Tara
girls,
calendar
Thank,
You
counsel,
present
just
want
to
take
this
opportunity
to
call
to
everyone's
attention
the
handout
that's
on
our
desk,
because
I
think
we
need
to
pay
attention
to
these
costs,
and
you
know
what
I'm
going
to
speak
to,
and
that
is
that
in
this
handout,
the
second
page
I'm
addressing
the
Illinois
built
in
particular
addressing
a
course
in
general
in
this
handout.
It
clearly
shows
that
for
every
dollar
of
wages
we
pay
in
the
city.
A
We
pay
eighty-seven
percent
in
fringe
benefits
and
thirty-seven
percent
in
indirect
costs,
so
to
break
it
down
for
every
dollar
of
wages,
we're
paying
a
dollar
24.
In
addition
for
every
fifty
thousand
dollar
job,
we
hire
we're
adding
sixty-two
thousand
dollars,
it's
112,000,
that's
not
healthy.
The
private
sector
is
31
to
32
percent,
we're
one
hundred
twenty
four
percent.
That
is,
we
are
doomed.
If
we
go
down
this
path.
When
you
look
at
the
five-year
plan,
as
we
pointed
out
the
other
day,
I
believe
we
get
just
in
the
fringe
benefits
were
at
ninety-one
percent.
