A
A
C
A
Has
an
excused
absence
and
as
of
the
Board
of
Commissioners
meeting
last
night,
both
Biba
and
Nick
have
been
appointed
to
full
voting
positions,
and
we
have
two
new
alternate
members,
Angela,
setons
and
Dawn
arbolello,
so
I'm
sure
Irene
Jacobs
will
be
doing
her
usual
efficient
processing
and
we'll
get
them
familiar
with
Sunshine
laws
and
get
them
sworn
in
in
time.
For
our
December
meeting
we
don't
have
any
guests.
A
A
Okay,
all
in
favor
of
accepting
the
minutes
is
submitted,
say
aye,
aye
aye,
any
any
Nays,
okay
minutes
accepted
as
submitted
unanimously
old
business.
Current
project
updates
the
black
heritage
project.
A
I
got
an
email
from
Stephen
Oliver
as
of
November
3rd.
He
is
back
in
Florida,
Diane
emailed
printed
out
the
email
we
got
from
him
that
basically
details
all
of
his
activities
until
then.
E
And
I
did
reach
out
to
Public
Works
and
they
a
tum
function
and
Brandon
crumb.
They
do.
They
have
his
contact
information
they're
going
to
coordinate
a
meeting
to
just
go
over
the
site
locations
at
both
right.
You
know
areas
and-
and
just
you
know,
discuss
those
a
little
bit
more
in
length.
A
Right,
yeah
I
think
we
had
some
comments
from
the
mayor
and
some
of
the
Commissioners
about
using
a
location
on
the
Sponge
Docks
that
was
closer
to
that
little
information
house,
not
at
the
bus,
stop
they
were
concerned
about.
You
know
people
congregating
there
and
clogging
up
the
sidewalk.
So
that's
something
that
will
have
to
be
discussed
and
I
also
notice.
That
there's
seems
to
be
a
building
going
up
opposite
the
corner
in
by
the
Cap
Center.
C
A
I,
don't
know
whether
that'll
affect
line
of
sight,
but
it's
something
that
we
should
probably
be
aware
of.
You
know
I'm
sure
it'll
still
be
fine,
but
but
anyway,
obviously
he's
still
doing
a
lot
of
research
on
you
know
historical
images
and
you
know
working
on
his
materials
and
everything
else.
Does
anybody
have
any
comments
or
suggestions?
A
Okay:
okay,
moving
on
Graham
the
illuminated
art
boxes.
First,
before
you
give
your
report,
I
wanted
to.
Thank
you
for
handling
all
the
image.
Submissions.
Yes
and
the
4D
selected
images
were
Graham
gave
to
me
on
a
thumb,
drive
and
I
processed
them,
so
they
would
have
the
you
know
the
crop
and
the
the
bleed
that's
necessary
to
put
them
in
the
box.
I
dropped
off
the
thumb
drive
with
Alan
for
printing
for
the
next
round.
A
Hopefully
we
should
have
them
up
in
time
for
the
holiday
season
and
Alan
suggested
that
we
purchase
another
10
vinyl
panels
so
that
we
have
a
total
of
80
allowing
easier
rotation.
When
we
change
out
the
the
images
I
gather,
we
have
one
the
the
40
we
have
now
I
think
we
used
10
that
were
already
in
existence
from
the
last
round.
A
E
I
know
when
we
purchased
the
the
the
new
acrylic,
we
ordered
40.
right
yeah.
So
I
guess
you
know.
So
we
would
just
go
ahead
and
make
up
the
difference.
Yeah
right
that
sounds
yeah.
E
And
I
did
give
Alan
a
from
UPS
that
our
printer
information
about
gosh
three
weeks
ago
telling
them
that
go
ahead
and
you
know
make
arrangements.
I
gave
them
Public,
Works
contact
information.
I
said:
please
contact
them
and
go
pick
them
up.
You
know
so.
B
A
No,
he
just
you
know
he
just
acknowledged
receded
the
thumb
drive,
okay
and
the
fact
that
he
was
going
to
start
printing.
Now
that
we
have
the
the
extra
panels.
It'll
be
a
lot
easier
because
they
can
just
you
know
and
once
well
foop
as
they
say
we
they
can
just
take
out
the
old
images
and
slide
in
the
new
panels.
So
it'll
be
a
lot
more
efficient
for
Public
Works
Graham.
You
have
any.
D
D
D
D
I
will
send
you
the
spreadsheet
and
any
supporting
documents
that
I
have
thank.
C
D
And
make
sure
you
get
those
certainly
later
today,
thanks
yeah
apart
from
that?
Yes,
it
was.
It
was
fairly
painless,
some
recommendations
for
next
time.
Okay,
we
should
make
it
clear
that
we
want
no
more
than
I
suggest
three
images
per
Artist
as
a
maximum.
D
Some
people
submitted
one,
some
people
submitted
12
and
some
people
were
very
confused
and
and
and
so
on
it
took
me
quite
a
while
to
get
the
the
people
who
submitted
images
that
were
of
insufficient
quality
to
persuade
them.
To
give
me
images
of
sufficient
quality
for
printing
was
an
interesting
exercise
in
itself.
D
People
who
are
not
photographers
tend
not
to
know
about
such
things,
so
it's
it's
not
immediately
obvious
to
them,
and
you
know
and
I'm
thinking
that
that
perhaps
we
should
prepare
a
handout
for
next
time
that
we
can
just
send
to
people
if
they
have
questions
that
has
all
the
details
on
it
be
more
than
happy
to
write
it,
and
you
know,
and
so
that
we
can
have
that
on
on
hand
for
next
time,
but
yeah,
otherwise,
I
think
it
was
a
you
know.
It
went
well
I.
E
Think
we've
also
learned
to
just
in
my
discussion
with
the
finance
director
is
that
you
know
we've
done
it
different
ways
in
the
past
two
times,
but
you
know
because
of
their
auditing
procedures
and
things
like
that,
they
would
prefer
to
do.
E
You
know
just
checks
and
not
even
take
do
credit
cards
or
anything
like
that.
You
know,
or
they
will
not
do
PayPal,
you
know.
So
it's
got.
We
have
to
make
that
very
clear
on
the
front.
End
too,
that
you.
E
E
Yes,
yeah
their
privacy
and
understandable,
but
you
know
it's
like
we
have
to
go
by
City
procedures,
so
it's
kind
of
like.
If,
if
you
you
know,
if
you
don't
feel
strongly
about
that,
then
you
can
go
ahead
and
say:
I'm
not
going
to
take
it.
But
if
you
want
it,
you
need
to
do
these.
E
Yeah,
so
it
was
every
time
we
do
it.
We
seem
to
learn
a
little
bit
more
and
you
know
then
there's
the
photographers.
You
know
that
submit
Photography.
They
understand
the
high
resolution,
the
people
that
are
submitting
you
know
images
of
their
paintings.
They
don't
necessarily
have
the
Savvy
to
understand
what
it
takes.
You
know
to
provide
a
high
definition.
You
know.
E
D
Okay,
well
I'll
take
care
of
doing
a
document
for
that
also,
we
did
mention
in
the
call
that
there
would
be
an
online
catalog
of
artworks
where
people
could
purchase
either
prints
or
the
original
artwork
and
I'd
be
more
than
happy
to
do
the
the
acquisition
of
the
information
that
has
to
go
with
that
from
the
artists
themselves
and
see
how
long
that
takes
me
to
get
yeah.
E
C
D
D
E
A
I
agree,
plus
we
have
the
budget
to
consider.
Yes,
the
other
thing
I
was
going
to
run
past
you
Graham
and
Diane,
and
the
other
members
of
the
committee
is,
you
know
you
said
a
maximum
of
three
images,
but
should
we
restrict
the
honorarium
to
one
per
artist.
E
Okay,
because
I
know
in
the
past
first
two
times
we
did
it,
we
got.
You
know
a
barrage
from
some
people
and
you
know
so:
yeah
yeah.
D
I
looked
at
the
past
spreadsheets
that
I
was
that
that
I
was
provided
and
some
people
got
more
than
one
honorarium,
for
you
know
submitting
more
than
one
image.
So
you
know,
I
went
with
that
this
time
as
well,
not
for
submitting
for
for
succeeding
with
more
than
one
image.
C
D
C
C
E
C
G
Okay,
what's
our
what
what's
the
the
area
that
these
this
call
goes
to?
Is
it
all
of
clear,
Pinellas
County
or
is
it
Tampa
Bay.
E
We
put
it
out
on
multiple
places,
we
put
it
on
social
media.
Of
course,
creative
Pinellas
is
not
no
longer
putting
out
calls
to
artists
for
some
reason:
the
Art
Association.
Well,
the
the
Saint
Pete
Art
Association.
They
still
do
the
calls
to
artists,
we
do
a
press
release
and
then
we
also
have
it
on
the
Florida
public
art.
You
know
they
put
it
out
on
their
newsletter
too.
So
you've
seen
it
in
there
in.
D
Addition
to
that
I
sent
it
to
the
the
Tarpon
Springs
artists,
Association,
the
Safety
Harbor,
one,
the
Dunedin
one,
the
Clearwater
one,
and
also
the
a
couple
of
the
local
photography
associations
and
the
Pinellas
Schools.
E
D
It
was
also
publicized
to
the
Tarpon
Springs
Library
photography,
club.
G
Yeah,
so
did
the
results
reach
anybody
either.
This
is
a
call
for
people,
so
they
can't.
Maybe
they
don't
see
what
it
is.
Is
there
any
kind
of
coverage
of
what
the
results
of
this
are,
which
I'm
the
reason
I'm
asking?
That
is
that
one,
it's
good
good
play.
You
know
publicity
for
Tarpon
Springs
and
what
we're
doing
with
this,
but
also
it
shows
people.
You
know
what
the
what
the
finish
product
is
and
how
they
could.
G
G
C
G
Was
saying,
do
I
dare
be
one
of
those
really
nasty
judges
and
only
select
the
ones
I
want.
C
D
Invite
in
the
in
the
course
artists
I
did
invite
people
to
go
to
the
the
the
the
public
art
website
for
top,
and
there
is
one
yeah
and
and
look
at
the
catalog
for
the
previous
year
and
to
familiarize
themselves
with
that
and
to
see
what
what
had
been
done
in
the
past.
G
D
G
C
C
D
If
it
might
not
be
an
idea
to
have
a
a
video
tour
of
something.
D
Knew
a
videographer
or
someone
who
has
a
smartphone
Joan,
who
could
you
know,
go
on
another.
D
G
Black
border,
it
just
doesn't
fit,
you
know,
and
it's
and
and
that's
just
you
know,
because
somebody's
just
picking
something
well
I
like
this
I'm
going
to
submit
it.
You
know,
instead
of
thinking
what
the
what
the
end
result.
G
Yeah
so
I
I
think
you
know
the
the
idea
of
the
light
box.
Is
we
get
people
participating
in
it?
It's
something
that's
down
there
and
it's
something
that
that
we
should
be
proud
of
in
in.
C
A
G
Yeah
and
it's
something
that
that
you
know
it
they're
they're
hard
to
spot.
You
know
when
you,
when
you
go
down
the
street
because
there's
other
kinds
of
things
up
there
like
that,
but
they.
But
if
you
start
looking
for
them,
then
then
they
become
more
part
of
the
street,
but
if
you're,
if
you're,
not
looking
for
them,
which
is
the
other
issue
with
this
whole
thing,
you
know,
we've
often
wondered
how
to
get
people
to
pay
more
attention
to
it.
Right.
A
E
E
E
A
E
D
E
Yeah
and
actually
we
have
had
people
on
Facebook
every
once
in
a
while
I'll
catch
him,
where
an
artist
from
out
of
town
will
come
and
stand
under
their
image.
C
E
C
C
G
Thing
I've
been
on
on
state
juries
for
Grants
and
things
like
that,
and
it's
about
people
submitting
under
different
names
and
things
I.
You
know
I
think,
there's
a
different.
You
know
it
what
it's
a
hundred
dollars
and
and
if
you're
limited
to
one
per
person,
but
how
many
repeat
I
mean
I,
don't
know
the
local
artists
that
well,
but
I
I,
think
I've
sensed
some
of
the
same
artists.
Every
time
I
mean
how
you.
C
G
E
Yeah
I
know
I
could
I
could
go
ahead
and
put
all
the
Excel
files
together
and
color
code
them
and
then
sort
them
and
see
bring
it
to
the
December
meeting.
Yeah.
B
They
just
there
were
multiple.
There
were
multiple
artists
that
had
submitted
their
paperwork
and
procurement
would
respond
and
be
like.
Thank
you
for
your
paper
work,
but
you
are
a
vendor,
and
since
this
is
my
first
go-round
too,
like
I
was
realizing
like
oh,
they
must
have
done
a
box.
C
D
Yeah
and
I
I
did
write
to
all
of
the
unsuccessful
submitters
and
and
ask
them
to
submit
next
year.
E
C
E
C
D
A
E
C
E
First,
one
by
Sydney,
presso
I
told
her
about
your
concerns
that
they
were
to
in
your
face
right
and
so
I
asked
her.
If
she
would
submit
you
know
one
that
was
a
little
bit
more
subdued
and.
C
C
E
And
then
the
second
one
that
we
have
I'm
Mr,
Davis
I
came
in
and
he
does
more
he's
more
of
a
conceptual
artist,
so
he's
giving
you
his
proposal,
that's
the
second
one
yeah
and
also
he
gave
like
a
breakdown
of
his
budget
costs
and
things
like
that
too.
G
Design
I
know
it's
an
abstract,
and
it
says
here
in
the
in
the
based
on
the
artist
rothko
Style.
Anybody.
G
A
C
D
A
G
B
B
C
G
G
The
thing
I
I
agree
that
I
don't
think
it
pits
the
structure
that
it's
up,
that's
going
against,
I
think
scale
wise
and
things
like
that.
I
mean
I,
I,
think
the
artist
couldn't
make
it
work,
but
not
on
this
particular
Right.
E
C
E
E
A
The
thing
is
I.
What
I
I
think
we
should
do
is
if
we
decide
that
that
we're
going
to
go
with
this
artist
in
these
designs,
we
should
ask
her
to
ask
her
to
submit
a
budget.
Okay
and
I
mean
if
she
just
Falls
within
what
we
consider
of
you,
know
normal
range.
Then
you
know
we
could
just
approve
it.
You
know
if
she
sends
you
know
a
bill
for
three
thousand
dollars
for
materials.
Then
it's
you.
E
Know
she
did
mention
that
she
was
working
on
a
pretty
lengthy
project
right
now
and
she
wouldn't,
if
you
approved
her,
she
wouldn't
be
able
to
start
until
January
and
I
told
her.
That's
that's
fine!
That's.
C
A
Problem
all
right:
okay,
so
I'd
like
to
entertain
a
motion
about
accepting
the
presso
mural.
G
I
find
her
color
choice,
although
bright,
very
strange
so
but
I
don't
know
if
it's
going
to
be
exactly
that.
This
could
be
a
lot
of
has
a
lot
to
do
with
the
way
The
copier
color.
Yes,.
C
G
A
The
mid-century
Trump
avocado
and
burnt
orange
yeah
yeah.
It's
like
my
whole
kitchen.
A
Know
what
I
was
thinking
of
suggesting
and
you
you
guys-
are
really
more
of
an
artist
than
I
am
but
I
thought
it
would
be
interesting,
is
instead
of
having
those
the
black
is
to
pick
up.
Maybe
the
brown
from
the
tennis
I
think
it
would
just
I
there's
something
about
that
that
harsh
black,
that's
plugging
me
a
little
I,
don't
know
how
you
guys
feel.
C
G
C
G
They
just
completely
it's
like
throwing
this,
and
that
sounds,
and
things
like
that
in
the.
C
G
Difference
but
I
the
the
thing
that
that
concerns
me
is
that
color
wise
those
that
black
doesn't
fit
with
the
side
of
the
building
I
mean
this
is
one
building
right,
yeah,
and
so
the
black
is
is
an
element,
that's
not
on
the
side
of
the
building.
Right.
G
A
E
G
A
Right
so
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second
and
everybody
in
favor
of
adopting
this
design
with
some
possible
colored
tweaks.
D
A
But
no,
this
is
more
specific.
Okay
yeah,
that
was
just
a
you
know,
an
approval.
D
A
Do
I
hear
a
second
all
in
favor,
any
opposed
okay
motion
passes,
so
Diane
you'll
follow
up
with
her.
Thank
you.
Okay
and
the
next
thing
which
somehow
we
missed
on
the
agenda
is
the
Pete,
the
Pelican
plaque,
so
I'm
gonna
insert
that
because
it
was
old,
business,
okay
and
there's
a
a
printout
in
your
you
know
in
your
packet,
okay,
oh
I
noticed
there's
a
typo
after
meet
again,
it
should
be.
A
Okay,
this
was
obviously
suggested
by
the
winner,
George
Joy,
Giorgio,
sackelson
and
I
did
run
the
whole
thing
past
her
and
in
terms
of
transparency.
I
did
also
run
it
by
mayor
vaticiotis
and
they
both
approved
it.
But
if
you
see
anything
on
there
that
you
don't
like,
please
speak
now
or
forever
hold
your
plaque.
A
The
with
the
with
the
Pelican
can
I
see
right
and
when,
when
the
plaque,
if
this
is
approved
and
put
into
production,
when
this
is
ready,
then
we're
going
to
do
a
photo
op
with
joy
and
the
mayor.
C
Good
I.
E
A
C
A
C
G
E
Would
you
do
it
on
the
metal,
the
aluminum
or
we
could
do
aluminum
one
an
aluminum
one,
because
if
it's
bigger,
it
needs
to
be
probably
state
right.
Excuse
me
and.
C
G
And
I
have
one
there
and
it's
a
big
long
deck
and
what
they've
done
is
they've
made
it
a
walking
tour
for
blind
people
as
well.
Not
only
do
they
have
Braille
guide
guidance
for
the
whole
whole
project,
but
they've
made
little
replicas
of
each
sculpture,
so
you
can
touch
them
so
that
the
blind
can
can
actually
feel
what
the
sculpture
is
as
they're,
describing
it
right
and-
and
it's
a
it's
just
a
very
nice
little
thing
but
I
don't
know.
G
To
make
a
you
know,
to
have
a
public
thing
you
know
and
like
this
and
where
it's
dedicated
to
somebody
or
something
it's
a
bit
of
history,.
C
C
G
Know,
and
so
it's
it's
Ada
if
you
want
to
put.
A
E
D
D
D
The
the
whole
issue
of
guided
tours
of
the
art
of
top
and
springs
is
something
that
we
haven't
addressed
and
should
we
in
the
future
or
even
now
address
it,
then
we
need
to
address
it
with
you
know:
ADA
requirements
and
suggestions
in
mind.
You
know
not
just
the
blind,
but
also
other
people
that
need
assistance
in.
C
A
A
A
E
C
E
A
And
you
want
it
as
a
PDF,
the
other
use
of
PDF,
okay,
okay,
so
I'd
like
to
entertain
a
motion
to
accept
this,
as,
as
will
be
amended
per
Graham's
suggestion.
A
All
in
favor
aye
aye,
any
Nays
okay
motion
passes.
Okay,
the
Safford
Gateway
project,
I
think
that's
still
on
hold.
That
was
the
one
that
you
know.
Lucianne
left
this
with
and
I
think
there's
a
lot
happening
along
the
trail.
There
I
think
it's
worthwhile
to
just
kind
of
wait.
This
one
out
a
bit
I
think
it's
a
great
project,
Nick
the
Glenna
goodacre
bench.
C
D
F
Should
look
into
you
know,
I
went
and
looked
at
it
again
and
you
know
it
is
really
bleached
out
and
that,
but
I
still
think
you
know
the
wood
is
in
good
shape.
You
know
it's,
it's
teak,
it's
very
solid,
I.
Just
think
it
could
be.
You
know
the
the
damaged
portion
can
be
feathered
in
you
know,
sanded
into.
C
A
C
D
A
F
Public
Works
I
thought
there'd
be
a
lot
of
talent.
You
know
that
you
know
they're
here,
you
know
within
the
city
as
far
as
you
know,
being
able
to
do
that,
I,
don't
see
it
as
being
at
that
time
consuming
and
and
all
we
need
an
outside
vendor.
It
just
seems
to
be
something
you
know
I'm
sure
we
have
people.
C
F
Good
with
wood
and
doing
it,
you.
A
A
As
this
Nick,
could
you
just
send
Diane
an
email,
basically,
maybe
even
elaborating
a
little
more
on
what
you
just
said
about
you
know
sanding
and
Feathering
and
staining,
and
you
know
what
you
would
recommend
and
then
she
could
take
it
up
with
Public
Works.
E
F
F
A
All
right
so
Nick
you're,
going
to
email
Diane
with
your
recommendations
for
how
this
can
be
done
and
she'll
forward
it
to
Public
Works
and
see
whether
somebody
there
could
take
this
on
and
if
they
can't
we'll
just
have
to
look
for
an
outside
vendor.
B
Oh,
so
that
and
then
just
an
interest,
just
some
interest
added
to
the
budget
so
that
the
balance
is
184.
911,
okay,.
A
Great
thank
you.
We
didn't
get
any
submissions
for
the
CRA
mural
project.
Okay,
the
ordinance
edits
review.
I
am
scheduled
to
make
a
presentation
to
the
TRC
tomorrow
morning,
at
11
10
at
the
Dreadful
hour
of
9
A.M.
E
I
think
they
emailed
you
Joan
that
because
of
the
storm
that
that's
going
to
be
postponed,
I
haven't
gotten
an
email.
Yet
okay,
because
I
remember
before
I
came
here.
I
saw
that
you
were
copied
on
it.
So,
okay.
A
F
Well,
heck
yeah.
Last
week,
I
was
walking
down
through
the
Sponge
Docks
since.
C
F
I'm
on
the
committee
I
said:
well,
let
me
walk
through
here
with
new
eyes.
You
know,
there's
so
much
I
didn't
see
so
I
made
sure
I
looked
at
the
art
boxes
and
the
different
things
and
one
of
the
things
I
noticed
was
when
I
was
walking
down
through
the
Sponge
Docks
was
the
the
sponge
boat
that
the
city
has.
You
know
in
the
middle
of
the
Sponge
Docks
right
and
it
was
really
in
great
disrepair.
I
mean
you
know
we're
going
through
all
this.
B
C
F
Exists
is
because
of
those
types
of
vessels.
You
know
that
that
started
the
whole
thing
down
there,
the
sponge
industry,
and
it
was
just
had
been
sitting
in
the
sun.
It
was
sun-baked.
It
hadn't
been
painted
in
so
long
that.
F
It's
just
my
feeling
was
it
needs.
Somebody
needs
to
jump
on
it,
it
it
really
needs
a
painting
and
all
I
could
see
the
the
some
of
the
the
rails
and.
C
F
Some
of
the
cutouts
that
go
underneath
the
rails
that
are
shaped
really
nice
shapes
and
stuff
they're,
starting
to
look
really
weathered,
and
you
know
maybe
starting
to
come
apart
and
all
so.
It
really
needs
painting
for
sure
just.
F
It,
but
you
know
it's
just
something
that
really
need
to
stay
on
top
of,
because
you
know
there's
not
many
of
those
left
right
and
all,
but
I
just
saw
as
far
as
you
know,
where
you
know
what
people
see
and
the
impression
they
get
and
on
the
experience
they
have
down
there.
I
think
this
is
a
large
part
of
it
and
you
know
I
just
thought,
since
we
put
so
much
effort
and
some
of
these
other
things,
you
know
the
the
details,
it's
almost
I'm
going
to
lose
track
of
the
the.
A
A
Oh,
that's:
that's
a
that's!
A
great
observation,
I'm
I'm,
wondering,
though
whether
this
would
be
more
in
the
purview
of
the
Historical
Society
or
you
know
possible,
CRA
funding
if
it
is
by
if
it
is
owned
by
the
city,
I'm,
not
sure
sure
it
would
probably
be
worth
Diane,
maybe
emailed
Mark,
lacorris
and
mayor
vadakiotis
and
say
that
you
know
that
Nick
Toth
raised
it
at
the
PAC
meeting
that
the
Tarpon
Springs
vessels
and
disrepair.
G
G
We
started
thinking
with
the
with
the
Gateway
right.
C
G
To
to
go
to
canis
that
was
pure
public
works.
Right
I
mean
we
were
asked
to
to
look
at
something,
but
right
so
we
we
were
in
a
position
of
maybe
recommending
they
gave
us
options,
they
recommend
they
didn't.
Let
us
have
our
our
free
will
work.
C
G
A
way,
but
is
it?
Is
it
something
on
our
purview,
and
this
is
this
is
something
maybe
we
even
forgotten.
The
whole
thing
we've
just
gone
through
is
what
one
of
our
mandates
as
a
as
a
public
art
committee
is,
is
our
recommendations
on
the
way
Tarpon
Springs
looks
right.
C
G
Of
Tarpon
Springs
I,
don't
know
which
is
more
of
the
major
icon
that
or
the
tarp
the
spender
in
front
of
it.
C
C
G
So
so
it
it,
but
you
know,
is
it
something
there
that
we
as
a
committee
can
make
recommendations
I
mean
only
that
just
say
we
noticed
well.
A
Know,
email,
Mark
and
the
mayor
vatikiotis
about
you
know
our
observation
that
this
is
falling
into
disrepair
and
is
unsightly
and
you
know
find
out
from
the
powers
that
be
whose
you
know
who's
responsible
for.
G
F
G
F
Another
question:
forgive
me
for
Interruption.
C
F
C
F
Going
to
be
Beyond
repair,
and
that
would
be
really
sad
since
you
know
these
things
are,
you
know
so
rare
now
to
see
a
real
sponge
boat
and
all
and
what
I
saw
also
walking
around
out
the
docks.
I
went
into
the
sponge
exchange
and
looked
at
the
vessel.
You
know
the
boat
that
was
out
of
the
water
and
and
I
was
mortified
to
see
that
the
the
whole
they
have
a
tarp
over
a
section
of
the
hole
near
the
bow
in
the
front.
C
F
C
F
But
it
was
collapsing
and
all
and
then
the
the
the
the
diesel
engine
and
the
air
compressor
that's
sitting.
There
are
basically
rusting
out.
You
know
from
the
inside.
C
F
C
F
F
Any
provision
for
maintenance
for
hauling,
you
know
for
hauling,
The
Vessel
out
and
and
what
can
be
done?
You
know
we
can.
You
know
there
are
experts
in
the
area
on
the
on.
C
C
Is
the
St
Nicholas
one
of
the.
F
Older
Saint
Nicholas's,
not
the
current
one,
that
you
see
the
seven
but
I
think
it
was
the
three
or
something
like
that.
You
know
by
the
time
it
got
hauled
out
and
all
we
had.
You
know
experts
in
the
state
and.
G
A
F
C
A
G
Know
but
that
that
is
something
that
he
needs
to
manage,
because,
because
that's
a
major
again
in
in
the
sponge
exchange
I
mean
that's,
a
major
right
photo
photo
op
for
people,
sure
sure.
G
A
C
C
G
C
A
So
Diane
your
your
email
instructions
are
so
both
both
vessels
I
think
you
know
both
vegetables,
both
vessels
yeah,
so
you've
got
one
yeah,
the
sponge
exchange
boat
and
the
the
Tarpon
Springs.
A
C
A
A
C
D
I
noticed
that
we're
proceeding
a
pace
with
the
improvements
to
the
intersection
of
US,
19
and
toppen
Avenue
I'm
glad
to
see
that
for
lots
of
reasons.
But
there
are
some
upcoming
Public
Works
projects
over
the
next
year
or
two
in
particular.
The.
D
Flood
mitigation
at
the
end
of
Martin,
Luther,
King
right
where
it
meets
the
Bayou
there.
There
I'm
not
sure
what
the
final
plan
is
going
to
be.
D
But
my
understanding
from
the
the
last
border,
Commissioners
meeting
that
that
I
saw
discussing
this
is
that
they're,
probably
going
to
end
up
putting
a
burm
in
and
raising
the
roadway,
that
being
the
the
most
comprehensive
solution
and
there's
that
and
the
the
Beckett
Bridge
right
right,
which
I
and
I
know
is,
is
a
combination
of
County
and
and
City
to
to
get
that
done
here.
We're
talking
both
cases
we're
talking
about
creating
vast
expanses
of
concrete,
and
it
would
be
good
if
we
could
somehow
insert
some.
D
Art
involvement
into
that,
so
that
they're,
not
gigantic
expanses
of
concrete
in
the
end
that
they're
something
that
we
actually
don't
mind.
Looking
at
right.
A
One
of
the
things
that
came
to
mind
right
away
is
you
know
if
you
go
down
19,
you
know
approaching
Gulf
to
Bay.
They
have
all
of
that
Ornamental
Concrete
on
the
overpasses.
Yes,
that's
very
you
know
you.
A
Yeah
yeah,
but
no
you're
right,
that's
that's
something.
We
should
definitely.
C
E
C
E
Yours,
you
also
have
him
here
the
invitation
to
the
Greektown
dedication
and
everything.
So
that's
coming
up
shortly
and
also
have
more
details,
probably
at
the
December
meeting,
but
I'm
really
excited
that
we're
I'm.
Finally
getting
to
do
some
real
good
upgrades
at
the
Heritage
Museum.
C
E
E
And
so
we're
getting
we're
going
to
be
doing
some
major
Renovations
and
while
we're
doing
that,
we've
Crystal
has
taken
all
of
his
artwork
out
of
my
section
and
then
we
come
back
he's
donated
to
the
city,
a
large
charcoal,
which
is
the
same
rendition
of
the
image
that
he
has
at
Advent
health,
and
so
they
actually
it's
fascinating.
They
took
I'll
show
that
with
you
in
December,
but
they
they
actually
took
out
a
whole
side
of
the
Heritage
Museum
to
get
it
in
and
then
patched
it
right
up.
E
Like
the
same
day,
it
was
pretty
amazing,
so
yeah,
so
he's
going
to
be
he's
donated
some
two
new
pieces
to
us
and
so
we're
in
the
process
of
you
know
getting
some
new
lighting
new
carpeting
and
everything
like
that
and
we'll
put
his
artwork
back
and.
C
E
Then
so
you
know
over
the
years
like
now,
his
and
Robert
can
probably
appreciate.
This
too,
is
that
you
know
some
of
the
people
who
have
purchased
his
his
artwork.
E
You
know
they're,
looking
to
maybe
donate
that
you
know
at
some
point
in
the
future
when
they
pass
so
Chris
is
also
created.
A
new
non-profit,
called
friends
of
Christopher.
Still
so
he'll
be
you
know,
he'll
be
handling
all
that,
and
then
you
know,
if
the
case
may
be,
we
may
be
able
to.
You
know
get
some
of
that
over
the
you
know
the
years
and
you
know
have
a
couple.
You
know
Originals
there
at
some
point.
You
know
in
the
future
in
addition
to
what
he
has
already
given
us.
E
So
that's
pretty
exciting,
but
we
have
just
a
lot
of
renovation
to
go
through
right
now
and
so
it's
kind
of
slated
to
get
started
if
all
goes
well
after
Epiphany,
because
you
know
public
works
right
now
is
really
involved
with
getting
all
the
decorations
up
and
preparing
for
snow
place,
and
you
know
all
the
holiday
activities
so
that
we're
hoping
to
get
started.
E
C
E
In
an
effort
to
maintain
our
wonderful
Museum,
you
know
and
we're
going
to
be
moving
the
maritime
exhibits.
You
know
over
to
the
Greek
history
section
and
you
know
one
of
the
things
Nick
I
know
you
know
we
we're
going
to
do
the
key.
You
know
the
the
other
new
exhibition
that
we're
going
to
be
bringing
in,
and
we
decided
to
postpone
that
because
of
the
construction,
you
know
that
we're
going
to
be
doing
so.
E
The
spun
we
had
a
really
cool
sponge
exhibit
that
is
in
Key
Largo
right
now
and
we'll
just
we're
just
postponing
it
until
the
construction
is
done
and
then
we'll
bring
it
up.
But
Nick
was
involved
with
theirs
and
so
yeah
there's
a
lot
of
fun
stuff
going
on
and
a
lot
of
new
exhibits
planned
and
everything.
So
we're
pretty
excited
about
that.
E
The
course
yeah
like
I,
said
where's
there's
not
really
any
new
additions
other
than
what
he
has
donated
already
to
us.
There's
like
that
big
charcoal
in
the
two
pieces,
but
right
you
know
the
potential
down
the
road
is
very
exciting.
You
know,
but
in
order
to
do
this
we
just
have
a
lot
of
upgrading
in
there.
You
know
with
that
particular
building.
That
needs
to
be
done
so
better
to
do
it
now,
right
later,
so
it's
very
exciting
that
we
actually
have
a
chance
to
do
that
now,
right.
A
One
other
thing:
I
know
that
I
was
asked
to
well.
Let's
just
say
that
there
was
some
concern
about
the
original
Christopher.
Still
that's
behind
the
information
desk
at
the
public
library
and
whether
it
should
be
framed.
It
should
not
be
framed.
I
I,
you
know
I
I
communicated
with
Kelly
Victory
who's.
You
know,
Chris's
wife
I
usually
go
through
her
and
she
said
that
the
whole
idea
of
that
it's
a
you,
know,
Trump
Loy.
A
You
know
it
looks
like
some
of
the
things
are
actually
coming
out
of
a
painted
frame.
That's
part
of
the
painting,
exactly
so
yeah
yeah.
So
that's
that's
and
the
other
thing
you
know
in
this
kind
of
reflects
back
on
what
Graham
was
saying
too
about
you
know
some
major
construction.
A
You
know
they're
creating
a
new
Clerk's
Office,
so
I
think
that
maybe
that's
something
else
we
should
look
into
is
maybe
doing
some
kind
of
you
know
art
installation
in
the
clerk's
office,
because
that
obviously
gets
a
lot
of
traffic
and.
A
E
A
Oh
and
one
more
thing,
our
elusive
local
sculptor,
Kyle
Pierce,
has
bubbled
to
the
surface.
You
guys
don't
know
the
Kyle
Pierce
story,
but
we
he
came
to
one
of
our
meetings.
A
You
know
a
thousand
years
ago
and
we
actually
wanted
to
commission
him
to
do
Pelican
sculptures
where
the
Mike
Elwell
sculpture
is
now
and
he
poof
vanished.
Well
anyway,
a
friend
of
mine,
Merle
Seaman
actually
had
him.
Do
some
private
work
over
at
the
Marina,
and
he
is
you
know
in
contact
with
him.
So
one
of
the
things
I
was
thinking
about
would
be
to
talk
to
him
about
doing
it's.
A
It
seems
that
part
of
Tarpon
Springs
lore
is
that
there
was
a
fishing
cat
by
the
Two
Georges
named
Sylvester,
so
I'd
like
to
you
know
just
pursue
this
and
I'll.
Obviously
you
know
bring
everything
back
to
to
the
committee,
but
I'd
like
to
try
to
reach
out
to
him
and
see
whether
he
could
do
a
a
little.
You
know
cat
sculpture
for
for
the
close
to
the
Pelican,
because
I
think
that
would
just
add
to
the
narrative
down
there.
A
So,
let's
see
I
think
that's
it,
and
so
our
next
regular
meeting
is
Wednesday
December
14th
at
two
o'clock
and
it
is
307
and
the
meeting
is
adjourned.
