Any
aggrieved
party
may
appeal
a
final
administrative
order
of
this
board
to
the
circuit
court.
Such
appeal
shall
be
filed
within
30
days
of
the
execution
of
the
order
to
be
appealed.
Florida
statute
286.0105
requires
any
party
appealing
a
decision
of
this
board
to
have
a
record
of
proceedings
to
support
such
an
appeal.
The
procedure
of
this
board
is
as
follows.
F
F
Then
the
city
can
question
the
alleged
violators
witnesses
after
both
rounds
of
testimony
both
on
the
part
of
the
city
and
on
the
part
of
the
alleged
violator.
Each
party
is
asked
to
give
a
closing
argument
first
by
the
city
and
then
by
the
alleged
violator
after
those
three
steps
are
taken.
This
board
will
close
the
public
hearing
portion
of
the
case
to
discuss
it
and
take
appropriate
action.

F
Under
new
business
today,
our
first
item
is
item
number
one,
which
is
a
motion
to
quash.
It's
item.
Number:
twenty
dash:
eight:
zero,
zero,
zero,
zero;
three
six
38954
u.s
highway,
19
north
roman
of
pinellas,
county
reyes,
roman-
and
this
is
a
motion
to
quash-
and
we
know
we
have
someone
present
for
that
item.
I
It's
fine.
I
was
going
to
explain
the
quash
motion
first
and
then
before
we
start
the
actual
next
case
or
the
new
case,
the
reason
that
we
are
going
out
of
order
of
what
we
normally
do.
We
usually
do
old
business.
After
all,
the
new
cases.
However,
these
two
cases
are
related.
I
I
However,
prior
to
the
deadline
week,
the
building
official
condemned
the
building,
and
when
we
did
the
condemned
paperwork,
we
found
out
that
the
ownership
had
changed
and
because
it
had
been
changed
before
the
code
board
deadline,
we
basically
had
to
start
the
case
over
under
the
the
new
property
owner's
name.
So
the
quash
motion
is
basically
asking
that
that
order
be
quashed
and
we
have
the
the
same
property
with
a
new
owner
to
be
presented
today.
H
All
you
need
to
do
is
just
to
have
them.
It
doesn't
need
to
be
entered
into
the
record.
You
can
take
judicial
notice
of
it,
but
you
just
need
a
motion
to
approve
or
deny
the
motion
to
quash.
F
J
F
I
It's
the
owner,
that's
listed
on
the
agenda.
Roman
of
pinellas,
corporation
roman
reigns,
the
registered
agent.
A
G
F
F
Yes,
we
have
someone
present
for
this
item.
Do
we
have
documentation
to
present
into
evidence.
F
K
Yeah
they're,
not
a
problem
alrighty.
F
I
I
For
38954
u.s,
highway,
19
north
under
the
name
of
roman
ray's
trust,
james,
wilson,
trust,
america,
first,
patriots,
land
trust
exhibit
one
or
all
the
photographs
exhibit
two
or
all
the
notices
to
include
the
notice
of
violation
and
notice
of
hearings
and
exhibit
three
are
the
administration
documents
to
include
the
case.
Summary
property,
appraiser
and
tax
collector
records
exhibit
number
four?
Is
the
affidavit
of
posting
and
the
copy
of
the
sign?
All
of
the
photographs
and
exhibits
that
were
given
to
the
violator
are
exact
copies
of
what
is
being
presented
to
the
board.
I
We
have
had
contact
with
one
of
one
of
the
trustees,
mr
wilson,
and
basically,
as
I
had
stated
previously
for
the
quash
motion
on
february
4th
the
building
inspector
condemned
the
building,
and
at
that
time
we
realized
that
the
ownership
had
changed
so
for
the
initial
inspection
was
pretty
much
that
the
name
had
changed.
I
So
we
sent
notice
to
the
new
owner
the
green
card,
then
the
notice
of
violation
was
mailed
on
february
4th
2021
and
the
green
card
was
returned,
signed
code
19
and
the
one
to
the
tenant
was
recurrent
returned
vacant
on
february
24th
2021
a
re-inspection
was
conducted
and
the
property
still
contained
debris
and
the
building
isn't
is
still
in
a
major
state
of
disreport
disrepair
and
has
been
condemned.
I
On
february
24th
of
2021,
the
notice
of
hearing
was
mailed
and
the
green
card
was
returned
signed
on
february
26
of
2021.
The
sign
was
posted
and
the
affidavit
of
posting
was
signed
yesterday
on
march
10th
of
2021,
the
final
inspection
was
conducted,
a
large
debris,
pile
was
still
in
the
rear
lot.
The
grass
has
been
mowed,
edged
and
trimmed.
The
building
is
still
condemned
and
is
falling
apart
on
both
the
north
and
south
sides
and
on
the
south
side.
I
I
I
I
Part
of
it's
cracked,
and
it
basically
is
the
tarps
are
holding
up
the
the
drive-through
area.
I
guess
this
is
the
current
state
of
the
building.
This
was
right
before
the
building
inspector
condemned
the
building.
You
can
see
that
the
south
side
has
basically
sloughed
off
the
building.
I
I
And
just
another
picture
of
the
debris:
that's
fallen
off
onto
the
ground.
Mr
wilson
has
roped
off
now
the
southern
side,
where
the
debris
has
fallen,
in
addition
to
the
area
around
the
debris,
pile
and
the
the
overhang.
So
hopefully,
people
will
stay
out
and
the
orange
notices
that
you
see
on
the
windows
are
the
condemned
postings.
K
I'm
jim
wilson,
yes,
sir,
and
I'm
a
trustee
and
buying
the
property.
Thank
you.
F
K
Good
about
how
it
is
okay,
the
one
thing
that
the
condemning
of
the
building-
I
understand
that,
but
the
I've
got
four
contractors
that
came
out
that
are
going
to
be
one
of
them.
Anyway,
it's
going
to
be
helping
me
put
this
whole
thing
in
in
order
and
all
of
them
say
the
the
the
roof
is
fine,
but
it
needs
to
be
redone
because
at
least
they
are
sieve.
So
you
know
that
has
to
be
done.
K
I
have
to
tear
out
the
the
ceiling
and
inspect
all
the
raptors,
but
every
one
of
them
said
the
bones
are
as
good.
I
guess
that's
a
good
sign,
so
that's
that's
the
only
thing
that
is
different.
Everything
else
is
right.
I
mean
the.
I
can't
understand
how
that
facade
stayed
up,
it's
about
inch
inch
and
a
half
thick
concrete.
K
I
don't
know
what
why
it
stayed
up
this
long.
Actually,
so
all
that's
going
to
come
off
that
whole
facade
on
the
side,
I'm
going
to
take
that
drive
through
out
and
put
a
lighter
one
in
and
one
that
actually
works
out
real
well,
but
you're
right,
that
is,
is
bad
and
I'd
hate
to
have
any
of
that
stuff
fall
on
anybody.
K
H
He
can
submit
that
into
evidence,
but
if
it's
only
one
copy,
though
right,
yeah
okay,
if
you
want
to
submit
it
to
the
code
enforcement
officer
down
here,
beth
hughes
and
she
can
start
the
process
down
there,
you
have
any
objection
to
it
being
received
into
evidence.
K
K
You
know
so
that
I
could
pick
it
up
manageable
chunks,
but
they
are
just
so
heavy,
and
so
I
need
to
wait
until
I
get
my
funding
and
I'll
keep
it
mode
like
like
you
mentioned,
and
keep
it
in
order
and
try
to
keep
everyone
out.
It
isn't
the
police
were
there
the
other
day
when
I
was
moving
this
stuff
around
saying
that
I
was
dumping
and
no
no,
no,
the
opposite
of
dumping,
but
he
was
very
pleasant
and
I
said
when
they
open
up
you
get
coffee
he's.
E
I
don't
know
whoever:
how
long
has
this
property
been
like
this.
F
I
I
They
would
have
to
get
the
proper
permits
through
the
building
department,
and
the
building
inspector
would
have
to
approve
all
the
work
prior
to
to
basically
removing
their.
I
A
I
have
a
quick
question:
okay,
the
initial
owners
were
roman
pinellas
and
reyes.
Roman
was
a
registered
agent.
So
now
the
new
owners
are
roman
reyes.
Trustee
is,
is
this
a
shell
game
or
is
it
somebody
separate,
or
is
this
a
matter
of
changing
title.
K
K
J
A
So
should
roman
reyes
been
held
culpable
for
the
initial
violations
or
I
know
now
that
your
name's
on
it
you're
going
to
held
culpable
for
it.
K
K
H
K
But
the
trustee
is
not
an
owner,
a
trustee
is
the
one
that
does
day-to-day
business,
so
the
trustee
of
the
trust
does
not
is
not
an
owner
of
beneficiaries
or
owners.
B
Another
question
for
beth:
if,
if
it
is
condemned,
and
then
we
establish
this
property,
does
it
not
being
condemned
automatically
take
care
of
compliance
or
if
it's
complied,
does
it
automatically
get
uncondemned
I
mean
how
are
they
related.
I
B
I
I
I'm
trying
to
think
how
best
to
explain
what
I'm
trying
to
say,
so
they
wouldn't
be
able
to
be
in
compliance
of
the
general
exterior
if
it's
still
condemned.
So
if
they
bring
all
those
issues
into
compliance
through
proper
permitting,
then
yes,
the
building
would
no
longer
be
considered
condemned
because
they
brought
everything
up
to
to
compliance.
A
K
Well,
I
I
mean,
as
soon
as
the
funding
comes,
the
the
contractors
will
be
in
there
and
we'll
get
it
done
as
fast
as
possible.
I
want
it
open
as
fast
as
possible,
so
I'm
not
gonna
be
doing
any
delaying.
A
A
K
K
Oh
yes,
yeah.
There
are
a
couple
other
things
that
they're
looking
for,
but
I'll
have
that
by
tomorrow
or
the
next.
K
Yeah
I
have
and
they've
approved
it
with
conditions
and
the
conditions
are
easy
to
meet
and
I'll
I'll
be
having
that
just
somebody
else
involved
and
to
get
them
to
do
it
faster
than
I
need
it,
isn't
something
that
that's
happening,
but
they
they
set
out
like
I
said
they
said
we'll
have
it
in
in
a
month,
which
means
two
months
and
then
what,
however,
much
time
the
contractor
takes,
because
the
first
thing
we
have
to
do
is
demo
tear
all
the
stuff
out
that
we
don't
want.
K
K
But
we're
gonna
put
a.
I
can't
remember
the
name
of
it.
I
I
would
like
to
summarize
my
concern
is
the
safety
issue
more
than
anything
hurricane
season
starts
on
june
1st,
the
the
way
the
roof
is
exposed
and
the
how
large
the
roof
is
is
a
concern
to
me
so
and,
and
I'm
just
basically
trying
to
address.
You
know
mr
wilson's
issue
about
how
much
time
he
needs,
so
I'm
not
real
comfortable
with
a
really
long
extension
with
hurricane
season
coming
up.
I
This
has
been
a
problem
property
beforehand,
and
we
did
speak
to
mr
wilson
prior
to
him
or
getting
his
name
put
on
the
title.
I'm
not
sure
if
a
actual
sale
has
occurred.
K
Or
not
yet
yeah
it
had,
but
not
it
wasn't
registered
yet.
K
Yeah,
actually,
I
agree
with
her
that
the
one
side
when
that
facade
came
down,
which
probably
was
two
or
three
weeks
ago-
I
mean
it
it
it
came
after
I
got
it.
K
It
dropped
off
and,
like
I
said
that
it's
heavy
concrete,
I
mean,
I
just
don't
believe
it,
but
anyway
beside
the
point
that
whole
facade
on
that
side
and
that
will
be
in
in
about
two
months
or
so
that
whole
facade
has
to
be
taken
down
and
then
that
that
covered
up,
because
there
is
some
exposure
as
she
mentioned,
that
is,
is
not
good.
K
K
I
I'm
the
I'm,
the
buyer,
I
actually
the
title
is
transferred,
but
there's
still
some
debt
that
has
to
be
paid.
D
G
F
K
I
can
with
the
outside
I
I
can
get
that
within
two
months,
I'll
cover
up
the
one
side,
so
the
air
can't
get
in
and
as
our
demolition
will
start.
Okay
in
about
two
months.
K
Well,
it'll
be
started,
but
a
lot
of
the
the
pro
the
things
that
are
the
worst
that's
going
to
be
not
letting
the
wind
in
we
can
get
that
done
very
easily.
I
just
have
to
saw
that
that
one
side
all
of
the
raptors
and
then
put
plywood
and
stuff
up.
K
No,
no,
the
roof
will
still
leak,
but
I've
got
two
roofers
that
said
that
they
can.
We
have
to
take
off
all
of
the
air
conditioning
on
the
top
and
then
make
sure
that
you
know
the
wood
is,
is
good
and-
and
I
wish
I
could
remember
the
name
of
it-
it's
like
a
rubber
mat.
G
C
E
K
F
No
promotion
has
been
made,
bobby's
gonna
call
roll,
and
this
is
for
a
may
12.
Yes,
satisfaction
of
the
issues
that
are
listed.
If
I'm
summarizing
correctly.
C
F
A
G
A
Yeah
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion,
I
move
that
the
respondents
shall
have
until
one
june
to
bring
the
property
into
compliance
with
code
sections
city
code,
8-22-8-4,
8-52,
6-1
and
ipmc304.1,
or
suffer
fine
of
250
per
day
for
each
day
there
after
the
respondent,
remains
in
violation
of
said
code
sections.
A
J
G
H
Sure
I'd
be
happy
too,
so,
mr
wilson,
I'm
over
here
america's
first
patriot,
land
trust
has
been
found
in
violation
of
the
code
sections
that
were
cited,
the
company
or
that
trust
has,
until
june
1st
2021
to
bring
the
property
into
compliance
with
all
those
code
sections
if
they're
not
brought
into
compliance
by
that
date,
a
250
a
day,
fine
will
begin
to
run.
H
There
will
be
an
order
issued
within
about
the
next
10
days.
It
will
be
provided
to
the
trust
at
the
address
listed
at
the
property
appraisers
records.
If
you
have
any
questions
as
to
what
you
need
to
do
to
bring
the
property
into
compliance,
you
can
talk
to
code
enforcement
or
the
building
official.
After
this
meeting,
you
have
any
questions.
H
F
I
I
20-800653
for
521
east
morgan
street,
under
the
name
of
mr
kirk
jones,
there
are
no
prior
cases
for
this.
For
this
current
owner
exhibit
one
are
all
the
photographs
exhibit.
Two
are
all
the
notices
to
include
the
notice
of
violation
and
notice
of
hearing
exhibit
three:
are
the
administration
documents
to
include
the
case?
Summary
property,
appraiser
and
tax
collector
records
is
the
exhibit
four
are
the
affidavit
of
posting
and
a
copy
of
the
sign?
I
All
of
the
photographs
and
exhibits
that
would
have
been
given
to
the
violator
are
exact
copies
of
what
is
being
presented
to
the
board.
All
notices
were
mailed
to
the
property
owner
of
record,
as
determined
by
the
pinellas
county,
property,
appraiser
and
tax
collector
databases.
I
I
Okay,
so
I
have
had
contact
with
the
owner.
Mr
kirk
jokes
jones.
Excuse
me:
I've
met
him
at
the
property
on
multiple
occasions
and
I
believe
his
brother
who
lives
there
as
well.
The
initial
inspection
was
done
on
october
23rd
of
2020..
I
I
spoke
to
the
property
owner.
We
discussed
the
large
amount
of
debris
in
the
yard
being
stored
in
the
trailers
and
in
the
carport
and
yard.
The
fall
cleanup
happened
to
be
that
weekend,
so
they
were
going
to
put
out
actually
more,
and
that
was
the
reason
it
was
actually
on
the
street
or
on
the
sidewalk
area.
They
told
me
they
would
need
30
to
60
days
to
complete
the
work.
I
told
them.
I
I
On
october
23rd,
the
notice
of
violation
was
mailed,
it
was
marked
delivered
on
november
25th,
I
conducted
a
re-inspection,
the
roof
still
had
a
tarp,
and
there
were,
there
was
debris
still
on
the
property.
However,
they
had
made
a
significant
dent
in
the
amount
of
debris
and
the
property
definitely
looked
much
better
than
the
initial
inspection
on
november
25th,
a
final
notice
of
violation
was
mailed,
and
the
green
card
was
returned
unclaimed.
I
On
february
8th,
another
re-inspection
was
conducted,
there
was
still
a
tarp
on
the
roof
and
there
was
still
debris
on
the
property.
On
february
11th
of
2021,
the
notice
of
hearing
was
mailed.
The
green
card
was
returned,
stamped
coveted
on
february
26,
a
sign
was
posted,
an
affidavit
of
posting
was
signed
on
march
10th.
I
conducted
the
final
inspection.
I
I
I
There
we
go,
you
can
see
the
tarp
on
the
roof,
they
did
have
some
vehicles
there
that
were
had
expired
tags
and
those
have
since
been
removed.
So
I
didn't
even
put
that
on
the
on
the
case.
You
can
kind
of
see
the
debris.
That's
piled
up
behind
the
property.
I
I
International
property
maintenance
code
of
304.1,
the
general
exterior
of
the
structure,
which
would
basically
be
the
be
the
roof.
I
did
speak
with
mr
jones
today.
He
had
intended
on
coming,
but
something
had
come
up
where
he
was
not
able
to.
I
I
He
basically
has
to
be
able
to
either
repair
it
with
permits
if
needed.
There
is,
depending
on
how
much
needs
to
be
repaired.
I
believe
it's
one
square
foot,
which
is
actually
comes
out
to
a
hundred
cubic
feet.
You
don't
need
a
permit,
but
I
will
make
sure
that
I'm
working
with
the
building
department
to
determine
how
much
needs
to
be
repaired.
If
it's
the
amount
needed
that
they're
getting
the
right
permits.
F
A
Yeah
I
moved
based
on
the
testimony
evidence
and
facts
presented
in
the
law
that,
at
the
time
of
alleged
violations,
section
city
code,
8-40,
8-52,
6-1
and
ipmc
304.1
of
the
code
of
ordinance
of
the
city
of
tarpon
springs
was
in
force
and
effect.
The
respondent
were
in
violation
thereof,.
D
F
That
having
passed,
we
need
to
look
at
the
penalty
phase.
Do.
C
I
hear
a
second
motion
until
april
30th
to
bring
the
property
into
compliance
with
sections
8-40
8-52
6-1,
and
I
pmc
code
304.1
or
suffer
a
fine
of
50
per
day
for
each
day.
Thereafter,
responses
remain
in
violation
of
said
code.
C
G
Yes,
would
you
consider
25
a
day.
C
E
F
F
Do
you
have
any
legal
objection
to
why
the
city's
evidence
should
not
be
received
into
evidence.
J
No
ma'am
there's
an
address
incorrect
address
on
here
on
my
other
sheets,
but
outside
of
that
everything's.
Fine.
J
I'm
sorry
ma'am,
there's
an
incorrect
address
on
exhibit
three
okay,
but
outside
of
that
everything
else
is
fine.
It's
on
the
first
page,
it's
magdolia
park,
florida.
D
I
J
F
I
G
I
Exhibit
one
contains
all
the
photographs
exhibit
2
contains.
All
the
notices
to
include
the
notice
of
violation
and
notice
of
hearing
exhibit
3
contains
the
administration
documents
to
include
the
case.
Summary
property,
appraiser
and
tax
collector
records
exhibit
4,
contains
the
affidavit
of
posting
and
the
copy
of
the
sign.
All
the
photographs
and
exhibits
that
were
given
to
the
violator
are
exact
copies
of
what
is
being
presented
to
the
board.
All
notices
were
mailed
to
the
property
owner
record,
as
determined
by
the
pinellas
county,
property,
appraiser
and
tax
collector
databases
all
notice.
I
I
It
was
originally
received
a
complaint
for
606
cyprus
in
error.
When
I
went
out
to
the
property,
I
did
a
location
change
when
I
realized
that
it
was
actually
for
the
address
across
the
street.
I
met
with
a
property
owner
and
he
had
explained
to
me
that
he
had
to
move
his
business
out
of
its
location
with
short
notice,
and
that
was
the
reason
that
all
the
material
was
in
the
yard
and
that
he
would
have
it
removed.
I
I
I
I
verified
that
debris
was
still
in
the
in
the
yard.
I
was
accompanied
by
the
property
owner
and
the
police
into
the
backyard
where
he
allowed
me
to
take
pictures.
There
was
more
debris
back
there
and
the
fence
needed
repair,
so
I
sent
an
amended
notice
of
violation
on
january
29th
of
2021,
which
was
returned
unclaimed.
I
I
I
I
I
Okay,
so
what
I
would
like
to
ask
the
code
board
members
is
to
find
the
property
in
violation
of
city
code
8-52
for
nuisance
prohibitions,
city
code,
6-1
that
adopts
the
building
florida
building
code
and
florida
building
code
105.1,
which
is
permits
required
in
order
to
finish
the
permit
for
the
fence.
And
that
concludes
my
testimony.
I
F
J
I
I
just
do
have
one
question
and
I
never
saw
this
when
the
person
called
and
complained
about
the
my
items
in
the
front
yard.
They
also
said
that
I
had
a
disrepaired
fence.
J
J
J
That
that's
in
the
kitchen,
it's
on
a
shared
line
with
myself
and
my
neighbor,
okay,
it's
my
neighbor's
fence
and
they
have
replaced
half
of
it,
but
they
didn't
replace
the
other
half
there's
no
way
anyone
from
the
street
from
the
air
could
even
see
it.
So
I
don't
understand
how
it
could
be
a
disrepair.
Defense.
I
J
I
F
Okay,
your
questions
been
answered.
Yes,
ma'am
alrighty.
Now
you
get
to
present
your
case.
Tell
us
your
side
of
the
story.
J
Sure,
back
in
september
of
2019,
I
rented
a
retail
slash
industrial
space
on
ring
street
and
lemon
street,
the
old
bakery
I
had
unit
e.
It
was
the
unit
with
the
two
garage
doors
that
go
all
the
way
back
within
the
lease
I
was
promised
some
electricity
and
plumbing
and
everything
for
my
side
after
a
year
of
not
being
able
to
have
electricity
or
plumbing
installed.
J
On
my
side,
I
signed
an
agreement
with
them
to
delete,
or
you
know,
to
throw
away
the
lease
and
I
was
to
move
all
my
stuff
out.
J
I
do
have
a
storage
unit
down
the
street
on
alternate
19,
but
that
could
only
fit
so
much
stuff
in
and
so
the
rest
of
it
came
to
my
house.
So
I've
been
kind
of
from
my
house
to
storage
unit
back
and
forth.
I've
been
trying
to
sell
items
and
it
got
it
was
up
terrible
back
in
january,
even
through
february
the
past
week.
J
I
have
gotten
through
a
lot
of
it
and
I
do
have
pictures.
I
know
you
saw
it
yesterday
morning
and
there
were
still
some
big
kind
of
piles
around
it,
and
it
has
been
cleaned
up
even
more
so
now,
there's
just
one
pile
of
lumber
and
there
is
one
pile
of
I
do.
Cement
overlay
work
sometimes
so
I
have
cement
overlay
some
bags
of
that,
but
everything
else
is
just
about
picked
up
right
here
so
and
then
for
the
fencing
in
the
back.
J
To
come
up
with
three
four
hundred
dollars
to
replace
the
fencing
and
get
the
correct
permits,
and
everything
is
a
little
bit
tight
right
now,
so
I'm
not
sure
what
I'm
expected
to
do.
If
I,
if
I
have
to
have
it
repaired
or
I
will
promise
you-
the
dogs
will
not
get
out
from
that
area,
but
I
don't
know.
J
J
I
I
do
actually
there
was
such
a
significant
amount
of
debris
in
the
back.
Is
that
also
going
to
be
removed.
J
F
J
J
That's
what
I
was
saying
in
the
front
yard
or
in
the
backyard
is
isn't
really
debris
it's
a
product.
I
work
with.
It
needs
to
be
organized,
there's
a
lot
of
things
back
there
that
need
to
just
come
out
of
there,
and
I
have
not
been
able
to
do
that,
but
I
will
go
to
do
that.
I
I
F
I
I
really
don't
have
much
to
add
other
than
just
to
clarify
that
with
the
fence
issue.
Is
that
the
defense
there
are
portions
that
were
put
up.
I
believe
mr
rasmussen
was
had
concerns
that
some
of
the
fence
was
his
neighbors
and
some
was
his
and
I
understand
you
would
you
would
only
need
to
permit
the
portion?
I
I
So
basically,
I
just
want
to
be
sure
too,
that
it's
the
front
and
the
back
debris
would
need,
because
there's
so
much
back,
there
would
need
to
be
removed
and
stored
properly,
so
the
bit.
So
basically,
those
are
the
the
violations
that
I'm
requesting
the
board
address
or
find
you
in
violation
is
the
fence
permit,
which
of
course,
removal
of
the
fence
would
take
away
a
need
to
have
a
permit
if
you
did
remove
it.

Should
you
fail
to
bring
the
property
into
compliance
by
april
14th
you're
going
to
be
fined
25
a
day
for
every
day
thereafter
there
will
be
an
order,
entered
it'll,
be
entered
within
about
the
next
10
days
and
mailed
to
you
at
the
address
listed
at
the
property
appraisers
records.
If
you
have
any
questions
as
to
what
you
need
to
do
to
bring
in
the
compliance,
you
can
contact
the
code
enforcement
officer
after
the

were

as

Please

Thank.
I
Okay,
so
we
have
had
contact
with
the
owner
via
email.
On
february
9th
I
conducted
the
initial
inspection.
We
had
actually
received
a
voicemail
complaint,
the
thursday
before
that
and
then
two
additional
voicemail
complaints,
the
following
monday.
So
on
tuesday
february
9th
I
did
the
initial
inspection.
I
I
I
I
did
confer
with
planning
and
zoning
and
they
determined
being
that
the
outdoor
storage,
the
majority
of
it
well
pretty
much
all
of
it,
except
for
a
pallet
that
they
were
working
from
when
I
did.
The
following
inspection
was
acceptable
for
their
business,
so
I
basically
put
it
in
compliance
on
february
26
of
2021,
a
sign
was
posted
and
the
affidavit
of
posting
was
signed.
I
I
They
were
given,
they,
they
were
in
compliance
prior
to
the
deadline,
but
the
fine
that
had
been
that
would
have
been
incurred
was
250
a
day.
I
thought.
I
Okay,
so
when
I
went
out
there
was
the
amount
of
storage
there
on
the
north
side
of
the
property
and
then
all
the
amount
on
the
front,
the
I
guess
business
manager,
I
don't
believe,
he's
actually
the
property
owner
that
I
typically
speak
with,
had
stated
that
they
were
only
there
for
one
day.
However,
we
that's
kind
of
the
reason
I
brought
up
that
we
received
the
complaint
on
thursday,
two
more
complaints
on
monday,
and
then
I
didn't
get
out
there
to
the
following
tuesday.
I
Had
they
been
actively
loading
the
materials
into
the
building?
I
would
not
have
made
this
a
repeat
violation
case,
but
when
I
went
out
there,
this
property
was
loaded
in
the
front,
not
by
one
of
the
loading
doors,
and
it
did
not
appear
that
it
was
being
actively
moved
inside
and
hence
the
reason
I
found
them
in
violation.
I
D
F
I
Yes,
ma'am
they
did,
they
had
had
we'd
actually
had
two
different
cases
on
them.
Only
one
came
to
the
code
board
and
I've
seen
definite
improvements
and
I've
been
I've
gone
by
multiple
times
since
this,
and
I
have
never
seen
more
than
one
palette
outside
that
they
were
actively
working
with
okay.
