A
Yeah
so
they'll
be
coming
back
with,
hopefully
the
final
report
on
their
inventory
project
so
it'll
be
this
fall,
they
will
be
notified
and
that
will
be
the
bulk
of
all
the
the
deferred
words
that
do
the
flooding
as
well
as
anyone
that
was
specifically
identified
to
last
meeting.
So
I,
don't
know
if
a
dates
from
this
up
I
think
we're
targeting
November.
C
Thank
You
mr.
chair,
this
is
about
Magee
house
I
just
wanted
to
know
if
I
understand
that
the
property
owner
had
until
the
2nd
of
August
I
believe
the
last
time
the
city
notified
him
about
making
taking
action
on
the
property
and
I
was
just
wondering
if
you
could
provide
without
going
into
a
great
deal
of
detail.
But
if
there
was
an
opportunity
for
a
brief
update.
A
B
C
Thank
you.
Mr.
chair,
the
motion
reads:
be
it
resolved
that
the
bill
turded
subcommittee
suspend
the
rules
of
procedure
to
receive
an
oral
update
from
staff
with
respect
to
the
William
Street
fire
site
and
a
dispense
with
the
requirement
for
staff
to
provide
a
separate
written
report
on
this
update
so
that
the
committee
may
receive
timely
information
on
this
matter?
Is.
A
Is
just
a
really
a
brief
verbal
update
for
everyone,
so
that
there's
no
surprises
when
you
start
to
see
some
work
on
the
site.
Sally
coots
is
the
heritage
planner
carrying
this
file,
but
she's
away
on
vacations.
All
do
my
best
committee
probably
all
recall
the
fire
back
last
April,
which
damaged
a
lot
of
the
properties
on
William
Street
there.
The
properties
have
been
stabilized
a
certain
degree,
and
we've
been
working
with
the
proponents
to
try
to
rectify
the
situation.
A
There's
there's
been
orders
issued
about
remedy
in
an
unsafe
building,
and
so
the
proponents
have
applied
for
building
permits
to
demolish
the
unsafe
portions
as
well
as
heritage
permits,
because
they
have
to
because
they're
in
an
HCD
we
were
able
to
issue
under
delegated
authority
a
demo
permit
for
those
unsafe
portions.
Only
so
35,
37,
41
and
40
one
and
a
half
William
are
all
the
ones
that
are
very
much
affected.
So
that's
from
Victoria
trattoria
and
then
heading
south
those
four
tendencies.
A
The
good
news
is
that
35,
37
and
41,
the
facades
of
all
those
buildings,
are
going
to
be
retained
and
restored
through
the
process,
as
well
as
a
2
n
stone
walls
on
either
end
of
that
row.
41
and
a
half
which
is
the
newest
building.
The
less
least
heritage.
From
that
perspective
is
needed
to
actually
access
the
site
to
be
able
to
remove
all
the
the
fire
damaged
components,
so
that
will
have
to
come
down,
but
the
bricks
and
materials
are
going
to
be
saved
and
if
possible,
restored
and
the
new
development.
A
So
the
owners
are
in
discussion
right
now
with
the
city
about
rebuilding
there.
They're
working
with
the
number
of
departments
and
the
plan
would
be
hopefully
in
the
coming
months.
There'll
be
an
application
to
rebuild
in
this
HCD
before
this
committee.
They'll
also
require
possibly
variances
and
a
site
plan
control
and
possibly
minor
rezoning
if
they
want
to
put
in
additions
on
the
top
of
the
buildings.
So
but
that's
really
the
status
of
where
it's
at,
but
it's
the
coming
months
when
you'll
actually
see
applications
before
you.
D
A
A
B
Okay,
thank
you
to
staff.
There
was
one
planning
circulation
on
the
agenda
for
73
to
77
geeks
Avenue.
It
was
distributed
to
the
members
of
this
committee
in
June.
Excuse
me,
because
the
deadline
for
comment
was
before
this
meeting
and
a
related
heritage.
Application
is
anticipated
to
come
to
built
heritage
at
a
later
meeting,
so
any
other
business
before
we
adjourn
all
right,
we
are
adjourned.
Sorry
on
adjournment.
Is
the
motion
carried
Kerry?
Thank
you.
Our
next
meeting
is
September
10th
and
I'll.
Note.
The
change
in
start
time
will
be
1
o'clock
p.m.
