provide
more

them

consider

the

Arbor
Community
Council
asked
the
applicant

include
a
number

things,
including
reducing
the
heights,

standards

better
standards,
and
we
asked
for
a
request
to
consider
affordable
housing
units
and
I'm,
adding
on
to
that.

minimum
of
10
percent
of
new
units
as
three-bedroom
units,
so
that
the
motion
will
read
seek
to
either
secure
cash
contributions
toward
affordable
housing
or
units
in
lulav
or

a

units.
So
again,
none
of
these
things
are
required
in
any
of
our
bylaws

work

the
developer

get
some

behalf
of
the
families
of
children
who
attend
seven
schools.
How
many
of
you
know
Agincourt
go
station?

really
need
you

I
want

paint
a
picture
of
Agincourt
go
station
now
that
we
have
34
trains
running
during
weekdays,
seven
of
which
run
before
nine
o'clock
in
the
morning.
Our
concern
is
to
create
no
left
turn
on
Kennedy
at
Hillandale,
at
delery,
at
Cardwell
at
marilyn,
a
tree
mount,
and
also
to
create
no
parking
on
dowry
Avenue
because
of
the
number
of
trains
that
are
running.

Our
complete
neighborhood
has
been
changed
and
it's
changed
by
racing
cars,
speed
ways:
cars
who
race,
southbound
on
Kennedy
turn
onto
Haven,
Dale
race
onto
Agincourt
Drive,
and
you
can
see

map
there,
where
Agincourt
Drive
is
all
to
avoid
left
turns
at
Kennedy.
Road
left
turns
into
an
already
full
parking
lot
at
Agincourt
Go
station,
which
is
full
to
capacity
at
7
o'clock.

trying

walk
to
school

on
this
particular

not

lucky
Avenue

Agincourt
Drive,
where
children

walking

seven
schools,

cars

trying

race

parking
lot,

already
full
by

o'clock,
we

physically
challenged
people
trying
to
get
to
the
Train.

have
walking
commuters
trying
to
get
to
the
Train.

have
no
sidewalks
on
a
lot
of
these
streets.
That

mentioned
most

the
streets

here,
have
no
sidewalks.

also
become
a
kiss
and
ride
because
there
is
no
kiss
and
ride
at
the
Agincourt
station,
so
our
streets
have
become
a
kissing
ride.
In
order
for
people
to
make
the
trains,
we
also
have
become
illegal
parking
areas
where,
as
residents,
we
have
to
work
very
hard
to
make
sure
that
our
streets
with
no
sidewalks
do
not
have
parked
cars
for
the
for
the
duration
of
the
day
that
people
are
downtown.
I
must
also
mention.

go
to,
google,
google
tells
people
who
are
southbound
on
Kennedy
to
turn
eastbound
on
Haven
dale
southbound
on
Agincourt
drive
to
get
to
Agincourt
station.
In
fact,
we
had
to
ask
to

that
sign
moved
so
that
people
would
realize
that
there
is
a
separate
entrance
from
Sheppard
and
there
is
only
one
entrance
from
Sheppard
into
the
Agincourt
station
I.

that
you
look
at
the
safety
of
our
children
who
are
trying
to
get
to
school
between
7:00
a.m.
and
9:00
a.m..
That
is
the
reason
for
our
request.

eastbound
on
Haven,
Dale

southbound
on
Agincourt
Drive
to
catch
the
next
train
that
we
noticed
had
gone
by.
We
know
that
this
is
an
issue.

travelling
Kennedy,
Road
more
than
Midland,
and
please
remember,
on
Kennedy
Road
they
are
avoiding
left
turns
if
people
are
southbound
on
Midland

just
it's

matter
of
two
right-hand
turns.

not

that
it
would
make
an

impact
by
creating
a
no
left
turn

Kennedy

not
really

developer
sells
the
units
and

public

motion
and

amends
our
previous
motion
to
add
on
a
request
that
we
seek
to
secure
owner
commitment
through
section
37
agreement
as
a
legal
convenience
to
construct
all
of
that
stuff
and
to
secure
the
ad
honest
and
to
secure
a
minimum
10%
of
the
new
units
as
three-bedroom
units.
So
it's
a
slight
change
to
what
we
had
approved
back
in
the
spring.
