
all
the
children
and
forcing
them
to
endure
your
torture.
Every
day
you
violated
the
opel
meeting
act
on
september,
2nd
by
unilaterally
deciding
that
only
40
people
could
attend
this
meeting.
This
week
you
decided
to
waive
the
48-hour
rule
in
regards
to
public
review
of
your
maps
and
just
move
forward
anyway.
P
Yet
another
violation-
these
are
just
a
few
of
the
laws,
you've
decided
to
disregard,
and
I
can't
even
imagine
how
many
more
we're
going
to
find
when
we
continue
digging
so
stay
tuned,
we're
going
to
have
a
list
for
you.
We
have
realized
that
you
don't
care
one
bit
about
the
citizens
of
this
county.
You
only
care
about
your
political
power,
socialist
ideologies
and
getting
your
way
you've
made
it
your
personal
mission
to
make
sure
that
we,
the
people
of
oakland
county,
will
have
no
voice
and
that
the
only
voice
heard.
Is
that
of
democrats?
P
A
Thank
you,
maria
next
up
we
got
marcy
and
sandra
I'll,
calling
you
again
marcy.
Is
it
bet
from
independence,
township.
A
C
Thank
you.
Yes,
I'm
a
resident
of
independence,
township.
I
have
attended
the
last
two
sessions
of
the
board
of
commissioners
meetings
to
take
in
and
try
to
listen
and
understand
what
those
who
oppose
masked
mandates
had
to
say.
Unfortunately,
this
has
been
rather
challenging,
as
there
has
been
so
much
heckling
screaming
taunting
name,
calling
glearing
of
eyes
that
it
has
made
it
hard
to
hear
their
positions
even
after
a
member
of
this
board
stood
up
and
asked
for
people
to
be
respectful,
many
ignored
his
plea.
C
C
C
I
have
become
friends
with
many
of
the
hundreds
of
families
whose
children
have
passed
through
my
classroom's
doors.
We
have
been
wearing
masks
for
the
last
two
years.
I've
heard
many
speak
of
the
abuse
and
mental
health
damage
caused
by
making
children
wear
a
mask
for
seven
or
eight
hours
a
day.
First,
we
take
mass
breaks.
I
take
my
students
out
twice
a
day
and
they
also
go
out
with
aids.
Later
in
the
day,
I
have
disposable
masks
in
my
room
for
children
who
forget
or
need
a
clean
one
and
give
them
out
freely.
C
Next,
it
has
been
my
experience
that
the
children
are
happy
to
be
in
school
together,
play
and
learn,
eat
lunch
run
around
outside
make
new
friends
that
they
don't
have
a
problem
with
wearing
a
mask.
They
come
excited
to
learn.
Give
me
plenty
of
hugs
and
often
times
when
they
go
home
in
the
afternoon,
say
to
me
that
they
don't
want
to
go
home.
They
love
school.
We
took
a
field
trip
two
weeks
ago,
and
I
heard
students
say
this
was
the
best
day
of
their
life.
C
We
celebrated
halloween
in
our
classroom
and
the
children
were
so
happy
to
come
out
dressed
up,
ready
to
enjoy
make
crafts
show
off
their
costumes
and
a
host
of
other
events.
I
have
parents
stories
to
share.
One
parent
said
that
she
saw
and
overheard
her
son
blow
on
a
dandelion
one
day
and
say
I
wish
I
could
go
to
school
every
day.
Another
parent
chair
that
her
child
asked
when
the
weekend
would
be
over,
so
he
could
be
back
in
school
this
week,
while
filling
out
feathers
of
what
they
are
thankful
for.
C
I
had
children
write
their
teacher
friends,
school
and
families.
Children
are
a
product
of
their
environment
and
this
fear
and
concern
for
their
mental
health
that
some
have
mentioned.
I
have
not
seen
for
the
present
time.
It
is
really
not
a
lot
to
ask
to
listen
to
the
majority
of
medical
experts
who
say,
students
and
staff
should
wear
masks
to
stop
the
spread
of
cobia
19
and
keep
our
most
vulnerable
safe.
C
In
closing,
I
have
heard
some
bring
up
the
holocaust
and
liken
this
mandate
to
what
happened
in
hitler's
germany
as
a
descendant
of
family
who
perished
in
the
concentration
camps.
That
is
an
insult
to
their
memory
and
to
the
millions
of
others
who
perished.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
efforts
to
keep
us
safe
in
these
most
challenging
of
times.
M
I'm
thankful
for
the
lady
who
just
spoke
and
she
has
every
right
to
wear
a
mask
and
she
can
wear
10
of
them
if
she
would
like
to.
But
I
don't
want
to
be
told
that
I
have
to
wear
one
I'd
like
to
speak
to
the
proposed
buckets
and
random
hoops.
Our
grant
monies
are
being
thrown
into
now
that
the
board
will
be
making
additional
sweeping
appropriations
for
many
organizations.
M
I'd
like
to
submit
that
the
oakland
board
of
commissioners
might
benefit
from
input
from
the
intelligent
citizens
and
organizations
who
come
here
researched
and
prepared
to
educate
our
commissioners.
The
gentleman
who
asked
how
we
can
get
more
time
to
speak
should
be
placed
on
the
agenda
in
december.
As
a
presentation
like
we
had
tonight.
M
There
is
a
great
need
for
education
of
leadership
in
this
county
if
you
continue
to
refuse
to
be
educated,
refuse
to
favor
local
rather
than
global
and
partisan
interests,
even
when
they're
causing
mental
health
harm
to
youth
and
seniors
and
even
death.
As
you
sadly
heard
tonight,
you
will
have
many
more
parents,
citizens
and
community
organizations
represented
at
future
meetings.
M
They,
according
to
the
presentation
tonight,
have
representatives
in
each
district
that
hopefully
have
their
hands
on
the
pulse
of
the
community.
Be
sure
that
you
allocate
funds
from
this
to
assist
those
who
will
get
no
compensation
from
pfizer,
moderna
or
j
j
due
to
their
demand
that
they
do
not
share
liability
for
damage
caused
by
their
toxic
products.
M
You
continue
to
fund
dangerous
initiatives
to
accelerate
its
use
for
children
who
have
more
risk
from
the
vaccine
than
the
virus.
That
is
proven.
I
might
add
that
I
am
unaware
of
any
vaccine
facility
that
even
requires
an
antibody
test
for
natural
immunity
prior
to
the
inoculations
with
these
emergency
use
authorization
shots.
This
is
dangerous,
because
adverse
reactions
are
greater
in
people
who
have
already
built
natural
immunity
like
I
have.
That
also
is
effective
against
emerging
variants
that
you
feature
in
your
strengthening
health
care
proposed
buckets.
M
A
Thank
you
sandra
deanna,
jamil
and
then
catherine
kennedy
again,
deanna.
S
Hello,
I'm
deanna
jamil
from
wald
lake
yesterday,
while
I
was
doing
a
homeschooling
activity
with
my
daughters,
we
were
discussing
actually
the
michigan
state
seal
and
I
thought
something
was
very
relatable
to
what's
going
on
right
now
and
I
just
for
those
of
you
who
are
not
familiar
with
it.
S
There
is
a
picture
of
a
figure
of
a
man
that
shows
his
right
hand
raised
in
peace
and
the
left
hand
holds
a
gun
to
say,
although
we
love
peace,
we
are
ready
to
defend
our
state
and
our
nation,
and
I
will
always
be
ready
to
defend
my
children.
For
those
of
you
who
don't
know,
I
do
have
my
master's
in
social
work
with
five
years
experience
of
child
protective
services,
so
protecting
children.
I
take,
as
you
know,
an
oath
and
as
a
mother
that
I'll
do
my
duty.
S
I
wanted
to
say
that
I
watched
on
the
live
conference
that
was
held
by
david
coulter
regarding
pediatrician
pediatric
doses
of
the
vaccine,
and
I
was
disgusted
by
nurse
kate,
guzman's
idea
of
trying
to
sell
this
vaccine
through
bribery
of
our
children.
She
basically
said
you
know
we'll
be
giving
them
goodie
bags
we'll
make
them
feel
so
comfortable
play
movies
for
them,
and
just
you
know,
bribing
them,
and
especially
for
parents
that
you
know
don't
educate
themselves
as
much
as
the
people
that
are
here.
S
It
looks
as
something
maybe
a
gift
that
they
couldn't
give,
and
I
just
find
it
very
disgusting
also.
Why
are
clinics
being
open
in
schools?
Can
you
you
know
why?
Just
so,
they
might
be
able
to
jab
them
without
their
parents,
knowing
because,
unfortunately,
that
is
a
law
of
michigan
that
they
don't
need
parental
consent.
If
the
governor
were
to
say
we're
in
an
emergency
again
also
they're
using
qr
codes
and
pushing
safety
as
a
top
priority,
they
also
at
the
end.
S
I
think
it
was
coulter
that
said,
make
the
kids
feel
proud
and
happy
for
contributing
to
endless
pandemic
and
also
a
valid
id.
Is
required
for
the
vaccine,
but
not
for
voting.
That
makes
lots
of
sense
with
my
last
minute
here.
I'm
also
going
to
speak
on
opposing
the
redistricting
to
get
rid
of
the
commissioners.
Specifically
republicans,
although
you
want
to
get
rid
of
them,
I
and
I
think
a
lot
of
my
other.
S
A
Thank
you,
deanna
kathryn
kennedy,
followed
by
heather
smiley
for
a
second
time.
O
Good
evening
commissioners,
catherine
kennedy
from
lake
orion,
I
feel
like
I
know
you
all
now.
You
know
it's
like
I'm
here
so
often
you're
going,
oh
my
god,
not
her
again
right,
but
I
it's
because
I
care
there
was
somebody
else
that
talked
about.
Yes,
it's
because
I
care
and
because
I
actually
understand
how
much
the
government
is
lying
to
all
of
us.
O
There's
so
many
lies
the
financial
like.
Oh,
it
won't
cost
a
thing.
We
can
get
all
this
money
spent.
No,
it
costs
the
citizens
everything.
The
government
only
has
money
when
they
take
it
from
the
citizens.
They
don't
have
a
product.
I
know
they
keep
trying
to
sell
products,
but
they
actually
don't
have
products.
O
O
Well,
they're
just
fools:
it's
record
highs
because
you're,
comparing
to
a
year
when
everything
was
closed,
wake
up,
they're
lying
to
us
all.
Every
one
of
us
is
in
debt
if
you're
a
taxpayer.
Like
me,
the
federal
government,
my
credit
card
debt
that
the
federal
government
incurred,
without
my
permission,
228
000,
with
increasing
income
interest
rates
that
will
be
skyrocketing,
the
interest
all
the
wasteful
spending,
the
printing
of
the
money,
all
the
spending
that
we're
doing
that.
We
have
all
this
244
million
it's
because
all
of
us
went
into
debt.
O
They
already
spent
more
money
that
we
do
not
have
it's
like.
They
think
we
have
this
abundance
in
our
savings
account,
but
the
federal
savings
account
is
negative,
29
trillion
dollars
and
counting.
So
every
one
of
us
citizens
owe
a
lot
and
even
if
you're,
a
citizen
that
doesn't
pay
taxes,
the
federal
government
already
has
you
in
debt
over
86,
000,
probably
more
because
they
just
passed
more
spending
last
week
makes
no
sense
at
all.
It
is
all
self-inflicted.
O
We
are
destroying
our
country,
we're
destroying
our
economy,
we're
destroying
our
democracy
and
people
are
being
naive
because
they
think
these,
I
know
you
think
you're
doing
something
good
for
the
immigrants
bringing
them
in
but
you're,
destroying
their
countries
too,
because
they're
having
to
pay
all
their
money
to
the
cartels,
they're
being
trafficked,
they're
being
molested,
it's
horrific
and
so
you're
not
doing
anyone
any
favors
by
having
our
country
invaded.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
Q
Hi
there
smiley
from
librarian
she's
a
tough
act
to
follow.
I
didn't
even
know
she
signed
me
up.
Okay,
so
I
think
we
kind
of
talked
about
the
districting.
Q
I
do
want
to
just
point
out
that
the
presentation
that
you
had
for
the
sac
had
21
people
to
oversee
each
district
with
the
21
districts
that
we
have,
but
I
did
not
see
where
you
guys
per
your
lawyer's
council
on
monday,
did
a
vote
to
waive
that
48
hour
to
approve
any
kind
of
districting.
Q
So
I'm
assuming
that
the
district
map
is
not
approved
yet,
which
is
good
because,
with
the
as
again
your
own,
very
lovely
lady
who
came
in
the
sac
speaker
said
the
population
is
increasing,
so
removing
commissioners
is
not
really
sensible
and
as
far
as
all
the
money
that
we're
spending
a
million
dollars
over
10
years,
I'm
not
a
rich
person.
But
if
I
sat
as
oakland
county's
financial
budgeter,
that
does
not
seem
to
be
too
much
of
a
savings.
Q
I
know
that
with
the
400
and
well
with
all
the
money
that
you
guys
were
spending
some
things
that
did
not
get
approved
were
veterans.
Q
Startup
funds
like
operational
funds,
which
I
thought
was
funny
because
it
was
only
for
don't
know,
25
000,
but
again,
as
I
touched
earlier,
almost
500
000
goes
to
progressive
mental
health,
not
sure
what
that
is,
it's
not
outlined.
I
don't
think
anyone
knows
that
I
mean
I
don't
know
if
it
means
to
teach
them
about
insurance
or
what
so.
I
really
think
that
maybe
we
could
get
some
more
information
attached
to
these
proposals
and
how
you
have
like
the
the
budget
broke
down.
Q
Trust
me,
my
mom's
printed
off
all
947
pages
she's
got
a
book
like
this.
Some
of
us
don't
have
that
much
time
because
we
work
and
we
come
here
from
work,
so
it
would
be
very
helpful
if,
when
you
have
the
agenda,
most
of
us
are
pretty
savvy.
As
far
as
you
know,
the
website
and
whatnot,
if
you
could
have
links
or
information,
so
we
could
review
bullet
points
things
that
the
the
things
that
are
important
for
us,
the
citizens,
to
know
not
from
what
you
want
us
to
know,
but
the
real
issues.
Q
At
fact
I
do
want
to
take
a
time
to
speak
out,
to,
I
believe,
is
miss
powell,
who
is
the
pontiac
commissioner,
and
I
do
want
to
say
my
sympathies.
I
know
there's
been
some
things
that
have
been
going
on
in
pontiac
that
are
horrible
and
my
heart
goes
out.
It
really
does
detroit
native,
I
understand,
but
that's
horrible,
so
I
do
hope
that
everything,
the
families
and
everyone
you
guys
are
able
to
come
together
as
a
community
and
take
care
of
that.
So
again,
my
heart
goes
out.
Q
Everyone's
talked
about
mass,
so
I
feel
it's
kind
of
just
gluttonous.
I
think
we
all
know
I
do
not
like
masks.
I
do
not
wear
masks
and
yeah.
That's
about
all.
I
got
to
say
so.
Have
a
great
night.
A
Is
that
she
left
okay,
brandon
eldridge.
T
T
I
work
as
a
teacher
at
a
school
in
oakland
county
and
it
has
made
the
learning
environment
very
tough.
One
of
the
first
things
that
I
experience
and
observe
is
how
hard
it
is
to
constantly
wear
the
mask
throughout
the
day.
I'm
constantly
getting
headaches
and
many
of
my
students
come
up
to
me
complaining
of
them.
No
wonder
our
bodies
were
created
by
god
to
breathe
in
oxygen,
but
here
we
are
with
masks
on
and
breathing
in
the
carbon
dioxide
we
just
breathed
out.
T
Apart
from
the
headaches,
it
is
unsanitary
for
anyone
to
be
wearing
a
mask
for
as
long
as
we
are
required
to
many
of
the
students
are
using
the
same
mask
day
after
day,
and
it
is
accruing
germs
that
are
right
around
their
mouth
and
noses
to
add
to
this
whenever
they
sneeze
those
germs
go
right
back
or
go
right
onto
the
net.
That
is
hanging
on
their
face
each
time
they
breathe.
They
are
sucking
those
bad
germs
right
back
into
their
bodies.
T
It
is
sounds
mean
to
what
lengths
keeping
everyone
else
safe
will
go
to
the
amount
of
behaviors
that
I
am
experiencing
in
the
classroom
due
to
the
students
having
their
mass
on
are
endless.
The
students
will
talk
out
or
whistle,
but
due
to
them
having
their
mass
on
it's
harder
to
decipher
which
student
it
was.
T
I'm
also
required
to
make
sure
that
students
have
their
masks
on
all
the
time
if
they
don't,
I
could
get
in
trouble,
but
yet
when
they
go
to
lunch,
that
mask
comes
right
down
and
they
eat
and
talk
as
they
want
to.
It
makes
me
live
in
what
is
being
accomplished
through
forcing
the
mass
in
school
and
I'm
just
gonna.
Just
do
something
real
fast
that
I
do
in
my
class
all
the
time
when
I'm
trying
to
get
all
my
students
attention.
I
just
say
one
two
three
eyes
on
me.
T
T
This
is
precisely
what
they're
doing,
and
why,
because
parents,
patriots
and
everyday
americans
have
been
using
their
rational
minds
and
questioning
what
is
being
told
to
them.
They
are
trying
they
are
trying
to
see
if
what
the
media
and
government
is
telling
is
the
truth
or
lies,
and
it
is
clear
that
they
are
blatantly
lying.
I
mean
come
on
brandon.
T
T
D
D
So
I've
attended
and
watched
these
meetings
over
the
last
handful
of
months,
and
I
honestly
debated
about
even
coming
tonight
or
speaking
because
I
don't
even
know
if
you're
hearing
anyone
beyond
your
cognitive
dissonance
and
confirmation
bias
and
I'd
honestly
love
to
be
at
home
with
my
family
instead
of
here.
D
But
part
of
the
problem
is
that
myself
and
people
who
who
are
like
me,
who
don't
like
politics
and
who
are
moderates?
Who
simply
want
peace
in
our
government
to
leave
us
alone
and
let
us
live.
Our
lives
have
been
too
passive
and
sitting
back
and
because
we
haven't
been
involved
or
paying
attention.
D
Now
our
freedoms
are
being
taken
away
by
people
losing
their
power
that
hasn't
even
been
granted
to
them
by
the
legislator
or
the
constitution,
and
you
with
that,
you
are
essentially
trying
to
ruin
our
county,
our
country
and
worth
trying
to
invade
our
lives
and
families,
and
I
personally
cannot
sit
back
and
be
quiet
any
longer,
because
I've
been
through
too
much
in
my
life
overcome
too
much
to
allow
government
to
ruin
it.
D
I'm
not
saying
anything
earth
shattering
by
saying
this
world
has
become
a
world
of
fear
and
anger
and
you've
had
opportunity
after
opportunity
to
do
something
about
that
and
you
don't.
We
don't
expect
you
to
change
your
minds.
I
was
just
talking
to
some
of
our
fellow
commissioners
about
how
I
don't
expect
someone
to
agree
with
me.
I
just
want
to
find
the
common
ground,
I'm
always
about
finding
the
common
ground
and
you
don't
even
seem
to
try.
D
I
don't
know
about
you
a
lot,
but
I
learned
about
the
golden
rule
to
treat
others
how
you
want
to
be
treated
better,
yet
I
learned
from
an
early
age
that
jesus
said
love
one
another,
as
I
have
loved
you.
So
my
simple
question
is
to
you:
are
you
running
the
ship?
The
way
you
you
would
want
the
opposite
side
to
be
running
it?
D
How
would
you
feel
if
the
tables
were
turned
and
the
other
side
was
running
things
this
way,
I
can
tell
you
as
someone
who
does
not
just
subscribe
to
any
political
party,
who
is
an
empath
who
looks
at
character,
and
constituents
are
saying
that
if
any
party
was
doing
what
you
are
doing
now,
I
would
not
be
sitting
back.
What
you
were
doing
is
wrong
and
simply
lawless,
and
I
honestly
don't
know
how
you
currently
have
more
power
than
our
governor
and
how
you
are
currently
getting
away
with
this.
D
It's
embarrassing
when
someone
peacefully
questions
the
legality
of
what
you're
doing
with
a
legal
document,
as
I
saw
a
few
weeks
ago
and
your
response
was
to
have
a
tantrum
with
your
gavel
and
call
a
recess.
My
six-year-old
has
more
composure
over
not
getting
your
way
than
you
do
so
at
this
point,
I'm
gonna
lean
on
god,
because
that's
all
I
know
what
to
do
and
I'm
gonna
pray
for
you.
I
pray,
you
see
the
light.
I
pray,
you
see
the
see
the
wrong
you're
doing
and
I
pray
you
do
the
right
thing.
D
I
will
also
remind
you
that
god
gave
you
free.
Will
the
free?
Will
you
don't
respect
and
are
trying
to
smother
and
at
no
point
in
history
have
the
people
forcing
others
into
compliance
been
the
good
guys?
The
truth
always
outs
itself
get
on
the
right
side
of
history
and
maybe
start
by
reading
the
constitution,
which
is
part
of
the
oath.
You
took
my
polish
ancestors
escaped
nazi
control.
My
grandfather's
fought
for
freedom
of
this
country,
one
received
a
purple
heart
and
I'm
not
gonna.
D
S
Hi,
my
name
is
katie,
I'm
from
waterford.
So
a
while
ago
I
had
an
email
read
from
brandon
boson
who's,
a
firefighter
paramedic
about
bad
protocols
in
michigan
for
people
with
culver-like
symptoms.
I
just
want
to
let
you
guys
know.
I
don't
know
who
listened
to
me
or
us
or
all
of
us.
Thank
you
because
that
was
rescinded
on
october
27th,
so
everybody
in
the
audience
keep
talking,
keep
sharing
the
truth,
because
somebody
is
listening
next
to
that.
Thank
you,
mr
corpenderfer,
for
everything
that
you
said
and
his
statistics
are
real.
S
You
can
look
those
all
up
on
the
cdc.gov
so
last
time
I
was
here
as
well.
I
talked
about
how
physicians
are
being
censored
in
silence,
so
I
have
three
different
ones,
but
I
don't
have
time
for
that,
so
they
go
back
from
may
13th
of
2020
all
the
way
to
the
present
of
october
28
2021.,
I'm
gonna
start
with
a
brilliant
man,
dr
brownstein.
S
I
don't
know
if
anybody
ever
heard
of
him,
but
he
was
served
with
this
for
from
the
federal
trade
commission
in
may
of
2020
for
posting
blogs
in
research
and
findings
based
on
what
he
was
treating
his
patients
for
with
success.
So
it
says
way
big
on
the
top
warning
letter,
unsubstantiated
claims
for
coronavirus
prevention
and
treatment.
This
is
to
advise
you
that
the
ftc
staff
has
reviewed
your
website
at
fill
in
the
blank
which
had
to
be
taken
down
on
may
2020.
S
We
have
determined
that
you
are
unlawfully
advertising
that
certain
products
or
services
that
you
sell
online
or
in
your
clinic,
treat
or
prevent
the
coronavirus.
It
goes
into
much
detail.
I'm
gonna
have
to
skip
a
lap
based
on
time,
but
it's
stating
that
the
claims
of
using
vitamin
c
hydrogen
peroxide
ozone,
vitamin
d
and
iodine
are
not
safe
for
people.
S
I
will
tell
you
that
that's
completely
untrue
nutrient
ivs
when
you
become
ill,
vitamin
c,
peroxide
and
ozones
can
help
anyone
who's
suffering
from
an
infection
in
terms
of
iodine
it's
essential
not
only
in
fighting
an
infection.
It
is
necessary
for
proper
immune
system
functioning.
There
is
no
bacteria
virus
parasite
or
fungus
that
is
known
to
resist
iodine.
So
that's
the
start.
That's
page
one
of
his
four-page
warning
letter.
So
next
he
was
warned
that
from
saying
that
vitamin,
a
c
and
d
are
good
supplements.
This
one's
good.
S
We
at
my
office,
we
find
great
success
with
doing
iv
nutrient
therapy,
when
our
patients
are
ill
with
a
viral
or
bacterial
infection.
He
has
been
treating
this
with
hydrogen
peroxide
successfully
holistically.
There
are
a
lot
of
things
to
do
for
viral
infection
like
coronavirus
conventionally,
there
is
little
to
offer
my
suggestion
become
a
patient
at
a
holistic
practice.
They
have
many
practices
or
policies
and
practices
that
will
help
treat
viral
bacterial
parasitic
infections.
S
So,
back
in
this
time,
he
had
85
patients
who
survived
covet
no
deaths,
no
anything
we're
up
to
almost
800.
I
treat
these
patients
outside
in
the
parking
lot
in
their
car,
leaning
in
their
cars,
doing
ivs
giving
them
all
of
these
treatments
successfully
zero
deaths
in
all
this
time-
and
this
is
a
man
that
we're
silencing
he's,
not
the
only
one
dr
jackson
is
here,
there's
plenty
other.
I
just
don't
have
time
for,
but
I
will
send
it
all
to
your
emails,
because
it's
super
important.
S
There
are
safe
and
effective
treatments,
we
deserve
a
choice
and
we
need
to
support
these
physicians,
who
are
being
silenced.
I'll,
tell
you
with
a
big
practice
like
that.
How
brave
somebody
is
to
continue
to
do
this,
but
now
we
treat
viruses
and
we
do
autoimmune
boosting.
So
that's
the
censorship
that
you'll
get.
B
S
Thank
you
good
evening.
I
am
not
a
resident
of
oakland
county.
Instead,
I
live
in
a
neighboring
community
and
often
choose
to
dine
in
your
restaurants,
patronize
your
businesses
and
visit
all
the
wonderful
events.
Oakland
county
communities
have
to
offer.
As
an
interested
citizen,
I
attended
one
of
your
commission
meetings
through
zoom
in
early
september.
S
Please
understand
that
what
I
witnessed
was
of
great
concern
to
me
so
much
so
that
I
was
compelled
to
attend
in
person
to
verify
whether
or
not
my
zoom
experience
misrepresented
what
happened
in
this
room.
Sadly,
after
attending
four
meetings
in
person,
I
found
that
it
was
not.
It
was
actually
worse.
S
I
understand
now
how
the
meeting
agendas
and
redistricting
maps
are
manipulated.
Public
comments,
public
comment
sessions
needlessly
delayed,
some
elected
officials
continually
disrespecting
citizens
providing
testimony,
adults
and
children
randomly
locked
out
of
public
restrooms,
and
not
all
members
of
your
committee
returned
to
hear
comments,
often
when
they
were
due
to
vote
on
those
very
issues.
S
One
needs
to
actually
listen,
hear
and
respond
to
the
concerns
of
all
citizens,
especially
the
children,
to
back
to
build
back
a
strong
and
united
community.
Unfortunately,
I
have
witnessed
very
little
of
that
in
this
room.
It
appears
that
your
committee
continues
to
be
separated
by
politics
by
masks
and
personal
agendas,
as
an
outsider.
Looking
in
this
is
certainly
now
how
I
want
my
community
to
engage
and
under
the
circumstances,
I
respectfully
say
that
I
would
be
encouraged
not
to
relocate
here
because
of
what
I
have
seen.
S
R
I'm
speaking
tonight
on
behalf
of
francesca
lucia,
I
want
to
use
my
time
to
talk
about
the
manipulative
game.
The
county
is
playing
with
the
emergency
mask
order
in
the
case
pending
against
oakland
county
health
division,
leeann,
stafford
and
lake
orient
schools.
The
county
filed
a
reply
brief
supporting
their
motion
for
summary
disposition.
R
You
state
in
your
brief
that
you
have
not
injured
any
child
with
the
mask
requirement.
You
have
sat
here
meeting
after
meeting
listening
to
medical
professionals,
teachers,
parents
and
students
themselves
tell
you
from
their
experiences
how
this
mandate
is
harming
them
physically,
emotionally,
socially
and
developmentally
to
allege
in
a
pleading
that
masking
doesn't
harm.
Children
is
a
bold-faced
lie,
and
you
know
it.
R
What
was
even
more
interesting
in
your
brief
was
this
excerpt.
There
are
no
direct
requirements
imposed
on
school
children
by
emergency
order,
2021-01
for
control
of
pandemic.
The
only
obligations
in
the
ochd
order
are
placed
onto
educational
institutions.
You,
then
quote
the
language
in
the
order
that
orders
schools
to
take
certain
actions
requiring
masks
for
students.
So
let
me
get
this
straight.
Your
argument
is
that
you're,
not
ordering
students
to
wear
masks,
you're
ordering
school
districts
to
order
students
to
wear
masks
wow.
That
is
an
important
distinction
there.
R
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
then
you
continue
to
say-
and
I
quote
this
is
important.
The
language
in
the
ochd
order
makes
clear
that
the
county
defendants
are
not
directly
mandating
that
plaintiff
or
any
individual
do
anything.
Since
there
is
no
direct
obligation
imposed
on
plaintiff
by
the
county
defendants,
it
stands
to
reason
that
she
cannot
be
injured
by
them.
As
if
that
statement,
isn't
crazy
enough,
you
go
on
to
say.
The
potential
injury
plaintiff
raises
is
not
traceable
to
county
defendants.
R
R
So
in
a
nutshell,
the
county's
position
is
that
the
county
is
not
injuring
any
child,
but
in
the
case
that
children
are
getting
injured,
it's
actually
the
schools
that
are
injuring
them
because
they're
the
ones
mandating
it.
For
the
record.
We
look
forward
to
forwarding
your
reply
brief
to
all
oakland
county
school
districts,
so
they're
fully
aware
of
their
vulnerability
and
your
legal
disposition.
A
Is
there
anybody
else
that
would
like
to
speak
during
public
comment?
The
the
second
public
comment.
D
I
just
wanted
to
comment
on
what
the
teacher
said.
I
believe
our
children
were
very
excited
to
get
back
into
school
after
that
year
of
distance
learning,
but
the
first
thing:
when
the
mask
mandate
came
down,
my
kids
came
home
and
said:
mom.
Can
you
get
us
mask
waiver,
and
so
my
kids
do
have
a
medical
mask
waiver.
D
D
I
thought
it
was
nice
that
she
prayed
for
the
sheriffs
to
keep
our
communities
safe,
but
what
I'm,
having
difficulty
understanding
is.
Why
did
we
eliminate
our
homeland
security
and
in
sheriff's
bouchard's
august
11th
report,
the
sheriff's
department
was
decreased
overall
by
1.5
million.
K
K
They
told
me
in
so
many
words
that
if
I
was
to
get
three
of
the
covet
shots,
I
mask
I
socially
distance
and
the
people
around
me
are
masked
and
back
fully
vaccinated
and
socially
distanced.
I
still
can
get
the
covet
virus
so
that
letter
to
me
told
me
maths,
don't
work
socially
distancing
doesn't
work.
