and
brett

senior
corporation
senior
assistant
corporation
council.
A
Hey,
thank
you,
mr
picardo.
All
right!
So
just
jump
right
in
approval
of
meeting
minutes
from
our
previous
meeting,
we'll
I'll,
be
offering
the
monday
september
21st
of
2020
meeting
minutes
for
passage
any
questions.
A
Mr
patardo,
did
you
have
something?
No,
okay,
all
right
all
right!
So
the
monday
september
21st
meeting
minutes
next
in
the
calendar
on
to
consideration
of
local
laws.
A
We
have
a
local
law
end
of
2020
by
mr
igo
that'll
be
going
to
the
law
committee.
It's
a
it's
a
law,
that's
changing
or
excuse
me
changing
our
law
to
adjust
to
what
new
york
state
department
of
criminal
justice
services
requires
of
us
to
enable
them
to
do
our
background.
Checks
for
vendor
permit
applicants,
okay,
that'll,
be
going
to
law.
A
Next,
on
to
consideration
of
ordinances
by
council
member
love,
it's
an
ordinance
allowing
the
sale
of
47
first
street
to
thomas
lacy
that'll,
be
going
to
the
finance
committee
for
consideration.
A
Can
everyone
hear
me
yeah?
Okay,
she
had
shaken
okay,
next
ordinance
onto
ordinances
by
council,
member.
A
Hoey,
it's
ordinance,
23
101
20
and
it's
removing
the
expiration
date
from
the
hand.
Ordnance,
so
that'll
be
going
to
general
service
for
discussion.
A
Okay,
next
on
to
ordinance
24
101
20
by
council
members,
ballerin
love
and
robinson
that'll
be
going
to
human
resources.
It's
an
ordinance
that
increases
the
requirement
of
contractors
throughout
the
project
to
strive
to
get
25
utilization
of
women
in
minority
labor.
A
That
we're
going
to
hr
and
hr
human
resources,
human
rights-
okay-
next-
is
mine,
ordinance,
25,
101,
20.
I'll,
be
authorizing
the
sale
of
to
genesee
street
to
daniel
cadalso.
A
Okay,
and
that
was
it
for
ordinances
introduced,
so
under
ordinances
held
it'll,
be
agenda.
Item
item
number
14,
that
is
miss
frederick's,
ordinance
1891-20
that
actually
went
before
the
parks
and
rec
committee
and
came
out
with
a
positive
recommendation.
A
So
we'll
be
voting
on
that.
That
was
the
the
one
with
the
hoffman
park
football
field
and
the
dog
waste.
Okay,
that
was
that'll
be
voted
on,
will
be
passed.
A
Okay,
next,
on
to
consideration
of
resolutions.
Councilmember
fahey,
on
behalf
of
planning
will
have
the
appointment
of
anthony
gaddy
to
the
ida.
That's
88,
101,
20,
r
that'll
be
pass,
and
the
next
one
is
resolution.
89
101
20..
It's
also
an
appointment
to
the
ida.
It'll
be
mr
lloyd.
Stewart.
A
Okay,
okay,.
A
So
that
was
okay
resolution,
so
agenda
item
nine
that
was
held
it's
it's,
mr
johnson's
resolution
84-92-20,
it
was
being
amended
that'll
be
offered
for
passage,
also
the
amendments.
The
changes
were
made
to
that
and
jr.
Can
you
just
refresh
us
the
changes?
Would
it
refer?
It's
referring
specifically
to
the
south
end
now.
Is
that
the
change
that
was
made.
A
D
A
Since
we
have
some
time
left
I'll
mention
the
joe,
were
you
trying
to
speak,
it
looked
like
you
were
talking,
you're,
still,
muted,
you're,
still,
muted.
A
Yes,
my
birth
home
yeah,
it's
a
riverfront.
There
looks
a
lot
better
now
than
it
did
when
I
lived
there
so
good
for
them.
So
I
just
wanted
to
touch
on
the
lawsuit
we're
still
searching.
We
had
a
good
line
on
an
attorney
and
he
ended
up
being
conflicted
out
of
of
representing
us,
so
we're
we're
still-
and
this
is
the
blood
plasma
lawsuit
that
I
mentioned
at
our
caucus
the
other
day.
A
So
there's
there's
that
I
guess
I
mean
we
have
a
lot
of
time.
Left
we've
got
the
financial
that
stuff
we
can.
We
could
talk
about
our
meeting
schedule
for
the
budget
and
all
that
stuff
ginny.
Do
you
wanna
just
real
real
quick?
I
think
I
think.
D
D
Yeah,
so
bold,
so
both
attorneys
that
marissa
gave
us
are
conflicted
out.
So
what's
the
process
to
read
this.
D
A
Executives,
yeah,
so
so
right,
so
we
we
will
just
leave
it
at
that.
Okay,
the
discussion's
gone
as
far
as
we
probably
should
at
this
point
so
we'll
we'll
go
back
to
that
offline.
Hey,
miss
farrell.
E
The
thing
so
we
have
our
first
two
meetings
upcoming.
We
have
this
week,
wednesday,
we're
kind
of
mike
wheeler
and
rachel
mcinerney
are
coming
in
and
giving
an
overall
view
of
the
budget
thursday.
I
believe
darius
is
coming
in
to
talk
about
some
pieces.
Michelle
might
need
to
support
me
through
all
of
these
different
meetings.
E
And
we
have
asked
people,
we
have
asked
any
departments
to
make
sure
that
we're
given
materials
48
hours
ahead
of
time
I'll
continue
to
push
on
that.
That's
a
really
important
piece.
So
we're
able
to
ask
questions
with
that
knowledge.
It's
difficult!
E
I
know
that
this
is
something
that
judy
struggled
with
a
lot
where
you
know
she
always
always
asks
for
that
too,
and
it
wasn't
oh,
it
didn't
always
happen.
So
we're
going
to
continue
to
that
mission
of
pushing
for
that.
So
we're
actually
able
to
answer
some
questions
we'll
be
getting
the
actual
bonding
ordinances
and
everything
on
friday.
E
So
I
said
it
was
fine,
since
we'll
be
we
can
introduce
those
on
the
19th,
but
we'll
be
able
to
talk
about
them
and
before
then,
because
we
do
have
the
budget
itself
so
and
then
from
there
we'll
be
spending
a
lot
of
time.
I
do
ask
we
will
also
be
we
have
been
hearing
from
some
department
heads.
There
will
be
several
departments
that
they
will
not
need
to
do
any
additional
information.
E
So
that's
a
great
place
to
begin
once
we
get
all
that
data.
If
you
want
to
start
going
through
the
budget
book,
starting
with
those
departments
that
that's
kind
of
a
complete
picture
in
terms
of
their
communication
with
the
common
council,
some
departments
will
they
are
already
anticipating
giving
us
a
lot
more
information,
because
clearly
we
need
to
dig
in
a
bit
more
than
their
space
for
in
the
budget
book.
E
So
I
highly
recommend,
beginning
with
those
places
and
getting
together,
questions
that
we
can
send
along
for
any
of
those
departments
that
we
don't
that
are
not
coming
in
and
that
are
not
giving
us
any
additional
information.
E
So
we
should
be
getting
that
fairly
soon.
We
should
have
gotten
it
before,
but
again
it's
been
a
difficult
budget
season,
so
they
are
getting
it
to
us
immediately
and
if
you
have
not,
if
you
would
like
a
a
budget
book
in
your
hand,
I
believe
that
danielle
was
printing
them
out
for
people,
and
you
can
pick
them
up
in
city
hall
and
thank
you
for
danielle
and
and
j.r
and
michelle
for
all
your
help
with
all
of
that.
A
Okay,
so
at
this
point
any
members
have
anything
I
mean,
I
guess
we.
