From YouTube: Team Meeting 11
Description
As of today, our transparency is going up one notch. We have opened our team meeting (consisting of CEO Rob Skiff, Director of Technology Daniƫl Crompton, and Director of Operations & Faculty Support Dan Kirk), to be viewed on YouTube by anyone within or outside of the Oplerno community.
A
B
C
C
Since
the
article
or
since
I
approval,
we've
had
7471
applications,
which
is
turned
into
at
least
50
55
new
faculty.
We
have
81
total
courses
which
includes
the
faculty
orientation,
which
means
we
have
AP
faculty
created
courses,
and
I
also
have
two
that
I
just
received
in
my
inbox
well
off
to
look
at
those
so
yeah
faculty
turnover.
You
know
from
application
to
signature
and
jumping
into
the
get
an
account
and
getting
on
canvas
is
staying.
C
Strong,
I,
don't
know
what
I
don't
have
not
done
of
ratios
that
turnover,
but
I'm
not
worried
about
it.
When
I
like
look
through
the
names
of
the
applications,
I
recognize
most
of
them
is
now
faculty
members,
that's
good
and
yeah.
As
far
as
courses
go
right,
we
have
80
horses
at
some
stage
of
development.
It's
I
would
hope
that
it
being
that,
you
know
the
summer
semester
in
the
states.
C
A
B
It'll
be
interesting
to
see
whether
the
google,
glass
or
devices
like
it
can
really
kind
of
bridge
the
gap
in
terms
of
some
of
the
hard
sciences
terms
of
going
to
a
lab
and
showing
the
work
on
and
recording
what
you're
doing
so.
Yeah
that's
a
bit
of
technology.
That's
gonna!
You
know
it
has
a
lot
of
different
applications,
probably
going
to
take
off
all
your
lab
sciences.
She's.
C
B
Yeah
I
could
see
it
being
that
I
could
see
it
being
used.
A
lot
in
you
know
that
environmental
sciences-
and
you
know
the
field-
trip
peace,
yeah
genius.
What
about
Dan?
Have
you
gotten
any
more
sense
of
people
who
were
starting
to
coalesce
around
creating
programs
or
certificates?
Any
sense
of
that
yeah.
C
C
Yeah
I
mean
we
have
a
handful
they're,
not
much
more
developed
than
being
individual
course,
proposals
and
then
kind
of
being
lumped
together
into
string
classes.
That
would
perhaps
make
up
a
certificate,
but
yeah
I'll
have
to
do
that,
but
those
along
too
yeah.
B
I
think
I'm
going
to
wait
just
a
little
bit
before
getting
more
guidance
about
becoming
a
degree-granting
program,
but
I
definitely
want
to
push
that
arm
the
sooner
we
get
those
five
to
10
program
proposals
than
the
sooner
we
can
go
in
front
of
the
state
again
and
some
other
agencies
arm
anything
else
with
with
so
it's
a
good
distribution
of
the
course
of
discipline.
It's
a
good
distribution
of
the
numbers,
yeah.
C
C
You
know
if
some
folks
are
offering
pretty
similar
courses
to
each
other
and
what
the
competition
would
be
like
I'm,
not
at
this
stage.
I
think
between
offering
them
at
staggered
start
dates
from
different
people
with
different
teaching.
Styles
and
different
content,
no
course
is
really
ever
going
to
be
exactly
the
same,
nor
will
they
ever
I'll
start
at
the
same
time,
and
if
it's
a
broad-spectrum
class
like
intro
to
writing.
C
B
I
I
got
a
phone
call
when
I
was
in
Chicago
from
a
professor
and
I
went
through
her
concerns
with
that.
You
know,
since
the
class
size
is
capped
it
at
25
and
there's
a
lot
more
data
that
students
are
going
to
be
having
access
to
then
I
think
that
issue
just
drops
away
I,
don't
think
we're
going
to
have
to
deal
with
it.
B
It's
also
kind
of
not
I
can
see
it
being
a
problem
with
the
intro
courses,
but
I
really
don't
see
it
being
a
problem
with
the
specialized
one's
arm
and
again
that
class
size.
Lowering
the
class
size
keeps
that
issue
from
getting
up
just
I,
don't
think
it's
going
to
be
an
issue
yeah
and
I'm.
Definitely
we're
definitely
not
signing
any
exclusive
agreements
arm
to
have
people
offer
classes
in
X
discipline.
You
know
every
yet
we're
not
going
to
do
that
right
on
okay.
C
A
Well
after
last
week,
we
had
a
discussion
about
whether
we
actually
should
be
able
to
see
what
taxi
is
doing.
What
they're
busy
with
other
was
it
to
see
what
I
see
if
there's
any
points
of
points
that
we
can
help
them
with
and
see,
if
there's
anything
that
we
could
actually
change
change
for
them
or
discuss
with
canvas,
so
I
sent
an
email
to
canvas
and
ask
them
if
it
was
possible
to
get
more
analytics
on
what
I
was
at
what
our
faculties
day,
and
so
we
can
actually
also
can
help
and
they're.
A
Currently
they
only
have
a
limited
amount
of
analytics,
which
is
very
focused
on
what
students
are
doing
so
follow
us
on
what
faculties
day,
so
their
sister
was
just
over
there,
basically
working
for
us
for
a
larger
of
a
large
organizations
that
were
by
they
they're,
not
so
interested
in
what
the
faculty
is
doing
a
far
more
interesting,
while
the
students
doing
they
don't
really
have
a
call
for
that
and
we're
interesting
one
up.
Managing.
Of
course,
sir
we'd
like
to
be
able
to
help
everybody
within
that
section,
so
well,
I'll
be.
B
Honest,
that's
bizarre.
I
I
think
that's
just
absolutely
bizarre
that
not
that
the
fact
that
they
don't
get
a
call
for
that,
because,
if
I'm
up,
if
I'm
a
course
content
developer,
I'm
head
of
a
unit
at
a
university
I,
definitely
want
data
on.
You
know,
who's
who's
engaged
and
who
is
it
but
okay
in
down
to
the
individual
level.
So
it.
A
B
A
I
recently
discussed
with
there
was
it
was
a
with
a
guy
I
met
at
the
next
web
conference,
who's
doing
a
course
on
canvas
with
with
for
a
different
University
who
I'm
not
going
to
mention
the,
and
he
said,
that's
very
much
that
the
different
styles
that
they
have
on
that
there
is
some
people
are
fully
using
other
facilities.
The
commissars
and
some
people
are
using
only
and
maybe
a
two
percent
of
the
facilities
that
canvas
has
so
they're,
not
using
style
external
videos
they're,
not
using
any
much
more
than
giving
it
about.
A
Having
a
couple
of
videos
up
and
watch
and
giving
a
couple
of
documentation
of
some
documentation
links,
they
won't
do
much
more
than
us
and
I
think,
because
we
really
want
to
focus
on
the
experience
as
being
the
full.
Rounded
course
experience,
though
I
mean
as
close
to
what
you
would
guess
in
the
classroom
and
better
and
I.
A
Don't
think
that
a
lot
of
other
Institute's
really
really
are
actually
focusing
that
hard
hard
on
making
the
experience
better
than
what
you
get
in
the
classroom
there
and
I
think
that's
one
of
the
other
two
advantages
that
we
might
have,
but
it
does
mean
that
we
don't
have
the
features
that
we
need.
So
I
said
my
suggestion
was
to
would
we
be
able
to
have
feature
at
the
features
ourselves
because
an
open
source
project
and
project?
A
B
One
thing,
though,
is
that
that
tool
that
would
developed
whether
we
develop
it
and
we
put
it
on
open
source
I
mean
we're.
Gonna
have
to
have
a
conversation,
because
that's
really
like
a
secret
sauce,
that's
really
going
to
be
Pettitte
of
advantage
potentially,
and
we
gotta
figure
out.
You
know
we
have
to
have
that
conversation
of
whether
that's
the
thing
we
we
all
share
or
whether
that's
the
thing
that
we
want
to
keep
in
terms
of
you
know
be
a
little
bit
more
proprietary
about
it.
Yeah.
A
Well,
it's
also,
I
see
in
two
ways
one
ways
that
we
can
do.
We
could
we
can
help
us,
we
could.
We
could
actually
add
it
to
canvas
itself
and
then
it
would
become
completely
open
source
and
and
everybody
will
be
able
to
use
it.
We
could
add
it
as
because
we
can
dynamically
update
the
javascript
in
the
wedding
cameras,
so
we
can
add
other
features
in
the
inside
there
so
that
we
can
update
it
and
collect
all
the
analytics
ourselves
so
that
we
can
keep
the
data
ourselves
and
then
we
bit.
A
B
Don't
do
this
yep,
that's
a
great
idea,
but
right
now
we
definitely
don't
have
the
capacity
to
do
that.
Yeah.
Let's
put
that
maybe
we
put
that
is
that
in
skunk
works
and.
B
B
A
Yeah
I
have
something
effort,
as
some
things
haven't
really
found
that
we
watch
it.
That's
a
this
week.
We've
really
got
it.
We've
been
getting
a
lot
of
a
good
interaction
from
external
source
as
well.
So,
for
example,
the
head
of
online
by
after
for
CUNY
for
the
City
University
of
New,
York
bro
tonight,
I
broached
an
interesting
piece
about
us.
A
That's
right,
Albert
and
so
I've
said:
I
thought
it
was
quite
cool,
especially
since
I
ever
since
I
know
city
university
of
new
york,
because
unfair,
because
I
see
that
there
people
are
constantly
doing
that
doing
stuff
in
social
media
and
overton
very
busy,
so
so
very
cool
relief
for
the
special
time
runners
yeah,
there's
been
a
number
of
number
of
interesting,
which
is
interesting.
Discussions
that
we've
had
online
ya
know
I
think
I've.
My
ideas
that
are
online
of
community
building
exercises
going
extremely
well.
A
We
have
some
places
that
we
can
improve,
though,
that
we
need
to
improve.
That's
a
we've
been
bleeding
acid
for
for
a
little
bit
of
time
on
the
faculty
sided
with
the
early
mission.
You
started
out
of
here
on
the
student
side,
so
I
think
that
the
way
we're
going
at
the
levels-
quick
but
yeah,
hope
we
would.
We
do.
We
were
so
much
more
accessible,
but
but
time
will
set
about
a
tumble,
nutella
possible
yeah.
B
The
it's
gonna
be
it's
on.
It
is
interesting
that
external
networks
that
are
trying
to
now
contact
us
and
the
different
people
that
are
contacting
nelson
screen.
You
know
different
kinds
of
engagement
yeah,
that
is,
that
is
pretty
cool,
again
hard
to
know.
Listen
a
month
into
this,
where
the
stickiness
is
and
where
to
target
so
we're
kind
of
like
you
know,
I'm
spamming
everything,
not
spamming,
but
spraying.
You
know
you
press
releases
are
everywhere:
okay,
Dan!
You
want
to
add
anything.
A
B
A
A
We
have
a
little
bit
of
age
problem
with
us.
That's
what
we
don't
know
where
I
wasn't
aware
aware,
although
over
the
age
of
30,
which
means
that
was
it
that
oh
and
there
are
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
people
that
were
that
were
focusing
on
who
are
baby
Millennials
or
sub
30
41
seconds
of
our
market.
So
I
thought
I
was
thinking.
How
can
we
reach
those?
A
So
I
decided
to
give
myself
a
session
of
BuzzFeed
article
create
and
I
created
a
number
of
interesting
blog
items
meant,
but
need
to
be
funny
and
partly
to
elicit
to
inspire
people
to
actually
follow
some
of
our
horses,
so
I
personal
number
there's
a
number
of
those
online
for
the
for
approval,
which
I
together
with
which
it
was
with
other
things
that
we
want
to
be
able
to
do
to
/.
Other
news
that
we
want
to
were
to
reach
out
with
within
a
block
item,
sir,
within
our
locker,
was.
C
A
A
B
A
Yet
dan
sent
Lee
was
a
set
of
proposals
because,
of
course,
my
knowledge
of
the
specifics
of
the
course
is
not
a
excellent.
I
went
based
on
that
open
source
information
and
their
their
syllabi
and
to
put
something
together
based
on
that
was
a
butt,
so
he
sent
them
off
to
the
instructors
to
be
checked,
and
so
they
so
that,
if
I
made
any
glaring
mistakes
in
their
app
in
the
subject
field
that
it
would
be
corrected
that
we
would
look
like
this
yeah.
B
Right
is
there
to
kind
of
follow
up
on
that
on
the
on
that
marketing
blog
items
is
the
wiki
the
apparent
nowicki
getting
any
kind
of
harm,
any
kind
of
play.
I'm
gonna.
A
B
Yeah,
at
least
you
know,
I
be
up
in
arc
up
in
our
click
content,
yeah!
Well,
you
know,
I!
Guess
it's
going
to
take
it's
going
to
take
a
little
while
it's
certainly
a
different
idea
to
have
our
contracts
and
give
you
know,
I
have
our
contracts
and
everything
available
to
be
edited
but
yeah.
Well,
it's
just
going
to
take
some
time.
Yeah.
A
It
could
be
so
much
it
maybe
when
in
up
in
lust
and
monthly
updates,
there
were
also
just
so
many
things
in
there.
That's
it
came
to
the
bottom
of
the
list,
so
maybe
nobody
I
wasn't
ever
for
Lisa
people
who
read
the
email,
they
didn't,
what
it
didn't
notice
it
it's
one
of
the
reasons
that
I
posted
them
everywhere
on
facebook
and
on
twitter
as
well,
but
hasn't
resulted
in
anything
either,
but
so
I'll
post
them
again
and
then-
and
maybe
we
should
write
something
around
that
as
well-
for
a
free
information,
Francis,
ok,.
B
Arm
I
think
well,
let's
hold
off
on
the
unless
you
wanted
to
make
a
presentation
Daniel,
let's
hold
off
on
the
generic
analytics,
the
that
piece
and
I
think
on,
because
we're
getting
sort
of
up
against
the
time.
Why
don't
we
just
sort
of
will
close
this
out
and
you
know
and
I'll
see
you
guys
are
online
in
in
video
and
oh
here
we
go
hey
thanks
for
meeting
and.
A
B
A
As
you
get
so,
what
I'm
going
to
send
off
the
ice
till
have
a
guy
from
Sonoma
hua
said
he
was
going
to
have
all
of
it.
Is
the
user
experience
guy
for
when
I
did
in
exchange
for
the
presentation
that
I
gave
them?
Okay
and
so
I'm
going
to
send
us
stuff
off
to
him
as
well
there,
and
so
I
can
get
an
expert
eye
on
that
as
well.
B
Okay
and
I
will
see
I
guess
at
the
end
of
the
month,
at
Karma,
birdhouse
arm
I'm,
making
a
presentation
and
I'm
going
to
see
there.
I
can
get
them
to
record
it,
and
then
we
can
post
that
up
online
02,
okay,
all
right!
So,
let's
just
click
off
the
live
and.
