make
quorum
this
morning,
councillor
philly

office
advised
me
he's
close
by,
but
he's
stuck
in
traffic
again,
but
you
didn't
make
it
to
the
meeting.
My
colleague,
councillor,
Campbell
and
counted
to
Cheon
ou
are
at
a
public
event
that
the
mayor's
office
has
scheduled
in
their
communities
this
morning,
which
requires
their
attendance,
which
I
don't
think
is
personally
appropriate.

think
that
this
committee
and
urinate
should
have
been
taken
first
and
the
needs
of
council
over
the
scheduling
of
that
meeting,
and
there
has
to
be
more
care
taken
in
the
mayor's
office
and
I
can't
have
the
mayor
come
in
to
make
quorum
because
again
he's
out
in
Etobicoke
for
this
announcement.
So
all
of
you
here
I
have
to
apologize
on
the
rest
of
counsels
behalf
because
we're
not
able
to
go
forward
again
and
I
say
again,
because
this
isn't
the
first
time
this
has
happened
at
this
meeting
and
I
myself.

members

the
public

are

afternoon
we
will
now
be
dealing
with

have

secondary
plan
brought

Since
the
70s

downtown
councilors
will
be
able
to
attend,
because
we,
the
passing
of
the
deputy
mayor
and
councilor
wong-tam
and
I
plan
to
be
here
this
morning
and
both
are
not
here
this
afternoon.

can't
have
any
formal
meetings
as
you've
seen.
The
clerk
staff
has
left
so
I
can't
do
anything.

are

people
that
are
here
in
regards
to
the
heritage.
I
think
we're
