A
Artim
eating
almost
continue
the
meeting
rather
steve
a
presentation
from
the
city
solicitor
regarding
the
strategic,
collective
bargaining
mandate
for
negotiations.
These
matters
will
not
be
reported
out
as
they
relate
to
labor
relations,
and/or,
employee
negotiations
and
advice
that
is
subject
to
solicitor
client
privilege.
There
were
no
votes
taken
during
the
in-camera
session
other
than
to
give
directions
to
staff
or
to
deal
with
procedural
matters,
write
notices,
a
motion
for
consideration,
a
subsequent
meeting
inquiries,
I've.
Just
one
quick
comment
and
I
know
we
have
other
people
that
have
an
inquiry.
A
I
want
to
take
a
moment
to
recognize
the
exceptional
men's
basketball
team
at
Carleton
University
for
winning
their
15th
national
men's
championship
on
Sunday.
It's
a
thrilling
weekend.
A
basketball
at
TD
place
I'm
very
proud
that
the
wp
Magee
trophy
will
remain
in
Ottawa
for
another
year,
council
will
be
invited
to
recognize
the
carlton
ravens
at
a
separate
event,
and
I
look
forward
to
hosting
the
ravens
for
a
breakfast
in
the
coming
week.
So
congratulations
to
the
ravens
councillor
egg
lie
with
inquiry.
Please.
B
Thank
You
mr.
mayor,
so
my
inquiry
has
to
do
with
the
LRT
winter
and
cold
conditions.
Testing
city
councils
in
foreign
runs
several
occasions
by
senior
staff
that
the
trains
currently
in
use
on
the
LRT
system
were
winter
and
cold
condition
tested
at
the
NRC
laboratories.
Further
councils
left
the
impression
that
the
testing
had
gone
well
and
that
the
repository
salts
regarding
winter
performance,
however,
the
trains
have
experienced
numerous
challenges
in
winter
conditions.
B
C
Thank
you
very
much.
This
is
just
an
opportunity
to
to
thank
city
staff
who
worked
with
me
on
the
weekend
with
hydro
Ottawa
power
outage
in
bay
ward.
It
was
fairly
significant
with
being
almost
24
hours,
and
a
lot
of
people
were
very
concerned.
I
think
there's
an
opportunity
to
review
our
policies
on
this,
because
one
of
the
biggest
problems
we
had
was
people
stuck
in
apartment
buildings
with
no
elevator
and
no
emergency
lighting.
C
So
this
is
something
that
we
should
look
at
as
a
city
in
terms
of
the
security
of
our
citizens,
but
overall
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
the
staff
that
were
involved.
They
worked
quickly
and
on
a
situation
that
was
only
supposed
to
last
a
few
hours
and
then
ended
up
being
almost
24,
and
we
got
a
warming
Center
center
set
up
quickly
and
people
were
looked
after
as
much
as
possible.
Thank
you.
Thank.
