I
don't
know
if
I
don't
know
if
it
was
tweeted
or
where
even
it
was
posted,
some
made
it
last
yesterday
there
was
a
lot
of
chaos
yesterday
and
I
I'll
be
honest.
I
didn't
do
a
good
job
at
passing,
the
comms
after
after
it
was
all
done.
He.
A
Okay
forum
post,
then
I
think
I
did
miss
it.
Okay,
cool
all
right,
but
maybe,
like
everyone,
all
stewards
go
to
the
forum
post
click
on
the
link
vote.
A
Okay,
so
last
last
sprint,
our
retrospective
action
was,
we
are
all
coms
twitter
swarm.
I
think
we
did
pretty
okay
with
that.
So
maybe
we
can
congratulate
ourselves
for
for
chipping
in
for
twitter
and
then
a
reminder
that
sprint
planning
is
tomorrow,
so
label
your
issues
next
sprint
and
take
a
moment
to
look
at
the
sprint
board
before
you
start
planning
for
tomorrow's
sprint
planning,
let's
just
jump
right
into
the
retrospective
board.
A
Obviously
the
first
thing
that
we
need
to
stop
and
admire
is
this
amazing
artwork
from
from
ivy
who,
like
every
single
time,
blows
me
away
with
how
like
cool
and
creative?
She
is
so
please
praise
ivy
for
how
cool
and
creative
she
is
with
our
voting
stars,
and
so
maybe
we
get
started.
A
Everyone
here
knows
exactly
how
it
works,
so
we'll
hop
into
the
board,
get
started
with
what
went
well
things
that
went
well
for
you
personally
in
your
working
group
in
another
working
group
in
the
community,
and
the
timing
is
going
to
be
five
minutes
and
it
starts
now.
A
A
A
A
A
A
All
right,
our
timer
is
up.
A
And
if
you
have
anything
else
to
add,
add
it
at
the
bottom.
I
feel
like
I
ran
out
of
time
I
felt
like
we
did
so
much
this
brand.
I
thought
I
could
keep
writing,
but
maybe
I'll
ask
zeb
if
you
can
read
out
the
what
went
well
to
the
rest,
yeah.
E
What
is
it
yeah.
E
Transparency,
multithing
is
done.
We
have
tc
tokens
common
swarm
worked
so
hard
to
make
the
upgrade
happen.
Give
it
some
non-dead
crypto
magic
to
find
the
missing
5k
tc.
This
is
real.
Now,
tim's
progress
as
leisure,
doing
a
great
job
on
twitter
organization
guides
are
live,
grief,
wore
an
insured
price
player,
looking
ready
and
about
time,
fire
fire
edu
and
sam
visit.
Oh
yes,
edo
and
sam
visited
costa
rica
in
real
life.
Bonding
on
the
beach
tc
is
in
the
hatcher's
hands.
E
Yes,
oh
tc,
we
found
the
5k
missing
a
lot
of
new
wise
to
contribute
with
the
gravity
and
so
much
action.
Let's
use
this
fuel
same
visited
costa
rica
and
colombia,
discovery
on
scope,
shape
of
tc
and
proposal.
Inverter
has
made
to
a
spread
head.
So
much
semi
is
tc
community
hoping
funka
presenting
this
in
the
academy
called
the
academy
wants
us
to
continue
the
joint,
mostly
session
going
forward.
She
thought
it
was
a
great
success
once
nailed
it
in
the
presentation.
E
There
are
tc
tokens
in
alhatcher's
wallets,
really
great
testing
from
paul
and
sam
on
the
operate.
Yes,
the
quantifying
process
is
rat
ivy.
The
academy
50k
proposal
7
reward
system
first
quant
skinny
dripping
in
waterfall,
is
a
great
white
to
start
spring.
Semen,
paulo
tc
garden
is
cool,
as
have
you
signed
the
covenant
yet
star
wars
concert
on
culture,
gravity,
funding,
proposal
in
forum
for
advice,
process,
draw
application
for
gravity
operations.
E
A
A
All
right
so
maybe
I'll
set
a
timer
for
a
minute
and
a
half
two
minutes
we're
not
so
many
today.
So
I
could
even
I'll
set
a
timer
for
two
minutes
to
give
people
extra
time
if
they
want
to
take
it
and
go
around
and
share.
You
know
with
all
the
stuff
that
happens.
How
are
you
feeling
about
it
and
I'll
start
or
I'll?
Ask
chewie
if
you
could
start
us
off.
G
Yes,
sam,
there
is
a
lot
of
exciting
things
happening.
I
was
a
little
bit
distracted
because
I
I
really
want
to
put
like
a
tweet
out
for
for
promoting
the
boat
and
joining
the
garden,
and-
and
it's
just
like
out
of
like
really
really
excitement
to
see
everything
coming
together
so
yeah.
I
I
I
think
everyone
is
doing
a
a
really
really
good
job
and
and
there's
a
really
good
spirit
to
it.
So
yeah
congrats,
everybody
and
I'll
pass
it
to
evil.
C
Yeah,
I
feel
like
the
gardens
I
mean
I
have
been
I've
seen
the
gardens
before,
but
it's
so
different
when
you
sign
up
the
covenant
because
it
feels
like
it
is
actually
real
and
it
goes
for
the
same
way
with
the
dc
token,
showing
up
in
your
metamask
and
and
having
this
kind
of
feeling
of.
Oh,
it
actually
is
true.
C
You
know
for
someone
who
for
someone
who
it's
came
from
a
different
space
than
this
one,
it
feels
like
a
huge
accomplishment
for
everyone
who
participate
on
it.
So
he's
like
she
said
this.
Congratulations
to
everyone,
plus
also.
It
was
a
sprint
of
seeing
grief,
buying
a
new
shirt,
so
that
was
really
cool
to
see.
Also,
oh,
I
will
pass
it
on
tonight.
F
Thanks
you
too,
yeah.
I
think
that
it
was
just
really
interesting,
this
past
sprint,
where
how
much
progress
is
happening
in
the
team
dao.
I
think
it's
yeah,
it's
just
great
to
see
that
and
a
lot
of
different
moving
parts.
I
had
a
great
time
talking
about
the
editorial
stuff,
with
tim
and
gideon
and
reading
gideon's
article,
which
was
phenomenal,
so
that's
really
cool
and
then
all
the
progress
with
gravity
that's
going
on
as
well.
It's
just
really
neat
but
yeah.
D
I
think
I
felt
just
I
mean
I
felt
excited
just
to
be
like
within
earshot
of
the
commons
upgrade
process
and
it
was
like
it
seemed
really
crazy
and
hectic,
and
everyone
was
working
super
hard
and
then
it
was
like
these
5000
tokens
that
went
missing
and
then
these
5
000
tokens
that
were
found
and
like
this
whole
process
of
like
devs,
coming
together
and
then
pushing
forward
and
trying
to
to
make
it
work
and
then
and
then
even
even
non-dev,
things
happening
in
there.
Dude
thanks,
griff
and
yeah.
I'm
excited
that.
D
I'm
excited
that
we
have
tc
tokens
now,
I'm
excited
that
we
can
start
acting
with
them
and
and
yeah,
and
it
was
also
very
notable
and
nice
that
edu
and
sam
were
here,
and
we
got
to
have
this
like
whole
gathering
on
the
beach
and
be
all
together.
It's
a
whole
other
thing
to
like
actually
get
to
hang
out
in
person
and
and
create
like
more
connection
that
way,
it's
really
really
different
than
seeing
each
other
all
the
time
on
the
screen.
So
I
really
really
appreciated
that
I'll
pass
the
girl.
B
Thanks
lauren
yeah,
it
was
really
I
mean,
that's
definitely
a
highlight
of
my
spring
game.
It's
really
funny
to
see
edu
and
sam
in
costa
rica,
when
I
was
hanging
out
with
them
in
barcelona
before
and
just
like
independently,
both
arriving
here.
So
that
was
really
great
and
eduardo
took
some
really
awesome
pictures
engagement,
photos
of
lauren,
and
I
also
that
didn't
make
the
that
didn't
somehow
didn't
make
it,
but
definitely
worth
mentioning
heartwarming
things.
B
You
know
it's
like
the
extra
community
building
side
of
or
like
the
just
friendship
side
of
things
is
really
nice
in
this
community
and
then
yeah.
Just
like
all
the
proposals
are
going
up.
Token
engineering
academy's
50k
proposal
is,
is
cool.
You
know
the
it's
just
so
nice
to
be.
It's
like
the
parameters
is
officially
done
and
common
swarm
will
be
officially
done
in
a
week
and
that
feels
pretty
huge.
B
We
actually
had
also
a
common
swarm
party
like
going
away
party
almost
like
a
funeral,
but
there
wasn't
funeral
vibes
at
all.
You
know
it
was
just
like
hey
what
is
everyone
up
to?
We,
cracked
some
champagne
and
you
know,
had
had
a
little
like
celebration
that
was
really
nice,
so
so
yeah
everything
and
then
reward
system
today
is
having
their
first
quant.
B
That's
amazing
huge
work,
there
super
cool
and
I
can't
wait
to
see
how
it
all
turns
out
yeah
and
with
that
I
guess
I'll
pass
it
to
craig.
H
Griff,
can
you
hear
me
nice
yeah,
I'm
I'm
kind
of
out
of
the
loop
as
per
usual
and
just
kind
of
listening
in
to
say
hello
and
see
what
everybody's
up
to
and
kudos
to
everyone.
I've
been.
F
H
I
Thanks
tom
well,
for
me,
these
sprints
have
been
really
cool.
I
really
like
to
participate
in
the
the
academy
event,
and
I
I
really
see
that
I
have
learned
a
lot
and
I
only
wish
to
continue
learning.
I
am
also
very
excited
about
the
commons
upgrade
and
about
visiting
colombia.
I
It's
the
same
thing
of
community
building,
but
also
that
we
want
colombia
to
be
like
a
friendly
hub
for
for
this
kind
of
projects,
and
it's
it's
great.
We
are
here
with
sam
there
and
with
mateo
there
and
danny.
Is
there
so
yeah.
I
I
don't
know
who
who
has
gone,
who
hasn't
gone?
I
think.
A
I
think
nate
went
but
zapp
has
still
to
go.
E
Yeah,
thank
you
tom
and
juan
yeah.
For
me,
like
the
highlight
of
this
screen
is,
of
course,
like
the
devs
like
running
the
dc
token.
This
is
huge
milestone
and
also
like
the
reward
system.
As
chris
also
mentioned
like
like
today,
we
had
the
chance
to
play
with
the
with
the
dashboard,
and
I
mean
just
like
it
was
feeling
so
much
better
than
the
the
spreadsheet
it's
it's
huge
and
and
like
people
who
was
there
like,
even
for
the
first
time
they
were
feeling
comfortable
with
it.
I
mean,
of
course
there
is.
E
We
still
like
to
build
like
this
way
of
quantifying,
and
I
think
this
is
something
that
is
culturally
going
to
be
building
in.
You
know
in
with
the
time,
but
the
tool
is
amazing
and
yeah.
It's
so
great
I'll
pass
it
back
to
you,
tom.
A
Cool
yeah,
I
think
I'm
the
last
one.
I
think
what
really
is
okay,
so
so
many
things
so
much
and
I
feel
like
we
missed
a
bunch
of
stuff.
So,
starting
with
the
rewards
system
and
the
quantifying
tool,
I
mean
it's
like
a
cadillac.
You
know
it's
like
it's
a
really
cool
intuitive
tool.
There
were,
I
think,
if
I
had
the
number,
I
think
there
was
28
people
that
were
quantifiers
that
were
registered
quantifiers
on
the
call
today
quantifying
at
the
same
time,
which
is
extraordinary
that
we
are
able
to
do
that.
A
So
that's
super
super
cool.
I
think
it's
just
nice
and
intuitive.
You
know,
there's
always
going
to
be
a
few
gotchas
and
bugs,
but
like
those
will
be
wrinkled
and
ironed
out
and
crushed
over.
You
know
the
next
few
iterations
I
think,
wonka
nailing
the
tea
and
tec
intro
to
ogan
engineering
was
really
really
impressive
and
important
and
that
felt
really
cool.
I
feel
like
we
had
just
so
many
wins:
yeah
the
entire
dev
team
and
the
tec
token
and
hatcher's
wallets,
like
it's
so
exciting.
A
E
A
But
from
this
side
it
seems
really
cool
and
also
teams
and
how
they're
moving
along
in
on
many
different
fronts.
It's
very
cool,
too.
Okay
cool.
What
could
what
can
we
do?
Better?
I'm
gonna
set
the
timer
for
five
minutes
and
it's
starting
now.
A
So
lauren
do
you
feel
like
reading
could
do
better
for
everyone.
D
Yes,
I
do,
okay
could
do
better.
I
miss
sem
sem
is
not
passing
through
mexico.
D
D
D
Having
a
comms
person
relay
the
messages
from
the
common
swarm,
give
more
structured
guidance
to
newcomers
who
don't
work
well
with
ambu,
then
be
good.
Baby
ambiguity
start
thinking
about
how
to
provide
more
utility
for
the
tc
token.
Now
that
it's
live.
Where
are
the
200
tac
coming
from?
I
do
not
understand.
We
have
tc
tokens
and
a
garden,
but
can't
do
anything
with
cv
until
the
bonding
curve
is
left.
So
what
do
we
do
about
previous
or
future
proposals?
D
Great
voter
turnout,
but
how
do
we
get
the
rest
of
the
hatchers
engaged
not
satisfied
until
95
percent?
We
didn't
have
a
good
plan
for
cv
before
abc
tec
is
road
map.
Less
twitter
process
can
still
be
better,
but
is
trending
in
the
right
direction.
Sharing
how
liquidity
provision
for
tc
will
be
handled.
D
D
It
should
be
right
timing
for
exactly
what
happens
with
when,
with
the
upgrade
were
known,
sorry
timings
for
exactly
what
happens
when,
with
the
upgrade
we're
known
relatively
late
and
not
well
communicated
outside
of
a
very
small
group
answer
to
zap's
question
about
working
group
investment
working
group
investing
the
funding
looking
for
steward's
perspectives
on
this
unanswered
questions
on
our
discord
we
said
cp
would
open
today
and
then
it
didn't
vote
on
gardens.
D
I
don't
think
that
we
have
reached
out
to
any
of
the
projects
that
have
proposals
on
the
forum
for
advice
process
to
let
them
know
that
they
will
soon
be
able
to
submit
to
cv.
Sometimes
I
wonder
if
we
should
focus
more
on
a
role
or
or
is:
is
it
okay
for
stewards?
Working
all
around
abc
opens
january
25th
2022
at
3,
18
a.m,
costa
rica,
time
and
griff
will
be
asleep.
B
Sorry
we're
playing
fun
muting
games
there
yeah.
I
definitely
agree
with
the
lack
of
communications
around
common
swarm
and
we
just
didn't
have
the
certainty
on
everything
and
it
was
very
haphazard.
I'm
not
well,
especially
I'm
very
biased.
Like
honestly,
the
launch
is
pretty
smooth
on
crypto
terms,
I'm
very
biased,
because
giveth
had
such
a
good
launch.
It
was
like
the
best
launch,
I'd
ever
seen
where
just
everything
worked.
Just
fine.
B
This
launch
was
not
nearly
as
organized
and
like
there's
just
a
lot
of
things
changing
at
the
last
minute.
Little
things,
the
broad
thing
everything
happened,
the
way
it
was
supposed
to
from
a
high
level,
but
the
details
were
not
really
fully
fleshed
out
until
we
were
just
doing
it
and
testing
it.
While
sem
was
here,
and
that
made
it
really
hard
and
just
I
didn't
have
the
bandwidth
to
communicate
and
we
really
didn't
we
missed.
Honestly,
we
missed
you
chewie.
B
We
missed
you
chewie
in
the
common
swarm
because
we
just
didn't
have
the
bandwidth
to
to
do
it
and
you
didn't
have
the
bandwidth
either,
because
you're
managing
the
whole
team.
So
I
think
we
I
tried
to
make
some
ugly
spreadsheets
to
like,
say
it,
but
there's
so
much
ambiguity
and
I
just
I
think
it
can
be
done
better.
B
We
honestly
just
didn't
know
all
the
little
things
that
would
happen
so
like
the
200
tec,
and
actually
this
is
we've
minted
1700
tc
as
a
backup
plan
for
if
some
tc
is
needed
to
make
proposals.
So
we
needed
that
tec
to
make
proposals.
We
needed
100
to
fill
the
liquidity
pool
in
the
gardens
to
actually
create
a
gardens
with
honey.
B
So
we
had
to
buy
honey
and
also
buy
and
mint
tec
to
create
an
initial
liquidity
pool,
and
then
we
so
there's
100
and
then
the
other
1600
gave
us
like
eight
proposals
worth
of
tc
to
to
use
so
there's
600
tec.
That
was
minted
by
daltoshi
nakamoto
for
making
these
initial
proposals
and
then
there's
a
thousand
tc
as
backup
for
launch
for
in
the
liquidity
multisig.
B
So
in
the
laser
technology.
So
that's
and
then
and
then
there
was
so
many
little
things
that
were
unaccounted
for,
like
a
thousand
wrapped
x
dive
from
the
hatch
from
the
tollgate
fee.
You
know
and
we're
just
trying
to
get
all
the
math
right
and
it's
not
adding
up
and
then
the
five
thousand
tokens
that
we're
missing.
That
wasn't
our
fault
so
much
it
was
block
scout,
but
still
it
was
really
just
chaos,
but
that's
always
how
crypto
launches
are.
So.
I
guess
it's!
Okay,
I'll
pass
it
to
you.
D
Yeah
I'll
take
it
yeah,
so
I
think
that
I
mean
I
I
yeah
girl
saying
about
missing
chewie
in
that
common
storm.
I
think
that,
like
I
mean
I
was
hearing
a
lot
of
chaos,
I
mean
just
like
a
lot
of
like.
Oh,
this
is
happening.
D
Just
like
the
bandwidth
thing
that
it's
like
I
mean
I
could
have
done
it
too
sort
of
I
mean
I
had
no
time
but
like
if
I
had
time
I
would
have
happily
done
it
and
like
helped
it
create
that
communication,
but
I
think
that
yeah,
I
think
that
there's
just
like
not
a
lot
of
bandwidth
and
maybe
like
expanding,
would
be
useful
and
then
yeah.
That's
wait.
That's
that's
the
main
thought
I
had
on
what
we
could
do
better
yeah.
I
think
that's,
that's!
G
Thank
you
lauren.
Yes,
I
I
agree
that
there's
just
a
lot
of
stuff
going
on,
and
I
also
think
that
it's
maybe
like
not
a
a
a
bandwidth
problem
but
but
yeah
I
I.
G
I
also
think
that
in
a
way
we
are
preparing
for
like
what's
gonna
happen,
and
I
I
do
feel
that
I
don't
know
like
I
I
I
just
really
wish
like
like,
because
it
was
like
a
like
a
miss,
but
I
feel
that
it
was
very
yeah
like
it
it
just
like,
grew
and
and
and
yeah
I
just
I
just
wish
that
we
were
a
little
bit
just
more
of
like
organized
around
teams
but
yeah.
It's
been.
G
I
Yeah,
I
I
like
the
ones
that
said
that
we
can
work
on
on
a
road
map
and
also
to
to
reach
the
proposals
that
are
in
the
forum
to
let
them
know
what
would
be
the
stages
that
that
they
will
have
to
to
to
do
and
the
things
they
will
have
to
do.
Now
that
the
conviction
voting
opens.
F
I
About
that
yeah
I
will
pass
it
to
edu.
F
C
C
Yeah
I
had
two
thoughts.
The
first
thought
was
this
moment
that
we
have
been
talking
about
for
a
long
time
regarding
people's
swimming
proposals
and
requesting
funding
and
so
on
has
arrived,
and
I
feel
we
are
still
not
prepared
for
that,
and
we
still
are
not
clear
on
that
and
it's
that's
that
sort
of
worries
me
a
little
bit
and
then.
Secondly,
it's
I
just
just
from
hearing.
I
got
this
vibe
or
this
feeling
of
having
the
capacity
to
do.
C
Duocracy
shouldn't
be
confused
with
leaving
working
groups
in
a
nice
land
and
insulated
doing
the
work
and.
H
C
Feel
that
something
it
could
be
interesting
to
bring
more
awareness
to
sort
of
in
any
way
of
possible
yeah
if
some
way
like,
if,
if
a
working
group
or
anyone
or
someone,
it's
it's,
obviously
or
not.
C
Obviously,
but
just
I
don't
know
how
to
say
it,
just
facilitating
the
space
for
not
confusing
the
the
act,
the
capacity
to
act
independently
to
leaving
someone
in
an
iceland,
without
necessarily
tools
to
execute
so
yeah,
just
just
a
random
thought
that
came
out
of
just
listening,
the
I'm
reading
the
posters
and
I
will
pass
it
on
to
10.
A
Cool-
and
I
guess
I'll
say
you
know
what
the
the
common
swarm
communication
yeah,
I
think
we
could
have
done
better
there,
but
that's
we
could
have
done
better.
We
can
still
do
better.
Now,
though,
that's
true
too,
we
still
have
dates
that
are
upcoming,
that
we
need
to
communicate
to
hatchers
and
to
the
community.
So
I
think
it's
like
not
too
late
to
to
pick
that
up
roadmap
list,
that's
mine.
I
put
that
so
that's
big
and
quanka.
A
I
mean
bravo
you're
the
you're
one
working
group
that
has
started
your
roadmap.
I
think
that's
really
your
elite
you're
leading
the
pack
now
honka.
So
thanks
for
doing
that,
I
think
the
rest
of
the
stewards,
including
myself,
need
to
start
putting
our
road
maps
together
so
that
we
can
roll
them
up
into
one
bigger
road
map,
but
it
you
know
it's
sort
of
like
you
need
to
stop
and
like
really
think
about
what
your
working
group
is
going
to
do
for
the
next
six
months.
A
You
know:
what's
your
goal
for
three
months
six
months
12
months,
and
I
don't
know
that
all
the
working
groups
have
so
much
visibility.
That
way,
I
know
that
some
of
the
working
groups
are
more
operational
than
in
the
building
phase,
so
that's
also
very
different.
It's
it's
more
operations
day-to-day,
whereas
the
project
phase
is
more
like
milestone
to
milestone,
so
I
think
some
working
groups
may
just
not
actually
really
have,
but
I
think
the
tec
as
a
whole.
A
Maybe
we
need
to
you
know:
roll
up
the
working
groups
roadmaps
where
we
can
and
then
maybe
have
some
objectives
for
tec
like
big
objectives
that
we
as
tc
want
to
do
outside
of
a
working
group
so
that
I'm
starting
to
see
unanswered
questions
on
discord.
I
don't
think
it's
a
problem
like
that.
Our
guides
aren't,
I
think,
there's
two
things:
one
we're
getting
a
lot
more
people
so
like
good
problem
to
have,
but
also,
I
think
that
some
of
the
questions
that
are
left
unanswered
are
just
tricky
to
answer.
A
So
I
think
you
know
eduardo
and
I
already
identified
this
and
want
to
put
together
a
sort
of
you
know,
frequently
asked
questions
and
canned
responses,
so
the
guides
can
feel
more
comfortable.
Getting
these
questions
quickly,.
A
And
then
the
projects
yeah,
you
know,
I
think
that
two
things
the
people
that
are
proposing-
I
mean
I
guess
we
could
say
that
yeah
they're
gonna
figure
out
that
we're
alive
when
you
know
when
we
start
announcing
it
and
word
gets
out,
but
I
think
the
people
that
submitted
proposals
on
our
forum
were
people
who
believed
in
us
early.
A
I
don't
know
how
to
say
that,
like
they
took
the
time
to
write
a
proposal
to
submit
it
to
advice
process
on
our
forum,
so
I
think
we
sort
of
owe
it
to
go
back
and
just
be
like
hey
just
to
let
you
know
february
is
the
time
to
submit
your
proposal
and
here's
the
five
steps
that
you
need
to
to
to
know
to
do
it.
So
I
think
that
should
be
something
that
comes
into
this
sprint,
this
spring
yeah,
that's
my
thoughts
and
I
will
pass
to
zeptimus.
E
E
I
think
that's
something
we
could
talk
in
the
next
council
and
I
I
think
that
would
be
very
nice
and
yeah.
I
also
really
like
the
we
were
lacking
a
bit
of
communication
with
the
with
the
devs,
and
you
know
the
stores,
like
I
really
miss
them
having
here
sam.
Why?
What's
that
and
blah
blah
blah
blah
blah
blah
right?
E
And
then
I
got
the
answer,
but
yeah
it's
not
happening,
but
yeah
I
mean
overall,
I
think
we're
doing
great,
but
yeah
those
those
little
things
we
need
to
talk
and
yeah
have
like
a
future
like
how
we
envision
ourselves
in
the
future
and
yeah
work
on
having
like
how
to
have
a
sustainable
common
pool
and
yeah
I'll
pass.
It
tonight.
F
Thanks
fifty
yeah,
so
my
observations
for
this
past
couple
weeks,
were
you
know
the
the
biggest
one
is
that
I've
seen
almost
all
the
working
groups,
the
stewards
and
all
of
our
active
contributors.
Are,
you
know,
they're
they're,
pushing
this
heavy
ball
forward
and
their
different
working
groups,
and
then
we
have
this
large
pool
of
people
behind
us
who
are
watching
us.
F
Do
this,
but
they're
they're
not
finding
the
the
the
ability
to
go
and
help
push
as
well
and
and
and
for
me
that
it's
like
you
know,
we
have
this
high
capacity
for
all
these
people
who
are
interested
in
helping
but
they're,
not
really
sure
exactly
how
to
participate,
and
so
that
disconnect
is
something
that
bugs
me
a
little
bit.
I
think
that
you
know,
maybe
maybe
there's
just.
F
I
would
like
to
know
more
about
why
and
if
we
had
maybe
like
types
of
like
participation
tracks
that
they
could
just
say,
hey
just
pick
one
and
then
we'll
guide
you
through
it
educate
you
on
it
and
if
you
don't
like
it,
you
can
choose
another
track
or
something
of
that
nature,
but
just
figuring
out
how
to
get
more
of
the
people
that
we
do
have
coming
in,
because
there's
a
lot
of
newcomers
that
are
really
interested
in
helping
out.
F
I
just
think
they're
kind
of
wavering
a
little
bit,
and
so
that
that's
my
biggest
observation
and
then
the
second
thing
is
just
we
got
to
start
talking
about
money
funding
proposals.
Are
they
realistic?
How
do
we
generate
revenue
for
the
working
groups?
F
How
do
we
keep
this
kind
of
sustainable
over
the
next
six
months
and
what
kind
of
things
that
we
need
to
accomplish
within
the
working
groups
that
are
trying
to
become
dows
like
gravity
and
the
team
down
like
how
are
we
going
to
be
generating
revenue?
What's
the
model
we're
looking
at
and
and
then
updates
from
like
the
people
who
are
going
to
be
on
the
multisig
with
the
treasury
and
how
we're
managing
those
funds
as
well?
F
So
I
think
a
money
talk
is
very
overdue
and
looking
forward
to
seeing
progress
in
that
area,
I
will
pass
it
over
to
dragondos.
H
Yeah
my
observations
for
the
last
two
weeks
actually
is
more
like
the
last
six
months
or
so.
We
still,
I
think
in
coms,
are
unable
to
verticalize
the
or
align
what
it
is
that
we're
doing,
because
website,
twitter,
social
media
and
hubspot
aren't
owned
and
run
and
and
all
the
access
and
everything
isn't
all
set
up
within
the
the
same
groups,
and
we
have
a
major
roadblock
in
that
sense,
where
we
can't
get
ahold
of
christopher
or
anybody
who
has
any
of
the
keys
to
the
website.
H
The
website
is
just
locked
for
the
entire
comms
group
and
there's
nothing
at
all
that
we
can
do
about
it.
That
means
that
the
most
critical
portion
of
com's
infrastructure
is
completely
out
of
anyone's
reach,
and
so
but
that's
that's
that's
months,
not
not
two
weeks,
but
it's
still
happening.
B
H
So
I
just
wanted
to
be
like
ding
ding
ding.
Is
there
any
way
we
can
solve
that
problem?
So
that's
the
thing
I've
observed
and
I
bring
it
up
in
different
areas,
but
I
wanted
to
bring
it
up
here.
Thanks.
A
Cool
and
I
apologize-
we
are
running
a
tiny
bit
behind
time,
so
things
we
can
do
better.
We'll
start
now.
We
have
about
I'll
start
with
four
minutes
and
see
if
that's
sufficient.
A
A
We
have
seven
minutes
left,
which
is
not
too
bad
and
chewy.
Would
you
be
up
for
reading
through
the
actions
to
improve
and
while
you're
doing
that,
I'm
going
to
start
grouping
anyone
who
can
help?
Please
do
and
we
may
stop
to
vote
in
between
one
person
and
another
sharing
feedback
thanks,
charlie.
G
Yes,
sam,
create
lessons,
learned,
documentation,
forum
post.
We
need
this
for
future
comments.
Add
a
content
writer
to
the
dev
team
set
up
a
money
talk
session,
clone
sam,
create
participation,
tracks
for
onboarding,
get
a
twitter
hero,
and
maybe
some
steward
help
him
with
the
crypto
stuff.
G
Steward

dedicates
30
minutes
to
financial
matters
or
even
the
whole

for
all
working
groups
to
plan
out
their
road
maps.
G
Demo
of
conviction,
voting
and
turn
into
a
simple
how-to

make
use
of
existing

documentation
or

adapt
for
proposal

or
how

when
there
is
an
unanswered
question
tag
the
person
who
could
answer
it.
Twitter
needs
one
of
us
to
dedicate
one
or
two
hours
a
day,
five
days
a
week
to
manage
it
after
action
review
for
the
commons
upgrade
the
community's
onboarding
experience
lost
some
of
momentum
over
the

G
Specialists
aren't
very
needed
everywhere,
come
up

to
review
all
access
that
are

for
foreign
groups
or
people
to
do
best
at
the

a

for
when
the
bonding
curve
is
open
and
advertised.
The
t
covered.
Convert
give
guides
simple
replies
for
some
of
the
harder,
but
common
questions
communities
could
broaden
their
scope
to
add
a
new
funnel
for
te
projects
and
a
new
funnel
for
tec
token
folders
common
swarm
is
done,
promote
the
abc
opening
as
the
launch.
A
Cool
okay:
well,
we
have
five
minutes,
so
maybe
we
can
actually
pass
it
around
a
little
bit
for
a
minute.
So.
B
Okay,
I'll
try
to
keep
a
bit
short.
I
I
think
we
have
this
abc
opening.
That's
you
know,
there's
like
96
chance
that
it'll
work
we
test
it
so
much
that
it
should
work.
There's
always
fear,
there's
always
fear
in
my
heart
because
but
but
I
I
I
think
we
could
stand,
we
could
be
like
and
really
rally
around.
This
is
like
the
tc
is
launching
you
know
you
can
get
involved
now.
B
You
know
and
you
can
buy
tokens,
and
this
is
and
and
really
framing
that
I
feel
like
that's
going
to
be
to
like
give
someone
instead
of
like
saying.
Oh,
we
we
didn't
have
a
clear
roadmap.
Now
we
can
say
we
have
a
clear
roadmap.
We
have
clear
timing
and
rally
around
that
as
a
concept
of
at
least
for
the
internal
for
external
comms,
and-
and
I
really
like
also
giving
more
time
to
stewards
to
talk
about
money
I'll
pass
it
to.
A
Chewie
and
sorry,
I'm
sorry
to
interrupt.
You
truly
use
your
votes,
two
votes,
one
single
one
vote,
one
post-it,
note:
okay,
it's
yours.
G
Thanks
griff,
yes,
I
I
feel
that
there's
an
an
opportunity
right
now
to
make
a
lot
of
improvement
around
the
the
planning
of
the
of
the
launch.
So
I'll
really
make
sure
that
that
this
next
sprint,
like
we
get
some
of
like
all
of
the
challenges
that
are
around
teams-
and
I
know
that
we
can-
we
can
put
a
special
effort
for
really
really
like
getting
getting
it
out
there
for
for
the
abc
launch.
So
so
yeah
I'll.
G
Take
this
as
one
of
my
goals
for
next
sprint,
I'll
pass
it
to
nate.
F
Thanks
judy
yeah
mine's,
just
yeah,
as
I
said
before,
let's
let's
get
focused
on
getting
these
new
participants
active
and
and
helping
move,
move
the
ball
a
little
bit
further
yeah
and
I'll
pass
it
for
the
wonka.
I
Yeah
I
I
also
think
that
promoting
the
abc
opening
as
the
launch
would
be
something
really
cool
to
have
like
a
big
first
push
once
the
abc
is
open
and
maybe
it
would
be
cool
to.
I
Even
I
don't
know
if
we
have
time
for
that,
but
make
like
a
list
of
of
of
first
buyers
that
would
be
really
cool
yet
because
it's
it's
always
cool
when
things
start
and
you
see
like
the
numbers
moving
and
it,
and
it
would
be
really
cool
to
have
like
as
a
good
start
and
not
like
a
slow
opening
of
the
of
the
bonding
curve
and
that
past
two
step.
E
C
Yeah,
I
I
believe
in
feedback,
so
I
would
love
that,
for
example,
anyone
who
who
provide
the
feedback
of
who
lost
momentum
of
the
morning
or
anyone
else
in
the
conversation.
If
you
can't
send
me
the
aim
or
we
can
just
talk
about
it
and
provide
anything
that
you
would
like
to
provide,
it
will
be
more
appreciated
we're
in
the
process
of
improving
the
guides
so
yeah.
We
love
to
hear
from
anyone
who
wants
to
help
in
the
process
or
improve
the
process
or
have
any
suggestions
to
it.
A
Cool
I
wrote
it.
We
had.
We
had
momentum
with
the
onboarding
experience
and
it
kind
of
fell
off
a
cliff
around
the
holidays
for
our
timing
and
I
feel
like
we
could
just
like
a
little
jump
start
with
that,
but
I
think
ms
and
gideon
you
know
then
gideon
had
a
vacation.
I
think
there
I
think
that
it's
going
to
come
back,
but
I
think
that
we
could
give
it
a
little
more
attention
to
maybe
have
workshops
for
moving
it
forward.
A
Lauren,
do
you
have
anything
you
want
to
share?
Oh.
D
Yeah
sorry
yeah,
I
I
really
think
that
I
mean
the
the
things
that
we
should
be
focusing
on
like
right
now,
for
this
sprint
is
this:
I
like
this
comms
around
shilling
the
bonding
curve
and
I
think
doing
like
a
big
outreach
to
like
partners
and
stuff
too
and
then
getting
them
to
share
with
their
audience
and,
like
maybe
kind
of
like
making
a
big
campaign
to
get
more
people
coming
in
and
bought
and
buying
the
bonding
curve.
D
I
think
would
be
like
really
good
for
us
and
then
I
do
think
I
don't
think
maybe
for
the
sprint,
but
I
do
think
after
that,
making
a
documentation
of
all
of
this
stuff
that
happened
in
the
commons
upgrade
like.
Oh,
we
found
this
thing.
You
know
it
didn't
record
it
on
blocks,
but
this
is
the
valuable
stuff
that
we
can
provide
to
future
communities
who
are
launching
comments
after
us.
D
D
Voting
oops,
like
all
these
things,
these
oops,
like
so
great
like
we
need
to
make
a
list
of
this
oops
and
make
it
very
clear-
and
this
is
something
we
can
really
pass
up
and
I
think
it's
like
part
of
the
tc
mission
and
the
common
stack
mission
kind
of
like
merged
into
one.
So
I
would
like,
I
don't
think,
maybe
for
this
print,
but
I
think
it's
something
we
shouldn't
forget
about.
A
Cool
thanks
and
sorry
craig,
we
ran
out
of
time,
but
it's
top
of
the
hour
thanks
everyone.
These
two
are
really
the
same
thing
to
me.
Big
comes
and
promote
the
abc,
so
I
think
I
think
they're
were
meaning
the
same
thing,
so
that
one
is
the
big
winner
by
far
sprint
planning
tomorrow.
Let's
do
a
lot
of
sprint
planning,
especially
around
this.
Maybe
we
even
want
to
all
focus
on
how
we
can
contribute.
