B
At
this
Mayo
here
and.
C
You
for
having
us
each
year,
the
Albany
County
hall
of
records
applies
her
funding
to
join
shared
services
between
the
hall
of
records
and
municipalities
throughout
the
county
of
Albany
past
years
we
have
success
with
the
city
of
Albany,
the
town
of
Yeldon,
the
town
of
County,
and
just
recently
we
were
awarded
another
Grant
from
the
village
of
menans.
Presently
we
are
right
in
the
grand
shared
service
for
the
city
of
Watervliet,
and
the
county
of
Albany
with
me
is
one
of
my
archivists
Ricardo
Ray
Ramos
and
her
other
artificial
is
not
here
tonight.
C
C
They
honestly
have
done
a
great
job,
though
so
years,
writing
grants,
successful
grants
and
ministering
the
grants
for
us
in
Albany
County.
It
makes
our
life
a
lot
easier.
The
main
purpose
is
to
digitize
some
of
the
records,
so
it's
at
the
desktop
for
whatever
municipality
may
be
and
and
our
home
office
at
the
hall,
records
and
I
know
Bruce
at
his
office
does
his
own
type
of
Grant
work.
So
I
left
Ricardo
tell
more
about
the
specifics
of
the.
B
Grant
sure
yeah,
so
this
is
the
first
time
we're
applying
for
this
particular
Grant.
It's
offered
by
the
New
York
State
Department
of
State.
It's
called
the
local
government
efficiency
grant
and
the
particulars
of
this
grant
call
for
a
resolution
to
be
passed
by
each
legislature
confirming
their
support
of
both
the
application
and
the
partnership
prior
to
at
least
the
middle
of
the
submission
of
the
application.
So
we've
been
working
with
waterbelief
for
the
last
several
months.
We've
got
the
project,
basically
ready
to
go
I'm
ready
to
submit.
B
E
B
For
this
particular
Grant,
we've
just
been
working
kind
of
down
a
list
of
everybody,
we've
been
talking
to
and
sort
of
meeting
with
with.
In
terms
of
you
know,
who's
got
a
good
collection
that
we
think
would
fit
a
project,
but
what
city
of
Watervliet
has
a
fairly
extensive
collection
compared
to
the
previous
ones,
we've
done,
and
the
the
monetary
limits
on
this
grant
are
larger
than
any
other
grants
we've
done
in
the
past.
We
thought
they
would
be
a
good
fit
particularly
put
us
on.
B
As
far
as
I
know,
the
clerk's
office
does
a
lot
of
work
with
IQs
in
particular.
Iqs
is
one
IQs.
Is
the
internal
system
that
they
use
to
host
Deeds
mortgages
and
give
the
public
access
to
those
the
public
can
log
in
search
for
Deeds
from
the
lab
until
the
mid
80s
back
to
the
mid
80s.
So
there's
about
35
years
worth
of
40
years
worth
of
Deeds
on
there.
B
So
they've
had
great
success
with
that
they're
continuing
to
expand
that
they
come
by
a
couple
times
a
year
and
pick
up
more
materials
to
scan
and
put
into
their
to
their
database.
You
know
records
that
we
have
and
the
same
goes
for
laser
fish.
The
public
has
been
able
to
access
laser
feature
there
to
look
at
subdivision,
Maps,
closet,
Maps
property
maps.
As
far
as
the
county
clerk's
records
go,
so
he's
found
having
a
lot
of.
D
I
just
want
to
accomplish
the
clerk's
office
in
the
Hall
of
Records.
You
know
back
from
right
in
the
city
of
Albany
when
it
first
sort
of
started
great
success
and
sort
of
gone
down.
The
line
with
every
municipality
and
I
think
it's
a
great
asset.
If
there
are
no
questions,
I
make
a
motion.
F
Had
a
record
Protection
Officer
by
the
name
of
Bibi
Moorehead,
yes,
who
worked
with
you
in
moving
all
of
Taiwanese
records
to
the
county
clerk's
office
for
recording,
so
that
that
was
that
was
quite
a
long
time
ago
and
Colony
may
have
been
one
of
the
first
in
this
program,
so
I.
Thank
you
for
that.
Welcome.
