From YouTube: Sustainability Committee April 20, 2023
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Six
o'clock
so
good
evening
to
you
all
and
thank
you
for
being
here
and
we're
going
to
call
the
sustainability
meeting
to
order
on
Thursday
April,
20th
2023
and
the
first
can
we
have
roll
call.
Please
thank
you.
D
A
D
A
A
Yes,
thank
you
for
reminding
me
all
in
favor
of
excusing
Jennifer
bracy's
absence
tonight,
all
in
favor
of
excusing
Karen
Gallagher's
absence
this
evening.
Hi.
A
E
A
Right:
okay,
and
is
there
any
public
comment
I'd?
Are
we
online
at
all
where
we
might
have
potential
outside
comments
or
not.
A
So-
and
we
have
no
public
comments
at
this
time,
so
we
have
the
exciting
opportunity
to
review
the
first
draft
of
the
sustainability
plan
and
it
is
going
to
take
a
bit
of
time
to
get
through
it.
So,
in
my
discussion
with
Robin
prior
to
this
meeting,
we
think
it
might
be
most
most
expeditious
to
just
go
ahead
and
and
listen
to
as
much
as
each
part
and
withhold
comment
and
write
our
comments
down
and
then
give
them
at
the
end
of
each
section.
G
B
So,
yes,
we
have
a
lot
to
get
through
tonight.
Definitely
I
hope
everyone
had
a
chance
to
look
at
the
sustainability
plan.
First
draft
I
know
some
people
might
have
had
some
issues
receiving
the
email,
since
it
was
such
a
large
series
of
attachments
for
this
meeting,
so
I
apologize
if
anyone
did
not
receive
it
until
yesterday
to
be
able
to
begin
looking
at
it.
So
that
being
said,
we'll
go
ahead
and
get
started.
B
B
B
Title
page
and
then
we
get
into
the
sustainability
plan
at
a
glance.
So
the
idea
for
this
document
is
it
kind
of
summarizes
the
entire
plan
into
one
document
that
can
be
given
as
a
one-page
handout
to
kind
of
summarize
our
sustainability
plan.
So
it
gives
the
goal
how
we,
you
know
our
method
for
doing
this
plan,
our
different
action
categories.
B
Then
we
have
a
signed
letter
from
the
city
manager,
kind
of
giving
an
introduction
to
the
plan
and
those
reading
the
plan
encouraging
City
residents
to
get
involved.
With
this
plan
and
with
sustainability,
we
have
a
contributors
list
which
recognizes
some
of
the
many
individuals
who
are
involved
with
this
plan,
including
the
sustainability
staff
team,
of
course,
the
sustainability
committee
and
several
other
institutions.
B
B
This
is
our
city
leadership
page,
and
we
will
be
updating
this
page
with
the
new
commissioner
and
I.
Do
want
to
remind
the
committee
as
well
that
this
is
just
our
first
draft
and
it
is
expected
to
change
a
lot
with
comments
not
only
from
you
all,
but
also
comments
from
our
different
city
departments.
B
B
B
B
E
E
H
I
would
have
to
review
the
of
the
previous
board
meeting
to
check
on
that.
A
The
Strategic
plan
incorporates
I.
B
So
I
believe
what
you're
asking
is
the
Strategic
plan
Rewritten
every
three
years
and
therefore
should
this
one
be
as
well
or
at
least
reviewed
everything
reviewed
every
three
years,
so
the
Strategic
plan
I
believe
they
start
looking
at
it
every
three
years,
but
I
have
been
working
with
planning
throughout
this
process
and
the
Strategic
plan
is
set
to
have
a
five-year
planning
Horizon.
So
they
might
start
reviewing
it
again
at
three
years
and
going
through
that
process
again,
but
the
Strategic
plan
that
was
just
passed.
B
B
Yeah,
we
definitely
will
look
into
that.
I'll.
Make
sure
what
that
is.
But
you
know,
as
I
mentioned
planning
has
been
very
involved
with
this
and,
as
you
can
see,
strategic
plan
is,
will
be
very
woven
through
this
document,
where
we
tie
in
very
clearly
which
actions
relate
to
strategic
plan
goals
and
objectives,
and
we
try
to
prioritize
the
actions
and
when
the
actions
will
be
completed
in
order
to
complement
the
Strategic
plan
time
frame.
B
B
And
then
we
have
our
guide
for
reading
this
document,
this
page
kind
of
outlines
how
this
document
is
divided
into
the
three
main
sections
based
on
the
three
pillars
of
sustainability,
environment,
economy
and
social,
and
how
it's
further
divided
by
our
categories
of
natural
environment,
climate
and
energy,
built
environment,
local
economy,
equity
and
community
and
health
and
safety.
So
that
is
where
the
actions
are
found
and
they
are
within
those
categories
within
those
overall
sections.
There's
a
total
of
50
actions
within
this
plan.
B
This
page
is
a
description
of
the
action
categories.
It
describes
what
each
of
these
action
categories
mean,
and
it
introduces
the
icons
that
we
will
use
throughout
the
plan
to
be
associated
with
those
action
categories
anytime
that
you
see
bolded
text.
That
means
that
there's
a
definition
for
that
word
in
the
definitions,
page.
I
C
I
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
I
think
that
visually,
it's
really
lovely
I,
like
all
of
the
graphics
and
the
colors
I,
would
recommend
that
like,
for
example,
under
climate
and
energy,
where
it
says
ghg
that
the
first
time
that
we're
introducing
a
term
we
spell
out
greenhouse
gases
and
then
put
the
ghg
in
parentheses,
so
that
people
know
what
it
means.
I,
just
I'm
worried
about
acronyms
and
regular
people
reading
it
and
they're
like
what
is
that.
E
E
A
You
know
they're
my
only
comment
in
the
organization
of
the
document.
The
first
paragraph
is
that
it's
divided
by
three
main
sections
and
we
say
environmental,
economic
and
social,
but
it's
social
just
sounds
like
it's
kind
of
hanging.
I
I
would
like
just
in
an
in
this.
For
the
sake
of
clarity
to
put
components.
You
know
environmental,
economic
or
economy
and
social
components,
just
which
would
seem
a
little
bit
more
complete
in
the
language.
G
B
Were
there
any
other
thoughts
on
these
two
pages
before
we
move
on
okay,
perfect?
Okay,
so
now
we
get
into
the
progress
to
date
section.
So
the
idea
for
this
this
section
is
to
kind
of
highlight
some
of
the
sustainability
initiatives
and
projects
that
the
city
has
already
been
doing
in
recent
years,
so
we've
kind
of
subdivided
that
into
a
few
categories,
such
as
clean
energy.
B
So
this
one
highlights
a
couple
projects
at
a
broader
level
here
in
bullet
points
such
as
some
solar
system
installations,
the
Duke,
Park
and
plug
program
do
clean
energy
connection
program
starting
to
purchase
EV
and
hybrid
vehicles.
Greenhouse
gas
inventories,
LED
upgrades
are
solar
Co-op
and
we
have
some
photos
to
accompany
that
of
the
Duke
Park
and
plug
charger.
The
Duke
clean
energy
connection,
solar
farm
we've
subscribed
to,
and
then
this
expands
upon
some
of
those
projects
in
our
Spotlight
section.
B
Our
next
progress
to
date.
Category
is
water
conservation,
so
we
highlight
the
Toilet
rebate
and
Water
Conservation
program
funded
by
Swift
Mud
grants
the
storm
water
action
plan,
several
Watershed
watershed
management
plans
that
have
been
completed:
the
Spring,
Bayou,
Water,
Quality,
sampling
and
evaluation,
our
vulnerability
assessment
and
a
stormwater
pollution
prevention,
poster
contest
that
was
hosted
recently
and
then
we
have
some
other
photos
to
kind
of
show,
The
Dredge
project
and
storm
water
flooding
on
data
kidneys,
and
we
expand
upon
that
in
the
spotlight
for
our
storm
water
action
plan.
B
Comments
now
I
thought
at
the
end
of
progress
to
date
would
be
a
good
time.
G
B
We
have
natural
environment,
we
have
Tree
City
USA
in
our
grant,
funded
tree
inventory
and
urban
forestry
management
plan,
the
use
of
integrated
Pest
Management
in
our
parks,
recycling
projects
on
cleanup
projects
that
we
implement
the
use
of
plants
and
trees
throughout
the
urban
landscape.
The
Green
Local
Government
certification
that
we've
received
and
a
recent
award
that
the
RO
plant
received
from
the
fdep,
and
these
are
some
photos
from
the
cleanup
at
the
Sunset
Beach
and
we
expand
upon
the
tree.
B
And
then,
lastly,
we
have
a
economic
and
social
section.
So
we
talk
about
how
the
city
has
two
special
investment
zones,
the
CRA
and
the
federal
qualified
opportunity,
Zone,
the
historic
tax
abatement
program,
some
of
the
programs
that
the
library
offers
the
career
online
high
school
program,
the
museum
pass
program,
the
seed
giveaways
and,
of
course,
our
Earth
Day
event
that
we
are
doing
upgrades
to
public
Recreation
areas
and
increased
bicycle
and
pedestrian
access.
B
D
Noticed
a
possible
small
type
of
it
said:
South
East
districts
dep
says
something
about
the
RO
plant.
Is
it?
Is
it
supposed
to
be
Southwest
or
was
it.
D
B
D
E
I
just
would
like
to
follow
up
with
the
Dory
said,
with
like
solar
installations
on
the
awwtp
I
have
no
clue
what
that
is.
Ro
I've
I
eventually
figured
that
out,
but
I
wouldn't
know
unless
I
was
on
this
committee,
and
so
those
things
also,
it
says
here
in
the
Duke
Energy
thing
that
there
are
fast
Chargers.
E
E
C
C
E
You
know
where
are
the
the
Chargers,
and
you
know
where
are
certain
things
that
you
mention.
So
if
people
wanted
to
see
the
progress,
we'd
know
where
to
look.
B
E
I
B
Up
I,
don't
think
so:
oh
you
don't
I,
don't
think
so.
They
kind
of
I
was
Manning
the
booth
and
they
kind
of
go
out
and
disappear,
and
then
they
come
back
with
their
bags
of
trash
and.
C
I
I
C
J
I'm
sure
most
of
you
are
familiar
with
our
community
engagement,
but
essentially
we
had
a
series
of
public
workshops,
and
this
page
is
basically
summarizes.
You
know
how
these
workshops
are
formatted.
We
went
out
for
the
start
framework
originally
and
we
have
these
three
sections:
Economic
Development
improve
access
to
Community,
Services
natural
resource
protection,
and
this
is
our
flyer
right
here
and,
as
you
can
see
here,
we
broke
down
a
more
detailed
version
of
all
the
workshop
and
service
stuff
in
the
appendix.
J
And
now
moving
on
to
this
survey,
so
it
was
a
17
question
survey
we
provided
them
online
and
in
person
again
a
detailed
breakdown
will
be
in
the
appendix,
but
we
kind
of
break
down
the
more
important
topic
areas
here.
So
the
survey
basically
breaks
down
to
three
main
sections:
demographics,
climate
time,
Community
personal
actions
and
experiences,
and
so
we
can
see
a
quick
summary
of
each
category
right
here.
J
J
J
E
E
And
your
cost
thing,
and
earlier
on,
where
am
I
finding
this,
where
you
head?
Okay,
here
all
the
workshop
participants
gave
the
and
ranked
them,
and
then
you
have
Economic
Development
improved
access
to
services
in
natural
production,
which
is
the
green
red
and
blue.
Now
are
those
listed
in
the
order
of
priority,
so
improved
access
to
community
was
rated
higher
than
natural
resource
protection,
because
in
your
color
scheme
you
have
green
blue
red,
and
here
you
have
green
red
blue.
E
So
I,
don't
you
know
I
I'm,
not
knowing
how
to
read
that
because
you've
given
me
a
key
and
now
I'm,
seeing
different
colors
and
different
orders,
and
so
I'm
thinking,
people
like
to
improved
access
to
community
service,
more
than
natural
resources,
so
I'm
just
saying
consistency
in
colors
and
your
clouds
I.
Don't
know
why
they're
in
different
colors,
when
we've
you've
set
out
that
you're
going
to
group
them
with
your
red,
blue
and
green
or
green,
blue
and
red
I,
think
it
is.
H
I
think
those
those
are
all
really
good
comments.
That's
one
thing:
we've
kind
of
identified
in
early
staff
review
is
a
focus
on
the
interconnectedness
of
the
document
and
like
formatting
to
try
and
you
know,
use
some
graphic
design
ideas.
We're
definitely
going
to
go
through
and
focus
on.
You
know,
links
interconnectedness,
you
know
making
sure
the
document,
the
flow
of
the
document
and
the
formatting.
H
What
we
really
want
to
focus
on
you
know
tonight
is
you
know,
like
the
policy,
and
you
know
making
sure
that
the
the
vision
that
we've
all
talked
about
is
being
conveyed
through
the
document,
but
we
definitely
agree
that
you
know
we're
going
to
be
going
through
and
there'll
be
some
formatting
updates,
we'll
be
making
the
links
all
click
through
and
things
like
that,
as
we.
A
J
To
be
very
honest,
fairly
irrelevant.
F
J
J
And
now
moving
into
section
two
of
the
economy
again,
this
explaining
what
this
pill
is
all
about:
moving
right
into
the
actions
with
the
built
environment.
You
know
we
want
to
increase
pedestrian
quality
of
life,
essentially
green,
some
water
infrastructure.
J
And
again,
green
infrastructure
plans,
Green
Building,
seeking
funding
sources
to
you
know
ensure
these
things
happen
as
well
and
then,
with
the
local
economy,
we
want
to
have
you
know,
develop
green
jobs,
develop
certain
strategies,
procurement
policies,
green
businesses
and,
of
course,
the
living
wage,
which
is
fairly
important
and
now
moving
through
to
the
social
section.
J
J
And
then,
just
a
few
more
here
with
the
equity
and
community
and
health
and
safety
final
section,
so
health
and
oil
policies,
climate
and
all
policies
improve
food
security,
amend
the
line,
development
code
and
that's
it
pretty
short
section
for
the
health
and
safety
so
yeah,
and
that
would
be
the
end
of
this
section.
If
any
of
you
guys
had
comments,
questions
concerns
about
that.
E
I,
just
don't
okay
colors
pay
attention,
but
in
the
environment
it
says
this
pillar
focus
is
on
protecting
the
environment
and
conserving
resources.
This
includes
in
reducing
weight,
waste
using
renewable
energy
sources
and
protecting
endangered
species,
and
then
the
photograph
is
of
the
sponges.
The
sponge
box
and
I
mean
that's
a
big
identity
for
Tarpon
Springs,
but
we
do
know
that
the
sponge
is
are
endangered
in
a
way.
You
know,
there's
not
a
lot
of
sponging
anymore.
There
aren't
a
lot
of
sponges
left,
so
it
it
gave
me
different
messages.
E
I
E
I'm
just
wondering,
if
that's
the
best
image
we
could
use
other
than
we
would
like
to
help
the
sponges
and.
I
E
The
environment
so
I
just
put
that
out
there
you
might
want
to
use
trees
or.
D
F
C
And
then
I
noticed
that
some
of
the
pictures
are
duplicate
so
I'm
guessing
it's
just
a
matter
of
time
of
getting
other
images
in,
but
I'd
like
to
encourage
that
for
the
photographs
that
we
have
more
citizens
in
the
pictures.
It's
a
lot
of
like
Landscapes
around
the
city
right.
C
A
lot
of
the
people
in
the
photographs
are
staff
so
far,
so
I
would
encourage
you
guys
to
to
add
more
photos
that
have
citizens
and
then
also
that,
when
we're
capturing
images
of
citizens
that
that
we're
looking
to
make
sure
that
the
photos
themselves
are
diverse
and
represent
our
community
so
that,
like
diversity
and
age,
diversity
and
race,
okay,.
F
A
You
do
just
saying
you
know:
I
would
like
to
see
the
possibility
of
just
inserts
that,
for
instance,
talk
about
the
challenges
to
the
local
I
mean
to
the
environment.
For
instance.
A
What
Carol
was
mentioning
about
the
condition
of
the
sponges
that
has
changed
over
time.
You
know
I,
don't
know
the
statistics,
but
it
would
be
nice
to
to
have
that
so
that
people
really
grasp
the
need
to
protect
the
environment,
because
we
were
producing
this
much
and
we
had
an
environment.
It's
just
like
the
manatees,
where
there's
a
lot
that
tracks
their
their
well-being,
but
for
this
community
as
well
as
manatees
sponge
industry,
has
been
huge.
G
A
I
F
I
know
I
understand
that.
Yes,
yes,
I
I,
understand
where
I
think
I
understand
where
you're
going
with
this.
So
it's
not
just
statistics.
Statistics
statistics.
It's
like
you,
give
people
a
Break
by
giving
them
something.
That's
more
of
a
narrative!
That's
that's
more
personal,
more
connected
to
the
community
or
an
interesting
fact.
If
you
know
did
you
know
one
of
those
things
like
we
talked
about
absolutely.
A
A
It
and
I'll
I'll
get
it
out
later,
but
it
was
just
something
that
we
included
in
the
end
utility
bill,
but
it
was
was
a
little
list
of
facts.
You
know
about
our
area,
but
I
think
that
it's
really
it's
really
important
to
make
it
personal
so
that
people
understand
that
we
have
a
need
to
be
doing
this.
H
D
A
I
think
they,
you
know
they
need
just
little
blocks
little
factoid
windows
that
give
some
sort
of
firsthand
exposure
to
the
changes
that
this
area
is
witnessing.
I.
E
G
E
K
Thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
come
in
a
few
minutes
late,
so
I
apologize.
If
some
of
this
has
been
said,
it's
funny
I'm,
looking
at
the
big
picture,
but
I
also
go
back
to
the
little
nitty-gritty
and
like
some
of
the
notes
that
I
took
are
like.
If
you
go
back
to
page
12,
actually
I'll,
take
you
even
further
back.
Should
the
table
of
contents
literally
be
the
next
page
after
the
first
page
instead
of
the
goal,
and
all
that
like?
K
K
So
again
my
preference
I
looked
at.
It
was
like
oh
okay,
I,
just
kind
of
moved
on
where's
Page
three,
oh
page
three
was
wait.
This
is
Page
Three,
okay,
so,
but
so,
if
you
go
to
page
12,
that
was
where
this
kind
of
started
for
me
and
it
it
I,
just
saw
it
kind
of
accumulate
throughout
the
the
process
we
start
off.
K
G
K
So
there's
no
yeah,
so
there's
there's
no,
no
continuity
throughout
that,
so
that,
like
as
I
kept
reading
the
document
it
kept
going
back
and
forth
between
spelling
it
out
and
then
also-
and
there
were
a
couple
of
those
that
I
noticed.
So
just
if
as
somebody's
fine-tuning
when
they
go.
If
you
look
for
some
of
that
continuity
that
comes
through
and
then
Can,
can
you
define
what
the
Spring
Bayou
complex
is
like?
Is
it
not
Spring
by
you?
It
does
it
Encompass.
K
So
on
page
16
I've
just
never
heard
it
called
that
and
so
I
I,
just
on
page
16
yeah.
The
very
last
sentence
is
this
will
be
accomplished
through
monthly
water
quality
collections
at
three
sites
within
the
Spring
Bayou
complex
is
that
Spring
by
you
does
that
include
any
of
Whitcomb
Bayou
Does.
It
include
where
the
public
put
in
is
like
who
defined
that
complex
and
what
is.
F
D
K
K
Yes,
yeah
that
just
kind
of
stuck
out
to
me
and
then
okay,
there
were
sorry
in
action,
six,
so
I
put
page
33
or
34.
Let
me
see-
and
there
were
a
couple
instances
of
these
two
but
again
I'm,
not
I.
Didn't
I
told
you
I'm
the
nitpicky
one
I'm
gonna
go
through
and
just
kind
of
I,
don't
see
the
big
thing.
K
I
see
the
little
things
yeah
adopt
land
use,
regulations
that
establish
appropriate
what
I
feel
like
there
should
be
a
coal
in
there
adopt
land
use
regulations
that
establish
and
what
they
establish,
because
it's
just
one
big
long
sentence
with
lots
of
ands
and
commas
and
the
ends
are
in
different
places.
What
page
is
that.
B
K
No
and
that's
I
just
noticed
there
were
a
couple
instances
where
I
felt
like
that.
Could
that
that
just
needed
yeah
to
to
be
addressed
so
as
it's
going
through
I
appreciate
that
as
they're
going
through.
Maybe
they
can
kind
of
take
a
look
at
at
those,
because
there
are
a
couple
run-on
sentences
where
I
thought.
Oh
and
I'm,
not
an
English
major
by
any
stretch
of
the
imagination
it
just
as
I'm
reading
through
it.
I'm
like
I,
had
to
read
that
four
times
to
actually
see
where
that
comma
belonged.
Yeah.
K
Bit
yeah
and
I
know
this
is
the
first
working
draft
so
and,
and
I
was
very
impressed.
Just
I'm
gonna
go
there
in
opening
it
and
reading
it.
I
thought
well
wow
very
impressed
with
what's
here
so
far
so
again,
I
didn't
mean
to
nitpick
those
little
things.
It
was
just
as
you
go
through
the
continuity
and
when
you
read
through
it
sometimes
it
sticks
out.
So
I
appreciate
that.
Thank
you.
Robin
I.
E
Think
even
your
comments
are
really
important,
even
though
they're
staff
reviews
everyone
misses
things,
and
when
you
read
a
document
like
this,
that's
supposed
to
represent
us
and
you
you
want
those
things
you
want
it
to
be
impeccable,
so
I
really
appreciate
it.
Thank
you,
I
appreciate
what
you're
saying
thank
you
and
go
for
it.
K
H
Feedback,
I
will
say
we
definitely
do
want
to
get
the
Committees
like
anything
that
you
see.
That's
like
just
editorial
or,
like
you
know,
punctuation
scrivener's
errors.
We
definitely
you
know
want
that
feedback.
So
probably
the
best
way
to
handle
like
those
types
of
items
to
give
you
guys
plenty
of
time
to
talk
to
this
evening
is
afterwards.
F
C
I'm
just
going
to
go
back
to
what
we
started.
This
conversation
with
about
the
little
stories
in
the
vignettes
added
in
I
think
that
it
would
be
helpful
to
also
add
in
like
the
social
and
the
economic
impacts,
so
not
just
like
about
the
manatees
and
about
the
mangroves
or
the
sponges
but
like
if
we
are
flooding
a
certain
number
of
days.
C
That
impacts
businesses
being
able
to
do
business
at
the
Sponge
Docks
and
make
money
for
the
city
so
like
tying
that
back
into
the
people
that
may
not
care
about
manatees
I,
don't
know
who
doesn't
care
about.
But
if
they
don't,
you
know,
maybe
they
just
care
about,
like
the
economic
success
of
the
city
being
able
to.
C
You
know
articulate
why
it's
important
for
that
aspect
as
well
and
then
also
maybe
like,
so
it
could
also
like
the
how
much
fishing
brings
to
the
city
economically
or
something
like
that,
because
I
know
Karen
at
one
point
you
had
mentioned
like
how
important
that
was,
and
so
like
either
like
account
of
like
we
used
to
have
this
many
flood
days,
and
now
we
have
this
many
or
something
like
that
to
just
continue
to
tell
the
story
of
like
why
this
is
important.
E
You
and
I
would
add
to
that
that
not
only
Flooding
at
the
Sponge
Docks
but
flooding
in
neighborhoods
yeah
I
mean
it's.
It's
a
big
issue
and
and
I
think
a
lot
of
people
wear
it.
Floods
like
I,
know
near
my
neighborhood
it
floods
and
it
affects
a
lot
of
people's
homes
and
you
have
to
drive
through
it
and
what
does
that
mean.
G
K
B
To
keep
us
focused
on
our
outline
and
on
kind
of
what
we
do
have
just
since
we
do
have
very
aggressive
timeline,
and
there
are
many
revisions
to
make
from
many
different
department
reviews
and
this
committee's
reviews
and
our
estimated
timeline
to
complete
this
is
August
actually
I.
Think
it's
August
we'll
be
going
over
that
in
this
meeting.
So
I
will
definitely
look
into
that,
but
I
also
want
to
make
sure
we're
staying
on
our
timeline.
So.
B
Okay,
so
now
we
are
getting
into
a
time
and
cost
estimates
section.
So
in
this
section
we
have
created
a
table
where
we
basically
analyze
each
action
in
order
to
determine
what
the
potential
cost
might
be
in
the
potential
timeline
might
be
to
implement
these
types
of
actions
and
then
using
this
information
that
helps
us
to
determine
how
we
might
want
to
group
our
actions
to
implement
them
over
the
next
10
years,
and
so
this
page
is
just
a
description
of
how
this
table
works.
B
B
B
So
scrolling
down
to
the
key
you'll,
see
that
o
m
stands
for
operations
and
maintenance,
capitals,
Capital
project
and
Grant
are
grants,
and
these
are
just
different
funding
suggestions.
It's
not
indicative
of
the
exact
approach
that
will
definitely
be
used,
but
just
some
suggestions
and
the
dollar
signs
are
here
which
show
the
different
funding
amounts.
If
it
has
one
dollar
sign,
we
estimate
it
would
cost
potentially
less
than
ten
thousand
dollars.
Two
dollar
signs
would
be
ten
thousand
to
one
hundred
thousand
three
dollar
signs
would
be
one
hundred
thousand
to
five.
B
Hundred
thousand
four
would
be
five
hundred
thousand
to
one
million
dollars.
Five
dollar
signs
would
be
over
one
million
dollars,
but
we
do
not
have
any
five
dollar
signs
in
here
at
this
time,
and
it's
also
important
to
note
that
these
are
all
estimates
done
to
the
best
of
our
ability.
But
you
know
it's:
it
is
an
estimate,
so
it.
E
Also
I
just
another
comment
about
color,
right,
medium
and
longer
blue
and
red,
and
maybe
those
are
for
economics
and
and
social,
so
maybe
use
different
colors.
Besides
blue
and
red
there
for
medium
and
long
other
than
that,
I
think
that
the
chart's
really
helpful
I
thought
it
was
really
well
done
and
informative
and
easy
to
read.
B
So
every
action
in
the
plan
is
a
priority.
It's
in
our
list
of
top
50
things,
but
those
items
that
do
align
with
the
Strategic
plan
would
be
prioritized
to
meet
the
Strategic
plan.
Time
frame,
so
they
would
be
like
prioritized
in
terms
of
the
time
frame
in
terms
of
implementing
those
sooner
in
our
sustainability
plan
phases.
B
And
then
this
kind
of
leads
into
our
phases
for
implementation
section.
So
there
are
many
factors
to
consider
when
grouping
these
actions
and
I
will
say
that
this
section
is
definitely
set
to
change.
It's
already
changing
a
lot
with
the
different
staff
reviews
going
on,
because
we
have
lots
of
things
that
we
have
to
consider.
B
One
thing
is
considering
the
Strategic
plan
alignment.
Another
is
considering
how
long-term
an
action
is
and
wanting
to
make
sure
we
start
long-term
actions
sooner
rather
than
later
to
have
time
to
implement
them.
But
then
there's
also
other
considerations
such
as
making
sure
that
we're
aligning
with
you
know,
actions
that
other
departments
will
be
involved
in
making
sure
that
we're
coordinating
when
they
intend
to
work
on
certain
projects
that
align
with
our
actions,
making
sure
that
those
years
and
those
time
frames
make
sense.
B
We're
also
trying
to
work
with
the
comprehensive
plan
framework
as
well
and
making
sure
that
we
are
fitting
in
with
that
framework.
So
there
are
definitely
many
considerations
when
looking
at
these
actions
to
make
sure
that
the
time
frame
makes
sense.
B
You
will
see
that
at
this
time
we
have
basically
all
of
the
actions
listed
within
the
first
six
years
of
the
plan
and
hardly
any
at
all
within
year,
seven
to
ten,
which
might
seem
super
exciting,
like
it
might
look
at
first
glance
like
yay
we're
going
to
get
the
whole
sustainability
plan
done
in
six
years,
but
we
also
have
to
ask
ourselves:
is
our
sustainability
plan
sustainable?
Is
it
realistic?
B
B
So
for
this
table
it
is
not
in
order
of
action
like
the
previous
table,
one
two,
three
four
five
and
so
on
this
one
is
an
order
of
year
so
beginning
with
Year
One,
and
then
it
will
show
again
whether
or
not
it
aligns
with
the
Strategic
plan.
It
will
show
the
timeline
it's
the
similar
key
in
terms
of
cost
potential
funding
sources
timeline
for
the
action
and
then
the
actual
action
written
out
for
convenience.
B
So,
as
you
can
see,
there
are
many
actions
indicated
for
the
first
couple
years
of
the
plan
years,
one
to
many
for
three
or
five,
and
then
we
kind
of
taper
off
into
the
later
years,
with
only
one
action
appearing
in
years,
nine
and
ten.
So
that
might
shuffle
a
little
bit
and
then
the
same
key.
B
So
you
know,
for
instance,
trying
to
align
with
Shannon's
tree
Grant
and
then
trying
to
align
the
Net
Zero
canopy
loss
policy
with
that
and
the
different
tree
plantings
trying
to
align
with
her
project
there.
The
vulnerability
action
trying
to
align
that,
with
our
vulnerability
assessment
that
we
have
going
on
right
now
and
aligning
our
Seawall
ordinance
with
our
Whitcomb
Bayou
project,
because
they're
looking
into
that
as
part
of
that
project,
improving
facilities
and
infrastructure.
B
B
B
With
this
with
this
plan-
yes,
yes,
so
we
tried
to
align
all
of
our
strategic
plan
actions
to
take
place
within
the
first
five
years,
and
there
was
only
one
action
that
was
past
year:
five
and
that
was
The,
Green,
Storm
water,
actually,
two
actions
and
the
plan
to
reduce
poverty.
But
as
I
have
mentioned,
this
has
already
changed
since
you're.
Seeing
this
this
has
already
changed
quite
a
bit
from
internal
reviews,
so.
H
I
think
one
thing
that's
important
to
change.
I'm,
sorry,
Robin.
One
thing
that's
important
to
consider
is
that
the
city's
leadership
is
working
on
how
to
implement
the
Strategic
plan
right
now.
So
you
know
we're
dividing
up
all
the
different
goals
to
like
different,
like
leadership,
Champions
and
stuff,
like
that.
H
So
as
far
as
scheduling
goes
for
both
those
documents,
we're
kind
of
you
know,
building
the
plane
in
the
air
so
to
speak
and
as
the
goals
for
the
the
timeline
for
the
Strategic
plan,
implementation
becomes
clear,
we'll
probably
be
continuing
to
make
changes
to
the
schedule
and
phasing
on
this,
and
you
know,
for
example,
if
we're
opening
up
the
ldrs
for
the
comp
plan,
we're
going
to
want
to
probably
include
a
lot
of
the
ldr
related
topics
or
goals,
while
we're
we've
already
got
the
ldrs
open
and
we're
doing
you
know
rule
making.
H
So
the
the
schedule
is
going
to
continue
to
be
a
bit
and
flux
throughout
the
summer
as
we
get
closer
on
the
Strategic
plan,
but
we're
hoping
everything
comes
together
and
also
you
know,
these
schedules
are
always
a
little
bit
aspirational.
We
might
very
well
just
as
we
have
with
like
a
Capital
Improvements
plan
for
utility
or
for
public
works.
H
You
know
things
come
up
and
as
you
get
three
years
in
the
plan,
you
find
that
suddenly,
maybe
you
have
a
grant
opportunity,
so
you
might
have
pull
an
item
in
from
year
five
and
say:
well,
we
were
going
to
work
on
this
policy
in
year
three,
but
now
we've
got
some
money
so
we'll
just
swap
those
around
and
we'll
get
that
later,
so
yeah
we're
trying
to
have
a
realistic
Target
for
when
we're
going
to
achieve
all
these
and
but
yeah
schedules
a
little
bit
flexible
right
now,.
C
B
C
I
think
it's
helpful
to
visually
see
all
of
the
actions
and
then
also
the
the
timeline
for
implementation
is
really
helpful
and
again.
I.
Think,
like
Carol's
comment
about
the
key,
putting
it
up
at
the
top,
so
that
people
can
see
it
as
they're
reading
down.
I
B
B
One
option
could
be
just
moving
that
to
the
top
of
the
document
and
they're
all
introduced
right
away,
or
we
could.
You
know
just
spell
them
out,
like
you
mentioned
in
each
section,
whenever
we
introduce
the
word
and
then
also
have
the
list
of
abbreviations
so
either
of
those,
but
we
do
have
a
list
of
abbreviations
and.
D
There's
the
typo
Swift
Mud,
it's
it's
two
M's.
B
B
J
J
First,
we're
gonna
start
off
with
topics
for
future
consideration,
and
essentially
these
are
just
topics
that
you
know
just
didn't
quite
make
the
50
item
list
for
various
reasons
but
I'd.
You
know,
like
Robin
mentioned
before
we're
going
to
revise
it
at
year.
Five
and
some
of
these
may
be
applicable,
then
to
include.
We
also
didn't
really
want
to
deal
with
any
redundancies,
or
you
know
that
type
of
stuff,
with
things
we
might
already
be
doing
or
with
items
that
are
already
in
the
plan.
J
J
J
Fairly
straightforward
and
now
for
the
appendix
2,
this
is
just
you
know
like
the
little
green
seal
set
in
the
community
engagement
section
up
top.
This
is
just
all
the
you
know:
supplemental
information
from
all
the
surveys
and
workshops
how
they
were
conducted.
What
questions
were
asked
how
the
people
responded,
and
this
page
is
just
basically
referencing
the
Star
Format
that
we
had
originally
considered
and
what
everything
was
basically
built
from.
J
And
then
moving
into
the
main
themes
of
the
workshops,
so
we
had-
and
we
have
some
chats
here
to
for
all
the
visual
people.
So
for
the
built
environment
we
see,
you
know
the
different
colors
mean
mild
importance,
medium
importance
and
high
importance
just
to
get
a
better
idea
of
how
residents
view
various
Burns
environment,
Concepts.
J
J
J
J
A
lot
of
people
like
energy,
Coastal,
Waters
issues
as
well,
and
then
this
is
just
more
supplemental
survey
information
here.
It's
basically,
you
know
expanded
information
from
which
you
guys
have
already
seen,
and
then
we
have
this.
You
know
survey
now
available.
This
is
for
our
online
service.
We
also
had
this
available
in
multiple
languages.
J
J
And
then
moving
forward,
we
just
included
the
entire
survey
here.
All
17
questions
I
believe
it
is
so
people
could
get
idea
of.
You
know
how
it
went.
J
And
then
we
finish
off
here
with
some
highlights
and
key
results
got
some
more
nice
charts,
so
demographics.
This
is
one
of
the
important
categories
we
can
see
the
ages
of
all
the
respondents
how
they
rank
up.
We
also
have
a
table
here
for
climate
and
Community
stresses
clearly.
J
J
And
then
the
next
section
is
personal
actions
and
experiences.
We
ask
which
activities?
Would
you
like
to
begin
doing
but
to
live
more
sustainably
and
reduce
your
impact
and
it
was
a
fairly
mixed
response.
So
there's
a
lot
of
different
responses
here.
J
And
then
this
appendix
3
public
engagement,
log
methodology
projects
basically
says
how
we
went
about
with
all
the
community
engagement
things,
so
the
previous
section
was
there
was
the
results.
This
was
the
how
we
did
it
essentially.
J
And
finishing
off
here
with
the
progressive
date,
this
is
just
a
continuation
from
the
progress
today
section
up
top
just
a
little
bit
more
information.
You
know
the
RO
facility,
explaining
that
you
know
we
have
the
second
phase
of
the
solar
system
coming
in
the
JSU
report.
J
Just
going
into
detail
explanation
about
all
that
stuff,
and
then
we
have
a
tree
section
talking
about
Arbor
Day,
talking
about
Touch,
a
Truck
eco-fest,
all
that
good
stuff,
Economic
Development
different
sections,
the
yeah
different
sections
there
and
then
Recreation,
where
you
know:
Beach,
cleanup,
Sunset,
Beach,
cleanup
group,
fitness
improvements,
all
that
stuff
monthly
class,
Wellness
classes,
sorry
monthly,
free
pop-up,
Farmers,
Market,
the
grow
group
and
last
two
here
with
what
planning
on
zoning
have
been
doing
with
the
comp
plan
and
strategic
plan
and
then
what
we've
been
doing
with
our
sustainability,
with
the
vulnerability
assessment
that
we,
you
know
we're
currently
working
on
and
stuff
reduces
campaign,
the
sun,
solar,
Co-op
and
then
appendix
5
is
the
greenhouse
gas
inventory
executive
summary.
J
J
Yeah
I,
that
was
that
looked
like
a
text
box
that
just
needed
to
be
removed
to
be
honest,
ly.
E
D
D
J
The
middle
yeah
that
I
believe
that's
just
like
a
random
text
box.
J
C
E
C
Don't
articulate
myself
well,
he
sees
where
I'm
going
with
things,
but
at
any
rate,
but
now
and
just
reading,
like
the
city
managers
letter
just
like
how
much
work
has
gone
into
this
and
how
much
the
city's
already
responding
to
the
suggestions
that
we've
been
offering
and
it's
just
I,
don't
know.
I.
E
E
E
Counterpoint
yeah,
so
thank
you
and
we're
really
happy.
B
You're
here,
thank
you
and
I
had
a
lot
of
support
internally.
Also
Alex
was
a
great
help:
Tommy
public
services
and
all
my
my
co-workers
great,
this
great
team
effort
putting
this
document
together
so
yeah
and
you
all
obviously
have
great
help.
Of
course,
I
think
we
can
all
take
pride
and
ownership
of
this
document.
That's
my
goal.
A
Can
I
ask
when
the
next
draft
might
be
available
and,
and
is
it?
Is
it
going
to
be
really
as
honestly
I
just
got
this
in
very
not
that
long
ago
and
just
open
the
document
here?
That's
sad
but
true,
so
I
really
don't
feel
like
I
gave
it
the
attention
that
I
would
have
really
preferred
in
detail.
A
B
Yeah,
if
I
could
pull
up
our
timeline,
I
think
that's
our
3cs.
A
A
B
So
we
can
cross
off
first
draft,
as
we've
done
that
yay.
So
now
we
are
in
the
stage
of
review
and
update
draft
with
feedback
and
so
I
think.
The
idea
is
that
I
will
bring
an
updated
draft
to
you
all
in
May
and
then
we
will
bring
that.
We
will
review
that
updated
draft
and
then
bring
that
to
the
Board
of
Commissioners
for
review,
and
then
they
will
make
comments
most
likely
and
ask
for
changes.
B
That
is
the
goal.
Okay,
we
we,
during
our
update
to
the
Board
of
Commissioners,
when
we
asked
the
Board
of
Commissioners
how
they
would
like
to
receive
this
plan.
They
suggested
that
we
should
speak
with
the
city
manager
on
how
to
best
present
that
to
them.
B
B
A
B
H
I
will
ask
a
favor
of
the
committee
if
y'all
are
going
to
be
reviewing
and
planning
to
submit
comments.
If
we
could
get
comments
like
relatively
quickly,
you
know
sometime
next
week
that
would
give
help
Robin
to
have
time
to
address
everything
at
the
same
time,
while
she's
compiling
all
the
other
comments
and
making
edits
at
the
requests
of
other
other
departments,
and
things
like
that.
A
B
Yes,
so
if
all
goes
well,
according
to
our
timeline,
our
goal
is
to
have
this
plan
published
by
August.
So
it
is
an
aggressive
timeline
and
I'm
going
to
do
what
I
can
to
keep
us
on
it.
So
great.
B
So
we
have
an
exciting
Earth
Day
event
planned
for
this
Saturday
at
the
library
from
10
a.m
to
1pm,
and
we
will
have
several
Community
organizations
present,
including
peace
for
Tarpon,
Southern
Alliance
for
clean
energy
or
committee
members.
Present
Dory
will
be
hosting
a
ride
and
drive
event
which
we
need.
B
And
these
other
Community
Partners
as
well,
the
Garden
Club
of
Tarpon
Springs
grow
group,
keep
Pinellas
beautiful,
we
just
got
word
UF,
ifas,
Pinellas,
County
Extension
can
no
longer
make
it,
but
the
Girl
Scouts
can
now
make
it
so
we'll
not
have
the
Girl
Scouts
in
their
stead,
and
we
will
have
some
great
activities.
An
inflatable
slide
games.
Crafts
face
painter,
DJ,
free
food.
There
will
be
vegetarian
options.
B
A
giveaway
I
give
many
giveaways
the
EV
ride
and
drive,
and
we
will
also
have
this
is
exciting,
fully
compostable
utensils
and
plates
and
cups
and
a
composting
service,
Suncoast
compost
that
will
be
composting
all
of
the
food
from
the
event
wow.
That's
so
cool
yeah,
so
we're
trying
to
make
it
a
sustainable
event,
and
hopefully
that
will
be
a
good
educational
opportunity
for
our
participants.
B
So
this
will
be
this
Saturday
at
the
library
10
a.m
to
1
p.m.
There
will
also
be
another
Earth
Day
event
taking
place.
Also,
this
Saturday
10
a.m
to
1
p.m,
hosted
by
the
police
department.
This
is
a
shred
day
event,
and
this
is
an
event
that
you
drive
through
and
available
for
Tarpon
residence.
You
have
to
be
a
resident,
show
your
ID
and
they
will
do
secure
shredding
of
your
documents
and,
at
the
end
of
the
event,
they
will
be
recycled.
The
secure
shred
material
securely
recycled.
B
So
these
are
our
Earth
Day
activities
this
weekend
and
I
think
it
should
be
a
great
event.
We
had
an
ad
placed
in
the
beacon.
Hopefully
that
will
give
us
some
good
attendance.
B
I
E
B
C
B
That's
a
good
question:
I
could
definitely
look
into
it.
I
I,
don't
know
if
they
offer,
like
you
know,
pick
up.
Services
I
think
they
used
to
offer
that
in
St
Pete
a
couple
years
ago,
but
I
can
definitely
look
into
that.
What
they're
I
think
they
might
have
a
particular
service
area.
This
is
like
an
event.
They
do.
Events
like
throughout
the
Tampa
Bay
area,
but
I
can
look
into
it
in
terms
of
like,
like
a
residential
pickup
or
like
a
business
or.
B
B
A
B
A
And
probably
Earth
Day
debriefing
follow-up
recap
celebration,
yes,
success,
hopefully
yeah
and.
E
Maybe
if
you
get
questions
answered
about
the
composting,
that
would
be
really
helpful
and
maybe,
if
there's
a
place
that
we
could
take
our
shredding
to
be
recycled.
That
would
be
good
to
know.
A
I
G
A
Hep,
you
know
in
Clearwater
the
it's
an
organization
that.
F
A
Or
something
like
Cedar
Grove
in
in
the
Seattle
area
was
where
the
yard
waste
went
and
they.
F
B
I
think
also
to
stay
on
track
with
our.
What
do
we
call
it
plan
of
action,
for
what
did
we
call
it
plan
of
action
for
engagement,
discussing
content
for
our
newsletter
at
our
next
meeting?
We
have
our
news.
Our
first
newsletter
is
supposed
to
go
out
in
June,
so
we
could
discuss
that.
B
B
E
A
C
Would
help
if
you
kind
of
for
the
newsletter
content,
if
you
could
share
out
in
the
backup
like
what
you
are
thinking
of,
including
and
then
ask
so
that
we
can
have.
F
B
So
we
had
a
knowledge
of
nibbles
presentation
on
April
6th
Catherine
Munson
from
the
southwest
Florida
Water
Management
District
gave
presentation
on
water
conservation,
Heritage
Museum.
We
had
a
couple
committee
members
come
thank
you
for
coming.
The
presentation
went
well,
we
did
not
have
the
best
attendance
to
that
one.
B
B
H
B
B
We
also
did
not
get
the
best
attendance
for
that
meeting,
so
we
really
want
to
collect
better
public
engagement,
so
we've
created
a
connect,
Tarpon
page
for
that
project
and
a
survey
with
the
same
activity
that
was
offered
at
that
public
meeting.
So
I've
put
a
flyer
also
in
each
of
your
packets.
B
That
has
the
information
about
the
connect
Tarpon
page.
So
please
check
that
out.
Please
take
the
survey,
it's
very
brief
for
questions
and
please
help
us
spread
the
word
and
and
get
some
more
feedback.
We're
going
to
have
that
we'll
be
talking
about
that
at
our
Earth
Day
booth
to
get
better
engagement,
we'll
have
printed
copies
of
the
survey
as
well
for
people
who
want
to
take
it
right.
B
There
also
Shannon
Brewer,
who
gave
a
presentation
at
our
last
meeting,
has
requested
that
you
all
take
a
tree
survey
I
sent
that
out
in
an
email.
This
afternoon
and
I've
also
put
a
printed
copy
in
your
packets,
just.
C
H
B
You
can
do
it
online
from
I'm
pretty
sure,
but
you
can
look
at
the
email
that
I
sent.
B
You
could
do
it
that
way,
I
think
she'd
like
you
to
send
it
to
her
directly.
Actually,
since
this
is
specifically
for
this
committee
and
that
committee,
so
you
could
do
it
on
your
computer
and
email
it
to
her
or
on
paper
and
give
it
to
me
and
I'll
give
it
to
her.
However,
you
want
to
do
it.
However,
it's
convenient
for
you
I,
think.
H
B
She
did
she
provided
some
resources
and
she
also
you
can
also
reach
out
to
her,
of
course,
with
any
questions
you
have,
while
doing
it.
That's
that's
it
for
my
staff
comments
tell.
A
H
I
just
wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
say
thank
you
the
board
and
reiterate
what
Dory
was
saying
earlier.
This
is
this
is
our
sustainability
plan.
You
know
it's
it's
our
first
draft
and
it's
still
a
little
bit
draft
and
it's
gonna
be
a
little
bit
of
a
Sprint
to
the
Finish.
But
you
know
this
is
really
a
testament
to
a
lot
of
y'all's.
You
know
perseverance
and
dedication.
H
The
city
and
dedication,
sustainability
and
I
can
I
think
we
can
definitely
say
if
it
wasn't
for
the
involvement
of
the
committee
members
and
a
lot
of
the
community
members
that
y'all
got
input
from
and
director
Paul
Smith
that
we
wouldn't
be
in
the
situation
we're
forming
this
today
and
we're
already
seeing
actions
from
this
plan.
A
A
H
C
Just
something:
okay,
I,
just
so
for
Earth
Day,
if
someone
could
help
at
the
sign-in
booth
for
okay.
Thank
you.
Okay,.
E
I
E
I
want
to
say
that
wedu,
which
is
the
regional
public
TV,
has
recognized
the
importance
of
art
as
being
a
conduit
to
science
and
climate
change.
So
they
are
doing
an
eight-part
series
on
the
work
of
Carol
micken
and
Robert
Stackhouse
and
it'll.
F
K
Excellent
I
had
just
two
comments:
it's
amazing
how
many
people
are
on
this:
the
core
planning
team,
this
sustainability
committee,
the
commissioner,
the
Board
of
Commissioners
like
to
just
make
this
happen.
So,
like
I
said
when
I
opened
the
draft,
it
was
just
kind
of
this.
I
K
And
so
so
you
know
just
a
big
thank
you
to
everybody.
Who's
put
time
and
effort
in
I
know,
I
I
think
one
night
I
asked
Robin
if
she
ever
slept,
because
it's.
G
K
She's
she's,
just
always
on
top
of
it
and
has
has
stuff
for
prepared
for
every
meeting.
So
just
a
big
thank
you
to
whoever's
out
there
listening.
You
know
whether
it's
the
interdepartmental
staff
or
what
have
you
and
then
my
second
comment
is
as
we
move
forward.
If
somebody
our
website
still
has
the
like,
it
does
not
include
Denise's
our
new
chair
or
what
have
you
as
our
members.
K
So
as
we
move
forward
just,
however,
we
can
roach
because
I
know
we're
not
updating
the
website
on
a
regular
basis
and
we
everybody
turns
out
at
a
different
time,
so
I
don't
know
how
to
rectify
that.
But
if
you
go
to
our
website
right
now,
it's
not
current
with
the
current
members
and
in
the
same
relation
to
that,
there's
I've
noticed
over
the
course
of
just
a
couple.
Different
projects
that
have
been
coming
out.
K
Things
that
have
been
coming
out
is
that,
according
to
the
referendum,
we
are
the
sustainability
advisory
committee,
but
I've
seen
in
including
in
this
document
where
the
sustainability
citizen
advisory
committee
we've
been
the
sustainability
committee,
the
sustainability
Advisory
Board
in
a
couple
different
things,
and
it's
no
it's
to
nobody's
fault
other
than
it's,
it's
so
much
easier
to
say,
sustainability
committee
than
what?
What
have
you?
So
just
you
know
as
we
move
forward.
K
A
Sake
just
a
little
note
that
I,
you
know,
I,
don't
watch
television,
but
I
got
a
call
from
my
sister
today
that
there
was
something
on
Good,
Morning
America
about
the
Crystal
River
restoration,
that
you
know
it
started
with
the
story
back
in
the
90s
when
I
didn't
even
live
here,
but
it
was
about
a
storm
that
completely
destroyed
that
area
and
how
they
have
done
major
restoration
to
increase
the
manatee
population
there
and
it's
worth
going
online
I
mean
I
was
able
to
view
it
just
on
their
website.
A
You
know
I
just
Googled,
you
know
Good
Morning,
America,
Crystal,
River,
manatees
and
the
story
comes
up
and
it's
a
very
nice
segment.
It's
worth
watching
it,
because
it
gives
you
a
lot
of
encouragement
about
how
things
can
be
turned
around
in
a
very
positive
way
and
how
nature
is
extremely
resilient.
When
humans
cooperate
with
nature.
A
H
L
Don't
want
to
miss
up
on
that
and
get
it
and
get
yelled
at
saying
my
address,
you
know:
I
was
very
impressed
with
this
I
don't
know,
and
it's
much
more
than
a
brochure.
It's
a
a
real.
L
C
L
L
You
know
the
things
that
you're
addressing
in
this
report
are:
are
the
challenges
of
our
time
right,
more
so
than
almost
anything
else,
especially
here
in
Tarpon
Springs,
because
we
with
climate
change,
it's
it's
scary.
What
is
around
the
corner,
you
know
I
always
said
it
was
I
was
never
going
to
see
it
in
my
lifetime,
but
my
kids
or
grandkids,
but
it's
accelerating
at
such
a
pace.
So
maybe
I
will
be
around
to
see
how
you
know.
L
Mass
of
the
effects
are
going
to
be,
and
you
know
the
the
budget
I
was
taking
notes
back
here.
The
you
know,
the
our
budget
is
a
budget
of
any
entity
or
group
is
how
it
reflects
its
values.
L
L
This
on
on
Earth
Day,
everybody
should
be
vegan
on
Earth
Day,
so
vegan
or
vegetarian,
because
you
know
that
the
production
of
you
know
the
production
of
of
meat
is
one
of
the
leading
causes
of
CO2
gases
that
create
climate
change.
So
on
Earth
Day
for
sure
we
should.
We
can
fool
people,
let's
get
like
veg,
you
can
get
you
like,
veggie,
burgers,
veggie
dogs
and
and
don't
even
tell
them,
they'll
they'll
eat
it
and
they'll
they'll
be
happy.
Yeah.
L
A
L
I
know
I,
don't
throw
in
a
big
curveball
at
you
like
a
couple
days
before.
Do
you
do
what
you're
gonna
do
I'm
sorry
I
I
apologize,
but
really
it
is
the
truth.
Maybe
next
Saturday
and
you
know
I-
think
that
Wildlife
coexistence
is
critical.
L
You
know,
I,
my
wife
and
I
found
a
little
possum
a
little
baby
to
fit.
In
my
the
palm
of
my
hand,
you
know
that
it
just
was
on
the
street
and
you
and
you
forget
about
what
we
do
to
them,
how
you
know
we
just
kind
of-
and
you
know
that
I
had
to
Mama
and
it's
a
little
baby
with
no
mama
right
and
maybe
there's
something
that
we
could
you
know,
and
so
then
we're
trying
to
find
like
okay.
What
do
we
do
with
this?
L
So
we
ended
up
taking
it
to
Anclote
animal
hospital
and
then
they
kind
of
nursed
it
to
kind
of
you
know
to
a
certain
State
and
then
they
called
us
up
say:
hey.
We
can't
do
anything
with
it.
L
Then
we
had
to
go
down
to
Suncoast
animal
league
and
then
but
they
don't
really
handle
those
kind
of
animals
and
then
somebody
way
down
and-
and
you
know
the
other
part
of
the
county-
and
maybe
that's
something
we
could
do
here-
to
have
something
here
up
in
our
end
of
the
county-
to
help
with
these
with
the
wildlife
that
is
trying
to
coexist
with
us
right
and
then
one
more
thing
number
39
on
your
on
your
list.
That's
really
critical!
I,
don't
know!
L
L
A
H
And
just
for
the
commissioner's
benefit,
I
think
what
we
did
last
year
was
we
had
the
committee
make
some
recommendations
about
their
priorities
for
the
budget
and
then
we
were
able
to
bring
those
forward
to
the
to
the
to
the
main
board
during
the
budgetary
process.
So
I
imagine
we
might
do
that
again.
