No,
they
play
hockey
since
March
and
they
probably
won't
again
until
2021,
but
even
then,
when
they
return,
are
they
actually
playing
hockey?
Is
that
a
team
that
actually
plays
hockey
nothing
even
an
NHL
team?
I
know
Toronto
is
but
are
the
Senators
an
actual
NHL
hockey
team
I,
don't
know,
that's
a
tough
one.
That's
debatable
I'm.

So
with

we

with
that.
We
have
a
an
addition
item.
I
would
like
to
ask
the
vice

to
introduce
this
is
a
verbal

from
staff

A
Thank

At
today's

on
this.
Verbal

B
Sorry
item
number
three:
is
a
zoning
bylaw
amendments,
part
of
2031,
Citroen,
Main,
Street
item
one,
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
recommend
console
approve
an
amendment
through
zoning
bylaw
2008,
two
five
zero,
a
part
of
2030
once
it's
the
Main
Street
to
rezone,
approximately
one
point:
eight:
seven
hat
of
the
land
from
rural
institutional
zone,
sub-zone,
v,
RI
v
to
rural
residential

sub-zone
to
RR

to
align
with
the

the
2015

Main

1.87

this

has
been
conveyed
in
detail.
B
In
document

the
agricultural

the

this

We

okay
carried.
Thank
you.
B
Zoning-
this
is
item
4,
but
I.
Believe
yes,
zoning,
bylaw
amendment,
part
of
38
64
upper
Dwyer,
Hill
Road,
that
the
applicant
is
another
rural
seventh
here
that
the
agricultural
rule,
a
third
committee
recommend
consul,
approve
an
amendment
to
zoning
bylaw,
2008
2,
5
0
for
part
of
38
64
upper
Dwyer,
her
role
for
the
purpose
of
rezoning,
the
land
from
agricultural

sub-zone

a

to
an
agricultural
zone,
sub-zone
585
to
prohibit
residential
uses
on
the
retained
farmland
as
detail
in
document
view.
Again,
that's
a
surplus
fund
and
I
can
do.
B
The
agricultural
affair
committee
approved
the
consultation
details.
Section
of
this
report
be
included
as
part
of
the
brief

in

of

of

the

on
the

Okay,
thank
you.
B
B
Thank
you
very
much,
mr.
Hume.
So
on
the
item
item
five
K
yeah.
Thank
you
item
number
six.
Zoning
bylaw
amendment
part
of
2975
habits
in
road
or
in
reader,
goober
I.
Remember
one
that
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
recommend
canceled
approve
an
amendment
to
zoning
bylaw
2008,
two:
five:
zero
for
part
of
2975
Howard,
Harbison
Road
for
the
purpose
of
release
the
land
from
agricultural
zone
8g
to
agricultural
zone;
sub-zone
585,
the
perhaps
residential
use
under
retaining
farmland.
B
As
detailing
document
to
item
to
that,
the
cultural
Rural
Affairs
Committee
approved
the
consultation
details
section
of
this
report.
We
included
as
part
of
the
brief
explanation
and
in
the
summary
of
written
and
oral
public
submission
to
be
prepared
by
the
office
of
the
city
clerk
and
submitted
to
Council.
In
the
report
title
on
the
item
we
don't
have,
we
don't
have
anyone.
Scientist
speak
on
the
iPhone,
okay.
Okay.
B
D
A
B
Item
number
eight:
is
this
country,
hello,
state
branch,
Cassidy
municipal
drain,
appointment
of
Engineers?
That's
an
Oscar
board
that
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
recommend
that
Council
of
Fort
mr.
Adam
O'connor
pienty
of
McIntosh
Perry
consulting
engineers,
limited
at
the
engineer
of
record,
to
prepare
a
report
under
Section
8
1
of
the
drainage
act
in
response
to
a
petition
receive
under
Section
4
of
the
drainage
app
and
described
in
this
report.
B
C
Its
mr.
chair,
it's
basically
an
extension
of
a
previous
appointment
and
it's
two
for
counselor
jerusalem's
to
include
bringing
country
Hill
estates
counselor
into
the
watershed,
so
that
they
have
a
proper,
oh.
But
it's
never
really
had
a
proper
outlet.
And
so
the
intent
is
just
to
bring
country
Hill
estates
into
the
into
the
watershed
of
the
Cassidy
dream.
On.
B
The
item?
Okay.
Thank
you
very
much.
Mr.
Ryan.
Thank
you
item
number
three
commandment.
That
name
is
Betty
brought
tobik
courts
and
that's
in
Cumberland
worth
that
the
agricultural
rule
Affairs
Committee,
recommends
Council
approved
the
proposed
to
name
the
tennis
court
at
wolfred,
murdered
four
one,
one,
one:
five
Dunnan
road,
the
very
avant
Robert
courts
on
the
item.
We
didn't
receive
any
library
as
number
them
and
staff
Clerk.
Everyone
seems
in
support
of
those.
So
item
number
9,
K,
okay,.
A
B
Hey
item
number
10
commemorative
name
and
proposal,
great
half
tree
nursery
and
that's
indeed
Oh
goober,
and
that
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
at
a
command
Council
approved
the
proposed
to
name
the
city's
tree
nursery
located
at
3478.
Moody
drive
the
creek
half
tree
nursery
on
the
item.
Kerry
Kerry.
A
B
You
item
number
11,
amountof
name
a
proposal,
david
arkin
tree
recreation
area.
That's
in
Google,
Reader,
Google
that
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
recommends
all
approve
the
proposal
to
name
that
a
creation
area
with
in
Centennial
Park,
located
at
5570
to
dr.
Lee,
dr.
Lee,
drive
the
David
on
field
recreation
area
and
the
item.
Kerry
area.
A
B
You
item
number
12,
that's
an
Oscar
dwarf.
Remember
that
name
a
proposal:
luigi
kappa
rally,
walkway.
I
hope
I
pronounced
it
right
choice
that
they
agreed
that
the
agriculture
of
rural
affairs
committee,
the
comment
console,
approved
the
proposal
to
name
the
pathway
link
connecting
longshadow
street
and
meadow
shire
way
deli
week.
B
G
kappa
rally
walkway
on
the
item,
8
item
13
thermometers,
namely
proposal
the
Queen
family
bridge
and
that's
an
Oscar
Oscar
world
that
the
Agriculture
and
Rural
Affairs
Committee
recommend
console
approved
the
proposal
to
name
the
bridge
on
on
modern
neverold,
live
Marvel,
Ville
grown
between
line
line
throat
and
your
corner
throat.
Then
the
Queen
family
and
a
human
family
bridge
on
the
item
get.
E
B
Now
we
have
no
in
camera
item,
we
have
information
previously
Earth
a
planet
of
subdivision
and
plan
of
condominium,
31:19
cart,
Road
public
meeting
that
was
withdraw
for
the
next
council
meeting
and
next
council
meeting.
It's
going
to
be
a
Thursday
July
8th.
Is
that
correct
mark
you
have
it
here:
July,
2nd,
but
I
think
July
ends.
A
B
D
Good
morning,
everybody
good
morning
councillors
just
a
brief
presentation
and
an
update
on
some
of
the
world
tourism
campaign
and
initiatives
that
we
were
looking
to
undertake
in
the
next
few
months.
You
could
go
to
the
next
slide
mark,
so
just
a
bit
of
background
at
context
as
the
why
I'm
presenting
to
you
today.
As
you
know,
the
rural
economic
development
strategy
and
action
plan
was
a
committee
in
March
and
then
by
council
in
April,
and
one
of
the
strategic
priority
areas
of
this
strategy
was
world
tourism
and
supporting
an
advancing
world
tourism.
D
Of
course,
we
know
that
the
tourism
industry
has
been
one
of
the
hardest
hit
industries
by
the
kovat
19
pandemic,
along
with
our
local
retail
stores
and
restaurants.
So
the
mayor's
economic
partners
task
force
and
the
economic
recovery
task
team,
under
the
leadership
of
Steve
Willis
we've
been
working
hard
to
implement
a
number
of
measures
and
initiatives
to
support
these
industries,
and
so
rural
tourism
input
in
particular,
a
rural
tourism
campaign
supports
very
well
the
objectives
of
the
economic
recovery
task,
game
and
America's
partners
task
force.
A
D
Ottawa,
so
we're
going
to
be
launching
the
campaign
in
two
phases.
The
first
phase
is
really
to
get
residents.
Thinking
about
the
rural
experience.
Of
course,
people
have
been
cooped
up
in
their
house
for
the
past
few
months,
getting
a
little
bit
of
cabin
fever,
so
getting
people
to
think
what
experiences
and
what
they
could
do
in
the
rural
area
and
really
really
look
at
traveling
in
their
own
backyard
and
then,
of
course,
highlighting
some
of
the
cycling
routes.
D
We
have
the
second
phase
and
that
will
align
with
when
the
province
starts,
to
open
more
businesses,
perhaps
restaurant
patios
and
eventually
restaurants,
where
we
looking
at
actively
encouraging
residents
to
get
out
and
explore
the
rural
areas
again
in
a
safe
way
and
we'd
be
looking
at
providing
some
sample
itineraries
and
then,
of
course,
encouraging
residents,
while
they're
out
to
do
shop
chop
local
and
support
with
some
of
the
businesses
in
our
rural
areas.
So
there
will
be
a
few
components
to
this
campaign.
D
There
will
also
be
a
contest,
it'll
be
a
photo
contest
for
all
the
rural
awards
and
then,
of
course,
we
will
have
content
that
will
be
shared
through
all
our
social
media
channels
and
the
social
media
channels
of
Ottawa
tourism
and
then
a
landing
page
as
well
with
the
rest
of
the
target
audience
again,
as
I
said,
very
hyper
local,
so
really
looking
at
getting
our
own
residents
and
the
read
of
the
residents
of
that
know.
Out
and
exploring
the
rural
areas
will
also
be
targeted
in
in
in
our
in
our
approach.
D
So
looking
at
those
who
are
interested
in
acts
of
lifestyle
cycling,
those
who
support
shop,
local,
getting
the
message
out
to
them
and
this
campaign
is
really
part
of
a
broader
Ottawa
tourism
strategy.
So
they
Ottawa
tourism
will
be
looking,
obviously
to
attract
tourism
to
Ottawa,
not
just
by
locals,
but
but
but
outside
of
the
city,
as
tourism
starts
to
return
and,
of
course,
looking
eventually
to
fill
Hotel
nights
with
markets
outside
of
Ottawa.
D
So,
in
terms
of
the
content
that
we'll
be
looking
at
for
the
campaign
will
be
having
individual
content
for
each
of
the
rural
wards
and
we'll
be
highlighting
information
around
local
points
of
interest.
So,
as
you
can
see
here,
highlighting
things
to
do
some
suggested.
Itineraries
and
local
business
highlights
again
disliking
routes
and
then
other
points
of
interest
and
as
I
as
our
the
last
slide
and
next
steps.
What
we're
working
right
now
to
develop
the
content
and
then
to
finalize
the
content.
D
The
first
phase,
as
I
mentioned
earlier
in
the
presentation
it
really
that
exploratory
get
people
thinking
to
go
out
to
the
rural
area,
we're
looking
to
launch
that
new
gym
and
then
the
second
phase.
Of
course,
we
wouldn't
launch
that
until
the
province
gets
into
the
next
phase
of
reopening
the
economy-
and
we
see
the
opening
patios
and
maybe
restaurants
and
other
retail
stores
and,
of
course,
again,
encouraging
people
to
get
out
and
support
businesses
in
Safeway.
D
B
E
Thank
You
mr.
chair,
and
thank
you
for
this
presentation
out.
I
just
wondering,
are
you
be?
Are
you
gonna
be
able
to
reach
to
each
councillor,
so
we
can
smooth
this
discussion
over
our
internal
because
I
know
like
an
as
good
word
for
anything.
We
have
the
really
loop
it's
connected
to
at
the
multi-use
path
way
we
connect
to
councillor
Moffitt
to
the
west,
and
then
we
go
all
the
way
to
the
south.
D
C
Thanks
Sheila
just
to
build
on
what
councillor
de
Roos
was
saying.
We
also
had
a
meeting
recently
with
with
our
friends
and
neighbors
in
the
South
in
North,
Grendel
and
they're,
working
on
some
connectivity
to
Ottawa
they'd
like
to
see
some
continuity
to
Ottawa
in
that
rail
that
rail
line,
that
is
now
our
özkan
multi-use
path,
way
that
the
Doug
Thompson
multi-use
pathway
and
how
that
connects
through
through
the
village
of
Osgood
I
think
we're
we're
not
that
far
at
the
south
end
of
controlled
from
where
it
actually
hits
North
Granville.
C
D
A
C
B
E
Thank
you,
Sheila
councillor,
Moffat
is
correctly
right,
I
thought
he
missed
a
point
and
we
have
Lily
because
only
back
in
2011,
the
city
invested,
so
much
money
and
27-kilometer
of
that
pathway,
and
only
the
small
fraction
left
and
I
think
it's
four
or
five
kilometre
I'm
not
mistaken,
but
that
connectivity
will
put
us
right
all
the
way
to
cancel.
So
it
also
gave
our
neighboring
community
I.
Will
our
community
and
our
local
maven
community
to
be
able
to
connect?
B
You
so
much
any
other
question
for
our
staff
for
sure
see
now.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
presentation
and
folks
mark
unless
I
forget
something
that
not
can
we
receive
this
item
from
and
