Members of Philadelphia City Council welcome Mayor Peter Feldmann and Chairman Stephan Siegler of Frankfurt, German to Council on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Council presented the German guests with a citation recognizing the new sister city relationship between Philadelphia and Frankfurt.
