E
I
just
went
to
the
cuisine
before
our
last
meeting.
He
apologizes
he's
got
a
thing
with
the
jc's
they're
on
them.
National
and
evident
jack's
been
involved
with
the
jaycees
for
40
years
and
he
got
all
kinds
of
presidential
awards
and
I
apologize.
I
thought
marianne
had
a
copy
of
the
citation
that
I
gave
him.
I
would
have
read
it,
but
his
accomplishments,
through
this
town
and
his
dedication
to
the
jaycees
and
and
and
the
riverwalk
and
the
river
authority,
is
just
amazing.

A
Second
and
discussion:
any
public
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
eyes
have
it.
Those
licenses
have
just
approved,
was

A
I'm
not
going
to
pronounce
that
one
but
mosamed
el
sawani.
Hopefully
I
got
that
good.
I
said:

C
A
Any
public
comment
hearing
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it.
E
How
will
I
make
a
motion
to
waive
the
reading
a
second.
F
Hal
howie-
and
this
is
the
the
the
budget
resolution
or
the
wastewater
treatment
plan
that
was
passed,
the
budget
hearings
and
just
moving
it
into
the
fee
schedule.
It's
an
appendix.
A
Yep
any
other
questions
for
al
any
public
comment.
The
only
question
I
have
I
heard
the
bills
finally
went
out
for
the
sewer
yeah,
but
they're
given
a
month
great
period.
Well
now
so
is
still
july.
31St
yeah,
you
got
the
month
of
july,
but
they
just
got
sent
out,
so
somebody
might
not
receive
until
friday
or
saturday.
A
And
if,
if
there's
any
issues,
we'll
have
to
look
at
that
case-by-case
basis
because
they
did
go
out
a
week
late
so
hearing
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it.
C
B
F
How
this
the
three
items
regarding
the
dog
dog
licenses
we've
always
been
charging
them
with
this
somehow,
although
they
never
made
it
into
the
fees
these
guys,
if
that's
putting
them
in
and
the
question.
The
last
time
I
was
here
was
whether
or
not
the
hundred
dollars
per
cat
was
for
the
litter
or
the
breeding
cat.
It's
for
the
breeding
cat,
the.

A
A
I
will
not
be
here
in
town
so,
but
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
reach
out
to
all
local
clubs
and
all
that
for
labor
day,
and
we
get
that
squared
away,
because
we
may
not
be
available
for
the
meetings
in
august.
The
festivities
for
all
labor
day
festivities.

Now
we'll
move.
G
Ten
seconds
I
know,
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
the
the
neighbors
for
the
moving
the
neighbors.
A
Well,
let's
just
describe
what
you're
looking
for
here,
they're
looking
to
do
like
a
haunted
house
behind
yeah
like
a
walking
dead
from
the
hours.
G
The
fact
the
factory
has
been
there
for,
I
think,
what
two
or
three
at
least
the
past
three
years
since
2014.
I
believe
three
past
three
years
and
this
year,
they're
looking
to
add,
haunted
woods
behind
there
kind
of
I
went
back
there
and
walked
it.
Wasn't
wasn't
really
totally
cleared
out.
So
it's
really
tough
for
me
to
get
judged.
It
is
pretty
close
to
the
houses,
but
I'm
definitely
willing
to
and.
A
G
B
On
the
application
it
says
they
have
higher
traffic
details
on
business.
Are
they.
H
Yeah
to
answer
your
questions
regarding
the
haunted
woods
we're
not
open
every
night,
I
I
gave
the
list
of
the
dates,
mostly
weekends,
friday,
saturday,
sunday,
some
thursdays,
the
last
week
of
october.
You
can
see
when
we
open
on
the
next
one.
Last
week
we
opened
the
wednesday
and
thursday
friday
saturday
sunday
and
then
the
tuesday
and
halloween,
but
the
speakers
were
actually
we
don't
want.
We
don't
want
the
woods
to
be
too
loud
because
it
takes
away
from
the
ambiance
of
the
woods.
This
is
the
size
of
the
speaker.
H
We
can
actually
play
it
here
if
you
like,
and
we
have
we're
going
to
have
like
about
nine
nine
scenes
and
then
they're
all
gonna
have
this
speaker.
So
when
they
approach.
H
G
H
But
so
I'm
just
letting
you
know
that
we're
having
his
speakers,
okay,
so
we
had
to
go
through
dem
because
it's
within
200
feet
of
the
river,
so
we
got
it
approved
by
it,
took
about
almost
a
year
to
get
approved
by
dm.
We
had
to
give
them
the
plans
and
they
approved
it,
and
now
we
just
want
to
do
things
right
and
come
and
just
get
this
license
for
the
for
that.
To
do
the
woods
true.
G
G
Yeah,
no
is
it
not
which
we
already
did
do
we
have
do
you.
H
H
H
And
then
we
did
it,
we
did
cut
the
brush
through
and
made
the
pathway,
and
so
we've
done
all
of
dillage.
As
far
as
that
goes
yeah.
H
But
it
wasn't
easy
to
get
it.
It
was.
It
was
a
lot
of
you
know
you
had
to
get
an
architect,
a
land
architect.
It
was
not
an
easy
road
getting
getting
approved
for
the
do
you
own,
the
property.
Are
you
just
a
tenant?
I'm
a
tenant
at
20,
actually
10
and
a
10
year
lease
10
year,
lease
yeah.
A
H
I
was
gonna,
I
don't
think
we're
gonna
be
ready,
I
don't
know
for
sure,
but
we
might
not
be
ready
to
open
up
the
lady
that
weekend.
I
just
did
that
as
a
kickoff
for
the
you
know
get
the
word
out,
but
actually
our
biggest
when
we
really
started
like
the
the
like,
I
was
gonna
open
up
the
the
late
labor
day
weekend.
Then
two
weekends,
after
that
on
a
saturday
night,
then
the
next
saturday
night.
So
it
was
mostly
saturday
nights
in
september
and
labor
day
weekend.
H
It
would
have
been
saturday
and
sunday
and
then
skip
a
weekend.
There'll
be
saturday
saturday,
saturday
and
september,
and
then
october
is
when
we
go
mostly
the
friday
saturday
sunday
and
some
thursdays.
My.
E
Concern
would
be
being
close
proximity
to
the
to
the
residents
there,
like
the
president,
said,
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
yelling
and
screaming
and
you're.
G
Right-
and
it's
really
I
mean
I
walked
a
little
bit
back
from
the
neighbor's
house.
It
is
really
close,
especially
the
the
condos
over
there.
It
seems
like
it's
really
close,
and
it's
really.
Where
the
I
mean.
I
don't
know
exactly
what
you
have
any
pictures
of
where
exactly
the
path
is
going
to
lead,
but
it
looks
like
you
could
look
right
into.
I
mean
into
into
all
the
houses,
because
it's
that
close
well,
that.
H
Was
that
that
area
was
with
a
small
little
condo
area
there,
we
were
going
to
put
a
tunnel
where
they
would
walk
through
this
tunnel
of
so
that
they
wouldn't
even
be
able
to
see
the
houses,
so
they
want
to
be
going
through
like
a
tunnel.
So
I
don't
want
them
to
actually
see
it.
Tell
the
truth
that
takes
away
from
the
ambience,
but
it's
only
a
small
community
there.
It's
not
a
large
community.
J
H
It's
like
half
of
it.
I
wish
I
had
the
picture
of
the.
H
C
B
G
B
I
H
G
H
H
The
the
fact
of
terror
we've
always
had
sound
outside
as
well
and
we've
as
far
as
not
a
walk
through,
but
as
far
as
when
they're
approaching
the
building
and
we've
had
them,
people
that
are
lying
they're,
getting
spooked,
they're
they're
screaming,
because
they're
spooked
and
we've
never
had
any
problem.
With
that
we've
been
in
business.
There
wasn't
that
four
years.
G
G
I
One
addition
when
we
first
took
out
the
license
we
kind
of
blanketed
it
with
the
times,
but
since
then,
we've
solidified
the
times
so
in
actuality
in
the
month
of
september
fridays
or
saturdays
that
were
open
in
september.
The
latest
we're
open
is
until
9
30
p.m.
I
I
But
after
looking
at
the
calendar
we've
I
mean
this
is
already
on
the
website
as
well
not
to
be
put
on
the
website,
but
the
latest
we're
open
is
at
10
30
and
those
are
only
saturdays
through
the
month
of
only
four
saturdays
during
the
month
of
october
that
were
open
until
10
30..
Every
other
night
is
between
nine
and
9
30..
So.
B
I
Yeah,
the
weeknights
won't
be
busy,
so
we'll
be
closed
by
that
time.
The
other
part
of
this
as
well,
is
the
the
nights
that
were
open
in
both
locations.
The
the
the
way
that
it
will
work
is
that
people
are
going
to
go
through
the
woods
first
and
end
at
the
haunt.
So
the
woods
will
be
closed
before
you
know
anything.
H
We
don't
want
that
to
linger
as
well,
because
the
labor
cost
is
like
very
high,
so
we
just
want
to
that's.
Why
we're
having
go
to
the
woods
first
and
then
through
the
factory
inside,
because
we
don't
want
that
labor
cost
the
woods
and
so
then
just
have
them
finish
inside
the
inside
the
factory.
Okay,.
B
John
over
the
past
three
years
that
you've
been
in
operation,
have
there
been
any
formal
complaints
regarding
sound
from
any
of
the
local.
I
Actually,
a
total
of
seven
exterior
speakers
and
the
the
entrance
where
we
also
have
actors
outside
have
always
lined
up
near
the
woods.
That's
where
the
entry
point
would
always
have
been
anyways.
D
H
Those
speakers
are
louder
than
these
little
guys.
We
don't
want
these.
We
don't
want
these
speakers
when
you're
going
through
the
woods.
The
woods
are
spooky
on
their
own
just
the
imagination.
So
we
want
these
these
little.
These
small
speakers,
just
when
they
approach
a
facade
right
all
right,
but.
B
Focused
speakers,
but
let
me
ask
you
this
and
I
know
we're
dealing
with
sound
right
now,
but
in
terms
of
having
all
these
people
walking
through
the
woods,
how
will
you
be
controlling
that.
B
B
H
Have
wood
chips
on
it
dm,
so
we
go
as
far
as
three
inches
on
the
on
the
wood
chips
and
then
they
let
us
know
where
we
can
have
our
facades
throughout
the
whole
entire
walk
through
and
then
each
facade.
We
have
actors
like
two
or
three
actors,
so
it's
not
like
everybody
in
the
woods
is
going
to
be
yelling
at
screaming
at
one
time.
I
know
because
they're
going
to
be
going
through
very
you
know.
G
J
H
H
Yes
finger
light
and
what
we're
gonna
do
also
is
we're
going
to
put
a.
G
H
Also
going
to
put
a
the
lights
that
we
have
to
illuminate
the
that
we
already
put
to
illuminate
the
parking
lot
like
the
highway
lights.
Yep
we're
gonna
have
that
also
facing
into
the
towards
the
woods
in
case
there
was
any
situation
or
let's
say
our
actors
need
to
get
back
there.
We
just
turn
the
lights
on.
They
just
find
their
way
back.
There
quicker
and
they'll
have
illumination
for
that.
Only
only
open.
A
All
right,
obviously,
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
people
here
to
discuss
this.
So
if
anybody
wants
to
get
up
and
speak,
please
get
in
line
and
we'll
one
of
the
time
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record
and
just
try
not
to
be
repetitive.
If
you
have
the
same
concerns
you
can
share,
it
just
try
to
keep
it
from
being.
K
Repetitive,
mike
burgoyne
for
duke
street
a
couple
of
things,
I'd
like
to
talk
about
actually
how
it's
been
run
in
the
past.
In
the
past,
your
employees
actually
have
been
partying
in
the
parking
lot.
There's
been
alcohol
bottles.
In
my
shrubs
over
my
fence,
I
live
directly
right
on
the
the
easement
for
the
the
sewer
line.
There's
been
cars
that
have
driven
down
the
easement,
so
there's
already
no
control
during
that
period
of
time
in
october
I
end
up
actually
shutting
the
windows
of
my
house.
K
I
can't
actually
go
outside
because
of
the
screaming
because
of
the
music,
and
I
put
up
with
it
because
it's
a
business
and
I
figured
there's
nothing.
I
could
really
do
about
it.
Plus
I
go
to
bed
early,
my
kids
go
to
bed
early.
We
shut
the
windows,
no
big
deal
now
we're
talking
about
two
months,
two
months
where
I
can't
enjoy
my
yard
outside
two
months,
where
I
have
to
have
the
windows
close
to
my
house,
because
otherwise
I
have
screaming.
I
have
the
music.
K
I
have
everything
else
going
on,
so
you
know
this
is
just
absolutely
not
acceptable.
You
know
we
have
people
wandering
through
the
woods
already.
We
have
people
wandering
in
my
neighbor's
yard
with
so
abandoned
house,
but
it
is
still
where
they're
wandering
now
now
you're
shaking
your
head,
but
I've
actually
gone
up
at
night.
K
There
was
a
gentleman
last
year
with
a
a
truck
with
an
air
horn
that
he
decided
every
night
or
every
other
night
after
they
closed
that
he's
going
to
blow
his
air
horn
and
he's
going
to
do
donuts
in
the
parking
lot.
So
this
is
how
it's
being
run
now
now
you're
going
to
have
people
in
the
woods
screaming
their
heads
off
poorly
lit.
K
K
H
Yes,
we
are,
I
have
jeff
sylvia
who's
running
forever.
All
the
time
he's
very
responsible,
and
I
myself
was
there,
but
we
have
a
police
station
on
the
visit
on
the
friday
saturday
nights,
because
the
other
nights
are
so
slow
that
it
doesn't
call
for
a
police
detail,
but
I
can
we
can
cut
this
down.
I
don't
have
to
open
up
the
labor
day
weekend.
We
can
cut
it
down
to
just
the
third
week
of
september
through
october.
That
would
not.
That
would
be
fine.
It's
you
know.
H
B
B
A
Same
person,
but
when
you
say
you
had
a
police
detail
when
the
establishment
closes,
the
police
department
leaves
your
employees
may
still
be
there
cleaning
up
doing
whatever,
and
mr
burgoyne
said
that
it's
after
hours,
the
spinning
of
tires
doing
donuts
blowing
the
air
horn
and
doing
whatever
the
police
detail,
probably
would
not
be
there
at
that
point.
If
I'm
correct
well,.
H
I've
been
there
one
week.
Can
I
answer
that
I've
been
there
when
we
close
and
I'll
tell
you
that
the
the
the
actors
we
have
are
very
good
at
people,
and
they
just
tell
the
truth.
They
take
off
and
go
to
friendlies
and
get
eat
after
they
go
to
one
of
these
places
that
they
eat
and
get
together
and
eat.
I've
been
there
when
they
close
and
the
pacifier
is
empty.
I
I
don't
know.
A
To
I'm
trying
what
I'm
trying
to
get
out,
sir,
is
and-
and
I
think
mr
burg
going
hit
the
nail
on
the
head-
the
neighbors
have
been
cordial
towards
you.
Even
though
there's
been
issues
they
they
know
you're
a
business.
They
know
you
want
to
run
the
factory
of
terror.
They
know
that
they're
going
to
deal
with
it
for
one
month.
What
I
think
they're
getting
at
at
this
point
is
now
you're
gonna
start
intruding
outside
the
factory
and
into
the
backyards
of
their
homes,
and
I
think
that's
what
they're
concerned
with
I
don't
know.
A
Some
people
are
shaking
their
heads
from
the
crowd
and
I
think
people
that
never
ever
ever
called
and
complained
to
me
about
this
or
complained
about
anything
in
this
town
have
called
and
said
about
this.
This
is
intrusive
into
my
backyard
and
they
usually
do
like.
I
said
mr
burgoyne
says
he's
dealt
with.
It
he's
lived
with
it.
He
shuts
his
windows.
He
goes
to
bed,
he
gets
up
in
the
morning
to
go
to
work
so
be
it
and
again
he's
lived
with
it
and
he's
still
willing
to
live
with
your
factory
of
terror.
G
I
think
also
what
concerns
me
is
like
regulating,
what's
going
on
in
the
woods
if
they,
if
they're
kind
of
just
like
blindly
navigating
them,
especially
if
some
people
this
is
not
unreasonable
to
think
they
went
and
had
a
couple
of
drinks
somewhere
in
the
area
and
then
they're
going
through
the
woods
with
just
like
what
he
said
finger
lights.
You
know
kind
of
concerns
me
to
figure
out
where
they
would
be
led.
You
know
they
can't
get
it
it's.
I
have
to
get
off
track
or.
G
In
the
briar
bushes,
then
like
stuck
in
a
briar
bush
for
I'm
not
even
saying
as
a
joke,
they
could
seriously.
I
mean
how
what's
going
to
stop
them
from
if
it's
poorly
lit
to
like
end
up
going
the
wrong
way
and
end
up
in
a
briar
bush,
because
you
said:
there's
no,
there's
no
illumination
to
lead
them
around
correct
we're
going
to
have
spot.
H
H
I
M
M
So
in
the
pictures,
that's
the
path
that
was
cleared
last
year
and
we
went
walking
out
there
during
the
day
and
we
went
walking
out
there
at
night.
During
the
day
you
can
see
into
our
backyard,
even
though
it
is
fenced
and
you
can
see
into
the
condos
in
front
of
you
in
the
woods
and
then
we
went
walking
out
there
at
night.
One
night
and
I
saw
my
friend
helen,
doing
her
dishes
at
her
kitchen
sink
from
the
path
that
the
dem
cleared
in
the
woods
for
this
walk.
M
Yeah,
so
it's
a
little
less
foliage,
but
probably
around
about
right,
where
it
would
be
at
the
end
of
october,
close
yeah
yeah,
and
it
is
pretty
it's
prickly
back
there.
That's
our
the
wooden
fence
yeah.
I
also
want
to
point
out
that
my
dogs
go
outside
and
they
use
the
backyard
that's
kind
of
where
their
kennel
is.
M
They
have
been
known
to
go
outside
at
night
too,
and
they
get
stressed
enough
with
the
noise
from
the
pump
house
with
the
noise
from
the
factory
of
terror,
as
it
is
right
now,
and
we
avoid
bringing
them
outside
at
night,
but
I
mean
they're,
just
dogs,
they
don't
know
and
then
obviously,
like
my
husband,
said,
our
children
can't
use
the
backyard.
I
haven't
had
a
birthday
party
for
my
teenager
in
three
years
because
of
the
noise
at
night.
M
We
can't
do
a
proper
birthday
party
for
her
in
our
yard,
her
birthday's
in
september
and,
like
my
husband,
said,
we've
been
putting
up
with
it
and
we're
just
not
happy
adding
to
the
program.
M
Oh
and
then
I
also
have
two
pictures
that
I
printed
one
is
sort
of
a
satellite
view
of
duke
street
and
then
the
other
is
a
satellite
view
of
scary
acres,
and
you
can
see
that
duke
street
has
very
little
acreage.
Scary
acres
has
a
lot
and
the
buffer
zone
for
those
people
is
much
different.
It's
just
very
it's.
Just
too
close.
You.
G
I
think
what
angel
was
saying
I
agree
with
him
is
like
this:
there
wouldn't
be
any
anything
to
stop.
There
would
be
no
nothing
to
stop
yeah
from
especially
like
I
said
if
they
went
out
and
had
a
few
drinks
and
showed
up
there
and
yeah,
and
by
that
point
they're
kind
of
far
the
police
detail
chief.
Where
does
the
police
detail
usually
like?
Where
are
they
usually
like
stationed?
G
C
Hi,
my
name
is
helen
bauerpine.
I
work
I
live
up
to
duke
street
and
one
of
the
condo
units.
I
just
moved
in
christmas
eve
actually,
and
I
noticed
when
there
was
no
leaves
on
the
trees
that
you
could.
I
saw
all
these
trees
being
cut
down
and
I
thought
I
wonder
what
they're
doing
back
there,
because
I
didn't
think
that
they
could
build
back
there,
but
right
now
all
the
brushes
really
thick,
the
green.
C
You
know
the
trees
all
have
leaves
on
them
or
whatever,
but
once
all
those
leaves
are
gone
in
in
the
fall,
I
mean
they're
going
to
be
looking
right
in
I'm
going
to
be
like
a
fishbowl
I'll
have
to
keep
all
my
windows
closed.
Keep
my
shutters
closed.
I
have
to
be
at
work
by
quarter
past
six
in
the
morning.
I
leave
my
you
know,
leave
my
home
and
for
them
to
be
out
there
screaming
and
what
stops
them
from
coming
back
after
everybody
is
gone
now
they
see
well
wow.
C
E
A
E
Control
of
the
of
the
clientele
that's
going
to
be
there
I
mean
your
quality
of
life
is
going
to
be
ruined
my
own
opinion.
I
wouldn't
want
it
in
my
backyard
and
I
see
where
you're
coming
from
right.
I
don't
think
this
is
the
proper
place
to
have.
I
understand
business-wise,
but
you
know
you
also
have
to
understand.
There's
quite
a
few
of
you.
Like
david
said,
you
never
complained
before
you
never
came
before
the
council
and
I
respect
your
privacy.
G
I'm
less
con,
I'm
less
concerned
about
the
noise
I
mean.
I
understand
the
noise
is
an
issue,
I'm
more
concerned
about
like
people
having
access
like
that
close
to
your
property.
The
noise
I
understand
can
be
uncomfortable
right
if
it
was
just
for
five
weeks
and
that's
why
the
fact
you
know
the
factor
of
terror,
is
there
I'm
more
concerned
about
how
close
they
are
to
your
property
lines
as
far
as
walking
through
the
woods
and
not
knowing
where
they're
gonna
end
up
going
yeah
I'll
give
you.
A
A
personal
experience,
just
in
my
yard,
I
have
plenty
of
woods
behind
me.
It
goes
all
the
way
into
cranston
my
neighbor
one
of
my
neighbors
further
down
the
road
asked
me
about
a
running
club
if
he
can
have
a
running
club
run
through
my
woods
and
do
whatever
I
said
absolutely
as
long
as
you
don't
bother
anybody
or
whatever
it
may
be.
I
happen
to
be
at
the
gym
and
not
realizing.
A
You
had
a
club
going
on
that
night
and
unfortunately,
my
daughter
and
actually
angelo's
niece
were
in
my
kitchen
and
all
of
a
sudden.
There
comes
50
guys
with
spotlights
running
up
through
the
woods
by
my
daughter,
who's,
14
years
old
home
in
panicking.
She
did
the
right
thing.
She
dialed
911
grabbed
the
knife
actually,
but.
C
B
I
would
echo
that
I
think
that
we're
asking
for
trouble.
I
think
that
this
is
something
that
belongs
on
a
farm
somewhere.
You
know
or.
N
E
C
And
my
our
my
neighbor
next
to
me,
they
have
two
small
children
and
then
there's
woman
at
the
end,
and
then
one
of
the
units
isn't
sold
and
then
there's
six
units
on
the
other
side
and
even
though
they're
not
facing
mine
is
actually
facing
all
these
woods
and
that's
why
I
bought
the
condo
was
because
I
felt
that
there
was
nobody
going
to
be
back
there,
that
it
was
going
to
be.
You
know,
pretty
safe.
A
C
A
G
G
Ask
you
a
question
first
steve:
does
this
have
to
be
denied
or
approved
based
on
the
holding
its
entirety.
H
G
G
G
You
answer
that
first,
like
can
it
be
denied
or
approved
in
its
entirety
like
the
factory
of
terror
itself,
because
I
have
no
problem
with
the
actual
factory
of
terror,
or
is
that
something
that
would
need
to
be
brought
back?
Because
even
the
hours
seem
to
be
different
than
what
they're
stating
here?
We
can.
A
O
Hi,
my
name's
ashley
meek.
Sorry,
it's
too
close.
I
live
at
the
duke
street
condos
and
basically
my
story
is
that
I
go
to
johnson
in
wales
and
I
used
to
live
on
federal
hill
in
providence,
and
I
had
a
huge
issue
with
the
safety
there.
It
just
was
robberies.
My
car
got
broken
into
yada
yada,
it's
very
unsafe,
so
I
decided
to
move
to
a
family
neighborhood,
where
I
could
peacefully
study,
where
I
didn't
have
to
worry
about
drunk
college
kids,
trying
to
get
into
my
apartment
and
just
mayhem
honestly.
O
You
know,
and
I
will
tell
you
this
it's
just
it's
when
I
when
I
even
take
a
taxi
to
go
home.
Sometimes
they
always
tell
me,
they
didn't
know
that
our
homes
were
back
there
and
I
think
that
that's
what
really
intrigued
all
of
the
residents
was
that
we
thought
that
we
were
going
to
get
somewhere
that
had
less
noise,
less
mayhem.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you.
H
What
I
can
suggest
a
solution,
possibly
is
we
could
put
a
fence
here
if
it's,
if
that's,
okay
and
also
we
could
like.
I
said
we
just
we're
going
to
open
up
early
this
year
because
of
the
first
year,
but
we
can
just
open
up
in
october
the
the
main
nights
in
october
and
that'd
be
like,
I
would
say,
10
nights
in
october
and
cut
it
back
there
if
we
can
compromise
somehow
that
way.
A
H
G
I
don't
necessarily
think
it's
how
long
I
think
it's
even
if
it
was
one
night.
I
think
they're
still
concerned
of
the
issue
with
how
close
it
is
and
and
for
me
personally,
even
seeing
that
last
picture,
when
you
can
see
how
close
it
is,
there
really
is.
There
is
no
briar
bushes
between
that
lady
who's,
doing
their
dishes
like
house.
H
Well,
I
don't
know,
I'm
not
gonna,
I'm
not
gonna
say
that
this
would
happen,
but
I
was
told
through
the
grapevine
that
some
competition,
two
of
them
they
were
getting
together
to
rile
up
people
over
this
because
they
didn't
want
to.
G
H
H
True,
but
I
just
thought
that
you
know
also,
I
thought
that
would
be
not
an
issue
because
I
understand
listen
to
their
concerns,
but
I
think
it's
gonna
be
a
problem,
because
it's
it's
business
owned
and
also
westward
is
trying
to
get
the
name
out
of
you
know.
We
have
billboards
up
everything
to
say
you
know
in
west
rock
the
hunter
woods
and
westwork,
and
I
just
thought
it
was
going
to
be
a
week.
H
H
A
You
we
went
through
this,
the
last
council
meeting
with
subway
and
nick
in
their
cars.
We
tried
to
work
with
individual
businesses.
We
try
to
work
with
the
residents,
but
I
think
I
said
it
last
time
if,
if
a
business,
it's
great,
all
these
things
are
great
for
west
wall.
But
if
it's
going
to
affect
the
quality
of
life
of
the
taxpayers
and
the
residents
who
have
to
live
there
every
day
that
it's
not
really
even.
G
Don't
think
it's
about
to
me,
it's
not
about
like
how
many
nights
it
is
it's
more
about
like
how
close
that
you
know
and,
like
I
said,
I
have
no
problem
with
the
factory
tire
itself.
If
it
was
just
the
noise,
then
maybe
you
could
it
would
be
easier
to
swallow,
but
I
don't
think
it's
just
the
noise.
I
think
it's
how
close
they
are.
B
B
Guy
don't
go
there,
but
the
neighbors
brought
some
concerns
up
about
broken
bottles
in
their
property
and
and
doing
donuts
and
everything
and
again
it's
the
first
time
hearing
of
it.
The
only
thing
I
would
ask
is
it's:
it's
your
name
out
there.
If
you
could
have
your
manager,
whoever
is
the
on-site
person
stay
till
you
may
be
doing
this.
B
A
On
the
outside
here
in
west
wall,
and
even
if
so
yeah
we
haven't
had
any
complaints
on
factory
or
terror
in
west
forward,
the
residents
just
said
they
they've
lived
with
it
and
they
don't
want
to
affect
your
business
as
far
as
living
with
it
right
behind
him.
It's
when
you're
starting
to
encroach
on
their
property
lines
and
having
to
deal
with
headaches
of
somebody
wandering
through
the
woods
at
10
o'clock
at
night.
That's
that's.
J
H
J
H
See
I
can
put
a
temporary
fence
up
there
like
we
do
inside
the
factory
area
like
when
you
go
inside
towards
that
river.
We
spent
three
thousand
dollars
to
put
up
a
temporary
fence,
so
nobody
wanders
towards
the
river.
Nobody
told
me
how
to
do
that.
I
just
do
that
out
of
due
diligence,
you
know,
so
we
put
a
temporary
fence.
What
is
this.
G
G
Ones
they're
like
this
is
behind
it's
like
it's
like
a
it's
like
a
metal
fence,
or
it's
like.
G
C
E
One
second
yeah
go
ahead
because
they're
complaining,
they're
gonna
get
the
noise.
People
have
animals,
the
dogs
are
gonna
bark
all
night
because
which
is
rightfully
so
the
dog's
only
used
to
hearing
certain
things.
I
mean
what
offense
is
only
going
to
block
people,
six
foot,
people
from
wandering
and
if
they
want
to
get
over
the
fence
they're
going
to
get
over
the
fence.
I
mean
I
I
I
hear
their
concerns.
I
think
if
it
was
a
10-foot
fence.
E
A
I'll
tell
you
what's
going
on,
I
can
tell
you
probably
what
could
happen.
First
of
all,
I
think
two
things
I
think
you
should
take
the
solicitor's
advice
here:
go
back
meet
them
with
the
neighbors
look
at
the
times
and
maybe
work
with
the
neighbors,
but
then
also
if
the
burgoynes,
let
their
dog
out
and
their
dogs
bark
at
nine
ten
o'clock
at
night
and
now
they're
getting
complaints
filed
against
them
because
their
neighbors
are
calling
because
their
dogs
barking,
but
their
dog's
only
barking
at
your
activity.
A
A
Know
a
lot
of
concerns
I
heard
was
especially
midnight,
but
I
think
what
you
need
to
do.
Yeah
amend
the
times
to
what
maybe
set
a
meeting
up
at
your
shop
and
have
the
residence
there
and
if
they
disagree
with
it,
they
disagree
with
it.
But
at
least
you
tried
to
work
with
them
and
then
you
could
bring
it
back
to
us
august.
First.
G
Because
plenty
of
times
I
mean
we've
had
this
come
up,
I'm
sure
the
councilmen
that
have
been
here
before
me
when
there's
you
know
maybe
they're
going
to
build
something
in
the
area
I
mean
mark
have
talked
about
this.
It
works
when
you
talk
to
the
to
the
residents
first,
I
think
sometimes
you
can
alleviate
those
problems
before
it
ever
reaches
the
council
and
also.
H
A
Discuss
that
later,
you
know
councilman
lachadi
lichardi
said
it
earlier
and
I
lost
track
because
I
what
the
hell's
they
gonna
say
to
the.
A
Forget
it,
but
personally
I
think
if
you
work
with
them
and
see
what
you
can
do
you
you've
revised
this
five
or
six
times
you're
standing
here,
and
then
they
can
at
least
plan
if
they
know
that
hey
it's
going
to
be
9
30,
we
might
be
able
to
work
with
you.
They
may
not
be
able
to
who
knows,
but
again
we'll
go
from
there,
and
I
think
we
should
have
this
back
before
us
on
august
1st.
K
Just
say
mike,
so
it's
it's
been,
it's
been
questioned
whether
or
not
what
I
said
was
truthful
or
not.
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
just
guarantee
you
that
I
will
end
up
calling
the
cops
now,
instead
of
actually
working
with
you
and
working
with
your
business,
if
it's
proof
that
you
need,
if
you're
going
to
hang
your
hat
on
the
fact
that
I
did
not
call
the
cops
and
I
was
trying
to
work
with
you,
then
I
will
be
more
than
happy
to
call
the
cops
every
single
time.
K
A
That
you
said
that
you
know
councilman
charlie
was
right
where
he
said
earlier,
that
is
it
the
same
person
as
a
contact
person,
if
there's
anything
going
on
well,
maybe
if
we
meet
with
the
residents
and
give
them
that
contact
point
of,
if
there's
issues
going
on
at
night,
that
you
don't
know
about
pulling
donuts
loud
noises
whatever
they
can
call
that
person
directly
or
you
directly
to
speak
to
you,
that's
what
I
haven't
cheated.
A
C
With
riley
sure
and
I
live
at
tutu
street
in
the
condos,
I
don't
think
it's
a
matter
of
how
many
days
that
this
is
going
to
be
happening.
I
think
it's
more
a
matter
of
security
and
I
don't
think
you
have
any
control
on
who
goes
back
through
those
woods
and
could
not
possibly
stay
there
and
that's
my
concern.
I
live
alone.
There
are
other
people,
my
age,
I
mean
I'm
almost
72
years
old
and
I
like
living
where
it's
quiet
and
where
I
feel
safe.
C
B
I
know
we're
going
to
talk
to
you
in
august
first,
but
I
can
tell
you
right
now:
I
I
don't
feel
I
don't
feel
we're
looking
at
people
being
uncomfortable
and
feeling
unsafe
their
safety,
and
I
don't,
I
think,
that's
the
number
one,
so
I'm
not
for
the
outdoor
piece
of
this,
even
I'm
not
for
it
now.
I
won't
afford
it
on
august
1st,
that's
that's
how
I
feel.
G
H
Too
many
negatives
as
far
as
the
property
goes,
that
my
landlord
not
too
long
ago
put
a
fence
at
the
entrance
that
can
lock
okay.
So
what
I
can
do
is
that
with
the
detail
will
not
leave
until
that
fence
is
closed.
He
knows
everybody's
out
of
there.
Nobody
can
wander
and
everybody's
out
off
the
property
and
that's
what
I
can
do
with
the
detail
this
year.
He
doesn't
leave
until
everybody's
out
of
the
place
and
the
gate
is
closed.
H
J
H
J
H
Right,
I'm
just
trying
to
tell
you
that
forget
putting
the
woods
aside
for
now
when
we're
open
there
for
the
factory
of
terror
indoors,
we
won't
have
the
anybody.
The
police
officer
will
leave
once
everybody's
off
the
property
and
you
want.
We
won't
have
them
sign
off
until
they're
off
and
out
the
gate
and
close
that
way.
Nobody
can
say
that
someone
lingered
and
caused
problems
after
we
closed
well.
A
E
Mean
you
know
we're
going
to
have
a
heavy
agenda.
I
mean
I
feel
the
same
way
as
comments.
A
E
A
E
G
E
A
All
right
motion
consecutive
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it
now
we're
back
on
the
factory
of
terror?
Do
I
have
a
motion
to
move.
E
I'll
make
a
motion
to
move
the
factory
of
terror
indoors
for
indoors.
D
Additions
and
cancellations
of
taxes,
tax
assessor
result
of
the
attached
excuse
me
additions
in
the
amount
of
3961.82
and
cancellations
in
the
amount
of
six
thousand
one
hundred
seventy
nine
dollars
and
twenty
one
cents
presented
to
the
tax
assessor
for
approval
of
the
town
council.
In
accordance
with
article
25
section,
five
of
the
west
war
code
of
ordinances
is
hereby
approved.
The
original
list
is
on
file
in
the
office
of
the
tax,
assessor
I'll.
A
One
second,
as
it
was,
this
was
the
coupon
coupon.
A
Products
when
we
put
the
tobacco
ordinance
in
place
coupons
were
outlawed
outlawed
in
west
florida.
It
was
basically
we
were
trying
to
stop
minors
from
purchasing
cigarettes
and
tobacco
products,
and
this
was
brought
to
me
by
some
residents
of
westworld
who
went
right
here
at
a
shell
station.
They
were
unable
to
use
coupons
because
of
the
town
council.
A
That's
exactly
how
it
was
said,
so
I
looked
into
it
and
they
were
100
right,
so
we're
going
to
help
keep
the
business
here
in
west
warwick
and
then
not
go
into
carpentry
or
walk
to
purchase
their
products.
So
that's
the
only
reason
I
brought
this
back
just.
A
Under
18,
you
cannot
use,
can't
buy
or
use
coupons.
A
Definitely
wrong:
don't
take
a
roll
call.
Any
public
comment.
Roll
call
vote,
jay,
yes,
angelo!
Yes,.
C
F
Second,
reading
on
stop
sign
in
pulaski
at
patuxent,
terrace
and
pulaski
at
holly
streets.
F
G
I
can
I
just
ask
one
question
about
how
how
long
did
you
say
it
takes
for
that
to
go
through
now.
F
E
F
A
F
Out
I
met
with
the
animal
enforcement
officers
we
had
based
on
the
state
law
the
that
they
have,
the
cats
have
to
be
neutered
or
spayed.
There
was
no
way
that
they
could
enforce
it.
So
all
what
we've
done
on
that
is
put
the
state
statute
into
our
our
ordinance
that,
if
they
buy,
if
people
violate
that
the
animal
control
officer
now
has
the
ability
to
enforce
it.
F
The
other
thing
that
some
time
ago
we
when
we
were
doing
an
an
ordinance,
the
council
suggested
that
that
we
had
just
dogs
in
the
prohibited
from
the
public
parks.
F
We
change
that
that
eliminate
seeing
eye
dogs
or
therapy
dogs
again
what
was
happening
there
was
the
animal
control
officer
would
see
people
at
the
ball
field
or
what
have
you
with
a
dog
and
they
would
say,
leave
and
the
person
would
leave
and
the
next
night
they
were
back.
F
They
had
no
no
way
of
enforcing
it,
so
I
met
with
them
and
we
thought
it
would
be
very
reasonable
to
say
the
the
that
they
get
two
or
three
chances
before
enforcement
comes
in
and
then,
if
these
people
just
keep
ignoring
the
animal
control
officer,
keeping
their
pets
out
of
the
public
parks
that
we
have
a
enforcement
provision
for
them.
So
I
felt
it
was
very
reasonable.
The
animal
control
officers
were
very
reasonable
in
this.
C
E
A
Just
saying
and
it's
it'll
probably
be
brought
up
again,
if
you
know
once
if
we
pass.
F
A
Me
the
reason
why
I'm
saying
this
is
because
I'm
at
river
point
all
the
time
and
we
have
town
employees
not
not
and
actually
not
parks
and
it's
parks
and
rec
they're
telling
people,
sometimes
they
can't
walk
their
dogs
or
whatever
in
the
park.
But
then,
meanwhile,
we
have
volunteers,
walking
the
dogs
from
the
dog
palm
to
the
park
the
same
park.
I
I
have
a
tough
time
with
this,
because
westworld
doesn't
have
a
dog
park
or
anything
where
anybody
can
go.
A
We've
looked
into
it,
but
because
of
insurance
reasons
and
all
that
we've
kind
of
avoided
it.
I
I'm
a
firm
believer
as
long
as
somebody
cleans
up
their
messes
and
whatever
that
they
should
be
able
to
walk
their
dogs
through,
like
say,
river
point
park,
even
towards
baseball
games.
Some
parents
have
you
know
some
people
bring
their
dog.
You
know
as
long
as
it's
not
a
nuisance.
E
Dave,
I
agree
with
you,
but
I
also
agree.
You
know
you're
on
the
fields,
the
track
brand,
new
million
1.2
million
dollar
track
they're,
letting
the
dog
go
to
the
bathroom
on
the
track.
The
kids
are
slushing
in
it
up
the
high
school
over
here
in
the
back,
where
the
kids
practice
football.
There's
all
dog
feces
all
over
the
ground.
Kids
were
sliding
and
it
was
it's.
You
know.
E
F
My
comment
on
that
dave
is
that
when
we
were
before
you
on
the
last
ordinance,
the
first
section
on
that
that
says
no
dogs
are
allowed
in
schoolyards
and
property
school
property
or
any
town,
town,
recreational
property
except
so-called
service
therapy
dogs.
Originally,
that
ordinance
just
said
school
property
this
council
about
two
months
ago
added
in
the
recreational
process.
We.
A
F
F
O
G
O
G
G
G
A
E
H
O
A
It's
it's
not
good.
I
I
fully
understand
that
and
trust
me.
I
I've
had
people
who
brought
their
dogs
into
ray
silverfield
and
let
them
run
and
I've
watched
them
clean
up
their
mess.
You
know
I've
seen
it,
but
again
you
know
I'm
for
this
ordinance.
I
just
was
questioning
you
know
we're
going
to
have
people
say
well
if
they
can
walk
their
dog.
Why
can't
I
walk
my
dog.
F
G
F
Mean
this
was
this
was
just
a
matter
where
I
was
sitting
in
and
the
dog
officer
said
you
know,
I
tell
them
to
get
out
then
the
next
week
they're
back,
and
so
I
I
wrote
that
up.
I
sent
it
to
them.
I
said
you
know,
give
them
several
chances,
they
seem
satisfied
with
it.
So
I'm
not
aware
of
who
walks
the
dogs
or.
A
F
No,
the
the
dog
office
of
the
animal
control
officers.
Look
you
get
your
dog
here,
here's
a
notice,
and
I
would
I,
when
I
met
with
them
and
discussed
it.
I
said
if
the
council
passes
this
I'll
work
with
you
I'll,
prepare
something
that
they
would
give.
They
would
actually
write
out
a
first
notice
and
keep
a
record
of
it
right
out
the
second
notice
and
then
yeah,
here's
my.
G
F
There's
nobody.
All
I
can
say
is
the
animal
control
officer
said
to
me:
it
gives
them
teeth.
I
I'm
having
this
problem.
I
she
said
I
have
people
tell
people
to
leave
and
the
next
night
I
see
those
same
people
back.
She
said
so
they're
the
ones
pushing
for
this
is
the
dog
officer.
I
didn't
know
anything
about
it
until
the
animal
control
officer
asked
me
to
do.
A
C
F
A
G
C
J
G
F
C
F
F
F
B
J
So
if
there's
a
therapy
dog,
there's
a
service
dog
and
there's
a
companion
dog,
a
companion
dog,
all
right-
I
don't
know
if
those
distinctions
are
by
rule
by
law
by
contract-
I
don't
know
I
would
suggest
mr
d
fiore
look
into
it
to
see
whether
or
not
different
organizations
that
have
been
recognized.
How
do
you
determine
which.
E
What
I
think
that
the
solicitor
was
is
was
meaning
to
is,
if
you
need
it,
for
any
medical
reasons,
medical
reasons,
what
you
need:
a
cni
dog,
a
dog,
a
dog
that
right
they're,
gonna,
be
allowed.
E
A
C
E
J
F
Yeah,
I
didn't
want
to
prepare
three
abundances
vincenza
drive
at
hotting
the
test
drive
at
phoenix
avenue
and
old
carriage
road
at
peppermint
street,
correct.
A
In
our
bates
street,
this
stop
sign
is
already
there.
It
was
put
up
for
emergency
reasons
after
last
council
meeting.
If
anybody
knows
bates
street,
it
goes
right
into
phoenix
ave
and
back
in
probably
mid
2000s
2006
to
2008
somewhere
in
between
that
the
property
owner
had
bushes.
A
All
the
way
around
the
property
and
people
used
to
be
able
to
people
could
not
see
phoenix
avon
bates,
so
they
would
drive
right
down
and
have
to
use
caution
because
they
couldn't
see
what
was
coming
after
the
town
actually
made
them
move
their
bushes,
because
it
was
a
sight
blockage
that
everybody
who
comes
up
does
not
stop
anymore
or
yield.
They
just
look
50
feet
down.
Phoenix
averages
gun
right
up
phoenix
without
looking,
but
it
causing
headaches
coming
from
the
other
way.
So
bates.
F
F
E
Vincenzo
drive
and
harding
street
the
dpw
put
up
the
sign,
but
the
reason
why
it's
back
on
here
is
because
they
put
it
vicenzo
and
hoarder.
So
I
didn't
know
to
one
of
the
constituents
called
me
and
said:
we
need
it
at
harding.
Why
is
it
at
water.
E
I
A
A
E
F
F
B
You
for
commenting-
I,
I
guess
old,
carriage
road-
really
quick.
I
spoke
with
major
not
on
the
traffic
committee
people.
There
was
no
stop
sign
there
as
you
come
down.
Old
carriage
and
people
are
cutting
the
corner
to
the
left,
because
it's
a
dead
end
on
the
right
and
it
is
a
safety
issue.
I
went,
I
visited
it
several
times
and
I
witnessed
it
almost
every
time,
so
it
came
to
me
by
by
a
few
people
so.
A
A
G
A
D
A
E
And
I'd
like
to
bring
up
the
name
of
anthony
petraka,
he's
been
on
there
for
quite
a
while.
Does
a
great
job
and
I'll
bring
his
name
forward
to
reappoint.
A
A
This
is
you
yeah.
N
This
is
something
that
this
was
an
item
that
came
up
when
we
spoke
about
senator
new
england,
who
said
you
wanted
to
have
something
more
general.
J
In
order
to
coordinate
what's
happening
between
sewer
and
municipal,
I
think
there
needs
to
be
an
administrative
policy
that
would
allow
both
administrator
and
sewer
to
make
changes
without
bringing
it
before
the
council
and
what
we
were
looking.
We
were
really
looking
for
was
a
dollar
amount
which
would
be
whatever
amount.
The
council
decides
300
500
a
thousand
dollars.
J
What
number
would
you
allow
for
an
administrative
decision
to
be
made
versus
the
council
making
the
decision,
because
sometimes
things
are
happening
quickly
and
council
meetings
twice
a
month
or
sometimes
once
a
month
in
the
summer,
people
are
losing
money,
closings
need
to
be
done,
and
this
will
lead
everything.
J
Certificates
need
to
be
updated,
so
sometimes
it
would
be
easier
to
allow
department
or
department
head
or
a
designee
of
the
department
head
to
make
an
administrative
decision
about
the
reduction
or
an
adjustment
to
taxes
versus
waiting
for
a
council
meeting
or
a
sewer
commission
meeting
and
bring
it
before
the
entire
board.
So
we
thought
that
you
know
a
lot
of
times.
Time
is
of
the
essence,
especially
with
real
estate
closings
and
some
commercial
closings,
to
be
more
user-friendly
for
those
people
involved
in
those
transactions
just
to
speed
up
the
process.
J
So
we
figured,
we
would
put
it
on
the
agenda
for
a
discussion
and
you
know
if
it
needs
to
go
to
a
workshop,
to
discuss
what
type
of
dollars
we're
talking
about
both
for
the
sewer
and
the
town
finance
department.
That
could
also
be
done,
but
just
something
to
discuss
organic
and
administrative
adjustment
of
taxes
versus
a
legislative
adjustment
interest.
J
N
J
N
N
Far
as
the
dollar
amount,
I
don't
have
a
dollar
amount
now,
but
if
it's
something,
if
it's
something
that
the
council
is
open
to,
then
we
would
actually
have
a
resolution
that
would
have
a
dollar
amount
have
specifics
and
then
they
could
be
amended
if
the
council
felt
it
was
necessary
to
amend
it,
so
we
would
come
with
a
proposed
resolution
at
the
next
meeting.
If
again,
this
is
something
you
want.
J
To
do
something
to
consider
as
to
again
making
it
more
user-friendly
for
people
that
need
to
have
questions
answered
more
quickly
than
sometimes
it
could
be
scheduled
for
the
council
or
the
sewer
commission.
Okay,.
N
D
For
businesses,
all
that,
I'm
not
sure
if
she's
done
that.
All
because
there's
only
one
meeting.
A
A
E
E
I
know
some
of
you
wanted
to
ask
some
questions
and
you
couldn't,
but
if
you
want
to
this
is
your
opportunity
to,
but
again
I'm
disappointed
that
if
a
certain
person,
if
the
senator
didn't
want
this
to
go
on,
he
could
have
told
us
whether
he
heard
it
accidentally
or
someone
violated
the
opens
meetings
law.
I
mean
believe
what
you
want.
E
I
know
what
I
got
for
facts
and
to
go
on
with
it,
and
I
agree
with
the
rest
of
the
council
that
they
got
every
opportunity
to
get
out
of
it
and
it's
all
spelt
spelt
out
for
him.
I
don't
like
what
happened.
I
still
don't
like
what
happened.
I
got
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth
and
I
think
it's
kind
of
sickening
to
be
honest
with
you,
where
something
in
conf
confidence
was
brought
up
and
we
got
every
excuse
from
how
it
was
handled
handed
to
them.
Who's.
E
A
Thank
you,
councilman.
The
only
thing
I
have
to
say
on
the
matter,
there's
a
couple
of
things.
You
know
you
say
you
have
your
facts
and
I
understand
you
have
your
facts.
A
The
only
facts
that
I
have
from
the
individual,
which
was
senator
satchel,
was
he
did
speak
to
senator
al
jair
on
the
senate
floor
and
he
thinks
senator
kettle
brought
it
back
to
you.
That's
the
only
facts.
Well,.
A
If
anybody
here
on
this
council
or
on
that
committee
broke
the
violation
of
executive
session,
I'd
be
all
for
it,
but
right
now
we
haven't
gotten
any
facts
from
anybody.
Of
course,.
E
E
A
E
And
I
don't
want
to
dave,
I
don't
either
I'm
not
going
to
reiterate,
but
the
bottom
line
is
that
obviously
there's
people
that
we
appoint
or
are
appointed
that
drop
the
ball
with
this.
They
open
their
mouths.
Confidentiality
means
absolutely
nothing
to
them,
and
their
jobs
mean
absolutely
nothing
to
them
and.
E
A
Well,
I
heard
it
from
burke:
I've
invited
him
here.
He
said
he
did
not
hear
from
any
individual
on
the
hiring
committee.
He
got
two
names
from
two
different
people.
Now,
whether
or
not
that's
somebody
coming
up
to
him
in
in
passing
at
a
gathering
or
where
are
we,
I
mean,
I
got
a
name
from
somebody
that
I
didn't
even
know
was
on
the
list
and
they're
not
on
the
list.
They're.
Not
even.
I
got
a
name
from
somebody
from
east
greenwich
who's,
not
even
on
the
list.
A
B
B
B
So
at
this
point
when
that
was
presented
to
us,
that's
when
I
was
going
to
dig
in
and
really
look
at
all
of
them,
and
if
I
found
a
name
that
was
different
from
what
they
had,
I
would
have
brought
that
up
as
well.
Are
we
as
a
council
individually,
looking
through
I'm
gonna,
look
through
all
18
17
18
applications
and
rank
them,
and-
and
I
plan
on
doing
that
very
shortly
within
a
week
and.
B
A
Question
I
have
is
personally,
I
know
we
want
to
interview
them
there.
There
are
some
people
like
the
superintendent
of
schools,
macaroon
who
is
on
they're
on
the
hiring
committee
and
karen
tava
savage
is
honestly
going
to
be
working
with
the
town,
hopefully
the
town
manager,
on
a
daily
basis.
We
have
two
big,
that's
our
biggest
budget,
and
I
think
she
should
be
part
of
this
process.
A
E
L
Well,
so
the
plan
was
at
that
point
after
narrowing
the
list
down
to
those
individuals
based
on
the
consensus
of
the
group.
The
group
was
then
going
to
interview
and
perhaps
forward
a
shorter
list
than
that
short
list
to
this
group
for
consideration
we're
going
to
come
up
with
about
four
names.
It
would.
E
E
Along
along
with
the
council
yeah
well,
what's
what's
the
money
got
to
do
with
hiring
a
town
manager?
We
already
know
what
we
have
to
do
to
hire
someone.
You
know
he's
going
to
have
a
financial
background
number
one
I
mean
I
don't
understand
the
more
you
are,
including
in
this,
the
more
it's
going
to
be.
N
L
L
L
Just
the
purposes
of
this
discussion,
if
you
don't
mind,
I
would
out
of
the
seven
candidates,
I
would
have
to
accuse
myself
from
being
involved
with
two
of
those
individuals.
I
know
them
personally
and
I
would
be
uncomfortable
making
a
recommendation
to
the
council
with
the
understanding
that
I
have
personal
relationships
and
personal
knowledge
of
these
individuals.
I.
E
Mean
we
I
have
personal
now
for
couples,
so
does
dave
a
couple
that
put
in
too
I'm
not
going
to
recuse
myself.
I
mean
I
respect
your
opinion.
I
think
you're
going
to
do
the
right
thing.
I
think
david's
going
to
do
the
right
thing.
I
think
I'm
going
to
do
the
right
thing,
I'm
not
going
to
recuse
myself,
because
I
know
two
of
the
applicants.
First,
I'm
going
to
hire
somebody
because
I.
E
E
A
A
Not
going
to
be
secretive
about
who
they
are,
if
I'm
doing
my
research
on
a
town
manager,
I'm
going
to
be
calling
down
if
they're
from
carpentry
I'm
going
to
call
carpentry
town
council
and
say
what
do
you
guys
think
of
this
guy,
I'm
not
gonna.
Just
like
coventry
town
council
called
me
when
he
asked
me
about
the
chief
of
police
or
asked
about
the
three
westworld
candidates
who
applied
yeah.
G
A
It
I'm
just
going
to
make
it
clear
now.
If,
if
I
get
the
applicants
and
went
down
to
seven
gentlemen,
I
am
gonna,
look
at
all
seven,
I'm
gonna,
google,
I'm
gonna,
call
people
and
I'm
gonna.
If
I
know
somebody
in
that
town,
whether
it's
east
greenwich
westerly
wherever
I
I
have
connections,
I
am
going
to
reach
out
to
them
and
it's
and
I'm
not
going
to
be
secret
about
the
name.
So
I'm
letting
everybody
know
now
once
I
know
the
seven
names
and
we're
researching
these
seven.
A
That's
our
final,
seven
and
shame
on
them.
If
they
don't
want,
if
they
don't
want
their
name
shared,
because
if
you
come
down
to
the
bottom
five
or
the
top
five,
I
mean
fred
presley
sat
here
in
front
of
us
and
said
I
just
want
to
let
you
guys
know.
I
became
in
the
top
10
in
virginia
and
I'm
being
looked
at
in
a
couple
other
communities.
He
didn't
hide
it
in
and
none
of
us
were
resentful
about
it.
A
G
E
G
G
L
B
B
A
That's
what
they're
there
for
I
mean
so
personally,
here's
what
I
think
the
core
four
except
for
mr
lamb,
I
mean
and
and
I
feel
bad
for
the
gentleman
because
you
know
he
volunteered
his
services
being
the
was
the
senior
vice
president
or
senior
president
over
there
at
centerville
bank,
it's
kind
of
embarrassing
to
say:
let's
let
him
go,
but
you
know
what
well
we
know.
B
G
B
B
G
A
B
A
That's
just
my
opinion,
maybe
maybe
we
keep
at
least
kevin
tava
savage
on.
E
J
No
you're
you're
you're
revoking
seven
of
the
names
and
you're
just
leading
it
up
to
the
two
that
you
just
talked
about,
so
you
would
be
relieving
seven
members
of
the
town
manager
search
committee
of
their
duties.
I.
E
A
And
once
we
vote,
if
it's
a
yes,
then
please
notify
the
individuals
or
actually
mock.
Would
that
be
better
for
you.
E
A
Opposed
eyes
have
it
failed
to
send
now
the
discussion
is,
as
a
council.
E
B
The
seven
applicants
are
going
to
be
forward
to
us
forwarded
to
us
when
we
have.
We
have
the
list
of
17.
A
A
C
A
We
can
meet
here
next
tuesday,
night
6
p.m
in
executive
session,
and
we
can
discuss
those
applicants
and
then.
A
Interviews
from
there,
the
only
thing
I
will
like
I
said,
I'm
leaving
the
28th
and
I'll
probably
be
back
this
first.
A
second
well.
A
G
So
you'll
get
that
list
to
us
by
the
morning.
We'll
have
a
list
of.
A
N
A
G
A
A
If,
if
there's
somebody,
because
they
they
may
have
overlooked
something
or
something
that
they
all
agreed
upon,
but
we
might
disagree
upon.
So
if
you
see
somebody
else
that
you
look
on
those
18
18
or
19,
19
19,
if
you
see
19-
and
you
see
an
extra
person,
bring
that
name
forward
next
tuesday
and
then
pitch
it
to
us
and
then
we
can
talk.
G
How
will
the
interview
process
work?
We
can
go
over.
G
A
Because
we
usually
I
what
I
usually
put
together,
is
a
list
of
questions
that
I
have
and
you
know
I
have
an
expectation
of
answers
during
that
process
and
then,
after
they
interview
we
reconvene
as
a
council
and
discuss
what
we
like
dislike.
You
know
and
basically
it's
trying
to
convince
each
other
and
who
we
should
hire
at
that
point,
any
other
questions
on
that,
so
tuesday
6
p.m.
It's
executive
session.
P
P
A
P
P
E
Don't
necessarily
happen
because
it
could
work
the
other
way.
If
you
see
say
I
think
hypothetically
I'm
just
using
an
example.
I
don't
want
everybody
saying
I'm
against
education.
E
E
P
B
Personally
think
it's
it's
an
extra
set
of
eyes.
They
may
be
asking
questions
playing
off
like
we're
doing
right
now,
like
you're,
asking.
P
A
question,
but
you
should
be
confident
you
should
be
confident.
You
should
be
confident.
You
should
be
confident,
you
should
be
competent
and
he
should
be
there
with
you.
You
don't
need
anybody
else.
If
you
can't
have
every
department
head
up
here
to
give
you
advice
on
who
to
hire,
you
don't
need
any
department
head,
it
should
be
up
to
you
guys,
that's
it,
you
don't
need
anybody
else
and
you
guys
just
moved
along
and
passed
it
who's
going
to
be
out
of
committee.
Well,
you
have
other
department
heads
in
and
go.
P
P
A
P
F
A
A
E
C
P
I'm
not
taking
away
from
him,
nor
am
I
taken
away
from
your
human
resources,
but
you
can't
have
a
superintendent
who
is
dictating
or
telling
you
what
they
need
for
a
budget
and
then
take
away
from
every
other
department
and
having
us
say
who
could
possibly
benefit
them
in
the
future.
So
it's
either
anybody
who's,
supporting
whether
it
be
the
police
department,
the
fire
department,
the
dpw
or
superintendent
of
schools
who
are
looking
for
funds.
So
it's
either
u5
jerry
you're.
A
P
A
A
She's
not
making
any
decisions.
She's
worked
with
cameron,
seven
savage
besides
everybody
up
here.
Have
you
ever
seen
karen
terra
savage
ever
be
dictating?
Has
anybody
seen
karen
tara
savage
ever
not
be
fair?
Has
anybody
said
now
if
this
was
the
previous
superintendent
I'd
be
right
on
board
with
you,
one
hundred
and
fifty
percent,
so.
P
A
P
P
P
G
A
What
was
the
committee?
I'm
not
worried
about
benefit
in
any
department
right
now,
I'm
worried
about
getting
a
town
manager
in
place,
so
we
can
direct
and
see
how
our
departments
are
working.
You
know,
councilman
mcdougall
has
brought
up
some
issues
that
I'm
sorry
mark.
Carullo
cannot
handle
as
a
department
head
right
now,
because
it's
not
fair
to
him
because
he
has
to
go
back
into
his
old
role
and
he's
not
going
to
sit
here
and
say
this
department
head's
doing
this.
This
department's
doing
that
he's
trying
to
run
the
day-to-day
operations
right
now.
P
I'm
gonna,
I'm
gonna,
ask
one
question
one:
at
a
time
teach
mark.
Are
you
confident
of
hiring
somebody
and
looking
through
resumes
and
figuring
out
somebody's
good
candidate?
You
can't
do
this
can't
do
it.
Of
course
you
can
angela
you're
pretty
good
right,
you're,
a
businessman.
You
don't
want
to
look
at
the
resumes.
You
know
I
look
through
resumes.
You
know
I
look
at
the
results
I
had
over
100
employees.
P
A
G
G
P
A
P
A
A
E
A
P
I'm
not
worried
about
I'm
going
to
worry
about
your
secrecy.
I'm
worried
about
the
fairness
of
having
one
person
that
represents
one
part
of
our
budget
that
takes
up
about
60
of
our
budget
when
you
have
other
parts
department,
heads
of
the
budget
and
have
no
say
in
it,
so
you
either
have
all
or
none,
and
you
guys
kind
of
just
like
skipped
over
that
right.
That's
the
problem.
A
You're
totally
wrong
enough,
mr
you
want
to
come
up.
You
come
to
the
microphone,
mr
palazzo,
I'm
trying
to
stop
it.
You
guys
want
to
be
more
professional,
I'm
trying
my
best,
but
people
want
to
yell
from
the
back.
I
tell
them
to
come
to
the
microphone,
I'm
going
to
correct
it.
It's
going
to
stop
and
if
that's
for
everybody
back
there
department
heads
whoever,
if
you
want
to
yell
for
the
back,
come
up
to
the
microphone.
Please!
Mr
palazzo.
Q
Q
Al
palazzo
five
robin
lane
west
warwick,
and
I
just
want
to
make
a
couple
of
comments.
I
missed
the
quote
special
meeting
because
I
couldn't
get
a
ride
here
on
time
from
what
I've
seen
so
far
to
quote:
clint
eastwood
in
a
movie,
heartbreak
ridge
and
I'll
use
the
polite
term.
This
is
a
total
cluster
flock.
Okay.
In
plain
english,
we
had
a
committee
that
was
searching
for
a
new
town
manager.
Q
A
name
was
put
forward
by
yourself
and
mr
padula
as
to
who
had
access
to
certain
names,
and
I
have
no
doubt
in
my
mind
that
senator
satchel
believed
he
was
acting
in
the
best
interest
of
this
town,
trying
to
ascertain
some
background
information
from
his
people
up
at
the
state
house.
Just
like
you
said
you
would.
Mr
padula
said
he
would
that's
what
he
was
trying
to
do.
The
issue
that
I
have
is
ground.
Q
Rules
were
laid
out
and
they
were
violated,
and
I
see
that
over
and
over
again
where
this
is
what
we're
going
to
do.
But
oh
we're
going
to
violate
it.
Somebody
screwed
up,
oh
we'll,
just
overlook
it
in
my
former
profession.
It
was
something
known
as
accountability
responsibility.
I
don't
see
that
anymore.
You
had
19
applications
you're
going
forward
with
seven.
Q
These
are
the
primary
guys
we're
looking
at
that
tells
me
those
other
12
yeah
they're
still
in
the
pool,
but
you
know
they'll
get
a
cursory
glance
and
that's
about
it.
My
issue
is
I've
given
up
on
this
town.
Okay,
I
look
at
things.
I
don't
see
anything
changing
over
and
over
again
we're
in
the
background.
Q
We
see
things.
I
miss
mr
williamson
and
I
don't
know
why
the
solicitors
here
at
every
meeting
giving
his
opinion.
Hopefully
he
provided
you
with
a
written
opinion,
because
then
it
becomes
a
public
record
for
everyone
to
see
not
just
the
tape,
that's
transcribed
and
we
have
to
go
through
the
hassle.
His
opinion
is
a
public
record
just
why
he
has
deign
to
do
that.
Very
often,
in
my
opinion,
having
observed
these
meetings
for
almost
18
years,
I've
come
up
here.
Q
Q
I'm
not
sure
if
you
had
a
chance
to
look
at
it
where
first
southwest
financial,
which
was
one
of
the
first
people
involved
with
38
studios,
changed
their
name
now
to
hilltop
financial,
and
it
was
a
story
on
national
public
radio
talking
about
communities
within
the
state
that
is
still
doing
business
with
them
and
what
jumped
right
out
at
me
was
west
warwick.
Q
Maybe
it's
an
oversight,
but
I
would
hope
you
would
look
at
something
like
that,
but
for
the
town
manager,
this
is
an
important
position.
You
need
to
look
at
it.
Okay,
I've
dealt
with
town
managers
where
I've
been
up
in
that
office,
and
I
asked
a
question
and
I
can
tell
when
someone
starts
blinking
and
pursuing
his
limps,
that
he's
lying
straight
to
me
and
I've
had
people
give
me
a
straight
answer
to
a
straight
question
that
I've
asked
you
need
to
run
this
town
as
a
community.
Q
I
walked
in
here
the
other
day
to
try
and
pay
my
taxes,
and
I
look
at
this
town
hall
and
I
remember
when
this
building
was
built.
This
building
needs
to
be
spruced
up
cleaned
up.
When
I
look
at
the
steps
that
are
falling
apart,
something
needs
to
be
done.
People
denigrate
west
warwick.
Why?
Because
they
come
up
here
and
they
look
at
this
town
hall
and
say
pardon
my
french,
but
holy.
Q
What
does
this
look
like
and
you
need
to
get
your
act
together?
Okay,
the
way
you
do
business,
how
you
do
business
an
example
of
sewer
taxes
they're
due
on
the
31st
of
july.
They
were
mailed
out
yesterday.
So
are
you
making
any
provisions
for
people
going
out
of
town?
Maybe
not
getting
them?
Q
I
don't
know,
but
that's
you
missed
my
comment
on
that.
No,
I
I
did
you'll
address
it
at
a
later
point.
You
know
addressing
it
on
the
the
first
of
august
doesn't
help
many
people
if
they
haven't
gotten
anything.
I
just
you
know,
I'm
disgusted.
Q
Q
L
Set
three
items
that
I
wanted
to
mention:
first,
one
is
the
tax
assessor
today
certified
the
automobile
tax
roll,
we're
getting
we're
in
the
process
of
printing
those
bills
and
they
will
be
sent
out
very
shortly.
L
The
bills
won't
be
due
until
august,
the
first
payment
of
the
bill,
because
the
state
did
not
resolve
the
budget,
yet
those
bills
are
going
out
at
their
full
value,
and
we've
decided
that
should
a
budget
pass
during
the
year
we'll
address
whatever
rebates
or
credits
will
be
moving
forward
at
the
appropriate
time.
We
did
reach
out
to
some
of
the
legislators
in
the
general
assembly,
and
both
sides
seem
to
be
very
entrenched
at
this
point
and
there
doesn't
appear
to
be
any
movement,
so
we
don't
expect
there
to
be
a
budget
resolved
anytime
soon.
L
A
Are
we
facing
personal
problems
like
layoffs
and
whatever
like
providence,
is.
L
L
One,
a
couple
of
other
things
christine
is
leaving,
as
you
all
know,
our
tax
assessor.
The
job
was
posted.
Yesterday,
the
deadline
for
applications
is
august,
1st,
it
is
posted
on
our
site.
It
is
also
posted
on
these
will
be
posted
on
the
rhode
island
association
of
assessors
site,
and
I
believe
there
will
be
a
mention
of
it
on
channel
10
news
in
their
morning
program.
L
Lastly,
I
wanted
to
inform
the
council
that
the
planning
board
met
last
night
for
a
project
on
the
lamb
property.
They
gave
a
master
plan
approval
for
a
new
retail
business
there
and
that
project
will
be
coming
before
the
town
council
in
august
for
a
zone
change
changing
a
portion
of
that
property.
I
just
wanted
to
make
you
aware
of
that
that
that
will
be
coming
forward
and
that
does
have
a
positive
recommendation
from
the
planning
board.
L
It's
a
new
commercial
business
dollar
general
and
it
looks
like
that's
going
to
be
the
second
new
business
we
have
coming
in,
and
hopefully,
we'll
have
a
couple
more
coming
in
over
the
year.
A
Thank
you.
Any
questions
for
my
my
mark
was
on
that
christine
it's
been
an
honor
to
work
with
you.
You
brought
a
breath
of
fresh
air
to
that
department,
and
I've
also
heard
that
from
ian
you
know,
you're
going
to
be
greatly
missed
in
the
community
you're
going
to
it's
their
gain
our
loss.
So
good
luck.
E
Yeah,
just
to
reiterate
christine
everybody
that
came
in
always
said
you
were
always
pleasurable
to
work
with.
You
always
were
helpful
to
the
taxpayers
and
the
citizens
of
this
town.
Every
time
I
called
you,
I
always
got
something
resolved
and
never
had
to
go
all
it
take
days.
It
was
automatically
immediately
and
I'm
personally
going
to
miss
you,
along
with
everyone
else,
and
I
wish
all
the
luck
in
the
world.
J
N
Just
have
two
items
I
wanted
to
mention:
one
is
a
follow-up
from
the
last
meeting
we
did
have
or
we
did
receive
both
the
press
release
and
the
update
from
both
moody's
and
fitch
and
there's
been
no
change
to
the
rating.
That
is
a
document
that
I
shared
with
the
council
and
it
is
posted
on
the
town's
website.
Basically,
they
kept
the
rating
the
same
still
with
a
with
a
stable
outlook.
They
don't
see
any
reason
at
this
point
to
make
any
changes,
both
positive
or
negative.
N
N
The
second
item
I
wanted
to
mention
mark-
and
I
have
had
some
conversations
and
as
well
as
with
the
school
department,
there's
a
company
called
profit
search
that
offers
an
accounts
payable
or
a
payment
audit
or
recovery
process,
whereas
they
will
review
for
duplicate
payments,
unused
credits,
overcharged
over
charges
in
terms
of
any
for
many
vendors
on
any
taxes
or
excise
taxes,
or
any
of
that
anything
of
that
nature
and
what
they
do
is
they
also
look
at
any
missed
opportunities
to
have
an
allowance
or
a
rebate
from
any
particular
company.
N
So
what
we're
looking
to
do
is
possibly
contract
with
that
company.
They
would
review
up
to
four
fiscal
years
for
any
payments
that
were
duplicates
or
any
of
the
other
items
that
I
mentioned,
and
they
would
basically
collect
a
fee
of
one-third
of
whatever
they
actually
recover.
So
there's
no
out-of-pocket
expense
if
they
don't
actually
recover
something
for
the
town.
The
school
department
has
also
presented
this
to
the
school
committee.
They're.
Also
looking
at
the
possibility
of
doing
of
doing
this.
N
However,
before
we
move
forward,
it's
not
something
that
has
to
go
through
a
bid
process.
It's
a
you
know:
it's
a
service
service
situation.
So
if
the
council
is
open
and
does
is
on
board
with
that
idea
mark-
and
I
would
go
through
the
contract
and
also
make
it
available
to
the
you
know-
to
the
to
the
council
as
well
to
review
it,
but
it
is
something
that
they
have
had
successes
in
other
municipalities.
N
So
it
is
something
I
think
that
would
be
worthwhile
because
it
may
I'm
not
saying
it
could
be
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars,
but
there
could
be
taxes
out
there
that
we
may
have
paid
in
some
of
those
fiscal
years
that
actually
we
would
we
would
recover
and
for
the
fee
of
one-third
and
again
only
if
they
actually
collect
something
for
us.
I
think
it's
an
opportunity.
N
It
wouldn't
be
any
interest
in
this
case.
These
are
actual
vendor
payments
that
were
made.
So,
for
example,
if
we
paid,
we
paid
a
utility,
a
utility
bill
and
national
grid.
Somehow
I
need
to
use
national
grid
because
I
don't
think
they
would
be
a
one
good
example,
but
just
say
it's
an
oil
company,
for
example.
A
N
We
are
in
the
most
recent
years,
however.
Prior
I
mean
this
is
going.
This
could
go
back
potentially
too
they
could
go
back
to
fiscal
12,
13
14..
We
can
go
back
as
many
years
as
we
want,
and
our
system
now
actually
is
a
better
system
that
actually
can
help
to
catch
these
type
of
things.
But
it's
previous
years,
some.
J
Of
these
matters
are
also
subject
to
litigation
with
utility
gets
found
to
have
violated
and
instead
of
having
a
one
percent
tax,
it's
1.5,
so
they
don't
they're,
not
quick,
to
recognize
their
error
and
when
the
judgment
gets
against
them,
it
takes
a
long
time
to
pay
back
cities
and
towns,
so
this
outfit
would
be
up
to
date
on
any
litigation.
So
if
a
judgment
was
made
against
the
example
john
gave
national
grid,
this
company
could
give
national
grid
the
bill.
This
is
what's
work,
overpaid,
we're
expecting
that
back
within
30
minutes.
N
A
A
A
N
Streaming
I
know,
there's
been
some
concerns
that
some
people
have
had
some
issues
with
the
streaming
every
meeting.
I
confirm
that
it
starts.
I
confirm
that
it
actually
after
the
meeting
it's
there,
what's
happened
in
some
cases
with
the
streaming
portion,
there's
been
some
links
that
have
been
shared
on
facebook
that
actually
were
not
the
proper
links.
So
therefore
people
were
having
trouble
if
they
were
trying
to
access
it.
That
way,
but
from
a
streaming
point
of
view,
I
can
tell
you
that
it
is
department,
heads.
A
D
If
you
look
at
the
agenda
right
now,
like
I'm
looking
at
upcoming
appointments,
it
goes
one
two,
three,
five,
six
paula
does.
I
figured
out
how
to
get
around
with
the
minutes,
but
you
can't
do
it
with
the
agendas,
and
so
I
don't
really
use
granite
kids.
D
I
just
use
their
template,
but
with
paula,
these
messes
that
you
see
when
I
proof
them,
they're
perfect
and
then,
when
they
post
they're
horrible,
and
I
hear
that
from
tracy
and
from
elaine
and
it's
true
every
meaning
you
look
at
this-
can
be
a
real
mess
and
it's
embarrassing
because
we
take
the
time
to
proof.
I
prove
everything
she
posts
and
it's
perfect
there
and
then
we
post
it.
We
just
sit
there
and
we
can't
believe
it.
N
There's
a
couple
different
pieces
to
the
graniga
system:
there's
the
streaming,
there's
the
archiving
or
the
live
streaming,
there's
the
archiving
of
the
meetings
after
the
fact
and
then
there's
the
agenda
management
portion
and
that's
what
I
believe
marianne
is
referring
to.
I
myself
don't
use
that,
so
I
don't
have
the
knowledge
of
that.
We
have
been
told
that
there
is
an
opportunity
for
us
at
some
point
to
be
able
to
have
the
department
heads
once
we
have
sponsorship
from
the
council.
N
E
Well,
while
we're
on
the
finances,
I
was
looking
through
our
markham,
our
advisors
and
page
four
got
my
attention
right
away:
fun
balance.
For
the
last
six
years
it
was
like
700
in
2011
we
had
a
fun
balance
of
790
000..
E
In
2012
we
had
a
fun
balance
of
700
000
in
the
year
2013,
where
fred
presley
took
over
as
manager
and
came
up
with
the
four-year
five-year
plan.
We
went
down
to
480
000
two
hundred
and
fourteen.
We
went
down
to
three
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
two
thousand
fifteen.
We
went
down
to
two
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
two
thousand.
Sixteen
were
down
below
two
hundred
thousand
dollars,
though
I'm
not
sure
so.
E
N
E
L
K
C
L
L
L
John
and
I
have
been
having
these
discussions
we'll
be
putting
together
some
information,
we
want
to
be
sitting
down
with
the
council
members
and
just
having
discussion
about
the
current
budget,
how
we
should
be
moving
forward
and
we'll
be
talking
about
that
information
that.
N
All
right,
not
in
the
two
distant
future,
the
fun
you
know,
the
fun
balance
has
decreased
over
the
last
few
years
and
again
it's
the
losses
that
we
have
actually
had
year
over
year.
But,
as
we
have
pointed
out,
and
as
the
presentation
pointed
out,
those
losses
were
actually
less
than
what
was
anticipated
as
part
of
the
five-year
plan.
So,
although
they
are
still
losses,
they
are
significantly
less
than
what
was
anticipated
under
the
five-year
plan.
N
Because
under
the
five-year
plan
it
was
anticipated
that,
while
the
town
was
actually
unfortunately
losing
on
fund
balance,
the
school
department
was
was
going
to
be
increasing
their
fund
balance
and
by
them.
Putting
aside
the
reserves
that
they've
discussed
with
this
council
that
helps
us
in
the
long
run,
because
that's
less
money
that
they
would
need
to
come
to
us
for
the
future
in
the
future,
for
capital
improvements
and.

Unless
I'm
missing
something.
No,
I
just
I
just
wanted
to.
I
mean
bank
accounts,
I
mean
we,
you
know
like
we
had
previous
conversations
about
whether
or
not
we're
investing
money
and
how
much
we're
investing
in
ad
versus
what
we
might
be
paying
for
interest
rates.
So
there
are,
there
are
times
where
we'll
go
to
a
centerville
bank,
for
example,
and
open
up
a
cd
or
a
short-term
investment.
N
E
N
I'll
be
happy
to
sit
down
and
you
know
we
can.
We
can
talk
the
details
of
it,
but
bank
account
transfer
is
I
don't
know
of
any
any
situation
like
that,
but
when
you
say
about
an
account,
I
didn't
know:
if
you
were
talking
about
line
items,
budgeted
line
items
or.

Yes,
one
thing:
westworld
steelers
football
and
cheerleading
are
starting
off.
They
have
a
golf
tournament
this
august
and
I'd
like
to
know
if
we
as
a
council
would
be
willing
to
donate
a
hundred
dollars
for
a
t-sign.
For
that.
E
B
C
A
A
I
have
one
I
have
a
constituent,
her
son,
jake
lamothe.
If
anybody
knows
him
he's
a
freshman
at
west
fork:
high
school
he's
now
in
a
milesplit.com
article,
they're
looking
for
votes,
vote
for
rhode,
island's
boys
track
and
field
freshman
of
the
year.
There's
a
big
story
on
them
I'll
be
sending
this
out
to
everybody.
If.
A
For
jake
freshman
from
west
warwick
high
school
I'll,
send
it
out
on
the
facebook
page
and
whatever
else
we
can
get
it
out
to
very
every
sunday
morning.
If
you
go
up
to
the
west
forward
track
you'll
see,
there's
a
group
of
junior
olympians
trying
trying
to
become
junior
olympians
they're
every
year.
Every
sunday
morning,
mr
lamothe
is
actually
up
there.
He
used
to
be
the
track
and
field
coach
he's
up
there,
training
about
seven
to
ten
kids,
I
think
every
weekend
and
they
show
up
faithfully
at
seven
eight
o'clock.
A
E
A
But
you
know
again,
if
you
guys,
can
support
jake
that'd
be
great.
A
O
D
So
I
just
want
to
say
that
working
with
this
council
and
the
previous
council,
it's
not
often
you
see
how
much
people
care
and
you
guys
care-
and
I
hope
the
town
understands
what
you
guys
go
through
up
here.
It's
a
lot
and
it's
heartwarming
to
see,
and
I've
also
enjoyed
working
with
the
management
and
employees.
Here
I
don't
usually
talk
in
public,
so
I
get
a
little
nervous.
They.

It
happening
dave,
yeah
july
26th,
right
here
in
auburn.
What
day
is
that
on.
A
C
A
Two
weeks
ago,
because
I
actually
reached
out
to
freddie
and
dave
and
spoke
to
them-
and
they
pointed
me
in
the
right
direction
because
it
was
in
a
weird
spot,
but
it's
there.
Okay.
F
And
so
we
only.
E
I
Robert

so
I'm
one
of
one
of
the
leadership
for
the
west
warwick
neighborhood
watch
and
councilman
padula
has
shown
up
to
one
of
our
meetings,
I'm
just
cordially
inviting
all
the
council
members
to
take
part.
Our
next
meeting
is
in
september,
so
I'll
re-issue.
I
B
A
I
was
at
a
softball
tournament,
but
I
got
to
listen
in
and
we
had
officer
sandy
there,
along
with
john
malloy,
no
from
the
police
department,
yeah.
I
The
the
person
that
goes
along
and
does
the
pixel
so.
E
I
I
Just
a
specific
yes,
because
we
want
to
be
able
to
give
the
whole
town
and
we
could
coordinate
traveling
and
transportation
if
need
be,
but
we
want
to
give
every
area
of
the
town
an
ability
to
host
an
event
just
to
have
a
word
from
everyone.
That's
participating,
okay,.
C
F
E
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
the
advice.

yeah,
you
know
not
all
town
hall
meetings
are.
Are
this
fun.
L
H
But
I
just
wanted
to
say
hi
and
I
look
forward
to
being
a
part
of
the.
A
Community,
just
one
quick
thing:
I
I
did
speak
to
our
former
manager,
fred
presley
on
saturday,
and
I
had
a
delightful
conversation
with
him
about
some
things
that
we
had
to
discuss
and
I
gotta
say
he
was
telling
me
that
he
sat
in
his
first
couple
of
council
meetings
and
one
person
yelled,
one
person
was
upset
in
a
meeting
and
his
boss.
His
town
manager
says:
oh,
this
is
too
contentious
tonight,
he's
nervous
and
he
and
fred
just
looked
at
him
and
said.
Are
you
kidding
me
yeah?
