C
Sounds
good:
okay
to
save
a
little
bit
of
time,
we're
not
going
to
read
the
executive
summary
that
you
have
on
the
first
page,
but
just
quickly
we're
not
looking
for
a
rate
increase
right.
The
rates
will
stay.
The
same.
C
A
couple
of
things
we've
done
in
the
past
is
we've
been
putting
the
assessment
money
away
that
we
receive
each
year.
We
started
that
three
or
four
years
ago
to
the
to
the
tune
of
1.3
million
dollars.
Right
now
is
what
we
have
in
the
assessment
account,
but
this
year
we
do
have
some
significant
increases
in
pension
costs.
C
Blue
cross,
blue
shield
electricity-
and
I
also
the
capital
budget-
has
increased
from
120
000
last
year
to
250
000,
and
I
just
would
like
to
explain
that
a
little
bit
on
the
reason
for
that
is,
we
have
sludge
disposal
at
the
wastewater
plant
is
a
huge,
costly
item
that
we
deal
with
every
year.
C
Back
in
2014-15,
we
put
in
a
new
piece
of
equipment
called
a
centrifuge
which
improved
our
dewatering.
To
you
know,
we
cut
it,
probably
in
half
of
of
get
getting
the
water
out
of
the
sludge
which,
in
the
long
long
term,
saves
your
money
as
your
disposal.
We
dispose
of
it
at
either
the
resource,
recovery,
landfill
or
cinegro,
which
is
an
incinerator
at
the
windsocket
plant.
C
Ninety
percent
of
the
the
state
disposes
of
their
sludge,
either
at
cinegro
and
one
socket
at
the
the
incinerator
or
cranston
at
the
treatment
plant
there
at
their
incinerator.
C
So
that
being
said,
we
have
the
one
centrifuge
that
I
would
like
to
put
in
a
second
one
just
for
backup,
because
if
we
lose
that
first
one
and
we
have
to
go
back
to
a
liquid,
the
the
sewage
disposal
rates
that
are
in
the
budget
right
now
are
like
550
000
for
the
year
and
if
we
had
to
go
back
to
liquid
you'd,
be
looking
at
a
million
dollars
a
year.
C
C
Because
again
it's
a
brand
new
piece
of
work.
It's
been
down
there
three
years,
so
I
fully
expect
it
to
be.
You
know,
hopefully
no
issues
for
the
next
two
or
three
years,
and
then
we
can
put
this
second
one
in
and
we'll
have
a
backup.
C
As
far
as
the
the
rate
goes
again,
I
said
it's
we're
not
going
up
on
the
rate,
and
I
know
dave
and
angelo.
I've
been
up
here.
I've
been
here
off
and
on
for
a
few
years
now-
and
I
proposed
I
think
four
years
ago
to
use
the
assess,
put
the
assessment
money
away.
We
put
half
of
it
away
the
first
year
or
third,
the
first
year,
half
the
second
year
and
then
last
year
last
two
years
we
put
the
whole
thing
away.
