From YouTube: ROS 2 Security Working Group August 10 2021
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
B
A
Yeah
so
so
we
lost
sid
from
the
group
about
was
about
a
month
ago
or
so
and
just
you
know
natural
job
progression.
He
has
a
very
deep
security
engineering
background
and
he
found
a
consulting
opportunity
near
him,
and
it
was
just
time
for
him
to
move
on
prior
to
that
kyle.
You
know
he
was
managing
the
group
for
a
bit
same
thing
startup
and
he
decided
to
you
know,
take
his
his
skills
elsewhere,
so
so
yeah
we're
definitely
backfilling
those
positions.
A
If
you
know
anybody,
we've
got
job
postings
out
there
and
a
lot
of
great
candidates
coming
through
the
pipe
and
we're
absolutely
committed
to
backfilling
those
and
extending
the
team
as
well.
B
I'm
not
certain
that
I
am
able
to
recommend
anybody
to
the
positions
mostly
because
I'm
not
sure
how
that
would
work
for
us.
I'm
dcs,
representing
gvsc,
and
so
me
recommending
someone
over
to
your
company
could
be
construed
as
the
government
picking
sides
over
other
companies
and
that's
a
very,
very
thorny
hill,
to
get
stuck
in
understood.
A
Yeah,
I
understood
just
you
know,
that's
just
more
of
a
general
comment
to
anybody
on
the
call.
Yeah
certainly
understand
that
I
I
came
from
you
know
many
many
years
working
with
the
department
of
defense
and
yeah.
You
certainly
do
not
want
to
cross
certain
certain
bridges
like
that,
so
but
yeah.
A
Certainly,
we
are
committed
here
canonical
to
to
grow
this
team
backfill
those
positions
and
you
know,
jeremy's
doing
an
outstanding
job
with
with
the
rest
of
the
team
interviewing,
and
you
know
trying
to
try
to
build
up
our
capabilities
and
and
beyond.
A
Jeremy,
you
had
a
few
things
on
the
agenda.
Do
you
want
to
kind
of
step
through
those.
C
C
If
anyone
has
anything
to
say
about
that
or
you
could
directly
comment
on
the
on
the
request,
if
not
that's
gonna
be
merged.
By
today,
we
had
a
proposal
from
victor
mayoral
to
present
their
latest
work
on
robotics
see
their
security.
Unfortunately,
he
had
another
arrangement
for
today,
so
that's
possible
to
the
next
meeting.
C
So
I
was
hoping
that
maybe
cali
or
iger-
but
I
don't
think
he's
here-
could
give
us
an
update
on
the
work
they've
been
doing
on
pkcs
11
integration
in
fast
dds
rush,
2.
yeah,
you
know
that's
a
bit
of
a
short
notice,
but
we
don't
have
to
to
go
too
deep
into
the.
D
Yeah
yeah
thanks
yeah,
no
much
updates.
It
was
holy
holiday
period
here
in
in
finland
as
well.
So
I
was
also
gone
for
a
month,
but
we
did
have
a
have
a
call
with
iprasima
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
and
now
they
have
started
their
holiday
period,
but
but
they
have
started
the
implementation.
D
So,
according
to
the
design
and
the
plan
that
we
presented
at
some
point
in
late
june,
they
have
started
the
implementation
for
the
fast
dds
so
because
11
will
be
added
there
and
the
timeline
is
is
by
the
end
of
this
year.
Roughly
so
so
we
will
have
some
sync
up
call
in
a
next
weeks
with
them
again
see
where
it's
going
but
yeah
for
the
for
the
technical
side.
I
think
icker
would
be
better
to
actually
comment,
but
if
you
remember
that
the
presentation
from
chu
and
the
idea
is
that.
D
D
It's
going
to
be
used
as
a
middle
bear
and,
and
then
so,
basically
the
thing
for
astros.
I
hear
myself
as
an
echo
by
the
way
I
don't
know
if
somebody
could
maybe
mute
it's
hard
to
talk
thanks
so
yeah
for
for
sros.
This
means
basically
that
this
big
s11
uri
is
be
given
there
in
the
configuration
files
as
the
key
name.
D
I
think
that's
pretty
much
it
so
so
the
reference
implementation
is
going
to
be
done
against
the
soft
hsm,
which
is
open,
source,
mockup
hsm,
and
the
idea
is
to
get
this
working
with
that
and
once
once
done.
Hopefully
we
could
try
some
other
relay
systems
as
well,
but
but
the
idea
and
the
whole
beauty
of
bks11
is
that
it
makes
the
back
end
replaceable.
So
if
we
get
it
working
with
soft
hsm
and
this
big
ss11
library,
then
there
is
no
reason
why
it
wouldn't
work
with
commercial
light
ssms
as
well.
C
Right,
I've
been
looking
probably
in
the
wrong
place
for
a
design
document,
and
I
couldn't
find
any.
Can
you
point
me
to
to
such
document
if
it
exists,
if
it's
public.
D
Yeah
this
was
the
site
slide
deck.
That
iker
did
so
he
has
it
like
in
youtube.
There
is
definitely
a
recording
and
I
think,
my
slides
from
the
original
presentation
before
ibrasima
was
involved.
I
sent
to
see
it,
but
this
is.
This
is
not
actually
the
the
presentation,
that's
it
that
I
created.
So
I
think
we
need
to
wait
for
him
to
come
back.
Look
at
the
but
slice
the
meanwhile
I
mean.
If
you
want
to
have
a
glance
you
can
check
the
youtube,
recording
and
yeah.
I
will.
D
D
Okay,
yeah,
we
need
to.
We
need
to
check.
I
I
obviously
the
one
that
we
presented
is
public,
because
it's
it's
it's
there
in
youtube
and
everywhere.
So
that's
gonna
be
shared
yeah.
A
Going
once
going
twice,
hey
look
at
that
someone,
jordan.
Does
everyone
have
access
to
the
agenda
document.
A
B
A
Okay,
well,
if
there's
nothing
else,
certainly
would
appreciate
some
extra
time
to
work
on
stuff.
I'm
sure
you
all
would
too
so
anything
else.
Anybody
last
chance.
D
All
right
quickly,
before
we
finish
when
once
icare
is
back
and
and
we
get
full
speed
on
this
big
s11
development.
Maybe
we
could
start
discussing
a
little
bit
about
this
implementation
on
the
esros
side,
we
also
have
some
like
one
developer
on
our
end
at
unikey,
who
could
be
interested
also
to
help
on
that
that
record,
but
it's
a
topic
for
the
autumn
so
but
just
wanted
to
give
a
heads
up
that
we
should
totally
look
into
that
as
well,
so
that,
as
esros
integrates
with
this
new
feature,.
