A
Be
ready
in
like
a
year!
Well
now,
that's
the
whole
point
in
the
year.
We're
not
gonna
need
the
money.
Just
to
clarify
I
mean
how
do
we
see
the
apprenticeship
turning
out
the.
B
Interesting
update
on
that,
we
got
kind
of
depressed
after
seeing
some
of
the
thousands
square
foot
prices.
Well,
no,
no,
not
that
not
not
the
prices
themselves,
but
the
fact
that
there's.
A
B
A
A
The
city
planner
guy,
says
thanks
so.
B
Indirectly
gave
us
the
some
of
the
funding
here.
They're
very
helpful
they're,
like
all
excited.
A
C
A
We
can
sustain
that,
in
fact
it's
we'd
be
charging
like.
C
B
C
C
C
Training
like
here,
we
started
right
on
the
job
25k
every
three
weeks
and
after
six.
B
B
A
C
B
A
A
I
I
really
think
it
will
be
200k
a
month
based
on
what
what
we're
learning
here.
C
But
right
now,
together
in
the
training
program
with
if
we.
B
What
we
learned
in
last
year's
summer,
Extreme
Design
build,
was
that.
B
B
B
Really
it
was
a
lot
of
preparation
that
went
into
it
and
that's
what
I
mean
by
they
got
the
learning,
but
they.
C
B
Allows
you
to
just
like
dive
right
underneath
feel
this.
This
sense
of
oh
wow
I
did
it
even
though
it's
cheating,
but
you
feel
the
same,
you
feel
like
you
completely.
Did
it
yourself
and
the
guy's
deflected
and
saying
that
was
like
the
best
thing
in
the
progress
a
lot
of
the
other
stuff
we
kind
of
just
did
from.
B
A
D
C
A
C
A
C
C
A
C
B
B
A
A
C
D
The
thing
is
like
the
thing:
that's
what
I
was
saying
is
like.
It
seems
to
me
the
way:
I
read
the
grant,
opportunity
and
I
think
we're
talking
on
two
levels.
One
is
just
like
in
general,
at
osc
at
large
and,
like
you
know
the
opportunity
and
the
others
like
with
respect
to
this
specific
Grant
yeah.
It
seems
to
me
that
the
grant
is
like
a
traditional
Workforce
Development
concept,
which
is
training
and
education,
and
then
Employment
kind
of
is
like
that
in
preparation
for
an
actual
hire
or
employment
and.
A
Because
we're
not
nobody's
gonna
hire
them,
they
can
go
to
regular
tech
school
to
get
hired
elsewhere.
I.
A
A
D
B
A
B
D
A
Yeah
they're
looking
for
that
they
probably
wouldn't
get
that
we
could.
We
probably
won't
deliver
that.
D
B
Was
that
this
is
completely
in
sync,
with
what
this
grant
is
asking
for.
A
E
Yeah
I'm
lost
here,
because
if
we
run
an
apprenticeship
by
definition,
they're
hired,
it
just
means
that
there's
a
there's
a
timeline
to
their
job
as
an
apprentice.
But
when
your
apprenticeship
ends,
it
doesn't
mean
that
you're
out
of
a
job.
Necessarily
if
we
have,
if
we
are
successful
enough
to
run
an
apprenticeship
that
has
multiple
Cycles
over
time,
then
it's
presumably
it's
reasonable
to
assume
that
we
would
then
hire
them
afterwards
and
if
not,
that
time,
that
they're
in
the
apprenticeship
still
counts
as
a
paid
job.
A
B
A
D
I
just
think
that
this
is
going
to
be
a
lot
of
effort
and
not
and
I,
don't
know
if
we're
going
to
be
able
to
get
the
money
out
of
it
in
the
end,
because
because
it's
such
a
you're
you're
like
I,
don't
think
they're
going
to
understand
you
and
I
don't
think
we
have
enough
sales
to
justify
our
assumptions
around
the
the
hiring
that
we
want
to
do
like
if
we
had.
D
If
you
had
like
10
to
15
employees,
you
can
make
that
case,
but
you
don't
you
don't
have
any
and
I
just
feel
like
going
from
zero
to
you
know:
100
they're,
not
gonna,
they're,
not
looking
I,
don't
know.
I
I
find
it
like
a
bit
of
a
stretch
from
that
side.
That's
all,
and
you
can
I
I,
don't
want
I
would
say
if
you
really
feel
committed
to
it.
Despite
my
feedback,
I
would
say:
go
for
it
I'm.
You
understand
your
way.
B
B
A
There'll
be
some
leg
work
on
our
side,
which
we
don't
have
immediately
and
that's
why,
somewhere,
where
you
need
to
I
feel
we
would
have
to
find
some
collaborations.
It.
E
Yeah
I
think
the
only
reason
to
not
do
this
grant
is
if
our
time,
our
limited
time
is
better
spent
on
something
else
that
will
help
achieve
the
November
December
timeline
for
the
first
build.
E
Like
the
way
I
see,
this
is
I
completely
agree
that
the
grant
reviewers
are
going
to
look
at
us
and
raise
our
eyebrows
and
like
be
confused.
E
A
couple
things
that
work
in
our
favor,
though,
are
the
Regis
There's
an
actual
registered
apprenticeship
side
to
this,
and
so
like
any
ambiguity
about
like
what
we're
training
people
to
do
is
lost,
because
if
the
dll
says
you're
registered
you're
approved
sponsor
for
this
registered
apprenticeship
that
is
at.
E
That
is
exceeding
the
standard
relative
to
other
organizations
unless
they're
actual
big
companies
who
are
higher
or
training
for
specific
roles
in
their
company,
like
that,
that's
the
golden
ticket,
essentially
to
prove
that
you're
going
to
be
a
valuable
employer
and
any
any
uncertainty
like
on
the
part
of
the
grant.
Reviewers
I
think
I
agree
that
it's
a
roll
to
dice
and
like
to
play
Devil's
Advocate
about
why
you
shouldn't
apply
is
like
we
have
a
lot
of
startup
costs
that
this
doesn't
solve,
because
this
is
all
reimbursement
based.
E
E
You
know
addressing
the
next
four
years
costs,
but
if
we
have
the
time
required
to
fill
out
the
application,
I
I
think
there
is
a
also
a
like
like
an
efficiency
here,
because
the
budget
narrative
itself
will
be
useful
like
even
if
we
don't
the
exercise
of
going
through
it.
Even
if
we
don't
get
the
money
I
think
it's
valuable
for
like
the
operational
aspect
of
like
getting
from
where
we
are
today
to
breaking
ground
in
November
and
December,
and
then
turning
that
into
the
apprenticeship.
E
B
B
B
A
D
Partnership,
sorry,
it
says
like
they,
the
8.7
and
the
eight
point.
Three
is.
E
E
There
were
representatives
from
companies
whose
intent
was
to
develop
a
training
program
in-house
with
this
money
and
then
hire
the
people
directly
like
internally,
and
so
it
wasn't
I,
don't
know
if
there's
anybody
on
that
call
who
were
applying
for
this
grant
to
to
solely
train
and
then
push
the
people
out
to
get
jobs
elsewhere.
D
So
that's
that's
the
kind
of
that's
kind
of
the
Gap
that
I
was
seeing
is
like
the
tree
I
guess
you
could
call
the
I
think.
Ideally
there
would
be
another
entity
that
is
hiring
like
the
education
side
and
then
the
you
know
the
job,
if
you,
if
you
want
that
to
be
the
if
the
and
it
you're
saying
that
that
it
was
the
apprenticeship,
the
apprenticeship
is
the
job.
D
E
I
mean
Brian
said
that
it's
worth
I
I
brought
I
I
described
in
detail.
What
we
were
doing
to
the
like
people,
who
do
the
grant
people
who
gave
the
webinar
and
they
were
very
supportive.
They
they
saw
the
apprenticeship
aspect
as
a
plus,
not
necessarily
A
minus.
D
E
A
B
A
A
D
Let's
say
that
you
have
the
150k
from
Novo
plus
another
50
I,
think
that
that
means
that
you
have
to
okay.
So
let's
say
that
there's
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
that
we
can
ask
for
on
this,
but
I,
don't
see
how
we
can
ask
for
more,
because
it's
it's.
We
have
to
have
the
money
to
spend
in
order
to
get
reimbursement.
E
The
match
the
the
requested
amount
can
be
three
times
so
like
like
the
we
have
to
have
a
25
match
right.
A
A
B
Think
Brian
for
you
it's
a
far
stretch.
C
A
B
A
A
Could,
even
if
the
deadline
is
November,
1st
I
mean
we
can?
We
can
even
say
like.
B
B
D
People
whose
operations
got
impacted
by
covid
or
for
vulnerable
populations
trying
to
get
work,
you
know
so
like
I,
think
they
just
care
about
to
me
at
the.
What
made
me
feel
off
about
it
is
at
the
end
of
the
day,
after
all,
is
said
and
done,
someone's
going
to
get
a
job
and
have
a
reliable
job
and
I
didn't
just
because
it
you
know,
if
you
feel
I,
don't
know,
I
we're
still
so
early.
D
The
grant
is
it's
in.
Let
me
look
at
it
again.
B
E
C
B
I
mean
that's,
that's
what
I
came
to
this
meeting
with
saying.
Okay,
do
we.
A
A
E
Is
that
the
questions
that
they
ask
are
questions
we
should
be
asking
ourselves
anyways
and
it's
it's
worth
really
thoroughly
thinking
through
them
and
there's
enough,
like
my
expected
value
of
this,
is
high
enough
to
make
it
worth
my
my
time
personally
and
the
biggest
conflict
that
I'm
concerned
about
is
being
able
to
break
ground
for
November
December
and
whether
or
not
this
is
going
to
conflict
with
that.
So
that's
where
I
stand,
Pro
application
I
think
it's
worth
it.
E
If
it's
not
going
to
no
I
it
and
I'm
I,
don't
think
there's
a
problem
if
we
delay
the
first
breaking
ground
until
next
year
next
year,
also
like
I,
wanted
I
want
to
build
the
first
two
houses
fast
and
prove
the
concept,
but
if
we
have
to
delay
it
and
take
our
time
to
fill
this
grant,
I
think
that's
worth
it.
A
E
Yeah
so
I
think
I
think
the
answer
that
question
kind
of
depends
on
what
we
decide
here
today,
obviously
but
I
we.
What
we
have
to
do
is
is
identify,
needs
to
turn
this
into
reality
right
and
include
it
and
that's
going
to
be
the
administrative
requirements
which
of
which
I
potentially
might
fall
into
so
I.
Don't
I,
don't
have
a
number
right
now
or
like
a
like
a
data-driven
answer
to
what
I
can
or
should
contribute
and
be
like
written
into
the
grant
for
I.
E
E
A
A
B
D
D
We
have
to
make
the
case
that
we're
going
to
hire
these
people
and
that
you
know
I,
think
it's
I
I
think
we're
that
that
was
the
main
one
other
than
that.
If
I
think
it
looks
fun.
A
Low
on
the.
A
Specifically
of
hiring
apprentices
like
running
a.
A
E
Past
performance,
financial
and
participant
tracking
systems,
community
of
support
and
matching
funds,
and
the
only
difference
between
67
and
50,
which
is
docking
us
for
the
same
reasons.
It's
just
giving
us
half
points
instead
of
zero.
E
The
only
difference
there
is
how
you
interpret
the
question
and
how
you
answer
the
narrative
so
like
for
past
performance
like
I,
don't
I,
don't
discount
the
experience
of
osc
with
previous,
like
training,
you
know
extreme,
build
weekends
and
all
that
stuff,
like
very
highly
I,
think
that's
extremely
valuable
and
it's
an
easy
story
to
tell
about
passport
like
the
fact
that
Merchant
is
still
on
his
two
feet
is
like
kind
of
remarkable,
but
that
could
very
easily
fall
in
deaf
ears.
E
Might
be
you
know
and
so,
like
the
cost
to
find
out
again,
you
know
comes
down
to
that
time.
Thing
I
mean
you
know
better
than
anybody
in
this
room
about
federal
grants.
So,
like
you
know,
we.
D
A
D
B
B
To
me
is
unless
there's
like.
C
D
D
B
D
D
That
would
give
me
a
little
bit
more,
it's
kind
of
like
where
the
wind
blows
on
this
one.
You
know,
because
we
can
spend
a
lot
of
hours
on
this
application.
I
mean
these
applications.
Are
it's
it'll
take
a
good
week
at
least
of
like
work,
and
that's
all
you
know,
I.
D
A
B
B
D
A
A
B
D
I'm
not
trying
to
get
you
know,
I'm,
not
trying
to
block
any
application.
I
I,
just
think
that
it's
the
other
thing
that
kind
of
was
a
little
bit
of
a
bummer
of
it's.
Not
it's
not
just
cash
in
hand.
It's
a
reimbursement.
D
D
True
and
it
creates
an
incentive
for
more
donations
just
to
have
that
exactly
now,
I
didn't
Bob
Bob
seemed
to
think
that
this,
like
it's
kind
of
a
stretch,
to
combine
it
with
the
CCC.
It's
kind
of
a
completely
different
thing.
D
D
B
C
D
B
A
D
B
A
B
A
A
A
A
Aquaponics
micromanufacturing
your
garage
hydrogen
production
for
distributed
fueling
stations
because.
B
B
A
A
Wall
ballpark
Reinventing.
A
A
A
Yeah
it'll,
be
it.
C
C
B
D
D
E
A
E
A
I'm
still
a
little
lacking
on
a
Clarity
from
John,
of
course,
on
roll
of.
C
E
E
D
But
by
the
way
marching
we,
we
gave
you
a
good
plug
with
the
city
council,
member
in
Kansas
City,
and
we
told
her
about
CD
go
home.
She
she
really
liked
it
and
she
was
really
surprised-
and
we
asked
her.
We
said
well
actually,
because
of
the
city,
we're
actually
going
to
be
building
this
in
St
Joseph
and
not
Kansas
City
and
she
was
like
you
know
she
kind
of
took
it
in.
A
A
E
Now:
okay,
sorry,
another
guy
have
we
heard
from
Novo.
A
Not
yet,
but
that's
that's
October,
they
said
they
would
do
the
paperwork.
