Feb. 20, 2014 - Council members Jim Kenney, Bill Greenlee, Brian O'Neill and Mark Squilla presented a resolution to the St. Joseph's Preparatory School's varsity football Hawks congratulating them on winning the PIAA Class AAAA (large school) state championship.

college
high
school
3220.
It
can

League
for

championship
and

Saturday

2013.
The
Hawks
took
down
the
pioneers
from
Frankfort
high
school
by
a
score
of
10
to
seven,
giving
st.
Joe's
prep
its
first
football
city
title
since
a
series
was
restarted
in
2008
and
st.
B
Joe's
prep
advanced
to
the
4a
state
championship
game
where
they
soundly
defeated:
the
Vikings
of
Pittsburgh
Central
Catholic
by
score
of
35
to
10
in
snowy
conditions
on
Saturday
December,
14
2013
at
Hersheypark
Stadium,
the
prep
trailed
10
7
at
half
time
before
reeling
off
28
unanswered
points
in
the
second
half
to
secure
their
first
4a
state
championship.
Whereas
the
st.
Joe's
prep
coach,
Gabe
Infante,
was
named
the
coach
of
the
year
by
the
Philadelphia
Daily
News
and
the
Pennsylvania
football
writers
association
for
division
for
a
and
then.

know
the
prep
guys
always
wanted.
Another
person
had
a
hard
time
reading
coming
up
here,
but
the
last
time
we
did
this
councilman
Kenny
had
a
hard
time
with
Championships,
so
I'm
glad
to
see
now
that
the
prep
was
able
to
do
that.
So
congratulate
and
wear
as
quarterback
chris
martin
was
named,
the
inquirer
and
Daily
News
player
of
the
year.
Eight
members
of
st.
C
Joe's
prep
team
were
named
to
the
inquirer
all
southeastern
PA
team,
including
Martin,
offensive
lineman,
John,
Daniel
Runyan
and
defensive
back
John
Reed,
who
were
all
made
to
the
first
team
and
also
three
members
from
my
neighborhood
Deborah,
one
st.
Joe's,
prep
team,
Eddie,
Mooney,
Edward
mentor
and
Joe
Dumont
just
wanted
to
throw
them
out
there.

sentiments

this
legislative
body.

eastern
Pennsylvania,

this
is
the
southeastern
part
of
the
state.
