A
A
A
A
Okay,
acknowledgement
of
guests,
we
have
two
people
with
us.
Today
we
have
karen
lemons
who's,
the
director
of
economic
development
for
the
city
of
tarpon
springs
and
lori
samuelson,
whom
I
met
last
night
at
the
board
of
commissioners
meeting
so.
A
E
A
A
A
G
So
the
idea
came
up
at
a
board
of
commission
and
cra
meeting
a
month
or
so
ago
about
how
to
incentivize
property
owners
to
beautify
the
exterior
of
their
buildings.
We
have
a
lot
of
buildings
that
have
you
know.
Just
vacant
canvas
and
high
profile
areas
of
the
city
and
it'd
be
nice
to
see
some
murals
or
some
historic
photos
on
the
the
building
that
is,
our
community
redevelopment
center
at
61
west
tarpon.
G
We
recently
put
a
historic
photograph
of
what
spring
bay
used
to
look
like
from
the
1920s,
so
that's
an
example
of
what
we
would
be
looking
for
with
the
historic
photos
and
then
the
murals.
You
know
a
type
of
mural
that
would
be
placed
on
a
building,
so
we're
working
on
the
details
of
it.
Now
it
has
not
gone
to
the
board
yet
so
we
wanted
to
bring
it
to
you
first,
because
you
play
a
role,
whether
you
know
it
or
not.
G
To
approve
the
mural
design
and
or
the
historic
photograph
before
it
moved
on
to
approval.
How
are
how
our
grant
programs
work
right
now?
We
have
an
application
process,
and
that
goes
to
our
technical
review
committee
and
they
make
sure
that
everything
is
there.
They
approve
it.
They
get
a
letter
out
to
the
applicant
and
and
then
the
applicant
can
start
their
project.
G
So
with
this
one
there
would
be
an
additional
step.
Is
that,
prior
to
the
application
going
to
the
technical
review
committee,
it
would
come
first
to
this
group,
the
artist
would
present
the
design
or
the
photograph,
and
then
you
would
make
the
judgment
on
if
you
think
the
mural
is
presentable
or
I
guess
to
determine
if
the
photograph
is
actually
historic
and
is
is
good
for
the
building.
G
G
That
would
be
the
application
review.
So
this
is
the
area
that
we
wanted
to
bring
to
you,
so
that
you
would
have
an
opportunity
to
review
that
see.
If
that's
good
with
you,
if
you
have
any
other
comments,
any
you
know
we'd
like
you
to
look
at
it
before
we
take
it
to
the
board.
So
if
you
have
any
comments
you
want
to
make
or
any
suggestions
that
we
could
include
in
this
before
it
goes
to
the
board.
G
So
it
goes
through
the
types
of
things
that
you
would
base
your
approval
on
and
then,
if
you,
if
you
wouldn't
approve
it,
we
put
in
that
there
would
be
an
appeal
process.
And
again
this
is
looking
at
some
other
cities
that
have
mural.
G
G
G
G
It'll
have
to
go
through
the
board
and
the
cra
because
it
is
applicable
to
both
areas
and
just
on
that
note,
the
map
that
you
have
in
front
of
you
shows
the
the
boundaries
for
the
commercial
properties,
so
any
commercial
property
located
within
this
area.
The
blue
is
the
cra
and
that's
where
all
of
our
grant
programs
are
because
the
funding
comes
from
the
property
tax
dollars
and
the
cra,
and
then
the
board
also
added
on
the
purple
area,
which
is
essentially
the
sponge
docs.
I
We
looked
into
you
know,
having
murals
on
public
property
about
two
or
three
years
ago.
We
did
a
lot
of
research
on
it
and
we
were.
We
finally
gave
it
up
because
of
the
insurance
problem
that
the
requirements
that
the
artists
could
not
afford
the
insurance.
So
I'm
wondering
how
that
would
work
into
this
grant
program.
Would.
G
A
Yeah,
okay,
is
there
any?
Oh,
I'm
sorry,
you
finished
the
question:
is
there
any?
Are
you
allowing
for
any
feedback
from
a
business
owner
who's
located
in
the
building.
G
That
would
be
between
the
property
owner
and
the
business
owner.
Okay,
so
we
yeah.
I
know
some
business
owners
would,
but
it's
the
it's
the
it's
the
building
owner
who's
who
owns
the
property.
So
that's
why
we
made
it.
The
building
owner
is
eligible.
I
G
And
businesses
can
come
and
go,
we
did
consider
it,
but
in
the
end
you
know,
as
a
draft
we
said
just
the
building
owner.
C
G
Yeah
they're,
the
chamber,
did
a
large
mural
of
on
a
christopher,
still
painting.
Now
that
was
much
more
extravagant
than
the
one
that
we
put
on
the
building
at
61,
west
tarpon
avenue,
but
that's
the
same
kind
of
of
idea,
we're
looking
for
a
large,
a
large
photo
that
would
take
up.
You
know
the
better
part
of
the
side
of
a
building.
E
G
E
G
A
J
J
G
Yeah,
recognizing
that
it's
not
your
typical
yep,
what
you
do
and.
G
That
cost
thirty
one
hundred
dollars
how.
G
F
J
I
did
have
one
idea
where
you
talk
about
the
requirement
that
the
work
be
maintained
for
five
years,
and
you
said
that
either
the
property
owner
and
or
the
artist
had
to
assure
that
it
struck
me
that
the
artist
really
doesn't
have
any
control
over
that
and
that
you're
granting
the
property
owner.
I
I
would
suggest,
dropping
artists,
I
don't
know
how
that
can
be
enforced.
G
K
G
Yeah,
I
think
we
would
monitor
them,
make
sure
that
you
know
if,
if
it
wasn't
adhered
to
properly-
and
maybe
it's
fading
because
of
sunlight-
maybe
they
didn't
put
the
proper
materials
on
in
the
first
place.
So
maybe
that's
something
that
we
can
look
at
in
the
front.
That's
why
we're
requiring
them
to
have
certain
types
of
materials
that
they
use
or
if
you
know,
if
a
car
crashes
into
the
side
of
a
building-
and
you
know
you
can't
but
yeah
we
would.
We
would
monitor
those.
A
Karen,
what
would
be
the
ramifications
if
the
building
was
sold.
G
Well,
it
would
go
with
the
building
we're
requiring
it
there
to
be.
I
think
it
was
at
least
one
year,
so
if
it's
after
that
amount
of
time
and
a
new
owner
would
come
in
and
wouldn't
want
it.
G
G
If
there's
something
that's
an
act
of
god
or
you
know
I
I
I
don't
think
we
would
have
any
penalties
for
that.
If
it
fades,
I
think
we
would
just
talk
to
the
property
owner
and
have
them
you
know,
ask
them
to
maintain
it.
G
Once
it's
finished,
yes,
it's
a
50
percent
reimbursable,
so
they
would
get
a
maximum
of
500
if
they
spent
five
if
they
spent
more
than
that,
they
still
would
get
2500
and
then
we
would
go
out
with
the
the
building
inspectors
and
then
you
know.
I
know
if
there's
somebody
from
your
group,
that
is
an
expert
at
these
things.
G
Who'd
want
to
come
out
too
and
inspect
it
and
make
sure
I
think,
as
they
start
it,
we
would
want
to
make
sure
that
they're
using
the
proper
materials
so
that
they're
not
using
you
know
they
tell
us
they're
using
a
certain
type
of
paint
or
a
certain
type
of
finish,
and
then
we
find
out
they're.
Not
so
you
know
we
would
be
diligent
up
front
to
make
sure
that
all
those
things
are
being
followed.
K
K
A
Well,
the
grant
is
given
before
it's
completed,
because
you
need
all
of
the
receipts
for
the
reimbursement
right.
G
No,
they
would
provide
all
the
materials
that
we're
asking
them
for
the
artist
contract
or
you
know
the
cost
of
the
photo
whatever
right.
H
G
G
Yeah
one
more
thing
I
just
wanted
getting
back
to
what
luciana
had
said,
because
I
know
you
all
are
you
know
you,
commission
high-end
work
and
I
know
we've
got
especially
with
the
murals.
You
know,
jenny
pearl
does
a
lot
of
murals
there's
a
lot
of
muralists.
Who
do
things
and
with
this
program
I
don't
know
there
might
be.
Maybe
there's
a
group
of
high
school
students
who
wanted
to
do
a
mural
somewhere
a
building
owner
wanted
to
hire.
G
A
Projects
and
they're
not
interested.
We
in
fact
it's
on
the
agenda.
We've
got.
We
had
a
project
at
sunset,
beach
that
police
chief
young
was
working
on
with
lisa
fatilitis
and
we
couldn't
get
anybody
in
this
year's
senior
class
to
sign
on
to
it.
A
J
A
G
G
K
G
H
A
H
J
A
Now
we
have,
it
comes
to
us
first
pre-approved
it's
on
page
two
on
the
bottom,
pre-approve
all
mural
designs
and
photographs
prior
to
the
application.
A
G
C
G
Anything
any
other
comments.
I
took
note
of
the
one.
So
if
you
have
anything
else,
just
I
guess
let
diane
know
and.
G
A
A
A
H
A
A
C
J
H
J
F
I'll
have
to
reach
out
to
her
and
and
just
clarify
that
now
that
you
mentioned
that
david,
I
I
I
do
kind
of
recall.
I
have
to
look
back
in
the
minutes
of
a
previous,
you
know
meeting,
but
maybe
they
did
say
that
you
know
they
were
going
to
just
commit
to
these
two
and
then
we
could,
you
know,
pass
it
on
to
another
group.
So
maybe
we
just
need
to
reach
out
to
other
scouts
or
to
leaving
the
boy
scouts.
Or
you
know
boys.
A
J
J
That
they
wanted
the
city
to
take
on
the
management
and
long-term
yeah.
They
did.
A
I
think
there
was
a
hope
that
it
was
going
to
be.
You
know
ongoing.
As
you
know,
debbie
and
david
suggested.
You
know
like
almost
like
a
legacy
project
for
the
the
troop
or
you
know
like
I
said
you
know
either
the
another.
You
know
boy
scouts
or
boys
and
girls
club
or
you
know
some
other.
You
know
organization
in
town
that
might
take
it
on.
K
A
F
A
A
A
He
still
came
in
under
budget
another
vote
for
congress
from
me.
Okay,
any
other
comments
on
the
girl
scout
projects:
okay,
bill
and
david
you're
up
sports
field,
mural
project.
H
A
Yeah
remember
this
was
the
the
thing
that
stackhouse
came
up
with
about
the
primary
colors
that
we
we
kind
of
got
stalled
on.
K
H
K
A
E
H
A
Maybe
utilize
some
of
the
team
colors,
and
maybe
just
some
stencils,
you
know,
for
you
know
things
like
the
whatever
balls
being
used
and
maybe
a
player
and
even
to
have
a
repeating
design.
You
know
on
a
team
color
background
might
be
something
that
you
know
might
be
worth
considering,
because
it
would
be
easy
to
do
well.
Teams
change.
E
A
F
K
E
K
H
K
K
H
E
C
F
I
know
she
was
stalled
because
they're
like
the
windows
or
the
doors
or
something
she
sent
me
a
picture
of,
it
was
peeling
and
she
couldn't
paint.
A
F
A
Yeah,
maybe
ask
her,
you
know
if
you
know
she
could
just
just
paint
that
wool
green
or
to
wrap
it.
F
H
C
Right,
so
if
she
did
this,
maybe
the
street
side
that
she's
still
in
the
progress
of
painting,
right,
green
and
the
front
side,
which
I'm
sure
is
vending,
is
that
is
it
a
bending
window?
She
can
call
it
the
bait
the
base
color
of
the,
if
you're,
looking
at
the
building
from
the
street
the
right
side.
A
Yeah,
okay,
so
you'll
talk
to
her
on
friday,
diane,
okay,
maybe
you
know,
send
an
email
out
and
tell
us
what
she
says:
okay,
by
the
way
I
I
was
talking
to
tom
function
a
little
bit
last
night,
and
I
mentioned
the
possibility
of
doing
maybe
some
of
the
art
boxes.
It's
sizzler
with
the
historic
baseball
photographs
and
that
seems
to
be
you
know,
a
good
idea.
A
So
what
does
everybody
think
about
that
bill?.
I
I
A
Right
amazing
place
right
and
I
I
think
that
I'd
have
to
check
with
tom,
but
I
think
we
could
just
wire
them
into
the
poles.
I
don't
think
we'd
need
the
the
solar.
You
know.
H
A
Attachments
which
would
make
it
much
much
cheaper,
do
you
do
you
think
that
the
size,
the
30
by
30s
we
have
on
the
sponge
docks
we
should
get
at
sizzler?
Do
you
want
to
get
a
smaller
one.
I
A
F
H
A
E
H
E
G
E
Section
right
around
the
traffic
circle
and
then
even
creeping
towards
the
things
that
are
happening,
rusty
bellies
and
some
of
the
other
things.
H
E
The
end
there's
some
opportunities
there
that
are
less
cluttered:
okay,.
E
E
E
I
think
that's
a
lot
for
there,
but
that's
just
you
know
in
looking
around
trying
to
find
you
know
appropriate
places
for
it.
You
know
dave
and
I
were
over
there
twice
looking
around
there's
there's
two
or
three
that
are
pretty
obvious
yeah.
That
would
be
a
good
spot,
but
beyond
that,
I
think
you
might
be.
Shall.
H
K
H
A
Right,
okay,
so
the
general
consensus
seems
we're
going
to
be
doing
three
of
the
30
by
30
art
boxes
that
we
already
had
but
hardwired
into
the
into
the
light
poles
images.
I
already
have
a
lot
of
historic
images
which
I
can
you
know
run
past
everybody
for
their
comments
and
approval.
I
mean
there's
not
that
much
to
choose
from
if
we
just
go
with
historic
stuff.
A
Okay,
can
I
get
a
motion
to
to
that
effect.
K
And
kim,
could
I
also
make
a
motion
to
defer
the
rest
of
the
sports
fields
until
we,
like
mr
meals,
was
saying
until
this
this
building
is
finished.
H
A
A
Okay
and
the
discussion
about
the
art
boxes
at
sisler
segways
nicely
into
the
next
item:
the
illuminated
art
boxes.
The
second
round
of
artwork
is
being
installed
and
joe
wraith
who's
first.
H
J
A
The
reason
that
that
wasn't
done
originally
was
because
alan
was
having
trouble
getting
the
original
acrylics
because
everybody
was
using
it
for
covered
barriers,
so
it
was.
There
was
just
none
to
be
had,
but
I
guess
that's
changed,
so
I
guess
we
can
ask
him
to
look
into
getting.
You
know
some
more
of
the
the
acrylic
panels.
A
I
A
Okay,
yeah
yeah,
because
you
know
the
process
is
that
you
know,
I
mean
one
of
the
reasons
I
think
this
works
so
well
is
because
it
is
economical
to
change
everything
out.
It's
a
heat
process
to
remove
the
existing
decals
and
then
the
new
ones
are
put
on
so.
A
I
And
what
about
using
the
let's
see
we,
we
have
five
extra
boxes
and
we're
using
three
for
the
field.
So
why
could
we
not
put
two
of
them
in
the
roundabout
michael
suggested,
and
so
then
we
would
use
all
of
our
boxes,
which
yeah
we
have
them
before
we
do
that
we
should
use
them
yeah.
A
The
vinyl
panels
for
the
art
boxes
and
to
well
let
me
get
a
motion
in
a
second
on
that
one
and
then
we'll
david,
some
second,
okay
lucian
all
in
favor
aye.
Any
opposed
motion
carries
okay
and
the
second
one
would
be
to
put
two
boxes
located
at
the
roundabout
by
the
nyads.
Can
I
have
a
motion
to
that
effect?
H
E
H
A
E
A
And
maybe
move
some
of
those
down
to
rusty
bellies.
You
know
that.
J
E
There's
so
much
more
there'll,
be
so
much
more
room
to
appreciate
them
because
there's
some
sections
down
through
where
we
currently
have
them,
it's
really
busy.
So
if
we
can
just
spread
them
out
a
little
bit,
that's
a
great
idea,
but
I
I
hate
to
make.
F
A
H
H
F
A
A
Any
more
discussion
on
the
yard
boxes:
nothing,
okay,
moving
on
the
black
heritage
project,
oh
boy,
am
I
happy
to
go
to
this
one
after
what
seemed
to
be
a
very
frightening
dry
spell,
since
the
quartz
artist
was
put
out,
we
have
received
a
total
of
14
proposals,
okay,
including
one
from
spain
and
one
from
a
group
who
did
a
911
memorial
in
new
york.
So
we've
got
some
very,
very
impressive.
A
Proposals
marissa
my
darling
marissa
printed
them
all
out.
If
you
want
to
take
a
peek,
I
think
that's
allowable
but
they're
going
to
be
given
to
the
selection
panel,
most
of
whom
has
I
have
received
them.
I'm
hand
delivering
one
to
annie.
Dabbs
this
afternoon,
milton
smith
acknowledged
that
he
received
his
in
the
mail.
A
D
A
Okay,
so
they're
all
in
process.
Okay,
perfect,
okay-
and
you
know-
I
think
we
have
a
good
cross-section
of
community
members
that
you
know
to
weigh
in
on
this.
So
I'm
I'm
I'm
getting
very,
very
excited
about
this,
because
there
are
so
many
and
they're
so
complex.
A
A
J
Because
what
I'm
seeing
already
is,
isn't
it
amazing,
amazing
and
extremely
all
over
the
map.
A
So
they
really
went
to
town
with
the
with
the
with
the
creative
themes.
They
were
very
creepy,
you
know-
and
I
I
think,
they're
they're,
very
impressive,
very
professional.
I
think.
J
A
J
J
A
A
K
That
be
uploaded
to
like,
like
an
online
thing,
that
we
could
download
ourselves.
K
A
We
thought
that
you
know
at
the
very
least,
we'd
upload
the
images,
so
people
could
project
them
on
their
computer
screen
and
really
look
at
them
on
in
detail,
because
you
know
printed
on
regular
paper.
Just
doesn't
do
them
justice.
You
really
have
to
be
able
to
look
at
the
details,
but
remember
also
that
this
is
the
purview
of
the
selection
panel.
A
K
A
It's
we
haven't
even
come
to
that
point
because
they're
just
getting
the
proposals
as
we
speak,
you
know
they
just
went
out
and
you
know
I've
been
kind
of
telling
people.
The
easiest
thing
to
do
is
eliminate
exactly
so.
If,
if
there
are
some
in
there
that
are
really
you
know
not
even
worth
considering
they
just
take
them
out.
You
know:
diane
included
a
cover
sheet,
a
spreadsheet
with
all
of
the
artists
and
everything
in
a
ranking.
A
F
A
J
Yes,
because
are
they
all
within
budget
or
some
of
them
asking
to
negotiate
price,
or
is
that
too
early
to
tell.
A
A
I
A
But
you
know
I
mean
the,
but
the
thing
is:
if
something's
really
worth
it,
maybe
we
could.
You
know
it's
interesting.
A
Or
you
know
somehow
step
up
to
the
you.
A
H
A
All
right,
any
other
comments,
questions
about
the
black
history
project,
black
heritage
project,
sorry,
okay,
moving
along
the
niads
repair,
much
to
our
un
mitigated
delight.
Desmond
of
st
cates
has
been
in
touch
with
diane
and
and
myself
about
the
progress
of
the
repairs
and
reinstallation
of
the
two
standing
niads.
A
As
you
know,
they
were
never
meant
to
be
installed
outdoors,
so
their
legs
had
to
be
reinforced.
They
added
metal,
they
put
a
larger
support.
A
You
know,
armature
thank
you
on
the
on
the
statues
and
they're
restoring
the
patina,
so
you
know
they
should
be.
Obviously
I.
K
F
A
E
D
Correct
there
is
a
little
handout
in
your
packet
here
and
that
just
goes
over
what's
been
approved
for
this
fiscal
year
in
terms
of
spending
that
first
number
that
you'll
see,
is
what
is
totally
available
in
the
public
art
fund
at
this
point,
and
then
it
goes
through
what
has
been
approved
for
spending
during
this
fiscal
year,
which
runs
from
the
beginning
of
october.
That
has
already
passed
to
the
end
of
september
in
2022.
D
K
D
I
A
A
So
right,
I'd
like
to
find
out
lucian.
Why
don't
we
start
with
you?
Do
you
feel
that
we
should
purchase
the
piece.
J
I
I
stand
by
my
comments
last
meeting,
I'm
not
given
our
budget,
I'm
you
know.
H
Believe
thirty,
the.
K
A
piece
of
artwork
that
we
could
have
forever
right.
I
think
it's
a
piece
of
history,
especially
if
it's
already
been
in
saint
pete.
It's
been
used,
there's
people
that
have
photographed
it,
maybe
that
would
attract
the
people
that
have
already
been
photographed
with
it
right.
H
H
K
A
K
A
Like
a
little
pebbly
area,
so
we've
already
got
an
approved
location
for
it,
which
I
think
would
work.
So
that's
you
know
it's
already
got.
You
know
the
blessing
of
public
works
in
the
city
people,
so
I
think
you
know,
given
that
I
think
it's
just
a
matter
of
you
know,
purchasing
it
and
having
it
installed.
Diane.
I
believe
you
said
that
mr
elwell
will
deliver
it.
F
Yes,
I
did
have
a
conversation
with
him
and
he
did
say
that
he
would
change
the
tb
to
ts
if
we'd
like,
and
he
was
also
going
to
redo
the
entire
patina,
and
he
said
you
know
a
lot
of
people,
don't
know
what
that
entails.
He
said,
but
basically
I'm
putting
2000
more
dollars
just
for
the
patina
on
and
cleaning
it
up,
and
you
know
everything-
and
I
said
I
asked
him-
is
this:
does
the
bench
come
with
it?
He
goes
yeah
yeah.
H
F
Thank
you.
It
wasn't
such
an
odd
question,
so
I
have
to
be
sure
about
these
things
right
and,
and
he
also
said
that
he
would
deliver
it.
F
I
don't
know,
I
think
it's
metal.
K
A
A
C
Do
you
have
any
comments
about
that?
It
should
say
ts
right,
definitely,
and
I
think
that
the
location
that
you
already
have
spotted
for
it
would
be
a
great
location.
A
A
David,
I
got
excited
all
in
favor
aye
any
opposed.
Yes,
okay
motion
carries
okay,
okay,
and
this
is
kind
of
a
last-minute
item,
not
on
your
formal
agendas.
A
But
on
monday
morning,
commissioner
carr
requested
that
the
pack
consider,
painting
and
or
wrapping
the
electrical
boxes.
A
Okay,
this
is
something
that
we
considered,
maybe
about
five
years
ago,
and
it
kind
of
was
just
dropped.
Tom
function
has
determined
which
boxes
are
available
to
be
painted.
They
are
the
control
boxes.
The
duke
electrical
boxes
cannot
be
done.
A
Okay,
one
of
the
things
we
are
having
as
aforementioned
difficulty,
getting
artists
to
work
on
the
athletic
field,
buildings
and
at
sunset
beach,
and
I
would
like
a
discussion
about
whether
this
is
a
viable
project
for
us.
At
this
point,.
A
Some
of
them
are
traffic
control
boxes,
so
so
those
are
the
ones
that
can
be
painted
and
or
wrapped.
Okay.
A
Thing
is
these:
these
are
projects
that
exist
elsewhere.
You
know
how
I
feel,
but
the
thing
is
that
there
are
two
things
at
play
here:
one
the
difficulty
of
getting
any
kind
of
art
for
these
boxes,
that's
acceptable.
A
But
do
we
have
any
other
comments.
H
A
You've
driven
around,
but
you
know
I
know
that,
there's
one
on
you
know
where
sunset
road
in
dunedin
terminates.
You
know
I
forget
what
that
is.
The
name
of
that
street
is
that
goes
north
south.
H
A
J
H
H
E
K
A
H
A
A
K
K
A
I
I
I
A
Right,
I
think
five
is
five
or
six.
If
you
go
out
to.
H
C
K
So,
commissioner,
carr
brought
forth
mr
danforth,
who
was
doing
the
wrappings.
You
know-
and
it's
kind
of
you
know
very
colorful
fish-
something
like
that.
Maybe
that
could
be
an
idea,
something
floral
or
something.
A
H
A
K
A
A
K
Is
there
any
way
we
could
reach
out
to
commissioner
carr
and
see,
if
he's
interested
in
doing
any
danforth
stuff
with
that,
or
is
that
even
something
that
we
would
consider.
A
A
A
F
K
Out
where
they
are,
but
I
need
to
contact
commissioner
carr
to
figure
out
where
these
are.
J
J
Need
to
gather
more
information
and
then
do
a
general
call,
but
you
know
we
we
didn't
approve,
that's
true
a
lot
of
his
work.
I
I
think
going
back,
gets
kind
of
messy.
A
H
A
K
E
The
other
thing
with
those
is
typically
when
I
see
them
in
larger
cities,
the
the
traffic
boxes
or
those
boxes,
they
denote
a
specific
district
that
that.
E
H
H
E
E
F
J
A
J
A
A
F
C
H
A
Okay,
well,
I
think
we'll
have
definitely
have
to
revisit
this
on
a
number
of
a
number
of
levels,
but
I'd
like
to
entertain
a
motion
to
table
this
until
the
next
meeting
david
any
seconds,
all
in
favor
all
right.
H
A
Motion
passed
it'll
be
discussion
will
be
tabled
until
the
december
meeting.
Okay,
the
announcements
diane.
Do
you
have
anything
nope?
Okay
joan?
May
I
oh.
J
Certainly
make
an
announcement,
certainly
thank
you.
Many
of
you
are
familiar
with
the
major
fine
arts
festival
that
the
chamber
of
commerce
sponsors
annually
we're.
H
J
Into
the
47th
one,
this
march,
12th
and
13th,
it
attracts
artists
from
all
over
the
united
states
across
all
media.
Fine
arts
painting
photography
into
fine
craft.
The
tarpon
art
association
has
been
involved
with
it.
I
think
maybe
was
the
founder
of
the
weber
of
the
whole
thing
back
back
in
the
70s
and
still
participates.
J
But
this
year
anne
larson,
who
is
the
retired
director
of
the
leiper
ratner,
and
I
are
co-chairs
for
the
artists,
and
we
are
looking
to
build
a
subcommittee
of
specially
picked
people
to
help
us
that
weekend
with
booth
sitting
for
artists
who
need
to
take
a
break
dispatchers
to
call
for
help.
D
J
Need
them
a
variety
of
hospitality
and
service
roles
in
service
of
the
artist?
This
is
sort
of
a
separate
category
from
the
general
volunteers
who
take
money
at
the
gates.
Sell
beer,
blah
blah
blah.
Ours
is
a
specialized
subcommittee.
So,
if
any
of
you
are
interested
we're
putting
together
our
plan
now
we'd
love,
I
I
personally
would
love
to
have
any
and
all
of
you,
oh.
A
J
But
it
would
be
those
three
days
of
activity
not
all
day
every
day.
You
know
we
we
work
out
manageable
shifts
so
that
you
have
time
to
roam
the
show
and
and
buy
right,
but
it's
on
craig
by
yes,
it's
in
craig.
K
J
K
F
Your
beautiful
mural
at
the
cultural
center
is
getting
lots
of
views
and
also
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
elizabeth
indiano's,
the
artist,
is
doing
in
the
process
of
she's
written
a
play
to
go
along
with
the
mural
and
it's
going
to
be
staged
at
the
cultural
center
or
the
end
of
january.
You
could
go
on
to
tarponarts.org
and
look
at
our
brochure
dates
and
she
is
bringing
to
life
some
of
the
characters
that
are
in
the
mural
and
it's
going
to
be
pretty
elaborate.
F
F
A
Please
come
okay,
yes,
and
I
I
think
there
there
are
maybe
a
couple
of
roles
that
still
need
to
be
filled.
You
know
each
part
is
very
short,
you
know
it's.
The
whole
thing
is
an
hour
and
that's
for
everything
and
she's
even
gotten
a
consult
from
the
tampa
ballet
company.
E
Keep
it
in
the
the
you
had
sent
some
email
information
to
everybody,
and
I
thought.
F
E
F
And
is
everybody
going
to
be
able
to
make
the
december
8th
meeting
and
make
sure
we
have
a
quorum?
So
we
might
want
to
pull
that
and
see
if
we
have
a
quorum
right.
A
A
Well,
no,
but
debbie
debbie
would
cover
it.
So
we
would.
E
A
E
A
Discussion
at
the
december
meeting,
and
then
you
know
we
can
also
add
it-
make
sure
it's
on
the
january
agenda
as
well:
okay,
okay
to
further.
E
It's
wide
open,
I
it
it
may
be
adjoining,
it
may
be
on
land,
and
I
I
I
don't
know
that.
There's
anything!
That's
that's.
I
think
one
of
the
biggest
things
we
have
to
the
hurdles
we
have
to
cross
first
is
whether
we
want
to
be
in
the
water
or
adjacent
to
the
water.
That's
probably
the
biggest
step
we
have
to
to.
E
J
J
Just
I
mean
there
are
so
many
jurisdictions.
Oh
yeah,
I
mean
pinellas
county
county,
the
city,
the
army,.
F
E
But
in
wildlife,
but
it
could
end
up
being
a
signature
piece
if
we
have
someone
that
determines
that,
actually
adding
the
aeration
to
that
basin,
you
know
is
an
enhancement
for
the
aquatic
life
and
habitat.
I
mean
that
could
be
huge,
because
what
we're
doing
is
taking
public
art
and
putting
it
together
with
something
you
know.
K
H
E
J
Right
there
there
is
amazing
projects
in
that
green
blue
belt
link
that
are
primarily
in
the
netherlands
and
europe,
but
they
really
do
combine
the
environmental
and
artistic
and
recreational
aspects,
they're
they're,
very
exciting.
Would
you
like
me
to
send
you
that
link
so
that
every
not
all
of
them
are
art
but
they're
they're,
pretty
innovative
and
they
kind
of
get
your
juices
flowing.
A
Our
hands
like
a
museum
there
yeah
it
sounds
like
a
great
project,
so
it'll
be
a
good
follow-up
to
this.
Once
we
get
this
rope,
you
know
rolling
so,
and
I
gather
I'm
talking
to
some
people
from
the
city
is
that
there
are
some.
You
know,
projects
online
and
speaking
of
water
features.
Most
of
them
appear
to
be
car
washes,
so
we
should
be
getting
some
infusions
into
the
public
art
front.
H
A
A
H
A
J
A
Sounds
wonderful,
yeah,
any
other
comments,
announcements.
Anything
our
next
meeting
is
wednesday
december
8th
at
2pm.
If
we
have
a
quorum,
so
please
stay
in
touch
entertain
a
motion
to
adjourn
lucian.
Second,
okay
meeting
is
adjourned
at
3
27
pm.
