All
of
them
were
unique.
Some
of
them
have
become
doctors,
lawyers,
Wall,
Street
bankers,
teachers,
auditors,
laborers,
moms
and
dads.
Some
of
them
even
got
married
because
they
met
in
City,
Hall,
proced,
Rana
I
know
you're
in
here
they
met
in
our
office,
but
mr.
Woodard
was
different.
He
was
new
every
now
and
then
you
see
something
in
that
person
as
soon
as
they
came
through
the
door.
B
We
knew
he
was
there
because
he
was
like
a
cup
of
coffee
early
in
the
morning
and
he
was
here
he
was
anxious
to
be
a
part
of
going
to
different
offices.
You
may
have
seen
him
deliver
stuff
to
you
or
pass
him
in
the
hallway.
He
almost
skipped
the
work
and
we
knew
he
was
destined
for
great
things,
so
we're
here
and
happy
and
my
staff
is
here
because
they
had
an
opportunity
he
would
come
in
so
enthusiastic.
B
We
had
to
calm
him
that
we
would
say
Michael,
calm
him
down
and
and
get
him
going,
but
nothing
could
stop
his
enthusiasm.
His
enthusiasm
was
contagious.
He
went
on
to
prove
himself
in
the
American
Idol
competition
and
every
week
we
were
glued
to
our
television
sets.
We
only
voted
once
we
only
vote
it
once,
but
he
got
his
votes
to
make
it
to
top
five,
and
so
we
are
very
proud
of
him
today
and
we're
here
to
recognize
him
and
his
accomplishments
as
a
Philadelphian.

J
Yeah
well,
first
I
want
to
give
and
under
the
God
my
Lord
and
Savior
Jesus
Christ
and
then
I
want
to
thank
the
women
up
here
in
my
life
you
know
the
women
of
the
rock
they
always
hold
it
down.
So
this
is
my
mom
Wanda

This
is
my
grandma
Woody
Martin
Miss
Mary,
who
came
to
join
us
today
as
well.
A
close
family
friend
and
then
I
want
to
thank
councilman.
J
Curtis
Jones
would
be
so
instrumental
in
my
life,
not
just
you
know,
walking
into
being
in
turn
in
his
office,
but
even
now.
Thank
you
so
much
for
not
you
know,
I'm
forgetting
and
still
continuing
to
be
such
an
instrumental
piece
in
my
life.
Thank
you
so
much
oh,
and
to
the
staff-
oh
my
god,
Smith
the
leader
of
this
Michelle
Samantha,
oh
my
gosh
and
everybody
else
that
works
in
his
office.
It's
been
amazing.
It's
been
an
amazing
journey.
J
I
just
want
to
say
that
anybody
who's
listening
or
if
we
have
any
young
people
in
the
room.
Don't
let
anybody
limit?
You
know
what
you
think
you
can
do.
You
know
what
I'm
saying
not.
Everybody
is
born
to
be
dreamers.
You
know
my
dream,
definitely
spans
beyond
American
Idol,
even
though
it
has
been
an
amazing
part
of
my
life.
I'm.
Definitely
not
done
yet.
There's
no
dream
too
big.
The
sky
is
not
the
limit.
J
You
can
go
farther
than
that
and
that's
what
I
believe
and
that's
what
I
live
by
so
keep
following
your
dreams,
keep
chasing
your
dreams
and
don't
let
anybody
tell
you
what
you
can't
and
can
do
yes
well
I'm
saying
at
the
the
Christmas
lighting
last
night
in
the
cold,
very
cold,
but
I
will
try
my
best
today,
let's
see
if
my
vocals
recovered
all
right,
just
a
couple
lyrics:
okay,
if.
