20Th
meeting
minutes
this
morning,
and
I
noticed
with
it
being
a
budget
presentation,
it
states
and
I'm
not
pleading
for
anything
extra
just
to
correct
an
error.
It
states
that
we
were
looking
for
50
000
for
three
people.
It
was
for
all
the
full-time
employees,
so
it
was
actually
coming
for
less
than
five
thousand
dollars.
B
C
Full-Time
employees,
so
it
would
have
been
less
than
five
thousand
dollars
a
person
and.
B
B
C
A
Second,
any
discussion:
any
public
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
eyes
have
it.
Those
licenses
that
were
just
approved
was
g's
corner,
llc,
roger
williams,
auto
sales,
brian
bouchard,
god's
hands,
boneheads
wing
bar
unkus,
international
city,
nails
and
spa
sunday
and
holiday.
License
for
all
tales
are
wagging
pet
grooming,
friends
of
the
westwork
public
library,
rhode,
island,
kona,
llc,
haven,
brothers,
mobile
strategic
solutions,
oh
crep,
llc
and
west
view.
Nursing
rehab
center
for
a
class
f
permit
they've
all
been
approved
before
you
move
on
jake.
F
I
move
that
the
minutes
of
the
april
26
2017
executive
session
be
kept
closed
in
accordance
with
rhode
island
general
laws.
42-4
sorry
april
25th
meeting
be
closed
in
accordance
toward
island
general
laws,
42-46-4
and
42-46-5
a-2.
Second,.
B
A
E
Yeah,
who
knows
about
fred,
what's
what's
this
across
new
london,
I
think.
G
This
has
to
do
with
the
new
substation
work
they're
doing
down
there
at
the
end
of
new
london
into
providence
street.
You
know
right
down
there
towards
the
bottom.
It's
on
the
it's
actually
on
the
warwick
side,
but
they're
going
to
be
doing
the
work
in
the
street
for
the
conduit
to
run
to
that
substation.
It's
actually
providing
us
with
redundancy
of
power,
because
right
now,
everything's
come
from
one
one
very
old
substation,
so
this
allows
backup
if
that
one
were
to
go
down.
G
So
we
have
it's
a
good
project
for
the
town
with
respect
to
redundancy
of
power.
Thank.
E
C
B
Town
council,
acting
as
a
liquor
commission,
subject
versus
tara
foods,
west
valley
in
kc,
2016-0917
licensed
transaction
subject
pending
receivership
go
ahead.
I'm
sorry
resolved
that
the
attached
alcoholic
beverage
license
renewal
having
been
advertised
in
accordance
with
law
for
hearing
on
this
date,
no
remonstrance
or
objectives
present.
The
same
is
hereby
approved.
Alcoholic
beverage
license
is
extended
for
30
days
after
30
days.
Renewal
is
needed.
E
A
The
only
concern
I
have
is
if
he
does
get
approved,
then
the
church
is
going
between
before
the
zoning
board
tomorrow
and
they
get
approved
and
there's
no
license
in
place.
Can
we
activate
a
license
later
on
because
by
our
charter
we
have
to
stay
so
many
feet
from
a
church
and
now,
if
a
church
goes
in
there,
west
valley
is
no
longer
eligible
for
that.
E
I
License
if
you're
going
to
allow
it
to
lapse,
then
any
entity
that
goes
in
there
after
the
church
will
be
subject
to
the
new
law.
That
says,
you
cannot
have
a
drinking
establishment
or
not
establishing
somebody
in
order
to
keep
the
license
going.
That's
why
he's
asking
for
last
month
it
was
90
days
to
court.
The
thousand
decided
he's
seeking
30
just
to
keep
the
license
alive
and
active
in
the
event
that
that
can
be
sold
or
conveyed
to
an
entity
that
has
a
liquor
license.
E
I
The
liquor
license
lapse.
That
is
a
problem
only
if
you
can
sell
it
to
say
a
banker
facility
or
a
restaurant
facility
that
seeks
to
get
the
liquor
license.
But
now
you
guys
would
paint
yourselves
into
a
corner
because
the
law
says
an
establishment
can't
be
within
that
next
amount
of
feet
of
the
church,
so
the
church
gets
established
prior
to
the
liquid
lessons
lapse,
you're
putting
them
in
harm's
way.
That's
why
my
recommendation
would
be
is
to
give
them
another
30
days
and
then
again,
look
at
it
30
days
from
now.
A
B
B
A
Before
you
we've
had
five
budget
hearings,
we
went
through
the
budget
page
by
page
at
least
twice
right
here
in
public.
I
think
we've
gotten
down
to
as
councilman
lichardi
said
bare
bones.
It
does
require
a
1.83
tax
increase
this.
This
is
what
we
have
left
to
work
with.
To
me,
this
is
to
be
decided
by
the
voters
of
west
wall.
A
I
think
we
did
the
best
we
could
this
year,
what
people
everybody
doesn't
realize
is
you
know
we
are
following
a
five-year
plan
and
the
five-year
plan
did
call
for
a
3.75
tax
increase.
Minus
we've,
always
minus
the
growth,
so
we
were
actually
left
with
a
2.7
percent
increase.
A
We
cut
763
000
out
of
that
budget
and
brought
us
to
a
1.83
increase.
So
I
know
we
got
into
a
lot
of
heated
discussions.
A
lot
of
things
were
said
to
each
other
and
that
you
know-
and
I'm
not
here
to
fight
and
argue
tonight.
What
I
did
do
in
front
of
you
is
all
39
cities
and
towns.
A
Basically,
you've
got
your
municipality,
your
population,
your
residential
rate,
your
average
cost
per
home,
provided
by
zillow
rank
and
residential
average
home
based
on
median,
and
that
is
from
zillow.
Also
your
motor
vehicle
taxes,
your
rank
by
town
for
taxes
and
then
each
town
has
their
own
revenues.
So,
obviously,
if
you
take
a
look
at
the
population,
we
have
a
lot
of
towns
that
are
very
comparable
to
30
35
000
and
that
population,
by
the
way
is
give
or
take
300.
A
So
when
you
take
your
combined
tax,
residential
and
tax
cars,
west
warwick
as
a
rank
in
residential,
is
fifth
in
the
state
motor
vehicles.
If
I
am
we're
at
19th,
highest
or
lowest
in
the
state,
however,
you
want
to
look
at
it
combined.
We
are
13th
in
the
state
of
39
cities
and
towns
combined
rate
I
started
doing
the
commercial
I
got
tied
up.
I
spent
many
hours
sitting
here
with
a
calculator,
and
you
know
I
wasn't
as
efficient
as
I
was.
I
thought
I
was
in
excel
this
weekend.
A
Eyes
were
starting
to
go
buggy
and
I
think
I
said
to
fred
and
john
today
told
them
to
look
at
it,
so
they
got
a
headache
looking
at
it.
But
again,
if
somebody
wants
to
compare
town
to
town
and
also
one
thing
that
I
sell
that
I
I
have
I
can
send
over.
A
A
average
taxes
is
46.51
and
that's
the
taxes
based
upon
the
average
median
and
then,
but
what
you
don't
see
in
here
is
out
of
their
budget
is
a
fire
budget,
so
you've
got
to
compare
apples
to
apples.
So
what
I
have-
and
I
can
email
it
to
you
tomorrow,
because
I
have
this
kind
of
like
color
coded
based
upon.
A
If
you
take
north
providence,
east
providence
based
upon
population
square
miles
and
look
at
it
that
way,
then
you
can
get
a
little
better
understanding
where
we
truly
are,
but
again
combined
tax
rate
we're
at
13
overall.
Is
it
where
we
want
to
be?
We
all
want
to
be
the
cheapest.
We
all
know
that
we
I
mean
I
looked
at
some
of
these
and
I
think
I
was
on
the
phone
with
somebody
was
in
the
audience
today
and
I
was
looking
at
some
other
towns.
A
A
You
know
we
use
narragansett
as
an
example,
you
know.
Last
week
we
talked
about
it.
The
average
house
in
there
against
it
is
five
thousand
eighteen
dollars
per
year.
Yes,
you
got
the
ocean
living.
Yes,
you
got
you
know,
but
you
also
got
the
college
kids
in
there
half
the
year
causing
issues.
So
you
got
to
look
at
your
your
lifestyle
there
also,
but
their
tax
rates
at
9.94,
but
your
house
is
valued
at
a
half
a
million
dollars.
A
You
know
that's
why
their
taxes
are
what
they
are,
and
so
I
broke
it
down
for
especially
the
new
guys.
So
you
can
have
this
for
your
records.
I
will
tell
you
I
spent
about
six
hours
on
it,
so
please,
if
you
don't
just
don't
throw
it
away
on
me
at
least
in
front
of
me,
I
don't
care
what
you
do
with
it
afterwards.
I
can
also.
E
E
It's
a
band-aid,
we're
fooling
ourselves,
we're
gonna,
get
more
and
more
into
the
hole
we're
maintaining
right
now,
but,
like
I
keep
saying
west
warwick
is
not
coventry
commentary
has
land
that
they
don't
even
know
they
have.
They
have
room
for
growth.
E
E
E
I
understand
that,
but
next
year
that
half
a
million
is
not
going
to
be
enough
because
our
projection
and
our
growth
isn't
what
it
was
supposed
to
have
been
and
we're
spending
money
and
and
projecting
money
that
we
don't
have
I
mean
I
can
go
on
and
on
everybody.
That
knows
me,
I'm
representing
my
constituents.
E
E
Other
businesses
that
I
speak
to
daily
just
down
in
my
section,
there's
32,
building
owners,
37
businesses,
25
businesses,
buildings
rather,
and
they
can't
keep
up
with
the
taxes
they're
paying
10
grand
12
grand
8
grand
with
that
the
cost
of
gas,
the
cost
of
electric
every
cost.
There
is
insurance,
it's
just
unsustainable
and
we're
only
fooling
ourselves.
The
pension
fund
isn't
a
mess.
E
E
A
E
H
E
Did
I
tell
you
jay,
it's
all
contractual,
but
it
takes
three
votes,
not
one,
but
I've
been
doing
this
for
the
past
three
years
that
this
is
and
fred
will
tell
you.
I
voted
against
this
budget
and
I'm
preaching
the
same
thing
that
I
did
I've
been
consistent.
You
need
three
votes
to
do
the
right
thing.
We
have
to
fix
this
problem.
You
just
can't.
H
E
E
H
E
E
E
Not
gonna
satisfy
because
we
don't
know
what's
coming
next
year
next
year
we
have
to
get
this
back
sustainable.
Let
me
tell
you
something
in
private
business:
if
you
pay
somebody
45
years
old,
six
thousand
dollars
a
month,
pension
and
health
insurance
for
the
rest
of
their
life.
How
long
would
you
be
in
business
but
again
when
we
negotiated.
E
E
A
E
E
E
Yeah,
what
happens
we
open
up
the
contracts?
Do
it
the
state's
not
coming
in
you
open
up
the
contracts
you
see,
maybe,
like
I
said
we
get
the
professional
in
here
with
a
financial
guy.
It
does
come
in
what
happens
and
he
comes
in,
maybe
he's
going
to
say
you
know
what
town
hall
needs
five
more
employees.
E
A
E
If
the
people
vote
for
this,
I
have
a
list
when
they
call
and
they
complain
about
their
taxes.
I
look
you
didn't
go
vote.
Did
you
no,
but
the
taxes
went
up,
there's
nothing.
You
can
do
so
when
you've
got
30
000
residents
in
this
town,
almost
30
000
and
over
17
000
voters
and
a
thousand
show
up
shame
on
them.
E
F
I
know
I
know
I've
said
this
at
the
one
of
the
public
hearings,
I'm
not
sure
which
one,
but
I
think
we
all
we
all
work
very
hard
on
this
and
I've
seen
a
lot
on
facebook
over
the
last
day
and
a
half
or
so
I
chose
not
to
partake
in
that
everybody
has
their
opinions,
it's
a
difficult
choice.
We
have
difficult
choices,
we're
dealing
with
with
families
we're
dealing
with
people's
livelihood,
whether
you're
an
employee
or
you're,
a
a
citizen
of
the
town-
and
it's
not
fun.
F
To
be
honest
with
you,
it's
it's
that's
what
we
chose,
but
it's
a
tough
spot
to
be
in
and
it
is
a
bare
bones
budget.
I
feel
at
this
point
you
can't
we
can't
cut
anymore
out
of
the
budget.
You
just.
F
But
hang
on
hang
on,
but
I
also
understand
people
can't
afford
it
bottom
line.
People
can't
afford
it
and
I
think
we,
when
you're
looking
at
the
budget,
it's
very
difficult
because
a
lot
of
questions,
especially
being
a
new
councilman.
I
don't
know
if
you
you
two
feel
this
way.
But
when
you
ask
a
lot
of
the
questions,
it's
it's
contractual
obligation,
contractual
obligation,
it
seems,
like
the
contractual
obligations
are
tying
all
of
our
hands.
F
G
In
mind
that
the
contractual
obligations
that
you're
talking
about
made
it
possible
to
even
do
the
five-year
plans,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
concessions
there
and
it
was
a
start.
It
was
made
very
clear
when
we
adopted
this
five-year
plan.
This
is
the
start
and
that
we're
gonna
have
to
come
back
again
in
five
years.
What
it
did
was
allow
us
to
get
things
in
order
to
restore
our
bond
rating.
It
allows
us
to
get
the
pension
on
more
solid
footing.
G
All
of
those
things
have
occurred,
just
as
we
said
they
would
have
the
taxes
gone
up.
Yes,
but
we
said
that
was
going
to
happen
too.
Now
it's
clear
to
everybody
at
the
table,
then,
and
now
that
more
concessions
are
going
to
need
to
be,
you
know
agreed
to
and
we're
going
to
have
to
come
up
with
in
a
way.
So
it's
not
as
much
of
an
impact
on
the
taxpayers.
G
This
was
a
start
and
we're
going
into
year,
four
of
a
five-year
plan,
and
thus
far,
we've
held
it
pretty
close
to
that
five-year
plan,
and
we've
been
all
those
things
that
I
talked
about.
The
bond
rating
increases-
you
know
the
state's
view
of
what
we're
doing
has
all
been
very
positive.
Now
to
the
question
of
what
happens
if
it
doesn't
pass,
we've
already
received
a
request
to
meet
with
the
director
of
revenue
and
we're
doing
that
next
week
to
talk
about
that
very
scenario,
because
we're
concerned
with
what
might
happen
here.
F
F
F
A
H
E
Necessary,
not
necessarily
I
mean
you
guys
are
already
saying
that.
How
do
you
know?
How
do
you
know
what
we
have
to
cover?
Where
let
me
ask
you
another
thing:
did
you
see
the
times
the
other
day,
with
three
four
pages
of
tax
tax
law
off
sales
in
this
town?
How
many
people
are
losing
their
homes?
Did
you
did
you
all
see
it?
No,
you
know
what
that's
going
to
be
next
time.
Four
and
a
half
pages
people
are
living
day
by
day
on
the
dollar
that
they
earn.
C
E
E
C
C
E
E
E
A
C
A
No
I'm
just
saying
you're
you're.
You
want
to
compare
apples
to
apples
yeah.
You
know
I'll
use
johnson
for
an
example.
They
got
twenty
eight
thousand
769
for
our
population,
one
ahead
of
us
right,
but
wait
a
minute.
They're
they're
one
ahead
of
us:
no
they're,
fifth,
overall
we're
13th
overall.
But
if
you
tell
me
tell
me
something
right
now:
if
we
were
able
now
we
collect
28
on
a
thousand
for
a
vehicle
tax.
E
A
E
E
A
A
A
B
A
Second
discussion:
this
actually
is
not
spell.
This
is
not
put
out
correctly.
I
put
I
ask
this
to
be
resolve.
The
town
council
hereby
directs
the
pension
board
to
start
the
recertification
process
for
disability
pensioners.
So
if
no,
I
want
to
change
I'd
like
to
amend
it,
make
an
oral
amendment
right
here.
It
means
nothing
really
just
is
hereby
approves
the
pension
board
recertification
for
disability,
pensioners,
there's
one
or
two
words
missing
there.
So
if
we
could
just
reword
that
properly.
E
I'll
make
a
motion
to
reword.
G
A
Discussion
again,
this
was
brought
up
during
budget
session.
I
told
you
I'd,
have
it
on
the
next
agenda.
So
if
anybody
has
any
comment,
it's
up
to
you
no.
C
Hi
kevin
o'connell,
chairman
of
the
westward
police
and
fire
disability
association.
Do
you
have
any
idea
what
the
recertification
process
is,
how.
A
It
works,
that's
what
we're
going
to
leave
up
to
them
because
they
may
they
may
look
at
discretion.
Let's
say:
you're
65,
you're
already
been
retired,
whatever
they'd
have
to
look
at
that.
But
if
you're
22
and
you're
on
disability
and
you're
working
in
florida
doing
the
same
exact
job,
then
that's
possible
a
recertification
or
if
you're
40
doing
the
same
exact
job
or
you
do
get
the
state
job
doing.
You
know
right.
A
Nothing
different,
okay,
they'd
have
to
follow
the
contract
and
and
recertify
and
personally
my
opinion.
I
agree
with
angelo
and
I
think
other
council
members
also
agree.
You
know
the
cost
of
this
and
you
get
one
two:
three:
it's
your
pension
and
the
more
money
that's
staying
in
your
pension
will
revitalize
your
pension.
Oh.
C
Absolutely
yeah,
I
know
recertification.
C
Right-
and
I
just
want
to
mention
about
the
pension-
it's
up
to
32
million
dollars
now,
so
it's
that's
a
good
sign,
because
the
two
years
ago
was
28
million
27
million.
So
that's
a
good
they've
they've
done
a
a
good
job
with
the
investments
and
everything
and
like
I
said
I
have
no
problem
with
recertification.
C
Have
they
have
and
they
seem
to
have
a
good
investment
now
and
thanks
to
fred
and
his
leadership,
we've
we've
come
a
long
way
negotiating
and
yeah.
I
have
no
problem
with
recertification.
I
a
lot.
I
get
a
lot
of
calls
from
my
members
and
I
told
him
I
said
that
is
what
it
is.
If
somebody's
doing
the
same
job
down
in
florida,
I
agree
with
you
because
the
state
law
doesn't
require
that
but
yeah
I
just
don't,
want
them
to
be
singled
out
for.
A
C
And
that
could
be
doctors
again
going
to
three
doctors,
that's
required
in
the
pension.
Oh
that's
fine!
Thank
you.
F
A
Moving
second
discussion
last
thursday
two
thursdays
ago,
two
thursdays
ago,
fred,
had
a
conversation
with
me
and
I
brought
it
to
the
entire
council
over
the
weekend
why
he
was
out
of
town
to
let
him
know
that
he
may
be
accepting
a
position
in
virginia.
He
still
had
to
talk
to
his
wife.
We
were
hoping
she'd
say
no,
but
you
know
if
everybody
knows
the
details,
I
can
understand
why
I
can
tell
you
it's
going
to
be
virginia's
gain
in
west
warwick's
loss.
A
It's
been
an
honor
to
serve
with
you,
fred
you've
made.
I
think
some
of
our
jobs
a
lot
easier,
especially
angelo,
and
I
who've
been
here
a
little
longer.
You
know.
Personally,
you
know,
we've
had
our
conversations,
our
heated
conversations,
our
happy
conversations
and
you've
always
been
professional.
A
I
get
a
lot
of
compliments
from
business
owners
and
people
in
different
organizations
who
always
compliment
fred
and
personally,
the
state
of
rhode
island
has
always
been
looking
at
you.
Basically,
what
we've
done
over
the
past
few
years
as
tell
me
as
you've,
been
as
a
town
manager
we've
brought
in
new
department
heads
we've
brought
in
a
lot
of
changes
in
the
community.
A
I
think
a
lot
of
the
unions,
although
at
the
table
it
gets
heated
sometimes,
but
they
respect
you
and
I
think
I
could
probably
speak
for
everybody
that
you're
gonna
be
missed
here
in
west
valley
again.
But
we
wish
you
the
best
of
luck
in
virginia.
E
E
I
just
want
to
thank
you
for
working
with
us.
I
mean
I'm
going
to
be
the
first
one
to
say
that
whenever
I
called
you
to
solve
a
problem,
he's
always
been
there
to
do
it.
We
don't
agree
on
a
lot
of
things.
We
had
our
differences
and
we're
still
going
to
have
our
differences,
but
I
respect
you.
I
respect
respect
what
you
try
to
do
but,
like
I
said,
you're
always
accessible,
you
were
always
catering
to
the
to
the
residents
of
this
town.
F
As
a
new
councilman
fred,
you've
been
a
really
great
help,
because
I
know
I've
had
a
lot
of
questions.
We've
had
a
lot
of
discussions,
but
you
made
this
a
a
nice
experience
for
the
first
six
months.
So
thank
you.
H
Before
I
became
a
council
member
come
to
the
meetings
and
not
understand
what
the
heck's
going
on
sometimes
I
still
feel
like
that,
but
I
remember
listening
to
your
manager's
reports.
We're
always
like
the
highlight
for
me
to
come
to
kind
of
understand
and
figure
out
some
of
the
things
to
go
around
the
town.
So
thank
you
for
your
time
here.
C
You
know
I've
had
the
opportunity
to
watch
over
the
years.
I
think
you're
tremendous.
You
know
we
come
in
with
this
massive
learning
curve
being
new
and
you
were
patient
with
us
and
a
teacher
and
just
just
an
incredible
person,
so
you
will
be
missed.
G
Thank
you
all
very
much.
I
really
appreciate
that
and,
as
I
said
to
dave
and
the
others
I've
spoken
to
about
this,
you
know
this
is
a
bittersweet
decision
to
make,
but
I
think-
and
it's
one
that
I
think
is
in
the
best
interest
of
my
family,
I'm
always
going
to
have
a
place
in
my
heart
for
west
work.
G
It's
been
an
honor
to
serve
in
this
position
and
as
planner
and
economic
development
coordinator
prior
to
this,
and
I've
been
here
over
seven
years
now
and
it's
it's
been
a
fantastic
experience
and
today's
point
you
know
we
brought
in
some
great
new
directors.
I
think
we've
established
an
incredibly
strong
team.
I
think
the
envy
of
a
lot
of
communities
and-
and
that's
still
intact.
So
you
know,
I
know
that
you
know
moving
forward.
You
know
the
town
will
continue
to
do
well
and
grow
and
I'll
I'll
be
watching.
C
Stan
tayback,
12
jensen,
street
west
fork
also
the
president
of
the
arctic
village
association
and
I
just
want
to
say
fred.
I
I,
the
relationship
we've
had
over
the
years
and
what
you've
been
able
to
do
for
this
community
is
it's
unprecedented.
I
don't
think
anybody's
ever
put
a
five-year
plan
together
on
a
state
level.
C
I
think
that's
the
first
he's
given
us
a
path
in
the
right
direction
and
I
find
actually
you
turned
you
were
next
to
bankruptcy
before
you
came
and
took
over
and
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
you're
the
best
town
manager
we've
ever
had
and
to
lose.
You
was
a
big
blow.
I
know
the
business
community
is
feeling
the
same
way.
It
was
like
a
shot.
C
No,
I
wake
up
every
morning
and
this
is
a
dream
that
you're
not
here
anymore,
but
I
wish
you
the
best
of
luck
with
you
and
your
family.
I'm
sure
you'll
keep
in
touch
in
some
form
or
fashion,
but
we're
gonna
miss
you.
Thank
you.
A
And,
as
dan
said
I
I
know
I
received
once
the
word
was
out
there
on
the
street.
I
have
received
numerous
calls
saying:
what's
going
on
former
council
people,
councilman
kenny
han
did
call
me.
He
asked
me
what's
going
on,
I
explained
to
him,
but
once
I
explain
the
scenario
seems
like
everybody
seems
to
understand,
I'm
at
a
loss
for
words,
but
you.
C
C
If
I
can,
if
I
can
just
add
a
couple
of
words,
first
of
all
fred,
it
was
an
honor.
You
know
to
work
to
work
with
you
like
we
have
over
the
last
few
years.
I
think
I
speak
for
all
of
the
pomegranates
in
saying
that
it's
been
a
bit.
It's
been
a
pleasure.
Thank
you
for
everything.
You've
done,
you
know
for
the
town,
as
well
as
for
the
staff
or
for
the
department
heads
your
guidance
and
leadership.
So
thank
you
and
you
will
be
amassed.
A
B
There
west
warwick
tennis
sponsored
by
councilman
lachardi.
F
I've
had
some
some
sleepless
nights
for
a
while,
so
I
I
figured,
what
can
we
do?
I'm
a
recreation
guy
and
we
have
a
lot
of
great
youth
sports
programs
in
town
and
one
thing
that
we're
missing
is-
and
I
know
the
school
department.
We
have
some
tennis
teams,
but
we
really
don't
have
any
formal
recreation
tenants.
And
I
so
I
wrote
a
few
grants-
and
I
haven't
really
mentioned
this,
because
if
we
didn't
get
the
grants,
then
it
would
have
been
a
moot
point.
F
But
I
wrote
some
for
the
to
the
united
states,
tennis
association
regarding
our
beautiful
courts
at
river
point
park,
and
when
I
was
on
the
recreation
commission,
I
was
lucky
to
be
part
of
that
to
to
help
reestablish
that
park,
and
so
we
got
2250
in
grant
money
to
begin
recreation,
tennis
programs-
and
I
I've
done
it
in
my
my
previous
employment,
where
we
put
together
a
a
recreation
program
which
can
become
a
feeder
system
for
the
high
school.
F
I
am
going
to
contact
the
tennis
coach,
but
one
of
the
things
that
we've
done
what
I've
done
is
we
started
with
with
little
little
tennis
program,
which
is
ages
four
and
five
all
the
way
up
through
middle
school
and
then
through
with
adults
and
one
of
the
things
that
ust
like
the
usta
liked,
and
they
love
to
work
with
us,
is
the
fact
that
when
you,
when
you
look
at
river
point
park,
the
traffic
at
river
point
is
unbelievable.
F
F
By
again
this
is
I'm
putting
the
cart
before
the
horse
a
little
bit,
but
I
think
things
will
work
out
and
I
spoke
with
fred
about
it.
We'd
love
to
get
a
few
members
of
the
tennis
team
involved
in
in
partaking
in
this,
where
they
could,
they
could
gain
some
skills
from
a
professional
certified
instructor,
which
I
have
on
board
at
a
low
cost
with
his
equipment,
his
rackets,
the
balls,
nothing
will
cost
anything
to
the
town.
F
So
we
have.
This
is
a
start-up
money
and
I'm
thinking
big,
I'm
thinking
in
the
future.
We
also
have
the
civic
center
for
possibly
indoors.
F
We
have
a
special
olympics
program,
which
I
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
well.
Many
of
you
know
about
call
the
wildcats
and
they
participate
in
basketball
in
the
winter
track
and
field
in
the
spring
bowling
in
the
fall,
but
they're
missing
that
summer
piece-
and
I
spoken
with
the
head
of
the
wildcats
deb
contois
and
she
loved
it-
be
an
adaptive
program
for
special
needs,
kids
and
adults,
talking
six
classes
or
so
adapted
for
them.
F
And
again
it's
it's
22.50
to
start
on
this
possible
another
grant
that
we
could
get
it's
just
something
different,
something
new
trying
to
be
creative
and
look
at
things
with
a
new
set
of
eyes.
So
it's
something
that
I
I'm
going
to
continue
to
talk
with
fred
about
and
then
also
talk
with
laurie
from
the
civic
center
she'd
be
a
very
important
hub
to
this.
But
that's
it
checks
right
here.
So
good.
E
A
Jay,
can
you
just
clarify
one
thing
because
you
yeah
cause?
I
know
last
week
you
and
I
talked
about
this-
is
this
for
special
needs?
Children
only
or
because,
like
greg
gonzalez,
has
actually
a
west
wall
of
tennis
division
that
he
does
do
on
summer
nights
down.
It.
F
F
To
put
the
tennis
instructor
onto
gretchen's
office
and
they
can
work
together,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
grants
out
there
for
this,
that
that
usta
is
just
looking
to
give
money
to,
and
people
don't
apply
for
them.
So
I
wrote
about
four
different
grants
across
the
board
for
seniors
elementary
school
children
for
the
adaptive
sports
and
what
they
did
is
they
just
took
all
that
and
they
pulled
it
into
one
and
they
said
for
because
it's
a
startup
just
use
it.
How
you
like
to
use
it.
F
There
is
some
reporting
to
do
it's
very
simple
regarding
enrollment
numbers,
which
we
will
have
anyway,
when
people
sign
up
so
there's
not
a
lot
of
ton
of
work
on
our
part,
I
did
speak
with
a
tennis
instructor.
I've
known
for
years,
he's
great
35
years,
plus
he's
professionally
certified
comes
with.
Insurance
has
a
lot
of
connections
as
far
as
with
prince
and
with
head.
It
seems
like
a
good
fit,
and
you
know
it
may
not
work,
but
I
think
it's
something
we
should
try.
A
Yeah
I
know
when
we
put
in
the
new
tennis
courts.
Greg
gonzalez
did
stop
that
he
ended
up
starting
it
off
with
like
10
or
15
kids,
plus
a
tennis
team.
A
And
then,
if
you
go
up
there
as
soon
as
the
summer
nights
start
summer,
basketball
and
and
the
tennis,
they
usually
coincide
with
each
other.
But
he
does,
I
think,
every
tuesday
and
thursday
up
there
and
I
think
last
year
he
had
over
40
teams
and
the
way
he
was
pairing
it
up.
So-
and
I
imagine
so,
I'm
going
to
get
bigger
with
that.
F
A
F
I'm
looking
at
more
of
a
feeder
system
for
him
where
group
lessons
capping
it
at
12
to
15,
maybe
20..
There
are
four
courts
up
there,
so
group
instruction
progressive
instruction
and
then
again
that'll
weed
out
some
of
the
people
who
want
to
try
it
and
don't
like
it
or
those
that
want
to
move
forward.
So.
A
Okay,
so
last
week
after
I
got
the
news
I
reached
out
to
karen,
I
asked
her
to
start
getting
ready
to
advertise
the
position
in
the
past.
Previous
councils
have
created
a
research
committee
where,
with
so
much
where
we
let
a
group
of
people
weed
through
the
applications
and
then
bring
us,
usually
the
top
five
after
that
question
is
if
we
have
a
search
committee,
how
do
you
want
to
build
it
up?
One
of
the
things
I
did
say
is
I'd
like
to
see
a
few
department
heads
on
it.
A
I'd
like
to
see
honestly
the
superintendent
of
schools
on
that
I
had
a
brief
conversation
with
her,
but
again
I'm
not
making
a
decision
alone,
I'm
just
throughout
my
ideas
to
individuals.
I
know
angelo
called
me
about
a
concern
about
it.
I,
when
I'm
talking
to
somebody,
I'm
just
throwing
out
ideas,
I'm
not
making
promises,
but
if
somebody
comes
to
me
and
says,
hey
I'd
like
to
be
on
a
search
committee
or
I'd
like
to
be
involved
in
that
you
know,
I
might
share
my
opinion.
A
I
know
I
had
a
conversation
with
hr
director
and,
I
said
pos.
Obviously,
I'd
like
to
see
her
on
it,
I
mean
she's.
The
hr
director
mark
carullo
is
another
example.
I
did
say
because
he
was
a
chief
of
staff
in
warwick,
the
finance
director
and
any
other
any
other
department
head.
That
wants
to
be
on
that
search
committee.
I'd
also
like
to
see
if
anybody
would
like
some
private
residents
or
business
owners
on
that
search
committee,
because
that's
what
we've
done
in
the
past.
A
A
Why
we
have
talked
about
that
also
is
fred
and
I
had
some
conversations
and
and
who
can
possibly
run
the
day-to-day
operations
here
and
a
couple
of
names
did
come
out
and
you
know
we
kind
of
taxed
mark
carullo
on
that
being
the
former
chief
of
staff
over
in
warwick.
We
think
he
can
do
the
day-to-day
operations
and
with
the
assistance
of
the
other
department
heads
and
obviously,
if
there's
any
personnel
issues,
we
have
an
hr
director
where
before
we
did
have
an
hr
director,
so
without
a
town
manager.
A
Any
employee
issue,
or
anything
like
that
it
was
it
was
us
as
a
council
or
we
get
called
in
from
work
and
have
to
come
in
and
deal
with
the
headaches
around
here
now
I
think
it'll
be
a
little
easier
with
an
hr
director
and
the
department
heads
can
heal
their
own
departments,
but
mark
can
see
the
day-to-day
what's
going
on.
If
there's
any
issues
here
in
the
office.
F
As
far
as
the
search
committee
is
this
something
that
we
could,
because
it's
like
the
most
important
position
in
town,
can
we
talk
about
this
in
executive
session?
Maybe
some
of
us
come
up
with
all
of
us
come
up
with
different
ideas
of
different
people
and
then
outline
it.
There.
A
Ask
you,
if
you
have
ideas,
you
know
bring.
A
You
know
we
can
go
from
there.
It's
it's,
it's
interviewing
is
not
the
easiest
thing
to
do.
I
mean
obviously
everybody's
in
there
selling
selling
themselves.
A
I
I
know
personally
in
one
of
my
roles
at
my
cover,
not
my
current
position
but
my
previous
position.
I
was
interviewing
10
to
15
people
a
month
and
it's
it's.
It's
actually
a
skill
to
interview,
so
you
want
to
make
sure
you
have
people
with
interview,
skills
on
that
committee
and
understand
the
personnel
and
and
where
this
town's
going,
we
want
to
we.
You
know
it's
going
to
be
hard,
but
I
think
we
want
to
get
somebody
who's
going
to
be
as
dedicated
in
caring
about
the
town
as
fred.
A
A
We
want
somebody
who's
going
to
be
involved
in
the
community
and
be
here
for
the
community
events
involved
with
our
staff
involved
with
our
departments.
One
thing
that
I
can
tell
you
a
lot
of
people:
they
couldn't
believe
when
fred
started
touring
the
departments
he's
down
at
the
fire
departments.
He's
going
into
different
fire
stations
and
the
employees
would
never
seen
this
before
and
I'm
sitting
here
like
well.
This
is
fourth
time
manager.
Well,
this
is
our
third
time
man.
A
Just
I've
been
here
you're
telling
me
you
never
toured
the
facilities
or
came
down
and
see
you
nope.
You
know
we
want
somebody
who's
going
to
be
involved
in
and
not
just
sit
up
in
the
office
and
close
the
door
and-
and
you
know,
send
his
love
letters
back
to
the
town.
He
really
lives
in
you
know,
so
we
definitely
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
the
right
person.
A
And
I'll
tell
you
what
there's
three
communities
right
now
that
are
looking
for:
town
managers,
smithfield's
one
block
island's
another
and
west
waller.
So
it's
going
to
be
and
you
look
at
it
rock
island,
west
florida,
I'm
not
sure
where
you
want
to
go.
You
can't
afford
it
by
the
way
on
this
chart.
I
couldn't
get
a
house
median
on
here,
but
it
just
says:
n.a
1.2
for
a
garage,
I'm
just
like
wow.
I
couldn't
get
that
for
jamestown
or
new.
E
Ashore-
and
I
think
the
tax
is
only
six
dollars
per
thousand
yeah
well.
A
So
again
take
all
that
in
consideration
and
some
of
you
have
been
through
interviews
and
interview
processes,
so
you
know
what
we
need
so
next
tuesday
we'll
have
hopefully
in
plans.
I
I
mean
I
had
a
lot
of
I've.
Had
some
people
reach
out
to
me
business
owners,
so
I
think
I
told
I
one
lived
in
your
award.
I
told
them
to
contact
you.
H
A
A
G
Just
a
couple
items
the
civic
center
budget.
We
need
to
do
a
hearing
like
we
do
with
the
wastewater
budget,
because
it's
an
enterprise
fund,
so
we
were
proposing
next
week-
would
be
the
first
public
hearing
on
that
and
we'll
send
out
the
documentation
for
that
ahead
of
time
and
and
then
follow-up
meeting,
probably
the
first
meeting
in
june
as
long
as
we
complete
it
by
the
before
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year.
So
that's
the
plan
for
that.
G
If
there's
any
issues
with
that
yeah,
we
have
to
do
two
public
hearings
with
respect
to
the
budget
itself,
something
john
and
I
were
discussing
earlier
we're
trying
to
get,
I
think,
to
jay's
point.
You
know
people
probably
have
a
lot
of
questions
about
the
budget.
You
know
we
put
up
a
lot
of
resources,
so
I'll
put
up
the
presentation
like
I've
done
in
the
past,
but
one
thing
we
talked
about
was
we
hear
from
a
lot
of
people?
They
can't
make
the
council
meetings
for
various
conflicts
and
things
going
on.
G
So
what
we
thought
we
might
do
is
throw
out
a
couple
of
dates
where
he
and
I
will
be
available
here
in
the
chambers
from
like
three
to
six.
So
if
people
schedule
allow,
they
just
want
to
come
in
and
ask
questions
whatever
it
is
and
we'll
put
that
on
the
website
put
it
on
facebook.
Let
people
know
that
you
know
if
there's
any
questions
they
just
want
to
go
over
it
we'll
sit
down
with
them
and
be,
as
you
know,
hands-on
as
possible
just
to
explain
the
facts
to
them.
G
This
is
what
it
is.
This
is
what
this
means
is
what
that
means,
and
just
provide
that
as
a
service,
that
the
council
feels
like
it's
a
good
idea.
A
A
They
were
watching
at
home
and
but
again,
but
it's
also
it's
tough.
It's
it's
well!
It's
amazing
that
when
we
put
something
out
there
and
we've
had
five
meetings,
then
there's
all
of
a
sudden
200
people
that
know
how
to
fix
it.
Yeah
it's!
It's
amazing
that
when
somebody
sits
there
and
reads
the
budget
and
says
we're
paying
six
thousand
dollars
or
two
thousand
dollars
an
hour
for
a
dispatcher,
I
I
mean
that's
some
serious
accusations,
right
and
misreading
of
the
budget.
A
If
you're
thinking
we're
paying
two
thousand
dollars
an
hour,
guess
what
I'm
going
to
dispatch
because
I'm
in
the
wrong
role
myself,
I
mean
oh
we're
paying.
You
know
200
thousand
dollars
for
for
crossing
gods.
It's
not
one
crossing
god!
That's
five!
You
know
we're
not
paying
cro,
we
don't
have
crossing
god
dispatchers,
and
I
can't
I'm
honestly.
I
I
do
work,
seven
thirty
to
five.
A
A
Have
take
that
I
mean
I
have
a
a
copy
of
the
budget
electronically.
A
H
A
C
C
A
Again,
try
to
correct
that
because
some
people
are
misinformed
and
when
somebody
gets
misinformed
and
they
misinformed
10
other
people
and
then
10
other
people
I
mean
I
could
sit
there
and
start
a
line
saying
I
had
a
sausage
pepper,
onion
grinder
at
the
beginning
of
the
circle
and
go
all
the
way
around
this
entire
room.
I
guarantee
I
had
four
of
them
at
the
end,
and
you
know
I
wasn't
even
sausage
peppers,
hot
dogs
and
hamburgers.
A
A
No
yeah,
it's
not!
This
isn't
trump,
it's
not
fake
news,
but
again
I
just
the
only
thing
I
ask
as
a
councilman
and
a
colleague
of
everybody
up
here
is
to
be
factual
and
and
give
the
proper
information.
A
C
E
Fred,
while
you're
on
your
manager's
report,
what's
going
on
with
river
street
and
wakefield
street,
I
got
a
letter,
an
email
they
were
supposed
to
start
two
weeks
ago
it
was
starting
wakefield
street
nothing's
done
they're,
going
to
find
out
what
a
bill
they're
going
to
get
this
week
from
my
my
cadillac
that
I
fell
in
a
hole
that
I
thought
I
lost
the
whole
front,
end
cracked,
my
transmission
but
they're
going
to
pay,
and
I
tell
everybody
else:
if
you
get
any
sustain
any
damage,
absolutely
they
are.
A
E
Liable
for
what
they've
done,
every
car
is
ruined
that
travels
wakefield
street
and
river
street.
It's
unacceptable
and
believe
me
we're
going
to
put
our
heads
together
and
these
contractors
are
not
going
to
prostitute
the
town
anymore
or
the
townspeople
if
they
can't
do
it
within
a
reasonable
amount
of
time.
This
will
never
happen
where
it
goes
all
winter.
E
It's
unbelievable.
It's
just
I've,
never
seen
anything
like
this.
In
my
life
and
with
other
contractors.
This
has
never
happened.
So
I
mean
I've
been
on
this
since
they
started
absolutely
and
I
get
nowhere
with
it.
It's
like
I'm
talking
to
that
wall
and
every
day
I
travel
that
road,
10
or
15
times
a
day,
and
I
mumble
under
my
breath
and
believe
me,
you
don't
want
to
hear
what
I'm
mumbling.
E
C
Just
wanted
to
mention
a
couple
of
items
to
the
council.
I
know
before
I
left
for
my
leave.
I
had
mentioned
that
I
was
going
to
start
to
give
monthly
reports.
I
will
start
those
next
month
with
everything
going
on
with
the
budget.
I
haven't
able
to
prepare
for
this
one,
but
I
did
get
some
information
regarding
the
infrastructure
bank
application
that
we
put
in
seeking
seeking
permanent
financing
for
one
of
the
actually.
We
asked
for
two
the
two
additional
turbines.
C
It
looks
like
at
this
point,
they're
willing
and
possibly
going
to
commit
to
one
turbine
at
a
reduced
rate
or
a
subsidized
rate,
similar
to
what
we
did
with
the
first
one.
However,
they
may
have
an
option
for
the
third
turbine,
which
would
allow
us
to
save
some
additional
money
on
the
long-term
financing.
C
I
I
would
hope
that
by
the
next
meeting,
actually
we'll
be
doing
the
financial
town
meeting
mid-may,
but
by
next
week
I
don't
expect
to
have
it,
but
I
would
hope
by
the
beginning
of
june
we
would
actually
have
some
concrete
numbers
and
possibly
have
an
ordinance
that
would
put
the
permanent
financing
in
place
either
with
the
infrastructure
bank
or
another
bonding
option
that
may
come
up,
but
we
did
put
an
estimate
in
this
budget,
as
we
mentioned
for
the
wind
turbine
financing
and
hopefully
if
we
can
get
a
subsidized
rate,
that
could
be
something
that
may
be
able
to
allow
us
to
save
some
money
on
that
financing.
C
But
given
what
we
with
the
point,
we
were
the
budget
process.
We
needed
to
put
an
estimate
in
so
we
did
so.
Our
hope
would
be
that
with
that
permanent
financing,
maybe
we
can
even
have
some
additional
savings
that
may
be
able
to
be
attained
in
fiscal
18..
I
mean
again
we're
not
talking
significant
amounts
of
money,
but
maybe
50
75
000
that
we
could
reallocate
to
something
else
or
restore
an
item
that
we
that
the
council
previously
had
had
reduced.
So
I
will
keep
you.
H
B
Upcoming
appointments
recreation
committee,
member
one
ward,
three
planning
board
one:
an
alternate
member:
five
year
term
technology
committee
won
ward,
two
to
expire,
12,
31-18,
one
ward,
three
to
expire,
12,
31,
18,
1,
ward,
5
to
expire,
12,
31,
18.,
patuxent
river
authority,
one
three-year
term.
All.
A
Right
before
you
go
on
jay,
you
want
that
recreation
committee,
member
ward,
three
on
the
agenda
the
next
year.
A
Know
he
talked
to
me
about
that
any
other
questions
on
the
upcoming
appointments.
Public
comment
counsel.
First,
anything
from
the
council.
I.
F
Have
one
thing
jason
I'd
like
to
thank
everybody?
I
don't
want
to
put
words
in
angelo's
mouth,
but
we've
talked
about
this
for
those
of
people.
The
the
18
non-profit
groups
that
have
come
out
for
the
egg
hunt
which
was
held
on
the
15th
and
the
numbers
were
a
lot
higher
than
expected,
but
everything
was
handled
quite
well.
We
ate
about
800
people.
F
I
was
hoping
for
four
and
then,
as
the
talk
came
out,
I
I
felt
that
was
gonna,
be
we
were
gonna
get
four
and
that
would
might
turn
to
five
or
six.
But
800
was
incredible
and
being
the
first
year
doing
this
in
west
warwick,
we
had
chose
to
keep
it
inside
because
the
amount
of
people
going
outside
then
in
it
would
have
been
an
all-day
affair.
So
we
wanted
to
keep
the
the
numbers
down
to
to
a
minimum
of
travel.
F
So,
but
I'd
also
like
to
thank
the
the
number
of
businesses
that
that
gave
to
the
icon-
and
that
shows
really
the
first
time
doing
this-
that
west
warwick
is
the
businesses
are
so
friendly
and
so
gracious
they
didn't
even
blink.
I
mean
we
didn't
ask
for
a
ton,
but
you
know
for
them
every
50,
100
counts
and-
and
we
raised
about
1200
bucks
to
to
put
this
on-
and
I
know
for
next
year
that
you
know
we
do
it
again.
We
just
I
know
we
need
more
eggs.
H
F
In
a
megaphone,
we
had
3
500
eggs,
which
I
thought
was
gonna
be
enough
next
year,
we'll
probably
double
it
so,
but
but
really
I'd
like
to
thank
everybody,
everybody
watching
at
home
for
the
excellent
turnout
and
it
was
a
free
event,
the
the
character
artist
stayed
along
with
the
face
painter
and
the
lunatic
they
stayed
till
the
last
person
received
what
they
wanted,
which
which
was
an
hour
over
their
time.
So
thank
you
to
them
as
well.
So.
E
I
just
want
to
make
a
comment
to
jason.
I
want
to
thank
jason
jason.
Did
a
lot
of
this
work.
He
knew
what
he
was
doing
with
it.
I
let
the
ball
in
his
car.
I
was
scared
when
I
seen
them
lined
up
all
the
way
past
dr
bob's,
to
the
civic
center.
I
kept
saying
we
got
enough
candy,
we
got
enough
candy
and
then
there
was
always
a
few
comments.
You
know,
and
they
were
not
always
from
in
town
that
their
kids
didn't
get
anything
they
were
pushed.
F
I
can't
take
credit
for
doing
the
bags
that
was
my
better
half
to
stay
up
all
night
and
put
those
together.
Kids.
They
did
a
lot
of
work.
My
family
did
a
lot
of
work
and
they
don't
get
the
credit
yeah.
Obviously,
because
I'm
up
here
and
then
I.
F
E
A
E
A
E
A
A
Come
nine
o'clock,
I'm
standing
inside
the
building
with
laurie
and
we're
talking-
and
I
said
where
is
everybody
and
she
goes,
I
don't
know
and
not
realizing.
She
opened
up
the
side
door
go
looking
at
dr
baba's
house
and
she
goes
come
here
and
I
open.
I
was
like,
oh
my
god,
we're
in
trouble
and
they
were
lined
up
to
new
london
avenue.
A
A
It
worked
well
so
again
jay
excellent
job.
A
I
I
was
stunned
by
the
amount
of
people
like
you
said:
302
children
were
in
attendance
along
with
their
parents
and
older
siblings,
and
you
were
very
well
organized
with
it,
because
I
was
actually
looking
at
the
face
painter
and
the
balloon
guy,
and
I
said,
they're
gonna
have
a
long
day
ahead
of
him
and
you
know
I
I
left
to
head
off
to
baseball,
but
I
know
you
stayed
till
the
very
end
with
angelo
it's
kind
of
funny
watching
angelo
run
up
and
down
knocking
kids
over
for
their
eggs
taken
and
they
got
everybody's
basket
as
they're
walking
by
now,
but.
C
Again,
excellent.
F
A
Good
community
event
and
keep
up
the
good
work
with
that.
H
Any
other
public
comment
can
I
I
want
to
thank
you.
It
was
a
couple
weeks
ago,
but
we
barbara
tate
back.
I
want
to
thank
her
for
organizing
the
earth
day
cleanup,
but
you
know
councilman,
goslin
and
d'amico
were
there.
It
was
a
great
day.
We
had
a
great
turnout.
I
want
to
thank
everybody
that
came
out
and
barbara
for
all
work
and
all
the
businesses
that
donated
put
pizza
food,
donuts
drinks.
So
thank
you,
everybody
for
coming
out
that
day
we
did
a
great
job
for
the
record.
The
kids.
H
H
A
That's
right,
and
I
know
we
that's
something
we
need
to
talk
about
westcott
house
area
over
there.
A
lot
of
that
dumpster
trash
is
going
onto
the
bike.
Yeah
like
what.
A
A
No,
I
wasn't
eating.
I
was
folding
up
some
boxes
and
I
was
putting
it
back
in
their
dumpster,
but
there's
a
lot
of
trash
right
there
in
that
corner
of
the
bike
path
you
might
want
to
just
maybe
get
down
there
and
I
noticed
their
trash
cans
not
fenced
in.
B
A
H
A
Some
champagne
bombs
in
bottles
yeah,
but
again
it's
good
to
take
a
little
kid
with
you
because
they
can
fit
through
the
fences
and
stuff
like
that.
Trying
to
see
us
do
the
limbo
to
get
underneath.
The
fences
was
kind
of
funny,
but
barbara
and
group
the
attic
village
association.
A
They
do
it
every
year
and
I
think
you
had
well
over
50
people
this
year.
B
A
Everybody
who
helped
in
not
only
that
cooking
afterwards
and
whatever
else
and
it's
a
good
event,
and
I
hope
you
keep
it
up.
Thank
you
good
job.
Any
other
public
comment.
Okay,.
J
Hi
gentlemen,
ladies,
my
name
is
anna
goldaressi,
I'm
a
homeowner
of
25
carpenter
court
in
west
warwick.
Lately
there
seems
to
be
a
lot
of
online
chatter
on
facebook,
about
west
warwick
different
sites,
doing
different
things.
It
seems
like
the
actual
official
west
warwick
facebook
page
has
very
little
information
on
it.
You
could
go
around
to
these
private
pages
to
ones
that
are
paid
for
advertising
pages
and
by
far
get
more
information
than
you
can
from
our
actual
official
town
site,
which
I
kind
of
have
a
problem
with
that.
J
So
I
contacted
fred
who
very
nicely
provided
me,
the
information
as
to
who
was
in
charge
of
our
facebook
page
and
come
to
find
out
that
it
is
mr
messier
who
has
a
facebook
page
that
represents
parts
of
wes
warwick,
it's
his
private
page
and
he
charges
for
advertising
on
that
page.
You
can
get
a
lot
more
information
than
you
can
get
on.
The
official
town
page
is
that.
J
H
J
H
Actually
incorrect,
we
had
plenty
of
posts
about
the
easter
egg
hunt
and
earth
day
during
that
time
period.
Afterwards,
I
try
to
scrub
some
of
the
older
posts,
so
it
doesn't
blend.
In
first
first
perspective,
when
I
got
into
the
town
council,
there
was
basically
no
activity
on
the
facebook
page,
the
official
page
from
february
of
2016,
I'm
sorry
march
of
2016
to
february
of
2016.
There
was
22
posts
on
the
official
town,
page
14
of
those
were
by
eric
weiner,
promoting
our
community
event
only
eight
by
the
actual
town.
J
Warwick
to
make
it
attractive
to
make
our
community
of
businesses
have
a
place
where
they
could
actually
be
seen
and
spoken
about,
and
well
the
programs
that
this
gentleman
over
here
told
me
about
as
far
as
like
special
olympics
and
things,
I
never
knew
our
town
had
that.
Why
is
it
this
information
on
our
facebook
page.
H
I
H
A
H
A
J
J
J
J
E
See
anna
anna
is
not
the
only
one
that
comes
up
and
tells
us
that
the
facebook
page
from
when
it
first
got
originated
when
before
messiest
time,
but
it
was
always
never
updated.
We
always
had
a
problem
of
updating
it
and
I
agree
with
her
100
percent,
and
it's
not
the
only
complaint
that
we
got,
that
you
get
messages
all
the
time
who's
in
charge
of
it
who's
doing
it
is
it
a
full-time
job
is
one
of
your
town.
Employees
doing
it,
and
I
agree
it
should
be
more
informative.
E
Where
businesses
to
support
this
town
are
are
highlighted,
if
they're
asking
I'm
not
saying
I
don't
get
paid
for
so
I
don't
advertise
coventry.
I
represent
the
town
of
west
warwick,
I
advertise.
I
advocate
for
the
businesses
in
town
because
they're
the
ones
paying
our
taxes
they're
the
ones
that
are
loyal
to
the
community.
E
So
again
I
always
push
for
the
person
in
town.
First,
I
always
say:
do
business
with
the
people
in
town
they're,
the
ones
that
make
us
stride
they're
the
ones
that
that
we
go
up
to
me
and
jason
and
we
get
donations
from
it's
all
in
town
they're,
the
first
ones.
To
put
it
so
I
agree
with
some
of
the
emails
that
I
get.
Some
of
the
calls
that
I
get
I
understand
where
you're
coming
from
it
should
be
more
professional.
E
It
should
be
it's
not
professional,
it
should
be
all
where,
like
she
said,
who
who's
in
charge
of
this?
Is
there
programs
for
this
program.
H
When
the
town
council
meetings
are
I
post
one
there's
easter
egg
hunts
when
there's
the
the
police
induction
ceremony,
I
mean
anything:
that's
going
on
the
town
laurie
from
the
civic
center
calls
me,
and
I
have
to
put
something
on
there.
J
E
But
jay
this
is
before
you
even.
H
A
H
G
G
H
C
H
Right,
but
I
I
I
will
usually
get
the
information
before
anybody.
If
lori
from
the
civics
has
an
event,
usually
it's
before
it's
ever
posted
she'll
call
me
I
mean
I
have
a
lot
of
things
going.
If
somebody
calls
me
and
asks
me
to
post
it,
I
can't
be
trolling
the
internet
looking
for
stuff.
If
somebody
asked
me
to
put
it,
I
put
it.
J
H
I
mean
when
we
had
this
meeting
before.
I
know
you
weren't
here
for
this
meeting.
I
I
took
the
reins
and
nobody
had
any
interest
in
doing
it
all.
I
volunteered,
I
mean
it's
not
a
requirement
for
me
to
run
the
facebook
page,
but
I
offered
it.
I
didn't
think
it
was,
and
I
mean
if
you
average
it
out
66
and
especially
during
the
winter,
there
was
more
post
when
there
were
snow
storms
and
there's
more
information
going
on.
H
H
C
Think
that
some
of
the
things
you're
talking
about
like
business
directories
and
things
I
mean-
maybe
there
could
be
some
kind
of
attachment
to
the
town
website
or
something
to
that
effect.
But
I
I
want
to
commend
the
work
that
I
don't
want.
I
think
that
you're
putting
a
lot
of
time
into
it.
I
know
that
I
go
to
that
site
to
actually
lift
things
from
it
to
post.
On
my
own
facebook
page.
H
H
J
A
At
the
moment,
wait
a
minute,
let
me
finish
jay
as
far
as
wonderfully
majestic
west
warwick
coventry,
warwick
cranston,
that
has
absolutely
zero
town
business.
That's
his
personal
business,
I,
whatever
he
does
for
his
day
job.
He
has
a
living
to
do.
Everybody
knew
that
prior
to
the
election,
that's
his
that's
personal
business
when
it
comes
to
town
website
and-
and
maybe
maybe
jay
is
the
admin
of
it
right
now
we
can
look
at
other
admins,
possibly
to
to
help
out
on
that
site.
A
But
again,
if
I'm
telling
my
tax
payers
that
I'm
I'm
paying
a
guy
25
an
hour
to
run
instead
of
dealing
with
town
issues
that
I'm
paying
somebody
25
an
hour.
So
I'm
just
saying
that
if
I'm
up
to
somebody
in
this
town
hall,
if
I
give
it
to
all
the
department,
heads
and
department
heads
spend
an
hour
a
day,
updating
facebook,
but
yet
they're
not
taking
care
of
the
administrative
part
of
it.
Then
we're
going
to
get
it's
a
double-edged
sword.
It
could
be
a.
A
B
A
A
lot
of
information
gets
posted
in
and
I
understand
a
lot
of
people
live
off
facebook
and
understand
facebook
and
it's
very
user
friendly,
but
we
also
have
west
warwick
ri.org.
That
also
gets
a
lot
of
information.
E
H
G
E
G
J
A
Believe
it
not
only
do
you
have
to
focus
on
what's
being
said
and
what's
being
thrown
out
there
and
people
calling
each
other
whatever
they
want
to
call
them.
You
got
to
try
to
maintain
all
that.
The
concerned.
Citizens
was
the
very
first
one
that
started
here
and
it
started
here.
Five
years
ago,
when
we
talked
about
cutting
sports
in
the
concerned,
citizens
webpage
was
to
keep
everybody
in
west
warwick
abreast
of.
What's
going
on
right,
there's
a
group
two.
There
was
two
individuals
that
were
in
charge
of
that
yeah.
A
And
again,
you
know
I
can't
control,
I
can't
control
what
jay
messier
puts
on
wonderfully
majestic
it's
not
it's,
not
my
personal
business.
I
if
he
wants
to
go
solicit
any
type
of
business
that
he's
doing
you
know,
that's
that's
his
business
now
if
he
was
taking
those
businesses
and
putting
them
on
the
town
website,
I
would
have
a
big
problem
with
it.
I
would
be
on
your
side
100
right
now.
A
He
needs
to
be
able
to
keep
the
two
separate,
but
also
everybody
who
reaches
out
to
him
now
the
stuff
that
jay
shared
here
tonight
I
mean
it
was
preliminary.
He
wasn't
gonna,
say
jay
put
this
on
the
facebook
page
when
he's
not
even
sure
where
he's
going
with
it.
Yet
this
is
all
preliminary
stuff
that
he's
working
on.
You
know
he's
not
going
to
just
come
out
and
say:
hey
jay
put
on
there.
I'm
sorry.
H
J
H
J
It
was
west
warwick
matters.
A
So
personally,
like
this
morning,
I
took
westwood
libraries
page
because
they
have
the
job
code
coming
back
starting
back
up
shortly,
so
I
actually
saw
that
posted
from
somebody
else.
I
copied
and
pasted
it
and
put
it
in
wonderfully
majestic,
and
I
put
it.
H
There's
also
there's
also
a
link
on
the
on
the
official
town,
facebook
page,
which
links
you
to
all
the
other
town
pages.
So
people
can
go
find
you
know
for
the
library
for
the
dpw,
for
the
police
department
for
the
fire
department.
So
that
way
people
can
funnel
the
information.
There's
a
lot
of
stuff.
That's
going.
J
H
E
You
know
I
don't
see,
I
mean
we
can
argue
all
night
right.
People
are
involved
in
discussion,
volunteering
to
help
I
mean
you
or
anyone
else.
Listening
to
this
or
something
volunteer
call
the
town
manager
say
what
your,
what
your
expertise
is,
and
I
mean
I've,
never
seen
anyone
deny
anyone
an
opportunity
to
donate
their
time
or
do
what's
best
for
the
town.
We
welcome
that.
J
J
Interest
in
this
town
I
own
own,
a
home
for
27
years.
My
son
now
owns
a
home
here.
I
would
like
to
see
this
town,
you
know
become
something
more
than
it
is,
and
because
we
live
in
that
social
media
world,
it
has
to
be
made
a
presence
for
this
town
to
look
good
not
to
just
have
a
few
dabs
of
information
on
there.
H
J
H
J
F
F
No,
I
am
more
than
what,
if
what,
if
we,
if
there
is
interest,
what
if
we
put
it
out
there
to
form,
maybe
like
kind
of
like
we
have
with
the
recreation.
F
F
I
I
I
E
H
F
A
A
F
A
F
F
E
H
Label,
well,
if
there's
something
they're
free,
it's
for
me.
If
a
citizen
in
west
warwick
is
watching
this
or
here
they
see
something
that
they
think
needs
to
be
posted.
If
they
don't
see
everything,
let
me
know,
and
if
it's
town
related,
then
I
could
say
all
right,
I'll
post
it.
It
usually
doesn't
take
me
long
to
post
something.
When
somebody
asked
me,
I
mean
from
from
councilman
lichardi
councilman
gaza,
specifically,
they
both
asked
me
to
post
things.
It
was
dave.
H
My
account
got
compromised
by
the
circus
activists.
A
They
had
a
very
busy
schedule
that
week
again
I
mean
we
can
have
some
further
conversation
with
fred.
I
have
no
problem,
you
know
we
just
have
to
you
know
we
have
to
set
rules
and
guidelines
too.
We
don't
even
have
rules
and
guidelines
guidelines
in
there
right
now,
because
we
have
a
councilman.
We
can
hold
that
councilman
accountable
if
he
posts
something
that
stops
us
beyond
there.
If
you
post
it,
how
do
we
hold
you
accountable,
except
for
cutting
you
out?
I.
J
A
I
personally
did
not
see
that
if,
if
you
want
to
elaborate
later
on,
we
can
talk
further,
yes,
but
again
what
he
does
on
his
websites,
that's
him,
and
if
he
I
mean
he
has
to
go
through
an
election
in
two
years
and
I've
always
said
yeah
what
you
do
up
here
and
what
you
do
out
there,
and
I
want
to
tell
you
I've
said
it
to
him-
he's
a
social
media
candidate.
He
won
because
of
social
media
right.
A
He
was
a
social
media
candidate,
it's
plain
and
simple,
and
he
knows
that
we've
had
that
conversation.
If
it
wasn't
for
social
media,
his
name
would
not
have
been
out
there.
You
know
and-
and
that's
that's
the
difference
now.
People
are
still
watching
his
website
and
jay.
Tell
me
that
you
and
I
have
not
had
conversations
about
what
you
should
and
shouldn't
do
on
your
website.
Yeah.
A
H
A
I
I
I've
had
my
conversations
he's
had
we've
had
some
mutual
conversations
on
the
matter.
That's
up
to
him
what
he
does.
If
I
see
something
that
you
know
hey,
you
might
want
to
change
that
appearance
on
that.
You
know
that's
up
to
him,
but
if
he's
going
in
in
coventry,
that's
none
of
my
business.
E
A
E
H
There's
plenty
of
people
there's
plenty
of
people
that
I've
I've
kicked
off
the
facebook
group
for
causing
problems
causing
issues.
I
know
angela
you've
had
your
issues
with
people
on
social
media,
but
then
I'll
run
into
them
I'll
run
into
them.
I
ran
to
somebody
at
mo's
the
other
day
and
they
walked
up
to
me
and
thanked
me
for
what
I
do
in
the
community.
It
was
somebody
they
had
kicked
off
the
group,
so
sometimes
people
say
things
on
social
media
and
they
won't
say
the
same
thing
in
person.
Do
you
face
really?
Yes,.
J
H
E
There's
an
ethics
commission.
If
you,
if
one
of
us
do
something
wrong,
if
you
think
it's
unethical,
you
can
present
your
case
to
them
if
they
think
there's
something
looking
for
they
get
it.
Whether
it's
jay
me
jason
david
john,
any
one
of
us.
If
it's
unethical,
then
they
have.
We
have
rules
and
laws,
and
there
is
fines
and
by.
A
H
There's
different
conflicts,
nothing
I
do
is
hidden.
I
mean
I'm
pretty
open
about
what
I
did.
I
mean
from
day
one
the
first
time
I
showed
up
at
a
council
meeting.
You
guys
knew
I
was
from
my
page.
You
know,
so
I
don't
think
anything.
I've
done
is
deceitful
or
I
charge
businesses
a
hundred
bucks
a
month
to
promote
to
go
out
there
and
do
a
lot
of
work.
H
So
I
think,
if
anything,
I'm
saving
these
businesses
money
from
where
they
would
be
having
to
advertise
somewhere
else
and
pay
a
lot
more
money,
and
you
can
speak
to
any.
If
you
have
a
problem,
you
could
speak
to
any
of
my
businesses,
some
of
them
I've
had
for
over
a
year.
I
think
that
they
get
their.
J
C
Wow,
I
just
want
to
say
I'm
a
business
owner
I've.
Always
I've
always
been
reluctant
doing
facebook
myself,
because
a
lot
of
the
liability
anything
that
goes
on
that
site
is
reflecting
on
what
I
put
out
there.
Nothing
goes
on
my
side
I
finally
gave
in
to
putting
a
site
on
there.
Nothing
goes
on
that
site
without
my
approval
on.
C
My
page
and
it's
the
same
thing
it
should
be
for
the
town,
you
have
it's
forever
and
you
have
to
have
one
person,
whoever
that
might
be
decide.
I
mean
you
can
have
different
people
posting
it,
but
it
has
to
be
approved
by
one
person
and
they
have
the
responsibility
and
have
to
answer
to
somebody.
So
if
that's
you
right
now,
that's
fine.
How
many
things
get
pushed
on
there
or
who's
coming
to
you
with
information
yeah.
G
H
C
C
A
And
the
other
thing
stan
and
some
people
might
find
something
more
important
than
others.
For
instance,
if
I'm
saying
put
this
on,
he
might
not
find
it
important.
He
might
not
find
it
important,
but
you
know
10
others
might.
Who
knows
I
I
don't
know.
I
know
I
go
to
the
westwood
org
dot,
org
page,
which
is
a
website.
C
C
A
H
H
C
H
F
C
Hi
dawn
simus,
I'm
a
homeowner
at
11,
queen
avenue,
just
very
quickly
request.
Today
was
the
first
time
I
knew
anything
about
the
budget
meeting
and
I'm
very
active
on
facebook.
I'm
just
don't
follow
your
pages,
so
I
would
just
recommend
that
the
town
of
west
warwick
page
starts
posting
about
these
budget
meetings
soon,
so
that
the
people
who
don't
follow
all
5
thousand
facebook
pages
for
west
warwick.
You
know
the
the
at
least
the
town
pages
is
posting
those
and
make
money
again.
Our.
A
And
again,
we
we
all
our
meetings.
Every
meeting
that
we
have
is
on
secretary
of
state's
website,
it's
on
the
town
of
west
warwick's
website
and
if
you
just
click
on
government
and
go
to
meetings
it
post
every
meeting,
it
gives
you
up
to
at
least
a
48-hour
notice
of
every
meeting,
our
council
meetings,
they're,
usually
posted
on
thursday
or
friday
afternoon,
prior
to
the
tuesday
or
previous
to
the
tuesday.
A
And
you
know
I
don't
know
how
much
more
we
can
advertise.
I
really
don't
and
to
to
figure
out
a
facebook
page
just
to
advertise
certain
things
like
that.
Like
budget
hearings,
we
go
through
the
daily
times,
even
even
all
these
budget
hearings,
I'm
telling
you
I
have
personally
put
out
there
on
my
own
web
on
my
own
facebook
page.
These
are
the
meetings
I
am
and
I
can
tell
you.
A
I
have
never
seen
more
than
10
people
in
this
audience
and
eight
of
them
were
department.
Heads
never
and
I've
been
here
11
years,
we've
had
them
on
saturdays,
because
people
said
they
can't
make
it.
During
the
week
we've
had
saturday
mornings.
We
had
saturday
afternoons,
we
we've
done
a
lot
a
lot
and-
and
I
don't
the
best
thing
we
have
going
right
now-
is
the
live
stream.
Well,
we
have
a
livestream
that
wasn't
here
six
seven,
eight
years
ago,
yep
so
we've
we've
tried
to
make
government
as
open
as
possible.
C
A
H
The
westward
town
page
no
and
that's
for
a
reason
you
can't
yeah
you
can
and
you
can't
even
mess
it.
I
turned
up.
The
first
thing
I
did
was
ten
complainers
yeah.
I
turned
off
the
message.
I
turned
off
the
messages
as
well,
because
I
didn't
want
people
to.
I
don't
want
people
to
be
confused
when
somebody
didn't
respond
back.
So
thank
you.
C
You
know
one,
of
course,
is
opening
a
second
one.
It's
a
compliment
goes
to
jay
for
being
able
to.
You
know,
bring
bring
all
of
that
attention
to
these
businesses,
and
he
does
help
here
with
town
things
too,
when
he's
asked
to
post
something
on
his
own
page
and
he's
done
a
lot.
You
know.
J
J
H
I
No,
it's
all
over
200
comments
on
that.
The
facebook
page,
the
the
official
westworld
town,
facebook
page
I'll,
take
that
over
35
an
hour
I
mean
that's.
I
That
one
thing
it's
you're
gonna
have
one
person
involved
in
that,
but
on
the
more
important
note
I
wanted
to
say
mr
licardi
and
all
of
you
guys,
mrs
payback,
the
involvement
with
youth
in
this
community.
It's
it's
great.
I
was
a
scout
master
for
21
years,
injury,
retired
me
and
anything
you
can
do
with
the
youth
in
this
community.
I
sit
in
the
juvenile
hearing
board
and
some
of
the
horror
stories
you
hear
about
these
kids.
Don't
have
any
directions,
keep
them
directed
on
great
things
like
that.
E
I
A
Yeah,
the
three
of
us
were
at
the
softball
opening
ceremonies
on
sunday
angelo
and
myself
and
jay.
I
know
so.
A
Was
part
of
my
speech,
you
know,
keep
the
kids
busy
teach
them
responsibility,
workmanship
and
teamwork,
and
you
know
I
I
know
jay
and
I
have
served
on
the
recreation
committee
together
and
I
think
we
both
are
on
the
same
page
as
far
as
the
youth-
and
you
know
we
were
just
joking
around
the
other
night.
You
know
you
know
angelo
and
I
appear
we
argue
every
once
in
a
while,
but.
A
And
you
know
with
my
with
my
daughter,
I
know
with
jay's
son
and
jason
jason
jason.
You
know
I
I
I
witness
what
this
I
think
is
very
involved
with
the
youth,
and
I
I
think
you
know,
with
the
expertise
of
jay
in
his
recreation
career,
that
you
know
he
can
help
with
this
throughout
the
next
couple
years.
He's
here
for
at
least
four
years
anyway,
and
I
think
it's
it's
it's
great-
that
the
kids
have
something
to
do
on
weekends.
A
I
know
having
conversations
with
laurie
swanson
up
at
the
civic
center
she's,
trying
to
think
of
ideas
for
the
community
community
events
for
the
summer
up
there,
because
that
is
the
dead
time
up
there,
because
everybody
moves
all
their
sports
outside
and
she's.
Looking
at
like
bring,
you
know,
everybody
thought
it
was
a
bad.
A
You
know
we
got
bad
emails
about
the
circus,
but
anybody
who
attended
the
circus
up
there,
what
a
great
family
event
we
have
my
neighbors
doing
the
kids
expo
on
a
couple
of
weeks
she
up
at
the
civic
center.
You
know-
and
I
advertised
that
this
morning
you
know
those
are
those
are
things
that
we
want
to
continue
doing
in
keeping
the
youth
involved
in
the
community,
because
not
only
does
it
keep
them
involved,
but
it
also
they
are
going
to
be
the
future
of
this
town.
A
You
know
when,
unfortunately,
we
don't
all
live
to
105.
You
know
those
kids
need
to
take
over
the
leadership
roles.
One
of
the
things
I
saw
this
weekend
I
pointed
out
was
girl,
softball,
the
u8's
and
the
u6's
were
being
coached
by
the
u14s
and
the
u16s,
because
it's
teaching
them
to
be
coaches
and
also
responsibility
of
those
kids,
and
you
know
I
pointed
out,
I
think
I
pointed
out
to
councilman
lichardi.
A
But
you
know
again:
community
involvement,
and
I
and
again
I
commend
jay
with
the
egg
hunt.
We
also
got
a
fishing
pad
going
to
be
opening
up
soon.
A
lot
of
people
don't
even
realize
that's
going
to
be
there.
You
know
handicapped
fishing
period
in.
F
A
In
ward
4
and
that's
been
three
generations
of
council
people
to
get
that
to
happen,
you
know
councilwoman
right,
yeah,
councilwoman,
gustafson,
councilman
kennehan,
who
promised
that
he
would
keep
it
going
and
jay's
finishing
up
now
I
mean
it
wasn't
something
that
happened
in
two
years
time.
It's
been
a
long
time,
you
know,
look
around
at
the
parks
and
that's
and
that's
what
I'm
trying
to
say
when
I
gave
my
explanation.
The
budget
this
morning
on
facebook,
I
said,
take
a
look
at
what's
around
and
be
educated
when
you
vote.
A
That's
all
I
ask,
you
know,
take
a
look
at
river
point
park,
the
tennis
courts
race
over
field,
the
girls
softball
field,
the
outfield
just
got
redone
the
skatepark,
the
fishing
piers,
all
that
stuff
and
say
that
takes
time
money
and
to
maintain
you
know
when
we
put
all
these
things
in
it's
going
to
cost
money
to
maintain,
we
just
can't
slap
it
and
it
did
happen.
I
will
say
it
had
happened
over
the
years
where
we'll
slap,
something
in
I'll
use,
the
skatepark
as
an
example.
A
When
that
first
went
in
they
spent
over
400
000,
there
was
no
maintenance
done
to
that.
It
was
lit
on
fire
and
we
kept
the
stuff
there.
Nothing
got
repainted
nothing.
You
know
the
school
department
stepped
up
and
said:
hey
help
us
with
the
buses
and
we'll
put
a
new
skatepark
in
for
you,
and
they
did
that.
That's
a
lot
of
things
that
people
don't
know.
A
What's
what's
truly
going
on
behind
the
budget,
the
library
perfect
example,
I
I
said
it,
my
boss
got
his
job
going
to
the
job
corp
thing
I
was
at
tuesday
so
monday,
nights
of
all
time,
but
that
nate,
how
many
people
do
you
get
jobs
for
on
a
yearly
basis
through
that
exact
numbers?
I
don't
know,
but
it's
pretty
high.
A
You
know
he's
teaching
people
how
to
do
interviews
and
what's
open
for
jobs
and
everything
else
out
there.
It's
it's
a
great
program.
Those
are
a
lot
of
programs
that
we
have
at
the
senior
center
the
youth
center.
I
mean
I
will
say
this:
you
got
to
look
at
it
this
way.
If
the
budget
does
get
voted
down,
we
have
to
look
at
a
1.8
million
dollar
reduction.
A
Now
it
may
not
be
in
layoffs,
it
could
be
in
lagos,
I
can't
say:
would
it
be,
but
it
could
be
a
closing
of
a
senior
center,
a
closing
of
a
youth
center.
So
we
because
we
don't
have
manpower
to
do
that.
Parks
and
rec
we're
not
cutting
the
grass
anymore.
Good
luck
with
your
kids
out
there.
You
know
ball
fields.
The
leagues
will
have
to
take
care
of
it.
A
It's
not
going
to
look
as
pristine
as
it
does
now,
and
we
have
two
of
the
best
ball
fields
right
in
the
state
of
rhode,
island
right
now
that
many
people
are
so
happy
to
come
here
and
play
they
begged
me
to
do
an
all-star
team
this
year.
Here
you
know
mccarthy
field
and
ray
silver
and
they're
actually
saying
ray
silver
is
looking
better
than
mccarthy,
which
is
amazing
because
eight
years
ago,
if
you
put
a
kid
in
left
field,
the
only
thing
you
saw
was
the
brim
of
his
cat
and
they'd.
A
A
The
batting
cages-
you
know
we're
talking
about
looking
at
the
soccer
field.
What's
next
I
mean,
but
all
that
costs
money,
and
if
everybody
wants
a
beautiful
town,
it's
going
to
cost
money
it
doesn't.
It
doesn't
happen
for
free.
A
D
I
don't
understand,
as
angelo
said,
it's
gonna
be
the
same
thing
over
and
over,
and
I
understand
your
five
years,
donald
smith,
one
douglas
street,
and
it
just
seems
like
it's
going
to
happen
over
and
over
and
over
again,
we've
been
going
through
this,
for
I
don't
know
how
many
years
I
don't
know
how
who
you
people
are,
how
long
you've
been
here.
D
But
this
is
what
I'm
hearing
it's
not
going
to
change
you're
just
going
to
have
the
same
bills
and
what
a
couple
of
years
you're
just
going
to
cry
bankrupt
again
and
instead
of
trying
something
new,
can
we
get
parking
meters
on
main
street
sometime,
I'm
saying
just
to
make
a
little
extra
money?
Well,
that's.
D
C
Bit
there's
an
audit
redevelopment
commission
that
is
making.
D
A
Nick
cambio
was
here
at
a
last
meeting
talking
about
redeveloping
the
post
office.
We
don't
own
the
post
office.
He
does
right.
D
D
D
A
A
About
west
wallace,
but
again
when,
when
people
say
nobody's
coming,
okay,
take
a
ride
up
north
pleasant
street
tomorrow,
when
you
get
up
right
before
the
cranston
line,
look
to
the
right,
there's
going
to
be
27
condo
units
going
in
right
there
right,
they're,
coming
to
west
wallach
dollar
general
is
going
to
go
up.
Their
land
motors
they're
coming
to
west
warwick
right
dollar
store
is
going
where
petrocellis
is
now
petrocell
didn't
close
up.
He
moved
to
crompton.
The
dollar
store
is
coming
in
when
people
tell
me
nobody's
coming
here.
D
D
Living
I'm
seeing
moving
trucks.
I
move.
I
live
right
across
from
the
u-haul,
I'm
seeing
moving
trucks
constantly
they're,
not
coming
they're,
just
breathing.
That's
it!
The
taxes
are
going
higher
every
single
time.
You
have
a
budget,
it's
it's,
it's
either
barely
cutting
it
or
you
have
to
raise
taxes.
After
this
five.
A
A
So
you
got
less
than
one
percent
of
empty
units
right.
You
know,
that's
what
I'm
saying
when
people
say
people
aren't
coming
here.
I
will
tell
you
one
thing
I
disagree
with.
Is
you
know
that
when
people
say
nobody's
coming
here,
they
got
to
have
their
facts
straight
I
mean
stores
are
empty.
Yes,
maybe
because
their
rents
are
high.
You
know
storefronts
here
in
arctic
are
empty
right,
but
I
remember
as
a
kid
running,
through
arctic
running
from
coventry
to
phoenix,
because
my
mother
lived
in
college.
A
A
D
A
D
E
E
D
This
is
what
we
need.
We
need
more
money
coming
into
it.
Like
I
mean
we
need
more
people
coming
here,
not
renters.
We
need
people
spending
money,
look
at
wicked
art,
wicket
our
festival,
situat
festival.
They
can
take
a
little
corner,
a
little
intercession
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
and
people
dumping
loads
of
cash
over
there
like.
Why
can't
we
do
something?
I
don't.
C
Know
we're,
actually,
I
don't
know
exactly
with
what
we
would
do
with
our
requirener
as
far
as
bringing
in
food
trucks
and
setting
up
more
events
where
people.
A
A
Down
there
you
know,
I
again:
I've
been
talking
to
laurie
swanson
up
at
the
civic
center
she's
looking
to
bring
in
the
old
home
days
back.
I
don't
know
if
you
remember
that,
that's
when
we
used
to
have
fireworks
on
a
carnival
up
there.
A
The
taste
of
ken
county
she's,
looking
at
doing
the
car,
show
dave
lombardi
and
group.
Do
every
year
we're
looking
at
a
community
flea
market.
You
know
maybe
one
weekend
the
community
come
in.
Anybody
from
the
community
come
in
rent
a
space
up
at
the
civic
center
there.
There
is
so
many
things
that
we
have
going
on
that
once
and
and
we
can't
advertise
until
we
know
it's
no.
H
D
A
Tell
you
the
car
show,
has
thousands
of
people
will
come?
I
could
tell
you
ferrucci's,
I
think
that's
one
of
his
the
tree
lighting
right.
J
A
Or
whatever
it
is
it's
great
businesses
like
ferrucci's,
I
can
tell
you
when
they're
open
on
the
tree
lighting.
He
sells
thousands
of
wieners
that
one
night
he
sells
out
every
single
year.
He
can't
keep
up,
but
those
are
people
that
would
never
probably
go
to
eat
at
his
restaurant,
because
if
they
didn't
go
to
the
tree
lighting,
they
wouldn't
go.
D
A
We
have
talked
about
concepts,
we
did
we
one
thing
that
brought
our
attention
to
a
lot
was
the
100
year
celebration.
We
that's
when
that's
where
oktoberfest
came
in
you
know
the
hundred
year
anniversary
was
amazing.
The
amount
of
people
that
showed
up
here
at
river
point
park.
I
mean
I
was
driving
the
gator
around
bringing
people
back
and
forth
to
their
cars
and
it
was
unbelievable.
I'm
ready
angelo,
you
were
yeah,
I
mean
the
amount
of
people
and
we
said
we
know.
E
Keep
putting
ten
thousand
dollars
on
the
side
for
them,
fireworks
that
everybody
bragged
about
yep
and
we
kept
it
going
when
me
and
ed,
ran
the
centennial.
A
A
To
go
to
the
vendor
tables
and
everything
else
and
talk
to
different
people
there.
You
know
they
talked
to
the
lions.
They
talked
to
the
cub
scouts.
They
talked
to
westworld
soccer
west
warwick
softball.
They
were
all
there.
They
all
volunteered
that
time.
Those
those
are
events.
The
kids
expo
is
an
event,
that's
run
privately
and
then
that's
going
to
be
a
very
busy
event
out.
There.
J
D
A
A
We
had
manchester
65
here,
yeah
every
in
in
god.
I
don't
want
to
bring
it
up,
but
the
station
memorial,
the
station
site
right,
was
one
of
the
top
locations
in
the
state
of
rhode
island
for
concerts.
Everybody
went
there
right,
so
we
as
a
council
at
the
time,
said
well.
Manchester
65
came
in
and
said
this
is
what
we
want
to
do.
We
want
to
bring
something
like
that
back.
A
As
council
members
and
three
of
them
weren't
here,
but
the
councilwoman
gustafson
and
everybody
was
sitting
here
saying
this
is
a
great
idea.
Until
we
had
the
feds
and
the
state
police
and
everybody
investigating
gangster
rap
concerts
and
and
fetish
nights
and
nights
was
pretty
calm.
A
D
D
A
D
That's
what
I'm
saying
they
need
the
money,
but
they're
I
mean
they're.
They
could
ticket
these
cars
like
all
day
long
and
just
I
mean
it's
not
gonna
pay
for
the
whole
west
wallet,
but
I
mean
you
need
the
money.
Just
you
know.
That's
it
just
think
big.
Just
do
something
big
and
just
see
how
it
left
see
how
it
works
out
and
then
I'm
sure
you're
thinking
all
about
it,
but
we
are
gonna.
Do
it.
