So
I
would
just
like
to
move
staff
recommendations.
This
has
been
three
years
of
dealing
with
accidents
and
speeding
and
unsafe
conditions
on
Avenue
Road
I
want
to
thank
planning
staff
and
transportation
staff
and
everyone
who
had
a
part
of
this.
The
Alan
B
parents,
community
in
the
Alan
B
school,
were
a
big
part
of
this
as
well.
C
Avenue
Road
between
Lawrence
and
Eglinton,
has
seen
over
400
accidents
in
the
last
several
years
and
we're
coming
up
with
ways
that
we
can
improve
pedestrian
safety
because
there
are
about
eight
schools
and
daycares
in
that
vicinity,
and
we
want
to
keep
those
children
safe
and
as
well
as
the
other
pedestrians
and
the
cyclists
that
use
that
route.
So
staff
came
up
with
with
the
recommendations
that
were
presented
today,
which
is
a
great
beginning.
A
A
A
All
right:
do
you
want
me
to
I,
can
email
you
a
link
to
this
report?
If
it's,
if
it's
very,
if
you're,
very
passionate
about
it,
51,
okay,
so
51
is
it
was
walk
on
item
an
additional
item
regarding
some
allowing
some
Street
Street
parking
in
on
corn,
cone,
coneflower,
crest
and
I,
don't
know
who
comes
up
with
these
names.
A
B
Just
very
quickly
I'm
not
very
nervous
when
we
hear
the
word
leniency.
How
is
the
leniency
being
imposed
here?
Are
we
talking
about
taking
away
a
parking
prohibition,
or
are
we
making
special
hard
to
police
allowances
for
certain
people
I'm
having
trouble
understanding
how
this
motion
is
is
written,
have
staff
had
a
chance
to
review
it.
B
D
B
The
question
is:
just
staff
had
a
chance
to
review
the
motion
or
these
changes.
Are
they
conventional
I?
Think
I
think
it's
semantics
here,
but
the
word
leniency
is
it?
Are
we
just
changing
where
the
no
parking
is
and
not
no
parking,
but
it
it
it
it
all.
Drivers
are
subject
to
these
rules.
Is
that
what
we're
doing
yes.
