Thank
you
for
this
opportunity.
I
understand
it's
a
slight
deviation
from
the
rules
of
procedure,
so
I
appreciate
that
at
this
time,
I
don't
represent
anyone
like
any
of
the
named
delegates
or
anything
like
that.
I'm
just
here
representing
my
view
and
the
public
interest
as
a
whole
in
my
interpretation
of
it
on
regards
to,
if
the
alleged
or
apparent
over
contributions
should
be
referred
further
in
your
decision.
