A
B
C
Coming
Daniel's
also
on
vacation,
oh.
B
C
D
D
A
A
D
So
Google
me
actually
works
well,
but
the
problem
is
whenever
I
join
Google.
There's
a
weird
bug.
Now,
if
there's
some
Fedora
37,
that
I
can
hear
the
sounds
from
my
computer
and
from
even
Google
when
I
hit
the
test
button,
but
I
can
hear
people
so
I
think
that
the
problem
is
on
the
other
peroxide
and
then
I
realize
you
know
it's
it's
not
five
people's
problems.
It's
actually
my
problem.
A
Speaking
of
weird
bugs
I've
been
having
a
thing
with
when
I
move
like
video
anything
with
in
a
browser
over
to
my
other
monitor,
that's
portrait
rather
than
landscape,
it
will
rotate
all
the
emit
videos,
180
degrees
or
like.
A
B
A
This
is,
this:
is
a
Mac,
it's
a
Mac.
Yes,
it's
it's
in
anything
in
Chrome
or
in
Safari.
So
I
don't
know
it's
probably
some
weird
metal
thing.
I
probably
should
restart
my
computer,
but
then
but
then
I
lose
my
uptime
I.
Don't
do
we
just
want
to
talk
about
the
let's.
A
Okay,
so
as
eagle-eyed
Watchers
May
note,
their
cncf
has
started
to
announce
co-located
events
for
cubiccon
EU,
as
I
mentioned
a
little
while
ago,
we
did
get
accepted.
A
So
what
we're
actually
doing
this
year
is
just
for
some
background.
The
cncf
and
LF
events
in
general
are
making
some
pretty,
maybe
not
drastic's,
not
the
right
word,
but
they're.
Making
significant
changes
to
the
way
ticketing
and
programming
works
at
CNC
at
Cloud
native
con
kubecon,
specifically
around
co-located
events.
One
of
these
is
they
are
reducing
the
total
amount
of
co-located
event,
they're,
reducing
the
number
of
collocated
events
and
they're,
limiting
them
to
one
day
and
as
well.
They
are
no
longer
doing
individual
passes
for
co-located
events.
B
A
To
have
a
coupon
pass,
you
would
also
need
a
coupon
ticket,
so
what
is
changing
is
there's
only
one
day
of
collocated
events.
Many
co-located
events
are
being
reduced
to
half
days
rather
than
full
days
and
no
longer
will
you
buy
individual
passes.
Collocate
events,
you
will
simply
get
a
kubecon
ticket
that
is
good
for
three
or
four
days.
Basically
right
so
kubecon
will
still
be
two.
It
will
be
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday.
A
If
you
choose
to
do
colocades
that
will
be
Monday,
Tuesday,
Wednesday,
Thursday
and
one
four
day
pass
gets
you
access
to
all
kubecon
co-located
events
Okay,
so
given
I
think
many
of
us,
probably
you
know
just
again
we're
on
the
same
page.
Many
of
you
probably
know
this
or
I've
talked
to
you
about
this.
A
Before
but
after
Detroit,
or
during
Detroit,
there
was
kind
of
a
there
was
a
little
bit
of
consternation
confusion,
whatever
around
sort
of
the
co-located
events
around
the
sponsorship
for
cloak
events
around
perm
committees
around
a
bunch,
a
bunch
of
tiki
tacky
things-
and
there
was
also
this-
you
know-
kind
of
less
great
scenario
of
there
was
open.
Observability
day
there
was
Prometheus
day
there
was
Hotel
unplugged
there's
this
hotel,
Community
Day
thing
that
happens
sometimes
and
there's
a
lack
of
consistency,
and
that
was
also
really
annoying
I.
A
A
Don't
really
want
people
to
have
to
make
this
decision
of,
like
am
I
going
to
the
Prometheus
thing
or
the
otel
thing,
or
the
other
thing
or
whatever
yep
so
I
spoke
with.
Richie
I
spoke
with
a
couple
other
folks
at
LF,
and
what
we've
done
this
year
at
starting
in
Europe
is
there
will
be
an
observability
day
and
observability
day
will
happen,
will
be
a
full
day.
Co-Located
event.
A
Right
now
we
are
working
on
putting
together
the
program
committee.
The
organizer
of
this
event
will
be
I'm
on
it.
Richie's
on
it
representing
Prometheus.
The
the
folks
that
did
open
observability
day
are
involved.
A
Right
so
they're
all
they're
involved
as
well.
Right
now,
there
was
a
little
bit
of
a
delay
getting
the
announcement
and
things
up,
because
not
everyone
in
that
list
of
people
I
mentioned
was
on
the
same
page
in
terms
of
this
kind
of
idea
of
combining
things.
So
we
had
to
sort
of
step
back
and
be
like
hey.
You
know
look,
this
is
this,
is
what's
going
on
and
get
everyone
on
board,
but
I
believe
they're,
trying
to
have
the
announcement
in
cfp
up
by
Friday.
A
A
The
observability
today
will
have
kind
of
a
full
Ballroom
like
it
will
have
a
dedicated
space
and
then
we'll
have
a
breakout
area
and
they're,
also
seeing
if
they
can
get
like
some
private
breakout
areas
due
to
the
expected
attendance
for
this,
since
it
is
combining
sort
of
the
attendee
profiles
of
Prometheus
day
and
observability
day
and
hotel
unplugged,
so
they're
expecting
you
know
High
attendance
and
that's
kind
of
that
once
I've
said
pretty
soon,
there
should
be
like
a
sponsorship
prospectus
and
the
cfp
will
be
open.
A
So
once
that
happens,
I
will
make
an
announcement
in
the
Oakland
Telemetry
Channel,
at
least
by
the
cfp,
and
we'll
try
to
get
the
prospectus
out.
It
would
be
really
great
if
you
know
we
can
all
go
to
our
respective.
You
know
people
that
have
money
for
events
and
help
educate
them
about
the
importance
of
you
know
the
community.
You
know
our
wonderful
employers
showing
up
in
a
big
way
for
this,
because
that
will
encourage
you
know.
A
I.
Think
that'll
be
a
strong
signal
to
the
cncf
that
you
know
this
was
a
good
strategy
and
we'll
encourage
them
to
continue
doing
things.
Like
this,
rather
than.
E
So
Austin
we
are
targeting
this
observability
day
for
the
kubecon
new.
E
I
think
we're
a
bit
late,
but
probably
the
sooner
we
can
start
broadcasting
and
sharing
information.
The
better
yeah.
A
Decisions
or
the
notifications
about
acceptance
for
collocated
events
literally
went
out
like
last
week.
E
A
So
normally
I
think
this
would
have
been
announced
last
Friday
if
we
hadn't
had
to
kind
of
step
back
and
get
everything
oh
ducks
in
order
on
naming
they
wanted
to.
Originally
it
was
going
to
go
as
open
observability
day
again,
and
there
was
kind
of
some
conversation
about
hey.
This
is
a
different
thing
than
open.
Observability
day
was
last
year
and
it'll
be
easier,
I
think
for
people
to
understand
that
this
is
a
new
and
different
thing.
If
we
kind
of
tweaked
the
name
a
little
bit.
A
Over
right
but
I
think
it's,
it's
also
really
good.
You
know,
because
one
of
the
longer
term,
maybe
goals
here,
is
to
help
one
thing
that
kind
of
the
community
is
missing.
Maybe
the
Greater
observability
Community
is
missing,
is
sort
of
a
I
mean
there's
monitorama
right
like
we
all
are
aware
of
that,
but
there
isn't
a
monotra
plus
plus,
as
it
were,
there's
no.
You
know.
Cloud
native
observability,
Standalone.
E
A
E
Like
this
is
very
very
positive,
curiosity,
yeah.
D
So
that
means
that
we
are
sharing
I,
assume
it's
one.
Well,
you
said
it's
one
day
so
and
I
assume
it's
one
track
only
as
well,
because
we
have
one
Ballroom,
so
I
assume
it's
like
one
session
and
taking
like
well
each
hour,
wouldn't
have
one
one
talk.
That
means
eight
talks
tops
for
the
entire
day.
We.
D
D
I
guess,
if
my
assumption
of
having
one
track
is
right,
then
there's
only
so
much
content
we
can
show
off
on
on
those
on
that
one
day,
one
track.
D
My
question
is
whether
we
should
consider
also
having
an
Open
Country
conference
picture
day
and
I.
Don't
know
something
independently
of
of
cubiccon,
because
I
mean
I,
assume
we're
going
to
have
one
or
two
talks
during
this
observability
today,
not
more
than
that.
Otherwise,
you
know
what
are
therefore
Prometheus
folks.
What
is
there
for
the
fluency
folks
and
so
on?
I.
A
Mean
the
fluid
their
boat
is
pretty
linked
to
ours.
I
would
say,
I,
wouldn't
necessarily.
A
I
I
mean
we
still
have
there's
a
lot
of
I
said.
There's
a
lot
still
to
do
right.
We
don't
actually
have
there's
nothing
like
written
in
Stones,
nothing
even
written
on
paper
about
like
what
is
the.
How
many
talks
are
there
going
to
be?
Are
there
going?
How
are
we
going
to
structure
things?
How
many
talks
is
each
thing
going
to
get
I
do
think
that
yeah,
there's
probably
room
here
for
like
a
dedicate
there's
still
room
for
like
a
dedicated,
open,
Telemetry
event.
A
Yeah,
that's
potentially
something
we
can
do
again
if
we
want
a
dedicated,
open,
Telemetry
thing,
there's
also
room
and
one
of
the
things
that
we're
trying
to
do
as
part
of
this
is
we're
trying
to
continue
to
have
sort
of
breakouts
and
unconference
these
sort
of
aspects
to
this,
so
that
there
will
be
opportunities
to
do
like
you
know
a
maintainers
panel
or
an
end
user
panel.
A
A
At
least
I
can
say
you
know:
I've
been
involved
in
trying
to
kind
of
make
these
kind
of
events
a
success
for
a
while
I
think
we
have
a
pretty
good
idea
of
you
know
what
people
get
a
lot
of
value
at
or
really
get
a
lot
of
value
out
of,
and
we're
not
gonna
just
do
what
was
done
last
year
in
terms
of
like
here's,
eight
talks,
but
obviously
I'm,
not
the
only
cook
in
the
kitchen
and
so
I
can't
promise.
A
You
know
100,
but
I
can
certainly
say
doing
what
I
can
to
make
sure
that
it's
a
really
great
experience.
E
Yeah
so
I
I
think
often
this
is
I.
Think
I
really
feel
just
the
Inception
of
you
know
and
observability
specific
conference
and
and
I
think
you
know
again.
The
security
conference
that
has
started
is
a
you
know
and
and
precedent
in
one
sense,
so
I
really
do
see
that
this
will
expand
in
scope
as
we
move
forward,
and
it's
all
good
I
mean
again.
E
We
can
start
with
the
day
and
a
you
know,
single
track
and
and
then
keep
keep
going
from
there
and
and
I
think
that
giracy
to
your
question
about
you
know
having
open
Telemetry
specific
Austin.
Is
it
still
true
that
you
know
any
open,
telemetry
branded
day
would
be
under
cncfs.
E
I
mean
it
has
to
still
be
a
cncf
kind
of
blessed
event,
I
think
you're
asking
if
we
were
to
do
other
meetups
and
more
informal
things,
we
probably
could
do
it
otherwise
right.
So
just
just
calling
that
out.
I,
don't
think
that
goes
away
with.
A
E
A
They're
not
like
jerks
about
it,
I
think
one
of
the
challenge-
I
mean
I,
don't
know
it's
like
a
separate
train
of
discussion,
really
they're
certainly
probably
interest,
but
it's
also
challenging
to
I.
Think
the
thing
that's
generally
challenging
speaking
is
someone
that
feels
this
pressure.
Variant
has
felt
this
pressure
very
intensely
is
that
people
that
are
highly
incentivized
to
do
those
meetups
are
work
for
vendors
and
are
in
it
for
the
lead,
gen
and.
D
Oh
I
I
clicked
on
Race
but
raise
hand
to
and
raise
the
hand,
but
I
forgot
anyway,
so
I
realized
that
my
comment
before
might
have
sounded
like
a
critique
to
you
or
something,
and
it's
absolutely
not
like
that.
I
mean
I'm
very
helpful,
I'm
very
I'm,
very
glad
that
you're
you're
you're
working
on
that
you're
helping
us
on
that.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I'm
very
thankful.
D
D
Know
thinking
out
loud
mostly,
and
so
because
we
we
have,
we
had
like
three
observability
related
events,
last
cubecon,
cubeconomy
and
now
we're
having
one
and
I
assume
there
is
a
appetite
for
for
open,
Telemetry,
related
content.
That
goes
beyond
that.
Now,
I
I
totally
agree
with
our
leader
that
one
event,
one
single
track
on
one
day,
collocated
with
with
cubiccon,
is
a
great
start
and
and.
A
Yeah
I
I
want
to
just
to
be
like
super
explicit
too
from
one
of
the
things.
That's
really
important
to
Future
opportunities
here
is
like
I
get
that
this
can
sound
like
we're,
losing
something
right
that
we're
losing
a
bit
of
that.
You
know
of
optionality
in
terms
of
like
when
we
did
a
Tom
plugged
or
whatever,
and
we
could
literally
just
put
our
thumb
on
the
scale
and
do
whatever
you
know.
A
And
specifically,
not
do
our
own
thing
yeah.
This
has
been
a
source,
long-standing
source
of
tension
with
the
cncf
or
Linux
foundation,
events
and
me
personally
and
several
other
people.
But
you
know
this
is
definitely
a
let's.
Let's
try
it
their
way.
A
A
What
are
we
getting
out
of
this
like
because
at
some
point
you
know
ten
thousand,
twenty
thousand
thirty
thousand,
whatever
how
many
thousands
of
dollars
gets
spent
on.
You
know
we're
doing
an
event,
and
then
what
are
we
we're
not
getting
any
leads
out
of
it.
We're
not
getting
anything
but
sort
of
Mind
share
kind
of
becomes
more
of
a
like
proposition
versus
this,
where
it's
like
well,
they're
doing
it
and
we're
just
sponsoring
it,
and
you
know.
A
C
A
But
yeah,
just
in
general,
like
that's
kind
of
where
a
lot
of
the
interest
is
right
and
I,
think
we
will
have
the
opportunity
to
help
make
sure
that
the
talks
that
get
in
are
symptoms
really
useful,
really
good
for
people.
You
know
my
one
thing
that
I'm
really
personally
again,
my
personal
goal
here
is
to
really
help
open
the
door
to
more
contributors
and
like
getting
more
people
into
the
project
itself
and
I.
Think
that
you.
A
B
A
A
Yeah
yeah,
so
yeah
I'll
be
sure
to
update
folks
as
we
go
through
the
planning
process
and
I'll
post
any
public
announcements
to
the
open,
Telemetry
channel
in
slack,
but
I
wanted
to
let
everyone
know
where
we
stood
with
it
and
I.
A
Yeah
absolutely
I
feel
like
we've
got
a
good
handle
on
right
now,
but
I
will
definitely
be
adding
folks
to
the
program.
A
The
program
committee
and
get
that
I
think
we
have
up
to
12
people
total,
so
we'll
see
see
who,
on
there
but
yeah
I.
E
E
All
right
cool,
quick
question:
Morgan,
you
I'm,
assuming
you
already
submitted
the
maintainers
track,
yeah.
E
E
Just
you
know
again
flag
this
as
a
tag
observability,
you
know
initiative
which
is
come
up
based
on
the
discussions
we
had
had
at
kubecon
for
having
a
more
standardized
specification
for
a
observability
based,
query
language,
and
you
know
there
were
many
back
and
forth
Morgan
and
others
if,
as
you
remember
in
the
hotel
community
meeting
that
we
had
about
having
you
know
this
work
within
hotel
or
otherwise
you
know
cross
project
and-
and
of
course
you
know,
it
was
decided
at
that
point,
at
least
in
in
a
majority
discussion
of
having
it
outside
Hotel,
so
that
you
know
again,
it
would
also
provide
the
opportunity
for
all
projects
to
contribute
together
and
at
least
have
a
work
group.
E
So
with
that
discussion
again
just
wanted
to
share
the
doc
that
was
presented
to
the
tag
observability
group,
and
then
you
know
this
is
just
starting
off,
so
I
would
really
request.
You
know
folks
to
participate
from
hotel
heavily,
given
we
have
a
lot
of
expertise
on
the
project
as
well.
As
you
know,
interest
from
vendors
as
well
as
consumers,
on
on
having
a
more
standardized.
You
know
query
language
for
for
observability
data.
E
This
is
something
that
right
now
has
been
proposed.
The
stock
proposal
has
been
proposed
by
Chris
from
Netflix
and
Vijay
from
eBay
and
again
has
Fair
bit
of
you
know
a
lot
of
other
contributors.
Interested
tigrin
is
also
you
know,
kind
of
gotten
involved.
So
again,
just
please
share
the
share.
E
The
spread,
the
word
and
and
again
I
will
be
involved
in
it.
So
I'll
keep
everyone
updated.
Obviously,.
E
E
All
right,
that's
all
we
had
what
who
would
the
scarf
startup
offer
yeah.
C
This
is
a
group
that
approached
I,
think
myself
and
maybe
Daniel
at
the
hotel
Booth
at
kubecon
they're,
some
kind
of
startup
I,
don't
know
lady
presents
at
kubecon.
They
basically
track
the
IP
addresses
that
download
things
from
artifact
repositories
through
the
logs.
C
Then
they
can
tell
you
if
you're
an
open
source
project
like
ours
they'll,
do
it
for
free
and
they
can
tell
you
like
you
know.
We
know
that
these
IP
addresses
are
from
like
this
major
firm
and
thus
they're,
probably
using
your
things.
So
you
can
build
up
your
list
of
customers.
Today
we
only
get
user
data
that
open
slumption
when
people
come
out
and
volunteer
to
write
a
blog
post
or
something
it
is
a
way
perhaps
to
find
out
more
about
how
successful
otel
is
and
its
breadth.
C
C
C
Basically
sense
for
us,
it
ties
into
like
Docker,
Hub
and
various
other,
like
npm
and
artifact
repositories,
that
my
impression
is,
some
of
them
reveal
logs
of
of
where,
where
the
downloads
are
from,
and
they
just
scrape
those
tie.
A
Talk
to
him
all
right,
yeah
I
guess
so
do
they
know,
did
they
have
a
contact
yeah.
A
And
I
can
take
care
of
it.
That'd
be
really
cool
Austin.
Thank
you,
because
we
all
there's
also
an
opportunity.
You
ever
heard
a
common
room.
A
It's
like
a
Community,
Management
platform,
sure
they're
very
interested
in
like
through
like
a
GitHub
integration.
It
would
basically
give
similar
kind.
It
would
be.
It
was
more
like
I
could
at
a
contributor
level,
but
it
lets
you
see
like
activity,
aggregated
activity,
Roll-Ups
and
like
who,
from
what
company
is
working
on
X,
Y
and
Z,
and
helping
do
you.
E
A
And
then
you
can
do
other
stuff
with
that
and
they
have
you
know
it
would
be
free
since
it's
open
source
but
yeah.
It
might
be
something
that
it's
it's
been
on.
My
like
talk
to
you
all
about
it
lists
for
a
while,
but
I
haven't
actually
until
right
now
so
consider
it
talked
about.
D
No
quick
question
before
we:
we
all
sign
off,
should
should
I
start
booking
flights
to
SF
yeah.
A
I,
actually,
don't
think
I
can
do
the
first
and
sec.
You
know
I
literally,
don't
think
I
can,
because
we
don't
have
a
child
care
that
week.
E
C
C
A
good
chunk
of
remote
people
like
I
I,
don't
know
if
I've
traveled
budget
to
go
I
think
others
had
mentioned
the
same.
B
Budget
is
still
in
the
up
in
the
pending
approval,
pile
yeah,
and
given
yesterday's
news,
I'm
guessing
it's
not
gonna
go
anywhere.
It's.
B
A
E
Yep
so
Jurassic
to
your
question
before
we
hang
up
I
think
last
call
we
have
if
we
finalize
the
dates,
we
should
stick
with
them,
but
if
our
student
can
join
in,
that
would
be
always
nice.
So
should
we
ask
on
the
channel,
DC
and
TC
channels
again.
A
Because
yeah
there'll
actually
be
a
ton
of
them
because
that's
our
hackathon,
salad
bar
so.
A
A
D
It's
hard
for
me
to
arrive
on
a
Monday,
oh
I'm,
probably
gonna,
fly
in
on
a
Monday
and
then
be
ready
on
a
Tuesday,
so
Tuesday
and
Wednesday
would
be
best.
For
me.
I
mean
Tuesday
Tuesday
until
almost
Thursday
I.
D
Yeah,
okay,
so
seven
and
eight
I'll
create
another
poll,
then
on
on
the
GC
Channel.
Yes,.
A
D
Get
answers
by
tomorrow,
then
I'll
create
another
poll
on
the
TC
gctc,
so
that
we
can
see
how
many
TC
folks
can
join
in
okay.
