any

any
public

here,
none
all

Those

Cancellation

the

three

ninety

presented
to
the

for
approval
of
the
town

in
accordance
with
article
25
section,
five
of
the
west

code
of
ordinances,
is
hereby
approved.
The
original
list
is
on
file
in
the
office
of
the
tax,
assessor
move.
A
B
As
you
know,
I've
been
working
for
quite
some
time
with
solicitor
d
fiore
and
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
we're
trying
to
create
a
comprehensive
rewrite
and
amendment
of
the
present
zoning
code
regarding
wind
energy
systems,
specifically
the
installation,
the
sighting
the
locations
of
these
wind
turbines.
B
In
my
opinion,
you
know
at
this
point
with
a
lot
of
work
still
to
be
done.
It
doesn't
really
make
sense
to
be
accepting
applications.
I
feel
like
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction,
but
under
the
current
ordinance,
it's
not
in
the
best
interest
of
the
town
to
be
doing
this,
so
I
am
asking
for
a
six-month
moratorium.
A
B
Because
solicitor
d
fiore
is
certainly
moving.
The
right
direction,
he's
been
collecting
a
lot
of
information,
analyzing
a
lot
of
information,
and
we
just
want
to
be
able
to
take
our
time
on
it.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
doing
it
right.
F
G
A
matter
of
pending
right
now
that
directly
relates
to
this.
However,
it's
in
the
superior
court
there's
a
motion
to
dismiss
out
for
next
week.
We
feel
confident
because
of
the
filing
issue
that
the
town's
going
to
be
successful.
However,
I
think
this
has
more
to
do
with
the
big
picture
of
the
town
as
a
whole.
Not
this
specific
piece
of
land,
no.
G
In
the
hopper
is
the
the
prior
matter,
which
is
a
appeal
of
his
own.
We.
A
I'll
be
honest,
I
just
had
a
resident
call
me
today:
they
want
to
put
a
pool
in
their
yard,
they
need
to
go
to
zoning.
It's
gonna,
take.
C
A
I
I
was
gonna
say
what,
in
the
event
that
they
didn't,
the
motion
to
dismiss
was
not
granted
and
it
was
referred
back
to
the
zoning
board.
This
would
not
impact
that.
A
A
B
So
we
are,
we
absolutely
absolutely.
There
are
currently
three
turbines
in
carpentry
that
we
are
benefiting
from.
This
is
specifically
for
turbines
in
west
warwick.
B
A
We
we
all
know,
let
me
answer
that,
because
one
thing
the
previous
council
decided
when
we
went
with
the
wind
turbines
in
carpentry-
it's
not
in
our
town
right.
That
was
a
big
sale
for
us
because
and
councilwoman
augustine's,
actually
in
the
crowd
angelo
myself
back
in
2006
when
they
were
talking
about
putting
wind
turbines
behind
the
high
school
entire
tanglewood
neighborhood
was
here
and
totally
against
it
right
everybody's.
C
A
My
backyard
so
and
that's
what
individuals
like
if
somebody
wants
to
put
one
in
phoenix,
which
I
don't
know
where
they
put
it.
But
if
they
wanted
to
open
the
christmas
tree
yeah,
they
could
take
down
the
christmas
tree
and
put
it
right
there.
I
don't
know.
But
what?
What.
A
A
A
K
F
I
I
D
L
I
I
brought
this
up
because
a
constituent
award
4
had
called
me
a
few
months
ago,
and
he
had
mentioned
that
this
his
issue
started
last
year
and
he
spoke
with
former
councilman
kennigan
and
we
were
in
the
latter
stages
of
it.
So
I
spoke
with
fred.
L
I
do
want
to
read
his
email
to
me,
so
there's
no
miscommunication-
and
I
want
to
turn
this
over
to
fred,
because
I
think
we're
in
the
final
stages
of
what
we
want
to
do,
but
you
you
and
angela
were
here,
so
you
should
be
able
to
shed
some
light,
there's
an
issue
with
water
runoff
from
a
commercial
address
onto
this
constituent's
property,
and
this
is
what
it
says.
L
Good
morning,
mr
lachary,
the
commercial
address
is
245
quaker
lane
the
building
is
rented
out
currently
by
crossfit
gamut
and
I
believe,
some
type
of
vehicle
repair
maintenance,
business.
The
building
is
owned
by
jeff
runlett.
When
I
first
bought
my
house
245
quaker
lane
it
was
all
dirt,
so
I
never
had
any
runoff
issues
about
a
year
or
so
after
I
bought
my
house.
245
quaker
lane
was
paved.
L
L
I
have
had
to
dig
a
trench
to
redirect
the
water
and
I
will
be
doing
more
work
to
the
trench
as
over
over
time.
It
gets
worn
down
due
to
erosion
from
the
water.
At
this
point,
I'd
like
to
turn
this
over
to
fred,
because
this
was
something
that
was
ongoing
from
last
year.
So
I
really
want
to
bring
this
up
as
a
discussion
purpose
for
for
clarification
for
the
three
us
three
who
are
new.
F
Well,
if
I
can
remember
writing
david
before
you
get
to
fred
we've
had
this,
we
have
a
zero
tolerance
for
runoff.
We
had
many
discussions
it's
hard
to
enforce.
We
cannot
enforce
the
audiences
we
have,
except
for
certain
situations
like
you're
having
right
now
with
your
constituent.
We
had
numerous
discussions
about
it.
Phyllis
was
here
david
myself,
mark
and
ed,
and
our
problem
was
enforcing
only
the
ones
that
affected
people
directly
like
when
you
build
a
wall.
F
They
put
drain
holes
in
the
wall
for
the
water
not
to
back
up
in
your
yard,
and
they
do
run
on
the
street.
That's
considered
a
runoff,
but
they
go
into
the
drains.
They
would
divert
them
to.
If
we
didn't
have
that,
they
would
divert
them
to
other
people's
yards,
which
we
didn't
want
right.
We
figured
our
drains
there's
a
lot
of
illegal
drainage.
Going
on
in
this
town.
F
Dave,
lombardi
and
freddie
can
tell
you
when
we
paved
some
streets
for
years,
they
had
their
pipes
connected
to
the
to
the
drains
it's
illegal,
but
they
have
nowhere
to
put
the
water,
so
we
more
or
less
lift.
You
know
we
look
the
other
way
because
it
wasn't
affecting
anyone
that
was
going
into
our
system
when
it
affects
a
person
like
you
now
you
I
don't
know
of
what's
going
on
there,
but
there
is
zero
tolerance
for
water
runoff.
So
when.
A
A
Instance,
right
now,
if
you
build
a
house,
you
basically
gotta
put
almost
like
a
almost
like
a
stone
well
system
in
of
your
own
and
that's
where
your
water
goes
off
to
and
whatever
it
may
be.
I
know
I
just
had
the
situation
last
week.
I
know
I
sent
a
text
message
over
or
an
email
over
to
dave,
lambari
and
fred.
You
know
saying
you
know
we,
we
don't
have
a
zero
tolerance
for
runoff
and
it
was
actually
town
property
runoff.
A
So
you
know
I
was
like
we
need
to
get
this
resolved
because
how
do
we
enforce
other
peoples
and
we
don't
even
force
our
own,
so
I
can
understand
it
and
especially
when
somebody
paves
you
just
don't
know,
what's
going
to
happen
because,
like
you
said
it's
not
absorbing
anymore
right,
so
you
know
their
gutters
and
all
that
should
be
tied
into
some
sort
of
system
right.
That's
that
that's
supposed
to
stop.
A
I
mean
natural
rain,
it's
a
little
tougher,
but
I
mean
it
just
but
again
when
somebody's
washing
a
car
and
it's
draining
towards
your
property,
it's
not
supposed
to
and
it's
not
to
go
in
the
drains
either.
So.
I
So
the
changes
are
pretty
subtle.
There
were
just
a
few
language
tweaks
that
marcarullo
did
to
allow
it
to
also
account
for
residential
properties,
because
basically
it
was
geared
toward
commercial
and
public
properties.
So
this
opened
it
up
and
made
it
any
runoff
at
all.
It
didn't
specify
that
it
was
you
know
industrial,
runoff
or
any
type
of
thing.
It's
all
run
off.
I
It's
not
allowed
to
go
on
to
another
person's
property,
and
if
it
is
then
you're
responsible
for
so
just
puts
the
language
in
there
we
already
had
the
stormwater
ordinance
in
place.
We
just
tweaked
the
language
a
bit
to
cover
all
occurrences,
and
then
this
gives
us
the
ability
to
then
go
out
and
enforce
it
once
approved.
Unless.
A
A
I
can't
say
I
do
much
about
it
because
it's
in
my
d,
except
for
not
expanding,
trying
not
to
expand
the
wetlands,
but
that's
about
it.
B
F
A
L
Didn't
get
into
anything
that
would
be
a
civil
map
with
that.
I'm
looking
at
this
point
where
this
this
constituent
can
then
take
this
up
with,
with
our
building
inspector.
L
A
D
A
Moving
second
discussion:
I
think
the
council
has
had
conversation
with
each
other
and
I'd
like
to
move
the
name
of
mark
carullo
as
interim
town
manager,
I'll.
F
A
Discussion
on
that,
I
had
a
conversation
with
mark.
He
did
say:
he'd
do
it
for
three
to
six
months.
A
He
does
not
have
no
interest
of
doing
it
permanently,
but
he
will
step
up
and
do
it
for
the
town
of
west
wall.
I
think
with
his
previous
administration
in
warwick
that
he
has
the
experience
and
I
think
personally,
with
an
hr
department
and
department
heads
we
have.
I
think
it
could
be
pretty
easy
on
him
for
the
most
part
he's
going
to
have
some
difficult
days.
A
But
he's
getting
red,
you
gotta,
keep
him
calm
over
there,
but
I
I
I
think
I
think
mock
will
do
fine
for
us,
while
we're
in
the
middle
of
a
hiring.
A
D
H
A
F
A
B
B
B
A
L
I
think
fred
do
do.
We
have
a
date
for
the
recreation
committee
to
meet
or
any
anything
coming
up
with
that.
K
A
Opposed
eyes
have
it
the
next
one
is
discussion,
action
senator
who
raptakus
and
pat
serpa
they're,
not
here,
so
we
can
skip
that
tonight.
L
Just
a
discussion
at
this
time,
I
I
drove
I
drove
by
the
pier
the
other
day
and
it
looks
it
looks
awesome.
It
looks
really
good
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
left,
but
I'd
like
to
bring
up
former
councilwoman
phyllis
gustafsson
to
to
talk
about
this.
She
actually
started.
She
began
the
whole.
This
whole
idea
and
this
whole
caller
program
this
whole
program
to
bring
a
fishing
pier
to
west
warwick.
L
G
J
J
J
He
started
fighting
and
you
can
see
that
vinnie
paz,
joey
calderon
and
he
was
a
golden
glove
over
there,
so
he
was
a
fighter
at
this
age.
So
this
is
when
I
met
him.
It
was
for
meet
and
street
school
and
all
the
proceeds
would
go
to
meet
and
see
school,
and
this
is
coventry
boxing.
When
I
first
he
first
took
my
heart,
so
you
all
got
a
picture
to
show
you
the
age.
J
J
J
J
J
J
J
J
And,
as
you
can
see
right,
he
boston
marathon,
new
york,
marathon,
breakers
marathon
ocean
state
marathon
majestic
place
marathon,
and
it
goes
on
and
on
right.
He
completed
so
many
things,
as
you
can
see
over
here,.
J
J
A
So
anyway,
I
want
to
cut
you
off
for
one
second,
I
just
want
to
go
through
these
marathons,
13,
boston,
marathons,
eight
new
york
city,
marathons,
three
breakers
marathons,
10
ocean
state,
marathons,
four
mystic
place
places
marathons
mount
washington,
roadway,
race,
hartford,
marathon,
disney
world
marathon
cox,
providence
marathon
was
his
latest
in
2008.,
so
in
2012
too
was
the
boston
was
the
latest
was
boston
marathon
and
I
will
say,
as
phyllis
has
said,
we
have
some
of
us
who
have
no
ailments
or
anything
wrong
with
us.
F
Just
one
thing
to
bring
up
about
jason
after
he
trained
so
hard
jason
was
a
good
friend
of
mine.
We
used
to
meet
at
barry's
every
friday
night,
barry's
disco,
barry's
birthday.
H
F
J
F
J
40.
so
I
started
when
I
was
councilwoman:
we
had
this
beautiful
piece
of
land
and
one
day
I
was
standing
there
with
bob
boyer
and
all
of
a
sudden.
I
said
bob
look
at
this
beautiful
piece
of
land.
What
can
we
do
right?
He
turned
around
and
says:
let's
make
a
beautiful,
handicapped
fishing
rod.
J
Well,
you
know
that's
stuck
in
my
brains.
These
gentlemen's
here
had
no
choice,
no
choice,
so
we
got
it
at
the
time
dem.
He
said,
and
there
was
a
handicap
just
like
this
right
in
western
coventry.
It
is
beautiful
right.
So
we
took
the
plants
from
that
habitable
pond
and
we
continue
through
the
course
of
this
it
started.
I
brought
it
to
the
council
and
these
guys,
like
I
said
I
will
thank
them
in
a
minute,
but
they
had
no
choice.
Really
they
heard
about
this.
Oh
there.
E
J
A
Investing
money
into
the
site
and
finding
out
after
the
fact
that
there
is
something
there,
because
at
one
point
that
was
part
of
the
mill
property.
I
spoke
with
the
town
manager
and
spoke
to
the
department
of
dm
and
asked
if
they
would
be
able
to
help
us
fund
it.
A
I'm
going
to
ask
the
council
to
do
me,
one
favor,
because
next
month
I
won't
be
here,
said
councilwoman
philomena,
gustin
I've
been
working
on
this
for
four
years.
I
want
this
handicapped
fishing
ramp
for
jason
pizzano.
Please
keep
me
in
touch
because,
if
dem
says
no
to
doing
phase
one,
I
will
get
the
money.
I
will
have
a
fundraiser.
I
did
promise
the
mother
and
he
deserves
it.
He
lived
in
a
wheelchair
for
40
years.
A
J
You
a
couple
weeks
ago,
I
stood
there
and
it's
beautiful
the
handy
catfishing
rack
is
almost
done.
It
is
beautiful
lower,
so
the
kids
with
wheelchairs
can
go
out
and
fish.
It
is
coming
out
most
beautiful.
I
would
like
the
town
to
be
involved
with
this
project
and
I'm
going
to
ask
jason
leciarti,
since
he
took
over
ward
4
to
finish
the
project.
For
me,
jason's
got
beautiful
ideas
of
putting
you
know
like
one
of
his
pictures
and
I
would
like
it
to
be
jason,
posano,
handicapped
fishing
room.
J
J
J
J
So
I
asked
this
council
but,
like
I
said,
jason
will
be
taking
over
because
we
would
try
see
how
much
money
is
left
because
we
would
like
to
put.
He
had
beautiful
idea
to
put
a
wooden
thing
down
and
with
jason
you
know
you
can
tell
them
more
about
it,
because
he's
got
better
ideas
than
I
do
so.
I
would
love
this
council
to
pass
this
for
jason
pizzano
tonight.
A
Phyllis,
I
want
to
be
honest
with
you
going
back
to
2008
2010
when
you
first
started
talking
about
this.
It
was
always
designated
for
jason
pizzano
and
I
do
not
disagree
with
you
at
all
on
this
and
it's
always
been
intended
for
jason
pizzano,
who
presented
it
to
this
council.
That
way,
and
I
commend
you
for
the
work
that
you
did-
you
drove
fred
nuts,
you
drive
drove
the
council
nuts
with
it,
and
then
you
know
you
you,
you
left
office
and
david
kenny
hand
came
in.
A
Say,
yes,
you
know
he
was
going
to
keep
it
going
and
even
though
you
know
fred
brought
back
they
they
found
different
ways
of
having
to
put
the
pairs
in
and
so
on,
and
it
was
extra
money,
dave
kenny
hand,
sat
here
and
said:
let's
do
it
and-
and
we
the
council
at
the
time,
said
we're
too
far
into
it-
we're
never
going
to
back
out.
We
promised
phyllis
jason's
here
now.
A
F
Again,
to
reiterate
what
dave
not
to
reiterate
what
david
said,
but
phil
has
worked
very
hard
on
this
and
it
kept
going
counselor
counsel,
councilman,
the
councilman
and
that's
how
we
want
our
community
to
think
that
we
don't
give
up
on
someone
who
fights
the
battle
every
day.
We
don't
know
how
lucky
we
are,
and
the
kid
was
a
great
kid
and
I
had
no
problem
with
jason
pizzano.
F
B
I
would
agree,
I
would
just
say
you
know
at
the
time
an
audience
member
I
mean
you
were
certainly
passionate
about
this
and
you've
done
something
great
here
really.
J
A
And
we
talked
about
it
and
you
know
we're
going
to
try
to
get
some
special
guests
there
for
opening
day.
J
A
With
you,
the
egg
hunt,
so
once
we
know
what
day
is.
L
I
think
going
forward,
it's
almost
ready
to
open,
so
we
have
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
events
coming
up
the
station
memorial,
your
mother
memorial
day,
I'm
looking,
let's
take
a
break
and
go
with
june
10th
that
week
weekend
of
june
10th,
let's
pick.
J
L
I
think
it's
a
great
addition.
You
know,
and
I'm
proud,
that
it's
in
ward,
4.
fishing
recreation,
you
just
appointed
a
new
recreation
committee
member,
so
it
ties
in
it's
gonna
be
in
all.
Access
like
like
phyllis
was
saying,
and
that.
J
A
D
A
Again,
fred
brought
this
to
us
john
cimino
and
him
will
be
available
between
may
11th.
I
I
know
I
posted
it
all
over
facebook
may
11th
3
p.m,
at
6,
00
p.m.
May
15
3
p.m,
to
6
p.m.
They'll
be
here
to
answer
any
questions
you
have
on
the
budget
and
then
and
changes
in
the
chambers
in
chambers
here
and
then
also
may
16.
A
H
Me
ask:
let
me
ask
something
I
know
somebody
me
and
you
and
me
and
john
talked
about
this
today.
Some
people
have
asked
about
it's
not
on
social
media,
putting
some
kind
of
a
video
where
people
can
ask
questions
there.
Some
I
would.
I
would
do
it
and
filter
the
questions
and
only
have
serious
questions,
but
we
don't
have
to
do
it
at
all
and
we
can
say
it
doesn't
have
to
be
done
at
all.
I
personally,
without.
A
H
H
The
cops
I
ran
into
that
when
the
chief
silva
was
there
and
I
stopped
taking
questions.
M
D
A
Discussion,
this
was
recommended
by
dave
ombari,
all
proper
paperwork
police
reports
pictures
were
all
provided.
So
we
put
this
on
the
agenda
to
improve
any
other
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye.
C
A
There
was
no
documentation,
there
was
no
pictures.
No
police
report
filled
out.
None
of
the
proper
paperwork.
N
A
F
All
right
because
I
would
have
said
they're
coming
to
the
wrong
person.
They
go
to
kent
county
for
reimbursement.
A
I
Just
a
couple
of
updates,
we
had
a
meeting
today
with
the
station
fire
memorial
group
just
to
firm
up
some
of
the
details.
As
all
of
you
are
aware,
the
opening
for
that
memorial
is
the
21st.
The
event
starts
at
1pm
and
that's
with
music.
I
believe
it's
steve
smith
and
the
nakeds
are
playing.
There's
the
the
speaking
portion
will
begin
at
roughly
two
o'clock.
I
All
parking
will
be
at
metlife
on
route,
two
that's
been
confirmed
and
there
will
be
buses
that
will
be
shuttling,
people
from
the
parking
lot
to
the
location,
because
there's
simply
nowhere
to
put
all
the
cars
and
all
the
people
at
that
point.
So
what
we're
going
to
do
is
there's
going
to
be
a
loop
that
runs
a
circle
down
behind
east
greenwich
avenue,
dropping
them
off
on
coolest,
so
it's
a
safe
place
for
them
to
exit
and
then
back
around
again
going
to
be
several.
I
Several
dignitaries
will
be
there,
including
former
governor
khachiri
and
his
wife,
who
are
the
co-chairs
of
the
of
the
foundation
governor
raimondo
will
be
there
we'll
have
senator
reid,
senator
whitehouse
all
confirmed
that
they
will
be
there,
but
they'll.
All
be
coming
immediately
following
the
uri
graduation,
so
they'll
be
coming
in
right
around
the
time
of
the
speaking
portion.
So
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
activity.
I
Our
police
department
is
coordinating
with
warwick's
police
department
because
obviously,
we've
got
both
towns
engaged
at
this
point,
with
the
parking
area
being
in
warwick
but
everything's
moving
according
to
schedule.
They
expect
that
they'll
be
able
to
get
their
final
inspections
done
for
the
park
memorial
on
the
17th
and
any
issues
that
might
come
up
address
those
by
the
19th
and
get
a
co,
because
they'll
need
a
certificate
of
occupancy
prior
to
the
date.
I
So
in
the
meantime,
we're
gonna
send
our
building
department
out
to
do
pre-inspections
to
make
sure
everything's
in
in
line
and
there's
no
surprises
towards
tail
end
of
this.
So
it's
all
coming
together,
they've
been
working
very
closely
with
us.
For
the
last
several
weeks,
we
will
be
providing
police
details
and
also
we'll
be
talking
with
they've
requested
today,
also
that
we
have
an
emt
rescue
available
because
it
might
be
a
hot
sunny
day
and
they
want
to
make
sure
that,
if
anything
happens,
anybody
there's
quick
access.
I
I
What
we've
asked
them
to
do?
It's
going
to
be
tough.
I
would
expect
you
know,
probably
in
the
neighborhood
of
a
thousand
or
more
and
but
what
we've
asked
they're
putting
out
facebook
blasts,
and
you
might
also
add
to
this
jay
to
have
everybody,
that's
planning
to
come
to
go
on
to
the
station
memorial
fund's
website
and
they're
going
to
have
an
event
bright.
I
There's
no
cost
to
register
for
this,
I'm
trying
to
get
a
wrong
a
rough
estimate,
so
we're
going
to
get
an
estimate
from
them
that
wednesday,
prior
to
the
event
and
again
on
the
friday,
immediately
before
again,
it's
just
ball
park.
We
know
there's
going
to
be
several
people
that
just
are
just
going
to
show
up
we'll.
Also
there
will
be
the
digital
signs
directing
people
to
the
parking
area.
We've
got
six
that
have
been
committed
to
this
event.
I
Ours,
as
well
as
warwick's
barrington,
actually
offered
their
signs,
and
they
said
that
they're
going
to
be
providing
them.
We
have
state
dot
signs,
so
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
flashing
signs
that
will
be
out
there
a
day
or
so
before
letting
people
know
where
to
go
so,
hopefully
we'll
keep
the
traffic
flow
in
check
and
make
sure
that
the
cuisine
area,
particularly
since
it
is
graduation
time-
and
we
know-
we've
already
confirmed
quesadilla-
does
have
graduation
events
at
the
same
time.
I
So
we're
going
to
have
to
obviously
contend
with
that,
but
they'll
have
access
to
their
site
and
we're
the
police
will
be
on
scene
as
well
to
make.
I
Reached
out
tried
to
get
some
assistance
on
there,
but
they're
they're,
aware
of
the
the
event-
and
you
know
they
know,
what's
going.
I
I'm
not
going
to
be
here,
but
so
we'll
have
to
the
council,
we'll
have
to
figure.
F
A
F
L
A
H
I
I
Okay
and
just
to
let
you
know,
I
will
be
thursday
being
a
holiday,
the
town
hall
will
be
closed,
which
is.
I
Rhode,
island
independence
day
we
go
through
this
every
year,
we're
one
of
the
few
communities
that
recognize
that,
so
the
town
hall
will
be
closed.
This
thursday
may
4th.
I.
I
H
I
So
we're
gonna
have
to
work
on.
I'm
gonna
sit
down
with
mark
about
several
projects
that
are
ongoing
and
we're
gonna
have
to
assign
some
responsibility
to
various
people.
They
want
to
do
a
meeting
with
the
people
that
will
be
on
the
administration
side
of
it.
So
basically
like
the
the
secretaries
and
the
at
dpw,
the
building
office
police
department.
That
will
be
fielding
these
complaints
and
directing
them
as
as
appropriate
and
going
up
on
the
site
and
updating
statuses
and
things
like
that.
I
So
they
want
to
do
a
meeting
with
that
group
as
soon
as
possible.
We're
going
to
try
to
schedule
something
for
next
week,
but
I'll
sit
down
with
mark
and
probably
yourself
and
we'll
go
through
the
details
with
katie
from
see
click
fix
and
those.
H
That
aren't
familiar
c
click
fix
is
gonna,
be
the
new
the
app
for
citizen.
H
O
O
If
the
council
recalls
several
months
back,
I
had
mentioned
that
the
state
approached
us
about
participating
in
a
transparency
portal
that
they
were
trying
to
put
online.
They
asked
them
out
of
the
39
communities
in
the
in
the
state.
They
asked
about
15
to
20
of
us
to
actually
participate
as
pilots
as
part
of
the
program.
O
Until
that
transitions
to
that
full
active
website
portal,
they've
asked
us
to
actually
provide
reports
in
all
for
in
the
old
format,
and
this
is
the
first
of
the
reports
that
we
actually
submitted.
This
is
for
the
month
of
december,
I
mean
there's
a
letter
there
from
suzanne
greshner
at
the
division
of
municipal
finance.
That
explains
a
little
bit
about
the
program
and
then
also
attached.
You
will
see
a
copy
of
the
report
that
actually
was
submitted,
signed
off
by
fred
myself,
karen
tava
savage
and
joe
spagner
on
the
school
department
side.
O
O
As
for
them
as
well
as
part
of
this
transparency
portal,
these
reports
are
made
available
on
our
website
and
they
are
posted
under
the
finance,
as
well
as
the
important
documents
area
of
our
website,
and
they
will
be
incorporated
into
the
state
our
website,
the
division
of
municipal
finance
as
well,
and
once
the
complete
transition
has
taken
place
to
the
portal.
There'll
be
more
interactive
means
for
the
public
to
actually
view
the
different
reports
that
are
there
versus
just
a
pdf
report
that
was
previously
previously
submitted.
O
So
I
just
wanted
to
you
know:
make
that
make
council
aware
of
it
as
well
as
any
of
the
you
know,
anybody
in
the
public
or
anyone
who's
on
the
website.
They
will
see
these
new
reports
that
will
be
there
until
we
get
to
that
point
where
it's
part
of
the
the
state
portal
itself.
O
D
I
B
H
Been
you've
been
put
in
judge
of
a
street
sweeper
update,
yeah.
H
B
A
I
will
tell
you
and
I'm
not
gonna,
take
any
credit
for
it,
but
tom
oates
had
a
very
excellent
idea
and
I
brought
it
to
dave
lombari.
You
know
when
we
know
we're
gonna
be
in
an
area
we
could
use
that
we
could
put
parking
bans
in
place.
It
doesn't
have
to
snow
to
put
a
parking
ban
in
place.
A
So
if,
if
we
use
that-
and
we
know
what
neighborhoods
we're
working
in,
we
can
use
that
red
alert
and
let
the
neighborhood
know
that
street
sweeping's
coming
and
the
cars
will
be
in
the
way
and-
and
that
was
a
very
excellent
idea-
tommy.
Thank
you.
So
how
long
in
advance
would
like
the
night
before?
Well,
it
would
be
the
night
before,
but
again
we
got
to
get.
We
got
to
get
buy-in
from
the
department
to
do
so.
Why.
C
L
Four,
a
few
things
in
ward,
four
one:
we
already
discussed
the
the
fishing,
the
fishing
pier
but
the
pulaski
street,
and
I
brought
this
up
several
times.
It
is
a
I
was
just
down
there
today
and
just
watching
and
just
with
cars
were
just
flying
by
and
flying
by.
The
the
bus.
Stop
is
an
issue
it's
in
the
wrong,
it's
in
the
wrong
spots
and
the
worst
spot.
L
It
can
be,
that's
something
I'm
gonna
be
bringing
up
soon
for
next
year,
but
those
I
I
call
them
pylons,
but
it
was
the
two
signs
that
were
in
the
middle
of
the
street,
where
dreamland
daycare
was
to
curb
the
speeding.
We
had
talked
about
how
they've
gone
missing.
N
F
N
F
L
I
just
thought
it
was
taking
what
I'd
like
to
do.
Is
I
I'd
like
to
bring
this
up
to
the
council,
I'm
all
for
stop
signs
over
there.
I
know
a
lot
of
people.
Aren't
I'm
trying
to
think
of
doing
something
that
something
needs
to
be
done
and
I
keep
bringing
it
up,
but
it's
time
to
do
something,
whether
it's
a
stop
sign
or
we
put
those
those
signs
back.
I
just
talked
with
freddie
gill.
He
said
that
900
bucks,
a
piece.
L
L
Expensive
than
a
stop
sign,
so
I
don't
want
to
just
go
out
and
say
and
make
a
make
a
pitch
to
go,
buy
those
and
have
them
get
destroyed
or
missing
again
at
eighteen
hundred
bucks
for
two.
So
but
something
has
to
be
done,
it's
it
is
a
cut
through
there
I'm
getting
many
complaints
from
many
neighbors
jay.
You
have
the
other
side
of
pulaski
street.
So
it's
covering.
A
That
admitted
as
a
strange,
the
strangest
thing
and
I'm
just
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
I
know
we,
we
put
these
things
in
place
and
councilman
giroux
at
the
time
had
them
put
in
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
he
got
a
phone
call
saying
they
didn't
want
him
there.
It
was
the
strangest
thing
because
there
was
a
group
that
wanted
them
and
a
group
that.
H
F
H
A
I
was
just
going
to
say
why
don't
the
two
of
you
get
together,
decide
what
you
want
to
do
with
your
award
and
bring
it
before
the
traffic
commission.
Let
them
decide
if
they
say
it's
not
feasible,
then
we
can
go
from
there
because
you
know
one
thing
I
I
I
just
went
through
this
on
night
street.
A
I
got
one
couple
of
residents
who
want
speed
homes,
and
then
I
got
a
couple
of
residents
who
don't
so
I'm
I'm
damned
if
I
do
damned,
if
I
don't
but
I'll,
tell
you
what
that's
a
great
place
for
a
good
sized
speed
bumper,
because
you're
right
it's
it's
always
since
I
was
a
teenager
going
through
there.
It
used
to
be
a
cut
through
and
from
college
you're.
F
Not
going
to
totally
have
to
act
before
someone
some
kid
god
bed
or
someone
gets
killed
there.
I
had
the
same
problem
on
wakefield
street
and
cones
helped
and
same
thing
with
david.
They
got
destroyed.
I
don't
know
how
they
hit
them,
but.
L
F
C
H
H
I've
got
a
couple
things
so
first
I
want
to
bring
up.
I
know
I
brought
it
to
you
first
and
I
also
spoke
to
dave
lombardi
about
the
sidewalk
in
front
of
30
border
street,
where
it
appears
that
it
may
have
caved
in
over
the
winter.
I
don't
know
I
don't
pictures
of
what
it
looked
like
before
the
resident
that
lives.
There
said
it
caved
in
a
lot
over
the
winter.
A
A
So
you
might
want
to
take
a
look
at
that
and
have
somebody
go
up
there
and
maybe
camera
a
couple
of
things
and
see
if
something's
going
on,
because
in
the
past
after
you
told
me
about
I
thought
about
it
later
on,
there
was
just
recently,
I
think
was
about
two
years
ago
a
lady's
sewer
backed
up
over
there
and
went
in
her
basement
and
they
ended
up
having
some
damages
on
the
street
and
so
on.
So
that
could
that.
H
A
L
A
I
had
to
figure
I
had
to
go,
get
the
address
again,
the
same
thing.
It's
like
they're
saying
it's
caved
in,
but
I
told
them.
If
it's
not
cave
and
it's
just
deteriorating,
it
may
be
your
responsibility,
but
you
also
got
to
remember.
We
do
have
a
program
in
place
that
if
they
want
to
repair
the
sidewalk,
the
town
will
reimburse
up
to
50
up
to
a
thousand
dollars.
So
it's
not
like.
A
H
Also,
I
want
to
bring
up
something
I
tried
to
get
on
the
agenda.
It
was
kind
of
late.
I
want
to
put
together
an
economic
business
advisory
panel.
I
think
too
often
we
talk
about.
What
can
we
do
to
help
businesses
out
and
I
don't
think
we're
talking
to
businesses
enough,
I'm
looking
to
put
together
a
panel
of
maybe
five
to
six
westwork
business
owners
come
together
with
the
council.
H
Even
if
the
council
knows
some
different
business
owners,
they
think
would
be
good
for
this
panel
and
maybe
they
can
meet
once
to
twice
a
month
and
discuss
different
things
in
this
town
that
they
think
we
can
do
to
help
them.
Whether
it's
you
know
different
ways.
We
can
expedite
the
process
and
getting
things
done
when
they
first
start
or
for
businesses
that
already
hear
some
ways
to
help
them.
You
know
I
know,
there's
some
easy
things.
You
know
they're
not
going
to
say
we
have
to
lower
taxes.
H
F
F
Absolutely,
and,
and
do
that
I
agree,
I
think
I
think
that'd
be
great
to
get
the
businesses
involved.
Maybe
more
people
would
get
involved.
You.
H
A
A
H
H
F
H
I
So
we'll
probably
be
looking
to
put
out
bid
specs
for
the
playground
piece
yeah
in
the
next
few
months.
The
orchard
is
planted
and
and
the
gazebo
is
now
I'm
the
not
the
gazebo,
the
trellis.
A
C
B
The
next
few
months-
I
I
guess
I
don't
know
if
I
would
address
this
too
freda
too-
maybe
dave
lombardi,
now
that
it's
springtime
and
everything's
storing
do
we
have
a
time
frame
on
the
replacement
of
all
the
makeshift
mailboxes.
I've
got
a
few
people
in
my
ward
asked
me
when
those
would
get
replaced.
C
I
A
Right
to
fred,
I
I
need
a
favor
from
you,
mr
grover
reached
out
to
me
via
text
message
through
my
daughter
may,
26th
or
june
2nd.
Is
the
time
they'd
like
to
do
a
school
field
trip
up
at
the
wind
turbines?
A
There's
a
little
issue,
though
bussing
they
don't
have.
Can
you
see
if
so
many
kids,
how
many
kids
well
the
issue?
Is
it's
not
in
the
budget?
The
question
wait.
A.
F
A
Yeah,
no
they're
talking
a
couple
of
eighth
grade
classes.
If,
if
we
can
reach
out
to
mark
and
see
if
he
would
supply
the
buses
that
day
or
if
we
can
get
ride
our
bus
and
f
our
bus
company
and
see
what
the
rate
is,
and
maybe
he
can
help
us
with
that
one
time
yes
or
if
not,
we
can
reach
out
to
ken
townsend
and
see
what
we
can
do
yeah.
A
But
if
we
can
get
pick
one
of
those
days
may
26th
or
june
2nd,
and
if
you
can
get
back
to
me.
So
I
can
let
mr
grover
know
that.
A
F
F
Bottom
line
brittle
couldn't
get
anybody
to
pay
for
him.
Why?
I
have
no
idea
so
kent
county
water
gave
a
contract
to
a
construction
company
which
I
don't
think
will
happen
again,
that
didn't
have
any
way
of
paving
the
road.
So
this
is
why
river
street
and
wakefield
street
now
cardi
just
got
the
bid
they
brittle
hired,
cardi
and
cardi
said
that
it
would
be
done
by
next
thursday.
They
would
stop
so
patricia
morgan
got
involved
in
it.
She
talked
to
cardi.
F
Personally,
I
didn't
talk
to
steven
yet,
but
this
is
what's
been
going
on.
This
is
the
kind
of
contractors
that
really
made
a
mess
of
our
roads.
The
our
automobiles
took
a
beating,
I'm
not
even
going
to
get
into
that
the
damage
that
I
sustained
or
other
people
there's
just
it's
just
unbearable
and
I'm
going
to
make
sure
that
we're
going
to
do
after
this
budget
season
after
the
budget.
I
want
to
bring
something
to
the
council.
David
come
up
with
some
ideas.
I
came
up
with
some
ideas
where
this
can't
happen.
F
We
we
cannot
let
a
road
go
like
that
in
any
water,
any
any
place
in
the
town
of
west
warwick,
where
it's
going
to
put
out
our
taxpayers.
We
pay
enough
in
taxes.
We
don't
need
to
have
more
damage
to
our
cars,
the
the
it
the
big
hassle.
That's
that
so
that's!
What's
going
on
there
number
two
is.
I
received
numerous
emails
about
bussing
and
I
just
looked
karen
tara,
savage
just
emailed
me.
F
I
didn't
have
a
chance
to
look
about
the
bus
company's
having
problems
with
bus
six,
which
is
wakefield
hills,
prospect
hill,
where
the
kids
are
getting
stranded
for
a
couple
of
hours
it's
and
they
blamed
it
on,
and
they
can't
get
any
results.
They
blame
it
on
one
girl's
out
on
maternity
leave.
Well,
that's
not
the
parents
problems.
F
You
know
the
children
are
small
kids.
The
parents
shouldn't
be
put
out
with
that.
I'm
going
to
see
what
karen
does.
If
not,
then
we're
going
to
take
the
next
step
to
make
sure
that
this
doesn't
happen.
I
mean
it's
a
long
email,
I'd
read
it,
but
as
long
as
the
council's
aware
of
what's
going
on,
I'm
going
to
see
what
cameron
wrote
back
to
me
and
we'll
go
from
there
and
last
is
the
heck.
Was
the
other
thing.
F
Yes,
that
was
another
one
matter
of
fact:
ex-councilman
former
councilman
ed
giroux
was
going
away
during
the
budget
season
and
he
couldn't
vote
I'm
getting
a
lot
of
calls
from
elderly
people
that
can't
get
to
the
school
to
the
high
school
to
vote
during
the
budget
season,
timmy's
looking
into
it,
where
there's
no
absentee
ballots
for
the
budget,
which
there
should
be
because
it's
your
tax
dollars,
people
should
have
the
right
to
vote
whether
they
can
make
it
there
should
be
an
absentee
ballot
available
for
their
people.
F
G
I
just
been
texting
representative
newman's
because
he
brought
this
to
my
attention
yesterday
and
I
we're.
G
Informed
him
that
back
in
2011
the
first
year
there
was
a
referendum.
There
was
some
conversation
between
then
town
clerk,
larry,
lamothe
and
bob
raposa,
and
there
were
some
issues
as
to
whether
or
not
the
language
in
the
charter
503,
where
it
states.
On
the
first
thursday,
following
the
financial
time
meeting,
an
all-day
referendum
shall
be
held,
allowing
registered
voters
to
either
approve
or
disapprove
the
budget
and
any
other
issues
requiring
a
vote.
G
Comparing
that
to
voting
by
a
mail
ballot
which
needs
usually
the
ballots,
have
to
be
printed
and
have
to
be
applied
for
at
least
21
days
prior
to,
and
so
there
was
a
question
about
whether
or
not
a
local
referendum
falls
under
the
board
of
elections
and
or
border
campuses,
but
there's
really
nothing
allowing
for
it.
On
the
other
hand,
there's
nothing
of
disallowing
for
it,
with
the
exception
of
the
application
process
and
as
everyone
is
well
aware,
over
the
past
five
years,
voting
has
changed
dramatically.
G
As
far
as
you
know,
the
term
used
to
be
shut-ins
where
people
couldn't
really
get
out
of
their
homes
and
that's
what
bail
ballots
were
for,
but
now
I
mean
people
that
are
in
the
service
people
that
are
at
school
people
that
just
can't
vote
that
day,
for
whatever
reason
can
vote.
So
I'm
going
to
contact
the
tibetan
town
solicitor
tomorrow.
They
address
the
same
issue.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
their
charter
language
is
comparable
to
ours
and
then
see
whether
or
not
the
board
of
elections
can
get
in
here.
G
H
F
G
G
C
G
Several
years
ago
he
actually
came
here,
and
there
was
an
issue
about
whether
or
not
the
board
of
campuses
controlled
the
board
of
elections.
But
there
was
no
precise
language
in
either
the
state
statutes
nor
the
charter,
because
the
charter
specifically
states
that
you're
there
that
day
to
approve
or
disapprove-
and
we
know
that
state
law
supersedes
the
charter,
but
there's
no
state
law
as
it
relates
to
local
referendums.
Only
statewide.
H
G
L
The
question
on
what
angela
brought
up
as
far
as
the
the
finishing
of
the
roads
do
we
have
any
type
of
timetable
because
I
know
in
ward
4,
it's
just
well.
L
Are
but
there's
just
so
many
little
roads
in
there
all
these
these
connectors
is
there
a.
F
Company,
that's
working
in
your
ward
is
is
a
good
company.
I
never
had
a
problem
with
what's
up
boyle
and
fogarty
they're.
A
Doing
they're
doing
all
the
sidewalks
now.
A
H
I've
been
here
angela
talk
about
that
since
my
days
in
those
seats
over
there,
I'm.
F
H
I
I
haven't
looked
through
that
email,
yet
he
did
a
detailed
schedule
and
I'll
forward
that
to
you
all
right.
L
H
H
A
All
right,
thank
you.
Anything
else.
Upcoming
appointments,
recreation
committee,
which
has
been
filled
so
that
should
be
off
the
agenda.
Planning
board
alternate
member
five-year
technology
committee.
One
of
them
should
be
gone.
Ward,
two
will
still
be
there
in
ward,
5,
patuxent
river
authority,
one
three-year
term
zoning
border
review,
one
five-year
term
public
comment,
anything
from
the
council.
We
just
spoke
forever.
B
The
zoning
board
is
this:
someone's
leaving
the
board
that
they
try.
Somebody's.
F
L
In
the
pra
does
it
have
to
be?
Is
it
not
worth
just
specific.
P
Hi,
anne
marie
zilsky
of
five
harley
street
westwork,
I'm
here
tonight
on
behalf
of
several
neighbors,
because
I
have
some
serious
concerns
about
what's
happening
in
our
neighborhood
in
our
community,
we're
a
tight
community.
We
all
get
along
things
are
going
well,
except
we
are
actually
perpendicular
to
pulaski
street
where
we
live
harley
street
in
pulaski
street
and
what's
happening
is
there's
dreamland
day
care
located
on
pulaski
street
and
what's
what's
occurring,
are
a
couple
of
things.
P
First,
there
is
a
dumpster
it's
located
actually
on
almost
on
four
harley
street,
my
friends
john
and
lisa's
land,
and
it
is
an
environmental
hazard.
Basically
there's
it's
attracting
raccoons
rabid
raccoons,
it
has
attracting
rats,
rodents
and
what's
happening,
is
they're
multiplying
and
they're
going
everywhere
nicely
the
owner
has
been
spoken
to
and
he
just
refuses
to
cooperate
and
he
does
own
land
in
the
back
of
dreamland
daycare
and
he
will
not
move
the
dumpster
back
there.
P
So
therefore,
it's
really
in
the
way
of
driving
it's
a
hazard
that
way
it's
an
environmental
hazard.
It's
causing
a
lot
of
problems
for
us.
I
walk
every
day
and
the
traffic
there
is
incredible.
Parking
is
just
a
mess.
You
can't
even
get
around
the
corner.
There
are
people
blocking
driveways
they're,
like
you,
said,
they're,
speeding
on
pulaski
street
and
that's
definitely
affecting
us
because,
like
I
said
we're
perpendicular
to
pulaski
street,
it's
nothing
is
getting
done.
P
I've
contacted
the
police,
I'm
speaking
to
you
now,
because
we
are
very
concerned
we're
concerned
about
the
well-being
of
children
and
adults.
It's
just
it's
creating
a
mess
and
the
dumpster.
I
did
contact
the
number.
I
spoke
to
the
supervisor
for
patriot
rubbish
company
and
I
spoke
to
him
about
20
minutes
out
of
my
time
at
work
today
and
I
discussed
how
the
dumpster
is
creating
an
environmental
hazard
for
all
of
us
and
he
was
very
cooperative.
P
He
said
he'd
give
him
a
couple
days,
he's
going
to
try
to
work
with
it
and
try
to
fix
it.
There's
no
reason
if
this
man,
the
owner
of
the
daycare,
owns
land
behind
the
daycare
that
he
can
move,
there's
no
way,
there's
no
reason
why
he
can't
move
the
dumpster.
There
is
a
fenced
in.
F
You
know
I
just
went
through
this
problem.
I
know
what
you're
going
through.
We
just
went
through
it
with
a
condominium
association
that
has
it,
and
I
want
to
bring
this
up
to
the
council.
Also
we'll
have
to
put
on
the
agenda.
They
put
the
dumpster
right
on
a
property
line
and
there's
rodents
rats.
They
don't
empty
it.
F
What
I
understand
I
have
some
customers
from
your
end
over
there
to
come
down
to
my
salvage
yard
and
they
showed
me
pictures
and
jason's
been
telling
me
about
it
and
where
there's
kids
diapers,
that
they're
throwing
in
there
and
and
and
he
said,
the
smell
in
the
summertime-
is
unbearable.
They
can't
open
their
windows.
I
mean
there's
got
to
be
some
kind
of
health
issue.
I
know
jason's
all
over
this,
but
his
hands
are
tight.
F
I
Doesn't
stipulate
the
distance
but
it,
but
what
it
does
say
is
that
it's
at
the
discretion
of
the
minimum
housing
official
building
department
as
to
and
to
take
into
account
its
proximity
to
adjacent
buildings
and
things
of
that
nature.
George
has
been
working
with
the
owner
to
get
that
relocated.
I
They
have
agreed
on
a
new
location,
it
will
be
enclosed
and
they
will
be
talking
to
patriot
about
working
on
ways
to
sanitize
it
and
keep
it
to
so.
It's
not
an
issue
for
the
residents,
so
they
they've
been
working
on
that
and-
and
they
came
to
an
agreement
today
on
its
new
location
and
that
it
will
be
enclosed.
So
the.
P
P
Back
of
he
owns
the
back
of
the
the
building.
P
L
Situation,
we've
been
speaking
about
it
with,
with,
for
I've,
been
speaking
around
with
fred
and
and
the
people
from
harley
street,
and
it's
we,
we
kind
of
wait.
We
waited
for
the
winter
to
to
leave
and
figuring
spring
tank.
Spring
time
came
up.
We
were
going
to
have
issues,
we
wanted
to
head
them
off,
and
this
was
actually
just
done
this
afternoon
and
I
I
visited
there
last
night
and
there
was
some
some
traffic.
Let's
say
underneath
that
dumpster,
because.
L
And
it's
really
at
times
you
know,
I'm
not
looking
to
pick
on
a
business.
You
know
because
I
I
do
support
the
businesses
as
well,
but
there's
many
times
I
go
down
pulaski
street
all
the
time
and
the
dumpster
is
left
open
and
that's
a
problem.
Yeah
I
mean
I
don't
live
there,
it's
it's
in
my
ward,
but
I
don't
live
there
and
I
can't
imagine
opening
up
my
windows
or
opening
up
my
door
and
and
what
you're
smelling
is
just
fig.
L
L
L
H
F
P
My
other
neighbors
are
very
concerned
about
this
and
I'm
gonna.
Let
them
speak
now,
but
it
just
also
the
dumpster
is
creating
a
parking
hazard
for
his
his
employees.
I
mean
there's
no
room
for
them
to
park
either,
so
I
don't
know
why
the
dumpster
can't
be
moved
to
the
back
in
a
new
location.
For
that.
P
Had
recently
a
rabid
raccoon
that
walked
across
the
street
from
the
dumpster
area
and
then
had
to
be
shot
in
our
yard.
Meanwhile,
we
had
painters
there
and
we
had
workers
there
and
children
there
and
it
was
just
you
know:
it's
not
safe.
So
you
know
I'm
coming
to
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
speak.
I'm
gonna
go
because
I
have
some
other
concerned
residents.
So
thank.
E
E
I've
watched
these
cars
speed
and
I've
been
asking.
I
think
I
spoke
with
david.
I've
spoken
with
jason
many
times.
I
want
to
see,
stop
signs,
put
up
at
the
corner
of
pulaski
and
holly
in
the
corner
of
patuxent,
terrace
and
pulaski.
It
will
not
stop
them
all,
but
it'll
slow
them
down.
I
also
want
to
say
every
time
I
try
and
pull
out
of
my
driveway.
E
There
are
vehicles
everywhere.
I've
almost
been
hit
twice.
My
wall
got
hit,
it's
still
damaged
right
now,
we're
trying
to
have
it
repaired.
The
gentleman
we
hired
developed
lung
cancer,
so
we're
looking
for
another
person,
but
just
to
let
you
know
what's
been
going
on
and
I
understand
there've
been
other
accidents
too.
My
fear
is
it's
going
to
be
a
child.
E
H
H
L
B
L
H
E
No,
no,
there
isn't
there's
only
I've
allowed
them
before
my
wall
was
damaged.
I
allowed
them
to
let
the
people
that
are
dropping
off
their
children
on
the
side
and
they
can
even
do
it
in
the
front
of
my
house.
I
don't
have
a
problem
in
15
20
minutes.
I've
told
the
manager
of
this
place.
I
just
don't
want
the
workers
there
for
six
to
eight
hours,
because
when
I
try
to
pull
out
my
driveway.
E
C
F
A
C
E
E
H
N
N
F
They
should
did
you
make
any
complaints
to
the
building
officials
office
yeah,
anything
without
a
registration
and
an
inspection
sticker
both
is
not
allowed
in
anywhere.
A
I
will,
I
would
say
you:
we
have
to
double
check
to
make
sure
they're
registered,
because
if
they
register
them
online
they're
waiting
for
the
thing
to
come
in
the
mail,
sometimes
it
does
take
the
state
it
is.
This
is
a
busy
time
of
the
year
for
the
state
march
and
april.
Are
there
most
registrations
do
run
out,
so
I've
registered
mine
online
and
I
got
mine
within
two
to
four
weeks,
but
you
just
want
to
make
sure
it's
when
we
go
down
there
or
if
the
building
official
does
go
down
there.
I
Accept
this
as
as
a
complaint
I'll
I'll
I'll,
submit
it
to
the
building
official
tomorrow,
minimum
housing
go
out,
they'll
verify
whether
or
not
they
have
submitted
anything
for
registration
or
not,
if
not
they'll,
be
cited
for
an
unregistered
vehicle
and
have
a
certain
amount
of
time
to
comply
and
if
they
don't,
then
they'll
be
brought
to
municipal
court
at
that
time.
Okay,.
M
I
have
a
few
complaints.
We've
had
a
lot
of
issues
with
people
coming
in
our
driveway.
Turning
in
our
driveway
backing
out
of
our
driveway
parking
on
our
lawn
they've
sworn
at
us
when
we're
waiting
to
get
into
our
own
driveway
when
we
come
home
not
acceptable.
F
Okay,
if
they're
in,
if
they're
in
your
yard,
causing
damage
on
your
grass.
Oh
please
take
a
picture.
We
all
have
phones
with
the
registration
on
your
property,
make
a
report
to
the
police.
Whatever
damage
you
sustain,
they're
responsible
for
okay,
so
take
a
picture
call
the
police
make
the
report
end.
The
story.
M
F
F
M
M
F
Upset
no,
but
in
other
words,
if
he's,
if
you
say
he's
in
your
yard,
if
you
have
that
survey
and
he
is
then
he's
in
trouble,
but
not
knowing
a
property
line,
that's
a
civil
matter.
The
town
cannot
get
involved
in
a
dispute
between
two
neighbors.
What
property
line
is
what
property
line
so
that'd
be
your
responsibility?
N
M
I
It
did
request
that
they
get
a
class
one
survey
and
and
they
are
complying
with
that,
so
there's
a
class
one
survey
being
performed
now
to
basically
tell
us
where
that
line
is
and
based
upon
that
it'll
be
class.
One
stamp
sign
survey,
and
if
you
disagree
with
what
that
says,
then
you'd
have
to
hire
your
own
surveyor
to
dispute
it.
If
there's
a
difference
between
the
two,
then
it
goes
before
the
survey
board
for
the
state
and
they
get
a
third
party
to
determine
who's
right
who's
wrong.
Generally,
they're,
not
wrong.
N
Because
the
fence,
I
can't
paint
my
house,
I
have
a
strip
of
grass,
this
wine
that
I
can't
cut.
I
can't
fit
a
lawnmower
in
there,
so
I
mean
where
the
fence
was
to
begin
with.
It
was
six
feet
from
his
property
from
his
building.
It
was
six
feet
from
our
house.
It
was
right
down
the
middle
of
that
dead
land.

I
had
the
same
problem
with
this
gentleman
four
years
ago
and
I
looked
into
everything
the
back.
He
promised
he
was
going
to
look
into
it.
There's
a
whole
big
field
back
there
that
we
looked
into.
He
does
wait
a
minute.
I
was
going
to
say
that
he
does
not
own
it,
but
we
told
him
because
the
factory
doesn't
you
know
we
told
him
at
the
time
to
look
into
it.
J
Maybe
they
would
give
him
a
portion
right,
so
he
can
park
the
cars
there
because
it
was
so
bad
at
one
point
one
guy
was
gonna:
go
over
there
and
punch
him
in
the
face.
I
had
to
call
the
police
department.
This
is
how
far
back
this
goes.
You
are
not
dealing
with
a
nice
person
here.
I
just
want
to
tell
this
council.
You
are
not
dealing
with
a
nice
person,
it
got
so
bad.
I
had
to
call
the
police
department
one
day
because
he
was
giving
me
a
whole
bunch.
J
You
know
because
this
guy
was
going
to
go
in
there
and
punch
his
face
out
because
of
the
same
thing
right
parking.
Like
they're
doing
this
has
been
going
on
ongoing
he's,
not
a
nice
person,
we
told
him,
I
don't
know
if
you
were
in
fred
or
it
was
right,
but
we
told
them
buy.
You
know,
because
the
company
is
not
the
mill
right,
I'm
sure
they
would
have
gave
him
a
piece
of
land.
We
can
park
the
cars.
This
goes
back
four
years.
J
He
says
yes,
I'm
going
to
look
into
it
four
years
ago,
never
looked
into
it.
We
I
had
the
same
problem
with
this
gentleman.
I
just
want
this
council
to
know
you're
not
dealing
with
a
nice
person.
I
told
you,
it
came
to
blows
one
day
that
I
had
to
call
the
police
department
and
the
police
department
had
to
come
down
right
and
try
to
because
the
guy
says
I
want
to
blow
you
up.
Oh
no.
J
I
J
J
Okay,
see
what
I
mean
and
he
would
have
had
all
the
privacy,
but
this
is
an
ongoing
things,
because
next
thing
the
children
can
get
hurt.
You
know
people
don't
stop
and
and
it's
you
know
preschool
down
there.
You
know
it's
very
dangerous,
but
you
can't
work
with
this
guy
unless
you
get
something
legal
on
them.
Okay,
thank
you.
K
Hi
cindy
theriault,
14
harley
street
and
I
know
they're
speaking
about
the
dumpster
earlier,
and
I
spoke
to
the
man
that
owns
the
property
behind
us
today
from
m
a
excavating
and
actually,
as
far
as
that,
dumpster.
If
they
move
it,
they
can't
move
it
behind
the
building.
He
has
absolutely
no
access
to
get
in
there
m
a
excavating.
Will
not
let
him
pull
in.
He
gave
him
so
much
trouble.
K
I
think
it
would
be
nice
if
we
had
a
rabid
raccoon
in
the
area
if
we
made
the
residents
of
harley
street
aware
of
that,
I
walked
by
that
dumpster
all
the
time
with
my
dog
and
if
I
don't
know,
there's
rabid
animals
in
the
area
I
mean
this
is
something
everything
else
is
posted
on
facebook
I
mean
a
rabid.
Raccoon
should
be
one
of
them.
K
You
know
that
dumpster
I
walk
by
it
all
the
time
I
made
complaints
to
dreamland,
because
at
one
point
I
was
walking
by
people
would
actually
change
the
diapers
in
the
car
and
throw
them
in
the
parking
lot
at
dreamland.
So
I
made
a
complaint
to
them.
That
part
has
stopped,
but
still
you
know
as
far
as
the
dumpster,
the
only
place
that
he
could
put
that
fenced
in
is
where
they
have
the
playground
in
the
front
of
that
building.
He
has
no
other
place
to
put
a
dumpster.
C

C
Has
another
dream
landscape
place
over
there:
johnston
yeah?
Okay,
that's
the
perfect
spot
where
he
has
this
playground,
it's
in
within
the
building,
okay
and
then
the
parking
the
playground
is
fenced
and
the
parking
for
the
people
who
work.
There
is
right
in
front
which
is
perfect.
It's
off
the
road.
It's
not
right!.
L
On
the
road,
I
I
personally
don't
think
it's
the
best
spot
for
a
daycare
facility.
Obviously
I
mean
with
all
the
concerns
we're
not
just
talking
about.
It
has
nothing
to
do
with
care
it's.
It
has
to
do
with
with
safety
with
parking
affecting
neighbors,
and
we
had
spoken
a
few
times
about
this,
about
the
parking
which
I
have
some
ideas
right
now
that
I'm
going
to
be
speaking
with
with
fred
about
probably
tomorrow,
so.
