March 24, 2015: The Rules Committee held a public hearing to discuss and accept testimony on the following items:

150056: An Ordinance amending Subcode "A" of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Administrative Code," by amending Chapter 3, entitled "Permits"; and Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by amending Chapter 9-200, entitled "Commercial Activities on Streets," to add an exemption, add definitions and provide for the use and regulation of mobile food vendors in certain areas, all under certain terms and conditions.

150091: An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by creating an overlay district entitled "/WWA West Washington Avenue Overlay," to include certain areas of land within the vicinity of West Washington Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.

150124: An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Kensington Avenue, Letterly Street, Jasper Street, and Hagert Street.

150145: An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Street, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street. Further to approve the Master Plan for Temple University by adding the site bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street; and the site bounded by Broad Street, Master Street, Thirteenth Street, Girard Avenue, Watts Street, and Thompson Street; to their Institutional (Special Purpose) District and approving various construction projects.

150168: An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions relating to IRMX, Industrial Residential Mixed Use district.

150170: An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising requirements for accessory signs, located within the area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue and Mifflin Street, under certain terms and conditions.
