our
facility
will
provide
underserved
people
with
the
passport

poverty

prosperity.

intent
to
build
a
state-of-the-art
60,000
square
foot
facility
that
will
function
as
the
primary
training
and
apprenticeship
for
our
65,000

hundred
members.

we
are
partnered
with
the
community
and
the
prestigious
Temple
University
to
help
the
broader
community
to
improve
their
skills
in
reading
and
math
to
better
prepare
them
for
successful
acceptance
into
the
building
trades,
apprenticeship
programs.

leverage
our
expertise
and
relationships
in
the
union
construction
industry
to
prepare
these.
Ladies
and
gentlemen

successful
careers
in
the
building
trades,
we
will
work
with
the
neighboring
community
groups
to
specifically
recruit
from
the
adjacent
zip
codes,
which
includes
for
PHA
housing
developments
and
several
lower
income
apartment
complexes.

totally
compatible
with

goals

City
Council.

guys
negotiated
and
signed
an
historic
memorandum
of
understanding
with
the
mayor's
office
and
Philadelphia
Building
Trades
to
ensure

construction
workforce
reflect

diversity
of
our
city,
that
is
why
we,

we
want,
and
we
put
our
money
where
our
mouth
is
by
dedicating
twenty
four
million
dollars
to
this
construction
project
and
also
the
implementation
of
programs
necessary
to
achieve
success.

your
support

vital

make
this
vision

reality

behalf
of
our
6,500
members.

managers

don't

managers

walk

through
getting
your
license.

your
credit

it
takes

make

successful
career

build

build

system
is

the
