A
Good
morning,
good
afternoon,
good
evening,
wherever
you
are
welcome
to
team
meeting
34
in
which
will
be
discussing,
if
I
can
get
my
page,
the
invite
that
we
got
four
of
their
pano
daily
appearance
will
have
some
questions
from
faculty.
I
will
be
discussing
certificates
as
some
new
courses
coming
up
and,
of
course,
will
be
discussing
the
course,
which
is
starting
the
course,
which
is
starting
today
course
pounding
course,
building
for
plan
of
faculty
and
let's
go
over
to
rump
and.
B
So
today
we're
going
to
start
up
our
course
building
for
faculty,
which
is
you
can
still
register
for
the
class.
It's
a
basically
a
six-week
course.
It'll.
Take
you
from
if
you
have
an
idea
for
a
class
that
you
want
to
offer
the
planner.
You
know
you
submit
that
enter
the
class,
and
then
six
weeks
we'll
have
the
class
I
built
with,
will
be
building
the
class
with
you,
creating
the
syllabus
downloading
the
materials
uploading
materials,
picking
textbooks
all
that
kind
of
process.
B
As
a
group
on
where
we'll
be
meeting
now,
you
don't
have
to
attend
all
of
those
group
sessions,
but
you
know
you
should
attend
most
of
them
on
because
now
that's
where
a
lot
of
you
know
interesting
ideas
and
cross
ruffling
will
occur
and
then
also
for
the
people
who
are
signing
up
for
the
class
to
help
you
with
your
course
development
myself,
I'm
going
to
be
scheduling
in
time
to
meet
with
you
for
30
minutes,
where
we
can
talk
about
all
kinds
of
different
things
related
to
your
class
and
related
to
what
how
you
want
to
you
know,
push
your
discipline,
push
the
course
or
integrated
the
certificates,
dann
Kirk's
also
going
to
be
teaching
the
class
in
week,
3
and
4,
along
with
me,
talking
about
how
to
use
canvas
and
then
Daniel,
myself
and
Dan
and
Michael
will
be
spending
some
time
talking
about
the
marketing.
B
So,
even
though
the
class
starts
today,
you
might
not
have
registered
for
it
register
for
the
class.
It's
a
hundred
dollars.
What's
nice
is
that
if
you
do
all
the
work
and
your
class
is
completed
and
is
approved,
which
should
be
if
you're
working
with
us
for
six
weeks,
then
we'll
refund
the
hundred
dollars
arm
at
the
end
of
that
six-week
session,
so
a
great
opportunity
to
spend
some
structured
time
doing
internet
course,
development.
B
The
people
who
are
already
signed
up
for
the
class,
their
level
of
expertise
varies.
We've
got
a
few
people
who
you
know,
we've
been
through
and
created
the
class
before
and
are
looking
at.
This
is
kind
of
a
way
to
potentially,
you
know
again
great
community
do
some
interaction
and
then
we've
got
other
people
who
don't
know
a
whole
lot
about
teaching
online,
and
there
are
kinds
of
exercises
and
things
that
are
going
to
be
that
we're
going
to
do,
engage
in
to
show
you
how
to
teach
online
dan
Kirk.
C
We
have
a
few
faculty
that
have
gone
from
the
marketplace
to
paypal
and
haven't
paid
for
the
course.
So,
if
you're
interested,
you
can
finish
the
payment
via
paypal-
and
we
will
add
you
to
the
course
list,
I
do
want
to
know
for
the
fact
that
you
will
be
taking
this
course.
It
wow.
We
will
be
doing
it
almost
like
a
course
that
you
would
teach
it's
also
a
little
another
word.
It's
not
going
to
be
exactly
like
a
12-week
student-based
for
credit
course.
C
It's
a
little
more
of
a
clinic
style
workshop
style.
So,
and
this
is
the
first
run
you
know,
the
whole
point
of
the
refund
is
both
so
that
it's
an
incentive
to
those
who
are
joining
to
you
know
get
a
complete
class
out
of
it.
But
it's
also
because
it's
workshop
style.
We
are
looking
for
feedback
on
how
its
run
so
the
more
questions
you
ask
more
feedback.
C
We
get
the
more
critiques,
constructive
criticism,
we
get
just
the
better
off
you're
going
to
be,
and
the
better
off
we're
going
to
be
we're
also
considering
if
this
might
get
people
involved
sooner.
That
folks,
who
take
this
course
now,
can
run
this
course
later.
So
once
you
are,
you
know,
quote
trained
throughout
this
workshop
style.
Of
course
we
can
then
branch
out
and
have
you
all
who
have
completed
it
run
your
own
version
and
you
know,
obviously
receive
pay
for
your
work
and
doing
that.
C
B
The
tell
you
a
little
bit
about
the
instructional
design
piece.
It
is
a
little
tricky
I
know.
We
know
some
of
you
have
already
produced
a
class
for
a
plateau
and
had
that
posted
you
know
of
expressed
interest
in
taking
the
class
other
people.
Are
you
know
again
starting
out
from
there?
You
know
you
have
a
lot
of
experience
in
the
classroom,
but
not
a
lot
of
experience
online.
B
So
the
again
there's
a
certain
emergent
quality
to
this
on,
in
that,
as
we
develop
this
basic
class,
we're
going
to
also
be
taking
a
look
at
you
know.
Okay,
are
there
sections
that
you
know
we
need
to
redo
for
the
more
advanced
student,
maybe
once
we're
starting
to
get
a
lot
of
faculty
involved
in
in
taking
on
this
course
development
class.
That
there's
kind
of
you
know
three
different
sections
a
little
bit
of
tracking.
In
other
words
there.
This
is,
of
course,
this
section
is
for
people
who've
never
done
anything
online.
B
This
is
a
course
for
people
who
have
some
experience
online,
but
want
to
learn
canvas.
This
is
a
course
for
people
who
have
a
lot
of
experience,
teaching
online
and
want
to
just
work
on.
You
know
certain
things
about
pedagogically,
so
the
first
two
weeks
of
the
class
on
when
you
take
a
look
at
it,
our
different
activities
designed
to
push
things
pedagogically.
You
know
in
how
to
create
a
really,
really
interactive
classroom,
and
so
you
know
check
it
out,
but
you
know
we
want
a
lot
of
feedback
we
want.
B
A
B
We've
got
some
great
courses
to
help
people
learn
how
to
teach
online
introduction
to
online
learning
for
students
with
dr.
Grover
so
check,
you
know
check
it
out.
You
can
find
courses
we're
going
to
be
building
a
whole
bunch
of
different
stuff,
and
the
neat
thing
is
we're
also
really,
you
know,
hope,
looking
to
partner
with
faculty
you've
taken
this
class
to
potentially
offer
it
to
on
incoming
faculty.
Professor.
B
That's
that's
another
one
I'm
thinking
about
which
has
all
kinds
of
different
pedagogical
tools
and
philosophies
to
take
the
class.
So
you
know
Linda
could
teach
this
class
easily,
but
we
also
want
the
feedback
from
faculty
to
understand.
What's
going
on
so
yeah,
please
take
the
class
we've
got
slots
for
25
and
yeah
so
check
it
out.
A
A
What's
up
organizing
called
don't
be
awful
about
a
very
much
focused
on
the
way
Silicon
Valley
is
currently
working
and
technology
companies
apparently
doing
there
for
doing
awful
things
were
acting
in
other
ways,
and
we
thought
that
said
we
would
be
able
to
add
something
specials
in
that
cell.
What
do
you
think
we
will
add
to
that
rock
so.
B
One
we've
had
a
really
great
thanks
to
Daniel
for
finding
this
on
this
conference,
I
shot
them
an
email
and
Paul
on
Paul
car,
one
of
the
editors
and
leaders
of
pen,
no
calm
he's
the
editorial
director
shot
him
a
pitch
for
a
section
session
on
higher
education
and
where
that
session
is
going
to
be
either
at
9am.
Sorry
at
7am
or
730am
arm
and
left
coast
west
coast
time
arm
on
Sunday
and
we're
going
to
be
talking.
You
know,
there's
going
to
be
an
interview.
B
One
of
the
people
from
panda
is
going
to
be
interviewing
me
and
we're
going
to
just
talk
about
the
awfulness
of
higher
ed
and
how
technology
can
change
the
way
people
are
accessing
learning
and
accessing
courses
and
I
really
liked
Pando
daily
Daniel
connected
me
with
it.
It's
really
an
independent
voice
and
they're
doing
some
really
amazing
things
holding
companies
accountable
for
their
privacy
policies
on
data
integration
and
also
some
of
the
sexism
that
occurs
in
Silicon
Valley
and
how
to
deal
with
that.
B
So
it's
a
really
great
organization
and
you
should
all
check
out
that
conference
and
check
out
the
website,
because
it's
it's
independent
media
at
its
finest.
In
my
opinion,.
A
B
Are
the
ones
leading
the
leading
the
coverage
of
the
uber
controversies
of
Buber
data
mining?
You
know
it's
it's
clients
and
doing
all
kinds
of
not
so
ethical
things
according
to
Pando
daily
and
the
reporters.
You
know,
how
else
do
you
wanna,
you
know
I
can't
describe
it
any
other
way.
So,
let's
talk
a
little
bit
about.
Let's
move
on
to
certificates,
dan
Kirk,
you
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
or
review
for
those
on
people
who
worked
on
last
week,
a
little
bit
about
the
certificate
program.
Sure.
C
So
we've
been,
as
many
of
you
know,
approved,
to
offer
certificates
within
our
credit,
granting
Authority
transfer
credits,
and
we
just
put
a
page
up
on
the
website
which
I'll
pull
up
for
you
all
right
now
that
lists
are
certificates
that
are
offered
certificates
are
sort
of
an
open
dan.
C
I'm
pulling
it
up,
certificates
are
sort
of
an
open
process.
You
know
faculty
can
take
the
lead
on
them,
design
them.
However,
their
minds
I
cheated
and
I'm
pulling
courses
from
a
player
know
that
might
fit
the
whatever
your
certificate
might
be.
So
on
our
website
of
plano
calm,
you
can
click
on
certificate,
see
the
ones
that
are
currently
offered.
We
have
everything
from
art,
history,
Randy's
philosophy,
science,
teaching,
the
digital
age
and
text
studies.
C
We
have
a
self-designed
certificate
for
students
to
propose
three
classes
out
of
Claire,
no
and
one
or
two
outside
classes
from
either
an
accredited
or
credit
granting
high
red
institution
or
from
a
certified
identity,
verified
MOOC
that
you
know
you
completed
and
passed
with
a
greatest
I
believe
we're
taking
a
C
or
above
passing
grade.
We
also
have
a
collaborative
document
for
faculty
on
Google
Docs.
C
It's
posted
in
canvas
under
the
faculty
orientation
course
and
final
instructors,
group
I,
don't
think
we're
going
to
post
it
publicly
just
to
avoid
any
sort
of
tinkering
by
outside
tricksters,
but
that's
a
place
where
faculty
can
add
or
remove
up
while
removing
is
probably
not
that
collaborative.
But
add
courses
proposed
new
certificates
and
list
the
courses
you
see
as
relevant
and
that
would
contribute
to
your
contribute
to
the
certificate
you're
designing
our
transfer
credit
costs.
It
is
also
listed
on
our
page
and
yeah.
C
There
we
go
see
you're
above
and,
as
we
said,
all
all
certificates
are
for
classes
can
be
more
and
they
require
at
least
three
out
of
player.
Know
you
know
if
a
you're
going
to
make
a
seven
or
ten
class
certificate
we're
getting
into
that's
a
lot
for
a
certificate
and
we'd
probably
be
getting
into
pre
design
for
a
degree
program
or
minor,
at
least
probably
closer
to
a
major
at
that
point.
But
we
can
talk
about
what
kind
of
transfer
opportunity
students
would
have
at
that
level.
C
But
again
we
will
take
luke
style
online
courses
as
long
as
the
identity,
verification
is
legit
and
approved,
so
that's
all
available
for
you
for
both
folks
within
and
outside
of
our
faculty
and
student
community.
If
you
have
any
questions,
you
can
email
us
info,
a
declare,
no
calm
or
questions
at
a
pointer,
calm
and
you
have
these.
Each
have
links
to
descriptions,
costs
courses
and
then
a
link
to
sign
up
if
you're
interested
in
taking
one.
You
don't
have
to
necessarily
sign
up
for
a
certificate
program.
C
There's
no
commitment
at
that
level,
but
what
you
do
is
sign
up
for
the
courses
individually.
Then
you'd
be
once
you
complete
all
three
and
pass
with
a
c
or
above,
in
addition
to
any
transfer
credits
that
we
have
worked
through
you
with
you,
you
would
get
a
certificate,
so
you
can
retroactively
li.
Get
it
to
say
you
complete
three
courses
over
the
next
year
and
then
in
13
months
we
say
now
we
have
a
certificate
in
the
three
courses
you
took
plus
a
transfer
credit.
C
B
You
know
in
it
and
remember
that
students
can
again
propose
a
certificate
design,
a
certificate
that
they,
like
faculty,
have
a
really
great
opportunity
to
use.
You
know
you've
developed,
let's
say
you've
developed
and
designed
the
class,
and
you
want
to
get
together
your
dream
team
to
create
a
certificate
program
or
a
department
arm
to
offer
a
certificate.
This
creates
a
stepping
stone
for
you
to
create
a
major
arm
or
an
advanced
degree.
You
know
we're
going
to
kind
of
were
leapfrog
in
arm
from
not
leap,
frogging,
we're
moving
step
by
step
certificates.
B
First,
sorry,
courses,
first
certificates
next
and
then
certificates
being
bundled
into
own
degree
programs
and
there's
all
kinds
of
stuff
that
dumb
we're
going
to
have
asked
Daniel
to
be
programming
and
that
the
programming
team
about,
like
Dan
Kirk,
said
the
ability
to
say,
hey,
you've
taken
three
courses
in
the
art
history
certificate.
Do
you
want
to
you've
taken
these
three
classes,
these
fit
into
these
two
certificates?
B
What
what
certificate
would
you
like
to
apply
these
two
arm
and
all
that
kind
of
piece
is
going
to
be
really
really
interesting,
because
it'll
allow
someone
to
sort
of
like
chart
and
move
through
their
program
and
see
what
they
can't?
Of
course,
you
know
you
can't
really
use
one
class,
for
you
know
multiple
certificates
or
multiple
degrees,
because
that
should
not
the
way
the
system
works.
You
kind
of
have
to
slot
in
your
particular
your
particular
piece.
We,
the
accreditors,
will
not
go
for
that
at
all.
B
What
you
can
do
is
you
know
you
can
be
earning.
You
know,
certificates,
building,
something
slowly
checking
out
to
see
whether
or
not
on
a
particular
discipline
is
right
for
you
before
you
apply
to
a
school
and
apply
for
that
program,
and
you
know:
you've
dropped
another
20
30
grand
in
our
costs
on
tuition,
room
and
board,
and
you
find
out.
Oh
my
god,
I
really
can't
stand
this
discipline
or
I.
Don't
like
the
people
that
I'm
working
with
here,
you
can
sample
and
you
can
also
get
back
into
arm.
B
You
know
taking
courses
that
are
designed
for
your
business,
but
also
taking
courses
that
are
designed
for
your
soul,
like
horses
in
again
our
history,
the
humanities
and
all
kinds
of
other
good
stuff
that
will
be
available
on
soon
so
yeah
Dan's
done
a
great
job.
Dan
Curtis,
not
a
great
job
with
this
and
were
lucky
to
you,
know,
be
putting
this
vision
in
place.
So
early.
C
Okay,
last
week,
we
had
two
courses
go
through
the
feedback
process
and
approval,
and
you
know
this
might
be
a
good
time
to
mention
what
how
that
works
or
give
a
refresher.
So
what
we
look
for
in
a
course
and
it's
a
basic,
across-the-board
requirement
out
of
both
fairness
to
faculty
as
well
as
what
we
need
to
ensure
quality
is
the
all
12
weeks
of
your
content
laid
out,
and
what
that
means
is
any
sort
of
lessons
readings
pages
you're
developing
those
should
be
complete.
C
Any
sort
of
discussions
with
prompts
that
are
required
for
feedback
on
readings,
again
assignments,
whatever
is
going
on
a
discussion,
any
sort
of
discussion
boards
that
are
in
the
canvas
teachers,
those
should
be
established
assignment,
should
be
established,
quizzes
and
exams.
I
know
if
folks
are
doing
video
lectures,
those
can
be
time-consuming
and
we
can
work
with
you
on
having
a
plan.
You
know
if
you
have
three
or
four
of
your
weeks
set
up
and
you're
the
rest
of
your
course
is
structured
and
has
content
in
it.
C
We
can
see
the
quality
of
your
videos,
you
know
that's
something
we
can
chat
about.
You
don't
need
to
spend,
we
don't
want
to
put
you
out,
you
know,
spending
hundreds
and
hundreds
of
hours
on
making
videos
instead
of
getting
the
course
rolling
and
making
some
of
the
you
know
finishing
up
little
things
like
that,
but
we
do
it
for
all
12
weeks
of
content.
C
We
do
look
for
your
syllabus
having
the
core
information,
because
remember
that
students
are
going
to
pay
good
money
for
these
courses
they're
going
to
log
in
and
they
are
going
to
want
to
see
what
they're
getting
and
what
they're
going
to
learn
and
if
it's
worth
their
time
and
hard
earned
money.
So
you
know
syllabus
with
contact
info
grading,
academic,
honesty,
any
sort
of
accommodation
policy
for
students
with
disabilities
layout,
of
course,
content
teaching
philosophy.
All
the
things
that
you
would
want
to
see.
C
C
So
the
two
newest
courses
that
have
gone
through
that
process
are
critical
thinking
and
reasoning
from
professor
Ken
Chung
and
business
ethics
from
Professor
Pam
Wiggins.
Those
are
up
on
the
marketplace
and
likely
will
be
part
of
moving
forward
into
a
business,
some
type
of
business
certificate
and
with
some
of
the
other
business
writing
we
have
some
law
classes
that
are
very
close
to
being
finished.
So
we
might
be
able
to
add
in
short
order,
a
new
certificate,
including
these
courses.
B
That's
it
remember.
As
a
faculty
member,
you
can
request
your
course
to
be
placed
into
a
certificate
program,
so
make
sure
that
you
know
you
send
that
if
you
take
a
look
at
the
certificate
programs
they're
already
in
existence-
and
you
feel
your
class
should
be
listed.
Oh,
please
shoot
us
an
email
on
that
and
we
will
take
a
look
at
this.
Make
a
decision.
Okay,
along
all,
right
arm,
questions
from
faculty.
I
actually
have
gotten
two
questions.
B
Gray
aver,
who
is
applying
for
a
faculty
position
on
he,
wants
to
understand
our
complete
policy
on
student
refunds
and
how
that
would
work.
Now,
student
refunds
on
you
can
find
out
that
information.
If
you
go
to
the
enroll
page
and
you
download
the
student
contract,
there's
also
a
section
in
the
faq
faq
on
the
talks
about
student
refunds
and
how
students
get
them
I'm,
along
with
the
schedule
for
how
faculty
are
paid.
So
please
check
those
out
just.
C
A
quick
edit,
it
will
be
under
students,
planner,
calm,
/
students,
it
won't
be
under
posting
with
yep
and
wrong.
Takes
you
to
the
marketplace
correctly.
B
So
so
under
students
and
you
can
download
the
the
enrollment
agreement
and
the
student
refund
policy
is
outlined
there,
the
faculty
payment
policy
is
outlined
in
the
faculty
contract,
which
you
can
take
a
look
at
wellman
again,
if
you
have
any
questions,
specific
questions
about
the
language
shoot
that
too
dan
and
I.
But
it's
pretty.
It's
outlined
really
clearly
in
the
fact
which
is
located
on
the
bottom
of
the
page.
It'sit's.
C
C
Faculty
can
make
changes
to
that
I
know
times
it
can
be.
If
the
course
content
is
too
heavy
up
front
letting
in
a
new
student
too
late
just
doesn't
work,
so
you
can
adjust
that
policy
and
obviously
make
that
clear
in
your
syllabus
and
on
your
marketplace
listing
page
just
so
students
so
that
you
have
accountability
but
you're
also
communicating
exactly
what
your
policies
are
up
front,
which
is
our
you
know,
one
of
our
big
big
philosophical
points
in
communication
but
yeah.
C
It's
you'll
find
it's
not
much
different,
and
if
a
student
at
drops
within
the
add/drop
period
they
get
a
refund
and
then
there's
a
structured
prorated
refund.
If
they
have,
you
know,
withdrawal
sort
of
scenario
with
you
know
going
through
that
whole
process,
which
is
a
little
different,
but
it's
all
laid
out
in
that
student
enrollment
agreement
on
the
students
page
of
our
website.
C
B
Thing
other
question
home
has
been
going
across
my
email
on
my
email
question
bach.
My
email
inbox
is
about
faculty
when
they
take
a
look
at
a
player
now
they're
saying
hey,
do
you
any
courses
on
english?
Do
you
need
courses
on
math
winning
courses
on
everything
and
the
whole
point
of
a
player
know
which
stands
for
open
learning
organization?
Is
that
you
can
create
and
offer
your
class
that
you
own
you
set
the
tuition
rate.
It's
yours!
It's
your
classroom
space!
B
You
can
do
that
yourself,
you
don't
it's
sort
of
like
don't
wait
for
orders
from
headquarters.
Okay,
if
you
think
there's
a
need
for
a
particular
class
on
proposed
it
we're
not
going
to
say
someone
can't
teach
a
particular
class,
we're
looking
for
content
and
we're
looking
for
people
who
are
engaged
faculty
and
all
kinds
of
subjects
can
be
taught
and
we'll
take.
B
You
know
we
will
take
anything
in
terms
of
a
subject
on
with
the
exception
of
one,
which
is
you
can't
advocate
for
genocide
and
other
than
that
any
subject
is,
is
okay.
We
are
strong
believers
in
academic
freedom,
so
we
and
that's
one
of
our
bottom
lines.
So
if
you're
interested
in
teaching
a
class
sign
up
and
give
us
the
course
proposal
and
we'll
get
you
a
space
where
you
can
start
creating
it
all
right,
yeah,
you
don't
have
to
spend
two
years
seeking
approval,
a
gift.
B
Your
class,
you
know,
approved
and
then
start
our
marketing
it
and
don't
think,
there's
anything
else
unless
you
guys
want
to
add
something.
A
I,
don't
have
anything,
but
I
would
like
to
network
there.
The
we
have
two
viewers,
professor
and
professor
Stevens
and
I-
wonder
if
they
have
any
questions,
so
they
should
quickly
type
them
into
the
machine
to
our
chats
and
then
that
you
can
answer
them.
Man,
that's
if
they
don't,
then
I
didn't
have
anything.
B
I'm,
good,
okay,
I
think
that's
it.
For
today
we
will
be.
Please
remember
two
things:
one
on
the
Pando
daily
is
a
go
to
the
the
conference
on
pano
daily
will
be
sending
out
a
link
on
and
more
information
on
that
in
the
next
couple
of
days
and
the
biggest
one
is.
If
you
have
an
interest
in
as
a
faculty
member
signing
up
for
our
course
development
class,
please
shoot
Dan
or
myself
an
email
arm
and
we'll
get
you
signed
up
so
again.
B
Six
weeks,
you
can
go
from
an
idea
to
a
approved
course.
If
you
do
all
the
work
and
we're
really
excited
to
have
that
be
a
class
of
you
know,
anywhere
between
five
and
and
15
to
the
maximum
we
can
take
is
25
people
but
I
think
from
five
to
15
would
be
a
good.
Don't
first
start
so
that's
it
we'll
see
you
guys
online
next
week.
