Up
working
on
a
very
first
try-
and
that
was
actually
quite
surprising
because
it's
the
first
workshop
we
ran
and
typically
you
have
to
do
some
troubleshooting
and
bug
swatting.
When
you
do
that
kind
of
work.
This
time,
fortunately
we
cut
out
a
sample
circuit,
we
actually
ran.
We
milled
a
little
actually
a
stepper
breakout
for
the
ramps
board
that
can
be
used
for
larger
stepper
drivers
in
the
details,
but
but
point
being
we
we
milled
successfully,
and
that
was
a
great
advance.
A
A
A
A
Take
a
look
at
my
screen,
but
yeah
there's,
there's
a
man
Andre
one
of
the
workshop
participants
who
got
one
of
the
mills.
We
kept
one
of
those
here
for
continuing
prototyping
and
testing.
It
there's
a
lot
of
picture.
Let's
see
if
you
scroll
down
further,
this
is
probably
the
main
post
yeah
I'd
like
to
go
through
that.
So
that's
the
example
of
a
little
board.
We
actually
mailed
out.
A
So
what
you
see
here
without
those
blue
terminals,
that's
a
stepper
breakout
to
connect
the
larger
stepper
driver
to
a
ramps
board
to
drive
larger
stepper
motors.
But
that's
that's
the
picture
of
the
actual
two
males
that
completed
pretty
much
identical.
Well,
that's
a
that's!
What
a
little
time
circuit
board
looks
like
where
the
process
is
you
mill
out
of
the
palace
first,
then
you
drill
the
holes
by
changing
a
tool
and
then
you
actually
cut
the
process.
A
A
This
is
where
we
put
out.
So
these
are
standard,
copper
class
circuit
boards
and
without
the
little
sex
item
and
come
out
and
the
last
step.
This
is
more
pictures.
That's
the
thing
in
action
here,
I
believe
it's
drill.
This
is
the
drill
bit
in
there
12,000
rpm
and
poking
out
the
holes
in
that
circuit,
and
this
little
you
can
see
a
little
magnet
there.
A
A
A
You
probe
it
with
the
actual
working
tool
you
take
like
you
know
what
four
by
four
grid
across
the
workpiece
and
you
you
get
the
level
just
like
bed
leveling
and
in
the
3d
printing,
and
then
this
is
the
final
step
of
where
you
cut
out
the
border
and
you
kind
of
snap
it
out,
because
you
leave
little,
you
leave
little
cuts
in
there
so
that
the
board
doesn't
fall
out
at
the
end
of
the
milling
job.
You
have
to
break
it
out.
It's
like
a
perforation
and
that's
doing
tool.
Exchanges.
A
A
At
this
that
weekend,
right
now
we're
actually
installing
the
open
source
power
meter.
If
I
go
to
my
picture,
so
Shane
is
still
here
from
the
workshop
and
right
now
he's
installing
I
want
to
show
you
some
photos
on
that,
but
we
also
have
the
opens
power
meter.
It's
an
example
of
a
circuit
that
we
mill
with
the
circuit-
oh
they're,
just
built,
but
let's
see,
if
some
of
those
days
here
you
go,
this
is
where
we
were.
This
is
so.
A
A
At
the
city
go
home
electric
panels,
so
what
you
have
here
is
actually
the
three
main
wires
coming
from
the
PV
panel
right
through
DC
breakers
and
we're
actually
breaking
into
these
breakers
to
measure
current
and
voltage
that's
coming
from
the
entire
PV
system,
so
we
have
nine
nose
like
that
that
we're
installing
so
each
one
of
these
measures.
One
point
like
there
will
be
three
of
these
here
to
measure
each
of
the
banks:
three
banks
of
the
PV
panels,
where
each
Bank
Bank
has
four
solar
panels
on
it.
A
So
there's
12
panels
total
and
these
are
20
amp
breakers,
so
we're
basically
feeding
20
amps
at
60
volts
into
the
battery
bank
that
we
have
so
currently
where
this
is
hot
off.
The
press
I
just
took
these
pictures
a
few
few
minutes
ago
and
that's
what
it
looks
like
the.
What
we
have
there
is.
This
is
a
this
is
a
shield
for
an
Arduino.
It's
got
all
these
data
point
for
the
nine
different
measuring
notes
here
that
we're
starting
to
connect.
So
this
basically.
A
An
Arduino
and
it's
an
open
source
design,
the
paper
that
will
be
coming
out
pretty
soon
so
there's
more
pictures
of
us
working
on
and
getting
sucked
to
work
we
have
issues
on
the
ground
is
grounded
the
beam.
The
part
of
the
system
is
not
grounded.
Ac
part
of
the
system
is
ground
to
a
grounded
so
found
that
we
have
to
connect
grunt
the
DC
side
of
the
system
to
ground
to
make
system
because
I
don't
work
in
proper
measurements,
but
the
PD
analyst
ISM
here
I
see
any
better
pictures.
A
A
On
it,
the
cost
about
five
dollars,
so
the
entire
board
is
like
$15
or
so,
and
materials
that
adds
up,
but,
for
example,
in
print
the
terminals
using
3d
printing,
putting
in
like
nut,
catters
and
also
an
interesting
base
for
3d
printing
would
actually
be
to
doing
power
terminals
for
power
electronics,
because
when
you
get
to
larger
size
terminals,
these
are
pretty
large.
They
they
can
handle
I,
think
50
or
100
amps
they're,
quite
sizable.
A
They
cost
six
dollars
a
pop.
So
so,
once
you
get
get
into
larger
devices,
you
might
want
a
3d
printer
can,
which
is
a
low-cost
way
to
do
it.
Just
put
some
nuts
in
there
some
stainless
steel
bolts
or
something
and
use
them
to
clamp
down
and
so
forth.
That's
how
the
system
looks
back
there.
That's
that's
the
panel
inside
there's
our
inverter
and
stuff,
so
we
need
nine
cat5
cables
to
connect
all
these.
What
we're
using
as
this
through
I
to
see.
Actually
these
are
I
square,
see
connections.
A
So
so
in
this
picture
here
the
cat
5
cables
are
connected
using
IC
squared.
So
it's
basically
seal
connection,
which
means
that
you
can
as
series
connect
a
bunch
of
these
addressed
moles.
Each
of
these
nodes
address
that
the
Arduino
talks
to
one
at
a
time
all
through
a
qualm
ire.
So
that's
what
very
convenient
I
have
like
ton
of
wires.
One
wire!
You
can
connect
to
all
these
measurement
nodes
so
that
you're
addressing
one
of
them
at
a.
A
A
D
A
For
the
immersion
program,
if
you
talk
about
you
go
to
the
wiki
on
the
immersion
program,
there's
a
number
of
people
applying
looks
like
we
have
two
people
that
are
definitely
going
to
the
immersion
program.
Still
just
getting
that
some
of
the
last
publicity
is
published
publicized
a
lot
through
colleges
and
universities
like
25
different
colleges.
A
Then
they
get
a
single
bite
out
of
that
all
the
people
that
came
through
so
far
were
people
who
already
knew
about
OSC,
primarily
except
for
two
people,
most
of
the
people
that
are
applying
right
now,
which
we
have
about
I,
think
about
eight
people,
they're
applying
right
now,
there's
most
of
them
about
LC.
So
it's
basically
they
are
our
true
believers
that
are
signing
up
for
this.
C
To
develops.
A
A
Changing
the
colonel
meeting
web
page
as
well,
if
you
wouldn't
mind,
then
we
can
check
in
with
long
on
progress.
So
yeah
I
mean
to
get
a
different
machine
and
you
know,
like
the
whole
promise
of
the
d3d
construction
set,
where
you
can
have
different
tool.
Heads
I
must
say
it
was
really
rewarding
to
see
that
like
yeah,
you
have
a
very
good
feeling
to
see
that
kind
of
get
a
feeling
for
a
different
machine
and
really
to
get
to
see
the
mechanics
of
how
a
a
a
drill,
a
CNC,
milling
machine
works.
A
That
was
really
nice
to
see
with
with
its
entire
kind
of
whole
tool
chain
from
actually
we
started
in
kicad.
So
what
you
see
that
the
little
circuit
that
we
milled
out
that
circuit
we
actually
designed
in
kicad
right
in
a
spud
bear?
We
took
you,
know
letters
and
just
basically
a
few
noxious.
Drugs
of
human
action
is
which
which
were
mapped
out
with,
and
he
can
so.
A
Going
through
that
whole
tool
chain
on
decayed
into
sporting
that
using
flat
cam
and
then
using
Shane
open-source
opera
car,
the
software,
which
does
the
cache
also
don't
like
the
ceiling
that
the
bed
not
blamed
and
wrong
and
swing.
You
know
the
tool,
the
tool
tool
bits
that
will
handle
through
cop
cars
yeah.
So.
A
A
A
A
A
You
guys
can
I'm
gonna
hit
refresh
right
here,
guys:
okay,
thanks.
C
C
A
A
C
That's
the
what
I've
been
working
on
I
mean
if
anyone
wants
to
take
a
walk
and
see
if
they
can
work
with
this
workbench
or
if
they
have
any
suggestions
on
how
to
add
the
penetrate
or
not,
and
that
would
be
good
but
I'll
keep
pushing
on
that
and
then
focus
on
linker
factory
machines
and
doing
that
side.
Yeah.
B
C
A
B
E
A
A
B
A
F
A
Didn't
tell
you
you
definitely
good
a
good
support.
E
Like
no
d3d.
A
A
But
on
a
d3d
cnc
serger,
no
page,
if
you
look
at
there's
development,
template
item
number
12
and
the
burn
down
should
be
right
underneath
it
and
that
is
looking
like
documented.
It's
like
50%.
In
other
words,
you
got
a
lot
of
different.
You
know
a
lot
of
our
development
templates
look
pretty
empty,
but
here
these
are
getting
pretty
much
filled.
I
think
we
can
sometimes,
of
course
the
development
templates
lag
behind.
D
A
Not
go
down
that
holds
it
perfectly.
Here's
our
electrical
panel,
which
is
the
same
style
as
honest
on
the
3d
printer.
Basically,
a
plexiglass
piece,
that's
a
zip
tied
on
and
it
looks
pretty
neat
and
so
forth.
There's
more
details
of
the
rubber
bands.
Here's
drilling
of
the
panel
now
controlling
the
this
is
copper
carve.
That's
the
control
software
more
mounting
dial
indicator.
We
tested
the
backlash.
We
corrected
the
backlash
and
we
found
about
2
mm,
which
are
50
micron
found
about
50
micron
backlash,
which
we
corrected
out
in
a
software.
A
G
A
D
G
G
G
G
G
What
I
think
the
ghoul
could
be
headed
to
the
every
carefully
kept
a
separate
component
should
be
made
out
there.
The
sub
battle
some
parts
it's
tougher
more
to
draw.
But
if
we
drawn
that
boy
that
ensures
that
we
always
get
the
two-dimensional
patterns
because
otherwise,
like
with
that
sleeve,
if
you
try
to
select,
say
the
two
dimensional
pattern
for
the
inflate,
it's
not
quite
right
because
it's
not
made
out
of
a
pipe
sub
component
and
then
the
in
plates
they're
not
separate.
A
G
G
F
F
G
G
G
A
E
A
G
Okay,
well,
then,
they're
making
a
little
bit
taller
nervously
cause
like
the
feet
underneath
it
there,
but
get
probably
get
it
off
feet
here
it
slides
in
there.
It
would
be
too
tall
sticking
out
the
top
at
all,
but
yeah,
hopefully
I've
been
there's,
probably
other
things
that
you
could
do
with
the
first
part
the
rubber
pieces.
If
it
need
to
be
a
harder
rubber
scraps
or
something
but
I
guess
it
depends
on
what
resources
yeah
mm-hmm.
D
G
G
G
G
G
The
part
library
has
you
know
the
major
parts
in
it.
Maybe
I
should
show
my
screen
explore
some
parts.
The
the
individual
parts
like
that
sleeve
coupler.
Yes,.
D
G
We
don't
want
to
know,
subdivide
that
into
Bowl
files,
I,
don't
think
that
would
just
make
a
mess.
It's
apply
logic
to
what
you
know
what
should
be
in
a
separate
file.
It
should
be,
and
it's
simple
enough
it
should
be,
but
it's
partly
the
way
that
we
draw
stuff
I,
think
so
it's
not
drawn
as
a
monolithic
part,
I,
don't
think
a
lot
of
parts
are
done
that
way.
It
depends.
It's
quicker
and
easier
just
to
drop
in
the
simplest
method.
G
You
can
it's
I
think
if
that's
done
to
say
time
and
this
this
is
all
the
part
that
was
drop
it.
It
was
drawings
as
a
revolution,
so
it's
rotated
and
now
it's
a
single
part
adjustable.
The
smaller
parts
is
sitting
a
smoke
out
of
planetary
overreach
in
and
a
piece
of
plaque
in
the
middle.
It's
just
one
part
so
I
think
it
would
be
better
just
to
describe
that
song
more
the
wiki.
So
people
know
that
it's
divided
down.
They.
F
G
F
E
F
G
Was
what
about
different
possible
other
other
suggestions
for
the
way
that
cat
is
done,
but
I
learned
it
set
too
many
rules
on
the
CAD
just
because
I
think
it's
better
to
let
people
kind
of
figure
out
the
best
way
to
are
different
ways
to
do
something
on
their
own,
so
I
just
generalized
on
the
cat,
because
somebody
might
figure
out
a
better
way
to
do
something
and
free
captain.
Then
we
know
already,
but
we've
got
the
tutorials
that
you
know
we're
done
already
and,
and
those
are
pretty
good.
G
Eventually,
eventually,
cohorted
tutorial
yeah,
something
that
works
separate
it
out,
sketches
and
things
to
have
it
easier,
but
it's
pretty
pretty
smooth
I
guess,
working
for
CAD,
with
method
laid
out
so
far
and
freakin
legacy
still
think.
Don't
think
that
will
only
think.
I
know
that
we
need
forget
what
support
from
what
I
read
before
it
sounds
like
is
for
that
nasty,
because
I
think
that
worked
in
that's
other
stuff.
There's
we
could
add
honest
the
parts
and
get
all
that
stuff
was
a
surfer
for.
G
G
I
was
looking
at
those
different
medics
for
nasty
that
one
process
using
I,
think
of
web
tool
and
other
things
was
not
very.
It
didn't
work
out,
plus
it.
It
was
a
long
time
to
pay
that
anytime,
you
have
those
tool
chains
with
a
bunch
of
different
software's
left
baked.
You
know
something
changes
it's
gonna
break
anyway,
even
if
it
works
immediately
and
freak
out.
Every
everything
is
so
important
in
central
took
the
stuff
to
work
in
freak
out.
A
lot
of
other
people
are
Alana
and
nesting.
A
G
That
the
nesting,
the
feature
is
in
freak
at
point
on
seven
less
a
new
office
just
in
the
in
the
farmers
or
if
it's
in
dailies
or
last,
because
I
think
of
season
in
that
I,
don't
like
that.
I
try
bees.
It
was
in
it
daily
a
freak
at
point,
seven
before
I
finalize
that
spot
I'm
sure
the
farmers
is
like,
but
he
was
suggested
it's
just
some.
If
he
kept
formed
the
paradox
emotionality,
it
should
well
enough
to
enable
to
do
most
parts
that.
G
G
A
G
Like
there's
a
stray,
oh
I
know
what's
wrong
there.
That's
that's
okay,
so
yeah
I
know
it's.
Whenever
you
download
these
files
there's
a
bunch
of
files.
This
way
the
way
Roberto
ever
did
it
with
the
tutorial
in
the
tutorials.
Just
everything
can
be
merged,
except
for
that
when
we
use
the
simply
to
workbench
to
get
the
parts
to
constrain
correctly,
you
need
to
import
a
base
part
with
the
with
the
assembly
to
workbench
import
function
and
so
there's
a
number
of
files
that
are
some
of
the
old
files
you
go
back
in
there.
G
What
is
it
the
universal
home
path,
and
it
won't
do
that
unlimited
free
cat,
warm
except
that
so
it's
always
like
a
static
path
to
whoever
imported
the
files,
because
these
simply
to
workbench,
when
you
import
those
files
that
way
it
refers
to
the
file
in
the
folder
path
that
that
whoever
imported
that
and
so
there's
always
one
file
or
one
one
part
of
the
file.
That's
imported
that
way
for
this
simply
to
work
bench
and
you
have
to
update
it
on
your
on
your
drive.
G
Every
time
you
use
it,
which
is
kind
of
an
annoyance
or
glitch,
could
do
some
little
workbench.
Unfortunately,
but
that's
what
happens
there
so
currently
you're
you're,
missing
the
Roberto
created
the
filter,
part,
and
that's
why
it's
it's
missing
there.
The
bread
is
gonna
floating
out
between
those
two
pipes
is
supposed
to
be
the
filter
it
bought.
It
was
imported
by
Roberto
originally
so,
whenever
you.
B
B
There
it
is
I,
just
okay.
G
G
Files,
let
me
drive
it'll,
usually
find
an
imported
suggesting
import
of
the
different
file
if
it's
sort
of
similar
half
okay,
let's
pick
it
up
better
because
it
lets
you
download
the
whole
package
with
all
the
paths
and
everything
in
there
better
for
editing
that
kind
of
stuff
easier.
But
what
happened?
Do
we
move
all
the
files
and
get
open
those
Cesario
files
in
the
right
place.
G
G
G
That
is,
but
there
could
be
able
to
people
in
the
area.
I
noticed
that
the
information
on
launchers-
they
have
a
variety
of
you-
know
3d
printers
things
like
that,
but
I
don't
think
any
of
it
is
open
source.
So
I
don't
know.
If
there's
you
know
a
you
know
open
this
to
open
source
stuff,
or
you
know
it
might
be
because
I
figure,
some
of
those
prioritized
solutions
are
easier,
but
it
doesn't
look
like
they
have.
A
lot
of
you
know.
Advanced
acquits.
D
D
G
Gonna
be
there
well
from
the
University.
They
do
different
classes
at
different
times
that
way,
I
guess
couple
times
in
classes,
but
there's
somebody
I
think
it's
on
the
run.
The
makers
case
it's
wise
to
choose
contact
information
for
the
nonprofit
organization
that
finds
it
in
does
a
bunch
of
entrepreneurial,
related
promotion
in
the
region,
so
I
have
two
copies
links
to
that
gets.
Oh.
A
A
A
D
D
E
D
A
D
A
A
A
E
A
A
There,
but
it's
a
core
part
of
them
for
factoring,
but
who
have
you
scrap
plastic?
It
costs
on
two
point:
five
cents
per
kilo
per
kilogram
of
filling
that
you
make
now.
That
is
very
sweet.
Isn't
it
it's
basically
the
cost
of
electricity
thanks
to
one
of
the
the
filament
maker
which
takes
about
250
watt
hours
per
kilogram.
They
cling
to
the
paper,
some
2.5
kilowatts
per
kilogram
of
film
introduced,
which
is
be
attractive
that
translates
to
about
25
cents,
electricity
costs
per
kilogram
and
their
production
rate
is
about
a
kilogram
every
two
hours.
A
So
every
every
day,
if
you
have
this
thing
running
24/7,
you
can
make
12
rolls
of
film
in'.
So
that's
worth
two
hundred
three
hundred
dollars
per
day
of
productivity,
if
you're,
actually
cranking
out
filament
and
that's
that's
great,
their
version
also
has
the
filament
with
sensor.
It's
got
a
lot
of
feedback,
so
I
think
that's
the
thing
we
want
to
go
with.
I
asked
Lyman
Hugh
Lyman
to
actually
make
what
make
us
an
extruder.
A
Basically,
he's
gonna
do
that
for
us
help
us
produce
that
so
we'll
have
both
likely
to
have
both
the
Lyman
version
and
the
the
recycle
bot
from
from
Michigan
Tech
for
the
immersion
program
and
I
think
that's
yeah,
just
of
the
filament
making
m20
pudding.
That's
a
very
powerful
part
right
there,
because
they're
pretty
pinning
film
could
be
a
product
that
people
are
selling
or
just
simply
recycling
low
plastics
of
all
kinds
of
different
qualities.
A
A
Things,
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
that
can
immerse
the
people
and
their
local
communities
reach
out
to
with
the
different
candidates
that
are
applying
and
I'm.
What's
going
to
interviewing
three
people
today,
so
I'll
do
that
later,
so
yeah
well,
that
about
wraps
up
for
today,
we'll
continue
next
week
at
home
here,
I'm
working
on
the
DVD
version,
assisting
won't
I.
Guess
it's
six
2.07,
which
is
the
latest
from
the
one
that
shown
on
site
number
five.
A
That's
the
one
that's
currently
produced
here,
but
just
refining
some
of
the
details,
optimizing
the
extruder
just
getting
the
extruder
into
the
cab,
because
we
actually
don't
have
the
extruder
fully
Mehcad
finishing
that
up
so
yeah
well,
wrapping
up
so
the
slide,
the
the
sixth
slide.
The
development
narrative
slide
still
still
stands
pretty
much
as
as
true
large
part
of
that.
So
just
let
me
discuss
that.
Just
for
a
second
here
large
part
of
it
is,
is
the
roadmap
to
the
to
the
immersion
program.
A
A
Do
that
and
within
the
first
week,
called
boot
camp
of
the
merging
program
opens
Michael
factory
boot
camp.
We
will
have
a
session,
we're
gonna
donate
a
few
hours
to
that
where
we
actually
produce
the
parts
and
then
from
some
battlepack
the
talk
and
all
that
and
make
me
make
a
cordis
drill.
It
just
be
straightforward:
you
buy
the
buy
the
parts
like
the
small
motor
and
the
cha
and
other
things
you
print
up.
A
The
body
print
out
the
battery
holder
do
a
little
bit
of
other
trucks,
perhaps
with
a
CNC
circuit
mill
and
there
you
go,
have
a
cordless
bell.
So
we
rank
for
a
high
quality
version
at
the
community,
very
usable
because
we
do
go
through
a
lot
of
--dress
here
beyond
that
same
old,
same
old
immersion
for
the
development
I
have
been
doing
work
on
book
I
getting
back
to
that
and
basically
with
immersion
program,
that's
kind
of
taken
in
my
time,
but
I
doing
it
back
to
the
book
to
lay
out
the
theory
and
allow.
