The Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 7, 2018 to hear testimony on the following items:

180367 An Ordinance amending Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Vacant and Surplus Properties," to allow property dispositions by the Philadelphia Land Bank; all under certain terms and conditions.

180453 An Ordinance authorizing the Procurement Commissioner and the Free Library of Philadelphia, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement to lease from the Philadelphia Municipal Authority personal computers and associated equipment, and receive related maintenance and other services, for the use of the Free Library of Philadelphia; all under certain terms and conditions.

180455 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with Why Partners, L.P., for use by the City of a portion of the premises located at 1425 Arch Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

180456 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon, located in and about the area bounded by West Huntingdon Street, North 31st Street, West York Street and North Napa Street, under certain terms and conditions.

180462 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an amendment to sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for the use by the City of premises located at 1101 Market Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

180508 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon, located in and about the area bounded by the Schuylkill River, The Schuylkill River Trail, Hagys Mill Road and Port Royal Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
