board

great
amount

experience
as
far

working

hiring

thinking,
miss
hales
and
some
other
people.

you
know
when
it
when
it
comes
your
turn,
you

If
you
have
experience
in
this,
you
know
I
please
you
know,
make
sure
that
you,
you
know,
give
your
honest
opinion
because
I'll
be
looking
to
you
all.

not
impressed

most

them

consider

discounted

chose

this
goes
back
to
to
to
education
and
some
of
his
work
history

then
the
other
two
I
saw
was
monica
kessel
against
the
same
principal
education,
work
history
and
then
this
one
cut
off
at
the
top.
I
can't
really
I'm
not
sure
what
their
name
is.

middle
name
looks
like
to
be
lynn,
but
maybe
maybe
the
deputy
could
chime
in
if
she
has
that
full
name,
but
again
their
education
and
work
history.
But
in
my
opinion
you
know
if
I
had
to
pick
my
top
four
blair
henderson's,
the
only
one
that's
fully
qualified
in
my
opinion.
So
again,
I
was
a
little
disappointed
in
some
of
the
these
applications,
which
is
out
of
the
city's
control,
oftentimes
and
hiring.

when

and
then

it
takes
more
rounds
or

more

those
are
my
top

people
on

in
order

my
overall
impression.

dealt
with
internal
auditors
before
just
when

I'm
not
target

get
it
down

three

in
a

me
this
was
a
very
difficult
position

fill
the
reason

reports

commissioners:
it's
not
part

a
department,
finance

anything,

it's

standalone
position,
so
the
person
must
have
good
communication
skills
and
have
the
credentials.

away
from

were
some
good
candidates
that
appeared
to
be
more
managerial
in
nature.
Had
several
people
in
the
auditing
area
report
to
them.
I
just
did
not
feel
that
this
was
a
good
comfortable
fit
for
those,
because
this
individual
is
really
a
department
of
one
and
very
hands
on
so
he's
got
to
do
it
all
from
beginning
beginning
to
end
with
that
said,
keeping
in
mind
a
couple
of
those
candidates,
I
thought
were
good,
but
they
appeared
to
be.
I
have
four
or
five
people
reporting
to
me.

I
came
down
