B
D
Our
Father
in
heaven
is,
we
begin
the
City
Council
meeting
this
evening.
We
pause
and
an
end
acknowledge
thee
and
all
of
thy
great
blessings
in
our
lives
individually
and
collectively.
We
give
thee
thanks
for
this
wonderful
land
in
which
we
live
for
the
blessings
and
the
freedoms
that
we
enjoy
for
the
opportunity
to
meet
together
in
a
meeting
such
as
this
to
discuss
things
related
to
our
city
and
the
way
that
the
city
should
be
run
and
operated.
D
B
B
Item
number
2
is
a
moment
we
set
aside
for
those
that
would
like
to
make
comment
to
the
mayor,
City,
Council
or
senior
staff
when
we'd
invite
you
to
come
forward
and
please
state
your
name,
and
we
would
like
to
keep
to
keep
the
remarks
brief,
perhaps
two
to
three
minutes.
So,
if
you'd
like
to
come
forward,
do
please
do
so
at
this
time.
E
E
Those
comments
and
the
master
plan
will
look
at
the
overall
district
growth
for
the
next
40
years
and
during
that
time
they
are
looking
at
hundreds
of
millions
of
dollars
worth
of
improvements
to
DSS
D,
both
in
infrastructure
piping
throughout
the
district
and
then
also
at
the
treatment
plan
itself,
and
so
the
input
that
the
public
gives
to
the
district
is
very
important.
So,
on
the
TSST
website
there
is
a
link
where
you
can
take
a
survey,
and
so
anyone
who's
interested
in
participating
in
that
is
welcome
to
do
that.
E
Just
wanted
to
report
on
a
couple
of
other
things.
We
are
in
the
middle
of
basketball
tournament
right
now
and
it's
pretty
exciting.
It's
coming
down
to
the
wire
for
a
few
of
the
teams
and
our
recreation
departments,
doing
a
great
job.
That
basketball
program
is
very
popular
and
lots
of
kids
participate.
Soccer
signups
have
just
closed
and
there's
over
1200
youth
signed
up
to
play
soccer
in
our
recreation
program.
E
B
F
G
Only
anything
that
I
had
to
report
on
since
our
last
meeting
was
the
Beautification
Committee
they're,
getting
ready
to
plan
Arbor
Day,
it's
the
last
week
in
April.
They
wanted
to
just
me,
get
some
input
if
how
the
mayor
and
council
felt
of
having
Arbor
Day,
not
on
Arbor
Day,
because
every
year
that
seems
to
be
the
same
time
that
we're
down
in
st.
G
George
at
our
conference
is
that
Friday,
and
so
that
leaves
without
a
city,
administrator
or
any
council
members,
and
they
felt
like
it
would
be
good
to
have
some
kind
of
City
seniority
representation
there
as
they
work
with
the
elementary
school
kids
and
planting
the
trees
and
things
of
that
nature.
So
they're
looking
to
maybe
do
it
that
Tuesday
or
Wednesday
and
no
matter
if
you'd
be
in
town,
then
as.
H
G
I
D
Thank
You
mr.
mayor
a
couple
of
brief
reports:
if
I
might
Matt
last
week
with
this
historic
preservation
committee,
that
committee
is
alive
and
well
it
has
some
very
dedicated
people
who
work
hard
to
serve
the
city
and
to
help
preserve
some
of
the
history
of
the
city
and
some
of
the
emblems
of
that
history
in
the
form
of
homes
and
buildings
and
other
properties.
D
D
D
They
did
not
need
to
specify
what
the
projects
were.
So
we
don't
have
an
idea
of
those.
We
were
just
reserving
a
place
in
line
to
try
and
get
some
of
that
money,
and
if
I
understood
it
correctly,
it
will
require
dollar
for
dollar
match
from
the
city
for
up
to
that
ten
thousand
dollar
amount
and
I
think
we've
done
that
in
the
past.
I,
don't
think
that's
anything.
D
New
second
thing
is
last
night
there
was
a
little
conflict
in
the
city
because
there
were
two
arts
groups
that
were
presenting
concerts
and
a
couple
of
us
were
involved
in
those,
and
one
of
us
was
thinking,
concert
a
and
the
other
one
was
thinking
concert
B,
so
we
kind
of
got
things
crossed
out.
I
did
attend
the
American
Fork
symphony,
the
other
one
was
the
woodwind.
F
D
That's
that's
good
I.
Think
I
can
honestly
say
that
last
night
was
the
best
program
I've
ever
attended
in
this
community.
It
was
wonderful,
Symphony
did
a
great
job.
They
had
a
guy
by
the
name
of
dal
and
Bayless
who
I
found
out
house
quite
a
following.
There
was
a
little
group
behind
us
and
that
was
their
third
concert
of
him.
D
He
did
a
wonderful
job
of
singing
and
everything
else.
This
particular
one
was
held
at
the
junior
high
basically
fills
the
stage
with
the
performers
and
the
audience
filled
the
junior
high.
It
was
almost
to
capacity
there
were
seats
left
over,
but
not
a
lot.
I've
never
seen
a
concert
that
well
attended
that
the
one
said
I
have
attended,
I,
think
and
I
was
gonna
find
out
today.
I
think
the
junior
high
holds
somewhere
around
six
seven
hundred
seats.
I'm,
not
sure
somebody
told
me
that,
but
it
was
a
full
house.
D
It
was
good
and-
and
it's
good
to
to
see
that
that
Park
tax
money
is
being
used
by
groups
like
this,
and
they
made
sure
that
everybody
understood
that
some
of
the
funding
came
from
park
tax
and
it's
in
their
book
and
and
everywhere
else.
So
just
it
was
just
a
good
event
and
I
was
grateful
to
be
there
and
that
will
do
Thank
You.
J
Mayor
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
shout
out
to
the
administration.
I
have
noticed
the
frequency
and
pertinence
of
the
messages
on
Instagram
that
have
gone
out.
It's
the
only
form
of
social
media
that
I'm
on
and
everything
from
you
know,
water,
repair
events
that
are
happening
in
the
community,
I
thought
just
I
think
they're,
providing
it
real
I,
don't
know
if
that's
Camden
or
but
he's
doing
a
great
job,
so
I
just
wanted
to
say,
keep
up
the
good
work.
That's
that's!
J
B
Thank
you
very
port
for
the
mayors
or
something
I
think
you'll
see
on
social
media.
Pretty
likely
tomorrow
is
that
we
have
them
eight
mares.
We
have
breakfast
once
a
month
and
in
American
Fork,
and
they
try
to
stick
me
with
the
check
and
I.
Don't
go
for
it
because
it's
our
tax
base,
but
we
met
about
a
month
and
a
half
ago,
and
we
talked
over
a
curriculum
that
had
been
had
somebody
to
come
to
my
office,
dr.
Lynn
Scoresby,
and
we
felt
like
it
was
a
good
idea.
B
It's
kind
of
a
thing
that
will
help
people
to
understand
family
relationships,
foster
good
family
communication
at
the
granular
level
of
supporting
families,
and
so
all
of
us
mayor's
kind
of
got
on
board
and
we're
really
pushing
this
and
it
just
kind
of
came
together
with
the
dates
just
last
week.
So
there's
been
a
lot
of
groundwork
and
we
felt
like
the
biggest
trumpet
that
we
have
will
be
the
social
media
platform.
And
so
we
will
have
an
event
at
the
American
Fork
High
School
March
3rd,
which
is
a
week
from
tomorrow
night.
B
In
that
we'll
have
dr.
scores
being
another
associate
of
his
from
a
foundation
that
will
go
out
and
they
will
teach
these
principals
and
they
will
even
have
follow-up
resources
for
people
as
they
need
it,
and
it's
in
conjunction
with
with
an
Alpine,
School
District,
and
so
we
feel
like
there's
a
really
good
team
of
people
that
are
supportive
of
it.
B
It
goes
with
with
their
initiative
in
providing
mental
health
and
having
mentally
stable
children
as
well,
and
it
fits
under
the
umbrella
of
our
CTC,
our
communities
that
care,
and
so
look
for
that
on
your
social
media.
So
I'm
really
happy
to
be
able
to
have
that,
come
to
our
city
and
have
some
resources
available
to
people
that
might
need
them.
That
is
the
mayor's
report
for
tonight.
One.
F
K
F
B
Right
we'll
now
move
on
to
the
common
consent
agenda.
It
was
noted
that
the
the
January
28th
meetings-
twenty
eight
twenty
twenty
minutes-
needs
to
have
a
little
bit
of
work
done
on
a
one-paragraph,
completely
correct,
taralyn
I'm,
going
to
suggest
we.
We
pull
that
well
bring
it
back.
So
items
number
two:
three,
four
five
and
six
on
the
comment
and
get
consent
agenda.
Any
questions,
it's
not
I
would
entertain
a
motion.
Merida.
B
D
L
L
D
L
If
we're
not
releasing
any
amount-
probably
not,
although
absolutely
they
always
want
to
start
their
warranty
period
as
soon
as
possible,
and
this
would
do
that
in
you
know,
fairness.
If
it
comes
back
two
weeks
later,
I
don't
think
that's
the
end
of
the
world
and
if
it
really
happens
to
be
some
major
issue,
we
have
the
authority
to
reduce
their
warranty
period
by
two
weeks
instead
of
a
year,
it's
two
weeks
short
of
a
year,
if
that's
a
real
big
issue,
so
maybe
that
would
be
better.
L
J
B
J
B
I
D
K
K
K
I
J
F
B
D
I
B
D
L
Is
a
chunk
of
change
councilman?
This
is
not
approval
of
the
payment.
This
is
approval
of
the
agreement,
so
this
is
not
in
yet
in
fact,
they're
just
getting
started,
so
this
would
be
authorizing
the
agreement.
They'll
go
bill
that
will
inspect
it
and
and
then
I
have
answers
and
I'm
sure
it'll
be
per
standard.
We'll
make
sure
it
is
so.
L
I
F
K
M
Land-Use
plan
was
changed,
last
fall
for
that
northern
area
and
then
they
withdrew
the
zone
change
request
before
it
got
to
you,
but
the
Planning
Commission
recommended
approval
of
the
zone
change
request,
and
then
you
had
also
approved
the
change
to
a
professional
office
up
to
third
north.
The
map
just
doesn't
reflect
that
yet
so.
Well.
M
G
D
M
G
It
has
that
graph
and
it
shows,
and
I
talked
to
one
of
the
neighbors
there
and
they're
right
across
the
street
from
that
new,
beautiful
three-story
building.
That's
going
in
no
like
thanks
for
putting
that
three-story
building
right
across
the
street
from
my
house
like
it's
literally
maybe
ten
feet
from
the
road
and
I
was
just
wondering
how
that's
gonna
affect
others
around
there
and
look
at
that
peels.
Don't
it
kind
of
circles
around
so
where
do
we
stop
on
the
POS
I
always
said
300
north?
Is
it
at.
M
G
M
D
M
G
G
It's
not
that
bad,
but
you're,
looking
at
a
three-story
building
even
made
two
stories
wouldn't
be
so
bad,
but
I
like
man,
that's
a
big
impact
on
the
neighborhood
there
and
that's
a
small
street
third
North,
because
it
takes
out
the
turn
lane
right
there.
So
you're,
looking
at
a
lot,
skinnier
Road
with
these
big
office
buildings
and
so
I,
was
under
the
impression
we
were
kind
of
keeping
that
line.
As
you
had
mentioned
before
across
the
street,
now
I
noticed
the
design
on
this
one's
more
of
a
parking
lot.
The
building
setback.
M
G
M
G
Want
to
make
sure
we
get
that
cuz,
that's
the
kind
of
the
last
piece
and
the
other
part
of
it
was.
We
always
told
the
hospital
they
have
to
have
another
entrance
into
the
hospital.
We
approved
the
expansion
of
the
hospital,
but
the
problem
was
to
only
have
access
from
third
north,
which
is
a
problem
during
emergency
times.
So
we
were
supposed
to
pump
a
road
out
to
third
north.
G
That
would
give
a
second
access
Merritt
had,
but
was
very
adamant
about
that
during
the
approval
process,
when
this
ground
got
developed,
so
I'm
kind
of
looking
at
where
that
boundary
is
with
Pleasant
Grove,
and
how
do
we
tie
in
a
second
access
road
into
that
hospital?
In
case?
Something
happened
right
there
on
on
that?
No
Boulevard.
G
M
C
M
G
Because
I'm
just
trying
to
figure
out
how
you
gonna
squeeze
a
road
in
there,
if
that,
if
we
go
back
to
the
packet
page
38
and
that
white
square
to
the
right
is
the
last
parcel?
How
are
you
gonna
squeeze
a
road
in
there
anyway,
just
wanted
to
see
how
that
overall,
planning
takes
place,
as
we
finish
this
off
and
I
would
hate
to
have
a
zone
change
go
through
without
maybe
having
some
of
that
information,
because
that's
the
time
when
we
can
be
able
to
exact
right
away
will.
M
G
Because
I
think
that
the
first
thing
to
do,
because
that
that
line
right
there-
that's
PG,
you
can't
split
that
with
the
property
to
the
east,
you'd
have
to
split
that
Road
I,
don't
know
where
that
road
would
go.
It
would
seem
fair
to
take
it
from
half
from
each
side
we've
tried
to.
In
the
past,
we
put
roads,
those
go
down
and
each
property
has
got
to
give
part
of
it.
M
D
Know
I
may
be
incorrect
that
it
seemed
to
me
that
the
road
was
further
to
the
west.
That
was
that
you're
referring
to
that
was
coming
in
we've
got
that
red
square
on
the
Google
map
seems
to
me.
The
road
was
more
where
that
red
rectangle
is
kind
of
where
the
white
to
the
side
of
the
green
is
but
I
can't
remember.
Yeah.
D
K
M
M
Yeah,
that's
that
where
that's
where
the
entrance
Drive
is
to
the
one
building,
there's
already
a
parking
lot
there,
that
flag
portion
is
an
entrance
so
and
then
that
square,
where
a
home
is
that
home
will
be
demolished
and
we've
seen
concepts
for
another
office
building
there.
But
there's
been
no
official,
submit
all
no
I
believe.
G
I
mean
son,
not
annexation,
I
apologize
a
rezone
so
because
we're
rezoning
it
we
can
say
hey.
We
need
some
consideration
of
some
right
away,
because
you're
gonna
get
an
economic
benefit
from
it.
If
we
go
ahead
and
rezone
it,
then
we
lose
the
opportunity
to
exacting
you
right
away.
Then
you
got
to
pay
full
price
for
everything
at
that
point.
So
I
think
it'd
be
good
to
know
where
that
road
is
gonna
go
in
if
it
is
on
there
just
to
know.
C
C
You
have
a
master
street
plan,
it
shows
exactly
where
the
roads
are,
and
one
of
them
is
200
north,
and
one
of
them
is
that
boundary
line
between
American
Fork
perceived
city
boundaries,
not
current,
because
you
have
an
overlay
of
where
you
think
the
boundary
is
going
to
be
when
that
one
property
annex
is
in
and
then
the
pleasure
growth
boundary.
So
it
goes
right
from
the
north
300
north
all
the
way
down
along
the
eastern
border
of
the
hospital
all
the
way
down
yeah.
C
But
what
they
don't
want
to
do
is
put
in
half
the
road
just
right
by
my
property
and
me
put
in
half
my
road
on
my
side
of
the
property.
They
want
to
do
the
whole
thing
and
the
city
wants
to
do
the
whole
thing.
So
there's
some
good
information
that
the
city
already
has
passed
in
the
past,
which
is
you
have
a
master
street
plan,
and
you
know
exactly
where
the
roads
are.
There's
no
confusion
where
the
roads
are
other
than
maybe
we
just
need
to
make
sure
you
guys
know
where
that
is.
G
C
C
G
G
Had
with
the
France
since,
when
we've
tried
to
do
and
we
did
more
on
the
France
inside
and
then
they
came
back
or
upset
on
the
south
side
of
town
going
wait
a
second
while
you're
requiring
more
on
my
side,
it
should
be
fair,
50/50,
I'm,
just
trying
to
say:
where
does
that
road
go
because
the
other
50%
of
the
proposed
road
is
on
the
pleasant
growth
side?
If
we
were
to
do
50/50,
you.
C
G
G
G
K
G
Our
master
plan
we've
changed
the
roads
right,
we've
done
it
to
nine
hundred
west
and
others.
We
have
a
master
plan
and
the
master
plan
is
just
basically
saying
here's
what
we
think
they
were
looking
to
go
in
this
general
area
and
then,
when
it
comes
to
development,
you
might
have
geography,
issues
or
geology,
geology
issues
or
whatever.
That
may
be.
That
may
force
the
road
of
different
direction.
So
I
think
we
can
say
hey
in
this
general
area.
G
G
C
C
We're
talking
about
we're
talking
about
a
piece
of
property,
that's
in
the
county
and
in
your
city,
and
you
have
the
pace
of
the
Pleasant
Grove
piece
which
is
in
the
county.
So
in
theory
it's
all
in
the
count
votes
exactly
in
the
county.
So
we're
talking
about
splitting
the
road
on
a
piece
of
property
between
the
city
and
the
county
or
the
county
in
the
county.
I
guess
in
my
mind,
putting
it
down
my
piece-
and
you
said:
there's
no
economic
reason
for
that
piece.
The
Leonard
piece
to
ever
come
into
the
city.
C
If
it's
gonna
have
these
detriments
and
that
could
still
be
the
case,
which
means
you
still
have
that
same
problem,
I'm,
a
believer
that
your
master
plan
communicated
to
me
as
a
citizen
that
you
wanted
the
street
right
on
the
Leonard
piece
going
from
the
300
orth.
All
the
way
down
to
the
south
side
of
the
hospital
I
have
tried
to
develop
other
times
and
I
said:
hey
I,
don't
want
a
road
right
there
and
guess
what
this
city
told
me.
You
got
to
put
a
road
right
there!
C
That's
where
a
master
plan
is,
you
can
go
and
change
the
master
plan.
If
you
don't
want
the
road
there.
For
my
point
of
view,
I've
been
communicated
very
clearly
where
the
roads
gonna
go,
and
so
I
would
like
to
advocate
that
there
is
no
road
going
right
through
the
middle
of
our
property,
because
I
believe
one
day
it
will
be
exactly
where
you
guys
have
planned
it.
Even
though
there
isn't
a
decision
between
Pleasant
Grove
there's
a
lot
of
pressure
to
develop
that
corner.
You
have
the
corner
of
300
or
thand
1100
east.
C
You
have
the
piece
just
west
of
that
piece,
which
we've
already
talked
about.
There's
a
little
house,
they're,
gonna
demo.
It
demolish
that
and
put
in
a
building.
It's
just
gonna
keep
going
east
I
believe
the
Leonard
piece
will
eventually
annex
and
eventually
they're
gonna
want
that
piece
of
road.
You're
gonna
get
33
feet
of
that
road.
One
day,
Joyce
Jones
is
gonna,
you
know
annex
into
Pleasant,
Grove
and
and
that
they're
gonna
have
dedications
right.
I,
don't
know
it
it's
for
us.
G
C
Think
it's
a
problem,
though
I
mean
you
look
at
as
a
problem,
but
what
it
is
is
progress
right,
we're
just
moving
west
and
we're
moving
east
and
were
moving
north
we're
moving
south
I.
Guess
I'm,
not
looking
at
this
as
a
problem
just
looking
at
it
as
it's
a
piece
of
a
puzzle,
every
little
piece
get
to
develop
right
and
if
everybody
has
to
develop
everything
at
once,
who's
gonna
do
that
I'm.
G
C
C
C
We
tell
the
annex
right,
I'm,
not
saying
it's
a
perfect
scenario,
but
I
do
believe
you
guys
are
trying
to
get
there
by
doing
master
Street
plans
by
doing
general
plans,
doing
zone
maps
and
we've
done
all
those
things
all
the
way
up
until
tonight
we
changed
this
general
plan
to
be
a
professional
office,
we're
asking
to
change
the
zone
to
meet
the
general
plan
and
we're
now
talking
about
streets
and
I.
Don't
think
it's
a
crazy
idea,
I
really
don't.
C
K
Well
and
I'm,
just
looking
at
the
map
itself
and
I'm
thinking
generally,
we
like
streets
to
go
through
and
make
them
and
there's
no
place
in
the
north
for
it
to
go
through
either.
So
it
doesn't
make
sense
for
me
to
just
plop
down
the
road
instead
make
it
part
of
the
master
plan
where
it's
probably
I'm
guessing
you
haven't
looked
at
it
either.
It's
probably
a
little
more
continuous
than
just
going
through
here.
This
will
get
to
them
to
the
hospital
I
guess.
J
G
And
there's
no
streets
going
continuous
north
on
that
side.
So
that's
my
my
worry
and
that's.
What
they
were
supposed
to
tie
into
is
third.
North
is
the
route
that
we've
dedicated
for
emergency
service
vehicles
to
go
through,
so
they
could
access
it
on
North
Kennedy
and
on
this,
whatever
we're
calling
that
East,
Road
1300,
east
or
whatever
it
would
be
called
then
I'm
good
moving
forward.
G
H
I
could
just
speak
briefly
in
there
if
there's
any
concern
or
intent
to
put
a
future
road
in
there
or
a
need
or
a
further
discussion
of
a
need
for
a
future
Road
there,
it
would
be
recommended
not
to
zone
change
until
we
know
what
that
is,
because
once
that
zone
change
is
done
any
exaction
we
would.
It
would
turn
into
an
exaction
where
we'd
have
to
start
discussing
compensation
at
this
point
in
time.
Does
the
land
is
owned,
the
way
that
it
is
and
there's
obviously
no
requirement
for
council
to
rezone?
K
H
Of
part
of
the
issue
here
is,
this
is
a
local
Road
and
local
roads
are
not
on
the
American
Fork
master
plan.
We
don't
master
plan
local
roads.
It
would
be
something
that
was
part
of
other
developments
and
and
general
plans
when
the
hospital
was
developed.
So
we
would
have
to
do
some
digging
we've
been
trying
to,
but
we
don't
have
that
on
hand
right
now,.
D
C
There
are
exhibits
that
are
specifically
around
the
hospital,
so
you
have
exhibits
that
are
like
citywide
like
this
one,
and
then
you
have
some
that
are
specifically
around
the
hospital.
So
when
we
came
in
to
say
we'd
like
to
develop
this
property,
as
we've
been
told
a
hundred
times,
the
city
does
not
like
the
zone.
Things
different
if
you
don't
have
a
plan.
C
So
when
we
bring
a
plan
like
the
concert
plan
that
you've
seen
they
give
us
input
like
don't
forget,
there
is
a
road
going
from
basically
that
copper
roof
building
all
the
way
east
right,
200
north
to
complete
it
to
that
edge.
Okay,
it's
good
to
know
it's
good
to
know
that
you
guys
are
planning
on
Road
right,
yeah,
you're
gonna
need
to
dedicate
that.
Okay,
those
are
statements.
They're,
not
suggestions.
They're,
like
you're
gonna,
have
to
dedicate
that.
Then
there
is
and
don't
forget
if
you're
gonna
master
plan
say
four
or
five
parcels.
C
There's
also
that
bar
so
along
the
leonard
piece,
which
is
county
property
right
now,
but
it's
suggested
you
know
american
fork
city
boundaries
and
there's
one
going
from
north
all
the
way.
South.
Generally
speaking
in
talking
to
the
hospital
they
would
love
to
put
in
all
those
roads,
they
just
don't
wanna.
Do
a
piecemeal,
okay,.
L
C
L
G
So
again,
if
we
could
provide
some
maturity,
I
would
feel
more
comfortable
voting
and
affirmative
to
allow
that
zone
change
to
happen
so
long
as
we
know
that
that
we
feel
a
comfort
level
that
that's
been
accounted
for,
but
if
not
then
I'm
one
to
ask
that
we
table
it.
Look
at
that
and
see
where
it
goes,
and
maybe
you're
right.
Maybe
that's
better
to
look
at
with
staff
and
say
this
is
exactly
where
it
goes.
And
hopefully
two
weeks
won't
put
you
out
too
much.
K
G
Just
there
was
a
critical
incident
that
happened
out
in
front
of
the
hospital
and
you
weren't
able
to
use
North
County
Boulevard
for
any
reason
that
ambulances
can't
get
to
the
hospital.
So
you
would
always
want
two
instances
and
two
exits
at
least
at
a
minimum
going
into
the
hospital
and
when
they
expanded.
That
was
something
that
we
asked
at
the
hospital,
but
at
the
time
they
couldn't
acquire
the
property
to
be
able
to
do
it,
and
the
planning
issue
is
Pleasant.
Grove
on
the
back
sides
a
whole
different
City
which
complicated
matters.
G
So
in
the
agreement
and
Mayor
you
were
in
those
discussions
as
well.
Part
of
that
agreement
to
allow
them
to
expand
is
that
we
were
going
to
ensure
both
the
hospital
and
us
as
a
city
that
we
got
that
second
entrance
into
the
hospital
somewhere
some
way
and
the
only
way
that
we
could
really
do.
It
was
through
this
being
the
shortest
distance,
because
everything
to
the
south
of
the
hospital
has
kind
of
already
developed.
As
far
as
the
roadways
and
the
systems
are
concerned,.
C
The
stress
we
have
as
developers
you
have
200
South
and
there's
no
way
to
cross
over
200
south
from
the
hospital
property
into
say.
The
subject
properties
that
we've
been
looking
at
tonight
unless
the
hospital
puts
in
a
road
right
like
this
hospital,
would
have
to
dedicate
their
half
of
the
road
into
the
project
and
we're
talking
about
one
parcel
that
is
166
feet
of
like
600
feet,
and
so
the
conversation
of
making
sure
you
know
ambulances
can
get
in
and
out.
We
can
dedicate
it
right.
C
We
can
create
those
allocations
with
dedications,
but
in
the
end,
until
all
those
pieces
are
developed,
the
hospital
Lisa's
expressed
to
me
that
they're
not
interested
in
doing
a
little
by
little.
So
our
idea
was
to
get
momentum
started
getting
you
know.
Doctors
excited
on
that
side
and
because
the
road
makes
me
most
sense
to
go
on
a
that
boundary
line
from
three-two
north
all
the
way
down
to
the
south
along
the
eastern
border
of
the
hospital's
property.
Then
you
have
a
road
not
doing
a
big
job.
It'd
be
166.
C
Foot
jog
went
through
my
property,
then
over
to
the
east
and
then
south
right,
because
the
hospital's
not
gonna,
put
a
road
right
through
their
parking
lot
right.
Through
there
you
know
heating,
plant
and
the
mechanical
plant
and,
through
you
know,
just
a
bunch
of
areas
that
they
weren't
we're
planning
on
a
road.
So
the
road
would
have
to
jog
166
feet.
I,
don't
know
you
guys,
never
see
that
it's
just
it's
not
normal
I
would
say
it
would
go
right
where
it's
currently
planned
to
be,
which
is
where
we'd
like.
To
put
it.
C
E
We
could
in
include
look
up
some
information.
I.
Believe
we've
found
the
development
agreement
when
the
hospital
expanded
it
was
February
12th
of
2013.
We
don't
have
access
to
the
ease
to
the
exhibits,
which
would
show
the
roadway
network,
so
I
think
it
would
be
prudent
to
take
a
closer
look
at
that
and
get
that
in
the
hands
of
the
City
Council.
So
you
can
see
what
was
a
agreed
to
back
in
2013.
You
don't
have
that
here
tonight,
but
we
can
definitely
go
back
through
the
records
and
find
them
and
get
that
to
Council.
E
J
J
G
I
F
I
G
One
more
comment:
this
is
possible
or
not,
but
just
having
those
comments
come
back
from
the
Taylor
family.
I,
really
love
how
yours
is
set
back
off.
The
road
I
think
that
gives
the
space
and
the
buffer
needed
with
those
residential
homes,
but
I
think
that's
something
as
a
Planning
Commission
as
a
city
we
need
to
look
at
and
all
those
are
just
suggestions
or
requirements
we
can
put
in
place,
but
we
allow
professional
office
buildings
going.
G
You
know
three
storeys
tall
10
feet
from
the
roadway:
that's
that's
pretty
onerous
for
those
people
across
the
street
that
have
been
there
for
many
many
years
and
we're
changing
the
zoning
right,
so
they
bought
those
homes
and
developed
them
thinking
that
was
still
gonna,
be
residential
on
the
other
side.
So
just
a
few
comments,
Thanks.
J
