around
we're
combining
both
brick
press
and
frame
construction
to
make
really
radically
efficient
events
happen
on
a
five-game
time
scale
like
this
house
that
was
built
in
five
days
and
the
green
house
that
was
built
in
five
days.
But
one
thing
that
I
must
say:
I
learned
is
the
more
I
learned
about
building
codes,
the
less
intimidated
I
became
about
them.
Now
it
does
happen
that
at
factory
farm
our
facility
in
Missouri,
we
do
not
have
building
codes.
A
Yet
this
structure
that
we
built
here
is
actually
fully
called
compliant
by
design
of
all
the
different
systems.
Katrina
did
a
presentation
last
week
on
how
to
design
such
a
house
and
she
actually
covered
a
lot
of
the
structural
elements
and
what
clothes
applied
to
that
so
with
codes
and
permits.
Why
bother?
In
the
first
place,
I
mean
the
bottom
line.
Is
that
you
want
to
make
something
as
safe
and
lasting
long
lasting.
A
So
something
doesn't
collapse
on
you,
that's
safe
to
live
in,
so
in
many
places
it's
the
law
not
everywhere
and
you'd
likely
be
required
to
get
a
built
building
permit
to
get
insurance
coverage.
If
you
care
about
insurance
and
if
you
ever
sell
your
house
that
selling,
if
you
don't
have
permits
for
whatever
work
you
did
on
the
house,
we
might
have
a
hard
time
selling
and
there
are
fines.
You
will
be
kept
to
this
like.
A
If
you
do
something
without
a
permit
in
jurisdiction
areas,
you
can
typically
maybe
it'll
be
like
a
thousand
bucks
of
a
fine
plus
a
red
tag,
meaning
that
you
can't
continue
construction
or
anything
else.
Until
you,
you
actually
pull
a
permit.
If
you
don't,
you
will
get
a
visit
from
the
local
sheriff,
the
site
will
be
locked
down
and
if
you
continue
not
to
not
to
build
without
a
permit,
you
can
be
thrown
into
jail.
Now,
that's,
of
course,
if
they
know,
because
if
nobody
reports
you,
then
you
can
get
away
with
it
now.

Another
part
is
there's
plenty
of
areas
actually,
and
I
was
looking
at
this-
can
I
pull
up
a
map
of
no
building
code
jurisdictions?
There's
actually
plenty.
So
you
see
the
areas
in
green
here
in
the
United
States,
those
are
ones
without
known
building
departments,
you
see
the
little
arrow
in
the
middle
of
the
United
States,
that's
actually
the
Cal
County,
that's
the
location
of
the
seed
eco-home
that
you
saw
in
the
picture,
that's
also
a
green
county
and
it
has
no
building
codes
now
the
rest
of
the
USA.

Here
the
red
stands
for
areas
where
it's
really
hard
to
build,
because
definitely
there's
strong
codes
and
enforcement
and
the
rest
of
the
white
is
where
we
don't
know
this.
We
should
actually
map
this
out
as
a
crowd
collaborative
effort.
It
would
be
good
to
find
out
if
people
are
concerned,
if
they
don't
want
any
interference
in
their
building,
if
they
feel
confident
that
you
just
don't
want
that
kind
of
supervision
from
the
man
there's
plenty
of
areas
that
you
can
choose
at
even
in
today's
history.
So
this
is,
for
example,
Colorado.

A
number
of
different
counties
that
are
free
from
codes
and
look
at
Denver
is
right.
There
so
like
an
hour
from
Denver,
you've
got
places
where
you
don't
have
building
codes,
but
in
in
the
open
building
Institute
work.
We
want
to
facilitate
construction,
whether
to
close
the
resistor,
not
nice.
As
I
said
we're
lucky,
we
don't
have
code,
so
we
can
experiment
fully
and
without
any
delays,
because
there
are
some
time
and
cost
delays
of
course
involved.
So
how
do
we
help
people
build
effectively?

You
can
pick
the
the
compliance
elements
from
the
different
modules
that
we
design
a
naked.
You
can
use
the
modules
you
can
modify
them,
but
if
you
use
exactly
what
we
have,
you
will
know
that
that's
been
proven
to
work
and
therefore
to
pass
codes.
So
we
are
documenting
the
full
code
requirements.
So
so,
where
do
you
find
this
documentation?

is
the
start
of
this
webinar
we're
going
to
we're,
publishing
the

and
actually
a
printed

and

we're
probably

or
a

that's

primarily
to
presenting

your
building
code
inspector
building

all

information
you

engineering

anything
that
you
might
need

replicate
a
build

full
documentation

code
requirements.

calculations

the
innovative
stuff

we

We,
especially
under

be
some
special
calculations.
We
need

do

for

on

digester
or

like

That's
not

standard
feature
that
any
building
department
will
understand
today,
but
if
you
provide
a
full
calculation
support,

good
as
an
engineering
stamp
and
engineering

When
you
go
to
an
engineer,
you
pay
them
money
and
they
make
calculations
happen
for
you
that
you
bring
to
the
building
department
for
approval
well
in
practice.

have
all
that
documentation
in
place,
then
that's
as
good
as
an
engineering
stamp,
especially
if
the
building
department
sees
that
a
number
of
these
buildings
have
been
built
in
other
locations
and
they
can
see
that
someone
else
has
approved
it
already.
So
we
aim
to
really
make
this
easy
so
that
the
alternative
features
that
we
have
have
ours
just
over
time,
become
accepted,
and
then,
as
I
mentioned,
about
modular
design,
you
can
choose
one
of
our
modules.

But
if
you
don't
like
it
or
if
it's
not
code
compliant,
you
can
choose
another
or
P
or
just
do
it
the
standard
way
because
of
our
modular
construction
method.
We
also
will
provide,
of
course,
the
call
called
alternate
and
documentation
meaning
stuff.
That's
not
in
a
codes,
because
the
the
general
perspective
here
is
that
if
something
is
in
a
universal
building
code,
then
you
can
just
take
a
look
at
and
follow
it
exactly
and
then
what?
If
you
have
innovative
design?
That
is
not
covered
well.

if
you
have
the
time
and
money,
you
can
do
it.
So
it's
not
like.
Oh
the
building
code
just
doesn't
allow
that.
Well,
it
allows
it
pending
proof,
and
that
kind
of
proof
is
what
we
want
to
make
easy
for
anybody.

we

everything

some
of

the
general
considerations
you
have
to
meet
throughout
the
build
process?
Well,
they're
mainly
there's
the
site.
There's
the
structure
there,
the
utilities
and
post
build.
Now.
What
do
you
have
to
consider
for
the
site?
As
far
as
what
did
we
have
to
consider?
What
are
general
considerations
that
you
need
to
think
about?
Well,
for
us,
we
have
to
think
about.
Are
we
in
a
floodplain?
Well,
where
we
build
the
house?
No
floodplain
their
setbacks,
like
you
got
to
be
a
certain
distance
from
the
road
or
from
your
neighbors
on
the
side.
A
You
have
this
proper
grading
so
that
you're
actually
not
sitting
in
like
pawns
of
water
on
it
on
the
building
site,
the
inspect.
If
you
do
have
inspections,
inspection
will
check
for
that
that
you
have
proper
grading
for
a
water
flow
that
drains
off
this
site
and
does
not
remain
on
the
side
and
soil
conditions
have
to
be
suitable.
How
do
you
know
soul
conditions
are
suitable,
while
there's
housing
around
the
area.
A
That
means
solids
typically
suitable,
so
you
can
check
that
as
the
first
check,
otherwise
make
sure
you're
not
in
a
mud
pit
or
something
where
the
soul
doesn't
have
any
any
load-bearing
strength.
But
technically,
if
you
see
houses
around
you,
that's
not
an
issue
because
obviously
it's
good
to
build
there.
Of
course
you
can
build,
can't
build
on
sleep,
steep
slopes.
You
have
to
make
sure
this
building
on
a
side
of
a
cliff
that
your
house
can
fall
off
in
basic
five
considerations
like
that.
So
on
a
structure
part
we
can
say
no
problem.
A
Actually,
the
house
design
crash
course
covered
a
lot
of
the
code
compliance
issues,
things
like
spacings
for
the
studs
and
roof
joists
and
floor
joists
insulation
requirements
so
forth.
That's
fully
covered,
so
I
actually
won't
go
into
that.
That's
I
think
that's
a
job
well
done
there
with
links
to
the
relevant
codes
that
you
can
look
up
and
click
and
examine
for
yourself,
but
the
utilities
may
be
more
challenging
here,
though,
the
way
we're
building
we
can
accommodate
both
restricted
zones
and
the
most
lacks
zones
of
jurisdiction.
So
let's
go
through
these
water.
A
We
waste
waste
water
systems,
so
we
have
a
bio,
digester,
gray
water
effluent
and
drank
it,
but
the
same
same
plumbing,
the
three-inch
pipe
that
goes
from
our
toilet
into
the
or
the
digester
into
the
drainage
pit.
That
can
just
as
well
be
the
sewer
or
a
septic
connection.
So
there's
no
issues
there,
depending
on
where
you
are
what
you
like
to
do
on
electricity.
We
are
fully
off
grid,
but
it's
part
of
the
system.
A
May
be
places
where,
for
some
reasons,
you're
not
allowed
to
have
a
wood-burning
stove,
depending
where
you
are,
but
all
the
countryside
in
many
places
do
allow
that
gas
we're
using
a
biogas
system
combined
with
propane
we'd
like
to
convert
fully
to
the
biogas
operation.
Once
we
evolve,
the
the
bio
digester
or
we
can
as
well
connect
to
the
grid,
because
our
system
is
dual
one
side
can
go
from
our
bio
digester
and
the
other
side
can
connect
to
the
grid.

So,
as
you
see
because
of
our
modular
design,
we
do
not
have
any
issues
on
meeting
code
compliance,
even
if
we
had
to
pass
them
now.
The
first
build
that
we
did
was
on
our
site
and
the
second
build
coming
up
in
2017
will
also
be
on
our
site,
and
after
that
we
will
plan
on
going
to
different
locations.
Probably
Kansas
City
is
a
nice
nearby
place
that
has
codes
and
a
lot
of
opportunity
there,
but
we
have
not
yet
built
in
a
fully
zoned
jurisdiction
with
codes.

So
while
we
can
provide
this
in
theory
for
you,
the
rubber
hits
the
road
when
we
actually
engage
that
when
we
build
in
full
coat
jurisdictions.
Okay,
I
didn't
mention
anything
about
CB.
So
for
CDs
we
built
up
Oh
to
all
sections,
as
well
as
the
floor
of
the
utility
room
with
compressors
blocks,
and
there
are
codes
that
do
address
that
so
New
Mexico
is
the
only
state
that
has
a
specific
compressed
earth.

Birth
block
construction
code,
but
also
the
CB
construction
approved
under
the
uniform
building
code
under
refined,
claim,
unfired
clay,
clay,
masonry
and
Seabees
also
found
in
an
international
building
code
under
Adobe.
So
you
can
look
that
up.
Look
at
that

If
you
do

Our
plan
for
the
next
seed
eco-home
is
to
build
at
least
half
of
the
full
house
with
CBS.

But
what
we're
looking
at
this
time
around
was
we
pre-press
some
block
for
the
workshop
and
during
the
workshop
we
produce
enough
block
for
the
next
build,
that's
kind
of
how
we're
looking
at
that,
but
documenting
full
Phoebe
construction

that,
including
how
you
earthquake
proof
that
those
are
big
points.
We
know
that
a
lot
of
places
like,
for
example,
Haiti
or
wherever
many
places
do
have
do,
have
earthquake-prone
risks.

So
we
do
want
to
get
that
up
to
code
compliance
in
earthquakes,
so
thinking
about
just
stepping
out
now
they
mentioned
Haiti
and
building
codes.
One
note
about
building
codes
to
mention
is
that
the
good
part
they
do
serve
is,
for
example,
if
you
see
an
earthquake
in
America
or
versus
Haiti.
You
know
now
you
see
the
difference
like
that's.
The
codes
are
actually
the
difference
between
a
entire
cities
collapsing
versus
much
less
damage
like
a
hurricane
in
the
United
States
versus
maybe
somewhere
else.

In
principle,
less
damage
is
caused
when,
when
codes
addressed,
the
local
weather
conditions
and
things
like
that,
okay,
so
that
is
to
say,
we
don't
necessary,
have
to
be
so
afraid
of
codes.
They
do
add
some
costs.
So
let's
look
at
what
does
look
like
when
you
go
through
the
codes
and
building
permits.
There's
three
particular
phases
of
of
permits
and
code
approval.
It's
entitlement
phase
where
you
we
go
to
the
building
department
and
you
tell
them
what
you'd
like
to
build
and
they
approve
it.

They
let
you
know
whether
you
actually
can
build
that
the
plan
check
where
they
check
your
plans,
where
you
show
how
you're
going
to
build
it
and
then
an
inspection
where
you
you
are
approved,
whether
you
did
that
you
do
to
your
construction
properly.
So
there
are
particular
time
spans
involved
here.
So
I
guess
at
a
minimum
of
five
to
six
weeks,
but
typically
more
like
10,
so
at
minimum
is
on
a
week
scale,
but
typically,
perhaps
on
a
month
scale
for
this
whole
process
and
some
costs
look
at
the
costs.

costs
so
I
looked
up.
What
the
typical
standard
cookie
cutter
construction
costs
are
in
the
United
States
for
regular
buildings
and
there
the
building
code,
compliance
items,
total
two
percent
of
the
entire
budget,
they're
totaling
about
six
thousand
dollars
in
standard
construction
like
the
mask
instructional,
United,
States
of
residential
homes.
So
six
thousand
there.
Typically
when
you
build
a
small
home
or
just
just
a
residential
home,
typical
costs
are
500
to
2,000
dollars
when
you
do
have
building
departments.
So
it's
not
not
too
too
bad.

When
you
consider
the
costs
of
a
house
just
just
a
general
breakdown
of
a
house
cost
is
about
twenty-five
percent
in
land
costs
to
acquire
the
land
to
build
on
twenty-five
percent
of
materials.
Twenty-Five
percent
in
labor
and
twenty-five
percentage
that
overhead,
the
legal
financial
part
like
such
as
financing
or
sales
and
marketing,
and
things
like
that
and
and
of
that.
Twenty-Five
percent
of
the
legal
financial
overhead
costs.
Just
two
percent
of
that
is
the
code,
compliance
specifically
the
building
permits
and
the
code
inspections.

the
different
phases:

What
do
you
want
to
build?
So
how
do
you
do
that
so
best
way
to
start?
Is
your
google
name
of
your
city,
county
Planning,
Department
application,
so
the
entitlement
phase,
sometimes
it
may
be
rolled
into
the
plan
check
process,
so
you
don't
necessarily
Fidelia.
Basically,
when
you
go
into
to
submit
your
plans,
the
entitlement
phase
may
be
rolled
into
that.
So
there's
really
two
phases.

Instead
of
three
and
starting
with
giving
your
building
department
a
call
find
out
what's
needed.
So
the
first
thing
to
look
for
is
the
local
zoning
code.
Are
you
allowed
to
build
on
a
given
parcel
in
the
first
place
or
if
you
are
on
a
parcel,
can
you
build
a
second
house
on
the
same
parcel
so
that
the
typical
information
to
review
is?
What's
the
zoning
what's
intended
use?
Does
anything
into
this
done
a
lot
square
footage
of
the
structure?
Are
you
demolishing
anything
if
you're
going
to
engage
in
construction
via
parking,
road
access,
etc?

So
one
thing
is
so,
starting
with.
Are
you
allowed
to
build
in
the
first
place?
Well,
the
zoning
is
there's
very
zoning
like
residential
commercial
agricultural,
so,
let's
take
residential,
which
is
that
that's
found
in
city.
So
here
we
give
a
case.
Example
of
Santa
Barbara
was
so
very,
very,
very
strict
jurisdiction
for
we're.
Rich,
rich
retired
people
live
well.
Even
there,
some

zone

live

you
can
build
a
second
house
and
the
going
rate
there
is.

rent
that
second
house,
you
can
be
getting
two
thousand
dollars
a
month
for
renting
in
an
area
like
that,
so
just
just
an
example
of
the
residential
zoning.
Now,
in
agricultural
zoning,
of
course,
things
are
much
less
strict,
like
you
probably
I
mean
here,
we
want,
we
don't
have
codes,
but
if
you
want
to
build
a
barn
or
something
you
may
not
require
a
permit
for
various
structures,
you
might
even
not
not
require
permits
and
agricultural
zones.

course
they
will
vary
as
far
as
where
you
are
so
don't
take
this
as
legal
advice
in
any
way
here,
disclaimer.
So
so,
in
entitlement
phase
you
will
have
to
go
through
some
kind
of
a
design
review.
Also
like
an
architectural
board
of
board
of
review,
you
might
have
to
show
exterior
elevation,
or
even
things
like
if
you're,
in
a
tight
area
like
what's
the
color
scheme
of
your
house.
So
this
is
a
an
elite
example
of
what
you
would
have
to
submit.
You
can
just
write
down.

if
you
passed
entitlements
phase,
you
end
up
getting
a
zoning
permit
or
final
design
approval,
and
then
a
project

if
something
isn't
so
that's
easy
for
items
covered
in
the
universal
building
code
or
the
international
residential
code
and
the
written
code
documentation.

four
things
are
not
in
the
codes
you
might
have
to
pull
a
cult
called
sorry
code
alternate
request.
That
means
something
that
is
not
prescribed
by
the
building
code.
You
have
to
show
that
it
meets
the
intent
of
the
building
code
and
you
might
have
to
provide
documentation
as
far
as
to
show
that
so
typically
will
be
a
page
application
to
which
you
will
attach
a
number
of
supporting
documents,
and
you
might
have
to
get
engineering
approvals
and
so
forth
for
that.

So
once
you
have
prepared
everything
you
take
that
to
the
building
department,
the
review
process
takes
two
to
four
weeks.
You
might
get
feedback
and
comments
where
your
actual
drawings
might
be
red
line.

notices

things

need
to
correct
to
need
the
code
any
additional
documentation
that
you
need
to
specify
in
the
code.
Why?
Because
the
once
you
do
pull
the
permit
to
build.

we

stuff

go

the
foundation

must
be

we

sewer
lines
like
like
any
of
the
outlet
plumbing.
Yes,
we
would
have
to
have
that
some
some
of
the
initial
plumbing
might
have
to
be
leak,
tested,
sure
we've
got
pipes
in
our
house.
They
would
have
to
be
leak,
tested
so
piping.
So
once
we're
doing
the
the
plumbing
items
in
the
house,
what
they
typically
do
is
attach
an
air
hose
or
manual
air
pump.
Just
an
air
pump,
you
close
off
all
the
outlets
of
your
plumbing.

pump
it
with
air
and
you
watch
that
one
once
you
pump
it
with
air
and
everything
is
closed
off,
that
the
pressure
remains
that
I've
heard
of
tests
like
for
15
minutes.
You
have
to
pressurize
your
your
plumbing,
whether
it's
like
15
psi
or
like
80
psi,
and
you
have
to
show
that
that
pressure
is
not
decreasing
over
time
over
your
15-minute
period,
which
means
you
have
no
leaks
before
you
actually
run
water
through
that.
So
this
is
still
with
all
the
plumbing
exposed.

You
do
want
to
check
that,
which
is
just
a
good
practice.
You
don't
want
to
cover
up
your
floor
or
walls
or
everything,
and
you
find
that
you
have
leaks
they'll
be
very
costly
to
do
afterwards.
So
that
makes
a
lot
of
sense.
Foundation,
sewer
and
water
pipes
placed
beneath
concrete.
Well,
we
had
for
us.
It
would
be
relevant
that
we
have
waste
plumbing
under
the
foundation
before
the
build.

In
our
case,
we
actually
did
that
after
the
foundation
forms
were
in
place,
we
dug
under
the
the
footers,
so
area
must
be
ready
for
concrete
and
and
vapor
barrier.
As
far
as
the
slab
we
didn't
have
a
slab,
we
have
a
we
have
a
floor,
that's
pretty
much
a
wooden
floor
with
hydronic
heating
underneath
it,
but
we
still
have
a
vapor
barrier
underneath
that
that's
relevant
to
us
watertight.
So,
once
you
get
into
the
house
coming
up
into
place,
of
course,
you
got
to
make
the
house
watertight
as
far
as
the
electrical
service.

It
must
be
accessible.
We
have
an
electrical
enclosure,
basically
a
breaker
box,
for
that
service.
Entrance
cable
must
be
installed
an
electrical
panel.
Yes,
we
can
attach
a
cable
if
we
were
connected
to
the
grid
to
our
electrical
box,
a
proper
grounding.
Yes,
we
have
to
have
a
like
a
six-foot-long
ground
rod
stuck
directly
into
the
soil
and
a
grounding
wire
to
our
electrical
panel.
That's
relevant
next

heating

air
conditioned,
we
don't
have
duct
work.
We
have
hydrant
hydronic
heating
through
immigrant
in
floor
plumbing.

stairways
must
be

be

dollar
water
meters,

we

much
water
we're
using
from
our
ponds

to

install
that

off-grid
appliances

fixtures.

you
have
to
have
a

approved
kitchen
and
bathroom,
etc.

final
grading,
site
grading
at
the

we

done
that
already
insulation
installed
everywhere

a

have

does
this
look

is
an

check

inspector
comes
in
at
this
time
to
check
all
the
forms
and
everything

rebar
is
the
rebar
tied
down.

it
visits
off
the
ground
and
little
seats,
and
is
the
rebar
spacing
correct,
etc
here
inspecting
after
the
concrete
poured
looks
like
this
pipe
here
is
too
close
to
the
edge
ventilation
and
framing
we
don't
have
ventilation
systems
relay
said
we
have
hydronics
for
heating
and
for
cooling.
We
have
air
conditioning,
so
so
the
building
card,
the
inspector
comes
checks
off
all
the
items
on
a
building
card,
and
it's
your
you
have
to
follow
everything
if
you
are
to
make
any
changes,
you
have
to
check
with
your
with
your
inspector.

Minor
changes
would
be
approved,
but
it's
not.
You
would
have
to
go
if
you
want
to
actually,
if
you're,
in
the
middle
of
a
construction
process
news
see
something
really
messed
up,
you
might
be
forced
to
go
back
actually
into
the
into
the
permit,
the
prior
to
inspection,
phase
back
to
the
building
department
to
get
a
revised
set
of
drawings.

Now
scheduling
an
inspection
could
be
very
tricky
simply
because
you
have
to
know
when
certain
steps
will
be
finished
and
that
could
be
a
pain
in
a
construction
site.
So
you've
got
a
crew
and
you
estimate
something
will
take
so
long.
You
get
a
building
in
spector
to
come,
but
if
it
takes
longer,
you
have
to
cancel
your
inspections
and
you
might
have
to
wait
a
few
days
till
the
inspector
come
again.
So
then
you
have
your
whole
work
crew.

You
tell
them
sorry,
you
don't
have
work
today,
because
we
need
the
inspection
phase,
so
there's
definite
planning
that
needs
to
happen
there.
Now
for
us,
we
are
doing
five
day
builds
which
provide
an
another
challenge.
Like
is
lot
logistically.
Is
it
actually
feasible
to
do
all
those
inspections
within
a
five
day
period,
because
it's
back
to
that
everything
is
back
to
back.
That
means
the
inspector
will
come
there
pretty
much
every
day,
so
they
have
to
be
available,
make
sure
that
they
can
schedule
for
one
to
come
like
five
days
in
a
row.

might
have.
You
know
other
inspections
to
make,
but
logistically
is
there
the
time
because
we're
building
extremely
rapidly
five-day
builds
well.
We
think
it
is
possible,
though,
of
course
we
didn't
have
inspection,
because
we're
not
alone
here
for
inspection.
We
don't
have
building
inspectors
here
we
could
get
a
fake
building
inspection
that
we
just
don't
submit
anywhere
because
there's
no
place
to
submit
our
building
inspection,
but
we
didn't
do
that
so,
but,
let's
think
about
it.

So
they
for
yes,
we
can
have
rough
plumbing
and
waste
system
inspections
date.
Five.
We
can
inspect
the
final
electrical
plumbing
and
then
appliances
and
then
after
build
the
build
anytime.
After
that
we
can
inspect
the
landscaping
and
finishing
on
the
house.
So
so
it
does
appear
that
five
they
would
allow
it's
not
impossible
to
get
all
those
inspections,
but
they
will
have
to
be
back
to
back.
Logistically,
it's
doable,
but
very
tight.

for
example,

we

doing
our
foundation.

can
get
an
inspector
at
that
time
check
our
rebar
check
our
site
grading,
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
any
any
problems
there,
so

then,
after
that
everything
approved,
we
get
a
certificate
of
occupancy.
So
that's
the
last
step
you
can
actually
move
in.
So
at
that
point
we
can
take
our
50
hippy
sitting
on
top
of
the
front
pack
them
inside
the
house
and
live
in
this
beautiful
new
construction.
So
so
that's
about
it
frizzes
for
the
code,
compliance
all.
In
summary,
the
idea
is
it's.
A
It's
not
too
formidable.

Think
the
more
you
are
lessons
here.
Certainly
are
the
more
you
educate
yourself
on
building
codes.
You
see
that
a
lot
of
it
does
make
sense,
and
certainly
there's
going
to
be
areas
where
you
might
have
things
like
even
building
associations
that
have
very
strict
requirements
like
you
can't
even
have
you
know
let
your
you
have
to
mow
your
lawn
to
like
three
inches
or
something
or
whatever
I
mean
there's
going
to
be.

But
in
general,
when
you
start
construction,
a
lot
of
things
that
are
reasonable,
of
course,
in
a
you
know,
still
about
fifty
percent
of
the
population
lives
in
a
country,
so
a
lot
of
that
is
very
lacks,
but
it's
of
course
you.
If
your
are
living
in
cities,
it
might
get
somewhat
oppressive,
but
the
costs
aren't
too
bad
two
percent
on
average
for
new
construction,
not
not
too
bad
and
with
all
the
plans,
the
building,
the

supporting
documentation.

if
you
download
modules
from
our
sister

open
building
institute,
sweet
home,
3d
software,
those
things
are
already
engineered
and
proper.

you
can
say
that's
already
by
the
modular
design
method
already
built
in,
so
that's
good
and

can
build
other
structures,
various
kinds
of
structures
from
studios
too
complicated
houses
with
that.
So
you
can
say
that
yeah.
We
were
pretty
good
on
that,
but
this
is
also
a
good
plug
for
the
development
team.
So
anyone
who's
watching
these
we
are
formally
recruiting
development
teams.

requirement
is
an
open
mind
and
10
hours
of
work
per
week,

we're
basically
shifting
a
lot
from
our
ad
hoc
development
process
to

formalized

The
3d
printer
is
the
first
workshop
that
we're
going
to
take

road
so
basically
anywhere.
We
want
to
organize
that

big
city

looking
at
taking
it
on
the
road,
but
as
far
as
going
to
other
locations,
there's
a
lot
of
logistics
involved
in
I
mean
having
a
full
machine
shop
with
many
welders
and
software.
That's
that's
like
we've
done
at
once.

built
a
brick
press
in
Wisconsin,
where
we
went
to
a
tech
school,
a
technical
school
that
had
a
full
welding
shop
with
like
10
welders
or
more
so
we
were
able

our
extreme
production

home
because
it's
a
lot
of
logistics
and
then,
as
people
replicate
our
operations.

people
can
start
doing
stuff
in
other
locations.

facilities

the
workshops

many
different
locations
worldwide.
