Listen
anybody
anybody,
that's
been
in
business
for
themselves,
working
with
with
their
wives
and
their
wives,
and
I
have
50
years
it's
just
a
huge
accomplishment
and
you
don't
do
it
in
a
look,
might
be
part
of
it,
but
you
don't
do
it
by
luck.
You
do
it
by
you
know
providing
a
service
to
the
people
to
keep
them
coming
back.
That's
a
long
time
and
again
I
I've
been
through
it.
You've
been
through
it.
B
It's
it's
not
easy,
and
it's
a
it's,
my
honor,
to
congratulate
you
and
council
congratulate
you
on
being
able
to
accomplish
that
and
the
service
you've
provided
to
west
wall
and
to
the
citizens
of
westwood
and
all
around
the
state
coming
here
and
that's
great,
and
we
certainly
appreciate
it.
We
hope
you
go
on
forever.
A
B
B
D
B
F
B
B
Okay,
certificate
of
recognition
and
appreciation
to
the
garfado's
and
gara's
men's
shop
for
50
years
of
service,
where
garrus
menshop
has
been
a
fixture
in
west
warwick,
since
1966,
providing
high
quality
suits
and
tuxedos
to
many
and
where
pasco
garafano
a
world
war
ii
veteran
who
worked
for
an
army
of
navy
store
army
and
navy
store
in
west
wall
for
many
years
before,
realizing
his
dream
of
owning
and
operating
his
own
store.
B
The
garage
quickly
became
a
favorite
store
on
main
street
and
an
audit
section
of
west
wallach
and
whereas
pasco
continued
his
success
of
gara's
men's
shop
when
in
1968
he
was
joined
by
his
oldest
son
robert,
that
correct
bob
so
far
we're
right.
We
got
this
right
so
far.
Okay
and
then
his
younger
son
ron
went
on
to
open
his
own
store
in
cranston,
while
pasco
and
and
roberts
stayed
at
garros
and
whereas
gara's
has
expanded
and
evolved
with
the
times,
but
remains
a
true
family-run
store
with
exceptional
attention
to
detail.
B
And
now,
therefore,
the
town
council
of
the
town
of
west
walworth
is
honored
to
extend
their
appreciation
gratitude
and
congratulations
to
the
to
robert
and
kathy
garofano
and
gara's
men's
shop
on
their
50th
anniversary
and
calls
upon
all
the
citizens
of
the
town
to
congratulate
and
wish
them
success
in
the
future.
Whatever
you
may
decide
to
do,.
F
B
C
A
B
C
And
squeeze.
B
B
B
C
Lived
a
couple
of
houses
down
for
me
and
taught
my
sister
and
my
brother
piano
and
a
very
good
friend
of
the
family,
and
here
he
is
up
here
in
west
virginia,
had
her
own
business
in
in
smithfield
and
didn't
just
became
this
dangerous
care.
Now
cather
works
for
carpenter
jenks.
He
knows
some
products.
So
if
you're
doing
it,
you
got
a
problem.
C
C
C
D
D
A
Second,
move
the
second
discussion:
any
public
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye,
that's
too
anybody
else,
hi
eyes
have
it.
Those
licenses
that
were
just
approved
were
bizarre.
Raffle
license
for
summit
baptist
ismail
trujillo,
trujillo,
dba,
james
spites,
spite's
wealth
management
group,
lisa,
baucher,
doing
business
as
la
perez.
A
Steve
silver
doing
business
as
the
computer
doctor
in
avis
budget
group
someday
holiday
license
for
carl
montero
tag
day,
license
for
denise
fusco
for
jason,
pizzano,
memorial,
5k,
corey
lafleur
for
ronke
cyclone
productions
and
hawkers
and
pedalers
for
kate,
a
neilus
as
noble
knots
and
that's
all
been
approved.
D
A
Second
moving,
second,
I
don't
see
any
correspondence
that
I
can
click.
H
F
H
There's
just
that
three
letters:
ruth
jackson,
joe
lorenzo
application
and
susan
almonds,.
H
A
Letters
yep
all
right,
all
in
favor,
aye
opposed
ice
habit.
D
B
B
D
A
F
Now
I'll
move
the
resolution
second
discussion:
this
is,
I
got
a
call
from
mark,
they
were
owed
like
eight
or
nine
thousand
dollars
on
the
road
bond
money
that
they
put
up
and
everything
was
done
to
their
specs
out
to
you.
Everything
was
yeah.
This
is.
C
One
that
was
for
years,
eva
yeah,
even
eva.
It's
now
done
the
road's
in
it's
back
on
the
tax
rolls
and
I
assume
to
tim,
the
lawsuit's
probably
been
settled
all
the
litigation's
gone
and
at
the
hallelujah,
probably
nine
years.
I.
E
I
Oh
220,
we
are
retaining
9
000..
We
haven't
changed
to
in
case
the
final
coat
of
the
road.
For
some
reason,
doesn't
you
know
that's
standard
practice
once
that's
complete
and
the
homes
are
built
and
the
final
coats
put
on
then
we'll
return
that
money
as
well
I'll
come
back
to
you
to
do
that
and
in.
A
Father
racket:
this
is
this
is
something
when
all
developments
come
in.
They
have
to
leave
a.
Is
it
not
really
a
bond.
A
Bond
and
as
their
construction
progresses
and
things
pass
they're
able
to
get
some
of
their
bond
back.
So
that's
what
this
is
here
is
as
al
stated.
This
is
a
road
off
of
burlingame.
That's
been
a
town's
thorn
in
its
side
for
the
past
10
12,
maybe
even
15
years
as
it
started.
A
Now
they
now
they're
able
to
develop
yes,
how
many
houses
they're
looking
to
put
in
there
now
five
total
single-family
homes-
and
they
put
the
road
in
all
carbon,
meets
all
standards
that
I
know
we
had
issues
with
fire
trucks.
Turning
around
it's
it's
so
it's
met
all
those
standards.
So.
C
Also,
mr
president,
the
the
before
can
be
come
to
you.
It
goes
before
the
planning
board,
who
has
had
the
15
years
of
experience
and
the
planning
and
the
planning
board
reviews
it
on
the
planning
board
when
it
came
before
them
made
a
favorable
recommendation
that
the
bond
be
reduced
to
this
and
that
reduction
comes
based
on
the
studies
of
the
engineers
and
everything
else.
F
D
Revenue
allocation
ambulance,
billing
fees.
How
much
of
this
do
you
want
me
to
read
sister
I'll.
F
Make
a
motion
to
waive
the
reading.
Second.
E
Yes,
this
is
the
resolution
that
we
discussed
at
the
previous
budget
workshop
regarding
allocation
of
revenue
from
the
rescue
rescue
runs
or
rescue
billings
to
allow
for
other
apparatus.
Besides,
ambulances
can
to
be
that
can
be
purchased.
It
increases
the
amount
that
is
going
to
be
designated
in
the
separate
804
fund
or
rescue
fund,
which
will
now
be
more
of
an
apparatus
fund
because
we
do.
E
This
does
allow
us
to
actually
expand
on
the
equipment
that
can
be
purchased
and
actually
help
to
defer
some
of
the
costs
from
the
general
fund
for
some
of
the
various
fire
apparatus
that
needs
to
be
purchased
over
the
next
several
years.
A
And
this
this
is
something
that
we
took
out
of
our
budget
workshop
last
week
between
the
chief
and
john
and
fred.
They
brought
it
to
the
council,
basically
stating
right
now.
The
chiefs
and
the
fire
department's
revenue
that
they
receive
for
ambulance
runs
were
strictly
for
ambulances.
Only
to
so
also
we're
going
to
not
restrict
that
anymore
that
it
will
be
able
to
use
it
for
all
apparatus,
also
from
fiscal
year,
2017
up
to
2027
starting
off
right
now.
A
15
of
that
revenue
goes
to
from
goes
back
into
the
ambulance
fund,
as
we
used
to
call
it
that
will
increase
by
a
half
a
percent
up
till
2027
to
a
max
of
20
percent
of
the
revenue
going
back
into
the
fire
department
for
apparatus,
apparatus
reasons,
fire
trucks,
ambulances
vehicles,
so
basically.
G
Instead
of
every
couple
of
years,
getting
whacked
with
a
huge
purchase
of
a
piece
of
apparatus,
we're
going
to
start
saving
a
little
bit
of
money
every
single
year
for
the
next
10
years.
It
looks
built
into
our
budget
so
that
the
taxpayers
don't
get
whacked
with
either
a
bond
or
a
lease
payment,
or
something
like
that,
and
these
major
apparatus.
A
Yeah,
so
you
know
that's
definitely
a
shell
shock
when
we
need
a
million
dollars
in
one
year
for
a
truck.
C
Yeah
I
employ
chief
barris,
john
and
fred
for
coming
up
with
this
plan.
You
know
it's
a
it's
a
great
way
to
save
a
little
bit
at
a
time
and
making
so
the
taxpayer
just
doesn't
have
to
take
that
hit
all
at
once.
It's
very
it's
creative
thinking,
it's
the
kind
of
thing
we
need
in
the
times
where
we
don't
have
a
lot
of
money
to
spend.
A
So
it's
good
that
you're
building
a
separate
any
other
discussion,
any
public
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
eyes
have
it.
Thank
you.
F
I'll
move
the
resolution.
Second
moving.
Second,
ain't
discussion:
oh
now,
this
is
hallelujah
the
skatepark
yes,
and
also.
F
A
Of
right,
the
school
department's
paying
for
it
correct,
they
just
want
us
to
approve
it
once
the
snow
melts.
They
could
probably
get
working
on
that
once
again
and
we'll
get
a
skate
pocket
if
it
doesn't
snow
this
weekend,
not
funny
no
motion,
no
more
snow,
put
the
flowers
back
on
any
other
discussion.
B
I
D
Addition
and
cancellations
of
taxes
resolved
that
the
attached
additions
in
the
amount
of
3938.36
in
cancellations
in
the
amount
of
853.47
presented
to
the
tax
assessor
for
approval
of
the
town
council,
in
accordance
with
article
25,
section
5
of
the
west
war
code
ordinances
is
hereby
approved.
Original
list
is
on
file
in
the
office
of
the
tax,
assessor
I'll.
F
Move
the
resolution
second
move.
Second,
any
discussion
yeah.
I
just
got
one
question
here,
where
it's
three
thousand
four
hundred
dollars
and
seventy
six
cents
previous
tax
exempt
christine.
What's
what
makes
them
tax
exempt.
I
H
B
B
A
Discussion,
I
know
our
max
is
and
fifty
dollars,
so
we
resolved
this
one.
This
was
actually
a
tree
that
fell
on
the
copper.
It
was
a
town
tree.
We
will
300.
A
A
Again,
we
have,
we
have
a
max,
but
this
is
definitely
you
know
that
award
if
they
went
through
their
homeowners,
it'd
be
a
500
deductible.
So
it's
a
town
tree.
A
Yeah
we'll
save
that
for
later.
Okay,
mr
tucker's
got
that
on
his
report
later
on
any
other
comment
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it.
I
G
D
C
Housekeeping
to
we
was
called
to
our
attention
that
our
zoning
code,
definition
of
the
group
housing
had
the,
which
is
the
duplicate
of
the
state
law.
State
law
was
changed
and
somebody
called
to
our
attention
that
our
code
was
never
changed.
So
we
changed
our
code
to
comply
with
the
state
law
and
the
language
is
identical
to
state
law.
So
it's
pretty
much
housekeeping
to
bring
us
up
to
date.
State
law
would
have
overridden
us
anyway,
but
this
way
at
least
there's
no
questions
that
will
be
asked.
If
somebody
comes
in.
B
B
H
C
B
C
H
H
The
suggestion
that
the
word
be
omitted
and
replaced
with
the
language
that
states
mentally
disabled
or
mentally
handicapped
or
physically
handicapped
now,
if
someone
wants
to
dispute
that
in
a
court
of
law,
because
it
doesn't
say
what
the
state
statute
says,
let
them
and
then
your
second
part
of
it,
is
to
send
a
letter
to
the
state
addressing
this
use
of
the
term.
Yeah.
C
H
B
I
make
a
motion
that
we
amend
section
3.15.1,
the
the
fifth
letter,
the
first
fifth
word
in
in
the
sentence,
I'd
like
to
strike
that
and
replace
it
with
the
language
that
is
in
3.15.2,
mentally
disabled
or
mentally
handicapped
or
physically
handicapped
persons.
A
D
A
A
A
Any
other
discussion
he
just
basically
is
running
a
town
financial
meeting,
all
in
favor
aye
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it.
B
B
One
we've
got
two
I'd
like
to
recommend
both
of
them:
judy
jackson
and
also
joseph
laurent,
oh
joe
joe,
was
new
to
serving
he
was
on
shipyard,
but
he
worked
for
the
housing
authority
for
many
many
years.
So
I'd
like
to
get
back
there
and
help
out
the
people
that
used
to
work
with
every
day.
F
F
A
D
A
Second,
there's
five
names,
yeah,
all
the
ones
from.
A
A
So
the
only
one
I
is
mrs
saying
I'm
in
here
tonight.
No,
so
we
can
discuss
what
we
want
to
do
here.
If
anybody
has
a
name,
they
want
to
move
yeah.
F
A
And
I'll,
second,
that
for
discussion,
I
think
personally,
if
we
did
put
another
pension
member
on
the
pension
board,
I
think
if
we
went
with
a
third
one,
that
you
know,
we
I'm
not
saying
lose
control,
but
it
would
be
kind
of
a
scenario
that
they
have
in
providence
right
now,
and
I
know
the
former
pension
gym
and
did
speak
to
me
about
this.
Prior
to
this.
This
was
going
back
a
couple
of
months
ago
when
we
put
a
second
pensioner
on
he.
He
said
whatever
you
do.
A
B
A
great
resume
you
know
I'd
like
to
I
mean
if,
if
she
doesn't
get
a
point
at
this
point,
I
certainly
would
like
to
consider.
C
C
A
All
right
right
now
we
have
a
motion
on
the
floor
for
edward
fonseca
with
a
second
by
me
all
in
favor
aye.
F
F
B
I
There's
just
a
couple
things
I
passed
out
to
everyone,
one
of
the
road
bombs
just
to
let
you
see
ballpark
where
they
came
in.
I
think
it
was
a
pleasant
surprise
that
the
numbers
came
in
as
low
as
they
did
and
a
lot
of
that
is
driven
by
the
fact
that
oil
is
so
low
right
now
in
the
interest
of
timing
and
to
make
sure
we
get
this
locked
up
as
soon
as
possible
and
lock
in
these
prices.
I
We
do.
We
don't
have
another
council
meeting
until
the
end
of
the
month.
When
we
do
the
the
sewer
budget.
I
prefer
not
to
wait
that
long
to
get
this
bit
awarded.
We
do
have.
C
I
F
F
B
I
All
right
so
we'll
put
that
on
for
our
for
next
week.
The
only
thing
just
to
give
you
a
heads
up,
I
will
be
out
of
the
state,
I'm
in
boston,
thursday,
night
and
friday
for
a
it's
actually
an
interesting.
I
It's
a
it's,
a
interactive
seminar
sponsored
by
the
boston,
federal
reserve
and
the
lincoln
land
policy
institute,
and
it's
on
fiscal
health
of
new
england,
cities
and
towns,
and
they
asked
me
to
go
up
and
attend
this
and
be
part
of
the
the
discussion
group
so
I'll
be
up
there,
thursday
night
and
friday,
and
also
the
20th,
the
23rd
I'll,
be
in
maryland
for
the
icma
regional
conference
as
president
of
the
state
organization,
I'm
required
to
attend
so,
but
in
both
cases
john
cemino
I'd
like
to
put
him
as
acting
in
my
place,
while
I'm
away,
obviously
with
your
approval
for
the
charter.
I
F
F
B
F
B
F
I
And
so
I've
asked
pictures.
I've
asked
mark
carullo
to
get
a
hold
of
d.o.t
they're,
the
ones
that
did
the
road
work
there.
We
brought
it
to
their
attention
when
they
were
doing
that
construction
that
that
was
going
on.
They
blew
us
off,
but
obviously
now
it's
become
an
issue.
F
F
I
E
Hello
again,
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
we
have
some
rfps
that
were
one
rfp
that
were,
we
did
receive
some
bids
for
for
the
tax
collection,
delinquent
tax
collection
rose
and
I
will
be
sitting
down
going
through
those
bids
and
we'll
be
making
a
recommendation
to
award.
This
is
for
the
delinquent.
E
Excuse
me,
the
delinquent
accounts
that
mccormick
has
been
collecting
for
us
for
many
years
has
been
out
to
bid
for
a
while.
So
we
did
decide.
This
is
something
that
we
should
do
this
year,
so
we
did
receive
five
bids,
we'll
be
analyzing
those
and
presenting
them
to
the
council
at
a
later
date
for
your
approval.
We
also
are
required
every
year,
every
three
years,
I'm
sorry
to
go
out
to
bid
for
auditing
services.
External
auditing
services.
Markham
actually
is
in
the
process
of
the
last
thought.
E
It
was
their
final
year
of
the
three-year
contract,
so
we
are
working
on
a
rfp
to
send
out
which
we
will
need
to
send
to
the
auditor
general's
office
for
his
approval
prior
to
sending
it
out,
and
what
I
look
to
do
is
at
the
next
meeting.
I'll
just
give
you
an
update
as
to
his
approval
and
where
we
are
in
the
process
looking
to
try
to
have
that
company
in
place
prior
to
the
end
of
june.
E
Although
the
audit
doesn't
technically
start
till
sometime
july
or
august,
we
do
want
to
get
that
out
of
the
way
sooner
rather
than
later.
In
terms
of
last
quarter,
I
had
provided
the
council
with
an
update
as
of
that
point
in
date
or
point
in
time
as
of
december,
I
am
working
on,
although
the
month
just
ended.
I
am
working
on
putting
together
another
quarterly
report
through
the
end
of
march,
which
will
include
some
preliminary
projections
as
to
how
this
fiscal
year,
you
know,
will
look.
E
So
I
just
want
to
mention
that
I've
also
worked
on
getting
more
timely
reports
from
the
system
and
with
the
new
system.
Now
we're
able
to
actually
have
you
know
better
reporting
and
more
timely.
So
I
look
forward
to
being
able
to
provide
those
to
you
on
a
regular
basis.
E
F
F
Ward,
one
just
with
that
problem
there,
the
other
thing
was
the
roads.
After
a
while,
when
we
got
caught,
they
did
a
good
job
in
ward,
one
dpw.
I
want
to
thank
them.
I
mean
they
got
caught
without
the
plows
on
their
trucks.
I
knew
what
they
had
to
do.
To
get
it.
Wakefield
street
was
a
mess.
There
was
accidents
all
over
the
place,
the
school,
my
god,
some
people
shouldn't
even
drive
in
the
snow,
but
anyway
everything's
quiet
in
one
just
waiting
for
the
robot
money.
A
Two,
that's
me
again,
as
we
say
the
last
couple
meetings
ago,
as
long
as
the
weather
holds
out,
we're
looking
for
the
third
week
of
feb
april
for
the
tree
to
be
planted
in
phoenix.
I've
also
still
continuing
working
on
getting
that
log
into
benches.
So
we're
just
waiting
on
a
couple
estimates.
There.
A
So
hopefully,
we'll
be
all
ready
by
early
june
and
have
a
whole
new
park
over
there
and
fix
some
we're
gonna
fix
some
of
the
lighting
fixtures
down
there
and
that
aren't
working
properly
and
some
chains
for
the
ballast
in
between
kids
have
been
hanging
on
that
and
they've
been
snapping
them.
So
we'll
probably
get
some
new
hardware
down
there
race
over
feel.
Actually,
it's
kind
of
weird
to
be
talking
about
this,
but
baseball
season
opening
day
for
baseball
in
west
warwick
is
april
23rd
field.
A
Cleanup
is
this
sad
day
in
all
the
baseball
fields
and
softball
fields
down
in
our
river
point,
but
there's
also
earth
day
that
I
wanna.
I
know
the
taybacks
are
very
coordinate,
coordinating
that
with
jay
messier
back
there
for
earth
day.
So
we
have
baseball
fields,
bike
path
in
earth
day,
all
going
on
the
same
day
so
and.
A
The
river
walk,
so
if
everybody,
you
know
anybody
wants
to
volunteer
or
spend
some
time
anywhere
this
weekend,
you
know
westwork
is
cleaning
up.
I
know
a
lot
of
people.
I've
sent
somebody
sent
me
a
picture.
Actually
it
was
on
facebook,
but
they
called
me
out
and
on
it
rich
there's
I
mean
people
can
understand,
the
winter
is
just
finishing
up.
A
Snow
is
just
clearing
and
some
business
properties
like
angel
you
sent
over
that
picture
with
all
the
garbage.
That's
in
it.
You
know
we
got
to
give
we'll,
give
them
notice,
but
we
got
to
give
them
fair
time
to
clean
up
some
of
the
properties.
You
know
because
some
of
that
I
use
richie
furniture
for
an
example.
A
That's
on
the
bottom
of
a
hill
and
everything
from
the
top
of
the
hill
blows
down
into
that
gentleman's
property,
and
they
obviously
don't
get
a
chance
to
clean
it
all
winter
and
soon
as
the
snow
melts,
people
are
complaining
about
the
looks,
but
we're
working
on
it.
Richie
furniture
will
get
their
property.
You
know
the
trash
they're
gonna
do
the
same
thing
like
a
little
pickup.
You
know
it's
just
a
matter
of
they
complained
about
over
the
weekend.
We
got
four
to
six
inches
of
snow.
A
You
can't
see
it
right
now,
but
once
it
melts
they'll
see
it
once
again,
so
you
know
so
anybody
wants
to
volunteer
this
weekend.
I
think
they're
gathering
here
jay.
Where
are
they
gathering
right
here
at
centerville
bank.
J
A
So
we
have
a
bunch
of
stuff
this
weekend
this
weekend,
yeah,
if,
if
weather
permits,
did
you
get
that?
Oh
you
asked
me
about
the
earth
yeah
ball
field.
Cleanup
is
this
weekend
opening
day
is
the
23rd
but
also
earth
day
and
all
the
other
cleanups
are
going
on
on
the
23rd.
So
if
anybody
wants
to
volunteer,
I'm
sorry
no
confusion
there.
That's
all!
I
really
have
again.
I
know
we
all
got
our
phone
calls
about
the
snow
and
whatever
fred-
and
I
were
talking
about
earlier
superintendent
canceled
school.
A
The
last
time
we
didn't
get
any
snow.
The
weather
men
said
we're
going
to
get
one
to
three
inches,
so
we
didn't
cancel
school.
Well,
we
after
10
o'clock
it
stopped
snowing
and
all
of
a
sudden
11
30.
It
didn't
stop
and
it
came
down
fast
and
hard.
So
I
think
we
got
the
most
power.
You
know
we're
only
around
seven
yeah
and
I
think
west
warwick
I
hit
the
hottest
actually
yeah.
A
So
I
mean
at
the
end,
if
you
do
you
damned,
if
you
don't,
you
know,
and
the
nice
thing
is
at
the
end
of
the
night,
we
all
received
the
robocall.
If
anybody.
A
Well,
that
was
that
was
a
totally
different
robocall,
but
we
got
the
robocall
saying
that
all
the
children
and
the
bus
drivers
were
all
home
safe
last
night
and
then
this
morning
at
5
30
in
the
morning
or
4
30.
In
the
morning
you
received
the
phone.
A
A
Ironically,
I
almost
did
what
three
yeah.
B
The
the
bridge-
I
don't.
I
We're
meeting
with
the
owners
the
end
of
thursday
next
week
and
we're
gonna
have
basically
it's
a
pre-construction
meeting
with
them.
Fema's
approved
everything
so
we're
sitting
down
with
the
owners,
because
it's
on
their
property
they've
got
to
take
the
lead
on
the
construction
like
they
did
when
it
was
built.
So
so
we're
having
that
meeting.
Yep
now,
they've.
I
Yep
so
devcon
mike
carrington,
who
did
the
original
work
out?
There
is
still
on
board,
he's
they're
the
company
that
led
the
basically
gc
that
project
and
he's
on
board
again
to
do
it.
This
time
he's
also
on
board
to
do
the
gc
for
the
for
lipid
mill
that
project
they
met
today.
B
B
Okay,
good
so
david
as
the
de
facto
special
events
coordinator.
B
Great,
maybe
we
should
have
an
event
down
at
when
they,
when
we
open
up
the
reopen
up
the.
G
B
All
right.
Also,
bob
boya
had
sent
me
a
a
graphic
of
all
the
roads
up
on
auto
autokill,
that's
going
to
be
revamped
or
redone,
and
and
thank
you
bob
as
soon
as
soon
the
sooner
you
start
the
better.
What
will
it
accomplish
once
it's
done.
J
J
The
from
the
london
avenue
heading
westerly,
all
those
roads
will
be
a
new
water
line,
will
be
in
place
now.
The
good
thing
about
that
is
any
road
that
we
replace
a
water
line.
We
have
to
pave
curb
the
curb
it
doesn't
cost
a
taxpayer
a
dime.
J
J
Presently,
we
are
in
excess
of
80
streets
that
kent
county
water
has
paved
with
no
cost
to
the
town
curbed.
The
curb
now
that
is
saving
the
taxpayer,
a
tremendous
amount
of
money
the
presently
we
are
applying
to
puc
for
a
rate
case,
which
will
allow
us
to
bond
some
money
to
do
more
work.
J
Georgia
and
I
have
championed
champions
to
get
these
roads
done,
and
fortunately,
we've
been
able
to
pull
off
resurfacing
all
these
roads,
but
better
than
that
we're
replacing
water
lines
which
get
constricted.
In
time.
We
have
a
four
inch
line
or
a
60
slime.
J
Slag
builds
up
inside
I'll
call
it
slag
and
there's
actually
maybe
four
inches
diameter.
J
Now
we
need
that
diameter
to
fight
fires,
if
you
remember
a
while
back-
maybe
oh
I'll
guess,
maybe
15
years
ago
down
in
natick,
the
water
line
was
constricted
and
we
didn't
have
enough
water
to
put
the
fire
out
where
there
was
a
death.
J
So
we're
we're.
That's.
A
J
Not
thinking
about
the
past,
I'm
looking
ahead
the
well,
we
have
a
a
tremendous
program
going
and
by
puc
standards
we
have
to
have
a
five-year
plan
as
to
what
we're
going
to
be
doing
now.
Your
your
warded
was
part
of
the
five-year
plan,
so
we'll
be
starting
that
shortly
and
right
now
we're
working
on
mary
avedo,
but
we've
got
we've
got
one
hell
of
a
program
going
and
westwork
is
benefiting
tremendously,
curb
the
curb
no
cost,
plus
new
water
line,
better
fire
protection.
J
J
J
Oh,
you
did
I,
I
got
to
say
that
we're
all
grateful,
but
it's
very
it's
very
disruptive.
When
we
go
in
it's,
it
gets
messy
and
the
big
thing
is.
J
J
It
breaks
and
we're
replacing
we've
replaced
a
tremendous
amount
of
that
pipe.
We
will
not
use
it.
The
we
only
use
ductile
iron,
we
don't
use
plastic,
we
plastic
compresses
and
you
get
a
a
a
horizontal
crack
and
it's
tough
to
find
the
origin
of
that
leak
yeah.
So
we
only
use
dr
lion,
which
is
the
only
pipe
you
can
use.
B
J
But
we've
we've
got
a
we've,
got
a
a
program,
I'll
toot,
my
heart,
a
little
bit
yeah.
We
were
selected
as
number
one
in
new
england
for
the
way
the
county
water
is
run
and
there
are
thousands
of
water
companies
in
new
england.
So,
and
so
you
know
more
so
you
know
more.
J
The
kent
county
water
has
been
selected
as
the
second
best
water
in
the
country,
equality
and
number-
one,
I
believe,
is
in
texas
somewhere
in
texas.
I
think
it's
austin
texas,
so
we're
pretty
proud
of
the
the
program
we've
got
where
we're
heading
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
replace
pipe
in
west
warwick
and
the
other
towns,
but
do.
J
B
Lot
that
was
robert
boyer
president
of
the
kent
county
water
authority,
right
just
so
that
they
know
him.
Chairman.
Sorry,
chairman
you've
done
my
ministry.
G
A
few
weeks
back,
I
met
with
about
25
to
30
residents
on
harley
street.
I
invited
mark
cruel
of
the
town
planner,
there's
a
new
business,
that's
going
in
behind
there
and
the
property
directly
adjacent
to
their
homes,
which
used
to
visually,
be.
Essentially,
the
woods
was
actually
a
commercial
industrial,
zoned
piece
of
property
that
has
been
subjected
to
littering
and
dumping
and
vandalism
and
people
living
on
the
property
for
years.
G
So
a
lot
of
them
had
concern
because
the
new
business
owner
came
in
and
cleared
out
a
lot
of
the
trees,
so
their
view
out
their
back
door
changed
dramatically.
It
went
from
being
essentially
the
woods
to
what
used
to
be
left
of
the
crompton.
G
Well,
what's
left
now
of
the
crompton
mill
and
everything
up
the
hill
going
towards
cawisa,
so
I
met
with
those
residents
just
because
they
had
a
lot
of
questions
and
a
lot
of
concerns
because
many
of
them
lived
there
when
the
mill
first
burned
down,
I'm
not
even
sure
what
year
did
the
crompton
mill.
G
Okay,
so
a
lot
of
them
were
there,
so
a
lot
of
them
had
questions
regarding
that
and
a
lot
of
them
had
questions
about
what
the
business
owner
was
going
to
be
doing.
The
business
owner
and
his
wife
were
there
and
their
dog
and
they
were
very
nice
and
they,
you
know
they
answered
all
the
questions
they
could
answer
for
the
residents
and
I
think
everything
worked
out.
G
A
couple
residents
were
still,
you
know,
upset,
because
you
know
the
change,
I
think
was
their
biggest
concern,
but
for
the
most
part
many
residents
were
glad
one,
one,
woman,
elderly
woman.
She
was
actually
so
happy
that
this
person
came
in
because
a
tree
all
the
trees
on
that
property
were
falling
into
her
yard.
Every
time
it
was
a
tropical
storm,
so
she
was
like
I'm
so
glad.
Somebody
came
in
and
leveled
all
those
trees,
so
mixed
opinions,
but
you
know
it
was
good.
A
Know
also,
you
won't
see,
I
know,
I
know
this
probably
an
angel.
You
know
this
property
because
we
bought
messi's
property
and
we
used
to
get
a
phone
call
and
we
see
bob.
He
would
tell
us.
People
would
be
dumping.
Couches
mattresses
tires
and
everything
else
in
there.
Now,
this
new
person's
in
there
and
keeping
it
clean.
F
G
C
Yeah,
the
entire
council
received
a
letter
from
a
gentleman
on
st
on
drive
with
concerns
about
the
condition
of
trees
on
east
greenwich
avenue.
I
had
actually
met
with
dave
lombardi
last
year,
because
the
gentleman
had
the
same
concern
had
our
arborist
go
out
about
a
year
ago.
We
actually
did
cut
down
one
tree
on
east
greenwich
avenue
that
was
kind
of
hanging
into
the
road.
C
So
I've
asked
fred
to
have
someone
from
the
deep
pw
meet
directly
with
the
gentleman
at
his
convenience
and
we'll
mark
these
trees
have
the
arbors
to
go
out
again
the
last
time
it
was
a
little
bit
difficult
because
he's
you
know,
you've
got
thousands
of
trees
literally
to
look
at
and
he
looked
at.
You
know
as
many
as
he
could.
We
found
one
that
it
was
was
an
issue.
So
this
time
we're
asking
to
be
a
little
bit
more
specific
and
we'll
mark
those
and
have
the
arbors
go
out
again.
A
A
But
probably
a
ping
pong
ball,
but
they're
solid
and
you
know,
and
as
people
are
driving
by
I
guess
what
happened
was
people
would
be
driving
by
and
all
sort
of
feel
somebody.
It
seemed
like
somebody
threw
something
in
your
car
or
you
got
hit
real
hard
with
an
acorn
put
a
dent
in
the
car.
Well,
they
would
knock
on
the
resident's
doors.
A
Saying
hey
your
tree
just
caused
damage
to
my
car.
So
but
it's
hanging
over
the
road.
So
the
question
was
who's
responsible
for
that
tree.
So
that's
why
I
poured
that
off
on.
F
Mean
you
look
at
look
at
that
poor
couple,
that
the
tree
limb
fell
on
their
car
and
and
and
killed
them
instantly,
and
you
know
we
had
the
same
problem:
brian
on
old,
natick
road,
where
the
sewer
plant
is,
I
mean
we
kept
telling
the
utilities
companies.
F
F
D
pension
board,
one
with
the
term
to
expire,
11,
18,
16.
board
of
assessment
one
three
year
term.
Should
we
just
fill
the
pension
book
right.
A
A
You
know
I
I
can
throw
this
out
there,
anybody
who
likes
to
work
with
children
or
situations
with
children-
I
think
mrs
padula
can
attest
to
it.
She
was
on
the
board
for
many
years.
You
know
the
juvenile
hearing
board
is
you
know
if
you've
got
time
on
your
hands
and
you're
retired,
and
you
want
to
work
with
children
and
make
sure
they
get
the
proper
guidance.
You
know
there's
a
board
for
you
right
here.
A
If
anybody
wants
to
recommend
or
talk
to
a
friend
or
neighbor
who
may
want
to
go
on
that
board
again,
you
basically
are
helping
guide
the
children
who
are
getting
in
trouble
or
may
get
in
trouble
and
you're
helping
them
with
their
decisions
and
you're,
essentially
not
saying
you're,
punishing
them,
but
you're
working
with
them
and
helping
them
grow
up
in
this
town.
A
And
you
know
it
takes
a
lot
on
that
board
because
you
you've
got
to
you've,
got
to
really
think
about
the
child
or
the
individual
that
you're
dealing
with
and
work
with
the
police
department
and
the
board
and
make
those
decisions.
So
everybody
wants
to
go
on
that
board
and
this
is
how
many
years
did
you
serve
on
that
board
eight
to
ten
years,
and
you
got
to
learn
a
lot
about
the
kids.
A
Yes,
you
know,
and
and
if
anybody
knows
I
know,
the
bedouins
have
always
been
involved
in
leagues
and
stuff
like
that
so
but
to
getting
involved
with
the
children
and
keeping
you
know
guiding
them
is
a
good
thing.
So
if
you
know
anybody
who's
willing
or
wanting
to
do
something
like
that,
you
know
suggest
at
this
time
it's
usually
a
board
that
you
usually
do
not
have
a
problem
feeling,
but
for
some
reason
this
has
been
open
for
over
a
year.
F
B
J
F
A
C
I
do
yeah
john
dominco
20
drawbridge
drive.
I
wasn't
aware
that
there
was
a
position
that
needed
to
be
filled,
I'm
assuming
that
someone
is
expiring,
but
they
they
would
want
to
continue.
C
E
F
All
right
public
comment:
I
just
got
one
thing:
are
we
getting
any
information
about
the
our
veterans
coordinator?
I
thought
we
were
supposed
to
have
it
on
the
agenda.
H
H
Does
it's
it's
a
different
thing,
so
what
we're
doing
is
taking
the
highlights
out
of
everything
we
can
basically
putting
together
the
application
or,
however,
you
want
the
announcement
to
go
out.
If
it's
going
to
be
it's
not
really
our
quest
for
the
polls
about
just
an
advertisement,
but
I
mean
obviously
some
of
the
things
that
we
talked
about
some
of
the
highlights,
but
it
seems
that
I
think
you
said
no
smithfield.
They
have
I'm
sorry.
Verovo
has
an
actual
appointed
person
that
the
manager
up
there
couldn't
tell
fred
how
they
got
appointed.
H
Little
ladies
yeah,
we
don't
want
a
nine-page
application,
no
simple
and
make
it
nice
and
simple.
Then,
if
the
more
people
apply,
if
you
want
to
have
a
manager
recommend
a
name
or
tweet
names
to
you,
so
you
can
interview
them
or
if
you
want
to
interview
everyone,
you
know
really
we're
going
to
need
a
little
bit
of
well.
I
And
I
actually
I
I
did
meet
with
the
director,
the
new
director
of
veterans
affairs
and
explained
to
him
this
whole
situation
and
he
was
thrilled
that
we
are
doing
this
going
through
this
process
and
putting
it
in
writing
and
doing
it
the
right
way,
because
he
said
he
knows
and
going
around
busy
he's
visiting
every
community,
and
he
said
it's
all
over
the
place
and
so
to
have
a
good
example
that
then
he
can
share
with
everyone
else,
because
he
wants
it
to
be
codified
in
something
that
everybody
should
be
doing,
and
so
it's
not
just
a
fly-by-night
kind
of
thing.
I
A
I
have
about
20
free
tickets
to
the
garden
brothers.
Three
ring
reels
thrill
circus
at
the
ryan
center
for
sunday
april
17th.
If
anybody
would
like
some
tickets,
we
get
them
every
year.
They
drop
them
off
front
counter,
but
they
also
send
them
to
me.
That's
the
council.
So
if
anybody
wants
any
tickets
they're
up
here,
it's
eight
dollars
value.
So
if
you
need
four
tickets,
that's
32
bucks.
You
say
thank
you!
A
I
Ed
fun
seeker
from
fort
garfield
terrace
award
one
okay.
I
just
want
to
take
this
time
to
thank
the
council
for
having
this
confidence
in
me.
Okay,
I
really
appreciate
it
and
I
know
it's
a
it's
a
tough
decision
to
make.
I
mean,
there's
a
lot
of
things
you
need
to
look
at
but
again
going
to
my
experience
25
years
over
20
27
years
and
I
think
I'll
be
an
asset
to
the
pension
board
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
meeting
them.
Thank
you.
