A
H
Godfather,
thank
you
for
another
beautiful
week.
Thank
you
for
allowing
us
to
be
here
tonight
in
representation
of
the
West
Bank
of
the
parish.
Help
us
get
the
most
done
for
the
best
dollar
and
best
value
help
us
to
work
together.
Help
us
to
please
the
citizens
constituents
of
this
Parish
through
your
name,
anything's
possible.
We
know
this
Lord
amen.
A
A
A
Act:
two
time
called
us
meeting
the
order,
roll
call
president
Mr
Thomas
and
president
Mr
roll
bear.
Have
the
public
comment.
Anyone
wishing
to
speak
on
any
item
on
this
agenda,
please
sign
the
green
card
and
bring
it
up
to
miss
Peggy
I'll,
bring
it
to
myself.
A
A
A
I
appreciate
your
being
here
and
again:
we've
had
a
great
day
today
throughout
the
day
should
say,
and
I
must
say
that
the
governor
of
state
of
Louisiana
was
here
today
in
speaking
on
behalf
of
the
West
Ascension
early
childhood
development,
a
center
that
was
here,
things
went
real
well
and
we
were
real
pleased
at
the
turnout
that
that
came
out
and
at
this
time
I
want
to
thank
those
that
did
come
out
and
those
that
couldn't
but
wanted
to
come.
A
We
appreciate
you
continued
support
in
getting
this
thing
done
for
the
future
of
our
kids
in
Western,
sanctioned
in
Ascension
Parish.
So
at
this
time
we'll
I
have
my
report
here.
Item
number
one
I
had
to
Mr
DPW
Miss
Regina
I'm,
looking
to
get
a
a
list,
I
think
you
may
come
to
the
porting.
Please.
A
I'm
needing
to
get
a
list
of
jobs,
the
job
that
we
that
you
all
have
listed
in
in
prioritized
order,
I
think
I've
asked
for
that:
I
need
a
copy,
I
don't
want
to
email
or
the
other
situation.
I
need
a
copy
of
the
jobs
that
we
are
doing.
That's
that
we
are
going
by
on
the
list
that
we
have
and
I
think
we
had
some
computer
glitch.
The
last
time
you
talked
to
me
that
have
we
corrected
that
not.
E
A
Some
go
out
every
week
every
week
that
you
are
doing,
okay,
that
I'd
like
to
have
it
okay,
and
while
we're
on
that
subject,
I'm
looking
to
make
sure
that
you
and
I
communicate
a
little
bit
better
than
what
we've
been
having
for
what.
Whatever
reason,
but
I
like
to
look
forward
to
being
able
to
be
transparent.
With
the
things
that's
going
on
at
West,
Ascension
drainage,.
E
A
A
A
Thank
you
also.
Have
there
been
any
any
particular
hearts
that
you
look
into
or
any
other
people
that
will
be
hiring.
A
E
A
A
A
H
I
mean
I
know
dealing
with
equipment.
Myself
often
you
call
Big
O's
Tire
Service,
you
call
many
tire
services
will
come
out
there
and
they'll
they
can
patch
it
until
you
get
a
new
tire
coming.
E
E
And
we
can't
roll
it,
we
can't
really
move
it
to
loaded
because
we
don't
want
to
mess
the
rumble
it
up.
A
A
H
Know
we
have
an
issue
with
with
tires
in
general,
getting
any
specific
tires.
So
maybe
we
need
to
look
at.
We
are
waiting
for
a
particular
brand
or
particular
anything.
I
mean
just
go
ahead
and.
E
A
My
other
question
is
Mr
Mike
Landry
on
308
that
we
ordered
that
we
get
to
when
they
dry
up
that
we
get
to
that
on
308
Mr
Mike,
with
the
green
form,
the
grass
form
yeah.
E
A
E
H
A
A
I
said
I'd
like
to
just
have,
you
might
want
to
stay
up
I
like
to
have
Mr
a
public
comment,
I'd
like
to
have
Mr
Arthur
to
come
up.
You
have
a
question
that
maybe
you
can
answer.
F
I
would
just
like
to
know:
what's
the
status
on
identify.
F
My
name
is
Arthur
Rosman
from
Modest.
My
name
is
Arthur
Rosman
from
Modest
Louisiana.
Concerning
the
sewage
dream,
I
mean
the
drainage,
the
servitude
in
modest.
They
are
at
right,
near
71,
74,
49.,
okay,
I
would
like
to
know.
What's
the
status
on
getting
that
that
ditch
back
drinking.
E
I
think
David
went
out
and
met
with
with
you
all
about
that
son
attracted
in
to
try
to
cut
that.
So
we
can
get
on
the
same
page
with
it.
But.
A
E
The
opposite
side
of
it
there's
a
bunch
of
trash
that
we
couldn't
get
through,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
bring
a
machine
in
there
to
clean
that
trash
out
the
way.
If
you
recall
the
last
time
we
went
through
that
and
cleaned
that
whole
lineup.
Well,
somebody
threw
a
whole
bunch
of
housing
stuff
in
there.
E
Have
to
bring
a
machine
in
there
to
remove
all
of
that
trash
out
the
way
to
get
back
to
the
line
where
you
wanted
to
put
the
swell
at
okay
and
as
far
as
the
the
road
part
I
think
you
and
David
met
on
that
I.
Don't
have
the
information
for
that
part.
I
I
Alazar
with
deal
TD
and
along
the
state,
they
gonna
go
along
there
and
they're
gonna
clean
out
on
all
of
the
culverts,
so
they
can
shoot
some
grade
to
see
which
way
the
flow
goes.
Is.
I
I
I
did
talk
to
Regina
and
I
think
maybe
next
week
we
may
have
an
opportunity
to
go
and
follow
that
with
those
guys
at
Bonnie,
Farm,
yeah
and
and
we'll
go
down
there
and
take
a
look
at
that
and
see
what
she
thinks.
I
G
H
I
said
on
the
East
Bank
I
know
we
had
a
guy
going
around
I'm
blowing
them
up,
I,
don't
know
exactly
what
he
was
using,
but
you
can
use
Tannerite
and
things
like
that
that
when
done
safely
and
properly
yeah
it's
effective,
but
with
all
these
with
all
these
beaver
dams,
you
can
get
the
drains.
I
Oh
yeah,
it's
holding
back
a
lot
of
water.
You
saw
it
yourself
yeah.
He
I
did
get
that
revan's
name
of
that
church
from
Mr,
Arthur
and
I
contacted
him
and
what
they're
going
to
do?
They're
gonna
the
building?
That's
on
the
side
of
Wilmer
Lane
they're,
gonna
they're
gonna
go
in
there
and
they're
gonna
excavate
to
see
if
there's
a
culvert
that
goes
towards
that
ditch
because
it's
a
long
stretch
and
we
can't
see
any
Culver
than
that.
So
he's
going
to
try.
I
A
touch
base
yeah
so
once
he
is
exposed
to
that,
and
then
we
can
talk
and
see
exactly
what
we
got
to
do
right.
There.
D
How
y'all
doing
good
afternoon
my
name
is
Jeff
denino
I
live
on
the
new
road
I
presented
last
month
and
y'all
suggested
that
I
come
up
with
a
plan
through
many
hours
of
research.
I
do
have
a
plan,
basically
four
phases.
Meanwhile
doing
a
little
research
between
things.
D
What
I've
come
up
with
so
far
dig
the
ditches
on
the
new
road.
We've
we've
accomplished
that
already
after
that,
we
were
going
to
try
in
phase
two
to
get
out
the
back
trucks.
Well,
there's
three
of
the
four
broken
I,
don't
know
when
they're
going
to
be
done,
but
I'm
I'm,
hoping
we
can
maybe
skip
that
phase
at
the
moment
and
and
go
to
three
and
four
three
would
be
address
and
inspect
the
Culvert
across
from
my
home
on
the
new
road.
D
It
was
stated
years
ago
on
previous
it.
Well
it
crossed
covered
on
a
Paris
Road.
It
was
stated
previous
administrations
around
2015
that
it
was
inadequate
and
undecised.
D
So,
seven
years
later,
I
kind
of
see
why
things
are
going,
the
way
they
are
and
okay,
that
makes
sense.
Water
drainage
is
getting
worse
and
worse,
and
you
know
multiple
things:
I
did
Reach
Out
across
the
street,
which
is
Iberville
Parish
the
Usos
on
that
property.
I
do
believe
they
are
going
to
be
receptive
to
allowing
the
parish
to
dig
that
ditch.
He
does
have
a
crop
there.
He
has
to
harvest,
but
the
only
issue
is
it's
in
Iberville
Parish
I
would
like
to
seek.
D
Maybe
your
approval
if
y'all
can
make
a
motion
of
some
sort
to
maybe
get
a
corporate
Endeavor
agreement
to
get
that
ditch,
cleaned
and
dug
to
benefit
the
residents
of
Ascension,
going
back
to
2015.
That
Canal
was
dug
by
Ascension
Parish
through
a
corporate
Endeavor
agreement.
The
parish
did
the
project
they
removed
trees.
D
All
of
this
has
been
recorded
and
documented
I.
Don't
see
why
it
would
be
such
an
issue
to
get
it
done
now.
Miss
Regina
did
reach
out
to
Iberville
and
Iberville
suggested
that
they
didn't
have
any
right
away.
Well,
it
was
all
right
away
before
when
you
know
it
was
available
to
Iberville
residents,
I'm
kind
of
confused
a
little
bit
of
of
that
which
we're
trying
to
drain
Ascension
residents
tax,
paying
citizens
I'm.
Just
stating
obvious
in
the
facts
I'm
asking
for
assistance
again.
D
Hopefully
you
know
we
can
try
to
get
something
going
and
you
know
I'm
just
I'm
reaching
all
over,
but
everything
I'm
I'm
presenting
is
is
facts
and
the
information
is
there.
I
mean
it
is
difficult
because
everything's
dry
right
now
and
it's
just
it.
H
Jeffrey
phase
three
you're
talking
about
right
now,
phase
four:
what's
that.
D
Phase
four
would
be
at
the
rear
of
the
new
road.
There
is
a
lateral,
ditch
runs
north
and
south.
They
have
roughly
a
15
to
20
foot
servitude,
servitude
given
1963
by
say,
bandino,
it's
difficult
for
the
parish
to
get
in
on
the
east
side
of
the
ditch,
because
there
is
the
landowner's
driveway
a
telephone
pole,
and
then
there
is
a
you
know:
a
lockable
gate
for
Palo
Alto
to
keep
people
out
of
their
form.
H
H
To
be
done
and
I
can
stop
you,
there
I
think,
while
we're
waiting
on
these
vacuum
trucks
to
be
finished.
Well,
that's
kind
of
work
on
phase
three,
but
phase
three
isn't
going
to
be
a
simple
one,
because
you're
talking
about
Cooperative
Endeavor
between
two
two
parishes
I
think
we
could
get
that
done
eventually,
but
I
think
we
should
look
at
phase
four
see
if
we
can't
get
this
right
away.
So
we
can
go
ahead
and
get
this
other
outfall
addressed
in
the
meantime.
H
You
know
I
think
we'll
have
to
come
up
with
some
proposal
with
our
neighbor
in
Parish
I,
don't
know:
yeah
I,
don't
know
how
you
want
to
present
that
or
or
would
you
would
you
suggest,
should
we
should
we
reach.
H
Just
have
a
returnee
wherever
they
are
yeah
reach
out
to
them
and
see
what
needs
to
be
done
if
they're
willing
to
allow
us
to
work
with
them
to
to
get
that
cleaned,
it
doesn't
seem
like
it'll,
be
a
very
cost
prohibitive
project,
it's
just
being
able
to
do
it.
D
Yeah
the
dish
has
been
cleaned.
It's
maintained
it's
roughly
about
800
feet,
it's
Headland,
it
doesn't
hurt
anybody
right.
There.
H
D
H
Up
I
mean
I'm
good
with
it,
if
you're
good
with
the
chair,
that
we
make
a
motion
to
have
our
attorney
reach
out
and
look
into
it
doing
a
Cooperative
agreement.
D
A
All
right,
Mr
Haywood
you'd
like
to
speak.
B
Doing
a
wonderful
job
on
it:
okay,
the
I
accidentally
hauled
about
10
loads
of
dirt
to
Palo
Alto
off
of
my
place
and
and
I
just
thought.
Well,
that's
what
I
come
up
here
to
talk
to
Regina
about
it.
She
said
that
she
was
going
to
make
sure
that
they
get
it
back,
but
I
just
it's
hard
to
trust
what
I've
been
going
through.
B
So
what
I'm
saying
is
that
maybe
I
need
something
signed,
I,
don't
know,
but
yes,
when
I
asked
him
not
to
start
in
because
of
the
grinding
and
then
when
I
came
back
on
vacation,
they
were
all
in
dirt.
You
know,
but
they
stopped
all
that
and
that
ditch
is
going
good.
Now,
okay,
but
anyway
it's
a
that's.
You
know
it's
getting
it
done
now,
but
you
know
I
have
to
call
the
parish
president.
No
thanks
to
y'all
y'all
didn't
really
give
me
a
lot
of
assistance
on
this.
B
A
A
E
Vegetation
grass
cutting
Crews
cut
the
Irish
canal,
9
45
Loop
Bayou
Napoleon
Highway,
one
in
the
Breezeway.
They
are
currently
cutting
the
Palo
Alto
off-road
ditches
drainage
report.
We
are
currently
digging
on
America
Street
on
Railroad
I
mean
on
the
River
Road
in
Smoke
bin
and
off
of
405
in
modest,
on
Mr
headwood
property.
All
of
the
trees
have
been
burned
and
removed
off
the
property.
The
last
thing
we
have
to
do
is
finish
digging
a
ditch,
going
back
towards
405
and
we'll
be
done
with
that.
E
The
clues
went
down
the
new
road
we
cleaned
out.
The
road
ditches
two
of
the
covers.
One
was
too
low.
One
was
too
high.
We
reset
them
and,
like
I
said,
I
met
with
Mr
Overton
and
the
dish
that
crosses
over
the
highway.
He
stated
that
it's
his
private
property
every
Parish
have
no
ownership
of
the
ditch.
G
H
E
Okay
and
the
the
recycle
report
there's
a
copy
in
your
folder.
E
H
A
Okay,
yes,
sir
Highway
18.
variety,
frequently
and.
A
G
A
Had
we
I
guess
thought
about
any
solution:
prevention
for
us
getting
him
to
put
I
noticed
two
sections,
one
close
to
lemonville
and
one
to
in
ABIA
that
they
normally
don't
relentless
and
I.
Don't
think
it's
people
from
the
community,
that's
done
for
me.
E
H
Know
but
we'd
have
to
ask
for
some
help
with
the
sheriff's
department,
because
if
this
is
people
outside
of
a
community,
that's
a
whole
different
story.
There's
people
in
our
community
we
can
always
look
and
see
what
we
can
do
to
help
them
dispose
the
waste,
but
yeah
I
would
say
that
would
be.
The
first
Resort
is
to
contact
the
Sheriff's
Office
and
see
if
we
can't
get
some
help
over
there,
maybe
keep
an
eye
out.
A
A
Was
the
that
was
one
of
the.
E
H
No
this
this
is
paint
buckets
and
whatnot
here.
Was
it
all
contractor
related
or
was
it
just
a
couple
paint
buckets
I
think
it
is
because
in
these
types
of
deals,
I
want
to
call
someone
whether
it
be
game
warden,
because
they
help
out
a
lot
of
these
types
of
situations
or
the
sheriff's
office.
If
you
have
a
company
dumping
their
trash
out
here
and
they're,
leaving
the
evidence
there
we'll.
