A
D
Phase
one
we
will
pretty
much
have
all
the
approvals
are
in
place,
two
and
three,
the
kind
of
delaying
I
wouldn't
say
indefinitely,
but
that's
a
long
time
down
the
road,
but
you
don't
know
specifically
visit
the
timing
of
I've
heard
five
to
ten
years.
I'm
just
curious.
If
you
would
consider
that
would
be
an
accurate
representation.
I
would.
D
Very
quickly
I'll
support
what's
before
us
and
really
what
is
before
it's
it's
blocked.
Two
and
three
that
you
see
up
there
is,
and
this
this
development
or
approvals
happened
many
years
ago
before
I
was
here
lots
of
concerns
in
the
community,
of
course,
because
of
the
intensity
in
that
particular,
you
know
where
it
is
it's
right
where
the
good
life
is
on
Kingston,
Road
and
and
so
what
we're
actually
proving
it
was
blocked.
Two
and
three
is
to
say
they're
not
interested
in
developing
that,
but
we
want
to
keep
it
on
the
books.
D
Just
you
know,
could
be
20
years
down
the
road,
but
in
the
event
that
there
are
any
stylistic
changes
or
changes,
the
zoning
we
want
to
have
the
right
to
be
able
to
change
that
down
the
road
block.
One
doesn't
has
nothing
to
do
a
so
they
may
actually
in
fact,
look
at
developing
the
block
one
area
but
Mike
as
I
said
for
my
questions
as
the
since
I
was
getting
it.
This
is
not
something
immediate,
I
know.
D
There's
a
few
members
from
the
community
that
are
here,
I
just
wanted
to
reassure
them
that,
in
fact,
even
though
they
have
the
approvals,
it's
like
the
quarry
property,
it
could
be
5-10
years
or
more
before
they
even
act
on
that
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
they're
aware
of
that
ER
and
assured
that,
but
other
than
that,
it's
it's
sort
of
technical
in
nature.
What
we're
doing
here
and
I'll
move
the
movie
recommendations.
E
Certainly,
thank
you,
madam
chair.
I'll
support
the
local
councillor
and
I
have
to
say
that,
although
there
are
some
pre-approvals
on
a
community
level,
I
would
consider
I
like
the
h's.
It's
very
technical,
but
an
H
is
an
extra
layer
of
protection
for
the
local
community.
If
you
didn't
have
this
report-
and
you
didn't
have
an
H
not
that
the
world
is
going
to
end,
of
course,
but
it
would
make
it.
E
This
applicant
in
the
end
builds
a
development
that
everybody's
going
to
love
and
a
community
loves,
but
having
a
hold
on
something
until
the
appropriate
studies
are
done,
gives
us
one
more
mechanism
at
municipal
to
make
sure
the
developer
lives
up
to
the
promises
that
they
have
made
and
that
we
have
approved
in
the
past
and
let's
hope
that
everybody
is
acting
in
good
faith
and
they
do
all
that.
But
this
guarantees
it.
So
some
people
say
you
know
in
in
god.
We
trust
trust.
The
rest
pay
cash.
E
B
Thanks
and
any
of
their
counselors
to
speak
now,
seeing
then
then
so
kept
surgeon
raker.
You
have
a
recommendation
or
to
add
the
h
or
just
great
so
just
counter
Crawford's
motion
to
accept
the
applications
and
yep
a
dot,
staffer
recommendation,
so
all
those
in
favor
opposed
and
that
carries-
and
so
just
moving
on
to
the
second
item,
which
is
se
19.2
1
to
100
2,
to
12,
to
bridle,
sound
circle
and.
C
C
The
development
that
we
have
in
front
of
us
is
stacked
townhomes.
The
developers
have
also
been
coming
along
and
they
will
be
helping
us
with
with
some
help
with
some
stuff
that
we're
doing
in
the
in
the
area
we're
putting
a
skateboard
park,
and
they
have
graciously
said
that
they
will
be
donating
to
that
and
we
thank
them
I.
If
I'm
not
sure
if
anybody
needs
to
question,
but
the
planners
are
here,
we
have
a
question
about
wins:
if
not
I'm,
going
to
move
staff
recommendations,
okay,.
B
So
I
should
ask:
does
anybody
want
to
hear
from
planning
on
this
matter
and
seeing
them,
and
the
applicant
is
here
on
this?
Is
the
applicant
you.
