According
to
the

published
in

they
issued
a

stating

I
like
to
take
a
moment
to
underscore
the
importance
of
this
issue
and
to
acknowledge
a
broad
coalition
working
on
it.
Mandatory
minimums
leave
directly
to
mass
incarceration
the
evidence
that
it,
that
is,
they
are
not
only
to
fail
to
enhance
Public
Safety.

They
also
undermining

many
too
many

and
too
many
taxpayer

are
wasted
upon

was
something

I
want
to
take
a
moment
to

acknowledge
my

also
chairman
of
the
criminal

committee,
who
has
been
a
tireless
voice
for
criminal
justice
reform
here
in
Philadelphia
and
across
the
state.
C
When
also
acknowledge

also

with
me,
mass
incarceration,
a
central
focus,
not
only
the
council
body,
would
also
admit
the
administration
and
has
already
achieved
significant
reductions
in
Philadelphia's
prison
population.
Finally,
to
all
the
advocates,
those
who
are
more
important,
who
are
the
boots
on
the
ground,
advocating
on
fighting
to
address
this
issue,
who
wake
up
every
day
to
push
the
ball
for
on
criminal
justice,
justice
reform?
