Allison
florida
here,
councilman
kenny
here
here:
councilman
caggiula,
yeah
council.
Vice
president
jerusalem,
here
council,
president
gosling
here
here's
a
quorum
presentation
regarding
huge
tobacco
prevention
presented
by
judy
chick
the
coordinator
of
the
provincial
polish
and
high
school
students.
C
A
A
C
C
D
Members
of
the
west
florida
town
council,
my
name
is
group
of
students
from
west
florida
who
are
done
constructed
decisions
specifically
in
our
stance
today,
tobacco,
this
wonderful
group
and
I,
along
with
our
helpful
and
adult
advisors,
traveled
around
the
town
of
west
fork
and
searched
for
how
tobacco
was
displaced,
25
of
the
33
license
stores
in
our
town
of
these
25
stores.
88
of
them
have
their
tobacco
plainly
visible
to
you
and
55
were
convenience
stores.
D
D
Let
me
elaborate
on
this.
So
take
a
group
of
50
people.
This
will
grow
50
people,
only
five
of
them
began
at
legal
age
began
smoking
at
a
legal
age.
Maybe
it
was
because
they
they
didn't
walk
into
the
store
and
didn't
see
the
the
prices.
Sorry,
let
me
go,
I'm
gonna
start
over.
I'm
sorry!
So
perhaps
the
other
45
of
you
walked
into
a
convenience
store
and
saw
that
the
cigars
were
on
sale,
two
for
99
cents
or
may
be
used
because
their
flavor
strawberry,
the
use
of
e-cigarettes,
has
skyrocketed
among
teens.
D
E
D
Let's
give
ourselves
a
pat
on
the
back,
however,
we're
not
done
so
like
I
said,
the
use
of
e-cigarettes
has
skyrocketed
among
teens,
it's
actually
the
most
popular
item
to
smoke
with
taking
19.3
of
all
topographic
products.
The
e-cigarette
is
fairly
new
on
the
market.
Only
taking
a
stand
about
10
years
ago.
It's
a
facebook
device
known
for
its
popularity
on
social
media
teens
will
post
videos
of
themselves
doing
tricks
with
the
small
fest
produced
from
this
item.
D
So
why
are
these
devices
harmful
to
our
health
and
how
is
it
labeled
as
tobacco?
These
cigarettes
are
the
disguise
super
sugar-coated
cigarettes.
They
smell
better
and
look
safer,
but
truth
be
told
that
there's
no
difference
when
it
comes
to
the
ingredients
inside
the
fda
has
not
approved
that
this
is
a
better
alternative
to
create
the
vaporizing
liquid
used
to
smoke.
The
cigarette
nicotine
is
extracted
from
the
tobacco
and
mixed
in
with
the
base
of
the
chemicals.
D
D
D
C
So
if
this
smells
good
and
the
the
snacks
are
meant
for
kids,
then
the
kids
might
think
that
the
nicotine.
C
C
H
D
Thank
you
so,
as
mentioned
before,
some
products
in
the
store
are
hand
and
eye
level
for
kids
and
if
they
smell
just
like
their
energy
bar
as
we
just
discussed,
they
may
grab
it
right
then,
and
there
24
of
business
stores
with
cigarettes
are
placed
within
12,
inches
of
toys,
candy
and
other
products
that
appeal
to
children
and
what
better
way
for
kids
to
be
in
those
stores.
When
they're
within
half
a
mile
of
the
school
they
walk
home
from
maisy
plan.
D
D
Tobacco
companies
issue
more
than
90
percent
10
billion
dollars
a
year
just
to
have
their
products
marketed
and
displayed
in
retail
stores.
Our
goal
is
to
establish
a
licensing
system
with
an
annual
renewal
fee
for
stores
to
sell
any
tobacco
products.
We
hope
to
come
back
and
speak
more
about
our
next
step
in
protecting
our
westward
youth.
C
D
A
D
Your
voice
will
be
heard,
that's
what
we
want
so
and
just
remember
your
kids,
your
grandkids
are
the
one
we're
trying
to
protect
on
that
note.
Thank
you
very.
A
A
Judy
actually
has
our
email
address,
my
email
address
and
rest
of
the
console,
so
you
can
reach
out
to
us
any
given
time.
C
C
J
Just
briefly
mentioned
the
council
of
discuss
with
the
council
on
friendship.
We
had
a
memo
which
was
part
of
the
package.
We
did
form
an
evaluation
committee.
We
did
meet
with
a
few
companies
like
t
companies,
and
the
recommendation
of
the
committee
was.
J
J
The
difference
with
the
rfq
is
simply
that
we
actually
asked
for
qualifications
for
the
firms
to
see
who
we
felt
was
most
qualified
to
actually
service
the
needs
of
the
time
being.
It's
professional
services
we
actually
have.
We
can
go
out
and
actually
contract
with
someone
without
going
through
a
big
process,
because
it's
professional
services,
but
although
that
was
the
case,
we
did
feel
that
rfq
would
be
proper
to
actually
police
demonstrate
that
qualifications
from
france.
H
Well,
what
I
don't
understand,
if
I
don't
know
the
company,
I'm
just
hearing,
no,
if
anger
rule
put
in
the
bid
and
we're
listening
to
him.
How
do
you
know
that
I'm
qualified
that
I'm
not
going
to
be
a
hundred
dollars
an
hour
instead
of
250
dollars
an
hour
I
mean
to
protect
the
taxpayers.
Oh
that's
kind
of
thing.
The
qualifying
committee.
J
Provide
any
additional
information
you
know
to
the
council.
Initially,
the
thought
was
being
it
was
professional
services
that
we
were
just
handling.
You
know
tom
manager's
purview,
however,
being
the
sensitive
nature
that
this
was
and
also
some
of
the
conversations
we
had
with
the
council.
We
felt
it
was
best
to
have
some
of
the
conversations
and
discussions
with
the
council,
so
you're.
H
J
We're
actually
from
what
we
received
from
rcc,
we
did
ask
for
some
service
pricing
and
we
have
a
block
number
of
hours
that
will
be
included
in
the
pricing
and
our
estimations.
J
The
estimate
that
we
came
up
with
that
we
would
be
saving
anywhere
from
500
to
a
thousand
dollars
a
month,
potentially
by
not
just
having
this
particular
firm,
but
also
by
planning
for
the
future
when
it
comes
to
replacing
the
equipment
not
being
caught
behind
the
ball,
when
we
have
20
pcs
to
replace
all
at
once.
J
So
there's
a
lot
of
planning
that
can
go
in
that
can
further
reduce
your
cost
and
we
felt
as
a
committee
that
rcc
could
in
fact
bring
that
to
the
table
and
work
with
us
serve
in
a
cio
capacity
to
plan
for
our
equipment.
Replacements
get
ready
for
our
security
patch
patches,
the
most
current
security
that
we
need
to
reduce
the
vulnerability
that
the
town
may,
in
fact
have
when
it
comes
to
internet
security,
spamming
and
all
that
and
all
that
stuff.
That
is
happening
these
days.
The
whole
cyber
security
issue.
A
John
did
our
existing
I.t
person
for
an
rfq,
no.
J
A
K
And
I
think
I
mean
you
know
john
I've
talked
about
this,
but
I
think
you
know
it
should
be
clear
that
the
council
of
what
you
told
me
is
that
he
did
not
apply,
but
he
would
still
be
working
for
the
town
for
the
police
department.
J
What
we
did
was
we
put
up
in
our
rfq
yeah,
and
I
was
going
to
elaborate
down
on
that
as
well.
What
we
were
looking
for
was
the
internal
network
or
the
internal
structure
within
this
building
within
the
police
and
fire
facilities
as
well.
That
was
the
main
focus,
the
vehicles
and
the
work
that
that
danny
currently
does
on
those
vehicles.
We
are
looking
to
continue
to
have
them
and
do
that
work.
That
is
his
specialty.
That
is
how
we
started
working
with
the
town,
and
at
this
point
we
have.
J
We
don't
have
the
concerns
there
that
we
have
within
the
structure
of
the
building.
So
that's
why,
at
this
point,
we're
looking
to
move
forward
with
that
piece
of
piece
of
this
and
in
the
future,
if
the
council-
or
we
feel
that
as
we
continue
that
upper
you
know
that
arrangement
with
daniel.
If
we
feel
that's
something,
we
also
should
put
on
an
rfq
or
an
rfp,
for
we
couldn't
factor.
K
I
think
I
think
it's
a
good
strategy.
I
really
do
because
he
is
the
expert
in
that
I
mean
you
know.
Safety
is
the
most
important
thing
here
and
that
particular
system
you
know,
is
very,
very
important
to
the
safety
of
our
citizens
and
to
our
offices
and
to
the
department.
So
I
think,
with
with
danny,
staying
on
doing
that
in
the
future.
K
You
know
I
don't
know
what
will
happen,
but
I
think
right
now,
that's
probably
the
best
strategy
to
keep
him
on
and
still
there'll
be,
hopefully
some
some
savings
on
the
the
other
end.
K
My
understanding
is
everything
from
the
the
desktop
right
down
to
the
server
service
system,
which
should
be
in
pretty
good
shape,
services,
etc.
That's
somebody
come
in
here
with
a
fresh
view.
Look
at
it
and
see
what
the
assessment
of
the
town
is
as
far
as
I.t
goes.
J
And
rcc
actually
has
done
work
with
the
town.
They
were
actually
the
company
that
the
trust
had
recommended
our
insurance
company.
When
we
had
the
lightning
strike
a
couple
years
ago,
they
actually
assisted
us
and
put
together
and
worked
with
us
to
prepare
the
rfp
for
that
network
migration.
Now
they
were
not,
they
did
not
sell
us
any
products.
Just
to
be
clear.
They
were
simply
the
firm
that
actually
helped
us
put
together
the
rfp
to
meet
our
needs.
They
did
not
do
any
of
the
work.
J
They
simply
you
know
assisted
us
with
that
rfp,
and
then
we
actually
put
that
network
in
place
and
danny's
been.
You
know
maintaining
that
for
the
last
year
since
we've
had
it
in
place,
but
they
are
familiar
with
some
of
them.
You
know
some
of
our
needs,
they're
feeling
familiar
with
some
of
our
equipment,
so
we
feel
that
they
also
will
be
able
to
hit
the
ground
running
because
they
are
familiar
with
with
the
town
yeah.
K
Experiment
right
to
make
sure
that
we
are
indeed
you
know,
saving
some
money.
J
And
the
first
three
to
six
months,
you
know
we
may
in
fact
need
more
hours
than
we
do
for
the
second
you
know
half
of
the
year,
so
to
speak,
stop
just
because
the
fact
that
you
know
not
so
much
the
transition,
but
just
you
know
trying
to
take
a
look.
Okay.
How
many
printers
do
we
really
have?
Does
everyone
really
need
to
have
a
printer?
How
many
of
the
pcs
have
been
replaced
and
won't
need
to
be
replaced
for
four
or
five
years?
J
This
whole
part
of
the
planning
phase,
as
well
that
cio
role
that
I
mentioned,
that
they
can
actually
assist
us
with?
So
you
know
we
again,
as
a
committee,
we
felt
you
know
they
were
good,
they
would
be
a
good
fit
for
us
and
they've
actually
demonstrated
you
know
their
ability
to
work
with
us
based
on
our
needs.
Even
you
know,
you
know
semi
capacity
that
they
may
have
had
with
the
office
365
that
they
assist
us
with
the
transition
for
that
the
networking
rfp
that
I
mentioned.
J
So
you
know
we
can
feel
as
a
committee
that
they
could.
Actually
you
know
they
are.
They
are
the
solution
for
us,
and
you
know
michael's
here
and
obviously
just
give
you
a
little
bit
of
an
introduction
and
also
answering
questions
that
that
the
council
may
have
for
him
or
for
for
me,
as
we've
discussed,
come.
A
J
E
A
E
Rugnet
from
rcc
I'm
the
owner
of
rcc,
and
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
speak
tonight,
just
a
quick
overview
of
our
company,
how
we
plan
to
assist
the
town
and
a
little
bit
on
security.
First,
our
company.
We
offer
a
full
range
of
I.t
services
for
small
and
medium-sized
businesses.
E
E
We
have
a
range
of
clients,
some
are
more
than
100
computers.
We
have
one
client
that
has
over
300
computers,
so
the
town
is
certainly
well
within
that
that
range,
we
work
with
several
non-profits,
as
well
as
some
unions
that
information
that
knowledge
will
give
us
some
better
understanding
of
how
to
work
with
the
town
and
focus
on
the
needs
and
the
issues
of
the
town.
E
Oh,
we
performed,
as,
as
john
said,
we
performed
several
projects
already.
Fourth
town,
we
performed
the
office
365
migration
to
move
the
email
from
the
servers
in
town
up
to
microsoft.
We
implemented
a
reliable
backup
system
for
the
town.
We
helped
from
consultation
with
the
rfp
to
migrate
this
to
the
new
servers
and
we've
done
some
work
for
several
projects
with
the
fire
department.
E
We
have
a
good
skill
set,
so
we
can
address
the
needs
of
the
town,
but
we're
small
enough
that
we
get
to
know
you
get
to
know
the
members
of
the
town
staff
and
they
get
to
know
us
so
that
we
can
work
better
together.
We
think
that
knowledge,
that
more
personal
knowledge
really
helps
with
long-term
relationships
and
building
that
connection
we'll
be
helping
this
town
in
several
areas.
As
john
mentioned,
the
first
step
really
is
an
on-board
and
network
assessment.
What
we
do
is
come
in
inventory
all
the
equipment.
E
Look
at
some
of
the
issues,
the
problems
and
identify
any
of
the
issues
that
are
going
on
in
the
town
and
then
sit
down
with
fred
and
john
to
determine
what
issues
should
be
addressed
now
set
a
plan
to
address
them
over
time,
but
we'll
also
be
helping
with
proactive
maintenance.
We
firmly
believe
in
a
proactive
maintenance
plan
to
prevent
problems
in
the
long
run,
so
that
will
result
in
more
reliable
equipment
and
in
the
long
run
it
will
reduce
downtime.
E
We
will
perform
this
chief
information
officer
or
cio
function
and
basically
that
will
help
to
to
give
the
town
some
planning
that
any
town
desperately
needs
help
with
planning
and
budgeting
so
that
we
know
what
technology
needs
are
coming
up
and
budget
for
them
and
will
also
help
with
the
short
and
long-term
strategy
for
for
it.
Support
I'll
mention
just
a
couple
words
on
security.
Cyber
security
is
an
issue
for
any
organization.
E
It
should
be
really
top
of
mind
for
any
organization.
These
days
we've
been
working
on
cyber
security
issues
for
a
number
of
years.
In
2016,
we
decided
to
develop
a
comprehensive
solution
to
address
this
problem
and
really
when
we
say
the
problem,
the
problem
is
that
cyber
security
is
a
big
business
now
anywhere
from
criminals
in
the
former
soviet
union
to
to
china
to
other
places.
E
It's
it's
a
business
where
attacks
happen
to
fortune
500
companies,
they
happen
to
the
monument
pop
story
down
the
street.
It's
it's
a
horrible
situation.
Every
organization
is
affected
and
every
organization
needs
to
have
a
proactive
plan
to
prevent
our
one
example.
That
is
ransomware.
If
you
haven't
heard
of
ransomware,
it's
really
a
program
that
gets
installed
on
your
computer.
Once
it's
installed
on
your
computer,
your
data
files
get
encrypted.
So
you
can't
access
them.
You
can't
use
the
files
until
you
pay
a
bitty
and
essentially
your
browser
held
hostage
held
ransom.
E
Our
planned
security
solution
will
address
that
in
three
ways
will
prevent
problems,
we'll
mitigate
problems
and
we'll
educate
on
the
prevention
side,
we
will
work
with
organizations
to
reduce
spam
to
block
websites
where
there
might
be
a
hacker
or
a
cyber
criminals,
and
will
also
provide
vulnerability
testing
to
make
sure
that
there's
no
ways
in
that
a
hacker
could
get
in
an
important
part
is
education,
training
staff.
So
they
know
what
to
do
in
the
event.
There's
a
problem
or
whether
to
click
on
that
link.
E
That
might
say,
we've
got
a
ups
package
for
you
which
in
fact
might
not
be
a
ups
package
and
mitigate.
Unfortunately,
companies
do
get
hit,
so
prevention
isn't
always
the
solution.
Sometimes
you've
got
to
mitigate
the
problem,
even
if
it
occurs.
Fortunately,
the
town
has
a
good
backup
system,
whatever
what
we
will
be
doing
once
we
start
working
with
the
town
on
an
ongoing
basis
is
to
check
the
backups
make
sure
they
work
properly,
make
sure
there's
no
problems
there,
then
if
the
time
gets
hit.
E
What
what
kind
of.
E
Well,
actually,
it's
a
good
question.
We
actually
the
backup
system
that
the
town
has
can
actually
spin
up
the
server
in
the
cloud
quickly.
So
within
an
hour
we
can
have
your
server
back
up
and
running,
even
if
there's,
but
in
terms
of
our
support
we
commit
to
getting
on
being
at
least
available
within
our
business
hours,
and
so,
if
there's
a
problem,
we're
we're
either
here
virtually
or
here
physically.
With
that
now.
E
E
So
if
there's
any
microsoft
patches
that
come
out,
the
java
updates
for
the
adobe,
all
those
kind
of
patches
that
come
out,
we
automatically
have
to
update
those
on
a
weekly
basis,
but
the
servers
we
manually
update
them
because
we
feel
they're
a
little
more
sensitive,
and
so
we
manually
update
those
on
monthly
basis.
You
test.
H
So
the
response
time
would
be
an
hour
if
it
was
a
holiday
or
off
hours.
Actually
that's
business
hours
on
emergency.
How
much
response
time
do
you
need.
E
With
an
emergency
we
provide
best
effort.
If
the
town
needs
it,
we
can
provide
24
hours
for
it.
So
if
that's
a
requirement
of
the
town,
we
can
add
that.
E
Let
me
actually
touch
on
that,
because
that
is
an
important
point,
so
we
do
provide
monitoring
and
management.
So,
for
instance,
if
the
server
went
down
saturday
at
three
three
a.m,
for
example,
our
staff
would
get
a
notification,
they
might
not
respond
to
it
at
3am
on
saturday,
probably
when
they
wake
up
in
the
morning
they
say:
oh
there's
a
problem
and
we
would
have
protocols,
so
we
would
decide.
What
do
you
want
us
to
do?
Typically,
what
we
would
do
is
we
would
have
an
emergency
contact
with
the
town.
E
J
J
Critical
right,
yeah,
okay,
so
we
would.
We
would
predetermine
that
and
there
would
be
protocols
that
would
be
established
and,
depending
on
what
you
know,
what
actually
happens?
You
know
they
would
be
in
contact
with
us.
I
can
tell
you
that
when
it
comes
to
office
365,
I'm
an
administrator
right
now
on
it.
So
if
there's
any,
I
have
the
admin
app
right
on
my
phone.
If
there's
any
email
issues
I
know
so
there
are
ways
of
knowing
and
determining
what
needs
to
wait.
What
can
we
and
what
can't
be
now?
J
E
So
right
and
that's
a
very
good
point,
we
we've
been
doing
this.
We've
actually
been
providing
proactive
management
and
maintenance
for,
since
I
think,
2004
2005..
So
we
we
know
the
business,
we
know
the
likelihood
of
failure
and
we
also
know
the
priority.
That
is,
let
me
give
an
example:
a
backup
fails.
Well,
we
need
to
deal
with
that,
but
we
don't
need
to
deal
with
that
at
9am.
E
If
we
get
that
resolved,
maybe
at
three
in
the
afternoon,
even
that's
okay.
We
need
to
figure
out
why
that
happened,
but
the
urgency
is
not
the
same.
Is
it
the
server
a
user
issue?
What's
the
priority?
Is
this
a
user
that
we
could
put
them
on
another
computer
or
is
it
a
user
issue
where
there's
critical
theory?
So
it
really
is
a
matter
of
working
with
the
town
with
key
personnel
in
the
town
firing
police
to
determine
what
what
we
need
to
do.
J
And,
depending
on
what
the
issue
may
be,
it
may
be
something
that
I
know
john
patel
on
the
fire
side
is,
you
know,
he's
not
an
expert
like
you
know,
michael
or
anyone
his
staff,
but
he's
very
knowledgeable
in
his
in
his
area
on
his
server.
So
it's
something
that
there
may
be
occasions
where
something
happens
that
we
can
handle
ourselves
and
now
there's
no
cost.
You
know
it
might
just
be
a
little
bit.
E
J
And
besides
those
protocols
will
also
bills
will
be
policies,
you
know,
policy
documents,
you
know,
internet
policy,
email
usage,
all
those
type
of
documents
that
we
don't
have
all
those
procedures
that
we
don't
have
as
well.
E
J
This
is
strictly
a
service
contract.
Any
of
the
equipment
would
be
handled
outside
of
this
any
equipment
needs.
Obviously,
you
know
we
would
go
through
if
it's
a
bid
process,
that's
needed,
or
if
it's
an
mpa
that
we
can
take
advantage
of.
J
You
know
we
will
do
that
which
is
similar
to
what
we
were
doing
with
the
current
arrangement
that
we
have,
but
but
most
of
the
hardware,
I
believe,
is
going
to
be
handled
by
a
company
other
than
rscc
it'll
just
be
we'll
be
working
with
them
to
prepare
an
honor
for
me
if
it's
something
that
hasn't
prepared
appeared
for
it
or
if
it's
an
mpa
that
we
need
to
get
pricing,
you
know
we
can
do
that.
E
There's
no
agreement
regarding
hardware
and
to
be
honest
with
you,
given
the
the
vehicles
that
you
have,
we
would
probably
the
arrangement
that
we
would
make
is
that
we
would
recommend
a
switch
or
router
or
something
like
that.
We
would
say
here's
the
specifications
and
then
you'd
go
out
and
get
it
installed.
Okay,
so,
rather
than
us,
rather
than
you
having
to
pay
our
our
management
fee,
you
just
get
it
on
the
road.
You
get
the
lowest
price
and
sd
basis.
E
Right
right,
so,
if
so,
if
in
the
end,
we
are
purchasing
the
equipment
for
you,
then
we're
going
to
fill
you
when
the
equipment
is
purchased.
But
if
we
don't
purchase
the
equipment.
E
J
Other
questions,
thank
you
and
just
for
quick
comparison
for
the
purposes
on
the
costs.
I
know
the
documents
are
handed
out.
You
can
see
the
pricing
for
this,
and
one
of
the
actual
pages
includes
the
current
services
that
we
have.
But
if
you
look
at
the
second,
I'm
sorry,
the
first
appendage,
one
first
page
independence,
one
where
it
talks
about
the
total
ongoing
charges.
J
J
No,
basically,
you
know
danny
charges,
us,
you
know
an
hourly
rate
and
he
has
been
in
providing
the
services
and
his
cost
of
that
same
over
the
last
two
fiscal
years
has
averages
averaged.
You
know
around
that
70
of
the
7
500
75
000
on
a
monthly
basis
on
average.
So
you
can
see
you
know
some
saving
interest
initially.
C
A
H
H
K
K
Yeah,
that's
going
to
say
is
this:
this
is
an
agreement,
or
is
this
a
contrary
number?
That's.
What
is
it
six
of
wands.
E
Agreement,
but
it
is
actually,
if
you'll
notice
at
the
beginning,
it
does
offer
an
out
clause
in
several
applauses.
The
first
is
that
within
the
first
90
days
you
can
you
can
leave
for
any
any
reason
whatsoever
for
no
reason
whatsoever
after
that
there
is
too
much.
That
is
you.
If
you're
completely
dissatisfied
with
the
services,
you
tell
us,
we
try
to
fix
it.
E
We
still
don't
do
a
good
job,
you
say
you're
out
and
then
within
two
months
you're
out
and
after
that,
it's
it's
actually
the
he
timed
it
to
go
to
the
fiscal
year.
So
it
would
end
in
june
and
then
go
on
for.
I
After
that,
and
finally,
if
you're
not
comfortable
with
signing
this
within
90
days,
as
michael
just
described,
you
can
always
put
together
something
that
would
cover
30
days
that
will
pose
part
of
the
agreement
yeah.
I.
J
We
were
hopeful
that
this
was
going
to
actually
stop
the
july
1st,
but
timing,
and
you
know
we
didn't-
have
six
or
seven
companies
that
did
actually
provide
rfu.
So
it
was
quite
the
review
process
that
we
had
to
go
through.
So
we're
looking
to
try
to
get
this
in
place
sooner
rather
than
later,
but
by
all
means
can
always
always
request.
I
A
special
meeting
for
discussion
action,
but
again,
if
there's
going
to
be
a
so-called
gentleman's
agreement
and
you're
not
comfortable
with
this
particular
format,
you
can
do
something
a
little
different,
but
I
mean
the
terms
and
conditions.
Well
again,
I
think.
I
Can
discuss
it
so
for
six
days
the
town's
not
going
to
go
anywhere
we're
not
going
right!
Well,
we
need
to.
We
need
to
transition.
You
know
from
well.
I
understand
what
I'm
saying
is
that
if
the
prior
group
is
meeting
as
of
august
31st
and
he
would
be
starting
september
first,
the
council
is
not
meeting
until
september
5th.
You
may
not
have
a
signed
agreement
until
september
5th.
If
that's
satisfactory
to
you
again.
I
know
I
can
understand
your
reservations.
E
I
I
I
guess
what
I'm
saying
what
from
our
perspective,
if
the
expectation
is
that
there
wouldn't
be
any
any
serious
problems,
and
that
would
be.
I
E
The
other
possibility
is
that
we
we
provide
just
as
needed
service
for
that
first
one,
and
then
we
started
on
october
1st,
instead
of
just
so
that's
another
possibility.
J
Yeah
we're
just
looking
for
a
friend,
you
know,
like
I
mentioned
earlier,
you
know
on
some
professional
services.
Maybe
we
could
have
moved
forward
and
friends,
but
we
didn't
feel
that
was
appropriate
because
of
the
conversations
that
you
know
we
have
had
with
the
council
and
we
want
the
council's
confirmation
of
the
direction.
B
A

I

It
says

Second,
well,
I'd
like
to
make
an
amendment
to
this:
the
holy

should
be
august,
20th
september.
Second,
third,
fourth
and
fifth,
second,.
I
The
august
28th
is
what's
on
the
excuse,
me
the
agenda,
but
on
the
actual
paperwork.
It's
clear
that
september
2nd.

at
the

hereby
approves
the
petition
number
ri
2016-13
from
horizon
new
england
inc
and
near
against
the
electric
company
proposing
to
place
one
new
push
brace
43
3pb
attached
to
pole,
43
on
the
western
side
of
new
london
avenue,
and
the
eastern
side
of
oral
street
poll.
43
is
approximately
118
feet,
southwesterly
from
existing
pole
42,
as
shown
on
the
attachment.
K
Several
years
ago
we
did
some
drawings
and
some
preliminary
engineering
work
with
the
end
game
modifying
earl
street.
So,
instead
of
being
a
y
like
that,
where
people
can
just
roll
right
down
earl
street
without
coming
to
a
stop
london
right
now,
he
would
never
have
a
design
like
that
without,
like
the
traffic
light
or
something
because
there's
no
incentive
for
the
person
to
slow
down
before
they
come
over
stream.
K
One
of
the
reasons
why
they
have
a
lot
of
speeding
on
earl
street
the
proposal-
and
we
went
as
far
as
to
even
talk
to
the
landowner-
was
to
grab
that
corner
that
triangle
piece,
if
you,
if
you
have
the
the
drawing
the
triangle
piece,
where
they're
proposing
to
put
the
push
brace,
pb
43
right
on
the
corner
there
of
pearl
street
in
london,
that
piece
would
be
completely
eliminated
and
the
road
would
make
a
90
degree
rather
than
a
45
degree
entrance
into
rail
street.
K
K
He
was
in
agreement,
didn't
arrive
at
a
price
yet,
but
in
agreement
to
to
sell
the
town
or
that
little
piece
right
there
david
do
you
know
what
a
push
brace
is?
Is
that
just
a
guidewire
or
is
that
going
to
be.
K
But
is
that
what
do
you
think
this
is
because
they're
calling
it
pb43
push
brace
43.?
Oh,
I.
A
A
I
started
writing
down
every
poll
number
that
has
multiple
polls
that
have
been
sitting
there
for
over
a
year,
sidewalks
that
were
not
fixed,
and
now
they
expect
us
to
fix
them
because
they
said
they
don't
have
the
personnel
to
fix
them
anymore.
So
they
were
moving
poles
on
the
sidewalk
and
leaving
the
holes
in
the
sidewalk
craters,
and
I
had
constituents
filling
up
with
sand
in
their
yacht.
A
K
It
well
we
and
that's
a
good
argument
also,
but
in
particular
this
particular
push,
brace
that
they're
asking
for
would
be
in
complete
conflict
with
the
future
goal
of
the
modification
of
that
of
earl
street
to
the
london
avenue
and
it's
a
safety
factor.
I
also
don't
like
the
idea,
even
if
that
coal,
if
it
wasn't
for
changing
the
way
that
the
configuration
of
the
street
is
that
pole
right
on
the
corner
like
right
there.
It's
just
a
target
for
couples
to
this
joe
argenti.
A
K
Once
it's
done,
they'll
be
reclaiming
of
other
property
on
the
other
side
and
they've
got
a
hole
there.
But
again,
we've
we've
already
gone,
taking
the
first
step
on
the
town
side
to
get
this
done.
That's
a
target
in
the
middle
of
that
it
really
is.
K
What
this
is
about
david,
we're
planning
a
celebration.
K
Right,
we're
planning
we're
planning
to
sell
a
celebration
in
very
soon
in
october
and
also
in
years
to
come,
and
the
town
would
like
to
have
the
ability
to
suspend
certain
vendor
fees
for
certain
events
that
the
town
is
actually
sponsoring.
K
L
To
suspect,
that's
the
first
one,
okay,
the
second
one
is
that
if
it's
a
non-sponsored
event,
the
town
has,
by
way
of
counselized
by
way
of
resolution,
the
right
to
suspend
the
fees
to
a
vendor
right,
it's
a
truth,
one
is
is
the
actual.
L
K
And
again,
some
might
say
why
shouldn't
that
vendor
be
charged
well
because
sometimes
on
these
events-
and
this
is
not
a
huge
event-
hopefully
someday-
be
using-
that
we
need
some
incentive-
often
to
invite-
say,
for
instance,
food
trucks
to
come
into
the
to
the
town,
so
they
might
say
well,
you're
only
gonna
have
a
couple
thousand
people,
it's
not
worth
it
for
us
to
have
a
300
fee,
etc.
So
this
is
our
option
to
be
able
to
have
a
better
event.
Let's
establish.
L
B
A
A
A
So
we
have
a
motion
on
the
floor.
Second
for
markham
any
discussion,
any
public
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
opposed
hi
discussion.
A
J
A
Unfortunately,
the
equipment
that
was
yeah,
I
want
to
see
that
check
yeah,
the
the
equipment
that
was
that
we
had
in
storage
or
wherever
it
may
have
gone,
was
not
in
the
tip-top
shape
when
it
was
removed.
Anyway,
if
anybody
recalls,
when
the
fire
happened
there
that
wasn't
replaced
the
deal,
was
they
stole
yeah?
They
stole
some
of
the
benches.
H
A
H
H
The
ordinance
for
discussion-
second
I'd
just
like
to
amend
this
before
we
get
into
this
to
add
wakefield
street
wakefield
street
was
supposed
to
be
added
to
this.
So
I'd
like
to
amend
this
ordinance
with
wakefield
street
added
to
it.
H
K
H
As
you
go
around
that
corner,
you
want
to
add
it
all
in
favor,
add
wakefield.
Now
we
can
go
on
to
discussion.
Okay,
just
the
reason.
The
reason
is
because
when
these
tractor
trailers,
you
know
they're
crossing
that
double
yellow
line
and
and
and
and
when
the
cab
goes,
the
bodies
follow
and
come
over.
I
almost
get
hit
every
morning
all
the
constituents
on
wheat
fields.
They
agree
that
that
was
not
meant
for
huge
trucks.
We
have
tractor
trailers
coming
through
there.
H
We
have
asphalt
trucks,
we
have
construction
trucks,
we
stopped
them
from
cutting
down
grand
view
and
clyde
street.
They
have
problem
street
and
main
street
deals
so
yeah
it's
the
same
as
east
greenwich
avenue
you
can't
they
can't
handle
that
kind
of
traffic.
Oh
I
I
agree.
I'm
sorry.
L
L
I
L
You're
authorizing
the
police
to
enforce
the
violations
of
the
virgin
moves.
I
got
a
call
from
representative
morgan
that
she
got
a
call
from
the
trucking
association
wanting
to
know
why.
All
of
a
sudden,
the
town
of
west
florida
was
gonna,
start
popping
trucks
on
some
highways.
Where
did
we
get
this
power?
I
then
received
a
letter
from
somebody
from
the
trucking
association,
and
I
I
responded
to
him
and
I
quoted
for
him.
L
President
received
a
document
called
roadworks
and
in
that
document
it's
the
d.o.t
who
established
these
diversion
routes
and
in
that
document
it
states
that
the
plan
is
that
towns
are
going
to
assist
the
state
doing
so.
I
I
sent
this
detail
letter
to
him.
Explain
the
whole
thing
saying
we're
not
doing
anything
other
than
the
town
council
authorized.
I
believe
the
product,
the
follower
of
state
law,
if
you've
got
a
problem
with
it,
go
up
the
blt
I
haven't
heard
a
word
since
I
sent
that
letter
out.
L
L
The
last
last
paragraph
it
says
we
are
going
to
enforce
the
the
diversion
rules
around
the
whole
booth
and
that's
what
they
said.
You
know,
I
suppose
the
truck
driver
wants
to
go
to
lunch.
L
N
L
A
I
A
A
F
Yeah,
actually,
I
was
kind
of
I'm
here
more
for
r
or
h,
and
I
just
noticed
this
one,
but
I
think
I
know
why
paul
man
added
this
and
it's
going
to
refer
to
the
letter,
because
when
I,
when
we're
drafting
up
the
letter
not
to
go
to
proceed
myself.
But
when
we're
dressing
up
the
letter,
that's
going
to
go
into
the
residence
over
full
units
and
all
that.
Looking
at
the
ordinance
writing
the
ordinance
down
it
specifies
and
I'm
going
to
share
with
you
guys.
L
G
A
Again,
this
is
something
I
know
cultural
maduro
has
brought
up.
I
reported
it
to
dave
omari.
It
was
happening
down
on
system
street
and
douglas
where
two
individuals
were
going
through
every
blue
container
and
taking
every
piece
of
metal
out
as
they
possibly
could
that's
taking
money
from
us.
We
do
get
revenue
from
the
state
on
that,
so
it's
outside
the
bin,
it's
on
the
curb
it's
out
for
trash
or
whatever
it
may
be.
K
A
Then
again,
I
know
people
sometimes
throw
a
refrigerator
on
the
curb,
knowing
it's
going
to
go
within
a
half
hour
to
an
hour
or
that
day
anyway,
and
so
that's
their
choice,
but
anything
in
the
bin
is
any
other
discussion.
Any
public
discussion
eric
nunn,
take
a
roll
call
vote,
brian,
yes,
angela,
yes,
david,
yes,
ed,
yes,.
L
L
What
my
thoughts
were
on
this
that
I,
if
the
council
passes
this,
that
I
will
then
work
with
the
traffic
committee
and
to
try
and
present
something,
because
it's
my
way
of
ordinance,
try
and
present
something
to
the
council
with
an
idea
as
you're
discussing
it
on
any
given
night.
Let's
say,
for
example,
a
stop
sign
that
somebody's
recommended
is
that
I'm
going
to
recommend
to
the
traffic
committee
that
what
they
do
is
when
they
decide
they
do
the
study
and
they
say:
okay,
we'll
go
along
with
that
traffic
with
that.
L
If
the
council
wants
to
change
the
notice
change
the
effective
day,
you
can
do
so.
K
L
Which
I
prefer
it's,
however,
it
says
that
the
the
person
determines
the
specific
notice
to
be
given,
so
they
can
make
the
recommendation
and
you
can
decide
whether
or
not
you
want
it
to
be
a
letter,
whether
you
want
it
to
be
a
knock
on
the
door,
whether
you
want
to.
L
The
reason
I'm
suggesting
that
kind
of
a
recommendation
from
the
traffic
community
to
the
council
is
because
it
has
to
be
done
by
an
audience.
I
think
if
I
get
some
kind
of
a
guideline
from
the
traffic
committee
submitted
to
the
council,
then
the
council
can
change.
You
can
amend
that's
great,
that
you
want
a
written
notice
in
this
case
you
wanted
20
houses,
but
you
have
something
in
an
actual
ordinance.
A
C
J
I'd
like
to
just
point
something
out,
although
the
second
reading,
the
council
did
decide
to
vote
on
a
exemption
amount
up
to
ten
thousand
dollars,
we
do
need
some
guidance
christine
and
I
have
had
some
conversations,
we're
looking
for
some
for
some
guys
from
the
council
because
of
the
fact
that
we
actually
have
some
seniors
at
the
at
the
primary
rate
versus
multi-family
and
condo.
J
So,
depending
on
what
that
classification
is
for
the
property,
the
single
family
could
end
up
with
a
285
credit
for
their
bill,
whereas
someone
who
has
a
multi-unit
credential
with
372
off
that
bill.
So
again,
we
just
wanted
lots
of
guidance
from
the
council
as
to
do
you
want
it
to
be
a
varying
amount
depending
on
the
type
of
property,
or
are
you
looking
for
it
to
be
clever?
J
J
H
D
K
A
K
Talking
like
making
it
250.,
the
ten
thousand
dollar
figure
was
the
cap
for
us
to
go
up
to
that
two.
As
the
years
went
on
right,
so
I
still
don't
yeah.
I
know
what
the
impact
somewhere.
We
wrote
it
down
because
you
gave
it
to
us
christine
on
250,
but
are
we
proposing
something
higher
than
that
for
this
first
year?
I
I
You
allow
yourself
to
to
address
it.
Each
year.
A
J
K
Don't
get
me
wrong,
but
we
can't
I
mean
that
is
10
000..
K
Violating
any
ethics,
because
because
he's
the
only
senior
up
here,
you
actually
get
a,
are
you
sore
you
recuse
yourself?
No,
no,
no!
The
law
is,
it
doesn't
affect
me
any
more
than.
D
C
A
G
A
month,
no,
this
is
really
important
for
anyone
that
may
be
watching
at
home
or
knows
somebody
that
is
qualified
if
you're.
If
someone
is
over
65,
they
are
able
to
come
down
and
apply
the
form
march
16th
for
the
senior
exemption,
which
allows
you
to
write
off
ten
thousand
dollars
or
get
a
deduction
of
ten
thousand
dollars
on
your
property
taxes,
assessment
assessment.
F
K
G
K
C
K
So
I'm
sure
there's
some
out
there
that
didn't
know
this
was
going
on.
I
was
applying
I'm
going
to
make
everything
I'm
going
to
do
everything
I
possibly
can
to
make
sure
when
you
use
social
media
that
if
it's
too
late
this
year,
some
people
didn't
know
about
it.
They
didn't
apply.
I'm
sure
that
happens,
and
next
year
make
sure
to
put
on
your
calendar
to
apply.
K
C
C
H
K
K
K
But
anyway,
yeah
we're
on
our
way.
This
is
this
is
good
for
the
for
the
seniors.
I'm
sure
it'll
help
you
after
this
one
takes
effect
for
217.
H
E
H
Resolution
or
something
I'll
leave
the
name
of
rose
there's
only
one
name
there
rose.
I
can't
make
all
right.
H
H
Been
involved
in
a
lot
of
different
things:
jack,
I'm
surprised
that
you're
coming
back
into
the
game,
good
question,
no
great
great
asset
to
the
redevelopment
commission
and
that's
all.
A
I
have
to
say
any
other
you're
discussion
right,
yeah,
all
in
favor
aye
all
right
opposed
nice.
Congratulations!
Sean!
Thank
you.
G
Who,
in
second
discussion
john
sent
me
an
email?
I
believe
it
was
a
week
ago
or
a
week
so
ago,
just
kind
of
going
over
all
the
things
that
he's
worked
on
all
the
things
that
he's
done.
I
think
he's
a
terrifically
qualified
person
for
this
role
and
he's
already
an
asset
to
the
town
with
everything
he
does
in
the
fire
department.
I
think
he
can
even
further
continue
to
be
an
asset
as
being
a
member
of
the
technology
committee
in
helping
out
and
being
a
representative
from
ward
4.,
so
yeah.
I
absolutely.
A
G
John
had
to
step
out,
he
was
here
he's
not
back
no.
I
G
One
of
the
things
that
the
tux
said
historic
society
is
proposing
is
expanding
the
building.
It's
I
don't
know
if
anyone
has
been
there.
I
went
there
about
a
year
or
so
ago,
with
senator
sachan
tour
of
the
building,
we're
looking
through
some
of
the
archives
and
stuff,
and
some
of
the
some
of
the
things
that
are
in
there
are
truly
amazing
bits
of
historical.
You
know
information
artifacts,
but
I
kept
saying
to
myself.
I
can't
believe
how
small
this
building
is.
G
M
And
just
a
few,
a
few
notes
we
need,
we
need
the
room
the
society
has
collected,
artifacts
and
much
information
is
stored
on
the
first
floor
in
the
basement
and
the.
E
M
Go
downstairs
they
cut
and
paste
and
put
everything
in
particular
for
people
to
come
and
do
research
so
that
that's
one
of
the
things
we'd
like
to
make
the
new
edition
open
up
to
the
existing
building
and
we'd
like
to
make
it
handicap
accessible.
We
do.
M
You
have
one
of
the
problems
that
I
foresee
is
that
it's
not
necessarily
a
problem.
It's
up
to
the
town.
It's
a
fence
that
revives
the
playground
would
be
an
issue.
C
M
M
M
M
The
lot
that
the
building
sits
on
is
the
same
lot
as
the
playground.
So
there's
not
an
issue
going
to
the
left.
I
did
check.
I
meet
the
requirements
to
the
business
section,
so
we
have
to
maintain
15
feet
off
the
rear
of
the
building
and
the
side
of
the
building
so
looking
at
it
and
why
we
move
this
forward
is
to
keep
the
15
foot
property
line
to
the
right.
M
A
M
I
checked
checked
with
fred
and
again
you
don't
have
the
answer
tonight.
I
just
like
to
propose
this
and
then
come
back
and
if
we
do
have
permission.
I
G
I
We
might
be
running
into
a
circle.
I
think
what
he's
looking
to
do
is
it
has
to
go
before
a
plan.
The
first
issue
is
whether
or
not
the
town
council
is
going
to
approve
a
modification
to
the
property,
correct,
basically
right,
correct,
because
it
is
telling
people-
and
I
think
the
only
question
for
planning
would
be
is-
is
that
garage
still
budding
the
basketball
courts
in
the
back
of
your
property.
I
Upon
the
request
that
I
could
probably
get
together
with
al,
who
represents
zoning
and
planning,
get
everything,
that's
required
and
then
get
back
to
the
board
as
quickly
as
possible,
but
right
now
it
would
appear
that
you're
probably
going
to
have
to
go
to
planning.
But
the
question
is
for
the
council
is:
are
you
going
to
allow
basically
a
subdivision?
I
Well,
I
don't
believe
it
well
you're
gonna,
because
you're
creating
a
new
you're,
putting
a
an
addition
on
so
it
might
be
cleaner
in
the
future.
If
you
want
something
else
to
actually
subdivide
the
park
leave
the
park
where
it
is
the
basketball
court
and
then
that
possibly
be
the
historical
society.
I
I
I
would
think
that
an
administrative
subdivision
would
allow
you
guys
to
do
exactly
what
you
want
now.
That's
your
property,
then
you're
not
going
to
have
to
worry
about
the
park
and
then
the
question
for
planning,
I
believe,
would
be
your
questions
regarding
the
proposed
site,
setbacks
or
rear
setbacks,
so
you
might
get
and
that
might
complicate.
A
M
So
yeah
we
we
maintain
the
building
as
right.
Now
we
maintain,
I
just
don't
think
all
cost
comes
out
of
the
historical
society
we
have
grant
money.
Some
of
the
schedule
may
be
able
to
help.
A
For
labor
and-
and
I
I
I
think,
I'm
open
to
it
and
that's
just
to
give
this
text
to
me
says
you
know,
and
I
think
I
think
you
got
the
support
to
move
forward
and
we'll
go
from
there,
but
I
think
you
do
have
to
go
before
planning
you
probably
have
to.
You
know,
touch
base
with
elaine,
you
know
and
whatever
else.
M
C
F
Welcome
back,
oh,
my
goodness,
this
letter
has
been
so
overdue,
but
I
know
we
were
waiting
for
ordinance
approval
and
then
we
did
have
a
letter
drafted,
but
it
really
didn't
state
what
needed
to
be
stated.
So
fred
looked
it
over.
He
asked
if
he
changed
so
I
rewrote
I
wrote
what
you've
got
in
front
of
you
here
and
we're
just
waiting
for
your
approval,
so
we
can
send
it
out
now
we
are
still
working.
F
It's
not
as
many
people
as
I
thought
it
was
going
to
be
believe
it
or
not.
We're
looking
at
maybe
30
to
40
properties
that
will
be
receiving
this
notice
dave
and
I
still
have
to
go
out
and
look
at
some
properties
to
confirm
whether
or
not
they've
received
some
bins
and
ed
just
know.
Once
I
get
all
the
letters
ready
and
labeled
to
go
I'll,
separate
them
by
ward
and
send
you
the
addresses
and
and
names
of
everyone
that
will
be
receiving
the
letter
in
your
award,
so
you
can
anticipate
any
questions.
A
E
F
I'll
make
sure
you
get
those
when
we're
ready
to
send
them
out
yeah.
There
was
only
when,
when
I
wrote
the
ordinance
on
that
first,
because
I
wanted
to
include
the
ordinance
that
people
had
it
to
look
at
read,
it
doesn't
just
say
steam
garbage.
Let
me
see
I've
got
it
here,
garbage
and
trash,
and
at
first
I
looked
at
it
and
said:
oh,
this
might
be
a
loophole
for
them
to
be
able
to
keep
recycling
bins,
because
recycling
in
the
definitions
of
the
ordinance
is
its
own
definition.
F
It
doesn't
fall
under
trash
or
rubbish.
But
if
you
continue
to
read
it
does
say
we
are
at
the
town
council,
further
determined,
hinged
trash
bins
used
in
such
an
automated
system,
prevent
both
rubbish
and
recycling
material
from
blowing
from
the
bin,
so
it
is
covered
there.
I
don't
know
if
that's
enough
language
for
you
or
you
feel
we
should
put
the
recycling
word
on
that.
First.
F
F
A
F
I
C
A
G
Imagining
if
I
was
to
receive
letters,
there's
a
way
you're
trying,
because
when
you
read
it
looks
like
you're
actually
like
a
legal
notice.
It's
like
is
there
any
kind
of
introduction
like
introduction,
or
I
know
it.
I
don't
kind
of
cuts
to
the
point
at
the
end,
but
that's
that's
my
only
concern
just
like
if
I
assist
you
in
the
confusion
yeah.
If
I
open
this
up
in
the
mail,
I'd
be
like
what
the
hell.
E
K
A
N
A
We're
all
employees
of
town
of
west
wall,
so
why
wouldn't
say
the
town
of
westworld
in
an
effort
to
financially
responsible
and
improving
expenses
incurred,
you
know,
whereas
the
town
of
west
fork
has
determined
based
on
the
said
analysis
or
everything
says
I
can
say
right
now,
if
I
and
I'm
I'm
just
looking
at
it
this
way.
This.
A
A
F
F
A
F
I
I
I
You
can
you
can
attach
the
ordinance
or
you
can
refer
to
the
ordinance
by
reference,
but
what
you're
really
notifying
them
is
that
their
property
is
not
eligible
correct,
so
that
should
be
the
first
part
of
your
letter.
The
second
part
is
the
reason
why
it's
not
eligible,
and
the
third
part
is,
if
you
have
any
questions,
please
contact
me.
G
A
F
F
Any
other
questions
or
concerns
you
want
to
bring
yeah,
that's
it.
Although
everything's
going,
you
know
it's
going
well
and
like
I
said
when
we're
ready
I'll,
give
you
the
names
and
addresses
before
they
go
out,
so
you
are
you're.
J
J
Is
one
thing
that
fred
did
ask
me
to
discuss
with
the
council?
I
know
councilman
giroux
had
some
conversations
with
him.
It
pertains
to
the
pedestrian
bridge
at
royal
mills.
That
is
something
just
to
kind
of
recap:
wouldn't
the
password
going
in
too
much
detail,
but
it's
from
what
fred
had
discussed
with
me.
There
was
a
previous
agreement
with
the
royal
mills
complex
that,
in
fact
the
town
was
responsible
for
the
maintenance,
but
they
would
do
the
work
for
the
bridge
to
replace
it,
and
then
they
would
be
reimbursed.
J
The
previous
owners
did
actually
fix
the
wall
after
the
song,
which
is
approximately
178
million
dollars.
That
was
actually
a
cost
to
to
do
the
repairs,
not
178
million.
J
J
The
gist
of
it
all
is
that
fema
will
in
fact
include
the
178
000
for
the
wall
for
the
work
that
was
done.
However,
one
of
the
requirements
is
that
femur
wants
copies
of
the
cancelled
checks,
proving
that
the
work
was
previously
done.
There's
a
new
owner
of
the
facility
now
and
those
records
are
not
available
from
the
previous
owners.
J
So
because
of
that,
and
because
of
the
fact
that
femur
is
aware
of
the
situation
and
knows
of
the
standstill
that
we're
that
we're
actually
at
right
now
pertaining
to
these
checks.
They
are
seeking
legal
avenue
or
approval
to
actually
have
not
have
them
be
required
as
part
of
the
reimbursement
did,
they
could.
J
J
People
are
still
around-
I
don't
know
the
answer
to
that,
but
they
are
trying
to
seek
every
avenue
possible
to
actually
have
that
requirement
waived.
However,
due
to
the
fact
that
they
know
that
there
is
an
issue
for
themselves,
they
are
actually
looking
to
have
an
extension
so
that
the
grant
there
would
be
no
penalties,
no
penalties.
J
K
A
J
J
J
A
A
It
used
to
be
adopt
a
spot
by
royal
metals
and
they
had
their
landscaping
company
come
in
and
take
care.
It
was
part
of
their
agreement
when
they
put
that
roundabout
in
there
that
they
would
maintain
it.
J
And
just
as
a
council,
you
probably
noticed
the
ceiling
in
the
back
is
you
know
displaced?
J
Unfortunately,
there
was
a
water
issue.
A
couple
of
weeks
back
up
in
the
restroom
facility.
There
were
work
being
done
to
replace
the
partitions
and
the
company
inadvertently
in
a
pipe.
I.
J
Their
insurance,
their
insurance,
is
covering
there's
gonna,
be
no
cost
to
the
town,
we're
in
the
process
of
evaluating
the
equipment
as
well.
That's
running
the
video
and
the
audio
tonight
we're
experiencing
feedback
online
from
what
I
understand.
I'm
also
hearing
it
and
we're
hearing
it
over
here.
H
Underneath
and
I
got
an
email
that
they
can't
hear
the
volume.
J
H
J
The
trust
is,
is
working
with
us,
they're
handling
the
claim,
as
our
insurance
company
but
they're
going
to,
and
they
have
been
in
touch
with
the
company's
insurance,
but
they're
they're
expediting
and
they're
working
on
it
for
us,
and
they
have.
They
actually
have
approved
payment
to
the
company
that
came
in
and
did
the
evaluation
as
well
as
we
have
a
backup
camera
in
the
back
there.
That
actually
is
recording
the
meeting
and
will
be
available
to
us
on
a
sd
card.
J
So
if,
in
fact,
we
find
that
the
meeting
was
flawed
with
the
recording
that
we
have
from
the
equipment
we
have,
that
will
be
on
backup
and
we'll
have
that
available
for
any
future
council
meetings.
Should
the
equipment
not
be
installed
properly
and
fully
functional?
So,
but
the
point
of
it
all
is
that
the
insurance
companies
are
working
this
over.
There
will
be
no
additional
cost
to
the
town
and
we'll
do
whatever.
We
need
to
do
to
make
sure
that
the
public
can
either
see
the
meeting
live
or
have
access
to
it.
J
After
the
fact
in
case
of
tonight,
where
we
seem
to
be
having
some
problems,
but
I
just
want
to
mention
that
all
this
work
will
be
done,
anticipating
the
possible
next
meeting
on
the
6th
of
september,
potentially
for
the
next
council
meeting.
But
we're
going
to
discuss
that
later
on
exactly
but
we're
we're
working
towards
that
towards
that
date.
Anyways
to
have
everything,
have
the
room
back
to
fully
functional,
as
well
as
have
the
ceiling
ceiling
replaced
as
well
as
the
tiles
and
whatever
damage
is
upstairs
as
well
from
from
this
one.
K
Those
all
those
rj45s
you
know
thick
with
water,
wouldn't
you
cook
them
and
do
them
over
again,
I
mean
because
of
corrosion
and
oxidation
any
time
of
year
down
the
road
all
of
a
sudden.
Why
am
I
having
a
problem
with
this
one?
We've
got.
I
don't
know
how
many
dozen
lines
more
than
that
probably
running
back
there,
but.
A
Yeah
all
right
anything
else
for
john.
Thank
you,
jim.
J
Finance
report
just
wanted
to
mention
a
couple
of
things,
actually
one
one
major
thing
in
particular:
we
did
before
the
council
approval.
Previously
we
did
roll
the
12
million
dollar
bond
participation,
note
for
the
wind
turbines
which,
by
the
way,
as
of
august
5th,
a
fully
operational,
functional
and
feeding
system
feeding
electricity
into
the
grid.
So
the
town
is
actually
receiving
credits
as
we
should
be
for
the
net
metering
of
the
turbines.
J
So
that's
a
big
that
was
a
big
day
to
actually
have
it,
turned
on
and
fully
functional,
almost
testing,
and
why
not,
but
even
bigger
news
than
that
was
that
we're
actually
able
to
get
a
rate
from
webster
bank
for
that
12
million
dollar
bond
anticipation,
note
of
1.57
for
the
two
year
period,
which
is
fantastic,
that's
far
below
any
performance
statements
that
we
had
done
for
the
analysis
of
the
of
the
cost
savings.
That's
a
two-year
ban
with
a
qual
that
is
actually
callable
or
basically
can
be
refinanced
within
six
months.
J
J
The
plan
for
that
is
for
us
to
go
back
to
the
infrastructure
bank
of
the
rail
infrastructure
bank
to
see,
if
maybe
they
can
do
a
permanent
financing
for
an
additional
turbine,
which
they
just
financed
the
one
for
us,
but
we're
we're
doing
whatever
we
can
to
to
minimize
the
rate
and
we're
also
anticipating
that,
once
we
have
our
rating
call
with
moody's
that
we
would
hope
that
they
would
have
a
similar
take
a
similar
action
to
our
bond
rating
as
fitch
did,
which
would
then
give
us
better.
K
John,
I'm
still
waiting
for
that
website
and
the
url
so
that
citizens
of
west
warwick
can
see
their
turbines
in
action.
Yeah.
G
K
Were
promised
that
we
would
have
a
site
that
we
could
go
and
see
all
the
dials
and
all
the
output
and
okay.
So
one
point
five
kilowatts.
Yes,
each
times
three,
each
that
was
three,
so
I
think
it
would
be
really
cool
if
the
citizens
can
get
online.
J
A
I
was,
I
could
tell
you
that
they
are
working
on
what
you're
looking
for
right,
but
I
don't
know
if
menses
is
I.t
savvy
is
we
thought
they
would
be
what's
wrong
with
that
I'll
tell
you
that
all
right,
they
think
we.
M
A
We
installed
all
the
cable
modems
there
and
they
think
we
have
a
firewall
in
place
and
straight
out
of
the
bottom.
I
think
we
have
a
firewall
in
place.
There's
no
firewall,
there's
nothing,
it's
all
their
equipment.
So
I
I
I
just
know
we
installed
all
the
cable.
G
Motors
yeah,
not
last
thursday,
but
the
thursday
before
I
actually
took
a
tour
of
the
facility,
and
I
saw
the
three
turbines
it
was
the
day
before
national
grid
was
coming
out
to
certify
them
to
deter
john.
G
A
C
A
Anything
else
all
right:
upcoming
appointments,
juvenile
herringbo
at
the
tuxedo
river
authority,
recreation
committee,
planning
board,
board
of
tenant
affairs
board
of
assessment
review
audit
redevelopment,
commission
board
sewer,
use
tax
border
review,
zoning
border
review
and
technology
committee
public
comment.
Anything
from
the
council.
I
got
one.
H
O
Worship
center:
this
is
a
local
church
and
we
recently
got
approved
from
the
crompton
veterans
organization
to
use
their
property
for
an
event
that
we'd
like
to
hold.
It's
called
rock
the
city
and
basically,
it's
getting
together
for
a
few
hours
in
a
local
area
where
we
see
need
in
that
community
and
just
to
bring
three
hours
of
children's
activities
some
wide
music.
We
bring
all
kinds
of
free
product,
the
event's,
completely
free,
put
on
by
by
local
churches.
O
We
work
with
sometimes
with
different
social
organizations,
and
it's
just
an
opportunity
to
bless
needy
families.
We
work
with
some
organizations
that
provide
free
product
for
us.
This
year
we
bring
diapers,
blankets,
pillows
free
coats,
and
so
we
kind
of
look
for
different
communities
where
we
see
a
need.
We've.
L
O
Doing
this
for
20
years
we
used
to
work
with
mayor
cnc
when
we
started
he
used
to
close
the
streets
for
us,
and
so
we
used
to
kind
of
go
and
bless
different
communities
and
providence.
We
did
we
called
the
invite
rock
the
city.
We
did
hold
the
rocket
city
many
years
ago
on
main
street
in
ward,
but
we'd
like
to
hold
it
on
september,
17th
this
saturday
from
11
to
possibly
two
it's
kind
of
a
three-hour
event
and
with
a
rain
date
of
october.
O
First
and
so
again,
the
veterans
organization
has
given
us
approval
to
use
there.
Well,
let's
say
everything
that
means
they
do
have
time.
A
Let
me
ask
you
a
question
because
you
got
to
ask
the
council
here:
are
we
meeting?
Is
everybody
in
town
on
september
6th?
Yes,
because
I
know
labor
day
some
people
take
off
for
the
week
or
whatever.
If
we're
meeting
september
6th,
I
didn't
know
so
september
17th
they
can
get
on
the
agenda
right.
Well,.
H
We
can
just
put
them
on
the
agenda
so
and
because
paula
said,
because
of
the
loud
loudspeaker
that
you
got
to
set
up
notice,
that
was
the
problem.
That's
why
I
wanted
do
that.
Yeah.
O
We
have
live
music,
it's
gospel,
music.
I
mean
it's
not
extremely
well,
it's
not
like
a
rock
band,
but
the
reason
why
we're
looking
for
you
guys
to
bless
this
effect
is
because
we
have
to
with
it's
a
lot
of
planning,
and
it's
also
we
have
to
get
the
word
out
odds
of.
A
I
H
On
the
phone
to
nicole,
it's
just
it's
great
that
you're
doing
it.
It's
really
appreciative.
O
A
I
N
N
N
N
And
these
are
open
air
museums,
they
should
honor
the
people
who
started
our
community
and
our
state
and
we'd
like
the
cemeteries
clean.
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
volunteers
that
clean
cemeteries,
but
they're
few
and
far
between-
and
some
of
us
are
getting
too
old
to
do
that,
and
this
way
it
would
be
an
incentive
for
a
property
owner
to
have
that
cemetery
clean.
A
C
A
Do
it
twice
a
year
yeah,
that's
that's
the
only
thing
it's
not
on
it.
Weekly
or
bi-weekly.
Like
you
know,
I
know
grass
doesn't
get
pretty
quick,
especially.
A
N
Absolutely
yeah
language
and
there's
cemetery
commissions
like
at
patuxent
valley.
They
have
a
cemetery,
commission
and
they're
willing
to
help
the
tax
assessor
like
when
an
application
is,
is
given
they'd,
go
out
and
take
a
before
and
after
picture
and
send
it
into
the
tax
assessment,
and
I
gleaned
through
the
stonewall
ordinance
from
lincoln
on
the
taxation
packet.
A
Audience
I
will
take
this
under
advisement.
I
guess
it
also.
