I
hereby
declare
the
house
representatives
of
the
113th
journalist
in
the
state
of
Tennessee
now
in
session
with
members
police
damn
well
the
visitors
in
the
gallery.
Please
stand
and
remain
standing
through.
The
Pledge
of
Allegiance
representative
Williams
will
introduce
the
chaplain
of
the
day.
B
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
members.
It's
my
pleasure
to
introduce
the
chaplain
of
the
day.
Today,
Rabbi
Joshua
collick
has
led
the
West
End
synagogue
in
Nashville
since
2013.
he
was
born
and
raised
in
Juanes
Iris
Argentina,
which
is
the
home
of
the
world
champions
in
soccer
for
football
for
the
rest
of
the
world.
I
think
some
of
you
call
it
communist
kickball,
but
we
forgive
you.
B
Nonetheless,
he
holds
the
degree
from
the
University
of
Haifa
and
the
Hebrew
University
in
Jerusalem
before
his
tenure
in
Nashville,
Rabbi
collect
led
a
congregation
in
Guadalajara
Mexico,
while
serving
as
the
Executive
Board
of
the
Latin
American
rabbinical
Society.
He
is
married
to
his
lovely
wife
Jessica
and
they
are
proud
parents
of
three
wonderful
children.
I
hope
you
make
welcome
Rabbi
colic.

C
C
B
E
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
to
everybody
that
called
me
yesterday
about
my
little
incident
and
has
prayed
for
me
and
I
want
to
say.
I
want
to
honor
and
thank
representative
chairman
John
Crawford
for
getting
me
to
the
hospital.
My
potassium
just
bottomed
out,
and
they
said
the
best
way
for
you
to
keep
your
potassium
up
is
for
everybody
to
pass
all
my
bills
this
year.
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker.
A
F
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
and,
as
you
all
are
very
aware,
the
folks
from
the
District
of
Champions
are
a
hearty
stock
and
they
don't
let
a
little
thing
like
rain
or
snow
or
sleet
keep
them
from
coming
to
visit
the
capitol.
So
if
everybody
would
look
up
here
and
say
hello
to
Molly
Walker,
who
is
a
constituent
of
mine
and
her
good
friend,
Kristen
Pickens
they're,
both
with
Simmons
Bank,
they
came
in
to
watch
today
to
see
what
we're
all
about.
So
we're
really
glad
to
see
them.
G
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
I
stand
to
remember
a
really
good
friend
of
mine
that
I
served
with
in
the
insurance
Community
who
passed
over
to
go
home
to
be
with
our
Lord
and
savior
over
the
weekend.
He
meant
so
much
to
me
and
my
family,
and
so
many
folks
in
the
community
just
reaching
out
and
if
everybody
would
just
take
a
moment
of
silence
to
honor
my
good
friend
and
brother
Hayes
kin.
I
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker,
as
you
all
can
see,
I
have
on
my
Memphis
blue
this
morning
and
I
would
like
for
everyone
to
stand
in
solidarity
with
me
as
we
today
we
lay
the
rest
of
Tyree
Nichols,
who
was
who
we
later
rest
today.
So
we
just
want
to
have
a
moment
of
silence.
A
J
J
If
we
do
have
any
sort
of
power
outage,
my
outfit
also
glows
in
the
dark,
so
you
can
follow
me
to
the
nearest
exit.
Thank
you,
sir
foreign.

A
Q
Thank
you,
Mr

sjr128.
Q
A
Q
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker,
Mr,
Speaker
and
members.
This
this
sjr
is
in
honor
to
honor,
Senator,
agberry's
grandmother
who
recently
passed
and
we're
trying
to
get
the
resolution
done
for
the
service.
This
Saturday
and
I've
concurred
with
the
leader
that
all
members
voted
in
affirmative
be
added.
As
co-prime
sponsor
I
moved
to
concur
in
sjr
128.
A
It
was
objections,
collisions
duly
noted.
There
can't
promotes
concurrent
Senate
joint
resolution,
128
property
seconded
any
objection
to
the
question.
Cena
and
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye,
those
opposed
say
no,
the
eyes
have
it.
I
Claire
concurred
in
with
objects
the
most
recthers
table.
Thank
you,
Mr
speaker.
Thank
you.
Now,
Miss
Clark
next
order,
announcements,
announcements,
representative,
Parkinson.
N
N
Yes,
ties
for
turns
is
coming
up
and
I
appreciate
everyone
that
has
already
brought
ties.
Thank
you
so
much
we're
we're
looking
for
a
great
harvest
this
year
last
year,
I
think
we
did
between
700
and
a
thousand
ties
for
the
interns.
Let's
see
if
we
can
top
that
this
is
the
first
of
a
very
few
announcement
on
ties
for
turns
and
I
just
want
you
to
know
that
and
Mr
Speaker
one
last
one
last
announcement
you
want
this
or
do
you
want
me
to
handle
it?
Okay,
Mr
Speaker.
N
There
appears
to
have
been
a
violation
of
the
serious
sucker
caucus
code
and
but
I
think
there's
an
explanation
from
leader
camper.
A
Q
H
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
members,
commissioner
Ely
and
the
TDOT

It
will

Thank
you,
Mr
speaker
thank.
R
Good
morning,
members
I
just
want
to
say
Happy
Black
History
Month.
The
theme
for
this
month
as
a
chosen
by
the
African-American
life
in
history
committee
is
black
resistance.
This
month
we
celebrate
the
institutions
and
affiliations
that
have
lobbied,
litigated,
legislated
protested
and
achieved
success
for
black
people
in
the
state.
I
just
want
to
say
Happy
Black
History
Month
before
we
make
that
illegal.
Secondly,
I
want
to
offer
that
I
have.
A
R
Announcement
is
that
I
will
have
extra
copies
of
the
1619
project
book
in
my
office,
for
any
members
who
like
to
read
this
important
book
of
black
history
feel
free
to
stop
by
Suite
422
I
bought
10
copies
for
any
members
who
like
to
read
this
book.
Thank
you.
S
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
I
have
the
honor
today
to
introduce
an
expert
in
the
criminal
justice.
World
he's
been
renowned
across
this
country.
He's
written
a
book
had
an
opportunity
last
night
to
sit
down
with
dinner
with
the
speaker
and
chairman
Halsey
chairman
Doggett
I
want
to
introduce
Rafael
Manuel.
Anybody
ever
wants
to
talk
about
conservative
values
and
policies
versus
liberal
values
and
policies
on
incarceration
and
policing.
I
would
encourage
you
to
to
talk
to
this
man
because
conservative
values
work.
So
let's
thank
him
for
being
here
today.
