these
bills
are
part
of
the
Westmoreland
Street
pedestrian
bridge
removal
project.
That's
scheduled
for
construction
in
early
2018,
the
existing
deliberated
pedestrian
bridge
structure
will
be
replaced
with
the
new
roadway
and
sidewalks,
along
with
street
lighting,
as
Westmoreland
Street
becomes
continuous
between
third
Street
and
5th
Street.
The
actions
described
in
both
ordinances
are
required
in
order
to
provide
consistent
streets,
directionality
and
optimal
traffic
circulation
in
the
area.
