From YouTube: Sustainability Committee May 18, 2023
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
And
it's
time
to
call
to
order
the
sustainability
committee
on
Thursday
May,
18
2023
and
before
we
have
roll
call,
there
were
requests
for
excused
absence
and
that
was
from
Karen
Gallagher.
So
we
have
a
motion
to
excuse.
Karen.
C
D
Yes,
chairperson
Denise
manino
here.
C
B
A
Because
everybody
had
the
opportunity
to
read
the
minutes
and
any
are
there
any
changes
or
amendments
that
are
suggested?
So
if
can
we
get
a
motion.
A
Yes,
we're
setting
an
intention,
tomorrow's
a
new
moon.
So
it's
a
perfect
time
to
put
that
in
your
focus.
Okay
tonight
we
have
the
very
exciting
opportunity
to
review
the
second
update
of
the
sustainability
plan
and
I'm
excited
to
see
it.
Although
I've
gone
through
it
already
and
thought
it
was
beautiful,
because
everybody
had
a
chance
to
take
a
look
so
Tommy
or
Alex
who's.
G
Tommy
Kiger
assistant
director
for
public
services,
first
Tommy.
G
G
Yes,
so
I
just
want
to
First
all
acknowledge.
You
know
we're
filling
in
a
little
bit
today.
Robin
is
unfortunately
not
available,
she's
out
with
an
illness,
but
she'll
be
expected
back
for
the
next
meeting.
So
we're
going
to
try
our
best
to
give
you
all
an
update
on
the
sustainability
plan
and
as
well
as
some
of
the
other
items
and
as
we
move
through
the
agenda
today,
we
might
there's
there's
a
few
that
we
might
have
to
defer.
G
But
that
being
said,
Alex
has
been
heavily
involved
in
the
edits
and
revisions
to
the
sustainability
plan,
working
in
close
coordination
with
the
rest
of
Public
Services
other
departments
and
with
Robin
in
particular.
So
we're
going
to
let
him
take
a
stab
at
providing
some
of
the
updates
on
the
sustainability
plan.
From
our
last
meeting.
Thank.
C
D
All
right,
you
guys
so
I
know
you
are
all
familiar
with
our
previous
draft.
So
my
main
intention
for
this
is
just
to
highlight
the
bigger
changes
that
we
made.
I'll
show
you
each
each
and
every
change
that
we
made
and
if
you
have
any
questions
we'll
do
it
like
a
section
by
section
like
how
we
did
last
time.
D
D
C
On
the
sustainability
citizen
advisory
committee,
so
Paul
Robinson
is
listed
and
is
that?
Because
he
was
I
mean
he's
not
a
member
anymore.
D
From
what
I
understand,
I
don't
know
Paul,
but
from
what
I
understand
he
did
have
some
inputs
in
the
beginning
stages
of
this
plan,
and
so
that's
why
I
would
assume
that
he
was.
C
D
Okay
noted
I
can
point
out
that
at
least
the
lower
section.
Those
are
departments
not
actual
titles,
but
definitely
take
that
into
consideration.
B
What
would
you
call
it
like
initial
chair,
Dory,
Larson,
initial
Vice,
chair,
Dr,
Paul,
Robinson,
I,
don't
know
I
mean
it's
like
it's
confusing,
because
some
of
y'all
are
still
on
it.
Like
current
chair,
Denise,
Menino,
Kerner
Vice,
current
Vice
chair
something
like
that.
But
then
it
gets
kind
of
tricky.
G
B
A
I
would
ask
some
opinions
inside
the
city
because
I
didn't
it
didn't
bother
me
at
all
that
it
was
listed
this
way.
I
just
know
that
we've
all
been
involved
with
the
process
through
the
time
that
it's
taken
to
write
the
plan,
but
taking
Carol's
feedback
into
account.
Maybe
we
need
other
opinions
on
what
the
protocol
would
be,
or
maybe
even
look
at
other
plans
and
just
take
a
look.
G
C
B
E
A
C
I
I
B
D
A
D
D
No
changes
to
the
introduction,
no
changes
to
the
Strategic
plan,
although
you
might
note,
as
we
go
down
the
sections
that
each
title
has
now
been
uniformed,
so
that
you
know
for
consistency
sake,
we
move
the
list
of
abbreviations
up
here
so
that
you
know
we
heard
you
guys
comments
about
abbreviations
not
being
known.
So
this
is
to
introduce
every
abbreviation
before
we
actually
get
into
the
document.
Great.
D
D
C
Just
in
1.2
description
of
the
action
categories:
okay,
up
until
this
point,
it's
really
easy
to
read
because
the
the
type
is
dark
and
then,
when
I
get
to
this
section,
which
also
has
colors,
which
make
it
the
types
really
light
and
I
it's
harder
way
harder
to
read
like
I,
don't
want
to
read
it.
D
E
A
Okay,
just
just
one
note
on
former
member
Dory
found,
her
name
is
Judy
Nelson.
A
D
But
yes,
like
I
was
saying
we
changed
the
first
point
in
the
Duke
to
be
more
personalized.
The
top
and
strings
before
was
General
statistics
about
Florida.
Now
we
made
it
specific
to
top
and
spring.
So
that's
good.
D
D
So
that's
just
for
you
guys
to
note
and
down
here
we
change
the
title
of
the
spring
by
you
to
now
say:
Spring,
Bayou,
Water,
Quality,
monitoring.
The
information
in
the
text
is
the
same.
Just
the
title
changed.
D
And
then,
on
this
page,
just
a
small
change
was
the
we
change
the
icon
at
the
bottom,
not
a
big
deal.
A
There
was
a
little
typo
on
I,
don't
know
whether
we've
gotten
to
that
part.
Yet
it's
watershed
management
plan
where
it
says
closterman
focuses.
D
D
The
water,
okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you
and
one
of
our
biggest
changes
for
this
entire
document.
Is
we
completely
revamped
the
community
engagement
section?
So
it's
way
more
visual,
a
lot
less
ready.
The
section
itself
is
a
lot
less
pages,
and
so
we
included
this
timeline
here.
This
timeline
mainly
focuses
on
the
surveys
on
the
workshops
that
we
conducted
when
they
took
place
and
just
quick
bullet
points
to
see
what
was
the
main
point
about
each
session
and
then
at
this
side
you'll
see.
We
have
pictures
highlighted
of
the
workshops
that
we
conducted.
D
Yes,
and
going
along
with
the
visual
friendly
interface
yeah,
so
we
just
have
this
quick
summary
we
got
in
the
workshop
regarding
how
we
went
about
it.
You
know
how
we
base
it
off
the
style
framework,
just
a
quick
summary,
and
we
also
talk
about
the
main
subsections
of
the
survey
and
demographics,
climate
time,
community
and
personal
actions
and
experiences,
and
then
at
the
bottom.
There
we
have
that
green
emblem.
That
will
link
you
to
the
appendix,
where
we
have
more
supplemental
materials
about
the
public
workshops.
D
D
C
I
C
D
All
right,
so
in
the
service
section
here
we
really
wanted
to
show
the
community
that
we
heard
the
responses
in
the
in
the
survey
that
we
provided,
and
so
that's
what
this
entire
page
is
about.
So
the
main
question
that
this
page
is
based
off
of
is
what
would
community
members
like
to
see
in
the
plan
and
the
top
four
answers
out
there
in
bold,
and
we
also
have
the
word
cloud
to
present
all
the
other
answers
and,
of
course,
with
the
word
cloud.
D
The
bigger
the
answer
is
the
more
votes
and
responses
that
it
receives.
So
this
section
is
basically
to
let
the
public
know
that
you
know
we
heard
you
and
we're
we're
doing
something
about
it.
D
All
right
now,
moving
on
to
the
action
section,
you
might
notice
that
we
have
changed
a
few
of
the
photos
going
through
these
sections.
I
know
you
guys
had
some
sponge
Dock
ideas
before
so
we
changed
a
few
of
the
photos
and
and
you'll
notice
that
Trend
going
through
the
document
we
have.
We
changed
a
lot
of
the
background
photos.
E
D
D
Okay,
now
going
through
with
the
actions,
a
lot
of
the
reading
was
changed
on
a
lot
of
the
actions.
Some
slight
changes,
some
more
significant
changes.
So
what
I'm
going
to
do
is
I'm
gonna
point
out
each
one
that
did
have
written
changes
and
I'm
also
going
to
make
a
note
of
which
ones
had
more
significant
changes
to
their
reading.
A
lot
of
the
weirdness
has
just
been
condensed,
so
the
ideas
are
the
same,
but
I'll
point
out
the
ones
that
are
more
significant,
so
the
first
one
that's
changed
is
action.
Number
four.
D
On
number
five
and
six,
those
are
more
significant
changes.
We
completely
changed
the
how
the
wording
is,
and
so
it's
just
a
different
idea,
but
this
the
same
action
is
presented
essentially.
D
The
next
change
would
be
number
10.
that
one
is
just
a
slight
change.
Just
omission
of
of
unnecessary
details,
number
11
the
same
thing.
The
next
big
change
is
action,
number
14.,
so
the
seawall
ordinance.
We
we
changed
a
lot
in
that
in
the
wording
of
this
action
and
action
number
16.
We
didn't
change
in.
C
A
D
D
And
like
I
said
action,
16
was
just
a
slight
warning
change
nothing's
in
significant
there.
Next
change
was
action
number
24.
D
An
action
24
was
also
just
a
very
minor
change
to
the
wording.
Nothing
notable
next
change
was
25
and
26.
So
these
are
both
big
changes.
D
Instead
of
bicycle
and
pedestrian,
we
could
change
it
to
multimodal
master
plan
now
and
then
action
26
instead
of
considering
green
storm
water
infrastructure,
we're
going
to
make
green
stormwater
infrastructure
a
core
goal
of
the
city's
master
plan.
D
and
you
know
Bill
enough
for
that
same
idea:
making
green
infrastructure
cargo,
so
we
changed
this
whole
action
word
into
to
reflect
that
thanks.
B
B
D
And
with
that
being
said,
Thursday
was
also
one.
We
made
significant
changes
to
so
some
more
changes
to
me.
Man.
D
And
38
and
39
were
more
significant
changes
that
we
made.
If
you
guys
want
me
to
actually
point
out
the
specific
gradient
changes,
I
can
do
that
as
well,
but,
as
you
can
see
in
39
we
did
not
have
the
cops
and
kids
building
neither
in
there
before
now.
We
have
it
so
and
then
action
41
was
also
a
significant
change.
D
As
well
sure
so,
at
37,
before
we
had
partner
with
Community
organizations
to
maintain
an
inventory
of
Civic
organizations,
neighborhood
associations
and
local
service
providers
organized
by
geography
or
neighborhood,
which
can
be
used
to
adjust
neighborhood
specific
needs.
So
you
can
see
with
that
one.
We
just
deleted
organized
by
not
a
big
deal
yeah
and
then
with
number
39.
Previously
we
had
provide
young
people
with
opportunities
to
participate
in
Civic
activities.
Now
we
have
utilized
aggression
of
the
cops
and
kids
building
to
create
the
new
programs
to
provide
the
young
people
with
the
opportunities.
G
Yes,
I
related
to
that
one
kind
of
key
theme
through
any
of
these
items
is
we
did
try
and
make
an
effort
to
tie
this
back
from
like
more
General
items
to
if
there's
a
specific
City
initiative.
That's
already
ongoing
that
addresses
that
sort
of
item
we
wanted
to
tie
it
back
to
existing
City
program,
so
it
makes
more
sense
like
where
this
goes
within.
You
know
the
city
organization,
the
city's
existing
programming.
Thank.
F
F
G
That's
a
new
program,
that's
well!
This
Cops
and
Kids
has
been
going
on
for
quite
a
while.
H
G
Partnership
with
you
know,
Youth
and
the
police
department,
and
they
are
creating
a
new
Cops
and
Kids
Center,
so
it'll
be
like
kind
of
it's
a
small
facility
right
now,
they'll
have
more
opportunities
for
new
types
of
programming
to
be
developed
in
that
program
within
Cops
and
Kids.
So
I
think
we
can
word
that
to
capture
that's
going
to
be
a
broader
Center
and.
C
So
when
I
read
this,
it
makes
it
seem
one.
We've
got
to
wait
for
this
building
to
be
built
before
this
happens,
and
it
seems
like
that's
the
only
place
it
happens.
It
seems
to
me
if
we're
going
to
help
young
people-
young
people
not
being
children
but
like
20
year
olds
or
something
to
develop
them
into
leaders
so
that
they
can
sit
on
committees
that
I
think
putting
in
the
cops
and
kids
buildings
seems
strange.
C
B
The
cops
and
kids
is
the
new
building.
There
was
I,
think
arpa
funded
and
our
police
chief
Jeff
young
was
one
of
the
pardon
me
one
of
the
drivers
of
that.
So
but
it's
more
than
just
a
Cops
and
Kids
building,
it's
going
to
be
a
community
center,
yes,
and
so
Cops
and
Kids
is
the
component
of
it.
But
the
vision
that
I
heard
of
it
is
will
be
so
non-profits
will
have
a
place
to
go
and
meet
and
gather
and
collaborate.
So
it's
much
broader
than
just
Cops
and
Kids
I.
G
That's
I
would
agree
with
that.
It's
it's
viewed
as
more
of
like
a
community
hub,
for
you
know,
youth
engagement,
I've.
Obviously,
there's
always
you
know
what
happens
with
the
young
adults
and
things
like
that.
Youth
programs
do
tend
to
be
targeted
to
you,
know
school
age,
folks
and
high
school,
kids
and
stuff
like.
C
F
B
C
I
mean
well
there's
people
that
live
around
there,
but
there's
people
other
people
I
mean
I,
don't
live
close
to
there.
B
I
think
it's
you
know.
This
is
where
the
the
city
had
the
property
to
create
this
thing.
So
they're
looking
to
have
a
broad
Community
hub
for
the
Social
Service
places,
people
can
have
a
uniform
place
to
go
for
social
service
agencies
and
providers
and
residents
and
community
members
I,
don't
think
that's
been
fully
fleshed
out
exactly
how
it's
going
to
be
formed,
but
that's
the
intent
of
it
now.
C
Okay,
I'm
confused
so
So
when
you
say
the
neighborhoods
there,
the
community.
Are
you
seeing
this
program
as
focusing
on
the
community?
The
African-American
Community.
Is
that
the
focus
of
this,
which
is
certainly
something
that
is
important,
I
mean
I,
don't
know
if
you're
talking
code
to
me
or
something
when
you
say
Vogue
community
in
the
neighborhood,
no.
A
G
I
E
G
That
would
be
specifically
targeting
the
demographic
that
we're
hoping
to
reach
with
youth
engagement
in
leadership
development
and
we're
going
to
the
city's
envisioning
building
that
facility
there,
and
so
we
just
wanted
to.
You,
know,
acknowledge
that
the
city
is
making
strides
towards
improving
youth
engagement
and
leadership
development,
and
it
would
make
sense
to
use
that
existing
effort
as
a
springboard
for
other
youth
leadership
programs.
I
A
G
A
C
Right,
I
have
one
more
thing,
so
the
reason
I'm
bringing
up
different
locations
is,
for
example,
when
I
did
the
Citizens
Academy.
You
know
every
week
you
went
to
a
different
place
throughout
the
city
and
you
met
at
a
different
place
and
it
gave
you
a
sense
of
one
learning
about
the
city
and
that
we
belong
there
and
I.
C
Think
that
that
that's
really
important
that
if
you're
going
to
develop
leadership
with
the
with
the
youth,
who
maybe
haven't,
felt
welcome
in
the
rest
of
the
city
that
you
you
expose
it
you
bring
them
to
these
places
and
and
give
them
a
sense
of
ownership
that
you
own
this
city,
just
like
everyone
else,
who's
in
leadership.
And
that's
why
that's
what's
sort
of
getting
me
here
and
I
understand
that
this
is,
you
know,
being
billed
to
be
a
community
center,
but
when
you're
developing
a
leader
you
want
them
in
the
community.
C
G
C
D
All
right
next
change
is
number
41.
D
So
previously
it
was
a
little
bit
long.
We
had
this
is
the
previous
statement.
We
had
adopt
an
environmental
justice
or
social
Equity
plan
that
includes
strategies
to
reduce
negative
impacts
and
increase
access
and
proximity
to
community
facilities
and
services
among
low-income
populations
and
racial
and
ethnic
minorities,
adopt
an
equity
or
social
justice
policy
that
establishes
a
commitment
to
equity
and
local
government
decision-making
activities
and
Investments.
D
D
So,
as
you
can
see,
these
got
way
shorter,
previously
well,
not
way
shorter,
but
previously
we
had
adopt
a
health
and
all
policy
statement
which
can
be
considered
in
local
decision
making.
This
time
we
just
changed
the
word
into
resolution
to
Guide
local
decision
making
same
thing
with
the
climate
and
all
policies
statement,
resolution
to
guide
locally
decision
mechanism
written
we
chose
to
go
for
here
and
then
final
change
was
number
50..
D
Instead,
previously
we
had
amend
the
Land
Development
coach,
allow
farmers
markets.
Now
we
just
have
evaluated
and
that's
you
know
the
main
change
that
I
would
say
is
that
we
made
the
nothing
major
but
yep
and
I,
don't
know
if
you
guys
might
have
noticed,
but
we
chose
to
continue
with
the
color
consistency
of
the
titles
throughout
this
entire
section.
G
G
G
Okay,
so
the
next.
This
was
a
somewhat
major
revision.
We
were
trying
to
keep
an
eye
on
brevity
and
you
know
readability
for
the
overall
document
and
we
kind
of
looked
at
the
three
last
sections
of
the
previous
draft,
and
we
realized
that
we
sort
of
had
three
lists
that
had
different
pieces
of
information
in
them
and
we
kind
of
realized
like
this
would
probably
be
Consolidated.
G
So
what
we
did
here
was
we
Consolidated
some
of
the
wording
on
the
original
action
items
as
we
previously
discussed
and
moving
forward
the
implementation
schedule,
there
used
to
be
a
sort
of
detail
about
a
detail
table
regarding
price
and
cost,
and
then
there
was
a
subsequent
table
about
phasing,
so
we've
Consolidated
those
two
because
they
largely
contain
the
same
information
and
we
also
focused
instead
of
having
things
in
list
as
year.
One
year
two,
it's
always
easy
to
lose
track
of
things
like
that.
G
We
made
an
effort
to
put
things
in
actual
fiscal
years
so
that
just
to
help
with
like
tracking
and
budgetary
purposes,
and
things
like
that,
I'll
make
it
a
little
bit
simpler
to
read.
So
also
we
move
the
key
to
the
front
to
make
it
a
little
bit
easier
to
read,
and
then
we
put
the
implementation
schedule
again,
consolidating
all
the
details
about
the
specific
action
items
we
kept
the
action
times
number,
but
also
to
make
it
a
little
bit
less
wordy.
C
So
in
this
the
text
part
that
font
is
different
than
the
one
you
use
up
in
all
of
the
other
narratives.
C
G
I
cannot
speak
to
the
intent
with
a
specific
color
coding.
That
was
not
my
decision.
We'd
have
to
discuss
that
with
Robin,
but
if,
but
we
can
definitely
look
at
consistency
with
fonts
and
and
typefaces
and
colors
yeah.
E
B
I,
looked
at
the
state
Appropriations
for
fiscal
year,
2324
and
I
noticed
that
the
two
that
Tarpon
received
one
was
for
the
library,
remodeling,
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
and
another
one
was
for
cultural,
Services
Thirty
one
thousand
dollars,
but
when
I
looked
at
the
other
list
of
what
other
communities
applied
for
and
are
receiving,
Dunedin
wastewater
treatment
plant
four
hundred
thousand
dollars,
Gulfport
sanitary
sewer,
repair,
one
million
dollars
and
I
was
thinking
that
this
is
an
Avenue
that
I,
don't
know
has
had
an
eye
towards
it
from
sustainability.
Point
of
view
before.
B
So
it
occurred
to
me
that
to
have
that,
if
we
were
able
to
get
a
state
allocation
for
something
that
we
know
we're
going
to
have
to
do,
then
that
money
could
be
spent
obviously
elsewhere
in
the
city
for
different
purposes,
but
to
maybe
have
like
knowing
what's
coming
down
like
like
us,
like
removing
septic
tanks
or
something
like
that.
Have
a
specific
wish
list.
B
I
want
to
call
it
a
wish
list,
a
specific
eye
towards
what
kinds
of
like
infrastructural
improvements
that
would
be
for
our
you
know,
needs
and
wants
and
desires,
and
all
that
but
I,
don't
I
didn't
see
that
Tarpon
Springs
was
taking
advantage
of
that.
Yet
Dunedin
Gulfport,
you
know
I
mean
on
and
on
and
on
and
and
they
they're
allocated
to
the
county.
And
then
they
go
to
the
cities,
but
it
went
you
can
go
and
look
and
it
it
has
like
all
Pinellas
County
allocations.
H
B
Location,
it's
the
state
Appropriations
State
Appropriations.
So
if
you
look
at
the
the
just
go
State
of
Florida
Appropriations
2023
2024
and
you
can
see
what
all
got
asked
for
and
what
applied.
But
a
lot
of
them
dealt
with
more
than
just
cultural
things
or
in
museums
and
creative
Pinellas.
And
you
know
the
Dunedin
Fine
Arts
Center
I
mean
a
lot
of
those
types
of
things
are
funded,
but
there's
also
significant
dollars
going
towards
more
infrastructure
things
that
we
could
really
put
put
money
towards
in
the
city.
I
G
It
is
listed
in
not
an
order
of
action
items,
but
in
order
of
implementation
year,
one
thing
that
we
did
a
lot
of
work
with
other
staff
from
other
departments
was
trying
to
align
our
goals
with
existing
initiatives
to
make
sure
that
we're
capturing
you
know
existing
initiatives
that
are
ongoing
within
you
know
the
action
items
so,
for
example,
any
of
the
action
items
that
were
related
to
Land
Development
regulations
or
the
municipal
code,
the
building
code,
knowing
that
we're
the
the
planning
and
zoning
department
isn't
in
the
process
of
updating
the
comp
plan,
which
will
create
updates
to
the
municipal
code.
G
We
decided
to
consolidate
all
of
those
action
items
that
related
to
the
code
into
2024
for
within
you
know
within
reason.
That
way,
once
you
have
the
code
open,
it's
easier
to
do
a
whole
Suite
of
changes
than
to
keep.
G
Another
example
would
be
the
I
believe,
fairly
early
on
in
year,
one
or
year
two.
We
had
some
of
our
items
that
related
to
the
existing
tree
survey.
So
we
included
that
that's
ongoing
right
now
with
the
City
Arborist.
So
we
tied
those
together.
G
The
other
kind
of
guiding
principle
that
we
looked
at
was
implementability,
so
any
items
that
were
sort
of
develop
a
plan
to
be
additionally
implemented
over
a
number
of
years.
We
tried
to
put
those
towards
the
front,
knowing
that
it
might
take
time
to
fully
Implement
those
plans.
We
didn't
want
to
have
a
10-year
plan
and
create
a
new
action
item
plan
in
in
year
nine.
C
So
I'm
going
to
Echo
what
I
said
last
time
that
action
number
32
sustain
existing
and
attract
new
cultural
and
artistic
creatives
which
you
have
in
2032..
Now,
that's
a
long
going
ongoing
plan
that
you
don't
want
to
leave
to
the
end.
It
should
be
in
the
beginning,
because
you
want
to
attract
these
sort
of
creative
thinkers
who
bring
good
things
to
the
community,
innovative
ideas,
participation,
creative
thinking,
innovators,
it's
the
sort
of
Citizen
you
want,
and
you
don't
want
to
wait.
C
You
want
to
have
that
right
away
and
we
have
an
art
committee
that
can
help
do
that.
We
have
a
sustainability.
That's
how
you
help
to
sustain,
for
example,
the
things
you
remember
about
Rome
and
ancient
Greek
is
the
art
you
don't
remember,
except
for
Rome.
You
do
remember
the
sewers,
but
you
know
the
things
you
remember
in
history
are
the
grand
cultural
Innovations.
So
you
want
these
people
and
it's
not
just
about
making
art
it's
about
a
whole
way
of
being
so.
G
You
thank
you.
We
we
knew
that.
Obviously
we
can't
put
everything
in
the
first
five
years,
so
we
knew
that
whatever
we
put
towards
the
end,
we
were
likely
to
get
comments
on
on
it.
As
being
you
know,
certain
committee
members
priority
so
we'll
take
that
into
consideration.
What
we're
doing
our
next
round
of
revisions.
Thank.
C
E
C
G
Sorry
of
2023.,
I
misspoke,
so
yeah
our.
G
Yeah,
the
fiscal
year
runs
October
1
to
the
following:
September
30th,
okay.
So
when
we,
when
we
generally
use
fiscal
years,
for
you
know
budgetary
purposes,
for
example,
the
we'll
get
to
this
a
little
bit
later
in
the
today's
agenda
about
the
climate
action
plan
is
currently
a
budgeted
item
that
we've
requested
for
fiscal
year
2024,
so
that
that
aligns
with
the
schedule
for
implementation.
D
All
right
and
so
first
thing
about
the
appendices
we
added
a
new
appendix
just
for
the
table
of
figures,
since
we,
our
only
figures
technically
that
we
are
calling
out
in
this
document,
are
in
the
appendix,
so
we
designated
appendix
one.
Could
you
just
go
down
a
little
bit
sure
we
designated
appendix
one
just
for
the
list
of
figures.
D
E
D
D
No
well
not
they
wouldn't
they
wouldn't
relate
to
photos,
but
they
would
relate
to
charts
that
we
created
essentially
and
tables
that
we
created
and
added
in.
C
D
I
will
just
mention
that
list
of
figures
is
I
mean
it's
a
fairly
common
title
for
this
type
of
stuff
and
Technical
reports
and
stuff.
Okay,.
D
We
for
the
public,
Workshop
section-
I,
don't
know
if
you
guys
might
recall,
but
in
this
section
after
each
you
know
separate
subsection.
Here
we
had
different
bar
charts
and
and
so
forth.
We
decided
to
Omit
all
of
that
and
just
keep
it
short
and
simple
for
this
particular
section
about
the
workshops
and
we
included
a
separate
word
cloud
down
here-
also
pertain
into
the
workshops.
D
And
we
also,
you
know
condense
the
survey
section
as
well.
We
took
a
couple
of
the
survey
pages
that
used
to
be
in
the
main
document
brought
it
down
here.
So
we
have
this
word
cloud
considering
the
question
that
we
had
asked
before,
and
then
we
have
the
summary
of
survey
results
that
you
guys
are
familiar
with
highlights
in
each
subsection
and
what
they
what
they
mean
and
how
they
responded.
C
D
And
then
we
didn't
change
this
page.
Any
this
page
would
mean
virtually
the
same,
and
the
only
other
change
that
we
made
here
is
in
the
reverse
osmosis
facility
section.
We
added
a
bullet
point
about
the
the
EP
environmental
stewardship.
What
that
we
recently
received
and
if
you'll
note
in
the
second
paragraph,
we
added
a
couple
sentences
just
to
expand
on
that
idea,
a
little
bit.
D
And
that
is
more
or
less
it
for
the
changes.
Besides
the
one
text
box
change
in
the
greenhouse
gas
summary
report
that
you
guys
pointed
out
last
time,
we
amended
that.
H
A
D
D
The
greenhouse
gas
summary:
yes,
no,
that
that
makes
sense
initially
we
just
had
you
know,
essentially
transferred
the
actual
summary
greenhouse
gas
summer.
You
put
straight
into
this
document
without
making
any
changes,
but
that's
a
good
point,
so
I'm
going
to
take
that
into
consideration
for
sure,
because
these
are
also
counted
as
figures
but
yeah.
Thank
you.
Everybody.
A
A
G
This
is
one
item
you
know
knowing
that
Robin's
been
heavily
working
on
this.
If
the
committee
elected,
we
could
defer
this
to
the
to
a
future
meeting
and
published
the
the
newsletter
in
July,
Rob
and
I
briefly
were
able
to
discuss
that
this
afternoon
or
if
you,
the
committee,
would
prefer
you're
very
welcome
to
review
what
Robin's
provided
in
the
backup
and
I'd
be
happy
to
take
any
comments
and
forward
those
to
Robin
for
consideration.
G
One
important
thing
to
note
is
schedule
lies
we
do
if,
unless
the
board
elects
to-
or
the
committee
elects
to
defer,
we
will
probably
this
will
be
the
last
time
you'll
be
seeing
this
item
before
it
becomes
published.
So
we
want
to
hear
what
y'all
would
like
what
the
committee
would
like
to
put
in
the
newsletter
or
any
comments
on
the
materials
that
Robin's
proposing
and
then
she's
going
to
take
that
and
develop
it
and
go
ahead
and
go
straight
to
publication
as
the
current
schedule.
For
so.
A
G
Right,
first
and
foremost,
the
goal,
the
probably
the
primary
goal
of
this
newsletter,
will
be
to
introduce
what
what
the
newsletter
is.
This
is
the
first
one
so
there'll
be
probably
a
healthy
amount
of
introductory
material
sort
of.
G
Like
your
first
issue
of
any
new
magazine,
you
know
welcome
to
X
magazine,
and
this
is
what
it's
about
same
thing
for
the
newsletter,
also
introduce
the
purpose
of
the
sustainability
committee
and
how
to
engage
hopefully
drive
a
little
bit
more
public
engagement,
maybe
get
a
few
more
folks
showing
up
to
the
meetings.
G
There'll
be
a
recap
of
the
recent
events,
such
as
Earth,
Day
knowledge,
nibbles.
Let
people
know
what
sort
of
programming
the
sustainability
program
is
putting
on
for
the
public
and
also
some
other
important
updates
on
the
vulnerability
action
plan
and
the
sustainability
plan,
letting
folks
know
that
there'll
be
workshops
coming
up
in
June
and
also
about
future
programming
for
eco-fest
in
September
and
there'll,
be
some
sort
of
sustainability
fact
or
you
know,
factoid
related
to
Tarpon
Springs
in
our
environment.
G
We
heard
you
loud
and
clear
last
week
last
month,
when
we
were
talking
about
that,
you
know
tell
us,
help,
educate
folks
about
you,
know
the
environment
and
sustainability
in
a
uniquely
Tarpon
way
and
also
contact
information.
So
I
think
Robin's
goal
is
to
have
this
be
concise,
informative,
engaging
the
public
and
you
know,
focus
on
driving
folks
to
our
future
programming
and
getting
folks
engaged
with
sustainability.
A
I
think
the
time
is
now
okay,
I
mean
that's
my
vote.
I.
You
know
that
I
think
that
we
were
talking
about
things
that
we've
just
done.
You
know
we
celebrated
Earth
Day.
It
was
a
lot
a
lot
more
substantive
than
it
has
been
before
and
had
the
opportunity
to
do
knowledge
and
nibbles.
Those
are
have
just
happened.
So
in
order
to
be
on
top
of
it
and
be
timely,
it
seems
like
it
would
make
no
sense
to
delay
it
till
July.
So
that's
my
thought.
But
what
does
everybody
else
think.
B
B
That's
a
big
deal
so
that
they
can
have
a
spotlight
on
them
and
encourage
others
to
do
the
same
or
if
a
neighborhood
does
a
neighborhood
cleanup,
or
something
like
that,
so
to
take
it
from
this
big
down
to
the
community
level
and
so
that
people
will
be
like
I
want
I'd
like
to
see
my
thing
in
there
too.
You
know
I
thought
whatever
it
happens
to
be,
but
yeah
businesses
residents
whatever
those.
I
B
Give
a
little
examples:
yeah,
here's
an
example:
it
doesn't
have
to
be
really,
for
example,
well,
here's
an
example:
I
love
our
hospital,
but
I
was
there
today
and
they're
using
styrofoam
and
this
and
that
or
even
if,
they're
making
a
transition
to
using
more.
You
know
that
that
this
particular
business
has
made
a
commitment
to
go
to
you
know
compostable
things
or
recyclable.
Whatever
you
know,.
C
So
I
agree
completely.
One
of
the
things
that
we
know
from
Disney
is
that
people
go
to
Disney
because
they
want
to
see
Mickey
Mouse
and
they
want
to
see
the
characters.
One
of
the
reasons
people
follow
Sports
and
on
the
sports
page.
It's
because
they
know
the
players
right.
I
can
tell
you
all
the
raised
players.
I
can
tell
you
okay
who's
this
right.
We
all
know
right
and
we
know
what
color
shoes
he
wears.
So
one
of
the
things
that
we
know
and
I've
done.
C
Programs
on
this
is
that
people
engage
with
characters.
They
want
to
know
who
are
the
people
in
Tarpon
and
one
of
the
things
each
one
of
these
can
do
like
focusing
on
a
business
is
also
focusing
on
a
person,
so
it'd
be
really
cool
at
first
to
focus.
Go
through
the
committee,
so
Dory,
for
example,
has
a
really
cool
job
right
and
she
works
with
electric
cars
and
she
does
that
it
be
you
know
here
you
come
to
our
meeting
and
you
see
Dory
Larson
and
she
she
like.
C
Does
this
cool
electric
car
thing
in
this
big
environmental
thing?
That's
who's
on
this
committee
and
so
I
would
suggest
that
a
little
Spotlight
on
a
person
and
then
you
know
once
we
know
who
committee
members
are,
then
we
go
maybe
to
our
to
the
staff
and
we
go
to
a
person
in
the
community,
who's
very
active
and
one
of
the
things
that
that
does
is
it
gets
people
to
know
people
oh
I
mean
you
know,
you
know
people
stop
you
on
the
street.
A
A
That's
that's
a
really
positive
way
of
bringing
everybody
together.
H
B
A
Maybe
there
needs
to
be
a
kind
of
a
submission
area
on
the
newsletter,
too,
a
link
where
people.
G
F
G
G
A
good
question
I
believe
it's
going
to
be
primarily
digital,
like
a
PDF,
and
you
know
we'll
post
on
the
sustainability
website
and
send
it
out
through
connect.
Tarpon,
that's
something
we're
still
kind
of
discussing.
I
would
have
to
talk
to
Robin
more
in
detail
about
that
she's
really
leading
the
charge
on
this,
but
we
could
have
follow-up
discussion
on
that.
G
If
it
goes
through
connect,
Tarpon
that'll
go
directly
to
people's
emails.
You
know
we
might
also
entertain
doing
like
Facebook
posts
and
on
the
different
city.
Facebook
pages
to
you
know,
get
it
out
there.
That's
what
we
found
to
be
a
very
efficient
way
to
engage
with
the
community.
A
lot
of
people
tend
to
be
on
Facebook
and
you
can
reach
a
lot
of
folks
in
a
targeted
way.
Very
simply
that
way.
F
E
G
E
A
Of
of
the
ones
that
are,
we
have
emails
for
what
percentage
do
you
think
that
that
is
of
the
general
public
I
mean
in
comparison,
doing
something
that
was
just
a
single
page
newsletter
in
the
utility
bill
on
recyclable
paper.
G
G
A
Yet
that's
true,
but
the
you
know
I
think
Waste
Management
puts
them
in
there
and
we
have.
We
did
send
something
out,
but
that
was
the
only
complaint
was
that
it
was
not
on
paper
that
could
be
recycled
just
to
initially
get
people
on
Board
sign
up
on
connect,
Tarpon
and
get
these.
This
is
newsletter
regularly.
Okay,.
G
A
G
G
So
I
think
maybe
the
simplest
way
to
do
this.
This
is
a
fairly
standard
template
that
we
use
for
all
of
our
budget
requests
within
the
Public
Services
Department.
We
always
look
at
our
current
2020
our
current
year
budget.
If
there
was
a
previous
year,
we
look
at
actual
expenses
in
2022
there
was
no
sustainability
budget,
so
there
were
no
expenses
directly
associated
with
the
sustainability
account
codes,
so
those
are
blank
and
we
also
do
2023
year-to-date
expenditures.
G
So
we
can
have
a
kind
of
idea
of
like
where
we're
trending
with
expenses
and
things
like
that
and
from
there
we
use
that
to
do
a
sort
of
projected
end-of-year
fund
balance
for
each
of
the
accounts
and
the
different
line
items,
and
then
we
propose
a
new
budget
so,
and
you
can
also
see,
we've
got
a
column
for
a
percent
change
from
last
year.
So
if
there's
a
big
increase
or
decrease
in
any
particular
item,
you
know
that
becomes
apparent.
G
This
is
largely
a
format
we
use
for
you
know
other
divisions
like
it
makes
a
lot
of
sense.
If
you're
like
running
the
golf
course
which
operates
like
a
business
or
running,
though
you
know
looking
at
operational
costs
and
like
a
water
utility,
but
we
thought
it
would
be
a
useful
way
to
present
the
information
to
the
committee.
This
reflects
our
current
budget
request
to
the
finance
department.
G
Everything
is
obviously
subject
to
the
budgetary
review
process
we
submit
to
finance,
they
turn
around
and
tell
us
what
we
can
afford
and
you
know,
make
minor
revisions
and
there's
certain
things
that
you
know
are
sort
of
out
of
our
control,
like
obviously
we're
not
going
to
make
any
distinct
requests
on
Personnel
costs
or
Assurance,
or
things
like
that.
But
the
operating
costs
are
largely
within
our
control
and
we
can
give
you
a
quick
run
through
on
those
one
interesting
item
that
we
did
want
to
acknowledge.
G
We
did
put
in
a
funding
request
for
the
intern
program
for
next
year,
so
we
budgeted
that
at
40
weeks
of
interns
at
15
an
hour
based
on
20
hour
weeks,
so
we're
anticipating,
probably
two
interns-
a
fall
fall
semester
intern
in
a
spring
semester.
G
Intern,
fortunately,
Alex
is
graduating,
so
we'll
have
to
have
a
new
one,
but
hopefully
we
get
someone
at
least
close
to
as
good
as
Alex
is,
and
but
we
definitely
Envision
that
as
sort
of
an
ongoing
program,
long
term
to
continue
to
bring
in
folks
in
sustainability,
programs
and
local
colleges
to
get
some
real
world
experience
and
also
really
help
out
a
lot.
So
that's
that's
a
high
priority
in
the
budget.
We've
also
budgeted
150
000
in
our
request
for
the
climate
action
plan.
G
That
would
also
include
the
Energy
Efficiency
study,
which
looks
at
like
Energy
Efficiency
and
the
solar
availability.
Those
are
two
different
action
items,
I
believe
within
the
sustainability
plan,
action
items
so
they're
going
to
be
rolled
into
one
study
for
budgetary
purposes,
and
it
makes
sense
to
probably
have
one
consultant
perform
both
of
those
at
the
same
time,
look
at
what
we
can
do
on
Energy,
Efficiency
and
also
climate
action
plan
and
tie
those
two
together
as
far
as
implementability
going
further
down.
G
There's
some
I
there's
some
costs
in
there
for
Robin's
travel
for
various
resiliency
conferences,
mail
cell
phones,
things
like
that
there
is
some
professional
printing
in
there
for
the
sustainability
plan,
the
climate
action
plan.
We
do
want
to
have
a
few
hard
copies
for
folks
that
like
to
have
hard
copies
and
for
presenting
at
public
workshops
and
things
like
that.
G
Promotional
activities
is
a
big
one.
We've
got
a
budget
request
of
nine
thousand
dollars
for
promotional
activities.
There
will
be
a
staff,
sustainability
promotion,
focusing
on
proving
sustainability
within
the
staff,
we're
still
Robin's
still
thinking
about
what
those
what
that
might
look
like.
Also
there's
funding
in
there
for
Earth
Day
next
year
and
additional
promotional
items
and
educational
materials
for
the
other
events
throughout
the
year.
G
You
know
either
you
know
knowledge
of
nibbles
or
Touch
a
Truck
and
all
the
other
City
engagement
that
she's
planning
and
I'm
just
going
to
get
some
additional
storage
for
her
office.
Another
interesting
one
we
did
put
in
a
request
for
five
EV
charging
sub
meters
that'll
be
important
long
term
for
the
greenhouse
gas
tracking.
G
It's
very
easy
to
track
our
emissions
from
the
existing
city
fleet
because
they
have
fuel
cards
and
we
can
see
how
much
fuel
they
use,
but
if
they
all
go
charge
up
and
the
the
electric
stations
for
the
city,
Vehicles
aren't
metered,
we
don't
all
that
electricity
will
be
sort
of
thrown
into
the
buildings
and
Facilities
category
on
our
future
greenhouse
gas
emissions
inventory.
So
we
want
to
get
a
little
bit
of
data
on
that
to
see
like
as
we
transition
from
fossil
fuels
to
EVS.
G
What
does
that
really
look
like
and
are
we
capturing
all
of
our
greenhouse
gas
emissions
associated
with
the
future
Fleet,
which
might
have
more
EVS
in
it?
There's
also
some
funding
in
there
for
two
level:
two
EV
chargers
for
City
facilities,
no
firm
plans
yet
on
where
those
are
going
to
be
cited.
Obviously
we're
in
the
middle
of
developing
the
new
city
clerks
building.
G
So
after
that's
completed,
we
might
focus
on
that
or
we
might
relocate
them
to
other
City
facilities
that
might
have
more
EVS
coming
into
their
Fleet
over
time,
books,
Publications
and
subscriptions.
That's
largely
the
sustainability
memberships
for
the
city
and
for
robin
as
our
staff
member
and
lastly,
we
have
some
training
items
in
there
for
Robin
to
attend
the
various
conferences
and
stay
up
to
date
on
the
local,
Statewide,
Regional
and
National.
Efforts
on
sustainability.
G
Also,
I
will
note
that
this
is
not
inclusive
of
all
sustainability
items
in
the
city.
There's
lots
of
other
interesting
things
going
on
in
other
departments,
but
this
is
the
budget
that
we
have
control
of
for
the
sustainability
program
and,
as
you
know,
we
start
budgeting
for
future
Capital
items
and
things
like
that
that
might
have
a
sustainability
Focus.
We
we
can
give
you
an
update
on
that
as
well
in
the
future.
G
G
No,
this
is
this:
is
the
budget
for
for
again
for
next
fiscal
year,
so,
but.
C
It
says
23
year
to
date
and
it's
empty.
G
Oh,
that's,
yeah
I'd
have
to
look
at
that.
We
might
have
had
a
budget
transfer
or
something
like
that
or
that
might
just
be
I
could
look
into
that,
but
I
rest
assured.
All
the
interns
got
paid
this
year.
C
C
The
regular
salaries
and
Wages
that's
just
for
Robin,
yes,
and
so
she,
the
proposed
as
she
gets,
almost
a
twenty
eight
thousand
dollars
a
year.
That's.
G
That's
a
little
bit
of
a
misnomer
her
this
again,
this
is
the
part
of
the
budget
that
we
control
and
again
all
all
City
staff
are,
you
know,
fully
fully
budgeted
for
their
full
salary
for
the
full
year,
but
Robin's
position
is
split
between
Utility
Fund
and
Enterprise
fund
and
general
funds,
so
that
only
reflects
half
of
her
salary,
so
the
other
half
is
in
the
general
fund.
Okay,
so
it's
yeah,
no
she's
doing
a
little
bit
better
than
that.
So.
C
When
she
does
these
other
programs,
like
she
does
the
promotional
activities
or
she
works
on
another
project,
does
she
get
extra
administrative
costs
or
that
is
it
just
that
she's
salary
didn't
that's
all
she
gets
Robin's.
I
C
G
Yeah,
that's
that's
an
interesting
distinction.
You
know,
there's
there's
different
schools
of
thought
on
salary
versus
hourly.
Obviously,
if
your
salary,
you
don't
get
overtime,
if
you
do
you
there's
other
benefits
associated
with
being
a
salary
that
we
could
go
back
and
have
a
discussion
or
revisit
like
how
that
was
decided.
But
that's
that's
how
the
that's
currently
her
position
is
currently
programmed
in
the
budget.
C
F
Yeah
I
have
a
question
about
like
if
we
receive
funding
to
do
some
of
this
work,
like
is
that
captured
like
say,
we
get
a
grant.
G
This
is
there's
no
grants
factored
into
this
current
budget
request.
If
we
were
to
get
a
grant,
we
that's
usually
captured
through
the
budget
resolution
process
throughout
the
year.
The
finance
department
will
periodically
take
updates
to
the
budget
to
the
board
to
reflect.
You
know,
changes
you
know.
Oh,
we
received
a
grant
for
this
or
yeah,
for
example,
the
vulnerability
assessment
we
received
a
grant.
We
discussed
that
with
Ron
Herring
our
finance
director.
G
They
went
through
the
budget
resolution
process
to
incorporate
that
additional
funding
into
that
account
and
you
know
allocate
that
funding
to
that
project.
So
if
we
do
get
grants
they
would
be
programmed
in,
but
we
don't
typically
include
grants
that
are
not
yet
awarded
in
in
budget
requests.
F
Okay,
the
reason
I'm
asking
is
because,
like
I'm,
just
looking
at
the
the
EV
charging
infrastructure
and
there's
tax
credits
available
to
do
that,
depending
on
where
they're
placed,
if
they're
in
a
a
census
tract
that's
higher
than
20
property.
Okay,
so
you
know
I'm
just
trying
to
like
see
if
we're
capturing
like
what
could
come
back
into
the
budget
instead
of
just
what's
coming
out.
No.
F
F
G
We
do
have
grants
that
have
been
awarded.
You
know
we
will
budget
those
as
future
income.
You,
if
you
wanted,
you
know
we
could
have.
We
could
get
more
information
from
Finance
exactly
about
how
that
happens
in
the
budgetary
process.
But
yes,
in
the
past,
you
know
we
do.
G
We
typically
would
fully
fund
the
project
we
list,
the
total
project
cost
if
we've
got
say
a
50,
50,
Grant
or
a
50
50
match
for
a
certain
type
of
project
that
would
be
reflected
elsewhere
in
the
in
the
income
portion
of
the
budget.
These
are
focused
on
projected
expenditures.
B
G
Yeah,
we
I
think
we
would
definitely
be
open
to
having
a
conversation
about
you,
know,
funding,
opportunities
and
see
we
can
do
and
and
again
if
we
do
apply
for
Grants
and
we
hit
on
some
grants
or
are
awarded
some
grants.
We
can
always
update
the
budget
throughout
the
budget
year.
You
know.
G
Budget
resolution
process
to
incorporate
the
fact
that
we
are
awarded
a
grant
to
do
to
either
expand
a
project
or
to
like
the
vulnerability
assessment.
We
were
awarded
a
supplemental
Grant
from
dep,
so
we
captured
that
and
we
expanded
the
scope
of
work
for
the
vulnerability
assessment
and
that
we
didn't
get
noticed
on
that
until
like
only
a
few
months
ago.
So
it
does
grants,
don't
always
align
with
the
budgetary
process.
A
G
The
answer
is
yes,
there
are
folks
in
various
departments
that
do
apply
for
Grants,
and
we
also
have
a
new
position
this
year
in
the
project
administration
department
for
a
I
apologize,
I'm,
probably
gonna,
butcher
title,
but
she's
a
grant
coordinator
and
project
manager,
some
something
she
does
project
management
and
grants.
G
So
she
she
works
for
Bob
Robertson,
our
project
Administration
director
and
she
is
going
to
be
assisting
other
departments
with
grants
and
also
continuing
to
look
for
grant
opportunities
for
various
various
programs
and
we'll,
hopefully
have
additional
grant
funding
coming
our
way
as
she
is
able
to
go
out
and
find
those
funding
sources.
G
That's
a
good
question
that
might
that
might
be
one
of
my
highlights
or
something
like
that.
This
is
a
largely
internal
document
that
we
mostly
use
for
just
making
sure
we
get
all
our
budget
entries
correct,
and
sometimes
we
highlight
things
because
you
know
we
don't
have
control
over
them.
So
like
or
something
like
that.
Like
some
of
the
stuff,
that's
grayed
out,
I,
I,
really
don't
know
why
that's
highlighted,
but.
G
I
G
Our
current
fiscal
year
budget
and
again
this
is
this
document's
heavily
focused
on
what
do
we
need
to
budget
for
next
year
and
that's
highlighted
in
end
of
year
projected
okay,
so
I
yeah
I'm,
not
sure
it
looks
like
that
one
might
be
slightly
above
the
revised
budget,
so
perhaps
that
was
why
that
was
done.
You
know
that
maybe
Insurance
costs
went
up
slightly
compared
to
what
was
originally
budgeted.
It's
only
a
couple
hundred
dollars,
though
so
it'll
get
resolved
in
the
end
of
budget
process.
G
That's
a
very
good
question.
The
next
steps
for
the
budget
process
will
be
a
public
Workshop
in
June,
open
all
all
local
residents
and
citizens
and
then
there'll
be
a
series
of
budget
workshops
with
the
board
throughout
the
summer.
G
I
don't
have
the
schedule
right
in
front
of
me,
but
those
will
be
publicly
noticed
and
some
of
them
will
coincide
with
existing
budget
workshops,
but
the
ultimate
budget
approval
usually
occurs
in
the
late
August
early
September
time
frame
and
time
to
give
you
know
the
finance
department
enough
time
to
input
all
this
information
in
before
the
beginning
of
the
fiscal
year
so
late
summer
is
when
the
final
approvals
typically
occur.
A
We're
going
to
debrief
about
Earth
Day,
which
was
awesome,
who
is
going
to
share
on
that?
Oh.
G
A
D
Definitely
is
that
your
feature
yeah
yeah,
I
I
I,
really
like
that.
We
are
on
schedule
with
everything
that
was
fun.
There
were
worries
at
certain
points
that
we
weren't
going
to
be
on
schedule,
but
as
far
as
it
looks
right
now,
it
looks
like
we're
doing
pretty
good
with
the
timeline.
G
Yes,
the
the
current
plan
for
this
is
this-
is
the
last
time
y'all
will
see
the
sustainability
Plan
before
it
goes
to
our
board,
so
Robin's
been
coordinating
with
the
city
manager
regarding
our
next
steps
for
board
engagement,
as
you
recall,
we
didn't
get
quite
the
guidance
we
were
looking
for
in
our
last
board
update,
so
we're
going
to
be
working
through
the
city
manager
to
find
an
option,
an
opportunity
in
June
to
present
the
this
is
the
finalized
sustainability
plan
after
we
incorporate
these
last
rounds
of
comments
and
do
final
quality
control
and
proofreading,
and
things
like
that
with
the
Board
and
they'll
have
an
opportunity
for
comment,
suggestions
and
things
like
that,
and
so
that'll
be
occurring
in
June
will
be
the
the
next
step
and
we're
looking
at
finalizing
the
plan
sometime
and
potentially
in
July,
depending
on
what
the
board
wishes
as
far
as
if
they
want
to
see
it
twice
or
things
like
that,
though,
we
always
defer
the
board
on
how
they
would
like
to
adopt
the
plan.
G
That
is
an
interesting
question.
I!
Don't
thank
you.
That's
a
very
good
question.
Speaking
openly.
I,
don't
believe
that
we've
evaluated
this
plan
as
it
relates
to
any
it
recently
passed
legislation.
That's
something
we
can
certainly
take
a
look
at
before
we
finalize
it,
but
that's
that's
a
good
good
thing
to
consider.
C
C
G
That's
a
that's
a
very
good
comment.
We
will
take
a
look
at
recently
recently
passed
legislation
and
anything
that's
sort
of
pending
and
looks
like
it
has
likes
and
make
sure
there's
no
conflicts
or
that
we
don't
we're
not
including
anything
in
the
plan.
That's
preempted
or
something
like
that,
for
example,
I,
don't
believe
we
have
anything
in
there.
That's
preempted
from
local
governments.
Currently
we
do
try
do
our
best
and
we
did
a
review
with
the
Planning
and
Zoning.
G
They
tend
to
stay
up
to
date
on
what's
allowed
within
various
for
cities
to
adopt
with
like
local
ordinances
and
things
like
that,
and
we
believe
we're
compliant
with
the
law
as
it
stands,
but
Bill's
change
so
we'll
take
a
look
at
that
very
good
comment.
D
A
We've
deferred
the
Earth
Day
debrief,
so
that
could
be
added
in.
C
A
A
So
I
have
one
question
regarding
the
newsletter
publication
Robin's
going
to
be
working
on
it.
Will
we
be
able
to
see
it
at
all,
or
is
it
going
to
be
published
in
June
or
what
it
never
never
considered?
The
timeline
of
that.
E
G
Her
goal
was
to
hear
feedback
from
you.
Take
that
into
consideration,
create
a
document
and
go
ahead
and
publish
without
coming
back
for
for
a
newsletter
like
a
published
newsletter
approval.
Okay,.
G
Yes,
I
think
Robin
had
a
few
things.
She
wanted
me
to
pass
along.
E
G
Yes,
number
one
please
remind
Robin
would
like
to
pass
along,
as
you
would
like
to
remind
anyone
on
the
committee
who
has
not
done
so
yet
to
take
the
vulnerability
assessment
survey
and
please
encourage
all
of
your
neighbors
and
colleagues
to
do
the
same
and
the
same
for
the
City
Arborist
tree
survey.
E
F
C
Nipple
knowledge
and
nipples
the
audience
suggests
made
lots
of
suggestions
about
actions.
I
I
I
Short
one
I'm
really
excited
the
plans
going
to
the
boc.
We
did
it.
