If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
B
D
Cool
who
added
the
site?
No
con,
jerasi,
okay,.
B
D
B
I
mean
I
I
thought.
The
discussion
last
week
was
good
and
fairly
productive,
but
probably
time
to
you
know
put
words
in
that
someone
will
have
to
come
up
with
a
concrete
proposal
just
talking
about
it's
not
going
to
get
anything
done.
Yeah.
B
Ahead,
I
wonder
if
we
should
consider
having
like
at
other
other
boards
that
I've
been
on
I've
had
like
a
dedicated
secretary
to
take
notes
and
and
various
you
know,
specific
seats
to
handle
certain
things.
I
wonder
if
we
should
consider
that,
because
our
note
taking
is
spotty
at
best
yeah,
sometimes.
D
It's
good,
and
sometimes
it's
not
I'd,
be
open
to
it.
I
have
no
strong
opinions
either
way.
D
I
have
one
update
just
for
myself.
I
think
I
mentioned
this
last
time
we
at
kubecon
Daniel's
there
and
Austin
others
were
there.
We
worked
on
the
sort
of
project
road
map
during
the
project
meeting,
but
we've
never
actually
formally
put
that
on
GitHub,
so
I
will
be
working
on
that
tomorrow.
D
I
have
some
free
time
in
the
evening
to
go,
write
that
up
and
we
can
review
it
together
amongst
the
GC
and
maintainers
and
other
groups
in
a
dock
and
then
eventually
just
make
it
a
GitHub
PR,
obviously
as
an
open
source
project.
It's
not
like
a
road
map
of
like
you
know.
The
boss
says
we're
gonna
do
this
because
none
of
us
are
in
that
position,
but
at
least
I
think
there's
value
in
providing
some
direction
to
people
who
come
to
the
community
and
want
to
know
either
as
an
end
user.
B
D
So
I
don't
know:
I'll
share
the
Google
Doc
once
it's
less
disgusting,
looking
like
right
now,
it's
literally
the
notes
from
kubecon,
so
it's
just
a
mess
and
then
we'll
just
review
it
within
the
GC
and
then
go
from
there.
C
C
We
put
together
and
had
accepted
a
proposal
for
sort
of
more
like
high
level
project
management,
just
making
sure
the
working
groups
and
like
big
areas,
we're
trying
to
push
on
the
spec
are
actually
kind
of
like
organized
sufficiently,
so
that
people
aren't
sitting
around
frustrated
waiting
for
reviews
or
whatever
and
I
think
having
some
some
excellent.
More
actively
involved
will
help
get
PM
from
lightstep
who's
gonna
help
with
that
potentially
a
TM
from
Dinah
Trace
so
probably
take
a
couple
weeks
to
get
them
all
organized.
C
But
if
people
at
other
respective
organizations
think
there's
a
possibility
to
to
get
someone
on
board
to
kind
of
help,
help
with
that
and
attend
the
spec
meeting,
I
think
it
would
be
be
super
valuable,
so
I'll
try
to
do
a
more
Public
Announcement
but
in
the
meantime,
feel
free
to
to
slack
me
about
it.
C
Yeah,
that's
correct
and
I'll
be
talking
to
I
think
his
boss
next
week.
His
name
is
escaping
me
at
the
moment,
but
on
a
related
note,
something
that's
requiring
an
extra
amount
of
organization.
I'm
finding
is
getting
the
semantic
convention
finished
and
fully
stable.
This
is
a
combination
of
getting
all
of
our
individual
semantic
convention
areas
like
reviewed
and
just
marked
stable,
ideally
with
some
subject
matter,
expert
input,
so
we're
not
just
rubber,
stamping
or
crap.
C
C
Think
the
the
person
who's
championing
that
on
the
elastic
side
left-
and
you
know
it's
something
that
requires
human
effort,
so
I
talked
to
them
today,
they're
interested
in
in
rebooting
that
so
I'm
going
to
try
to
get
a
schedule
together
for
2023,
but
actually
just
like
just
schedule
out
when
we're
going
to
address
each
domain
area
in
the
semantic
conventions
and
just
try
to
get
them
on
the
calendar
well
ahead
of
time
and
see
if
we
can
use
some
structured
process.
C
Like
that
to
actually
bang
through
them,
because
I'm
worried
that
without
something
like
that,
just
our
experience
with
HTTP
and
messaging,
you
know
it
it
kind
of
just
drags
on
and
I.
Don't
see
us
finishing
this
work
this
decade.
If
we
don't
don't
come
up
with
a
different
approach,
so
that's
gonna,
be
my
shot.
I'll,
be
putting
some
no
tips
and
whatnot
out
the
door
about
that
soon.
Yeah.
B
I
I
think
that's
probably
a
good
idea.
I
know
that
one
thing
we
all
say
all
the
time.
Morgan
said
it
at
the
community
meeting.
I
think
you
actually
just
said
it
just
now:
people
don't
necessarily
work
for
us
and
we
can't
tell
them
what
to
do,
but
in
some
instances
I
think,
especially
with
the
spec
everyone's
pretty
good
about
like
if
they
all
agree
to
something
they'll
stick
to
it.
So
if,
if
we
say
we're
going
to
make
a
schedule,
everyone
will
stick
to
it
at
least
for
the
most.
B
C
Yes,
we
can't
tell
people
what
to
do,
but
if
we
tell
them
what
we're
doing
and
when
it's
going
to
happen
and
when
the
like
window
for
input
is
my
hope
is
that
will
get
more
people
involved
and
also
ensure
we're
a
little
more
organized
around
being
ready
to
like
provide
feedback
and
like
approve
things
you
know,
I
do
I,
do
have
sympathy
for
the
TC
and
the
spec
maintainers,
because
they
the
way
it
currently
works,
is
like
various
groups,
will
go
off
and
do
a
lot
of
work
and
then
they
kind
of
get
like
like
blindsided.
C
C
Arbitrary,
so
so
I
do
feel
for
them.
The
way
you
know
if
they
don't
know
when
something
is
coming,
how
can
they
like
possibly
prepare
their
schedule
to
be
attentive
to
it?
So
hopefully,
this
combo
of
having
some
more
PMS
in
the
organization
and
for
these
bigger
projects
actually
like
trying
to
put
them
on
a
timeline
well,
will
help
we'll
see.
A
It's
your
thought,
then,
to
do
them
sort
of
serially
so
that
to
avoid
that
yeah.
C
Like
I
see
us
just
in
general
yeah
that
combined
with
the
project
backlog
like
a
project
level
backlog
for
the
spec
is
one
way
I.
Think
we
get
into
trouble.
Is
we
get
too
many
threads
going
at
the
same
time
and
then
we're
like
context?
Switching
so
much
everything
starts
to
go
slowly,
so
I,
don't
know
what
level
of
parallelization
we
can
put
to
the
semantic
convention,
but
maybe
two
at
a
time.
I,
don't
know
we'll
we'll
see
yeah.
B
C
Yeah
something
like
that,
something
like
that
I'll
put
a
proposal
out
and
you
know
people
can
give
feedback
as
to
how
realistic
it
is.
A
Cool
there's
definitely
Folks
at
Microsoft
tour
I
mean
we're
engaged
originally
in
the
semantic
convention
working
groups
but
kind
of
burnt
out
because
it
wasn't
going
anywhere.
It
was.
E
E
D
E
E
B
C
Cool,
well
glad
to
be
back
glad
to
see
you
on
the
council
here.
