Description
The inclusion of Emporous as a sub-project and the creation of a TOC are included in this Governing Board discussion.
A
B
B
Yeah
I,
just
it
zoom's
weird,
because
if
it,
if
you
come
in
later
it
doesn't
you
don't
you
don't
see
the
past
history,
so
one
of
the
things
that
we've
been
kind
of
discussing
is,
let
me
share
my
screen
here.
B
B
So
one
of
the
things
that.
B
It's
an
earth
welcome,
we
just
we
just
got
started
literally
two
seconds
ago.
So
it's
all
yours
we're
putting
you
on
the
hot
spot.
Now.
C
B
From
the
last
meeting
we
did
have
some
thoughts
on
a
technical
oversight
committee
for
artillius
and
I.
Don't
remember
what
we
were
planning
to
do
after
that,
so
we
approved
that
we're
gonna
have
one
but
I
don't
remember
if
there
was
a
an
action
item
that
we
actually
specifically
needed
to
do.
B
So
I
think
the
next
step
on
the
technical
oversight
committee
is
to
put
together
a
repo
kind
of
based
on
the
CD
Foundation
One,
get
that
in
place
with
some
of
the
governance
docs
for
the
the
TOC
and
from
there
I
think
we
should
go
ahead
and
have
want
that
that
repos
in
place
and
the
initial
docs
are.
Are
there
I
think
the
governing
board
should
do
a
re-review
of
all
of
that
that
those
documents
just
to
make
sure
everything,
looks
good
to
move
forward.
B
D
Okay,
since
we
don't
have
the
whole
Forum,
we
can't.
D
B
All
right
that
sounds
good
I,
so
I
have
motion
that
we
just
go
ahead
and
move
forward
with
the
logistics
on
implementing
the
TOC
based
on
the
CDE
Foundation
Toc.
C
So
it
reads:
the
artillius
committee
will
implement
atoc.
C
Okay,
I
am
going
to
jump
because
I
have
to
go.
Do
a
devops,
I'm
Unbound
now.
B
Okay,
okay,
all
right!
So
the
next
topic
is:
we've
been
in
talks
with
the
red
hat
folks
about
their
emporious
project,
and
this
has
been
pushed
around
on.
B
The
and
there
we
we
got
an
email
from
them
yesterday
that
some
things
are
moving
more
slowly
based
on
the
open
source
group
inside
a
red
hat.
But
what
I
think
we
should
do
is
here's
the
motion
that
we
would
go
ahead
and
adopt
emporious
as
a
sub-project.
F
F
F
F
But
I,
don't
know
if
emporio's
like
itself,
I,
don't
know
if,
if
you
understand
what
I'm
trying
to
to
say,
but
not
maybe
the
name
on
purpose
but
yes
to
offer,
probably
about
OCS
and
standardization
all
right
stories.
Signatures
are
made
of
that.
B
Right,
so
just
to
give
you
some
back
history
on
the
emporious
project,
they
are
a
very
new
idea.
Well,
I
would
say
a
new
idea.
The
idea
has
been
out
there.
I've
seen
things
from
folks
like
Dan
lorick
chain
guard
and
a
couple
other
posts
out
there
about
how
the
oci
registry
needs
to
expand,
to
go
beyond
just
what
we.
B
What
what
it
does
currently
for
basically
Docker
images,
so
I
think
somebody's
going
to
do
this
and
I
think
from
the
artillius
point
of
view
having
some
oci
experts
underneath
our
organization
will
will
help
do
what
you're
talking
about
Sergio,
because
they
have
they'll
have
the
expertise
on
the
oci
part
on
how
things
need
to
be
implemented.
B
So
that's
that's
my
thoughts
on
bringing
them
in
as
a
sub-project,
instead
of
just
instead
of
being
more
generic.
Like
you're,
saying.
F
Okay,
well
I
totally
agree
because
DNA
is
the
same
objective,
so
yeah
I
joined
to
I
join
too
what
you
mention
and.
B
B
I
can't
remember
the
the
it's
like
OS
piece,
something
I'd
look
at
the
email,
but
one
of
your
open
source
project
boards
at
Red
Hat
is
where
things
have
they
push
things
up
to
at
this
point,
so
from
their
side
they
want
to
they're
they're
interested
and
but
they
need
to
get
through
some
red
tape
at
the
red
hat
side.
B
That's
why
I
kind
of
put
on
added
on
to
the
motion
and
based
on
their
their
willia,
so
kind
of
the
the
motion
here
is
to
extend,
in
my
hand,
to
join
if
they
can
does
that
make
sense.
B
Yeah
see
if
the
wording
reflects
that.
B
They
would
obviously
we
would
have
more
technical
meetings,
so
we
would
probably
have
just
like
we
have
the
like
the
Outreach,
the
architecture.
We
would
go
ahead
and
add
on
emporious
specific
Community
meetings
and
we
would
want
to
have
their
folks
and
our
folks
work
on
both
sides
of
the
the
fence
per
se.
So
we
would
be.
B
F
Probably
we
are
going
to
collaborate
in
the
industries,
standardization
like
enriching.
What
is
going
to
well,
we
are
going
to
put
on
the
oci
registry,
so
it's
like
both
side
benefits
and
they
believe
that
we
are
like
increasing
the
coverage
about
what
kind
of
information
we
have
we
have,
and
we
can.
We
can
D
lunch
here.
So
it's
like
yeah,
like
a
collaborative
effort
to
to
put
much
more
more
information
in
place
on
on
the
wrists.
B
Right
now,
the
other
route
we
could
go
would
be
to
just
find
where
find
the
project
that
is
doing
the
oci
spec
and
start
trying
to
change
things
from
that
level.
B
B
F
Yeah
put
it
in
the
like
in
the
standard
definition,
it's
going
to
help
a
lot
and
yeah
and
I.
Think
oci
is
like
independent
is
inside
of
cncf,
but
it's
independent,
but
they
already
have
committed
from
Redcat.
So
they
are
going
to
put
more
attention
if
the
same
commits
from
comes
from
a
group
that
is
involved
with
red
hat
yeah
on
totally
agree
that
will
facilitate
facilitate
a
lot
of
discussion.
F
B
So
let
me
go
ahead
and
make
the
motion,
as
written
in
the
meeting
notes,
that
we
go
ahead
and
move
forward
with
a
adopting
emporious
based
on
their
willingness
to
join.
D
You
know
in
the
let's
in
a
working
scenario.
It
doesn't
happen
so
and
put
it
then
becomes
the
sub
project
of
what
it
is.
Will
the
collaboration
will
still
work
for
us.
We
still
be
benefiting,
or
there
are
some
extra
motivation
of
becoming.
This
is
a
project
for
articles.
B
B
And
also
also
I
think
right
now,
because
they
only
have
four,
basically,
four
committers
I,
don't
think
that
they'll
ever
be
able
to
grow
to
be
a
large
project
out
of
the
bat.
A
B
Oh,
you
got
an
emery
all
right
thanks
one
other.
The
last
thing
that
kind
of
had
I
didn't
really
put
on
the
agenda
is
the
xrpl
grant.
Money
has
been
moved
over
to
the
GitHub
sponsorship
program
and
folks
are
starting
to
get
their
user
IDs
set
up
on
that
front.
I'm
working
with
the
git
GitHub
sponsorship,
like
team
members,
to
make
sure
that
everything
is
set
up
correctly,
it's
a
little
weird
because
they
use
the
word
sponsor
and
sponsorship
interchangeably.
B
So
it's
hard
to
figure
out
which
point
of
view
that
you're
actually
getting
things
set
up
for
so
we
should
be
able
to
do
start
doing
payouts
here
on
our
bounties
pretty
soon.
B
B
E
B
It
does
look
like
that
and
we'll
get
some
screenshots
out
once
we
figure
out
how
to
get
everything.
Sort
of
you
know
configured
at
that
level,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
found
when
I
set
up
my
profile
is
that
they
use
stripe
for
the
handling
the
payments.
So
you
actually
have
it
GitHub
and
then
github's
connected
to
stripe
and
then
Stripes
connected
to
your
bank
account,
at
least
for
me
in
the
states.
B
I,
don't
know
if
that
was
the
same
way
for
you,
Sasha
I
know,
Arvin
had
a
couple
questions
about
stripe
as
well.
E
No
I
stopped
because
I
thought
I
was
in
the
wrong
place.
That's
why
I
wanted
to
check
with
you
because,
like
I
said,
I
thought
it
was
looking.
It
was
like
I
was
looking
for
money,
it's
one
of
my
projects,
but
okay.
If
that's
what
it
looks
like
cool,
then
I'm
going
to
carry
on
now.
I'll
just
set
up
a
strap
account,
no
worries.
Yeah.
B
So
well
and
I
haven't
figured
out
the
administration
piece
on
how
to
like
pay
people
out,
because
that's
still
a
mystery,
but
we'll
get
there
it's
moving
along.
At
least
we
got
the
money
over
into
the
right
place
and
that
we've
been
accepted
into
the
GitHub
program,
so
things
are
looking
forward.
Put
it
that
way.
B
A
B
Okay
and
like
I,
said
it's
weird
because
they
will
interchange
sponsor
and
sponsorship.
So
you
know
you
would
think
that
the
the
get
the
artillius
organization
would
be
the
sponsor,
and
you
would
get
a
you
know
they
would
be
sponsoring
contributors,
but,
like
Sasha
said
it
said
it's
actually
backwards.
E
B
Yeah,
one
of
the
things
we
had
to
do
is
get
it
off
with
the
deploy
her
books.
Otherwise,
we'd
have
to
pay
20
tax
on
it,
which
wasn't
going
to
work.
B
Why
give
the
money
to
a
government.
B
So
well
I
gotta
drop
here
because
Tracy's
starting
another
meeting
and
I
I'm
on
top
of
her
for
her
recording
anybody
have
anything
else.
Real,
quick.
